their
new

restaurant

located
at

they
own

operate

restaurants
in
the
United
States.
This
will
be
their
first
location
in
Massachusetts
and
it
is
a
proposed
seafood
steak
cocktail.
High-End
restaurant,
the
outdoor
patio,
specifically,
the
proposal
for
the
sidewalk
cafe,
is
to
accommodate
25
patrons
approximately
331
square
feet
of
seating
area.
369
square
feet,
including
the
planter
space
157
square
feet
of
that
is
on
private
public
property.

located
on

The
outdoor
patio
is
situated
adjacent
to
the
main
entrance
to
the
restaurant.
The
petitioner
is
in

process
of
fully
building
out
the
restaurant

cafe

not
be
used
this
season,
but
would
begin
to
be
used
next
season
in
