Hi
good
morning,
anthony
donato
from
hancock
associates
representing
stem
street
llc.
If
I
could
take
over
the
share
my
screen,
please.
L
Yeah
I
found
it.
Thank
you
sorry
for
that.
So
here's
a
picture
of
57th
street
right
now.
It's
a
14
000
square
foot
lot
and
the
developer
is
proposing
to
install
construct
21
units
at
three
levels
of
housing
with
garage
under.
L
And
as
part
of
that,
50's
stephen
street
is
a
private
way
with
public
use
and
we're
proposing
a
specific
repair
of
this
street.
As
shown
on
this
plan,.
D
Tony
sorry,
to
interrupt
you,
but
you're
we're
just
seeing
a
blank
screen
here,
we're
not
actually
seeing
your
plan.
L
On
you
know
a
14
000
square
foot
lot
and
I
believe
we
can
addressed
all
the
concerns
that
we
received
during
the
public
hearing
process.
We
are
proposing
to
grant
a
widening
location
plan
on
part
of
the
lot
is
shown
in
this
area
in
red
here
and
part
of
the
specific
repairs
will
be
constructed
in
the
sidewalk
along
steadman
street,
on
the
southern
side,
from
the
intersection
of
brooklyn
road
down
to
the
end
of
our
site.
On
the
south
end,
as
shown.
G
Anthony
right
now
we
are
just
discussing
the
widening
and
relocation,
so
we
will
discuss
the
specific
repairs
for
the
next
coming,
so
the
functionality
of
the
whitening
is
because
you
have
a
30-foot
established
right-of-way
towards
the
end
of
the
street.
You
are
widening
it
and
the
reason
being.
L
L
Yeah
so
there's
a
there's,
a
future
plan
that
the
city
has
to
extend.
Steadman
street
down
to
washington
street
connects
down
to
washington
street.
G
Okay,
anthony:
are
you
putting
straight
lines.
G
L
A
Right
we
can
get
into
the
that
part
is
really
a
point
in
the
specific
repairs,
and
I
think,
during
that
session
in
particular
just
want
to
make
sure
that
and
confirm
your
willingness
to
sort
of
coordinate
with
any
other
right-of-way
changes
that
are
going
to
be
required
by
any
inviters
who
are
building
further
to
the
south
of
you
as
if
and
when
deadman
street
becomes
further
built
out
than
it
is
today
beyond
your
property.
A
But
other
questions
or
comments
on
on
the
pedestrian
portion
of
this
or
sorry.
The
winding
and
relocation
portion
of
this.
D
G
G
D
Is
such
access?
Yes,
there's
quite
a
bit
of
development
going
on
in
this
area
and
there
are
common,
there's
common
ownership
groups
amongst
a
number
of
the
parcels.
A
D
Sorry,
no,
I
don't
see
any
no
public
testimony.
B
I
A
Moving

30th
2020.
L
Hi
good
morning
again,
nathan,
donato
from
hancock
associates
representing
57th
street
llc,
as
I
had
stated
before,
the
it's
a
proposing
to
demolish
the
existing
garage
structure
and
construct
21
units
on
three
levels
on
a
14
000
square
foot
lot,
and
the
proposed
improvements
on
stedman
street,
which
is
a
private
way
open
to
public
travel,
consists
of
constructing
a
sidewalk
from
brookly
road
down
to
the
the
celebrity
end
of
our
site
and
as
as
previously
the
prior
hearing,
the
sidewalk
will
be
constructed
within
the
area
granted
to
the
city.
A
Just
to
follow
up
on
bar's
question
and
anthony
you've
covered
this,
but
you've
gotten
courtney,
you've,
coordinated
and
gotten
signed
off
from
our
street
lighting
division
on
the
plan.
L
We
will
work
with
the
developer
on
on
the
on
the
street
lighting
and
in
the
provider,
the
electric
company.
We
can
work
with
the
street
lighting
department.
A
D
We
can
have
the
project
reach
back
out
to
the
street
lighting
division
to
see
what
they
need
to
do
on
here.
The
lights
are
on
private
utility,
poles
right
now
being
that
this
is
a
private
way.
It's
a
little
bit
of
a
murky
situation,
but
I'll
coordinate
with
the
street
lighting.
A
Definitely
feel
free
to
correct
me
on
this,
but
you
do
have.
If
I'm
not
your
parcel,
is
sort
of
the
standard
and
brooklyn
parcels
or
like
the
northern,
the
north
and
closer
to
the
edge
of
brooklyn
road
as
things
sort
of
as
potential
future
development
occurs.
A
Sort
of
on
the
left
of
the
the
plan
that
you're
showing
out
to
the
south
of
the
property
exactly
just
want
to
make
sure
that
you're
willing
to
sort
of
coordinate
with
whatever
work
your
butter
will
will
then
do
to
make
sure
that
it's
a
seamless
sort
of
streetscape
sidewalk
and
there's
just
cooperation
over
there.
L
Yes,
the
developers
have
agreed
to
work
with
the
city
and
earnest
on
the
76
stoneleigh
project
across
the
way
and
on
75
7th
street
great
anthony,
really.
M
Oh
yes,
hi
tony
thanks
for
taking
my
call
a
few
minutes
ago
yeah.
So
I
know
we
just
we
had
mentioned
this
a
few
minutes
ago,
but
so
we
did
have
recent
correspondence
from
our
legal
team
that
we
do
want
to
have
an
easement
before
you
own
and
maintain
the
sewer
in
the
street.
So
and
I
know.
M
Mentioned
some
other
issues
with
you
know
people
across
the
street,
so
you
know,
I
think,
that's
something
we
can
probably
discuss
after
the
the
pic
meeting
since
it's
not
specifically
related
to
the
this
plan.
A
D
I
will
mention
that
this
plan
is
likely
going
to
see
some
very
minor
updates
regarding
the
sidewalk
on
the
opposite
side
of
the
street.
Those
updates
have
been
requested
by
the
bpda
and
I'll
coordinate
with
tony
on
that.
B
I'll
make
a
motion
to
approve
a
petition
by
50
steadman
street
llc
for
the
making
of
specific
repairs
within
steadman
street
and
brooklyn

contingent
upon
final
easements
with
the
boston,

and
sewer
department.
Second,.
A
So
moved
the
I'm
going
to
be
passing
the
the
gavel
so
to
speak
over
to
parra
to
carry
the
next
portions
of
the
meeting.
I
need
to
step
out
for
a
moment,
but
I
will
rejoin
as
as
soon
as
I
can
and
I'll
let
power
interviews
connect
to
the
public
hearing.
Thank
you.

