for
the
making
of
specific
repairs
within
the
following
public
ways
in
boston
proper,
consisting
of
curb
realignment,
sidewalk
reconstruction
as
well
as
new
and
relocated

E
F
Good
morning,
Steve
Martorano
from
polar
engineering.
What
I
have
on
the
board
here
is
what
we
discussed
at
the
previous
previous
hearing
in
front
of
you.
I
just
want
to
take
one
minute
to
just
walk
through
the
progression
of
the
plans.
I
know
we
had
some
new
new
iteration
that
was
just
handed
out
recently
and
just
wanted
to
tell
you
where
we
started
where
we
went
and
how
we
landed
on
the
on
the
version
you
have
in
front
of
you.
F
F
Working
with
BTD
and
HDR
and
other
City
departments,
including
accessibilities,
we
had
a
had
a
meeting
in
the
city
departments
had
subsequent
meetings
and
it
came
up
with
a
scheme
which
is
a
little
bit
different
than
what
we've
seen
in
the
in
the
past,
but
along
the
same
lines
of
the
HDR
schematic
design
plans
that
have
been
floating
around
around
that
25%
version.
So
what
this
plan
shows
is
is
the
future
of
Boylston
Street.
F
So
through
those
iterations,
we
landed
on
this
version.
That
was
that
we've
got
in
applied
in
my
version
here
on
the
screen.
So
what
we've
done
is
is
taken
that
that
HDR
concept
plan
that
we
just
saw
kept-kept
the
pocket
park
at
the
corner.
So
we
left
that
area
remains
unchanged,
so
we
could
still
have
the
pocket
park.
We
still
have
improved
pedestrian
accommodations
and
then
this
curve
line
does
match
up
with
the
future
proposed
layout
of
Boylston
Street.
F
So
it
accommodates
that
bicycle
lane
and
it
does
have
it-
has
our
curb
line
coming
in
and
matching
up
with
where
the
health
center
would
like
to
have
their
drop-off
in
the
future.
So
we
think
we've
captured
all
the
comments
at
this
point.
It's
been.
It's
been
a
series
of
meetings
and
conversations
with
the
city
and
and
all
the
various
departments
involved
and
as
well
as
internal
city
meetings,
and
we
feel
we've
captured
everything
at
this
point,
but
we're
we're
obviously
open
to
hearing
more
comments
or
questions
at
this
time.

and
when
we,
when
we
brought
our
petition
two
weeks
ago
for
specific
repairs,
we
received
several
helpful
comments
since
that
time
that
the
work
that's
been
completed.
Ahmad
will
speak
to
a
good.
I
Morning,
my

again

as
David
mentioned,
we've
had
we
had
several
comments,
the
last
hearing,
which
subsequently
ruined
back
and
updated
the
plan,
so
I'll
go
through
those
changes
that
happen
since
last
time.
One
of
the
items
was
the
neck
down
on
Washington,
Street
and.
G
I
I
You
know
we
created
a
much
smoother
transition,
as
we
approach
kill,
built
Street
has
a
steep
slope
to
it,
so
we
can
actually
eliminate
that
their
neck
down
because
of
this
slope
that
goes
up
guilt,
would
maybe
there'll
be
a
difference
in
great
between
Washington
and
angle,
there's
also
a
question
on
the
warrant
analysis
for
the
crosswalk,
which
we've
done
our
traffic
engineers
Donna.
You
are
an
analysis
and
actually
came
back
with
we
doing
it.
We
do
meet
the
war
analysis
for
the
crosswalk
on
on
st.
between
st.
I
Not
sure,
but
oh
that
was
back
a
few
years
back
though
that
was.
C
Maybe
we
did
to
speak
on
that
thought,
packing
I
hope
the
developer.
You
will
be
mindful
of
the
fact
that
if
the
situation's
had
changed
since
your
leave
the
modern
analysis
to
current
conditions
that
you
will
be
supportive
of
whatever
additional
work
is
needed
to
ensure
the
safety
of
those
who
you
are
planning
to
bring
to
your
property.
Do
we
have
that
support
on
inside
development.
H
I
The
the
third
item
was
the
travel,
the
travel
path
on
barlett
street.
Behind
the
tree
pits.
You
know
the
original
plan
did
not
have
enough
dimensions
and
since
single
battle,
although
they
mentioned
that
shows
that
we
have
a
minimum
of
five
feet
behind
the
tree,
pits
would
work
with
Katherine
on
that
and
I
think
we're.
Okay
with
that.
Those
are
the
major
changes
that
happens
is
the
last
meeting.

