I'm,
a
project
manager
from
a

As
you
said,
this
project
would
install
Massport
own
and
maintain
pedestrian
lighting
kind
of
long
back
bar
property
from
the
Belle
Isle
bridge
to
just
east
of
animal
street,
and
this
installation
is
in
response
to
a
community
request
to
better
further
and
enhance
the
gateway
between
East
Boston,
which
saw
the
improvements.
C
D
Funny,
as
we
noted
last
time,
this
concludes
the
work
to
be
done,
include
specific
repairs
within
a
section
of
property
that
is
within
the
city
of
Boston
right
away.
As
along
the
line
of
light
proposed
lights,
there
are
three
proposed
streetlights
with
foundations,
hand,
holes
and
interconnecting
conduit
that
will
fall
within
the
right-of-way
other
repairs,
probably
some

some
minor

repairs
that
we're
going

when
the

their

and
just
other
other
than
that
trench,

and

and

that
very
straight

A
F
Q
Morning
we
introduced
this
project
two
weeks
ago,
vendor,
while
I
was
to
66
to
74.
Summer
Street
and
they've
had
a
substantial
expansion
of
the
last
couple
years
and
they
need
to
provide
IT
services
between
their
two
buildings.
They
presently
have
a
gentlemen's
agreement
with
the
butter
between
them
and
it's
running,
conduit
and
cable
across
the
roof
of
that
building.
Q
My
client
is
proposing
to
pay
for
and
install
conduit
within
66
and
274.
Summer
Street
in
our
hope,
is
to
coordinate
that
work
with
the
city's
contract
for
the
summer
street
reconstruction.
We
are
very
well
aware
that
that
work
had
happened
in
one
year,
three
years,
it's
in
the
works,
but
there's
no
guarantee
of
when
and
if
that
will
happen
at
new
business
with
that
condo
we
were
also
providing
a
city
shadow.
So
it's
a
shadow
was
available
in
the
future
for
the
city
and
we
are
installing
sidewalk
plaques.
Q
So
it's
very
evident
that
we,
as
there
is
conduit
within
those
sidewalks
that
new
business.
The
question
was
raised
about
israeli
shadow
available
from
other
utilities.
After
that
meeting
I
went
back
to
my
office
and
reviewed
our
survey.
Actually,
the
minutes
had
prepared
that
survey
and
there
was
really
nothing
on
that
this
side
of
the
street
as
far
as
electrical
/
verizon
conduit
that
could
possibly
be
available
for
our
use.
So
we
are
asking
that
the
Commission
approved
this
application
so.
M
M
Q
E
Digging
on
this
rig
right
folks,
I
think
the
Commissioner
is
quite
sane.
The
plans
for
summer
street,
including
the
area
underneath
the
sidewalk
it
hasn't,
been
fully
flushed
through.
So
we
don't
know
exactly
what
the
space
requirements
are.
You
are
going
to
occupy
a
very
needed
area
three
feet
below,
but
the
Transportation
Department
may
need
to
install
there
in
decadent
conduits
city
street
lighting
folks
may
want
to
install.
My
concern
is
that
we
want
you
to
do
this,
but
whether
your
work
will
impede
the
city
in
creole
the
summer
state.
So
that's
that's.
E
What
we
say
so
it's
what
was
saying
both
buildings
should
have
lateral
connections
from
the
main
trunk
line
coming
off
summer
street
and
visually
and
supplement
the
lateral
connections,
because
it
is
possible
not
sure
whether
you
check
because
s
it
exists
capacity
within
the
horizon,
dark
pants
itself.
The.
Q
Question
of
we
that
I
understood
at
the
last
meeting
I
responded
to
in
an
email
after
that

at
noon.
Business
meeting
was
Israel
Condor
Ezra
conduit
within
this
side
of
summer
street
spare
condo
available
for
this
property.
For
this
year's
I
reviewed
the
plans,
and
there
was
nothing
on
this
side
of
the
street.
The
question
that
we
have
today
is
different
than
what
I
understood
the
two
weeks
ago
and.