well
as
public

we

G
I
Regarding

I
make
a

to
continue
this

to
the

E
N
Yeah
good
morning,
this
is
chris

with
the

representing
tc

looking
for

G
Will
you
be
able
to

our

our.
N
You
go
to
sheet

N
You
can
see
here
that
we
have
a
breakout
of
a
verizon
manhole
at
the
corner
of
barnes
and
saratoga
street,
we'll
be
conventional

there

we'll
be

like
I
said
we'll

and
the
the
city
shadow
will
be
stubbed

H
N
D
I
think
we're
all
set
on
this
one.
One
of
the
homework
assignments
was
to
confirm
that
none
of
these
new
handholds
or
manholes
were
going
to
be
located
within
any
crosswalks.
I
took
a
look
at
that.
I
think
it's
fine,
but
we'll
have
chris
confirm
that
and
update
the
mylar,
if
necessary,
any.
G
N
Hi
again
chris
murray,
with
the
gmr
group
representing
tc
systems,
looking
for
a
grand
location
on
tara,
graham
street
and
st
andrews
road.
If
you
go
to
there,
you
go
at
the
bottom
right.
We
are
coming
off
of
a
utility
pole
and
installing
a
hand
hole
next
to
it.
There'll
be
a
city
shadow
conduit
between
the
two
four
inch
pipe
or
I
think,
two
inch
pipe
in
this
case,
we'll
micro
trench
to
the
intersection
of
teragram
and
saint
andrews,
where
we'll
place
another
hand,
hole
and
then
continue.
G
N
D
G
O
Yes,
thank
you
very
much.
Commission
members,
my
name
is
ron
mcnulty,
I'm
a
senior
project
manager
with
the
city
of
boston,
public
facilities,
department,
I'd
like
to
request
permission
to
share
my
screen.
O
K
O
Yes,
great,
thank
you,
so
I'm
here
today
to
present
the
request
for
vertical
discontinuances
in
support
of
the
josiah
quincy
upper
school
project
with
me
today
is
carlton
jones
who's,
an
assistant
director
for
operations
with
pfb,
also
pip
lewis
and
deborah
collins
from
hmfh
architects,
as
well
as
josh
sorey's
from
niche
engineering
and
savathi
sar
our
opm
wisconsin
usa.
Building
pfd
is
working
closely
with
the
mass
school
building
authority
on
this
project.
We're
working
with
mayor
fakety,
as
well
as
with
carl
brown,
so
just
a
quick
summary
slide.
O
O
The
serial
here
shows
at
the
bottom
right
the
location
of
the
new
school.
It's
currently
is
going
to
be
situated
at
the
location
of
the
existing
precast,
concrete
modular
buildings
which
currently
house
the
sixth
and
seventh
grades
of
the
jqs,
as
well
as
the
boston,
chinese,
evangelical
church
and
the
new
location
will
be
directly
across
from
the
josiah
quincy
elementary
school.
O
The
next
slide
just
an
overview
of
our
project
schedule.
We
intend
to
begin
construction
in
a
little
less
than
a
year.
From
now
and
with
swing
space,
we
intend
to
move
the
existing
6th
and
7th
graders
currently
located
at
900
washington
street,
to
the
existing
jques
building
on
arlington
street,
and
when
that
portion
of
the
project
is
completed,
we
will
then
begin
construction
on
the
new
jques
building.
O
O
So
we
expect
to
start
construction
in
june
of
next
year
of
2021
and
we
expect
the
new
building
to
be
complete
for
the
start
of
the
2024-2025
school
year,
just
a
little
bit
of
a
scheduled
detail
to
try
and
explain
a
little
bit
of
the
sequencing
as
to
why
we're
appearing
at
the
pic
when
we
are,
we've
been
working
today
up
through
feasibility
study
with
the
msba
also,
and
we
just
submitted
the
schematic
design
to
the
msba
as
well
of
the
building,
and
so
we
are
now
beginning
what
they
call
the
design
development
or
the
detailed
design
phase
of
the
project.
O
O
The
pfa
is
estimated
at
this
point
to
be
reimbursing
up
to
50
million
dollars
towards
the
cost
of
the
project
to
the
city.
The
overall
project
cost
right
now
is
at
193
million.
So
so
right
now,
you
can
see
on
the
screen.
A
rendering
of
the
new
building.
This
view
is
looking
northeast
towards
the
left.
Is
washington
street
towards
the
right?
Is
the
mass
turnpike
and
marginal
road.
O
So
this
illustrates
the
request
for
vertical
discontinuances
that
we're
here
to
discuss
today
due
to
the
relatively
small
site
for
such
a
large
school
and
to
the
kind
of
the
unique
configuration
of
the
site
working
with
bps
and
refining
their
educational
program
over
the
course
of
the
past
year.
It's
become
clear
that
there
are
certain
program
elements
that
are
going
to
need
to
request
vertical
discontinuances
in
this
rendering.
O
On
the
left-hand
side,
you
can
see
a
a
mass
representing
what
will
be
the
auditorium
of
the
building
and
just
towards
the
right
is
an
area
of
the
building
which
will
be
the
gymnasium
and
just
above
that
is
the
classroom
area
of
the
school.
There
are
four
stories
of
classrooms
there.
This
elevation
of
the
building
faces
to
south,
so
working
with
hmfh
and
others.
We
expect
to
have
a
need
for
solar
sunshades
to
mitigate
the
effects
of
solar
gains
on
the
facade,
so
this
is
a
site
plan.
Pip.
O
That,
okay,
that's
okay,
I'll,
go
ahead
and
continue.
So
this
is
a
site
plan
showing
the
footprint
of
the
new
jqs
building
marginal
road
to
the
south
washington
street,
to
the
left
and
harrison
ave
to
the
right.
So
you
can
see,
I
think,
from
the
site
plan
here,
that
the
the
site
is
kind
of
a
kind
of
a
trapezoidal
shape
and
it's
going
to
be
a
zero
lot
line,
construction
building
and
so
again
working
with
dps.
O
We
found
that
the
needs
for
the
size
of
the
auditorium
that
they
need
to
support
their
their
educational
program
and
the
size
of
the
gymnasium
is
are
items
that
are
going
to
need
to
be
able
to
overhang
on
the
sidewalk
on
marginal
road.
So
this
is
a
first
floor
plan
again
the
auditorium
and
the
gymnasium
are
shown
dashed,
and
this
is
the
second
floor
plan
showing
the
actual
floor
plans
of
the
auditorium
in
the
gym.
O
Josh.
Are
you
able
to
talk
to
the
vertical
discontinuances
site
plan.
F
Sure
yeah
and
at
this
scale
it's
a
little
tough.
Do
you
mind
if
I
take
over
presenting
and
then
I
can
kind
of
zoom
in
where