My

Since
2000
with
me
today,
I
have
Joe
Shea
who's,
the
head
of
the
Boston
Development
Office
for
Rosalind
property
company
Bob,
crucial
with
Hancock
serve
a
civil
engineer
on
the
project
as
well
as
Andrew
grace
the
senior
development
manager
from
massport
I
just
before
I
turn
it
over
to
Bob,
but
it
kind
of
present
the
plan
just
highlight
a
few
issues
that
we've
been
working
through.
M
We,
you
know
I,
think
you
understand
this
particular
public
right-of-way.
Here
is
a
bit
odd
in
the
sense
that
marginal
street
is
not
continuous
between
orleans
and
south
bremen
street,
and
I
think
it
goes
back
probably
to
the
historic
Grand
Junction
rail
line
that
went
through
there
for
some
reason
that
that
public
way
was
discontinued,
and
so
this,
but
there's
a
big
piece
of
the
right
way.
That's
not
actually
used
for
streets
and
that's
part
of
the
Greenway,
and
so
that.
N
M
Is
effectively
even
though,
as
part
of
the
public
ways
effectively
managed
and
maintained
as
part
of
the
Greenway
by
the
parks
department,
so
we
spent
a
lot
of
time
working
with
the
parks
department
to
try
to
get
the
design
right
here
and
a
lot
of
back
and
forth
of
them,
and
they
had
a
lot
of
suggestions
and
we've
tried
to
accommodate
all
those
suggestions
that
would
provide.
You
know:
limited
vehicle
access
for
maintenance
purposes
into
the
Greenway,
because
this
is
how
they
access
the
Greenway
they're.
M
Not
very
many
points
that
you
can
get
a
vehicle
in
and
they
do
this
both
from
the
South
Korean
side
as
welcome
inside.
So
we've
accommodated
their
requests,
for
you
know,
slope
curves
to
allow
people
access
in
and
dwell
as
the
replacement
of
bollards,
so
that
there's
just
not
general
vehicle
access
into
the
Greenway.
They
want
to
control
it
a
little
bit
but
also
removing
bollards
and
other
locations.
We've
expanded
the
remove
some
of
the
asphalt
and
replace
that
with
grass
to
expand
the
grass
area
within
the
Greenway
section
they
felt
was
appropriate.
M
Given
its
part,
nature
and
they've
asked
us
as
well
to
remove
and
existing
it
seems
to
be
a
remnant
actually
a
streetcar
overhead
wiring
system
that
just
the
pole
right
in
the
middle
of
the
walkway
that
goes
between
marginal
goes
long
between
South,
Bremen
and
Orleans
seem
to
be
connected.
Anything
it's
just
historical
remnant
at
some
point
in
the
past
it
was
a
streetcar
system
that
area,
so
we're
agreed
to
remove
that
too.
M
So
we've
been
working
closely
with
them
and
with
a
disabilities
Commission
to
make
sure
we
get
all
our
grades
working
all
the
crosswalks
working.
It's
part
of
a
larger
master
plan
of
how
public
access
should
work
in
this
area
think
there
were
some
questions
about
access
coming
down
the
green
way
through
to
the
waterfront,
both
down
extensions,
bremen
street,
as
well
as
connections
in
the
future
to
pierce
a
park
in
a
phase
two
appears
park
and
access
to
absolutely
site
to
pier
one.
So
we've
accommodated
all
the
design
suggestions.
D
H
Just
the
previous
business
hearing,
the
tap
agreement
is
is
in
fact
in
place.
The
construction
banner
plan
is
yet
to
be
received.
It
subject,
so
this
phase
construction
expecting
that
the
contractor
liver
is
been
selected
for
that
we
formulating
a
construction
minute
plan.
We've
submitted
to
the
office
for
pool.
M
M
L
G
A
D
I'll
make
a
motion
to
approve
the
petition
of

O
C
I
O
O
The
private
ways
is
a
continuation
of
fanfare,
fanfare,
Boulevard,
a
continuation
of
liberty,
drive
attenuation
of
marina
park
drive
in
the
layout
of
waterside
Avenue.
These
are
all
private
ways.
They
will
be
owned
maintained
by
the
fountain
company
or
its
divisions,
we're
continuing
the
street
treatments.
Pavement
treatments,
curve
treatments,
that's
been
developed
throughout
the
project,
so
continuing
that
pattern
through
the
site,
the
street
lighting
will
be
private,
granted
curve
asphalt,
roadways
essentially,
as
I
said,
continuing
what
what's
been
built.
In
the
past,
we've
sent
out
the
barracks
notifications
to
the
17,
different
agencies
and
utilities.
O
Everyone
is
indicated
a
letter
of
support
or
supported
this
project
other
than
PGD,
but
I
know
it
will
speak
up
today
because
any
concerns
the
tapper
was
approved
in
2008
in
regards
to
the
construction
management
plan.
I,
don't
know
if
Turner
has
submitted
that
yet
or
not,
but
they
will
be
doing
the
work
here
as
they've
done
throughout
the
development.
I
talked.
H
Yesterday,
relative
to
some
of
the
three
issues
in
the
Seaport
District,
one
of
the
things
that
came
up
about
the
specific
area
was
the
street
identification,
meaning
that
the
street
is
a
private
way
right
now,
they're
posted
as
a
city
right
away,
there's
a
lot
of
confusion.
You
have
installed
the
meters
on
these
streets
and
actually
are
toeing
off
the
meters,
which
we
don't
do
so
I
think
we
need
to
get
some
clear
identity
that
this
is
a
private
way
these
streets
and
that
the
Fallon
in
shine
on
the
street.
C
Ev
all
of
these
streets
and
contributed
by
straight
line
to
ensure
that
the
right
amount
of
lighting
is
there
in
it
is
lit
off
the
street
one
of
the
buildings
em,
the
roadway
wins.
Does
it
change
dramatically,
even
though
we
are
giving
them
a
pool
for
the
layout?
Are
they
all
fifties
forties
or
are
there
odd
numbers.
B
O
C
G
L
L
So
we,
the
way
that
we
work
is
that
once
it's
approved
here
as
a
street
layout,
we
notify
all
Sam
and
all
city
agencies.
We
usually
do
it
in
kind
of
batches,
because
they're
obviously
not
constructed
yet
so
we
want
it
to
live
a
little
bit
behind,
but
we
don't
want
to
wait
until
actual
construction
because
we'll
never
get
back
to
it.
So
we
we
kind
of
group
them
and
then
we
send
them
out
to
all
public
safety
and
the
people
who
coordinates
in.
L
P
On
the