Asking

We
would

the
city
when
they've
opened
up
the
sidewalk
for
the
renovation
work

then

Why
don't
we
treat
you
like
every

on

you
to
go
to
the

and
hook
up
and
that's
what
and
that's
what

trip,
you're,
not
a
utility
company,
make
sure
you
know
the
city
has
to
get
out
of
the
business
of
allowing
private
private
building
owners
to
interconnect
a
new
city
space.
It's
just
it's
it's
not
it's
not!
We
allowed
everybody
to
connect
their
buildings.
You
know
there's
going
to
be
no
snow
space
at
all
in
the
city,
streets
and
sidewalks.

response
we

they

Our
between
most
significant
discussions
will
help
with
plus
learners
who
are
pushing
those
design
details
really
developed
or
coercing
nearly
a
full

So
there's
actually
some
awesome.
Arsenal
Commission
facilities
like
sanitary
sewer,
some
storm
drain
and
some
water
lines
that
we're
going
to
relay
for
them
at
their
request.
Every
sources
actually
sign
a

to
the

acknowledging
that
work.
K
E
Recognizing
that
there
can
be
significant
damage
to
the
city
acid,
which
is
the
roadway,
can
we
look
for
a
commitment
from
your
team
because
I
think
in
your
testimony
you
say
that
you
will
fly
on
a
curb
to
curb
on
most
of
the
streets
that
have
significant
impacts,
rather
than
being
judgmental
as
to
what
the
definition
of
the
word
significant
being.
Can
we
have
a
commitment
from
you
that,
wherever
you
are
cutting
our
street,
that
you
will
pay
with
curb
to
curb
to
the
funda
mix
of
what
you
are
cutting?
Can
we
have
that
understanding?
E
S
E
T
E
So
since
I'm
letting
photographic
memory
of
exactly
how
those
streets
look
like
today,
the
guidance
I
can
get.
The
commission
members
is
that
if
you
touch
it,
you
will
pale
it
from
curb
to
curb,
until
you
prove
to
us,
through
the
control
chief
engineer,
that
the
condition
of
the
street
is
such
or
the
amount
of
your
disturbance
is
such
that
the
people
who
live
on
that
street
is
not
going
to
I
mean
they
will
definitely
benefit
from
your
improvements
to
the
delivery
system,
but
there's
a
sitting
asset
which
we
are
trying
to.
E
S
H
H
T
It
just
doesn't,
it
just
makes
sense
this
to
say
what
we'd
actually
planning
to
do
is
have
an
entirely
separate,
paving
contract,
so
the
civil
contractor
that
will
do
all
the
trench
work
in
the
bank,
installation
and
we'll
do
trench
repair
initially,
but
let
it
lay
fallow
for
a
year.
Let
any
settlement
occur,
make
sure
any
other
adjacent
facilities
such
as
your
are
adversely
impacted,
then
come
back.
Diplomas.
E
That
is
a
very
sensible
as
the
we
should
I
shake.
The
city
will
achieve
our
understanding
as
to
how
many
months
it
needs
to
be
because
there
can
be
collateral
consequences,
but
as
long
as
the
city
is
the
sure
that,
at
the
end
of
the
day
after
a
reasonable
period
of
time,
it
will
be
your
agency
that
is
responsible
for
curb
to
curb
paving,
so
we
will
have
one
common
stock.
You
know
what
stop
accountability
again,.
E
E
U
H
Other
point
of
one
of
the
men
was
up
I.
Think
after
the
plans
was
high,
may
be
notified
of
a
Donna
Dowson
street.
They
have
a
small
piece
of
store
fight.
We
were
going
to
replace
it,
but
they're
going
to
be
there
for
us
to
see.
You
agreed
to
sign
a
free
to
pipe
or
something
like
that.
Yes,
so
that
an
agreement
was
you
replace
it?
You
can
let
your
conduit
on
top
exactly.
S
L
All
right-
and
we