the
discussion
goes.
K
Sure
sure
go
ahead.
F
F
And
can
everyone
see
this
yes,
great?
Okay,
so
again,
just
just
to
be
able
to
zoom
in
here
a
little
bit
as
ron
had
mentioned,
the
large
the
two
largest
discontinuance
areas
are
for
the
auditorium
and
for
the
gymnasium
and
then
right
adjacent
abutting.
F
The
building
is
the
sun
shade
on
the
southern
base,
so
with
that
the
largest
building
overhang
for
area
a
it
extends
approximately
22
feet
above
the
right
of
way,
all
the
way
to
a
height
of
about
45
feet
high,
whereas
this
vertical
discontinuance
area
over
here
for
the
gymnasium,
that's
approximately
17
feet
high
off
the
above
the
existing
surface
of
the
right-of-way
and
extends
43
feet
high
as
well.
So
with
that
taking
into
account
the
width
of
these
overhangs
and
obviously
its
relationship
to
the
marginal
road
right
of
way.
F
We
obviously
felt
it
necessary
to
coordinate
with
btd
as
far
as
relocating
the
curb
to
obviously
eliminate
the
overhang
within
the
vehicular
right-of-way.
So
through
some
initial
coordination-
and
please
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
in
pip
and
amy,
I
wasn't
privy
to
all
those
conversations.
But
the
initial
approach
was
to
provide
some
traffic
calming
within
marginal
road
and
reduce
the
width
from
the
existing
width
of
38
feet
to
what
is
shown
at.
F
I
believe,
33
feet,
which
basically
would
allow
us
to
maintain
at
its
narrowest
point
just
a
0.6
foot
gap
between
the
edge
of
the
proposed
overhang
and
the
new
curb
realignment.
P
If
I
can
step
in
because
I
finally
found
my
unmute
button,
I'm
sorry
about
that-
it's
actually
0.9
feet.
I
believe
joshua.
Are
you
looking
at
that
upside
down?
Perhaps
yes,
that's
correct,
yeah,
okay
and
we're
not
really
introducing
traffic
calming,
except
to
the
extent
that
narrowing
the
road
will
tend
to.
It
is
a
single
lane
of
traffic
that
goes
through
at
the
moment,
and
the
idea
is
that
narrowing
the
width
of
the
of
that
single
lane
will
tend
to
slow
traffic
down.
As
it
goes
past,
the
public
school.
M
B
Or
streetscape
will
look
like,
but
this
is
in
order
of
operations,
things
right,
you're
overhanging.
We
need
you
to
overhang
the
sidewalk.
You
got
to
move
the
curb
out
to
overhang
the
sidewalk.
We
agree
that
this
is
a
solid
stab
at
where
this
curb
will
land.
B
I
know
that
we're
continuing
conversations
about
whether
the
bike
facilities
are
up
or
down
or
all
that
other
stuff
which
it
can
come
in
the
future
when
you
have
your
actual
specific
repair
plans,
but
we
agree
that
this
represents
a
reasonable,
curb
location
and
keeps
your
building
over
the
sidewalk
and
not
over
the
road.
O
O
The
msba
requires
that
a
district,
be
it
city,
city,
boston
or
any
other
district
that
they're
going
to
be
reimbursing
to
have
full
ownership
and
control
of
their
site,
which
extends
to
air
rights,
and
so
in
order
to
have
the
msba
sign
off
on
that
pfa
and
the
timeline
that
we
would
that
we
need
to
continue
the
project.
O
We
we're
having
these
conversations
of
a
little
bit
out
of
sequence
than
you
might
have,
and
we
expect
to
return
to
the
pic
on
much
at
a
later
date
on
the
project,
to
talk
more
specifically
about
our
approach
to
the
streetscape.
F
Excellent
great
exactly
so,
and
you
know,
with
the
proposed
curb,
as
just
stated,
we
have
presented
kind
of
a
schematic,
specific
repairs
if
you
will
to
kind
of
hold
this
curb
line
and
some
of
the
additional
awesome
water
and
sewer
infrastructure
changes
that
are
required
with
the
new
building
construction
and
with
the
curb
realignment.
F
Right
so,
as
far
as
the
specific
repairs
again,
this
is
kind
of
the
base,
drawing
to
kind
of
lock
in
that
curve.
The
worst
case
scenario
where
we
currently
stand
with
our
coordination
and
that
we're
all
in
general
agreement
with.
Obviously
we
will
come
to
pic
at
a
later
date,
once
the
streetscape
has
been
fully
coordinated.
F
You
know
regarding
any
site,
furnishings
trees,
street
lighting,
so
that
will
come
much
later
during
the
dd
portion
through
the
design
effort,
but
through
coordination
now
with
the
boston,
modern
super
commission
with
denise
a
couple
of
their
comments,
obviously
related
to
any
drainage
pattern,
changes
that
would
result
from
the
curve
realignment
and
actually
because
of
the
constant
cross
slope
across
the
roadway.
There
aren't
many
impacts
to
the
roadway
drainage.
It's
a
matter
of
just
relocating
the
existing
inlets.
F
F
Another
comment
from
denise
was
in
relation
to
the
foundation
of
the
new
building
in
relation
to
this
sewer,
with
a
large
diameter
24
inch
sewer
main.
So
what
we're
proposing
is
to
provide
a
couple
dog
house
manholes
and
just
realign
this
sewer
to
be
located
outside
of
the
the
structural
footings
of
the
new
building.
F
G
Mr
mcnally
absolutely
exciting
project
and
I
commend
you
for
all
the
hard
work
which
I
have
done
to
make
this
to
this
point
in
time,
just
trying
to
match
your
timelines
with
the
next
pic
action.
I
I'm
very
certain
you
all
have
coordinated
this
project
with
every
known
city
department,
I'm
just
a
little
bit
unaware.
I
I'm
sure
you
may
have
discussed
this
stuff
with
public
works
engineering
future
stuff.
I
haven't
had
a
chance
to
check
with
those
folks
to
see
whether
you
all
have
been
in
touch
with
them.
Yes,.
O
Yes,
yeah
we
did,
we
did
meet
with
staff
from
dpw
back
in.
I
want
to
say
it
was
march
time
frame
early
march
yesterday.
G
Awesome
just
a
quick
comment,
condition
of
time
street
and
by
the
time
we
are
finished
with
you
know,
spending
200
million
dollars
over
here
pine
street
may
not
be
looking
as
great
as
it
is.
Looking
today.
After
doing
such
a
wonderful
investment,
I
think
you
want
all
the
above
streets
to
be
at
least
looking
nice
possible
that
doesn't
look
like
it's
a
pizza,
so
I
think
washington
