involves
essentially
restoring
the
facade
to
its
much
to
its
original
condition
when
the
buildings
were
built
in
the
early
1900s,
as
well
as
some
interior
improvements.

are
removing
a
single
storey
edition
along
Belvedere
Street,
in
order
to
restore
the
building
to
its
original
exterior
wall,

we
will
be
installing
new
sidewalk
pavement
street
trees,
a
recharge
system,
as
we
have
some
additional
pavement
in
the
area.

also
plan
to
do
similar
work
on
Massachusetts
Avenue,
where
we
will
be
replacing
the
large
granite
panels
that
skewer
bunch
of
the
interior
of
the
building.

be
completely
reconstructing
the
sidewalk
along
the
building
to
buy

comply
with
the
complete
Street
guidelines.

proposing

reconstruct

the
entrance
to
the

doorway,

requires
adjusting
the
curb
doing

roadway

the

and

variance

strictly

cleanup
things
like
that.

we
have
met
with
disabilities
Commission
and

coordinate
the
design
working
with
them,
to
make
sure
that
we
were
meeting
all
the
accessibility
requirements
and
clearances,
and
we
also
have
support

both

millennium
partners.

This
is
the
first
of
three
actions
involving
new
streets,
as
I
mentioned
earlier,
constructed
as
part
of
the
one
channel
center
project.
These
streets
were
constructed
by
the
developer,
in
accordance
with
plans
approved
by
the
city's
transportation
department,
and
they
have
been
inspected
and
approved
for
acceptance
by
all
of
the
relevant
city
agencies,
and
we
have
submitted
the
documentation
to
Amy,
reflecting
the
sign
off
of
all
of
the
city
agencies.