streets.
They
made
a
commitment
to
the
city
of
boise
at
the
interconnect
off
city
city
city,
buildings
and
I
asked
her
status
on
that
and
a
lot
of
comment.
L
You
know,
thankfully,
but
I'll,
let
it
to
to
our
Emma
source
eversource
try
to
dismiss
the
whole
request
by
basically,
you
know
give
us
a
list
of
the
buildings
that
work
in
that
bed,
which
weren't
all
the
city
buildings,
obviously
and
and
said
that,
in
effect,
they
said
that
ever
sauce
doesn't
have
to
live
up
to
the
commitments
made
by
n
style,
because
that
stars
no
longer
many
be
any
more
and
now
I
see.
Plans
in
front
of
me
would
then
stuff?
What
is
it
you
know?
I
mean
this
really
upsets
me.
I
will.
S
L
L
You
obviously
they
obviously
whoever
obviously
did
connect
all
the
city
buildings
all
right,
some
of
them
against
out
of
the
next
some
of
the
left
he'll
have
are
interconnected
capitalists.
You
know
I,
think
Mike
is
going
to
review
it
and
say
whether
or
not
accept
it
or
not.
But
you
know
what
upsets
me
is
that
the
letter
that
was
sent
from
Emma
source,
since
they
have
nothing
to
do
with
then
start
and
then
like
seafaring,
submitted
under
a
petition
by
M
assures
that
would
hence
toss
in
second
state.
Commissioner,.
C
On
coolio
from
to
the
law
department,
I
fully
understand
what
your
issues
are
and
we're
going
to
look
into
whether
error
source.
Doing
this,
you
know
doing
businesses
and
star
g
electric
assume,
whether
that's
the
same
company,
who
entered
into
the
joint
venture
agreement
with
rcn
to
form
the
rcmp
call
LLC.
We
will
look
into
that
and
making
the
arrangement
who
to
meet
with
Mike,
Lynch
and
rcn
and
unstar
communication
to
resolve
to
the
tissue.
A
Thank
you,
John
I
would
just
ask
that
John
laughs
from
OH&S.
I
know
mr.
Hoey
does
a
great
job
with
the
public
outreach
program
and
any
of
the
jobs
that
you
do
to
missed.
It
possibly
have
missed
a
lot
here
to
testify
on
behalf
of
the
mayor's
office,
the
neighborhood
services,
just
with
all
the
due
diligence
that
that
went
on
with
respect
to
the
public
outreach,
it
is
a
large
project,
it
will
inconvenience
many
for
some
time.
T
We're
anxious
because
riddance
easily
he
went
to
market
wearing
this
ended
april
in
a
very
anxious
to
get
started
a
lot
of
those
facility
in
the
ground.
What's
really
critical,
is
ISIL
in
England
have
an
outage
during
seasonal
summer,
now
he's
from
the
fall
or
spring.
So
it's
critical.
We
get
this
infrastructure
in
the
ground
into.
L
E
Up
on
Commissioner
Jamie's
question:
how
many
seasons,
the
relevance
ease
you
will
be
tearing
up,
I
mean
the
neighborhood
streets
are
going
to
be
torn
up
over
multiple
years
and
then
the
paving
will
take
place
here
are
pivoting
settles.
It
is
useful
for
us
to
know
how
many
years
will
the
neighborhood
be
inconvenience
with
give
a
source
system
upgrade
work
if
we
get
started
2013-14.
T
First,
theoretically
and
a
lot
depends
upon
our
negotiations
with
discussions
who
head
and
what
else
is
going
on
in
this
vicinity
city
we
would
we
could,
but
with
confronts
in
the
student
boston
area
and
then
probably
knock
it
all
out,
but
I
don't
know
so
if
we
need
to
get
up
and
say
45
in
front
stand
seasons.
But
it's
ready
to
me.
First
November
came
to
this
all
comes
up
during.