marginal
and
having
some,
I
don't
think
you're
going
to
traumatize
those
streets
too
much
unless
your
utility
connections
are
coming
off
those
streets.
G
So
the
punch
line
is,
I
don't
know
whether
there
are
major
utility
lines
going
down
pine
street,
but
pine
street
may
be
in
a
tight
condition.
So,
mr
mcnally,
my
punch
line
is
by
the
time
2023
24
comes
around
when
you
are
doing
you're
even
coming
that
the
surrounding
streets
are
in
some
decent
shape,
whether
that
expenditure
is
taken
upon
by
your
team
or
the
city
team,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day
we
will
give
something
to
the
community
which
they
are
going
to
be
appreciative
and
proud
of.
G
I
mean
you
are
being
proud,
so
just
put
that
in
your
radar
as
who
is
going
to
clean
up
the
streets,
because
it
would
be
a
little
bit
shaped
for
being
a
shameful,
not
quite
the
mark
after
you
spending
so
much
resources
and
creating
such
a
jewel
in
the
china
road
area.
And
then
the
kids
can't
actually
walk
those
schools,
because
the
sidewalks
or
the
roadways
not
quite
where
it
needs
to
be
simply
due
to
the
construction
damage.
That's
going
to
take
place.
O
Yes
yeah
I,
what
I
would
say
is
is
that
I
think
your
comments
are
very
well
taken.
In
fact,
some
of
the
conversations
we've
had
with
bte
and
staff
members
have
brought
up
very
similar
concerns
as
well.
So
that's
definitely
on
our
radar.
G
J
F
J
H
G
With
sure
it's
exciting
any
additional
comments
by
fellow
commission.
B
G
That
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
bic
hearing
itself.
I
am
curious
about
the
cn
risk
part
that
you
are
doing
talk
if
you
could
make
arrangements
for
me
to
have
an
offline
conversation
with
mr
personality,
to
figure
out
how
pfd
is
doing
that.
Certainly,
okay,
not
this
I'll.
Just
call
you
later.
G
Q
Q
Q
Hi
amy,
I
know
todd
is
here
too,
and
I
believe
I
saw
sarah's
name
so
the
the
challenge
that
we
were
looking
to
find
a
solution
for
is
due
to
the
fact
that
that
side
of
the
building
is
actually
where
our
loading
docks
are
located,
as
well
as
a
couple
of
decorative
planters,
and
we
needed
to
find
a
way
to
protect
those
openings
in
the
building
from
storm
surges
that
occur,
particularly
in
that
area
of
the
seaport
and
very
early
on
in
this
presentation.
You'll
see
a
map.
Q
Thank
you
for
sharing
andre
on
the
left
side.
You'll
see
that
storm
surges
actually
form
a
little
bit
of
a
bathtub
around
one
channel
center,
particularly
on
the
east
side.
So
even
in
instances
where
they're
there's
not
a
king
tide
recorded,
our
property
management
and
engineering
teams
are
constantly
tracking,
just
water
levels
to
to
find
out
whether
or
not
we
need
to
deploy
a
flood
barrier
system
to
prevent
water
from
pooling
in
our
loading
dock.
Q
Now,
to
date,
we've
been
successfully
using
an
aqua
fence
flood
barrier
system,
but
due
to
the
the
planters
and
the
gates
in
front
of
the
loading
dock,
there's
actually
a
restricted
amount
of
width
on
the
sidewalk
itself
and
therefore
we
weren't
able
to
conform
to
the
four
foot
required
clearance
on
that
sidewalk
when
the
aqua
fence
was
deployed
prior
to
dismantling
it.
Q
With
that,
and
you
know,
I
will
hand
it
over
to
the
experts
to
actually
describe
the
system
in
more
detail
and
the
scope
of
work
and
how
it
works.
So
I
will
hand
it
over
to
andre.
R
Thank
you
justin.
Can
you
hear
me
everybody
all
right?
R
So,
yes,
what
we're
looking
to
do
here
is
the
actual
petition
that
we're
talking
about
is
this
section
of
barrier
here
that
just
infringes
on
city
property
along
medallion
avenue,
these
other
green
or
the
aquifens
which
are
on
the
building
property,
and
so
those
are
separate
all
of
the
cl,
as
as
justin
mentioned,
the
the
main
issue,
why
we
changed
from
the
aqua
fence
along
medallion
was
because
of
clearance
issues,
so
we
now
maintain
a
minimum
of
four
feet
between
any
obstruction
and
the
edge
of
the
barrier
and
just
blowing
it
up
a
little
bit
here.
R
If
the
red
line
is
basically
where
the
barrier
goes,
it
goes
right
outside
there's
a
little
planter
area
here
it
hooks
up
to
the
wall
and
which
is
over
here
it
it
comes
along
and
then,
at
the
other
end
it
kind
of
comes
in
and
makes
a
little
entry
back
into
the
wall.
So
it's
basically
present
protecting
these
doors
and
and
other
important
infrastructure
within
the
building.
R
The
barriers
will
be
a
series
of
posts
which
will
have
anchor
bolts
in
the
in
the
concrete
sidewalk.
The
concrete
sidewalk
varies
from
six
to
ten
inches
and
so
we'll
have
a
series
of
bolts
which
will
be
flush
and
if
you,
this
is
what
the
barrier
would
look
like.
Similarly
erected,
the
posts
would
be
brought
out
and
bolted
down.
But
when
it's
not
deployed,
you
would
have
a
series
of
flush
to
the
sidewalk
anchor,
basically
some
blanking
bolts
that
would
be
removed
when
they
at
the
time
that
you're
going
to
erect
the
system.
R
R
Yes,
my
name
is
andrei
martikini
and
I
am
with
kleinfelder.
Yes,.
G
And
also
andre,
if
you
could
change
the
sequence
of
your
presentation
so
that
you
are
actually
showing
what
the
deployed
product
looks
like
before
you
go
so
that
way
it
will
be.
I
think
it
might
flow
a
little
bit
better.
So
that
way,
those
who
want
to
comment
will
see
the
product.
So
if
you
just
could
adjust
that,
that
would
be
great.
G
R
We'll
do
all
right,
and
so
I
I
know
one
of
the
concerns
that
got
brought
up
so
again
we're
down
here
at
the
medallion
street
area,
and
there
was
the
number
of
times
that
you
know
a
year
that
we
might
be
deploying
a
system
like
this
and
historically
the
the
one.
The
medallion
street
area
here
is
area,
one
which
has
a
ground
floor
elevation
of
elevation
13.
and
when
we
look
at
historical
flooding,
we
hit
elevation
13.
R
So,
of
course,
2018
was
when
we
had
a
historically
bad