essentially

The
goal
of
the
project
is
a
look
improvement
project.
Removing
currently

all
contain

in

The
other
part
of
the

which
impacts

city
is

close
Tom

one
of
my

and
those
are
the
two
impacts
we,
the
city
streets
phase,
one
of
the
project
was
completed
on
Massport
property
last
year.
Face
to
the
project
is
ongoing
on

Well,
actually
do
work
on
the
city
streets,
SPS,
link
to
this
contractor
and
we
have
30
the
guardhouse
passport
property.
P
We
start
with
silver
street,
as
you
can
see:
you're
building
a
new
four-way
intersection
opposite
the
existing
federal
express
driveway
at
the
request
of
the
Citadel
faithfully
signalized
intersection
and
may
not
need
to
be
single
operation.
The
first
two
volumes
president
entity
introducing
a
new
southbound

early,
the
truck
sensitive
dedicated
freight
partner
and
that's
necessitated
widening
summer
street
on
the
property
owned
by
a
passport
and
a
very
tiny
sliver
of
property
owned
by
exelon.
P
I
get
here
so
much.
We
gotta
come
up
for
air
channel
down,
so
masport
attends
to
building
the
session,
make
the
utility
protection
that's
what's
also
building
a
restoring
a
pedestrian

On

cop
traffic
in
the
area
and
you've
done
the
necessary
traffic
engineering
analysis
to
Asia
that
gets
enough
storage
through
because
now
we
are
going
to
have
I
speed.
You
know
the
speed
of
the
traffic
that
is
coming
off
the
bridge
on
a
right-hander.
We
will
have
this
club
that
is
waiting
to
bring
a
big
hand
turn
of
the
fastest
lane.
So
I
can
assume
you've
got
the
necessary
analysis.
Yep.

We've
been
working
with
the
attorneys,
the
best

at
the

to
make
sure
that
the

We
probably
will
be
back
in

but
make
sure
everything's
clear.
The
party
will
beam
ancillary
to
the

Ptt
about
is
that
during
the

with
the

open
the

to
all

on

beach

and
we
deviate
when
the
buffers
close.
P
We
work
with
the
city
on
the
street.
To
mention
we
understand
is
a
potential
City

project
to
wipe
the

essentially,
we
won.
We
proactively
widened
the
whole
street
five
feet.
In
addition
to
the
end
of
parking
to
the
facilitator,.
P
We're
providing
reading
crosswalks
at
the
main
entrance
to
the
buffer
folks
we
each
week
and
that
particularly
hard
using
very
you,
322
honey,
have
sort
of
an
employee
driving
into
their
buses
in
and
out
consolidate
that
we've
worked
them
to
just
18
one
out
for
all
comers
a
lot
of
their
routine
fueling
and
maintenance
traffic
allowed
company
of
the
brake
harder
to
the
beer.
Also,
the
possible
options
Association
go
to
the

Say
yes,
truly:
it's
a
law
department,
I'm
the
console
for
this
board
and
I
had
a
conversation
with
Jerry
and
the
mass
court
attorney
regarding
the
article
97
transfer
from
potential
transfer
from
QMS
court
to
the
city.
There
are
some
issues
we
need
to
work
out
at
this
point.
We
don't
have
a
understanding
yet
so
that's
a
issue
we
have
to
address.
N
I
rarely
asked
to
Commission
to
take
action
based
on
a
lot
of
Harmons
activity,
but
I
would
just
say
you
know
we
need
have
some
understanding
about
the
transfers,
its
alleged
to
be
additionally
legislative
to
transfer
about
some
article
97
parcel
from
some
a
sport
to
the
city.
So
I
don't
know
the
two
weeks
time
will
be
to
sufficient.
Hopefully
we
can
have
some
understanding
before
we
take
a
vote
for
us
to
accept
to
the
street.