T
A
V
Morning,
Amy
frames
with
scholars
when
the
owners
project
manager
for
FPC
hotel
the
developer
of
the
Envoy
hotel
located
at
seventy
Super
Street
I
wanted
to
start
off
by
saying
thank
you
to
the
Commission
for
your
help
and
the
specific
repairs
a
little
sleeper
street.
It
should
be
finished
by
the
end
of
the
month
and
it
looks
great
it's
very
different
than
a
lot
of
other
streets
in
the
city
and
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you.
V
The
hotel
should
be
open,
mid-june,
we're
working
to
finish
the
site
work
by
the
end
of
the
month,
like
I
said,
and
we
went
through
in
2013
for
specific
repairs
all
around
the
project
site.
We
did
not
have
a
restaurant
operate
at
that
times.
We
postpone
the
cafe
license.
Until
now,
the
hotel
will
be
operating
the
restaurant
themselves
and
I'll
turn
it
over
to
John
Schmid
for
Mitch
to
discuss
the
details
of
the
cafe
seating.
Thank.
Q
You
good
morning,
commissioners,
so
as
Amy
indicated
old,
slipper,
Street
reconstruction
on
me
down
and
in
June
when
the
hotel
opens-
and
that
was
the
layout
of
old
Cypress.
Street
and
specific
repairs
were
approved
by
this
commission
in
February
2013
in
Oh
sleeper
streets.
What
I
would
call
a
pedestrian-friendly
street
it's
open
to
public
traffic
for
deliveries
and
emergency
vehicles,
but
generally
it's
it's
focuses
more
on
the
pedestrian
experience.
You
may
also
recall.
We
were
here
last
fall
for
the
sidewalk
cafes
part
of
the
barking
crab
project.
Q
That
I
will
be
opening
their
cafe
as
the
street
becomes
if
the
work
is
being
completed.
The
application
before
you
today
is
part
of
the
hotel's
restaurant
use,
which
has
always
been
envisioned
for
this
project,
and
it
runs
right
along
the
side
of
the
hotel.
Now,
the
best
way
to
explain
is
if
you're
not
familiar
with
it,
is
the
Ames
hotel
next
door,
where
you
had
the
hotel.
They
have
that
raised
plaza,
that's
used
for
the
restaurant
experience
and
that's
also
within
the
dbr
a
space.
Q
So
this
is
a
raise
about
two
and
a
half
feet.
High.
It's
flush
at
this
area
is
level
two.
Some
steps
at
this
end
there's
some
some
steps
in
the
middle
here
as
it
drops
down
and
grade
so
right
about
the
center.
Here,
it's
about
a
30
inch
difference
between
the
restaurant
grade
and
the
sidewalk
street
grade
we're
proposing
a
total
of
about
forty
six
seats
with
21
tables
of
various
sizing.
Approximately
half
of
the
space
was
is
within
private
property
and
the
other
half
is
within
the
right
of
a
way.
Q
There
are
box
planners
along
the
top
of
the
steps
to
protect
to
protect
the
user
in
the
chairs
from
from
going
over
the
edge.
So
that's
been
thought
out
as
far
as
all
the
furniture
associated
with
the
restaurant
in
cafe
that's
part
of
the
application
and
has
been
reviewed
and
approved
by
the
the
city's
agencies.
We
have
provided
engineers
rapar
engineer's
report,
where
everyone
has
indicated
that
they
they
have
no
objections
to
this
application.
F
E
Q
Q
So
about
the
center
here
there's
about
a
30
24
to
30
inch
difference
with
steps.
There
is
the
calling
concrete
sidewalk
within
the
sigma
street
right
away
as
part
of
specific
repairs
plan
and
then
the
so.
The
cafe
is
partially
within
the
public
way,
but
it
really
focuses
on
the
restaurant,
like
that
kind.
E
E
G
E
V
L
P
V
Q
G
O
I'm,
Don
least
with
Dane
tour,
be
here
in
Boston
with
me,
as
Mark
McGowan
from
the
petitioner,
the
ability
of
skanska
development,
also
Steve
Martorano
from
ball
or
engineering.
Before
we
turn
the
specific
details
that
we
have
to
provide
a
project
overview.
If
that
would
be
helpful,
the
project
site