year
of
flooding.
That
happened
quite
a
few
times,
but
it
generally
it's
it's
two
to
three
times
a
year.
The
other
areas
that
again
this
is
not
subject
to
the
pic,
but
the
other
areas
would
get
less
because
they're
at
a
higher
elevation.
So
they
wouldn't
be
triggering
that
again.
R
It
may
be
hard
to
read
this,
but
basically
this
slide
is
just
saying
that
there
are
a
lot
of
very
critical
infrastructure
in
within
the
buildings
inc,
including
generators,
transform,
eversource
transformers,
a
lot
of
electric
equipment,
lighting
system
security
office,
hot
water
heater
and
such
that,
if
we,
you
know,
don't
deploy
something,
it's
a
problem.
R
This
was
a
photo
from
january
of
2018
along
medallion
avenue,
where,
unfortunately,
they
didn't
have
the
system
in
place
at
the
time
and
water
did
actually
get
here
so
and
jan
this
was,
I
think,
the
the
actual,
the
flutter
record
so
far,
and
this
was
where
it
actually
floated
into
the
flooded
into
the
loading
dock
in
terms
of
public
access.
If
you
know
this
area
is
flooded,
you
can
still
pass
assuming
the
whole
area
isn't
flooded
with
a
major
major
flood.
R
You
can
still
pass
through
the
lobby
and
and
get
through
here,
and
they
will
provide
appropriate
signage
and
just
examples
of
the
signage
and
again.
This
is
just
more
of
the
public
lobby.
Pass-Throughs
and
I
don't
know
justin
if
you
wanted
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
safety
plan
and
and
the
the
deployment
plan
sure.
Q
So,
just
as
a
clarification,
this
building
is
net
least.
It
was
a
built
to
suit
when
it
was
developed
and
delivered
in
2014
for
a
state
street
bank.
So
all
emergency
evacuation
procedures
that
we
work
through.
In
addition
to
working
with
the
city,
we
work
in
close
parallel
with
the
tenant,
so
everything
passes
through
their
corporate
guidance.
Q
In
addition
to
making
sure
it
meets
our
standards
as
as
landlord
we're
now
in
the
process
of
updating
that
plan,
so
that
it
reflects
this
new
temporary
flood
barrier
system
along
medallion
avenue
a
lot
of
those
diagrams
that
were
earlier
showing
what
would
happen
if
medallion
avenue
was
submerged
were.
Q
You
know,
set
policy
because
there
wasn't
enough
clearance
on
that
sidewalk,
so
it
was
directing
pedestrian
traffic
through
the
public
pass-through
of
the
lobby,
which
was
an
intention
of
the
building
design
when
it
was
made
and
is
fairly
standard
across
that
area
of
the
neighborhood
in
order
to
just
facilitate
pedestrian
foot
traffic,
as
you
feed
from
south
station
down
broadway
and
then
up
through
to
the
channel
center
neighborhood.
Q
Q
G
Q
Positions
so
I'll
defer
to
the
kleinfelder
team
on
that
because
they
had
the
majority
of
those
live
conversations.
But.
R
Andre
yeah
yeah,
we
we
have
talked
with
the
the
I
believe
it
I
didn't
do
it
so
I
believe
it
was
with
the
the
police
and
the
fire
department
on
it
to
date.
So
we
will
we'll
talk
to
whoever
once
we
finalize
the
concept,
we'll
certainly
talk
with
the
emergency
management.
People
also.
Q
I
I
I
have
one:
this
is
joe
callahan
from
property
management.
Do
any
of
the
nearby
neighboring
buildings
already
have
a
similar
system
in
place?
That's
one
question
and
then
the
second
question
is:
have
you
had
discussions
with
neighboring
property
owners
in
the
event
you
erect
this
and
it
works?
Well
I
mean:
is
there
a
risk
that
it'll
keep
your
building
safe
from
water,
but
push
more
water
onto
the
neighboring
properties?.
R
I
would
answer
that.
No
there's
to
your
second
question.
There
is
no
risk
when
you're
talking
coastal
flooding
the
amount
of
sort
of
area
that
we're
removing
from
sort
of.
If
you
want
to
call
it,
flood
storage
is
minimal
and
the
the
coastal
basically
goes
to
the
level
of
you
know.
Whatever
the
coast
wants,
whatever
the
water
level
wants
to
be,
it's
a
little
different
say
than
riverine
flooding
where
you
know
river.
R
If
you
start
taking
away
large
areas
of
flood
storage,
it
can
start
to
raise
and
or
lower
in
different
areas,
so
that
this
coastal
flooding
does
not
follow
that
kind
of
scenario
and
plus
we're
taking
such
minor
amounts
that
it
just
inconsequential,
and
I
justin
I'm
not
sure
if
I
know
the
answer
to
the
first.
Q
Yeah,
so
so
the
to
answer
the
first
part
of
the
question
yes-
and
I
would
say
that
the
acquisitions
of
temporary
flood
barriers
have
become
more
and
more
common,
since
the
fema
flood
maps
have
been
changed
for
south
boston,
which
occurred
a
few
years
ago.
You
know
the
map
earlier
in
the
presentational
show
that
this
only
really
applies
to
a
few
of
the
properties
along
the
hundred
acres
plan.
Q
But
I
know
in
addition
to
just
the
channel
center
neighborhood,
this
has
become
common
along
properties
along
the
waterfront
of
the
north
port
portion
of
the
seaport,
as
well
as
other
areas
in
south
boston
that
are
subject
to
flood
risk.
D
Q
G
Todd
offline
comment,
alison
from
the
environment
department,
someone
who
is
managing
these
flight
controls,
I'm
not
sure
how
much
they
should
comment
or
whether
they
need
to
comment
or
whether
ppda
needs
to
comment
on
this
stuff.
I
just
don't
know.
Okay
looks
like
they
are
doing
the
right
thing.
Hopefully
it
is
consistent
with
what
the
city
is
looking
for
so
just
separately.
Let
me
know
whether
they
have
checked
off
all
the
that
boxes.
G
A
I'm
happy
to
para.
Thank
you
so
much
happy
to
close
us
out
with
our
final.
Our
final
agenda
item,
which
is,
and
thank
you
para
for
for
stepping
in
and
leaving
the
meeting
over
the
last
few
items.
Our
final
item
of
new
business
is
beaver
street
child
street
gordon
avenue
braver
and
road.
Hale
street
hyde
park,
abandonment,
specific
repairs
on
a
set
of
petitions
by
boston,
trendy
academy.
S
Hi
good
morning
my
name
is
christian
strom,
I'm
with
jones
architecture
in
salem