is
at
the
intersection
of
Boylston
and
kilmarnock
streets
in
the
fenway.
This
is
that
stretch
of
Boylston
Street
that's
been
undergoing
transformation.
The
past
decade
this
was
a
former
Burger
King
site.
Birthing
is
just
recently
decommissioned.
The
project
itself
will
be
a
17-story
residential
tower.
O
Approximately
200
12
units,
roughly
hundred
parking
spaces,
will
be
a
retail
base
as
well.
The
niche
of
the
project
requires
reconstruction
of
the
sidewalks
on
two
streets,
given
the
intersection
also,
the
fenway
zoning
requires
a
project
proponents
to
widen
the
sidewalk
and
create
a
generous
pedestrian
sidewalk.
So
we're
here
before
you
with
two
separate
items.
One
is
specific
repairs
petition
and
the
second
is
concerns
pedestrian
easements,
along
with
Boylston
and
kilmarnock,
to
create
that
widened.
Sidewalk.
W
So
over
closest
to
the
intersection
they're
moving
the
curb
line
out
a
little
to
add
some
width
to
the
sidewalk.
What
that
allows
is
room
for
some
pocket
parks
so
basically
have
some
benches
and
some
decorative
paving,
and
it
just
provides
an
amenity
space
in
the
public
way
to
accommodate
that
and
to
comply
with
the
ABA
requirements.
W
The
other
elements
that
are
happening
in
that
space,
our
introduction
of
street
trees
that
don't
exist
today
and
the
decorative
street
lighting,
so
we're
replacing
all
the
existing
poles
along
our
frontage
with
the
decorative
poles,
as
indicated
by
Boston
lighting,
and
those
will
be
consistent
with
what
you
see
on
the
other
projects
occurring
on
Boylston
Street
and
as
well
as
future
projects.
We
are
doing
something
similar
along
kilmarnock
there.
The
master
plan
does
not
address
kilmarnock
street,
but
we
are
adding
some
width
to
the
sidewalk,
we're
adding
some
street
trees
and
similar
to
boylston.
W
We
need
to
provide
an
easement
on
the
private
land
to
accommodate
the
full
five
foot,
concrete
sidewalk
to
meet
the
ad
a
requirements.
So
all
those
items
have
been
coordinated
on
this
plan.
We
do
have
a
couple
of
items
that
have
a
that.
If
we've
received
comments
from
Boston
lighting
and
disabilities,
that
will
change
between
now
and
the
final
version
of
this
plan
there.
W
We
think
they're,
they're
good
comments
and
relatively
minor,
but
one
is
we're
just
going
to
be
on
that
first
bench
we're
going
to
bring
the
poured
concrete,
sidewalk
right
up
to
that
bench
to
make
that
bench
more
accessible,
as
well
as
we're
going
to
shift
these
three
street
trees.
Here
we're
going
to
ship
those
closer
to
the
curb
line,
which
will
add
a
little
bit
of
sidewalk
with
there
beyond
the
five
foot
just
to
make
it
a
little
more
comfortable,
particularly
where
we
we're
projecting
that
in
the
future.
W
We
may
do
some
some
sidewalk
cafe
that
will
be
on
the
private
property,
not
within
the
public
right
away,
but
just
to
accommodate
that
future
and
to
support
anticipate
that
future
use
in
that
area.
We
added
sidewalk
with
just
will
will
enhance
the
ad
a
accessibility
on
that
route.
We
do
have
a
couple
of
items
that
we've
received
some
some,
not
necessarily
conflicting,
but
difference
of
opinion
on
how
certain
element
should
be
handled
in
the
25-percent
master
plan.
E
E
W
E
E
The
whole
idea
was
to
have
ample
wide
sidewalk,
not
to
create
little,
not
just
for
your
delivery
purposes
or
parking
purposes
unless,
unless
it
has
been
requested
specifically
by
the
Transportation
Department,
because
the
Commission
has
concerns
or
has
had
prior
concerns
about
exclusive
little
notches
for
the
private
use,
ballston
is
going
to
be
a
major
arterial.
It's
just
no
arterial
where
we
take
on
all
costs,
so
maintaining
and
clearing
snow
of
those
areas
is
going
to
be
10
age.
So
my
question
is
why
the
notch
well.
G
G
E
Not
this,
please,
hopefully
you
recognize
agrees
that
it
is
absolutely
right.
Yes,
it
is
twenty-five
percent,
it's
a
concept
at
a
concept.
The
basic
premise
is
why
the
side-box,
not
to
that
level
of
detail
in
front
of
a
specific
location,
unless
you
have
similar
not
just
up
and
down
Boylston
straight.
This
is
not
the
first
block
that
has
been
program
and
build
so
again,
like
a
photographic
memory
to
know
what
has
been
built
today.
M
E
Good
day,
Atlanta
cost
to
like
it's
too
early
to
take
it
as
the
bay
all
in
or
design
guidelines.
That's
thought
that
one
as
far
as
your
lighting
concerns
there
are
very
subtle
base.
You
can
introduce
light
up
words.
You
have
to
be
concerned
about
the
power
delivery
sister,
how
you
you
Shalee!
Is
it
open
line?
Is
it
spotlight
so
there's
a
kind
of
questions
which
we
can
enter
into
dialogue,
so
you
can
make
it
mobile.
We
should
feed
a
versus
lights
shining
in
the
vertical
direction.
G
E
There
are
ways
which
we
can
program
the
location
of
the
plug
points
so
that
you
get
adorn
the
tree
during
festival
times
for
lights,
without
compromising
headaches
through
the
public
works.
Commissioner,
we
stray
voltage
coming
prom.
What's
the
polite
way
of
saving
dogs
doing
getting
so
Miss
cording
can
give
you
guidance
on
how
all
of
them
can
be
adjusted.
My.
W
One
of
our
questions
on
the
up
lights
is
really:
what
is
the
we're
trying
to
obviously
implement
a
very
preliminary
version
of
the
boylston
master
plan,
and
the
up
lights
is
really.
Are
we
understood
that
that's
a
direction
that
Boylston
Street
is
maybe
being
guided
to
go
towards
and
we're
not
sure
what
this
commission
feels
how
this
commission
feels
about?
That
is
that
is
that
something
we
want
to
put
in
now.
Do
we
want
the
master
plan
to
develop
further
and
maybe
make
some
conduit
installations?
W
So
when
there's
a
more
detailed
plan
of
or
comprehensive
plan
of
how
those
street
trees
should
be
lit
or
should
not
be
lit,
there's
a
way
to
just
easily
implement
those
in
the
future?
Is
it
we're
just
trying
to
do
our
piece
of
the
overall
master
plan
and
with
it
at
such
a
preliminary
level,
we're
not
trying
to
set
the
precedent,
we're
just
trying
to
implement
what
the
city's
vision
is
so
yeah.
E
G
L
Okay,
the
city
still
has
concerns
alright,
so
the
show
any
any
time
if
you're
looking
at
your
housing
is
stainless.
Steel,
brass
and
aluminum
I
think
it
is
all
right.
Joe
I
mean
any
time
you're
going
to
put
it,
and
this
is
going
to
be
in
this
in
the
side.
One
street
lighting
should
take
a
look
at
it.
Maybe
they
may
they
may
tell
you
that
they
want.
You
know
some
different
housing
in
metal,
so
so
they're.
D
U
So
mark
mcgowan
from
skanska
just
to
give
color
again
our
main
objective
through
the
process
has
been
to
satisfy
the
division
of
the
city
and
in
maybe
our
mistake.
A
little
bit
was
to
listen
to
the
loudest
voice
in
terms
of
the
planning
side
to
accommodate,
accommodate
and
make
folks
happy.
So,
with
respect
to
the
lighting
element,
I
think
were
were
again.
U
We're
wine
too
pleased
that
we
didn't
want
to
be
the
only
four
trees
on
the
street
that
weren't
they
didn't,
have
the
ability
to
delight
Christmas
around
Christmas
trying
on
so
we're
just
we
want
to
do
the
right
thing
and
make
it
make
it
something
that
we
can
repeat
throughout
the
city
to
have
it
be
safe,
so
we're
just
in
this
in
this
tough
spot
to
try
and
satisfy
folks.
But
but
we
hear
your
concerns
and
we
want
it.
U
U
Article