mass
and
I'm
representing
boston,
trinity
academy,
which
I'll
refer
to
as
bta
most
of
the
time
with
me,
frank,
guerra,
the
headmaster
of
boston,
trinity
academy
and
brian
wheeler,
civil
engineer
from
bvh
integrated
services.
S
S
This
green
space
also
belongs
to
the
school,
as
does
this
large
parking
lot
and
a
green
space
here
with
some
parking
as
well.
So
I'm
here
for
to
present
two
petitions.
One
is
the
street
abandonment
of
beaver
street,
which
is
the
section
road
here
between
braeburn
road
and
gordon
ave,
and
then
the
other
petition
is
for
specific
repairs
along
the
streets
that
about
the
property.
S
So
just
to
give
you
a
little
bit
of
background.
We've
been
working
with
boston,
trinity
academy
for
actually
eight
years
to
develop
the
current
plan,
and
I
met
amy,
cording
and
told
my
main
almost
two
years
ago
to
first
discuss
this
project.
So
it's
it's
been
quite
a
long
road
and
we're
excited
to
finally
be
here.
S
And
drop
off
and
pick
up
in
this
area,
but
while
school
traffic
is
going
through
the
parking
lot
here,
there's
also
a
number
of
people
just
driving
through
the
property.
We
just
don't
really
have
a
right
to
do
it.
K
A
A
A
little
bit
sort
of
digitizing!
Oh
I'm
sorry.
S
S
S
So
just
to
show
you
what
we're
proposing
here,
oops
all
right,
so
here's
the
new
gymnasium
we're
proposing
and
then
this
is
a
new
well,
a
sort
of
redone
parking
lot
with
more
green
space,
lots
of
trees
planted
and
new
vehicular
entry
to
the
parking
lot
to
prevent
those
countries.
S
There's
a
rendering
showing
the
existing
building
the
gym,
is
kind
of.
In
the
background,
you
can't
really
it's
obscured
by
trees
and
in
the
foreground.
You'd
see
new
green
space,
where
we
currently
just
have
a
sea
of
black
asphalt.
S
This
slide
is
just
helping
to
show
what
the
new
traffic
pattern
here
is
going
to
look
like
where
all
traffic
is
currently
following.
This
pink
line,
this
area
will
be
restricted
to
just
buses
that
serve
the
school,
not
school
buses,
but
occasional
buses
from
other
schools
that
are
coming
to
play.
Games
on
the
gymnasium,
we're
also
proposing
this
new
carpet
on
child
street
for
the
more
general
pick
up
and
drop
off,
drop
off
traffic.
S
Yes,
there's
going
to
be
a
gate
there,
but
this
is
this
will
be
used,
so
it
would
be
buses
and
actually
for
emergency
vehicles.
S
B
S
Yes,
so
we
had,
I
think,
six
neighborhood
meetings
with
hyde
park
and
groot
park
and
there
was
a
lot
of
contention
around
the
traffic
issues,
but
it's
all
been
resolved.
B
S
Right,
but
so
what
we
will
show-
and
I
have
the
title
opinion
which
I
can
bring
up
as
well-
is
that.
J
B
Well,
it's
a
private
way
open
to
public
travel,
so
they
do
have
a
right
to
drive
through
there
today
and
you're.
Removing
that
right-
and
my
point
is-
is
just
that
everybody
else
could
come
down
chestnut
street.
But
now
these
people
who
were
able
to
put
like
I
can
see
in
street
view
how
they're
parking
right
like
they
park
in
both
directions,
so
they're
clearly
coming
at
this
from
both
angles.
Now
these
people
were
forcing
down
chestnut
and
out
to
child
and
they
can
no
longer
get
through
to
gordon.
B
So
just
those
two
properties
are
going
to
see
a
much
bigger
difference
in
what
is
happening
to
their
circulation
patterns
than
the
neighborhood
at
large.
T
If
I
could
speak
to
as
the
headmaster
of
the
school,
I've
talked
to
the
families
and
both
of
those
they
really
don't
use
that
that
cut
through
it's
others
coming
from
outside
the
neighborhood
that
use
it
as
a
cut-through,
including
trucks
and
18-wheelers
and
others
who
don't
want
to
get
out
through
the
the
more
crowded
street
down
here,
austin
street.
But
I've
talked
to
both
of
those
families
and
they
they
don't
use
this
this.
They
have
no
objection
to
us
clothing
it.
T
In
fact
they
like
the
idea,
because
it
will
prevent
traffic
from
coming
down
here
by
their
homes.
They're
perfect.
They
don't
want.
B
Anything
that
just
is
is
a
direct
contact
with
these.
Just
these
two
because
they're,
the
ones
who
were
you
know
like
they
didn't
live
on
a
dead
end
street,
and
now
they
do
regardless
of
how
it
was
functioning
before
so
yeah
just
to
memorialize
that
they
had
direct
outreach
in
that
they're.
Okay,
with
it,
okay.
A
I'll
do
that.
Thank
you.
I
think
amy
tell
me
definitely
incredible
often
this
principles
that
were
eagling
a
letter
that
they
signed
to
you
that
you
submitted
to
the
pic
that
would
something
like
that
would
just
be
helpful.
S
G
Mr
strong
people
give
me
a
moment
sure
I
used
to
live
in
this
neighborhood
just
two
streets
from
here,
and
my
children
have
gone
to
this
school
and
I'm
very
familiar
with
this
school
and
the
neighborhood
and
the
history
and
the
legacy
this
parochial
school
has
and
continue
to
have
in
the
high
park
neighborhood.
G
The
gymnasium,
I
believe,
is
used
as
a
polling.
You
know
when
we
have
elections.
I
think
so
just
want
to
get
some
understanding,
your
construction
timeline
and
when
how
that
is
going
to
impact
our
election
cycles.
G
No,
I
used
to
go
and
board
with
you
know
somewhere
in
this
building.
I
forget
where
it
is.
If
the
gentleman
from
the
school
just
helped
me
to
remember,
I
believe.
T
T
We
began
to
make
this
available
to
the
neighborhood
this
area
in
the
in
the
the
front,
the
saucer
shape
of
the
building.
If
you
could
point
that
out
christian,
thank
you,
but
there's
there's
an
entrance
right
on
off
that
the
public
would
use.
Now
we
have
not
used
that
this
year
at
all
the
the
primary
in
on
september
1st.
We
did
not
provide
it
and
we
will
not
this
november
because
of
covet
19
concerns.
T
So
you
know
our
our
school
right
now
is
operating
on
a
hybrid
model,
with
some
students
who
have
chosen
about
32.
Students
of
our
230
have
chosen
to
learn
strictly
remotely
and
the
other.
The
other