was
done,
2013
GBA,
2014
in

has
been

we're
working
with
with

to

up.
We

in

and
personal
next
next
on
the
list
that
were
we're
developing
that
as
we
talk
and
we
know
we
have
to,
we
have
to
come
in
and
see
you.
U
X
Kathryn
quickly,
disability,
Commission
I
just
want
to
point
out
that
the
disability
Commission
has
not
been
involved
or
even
seen
the
boylston
street
master
plan.
So
when
this
was
brought
to
me,
it
was
a
surprise
and
we're
willing
to
work
with
them,
but
we're
concerned
that
we
worked
all
of
last
year
to
pass
a
sidewalk
cafe,
design
guideline.
That
said
that
when
sidewalk
cafes
were
proposed,
they
would
have
to
protect.
You
know
fifty
percent
of
the
sidewalk
when
these
sidewalk
cafes,
although
one
private
property,
will
be
implemented,
they
will
limit
the
right-of-way
25
feet.
X
With
these
bump-outs,
you
know
we
are
also
indicating
tree
pits
in
drop
off
areas.
That's
considered
an
architectural
barrier
and
a
problem
for
all
able
bodies
as
well
as
disabled.
So
you
know
I
I
strongly,
recommend
that
the
Commission
take
a
step
back
and
think
about
access
from
the
street
to
the
sidewalk
and
as
well
as
down
the
sidewalk
five
feet,
merely
limits
to
people
passing
allow
for
multiple
people
passing
at
a
time.
P
Set
up
a
meeting
with
the
bri,
because
I
think
at
this
point
between
accessibility,
street
lighting
and
Parks,
all
with
the
the
notion
of
up
lighting
and
specialty,
paving,
that's
being
you
know,
we're
going
forward
on
a
25-percent
design
that
no
city
agencies
have
seen,
because
it
has
an
advanced
task.
Then
just.
E
A
So
to
that
point,
I
would
like
to
reiterate
with
mr.
jayasinghe
and
said
that
you've
taken
the
initiative
to
try
to
meet
what
you
know
hasn't
quite
come
to
fruition.
Yet
so
I
appreciate
that
efforts
and
obviously
there's
some
time
spent
in
the
plant.
It's
some
work
to
do
in
the
next
two
weeks.
Obviously
the
ad
a
stuff
and
obviously
the
PRA
stuff,
like
the
cmp
for
mr.
Heston,
but
well
two
weeks
be
enough
time.
I,
don't.
P
Know
if
it'll
be
enough
time
for
us
to
pull
together
a
meeting
to
discuss
what
of
the
boylston
street
master
plan,
it
should
be
moving
forward
with
and
what
is
just
kind
of
the
first
brought
shed.
You
know
putting
something
out
back.
So
if
four
weeks
is
okay
with,
you,
I
think
that
we'd
like
enough
time
to
have
a
meeting
between
the
VRA
and
key
city
agencies.
It's.