are
divided
up
into
a
and
b
cohorts
that
come
just
half
the
day.
T
So
we
we've
limited
completely
limited
visitors
into
the
building,
installed
all
kinds
of
physical
distancing
protocols
in
the
building
six
feet
of
physical
distancing,
which
which
reduces
how
many
people
we
can
put
in
a
classroom,
and
we
currently
don't
allow
any
visitors,
except
with
certain
protocols
in
place,
a
negative
test
being
one
of
them
or
there's
a
few
other
ways
they
can
get
in
to
the
building
with
an
appointment.
So
currently
we're
not
using
it.
T
G
G
S
Yeah,
so
we
were
working
with
brian
flynn.
Yes,
who
was
the
representative
for
hyde
park
and
he
recently
moved
to
new
job,
but
so
I
I
had
requested
a
formal
letter
from
him
that
I
never
received,
but
he
spoke
on
the
school's
behalf
at
our
zoning
board
of
appeals
meeting
and
support
very
strongly.
S
But-
and
then
I
spoke
with
his
successor
about
getting
a
formal
letter
of
support
and
he
said
that
was
kind
of
atypical
and
that
he
felt
that
the
the
board
of
appeals
decision
would
be
enough
for
the
pic.
If
that's
incorrect,
then
I
will
get
a
letter.
I.
G
G
G
That's
in
that
area,
so
we
just
want
to
make
sure
that
the
construction
work
or
the
duration
of
construction-
and
this
wonderful
work
you
are
doing,
is
complementary
to
what's
happening
in
the
neighborhood.
How
long
do
you
think
is
the
construction
project
roughly.
S
S
So
then,
I
just
want
to
get
into
a
little
bit
more
detail
on
the
relating
to
the
petition
one
street
abandonment,
so
the
the
property
has
three
tracts
that
are
defined
in
the
title
opinion
tract
one
is
the
school
itself
and
the
area
where
the
new
building
is
going
track.
Two
is
the
current
parking
lot
within
beaver
street
between
tract
one
and
two
and
then
track
three
is
the
is:
what's
called
the
grotto
up
here,
which
has
about
twenty
park
twenty
parking
spaces?
S
S
S
One
other
item
is
the
sewer
easement
that
runs
along
beaver
street
and
we
are
not.
You
know
intending
to
violate
that
in
any
way
so
boston,
water
sewer
will
still
have
access
to
that,
and
it's
also
one
of
the
reasons
we
aren't
trying
to
build
anything
over
viewer
street,
but
leaving
that
as
a
parking
area
and
leaving
that.
A
G
So
what
you
need
to
tell
us,
mr
strong,
is
what
are
all
the
utility
eastmans
that
are
there
through
that
portion
of
beaver
street?
I
don't
know
and
if
they
are
being
abandoned,.
G
Okay,
that
would
be
smart,
water,
electricity.
I
don't
know
because
sometimes
the
way
the
city
lays
out,
we
have
these
utility
easements
and
when
you
abandon
that
street
you
are
abandoning
not
just
the
surface,
but
the
subsurface,
so
do,
let
us
know
hopefully
dennis
from
board
and
zoo,
can
shake
some
light
as
to
why.
S
Yeah
so
yeah
there's
the
sewer
easement
running
here
and
then
we
do
have
utility
poles
along
beaver
street
as
well.
We
didn't
get
any
impressions
from
the
boss
motors
who
were
on
this
or
from
the
utility
company,
but
if
you
I
can
provide
more
information
on
that,
for
you.
S
And
this
is
basically
on
all
sides
of
the
school
we're
doing
a
little
bit
here
and
there
I'll
start
off
child
street,
where
we
are
proposing
a
new
curb
cut,
which
will
be
the
new
access
to
the
parking
lot
vehicular
entry.
Only
as
part
of
that
we
are
reconstructing
the
whole
sidewalk
along
the
school
property.
Apparently
it's
just
an
asphaltic
sidewalk,
but
we'll
put
in
a
proper
concrete
one
with
the
granite
curb
there's
a
little
bit
of
surface
work
needed
here
to
connect
to
a
manhole
moving
to
gordon
avenue.
S
What
we're
proposing
here
is
really
just
to
widen.
The
existing
curb
cut
radio
radius
a
little
bit
so
that
to
improve
the
turning
radius
for
for
larger
vehicles,
buses
and
fire
trucks,
but
we
would
just
be
re
basically
reconstructing
with
there
and
then
putting
in
a
raised
pedestrian
crossing,
but
there
and
of
the
child
street
curb
cut
from
braeburn
road
we're
making.
A
Chris,
just
sorry
just
to
be
clear,
though
rays
going
across
the
driveway
not
going
across
gordon
ave
and
same.
S
G
Mr
straub,
you
need
to
really
manage
the
traffic
that
is
going
to
come
off
and
again
pathway
who
may
want
to
drop
children
off
in
your
school,
because
that's
a
very
complicated
just
just
simply
because
of
the
traffic
goes
through.
It
is
an
uncontrolled
intersection
when
you
are
going
from
northbound
god.
I'm
sorry
east
from
gordon
to
anything.
S
Hopefully
yeah
so
maybe
frank
can
speak
to
this
a
little
bit.
I
don't
think
there
are
currently
any
issues
with
well
I
mean
their
safety
is
certainly
a
concern
here
in
general,
so
part
of
what
we're
proposing
is
school
warning
signs
which
are
kind
of
lacking
here,
so
there's
a
series
of
new
school
warning
signs
along
both
child
street
and
gordon,
and
that's
just
to
slow
traffic
down
a
little
bit.
S
This
is
also
a
response
to
a
butters
concerns
around
speeding
traffic
here
and
I
think
the
the
school
can.
Certainly
you
know,
implement
procedures
or
drop
off
and
pick
up
and
ensuring
that
kids
are
not
dropped
off,
say
you
know
at
this
corner
where
we
are
in
a
dangerous
intersection.
T
What
they
do
now
is
they
drive
all
the
way
down?
Gordon
come
all
the
way
up
child
street,
then
the
left
on
the
chestnut
and
then
in
to
braeburn.
That's
one
of
the
reasons.
Our
neighbors
love
the
project
that
are
back
in
those
houses
that
you
talked
about,
because
cars
will
not
be
driving
by
their
houses.
Anymore,
they'll
be
coming
straight
in
200
yards
down
from
the
intersection
of
child
and
and
gordon.
S
Also,
I
just
want
to
mention
that
we
we
did
do
a
full
traffic
study,
which
probably
amy
has
seen
when
she
was
with
the
btd.
She
might
have
seen
that
I
neglected
to
send
it
to
the
pic
as
part
of
the
supplementary
documents.
You
know
we
worked
with
this
traffic
study
and
all
the
abutters
to
kind
of
ensure
that
the
overall
impact
to
traffic
in
the
neighborhood
is
going
to
be
negligible.
S
So
you
know
there
aren't
really
more
cars
traveling
on
child
street
they're,
just
turning
in
a
different
spot
instead
of
turning
into
chestnut
they're
turning
here
and
so
the
kind
of
the
overall.
H
S
Is
is
really
minimal
for
the
neighborhood,
so
if
I
may
just
go
to
braeburn
the
improvements
on
braeburn
here.
S
B
G
S
So
this
is
yeah.
So
what
we're
showing
on
hill
street
is
a
new
street
crossing
marking
and
then
a
curb
cut
or
a
herb
ramp
for
accessibility.
B
S
Yeah
I
wish
it
was
shown
here
the
other
side
there.
There
is
no
sidewalk.
On
the
other
side,
there
is
a
sort
of
a
ramp
into
the
parking
lot
over
here
and
then
a
couple
stairs
right
there.
Let
me
see,
if
I
can,
I
can
go
to
street
view.
B
Right
well
so,
first
of
all,
like
the
the
ramp
on
this
side
can't
lead
to
to
stairs
on
the
other
side,
because
you
know
what
that's
not
accessible.
If
there's
no
sidewalk
on
the
other
side,
that's
okay!
It
still
needs
an
accessible
return
right
like
so.
We
need
tactile
warning
on
the
other
side,
but
I
don't
think
that
the
right
place
for
ramps
is
probably
to
a
spot
that
has
stairs.
S
So
there
is,
there
is
an
an
ada
parking
spot
here,
that's
basically
on
the
street,
so
I
think
maybe
part
of
the
idea
was
that.
B
Yeah,
so
I
mean,
I
think
that
there
should
probably
be
some
signage.
Is
this
going
to
be
striped
as
a
crosswalk,
and
there
needs
to
be
some
reciprocal
tactical
warning
to
suggest
that
you
are
on
the
other
side
of
this
and
if,
at
any
point,
you
expect
to
have
this
parking
lot
be
accessible,
and
this
is
where
we're
crossing
people,
then,
along
with
these
stairs,
should
be
some
sort
of
ramp
up
into
the
lot.
S
S
So
I
think
that
that
pretty
much
kind
of
covers
the
specific
repairs
requests.
I
guess
it
sounds
like
we
have
some
a
little
bit
of
work
to
do
on
the
hill
street.
I
don't
know
if
there's
other
things
for
us
to.
I.
A
Think
christian,
the
one
other
piece
and
todd
robbie
can,
I
think,
help
coordinate
this
on
child
and
on
gordon,
where
you're
doing
any
sort
of
sidewalk
reconstruction.
A
I
think
there's
some
lights
on
utility
poles
on
gordon
and
I
don't
know
if
there's
any
lights,
I
don't
think
there's
any
lights
on
that
side
of
child
street.
But
if
you
just
coordinate
with
that
street
lighting
division
on
any
any
work
in
that
in
that
area,.
S
Okay,
as
far
as
I
know,
we're
not
touching
any
of
the
street
lights.
A
I
do,
I
think,
the
so
the
letters
for
the
section
on
from
the
butters
on
braeburn,
the
the
crossing
of
hail
and
the
street
lighting
work,
I
think,
are
all
things
would
be
get
to
cover
before
new
business
before
sorry
before
the
public
hearing.
S
S
In
terms
of
the
hill
street,
would
we
so
I
mean
we'd
have
to
work
with
our
civil
engineer
and
landscape
architect,
presumably
to
develop
something
there?
Do
I
need
to
go
through?
S
Would
I
just
bring
the
new
plan
to
you
or
do
I
need
to
send
this
to
the
disabilities.
B
Make
sarah
happy
like
I,
I
get
that
this
is
kind
of
a
weird
spot,
but
when
we
have
a
ramp
we
need
to
have
the
reciprocal
ramp
or
solution
so
that
when
we
have
somebody
entering,
we
have
to
signify
that
they
are
now
out
of
the
road
but
yeah.
I
think
that
really
just
it's
a
little
confusing
to
have
a
ramp
that
ends
at
stairs
as
far
as
what
we're
really
trying
to
signify
here
is
accessibility.
So
that's
fine.
B
Maybe
there
should
be
additional
striping
at
the
back
of
that
handicap
spot
to
kind
of
further
define
this
a
little
bit
better.
I
think
we
need
to
understand
if
you
want
to
strike
this
like
a
crosswalk
or
not.
I
don't
know
that
it
needs
it
or
should
have
it.
I
think
that
that
might
be
suggesting
something
else,
but
I
think
that
you
know
if,
if
people
can
park
in
here
in
an
accessible
way
like,
I
think
that
there
is
a
way
to
get
out
of
here.
B
Otherwise
I
think
that
there
should
probably
be
some
level
of
ramp
right
here
to
get
them
up
into
the
parking
lot.
But
if
sarah's
happy
I'm
happy.
S
Okay,
I
just
just
while
we're
talking
about
accessibility,
so
the
the
main
accessibility
path
to
the
school
is
will
actually
be
from
the
main
parking
lot.
So
we
do
have
these
three
spots
that
lead
to
a
ramp
and
an
elevator
in
the
building.
S
Just
just
so
that's
clear
as
well
on
that
that
was
approved
by
the
accessibility
board.
S
A
A
A
Long,
all
right
christian
principal
does
it
work
for
you
to
come
back
on
october,
8th
two
weeks
from
now,
or
would
you
prefer
the
22nd
or
another
date.
A
Okay,
hi,
we
look
forward
to
seeing
you
on
october,
8th.
Thank
you
thank
you
and,
with
that
I'll
entertain
a
motion
to
adjourn.
