From YouTube: El Mundo Hispanic Heritage Month Breakfast 2017
Description
Unity was the word of the day as Mayor Walsh joined Governor Baker and members of the Hispanic community at the Park Plaza Hotel for the annual El Mundo Hispanic Heritage Month Breakfast. The breakfast celebrated the contributions of the community , both past and present.

A
B
We've
got
an
incredible
announcement:
that's
gonna
happen
right
after
I
introduce
our
head
table.
I'm
gonna
start
with
my
gentleman
on
my
right,
I'm
mayor,
Marty
Walsh,
who
has
showed
me
time
and
time
again.
Every
time
I
see
the
mayor.
I
remember
a
lesson.
My
father
taught
me
many
years
ago,
I
remember:
I
was
13
and
with
his
cute
heavy
Cuban
accent,
he
said
a
bedico
in
this
country.

C
A
B
I
say
about
Pete:
oh,
that
you
won't
hear
they're
in
this
campaign.
Well,
as
many
of
you
know,
he
is
running
for
mayor
of
Boston.
You
know
which
again
reminds
me
of
my
father,
who
keep
an
action
shut
me
down
to
get
me
said.
You
know
IRA
Tico,
anybody
in
this
country.
Anyone
can
run
for
mayor
that
out.
B
Award-Winning
Pulitzer
author,
who
is
world
renowned
for
his
command
of
the
English
language,
his
amazing
writing
skills,
a
true
master
approach,
which
begs
the
question:
why
are
you
a
professor
MIT
that
Massachusetts
Institute
of
Technology
I
have
yet
heard
for
seen
a
great
writer
graduate
from
MIT,
but
keeping
up
the
good
job?
I
know
you
got
a
great
job
there.
Thank
you
to
know
Dean
for
coming.
B
B
B
B
B
They
will
all
come
up
here
for
a
couple
of
minutes,
but
I
did
want
to
start
off
today
with
some
amazing
and
inspiring
news,
and
for
that
I'm
actually
gonna
ask
our
mayor
mayor,
Marty
Walsh,
who
has
been
working
with
the
government
officials
in
Puerto
Rico,
as
has
the
governor
of
Massachusetts.
We
all
know
what's
happened.
It
is
an
American
tragedy
and,
as
all
the
media
is
here,
they've
been
waiting
to
hear
what
the
special
announcement
is.
B
F
Thank
You
Alberto
hola
before
I
sign
I'm,
going
to
ask
a
few
people
come
up
here
with
me.
I
think
Vanessa
come
on
up
here,
Paul
and
some
other
folks
I
want
to
say,
I
thought
some
prayers
are
with
the
people
of
the
Puerto
Rican
community
and
all
the
other
Caribbean
islands
that
are
still
struggling
after
the
Hurricanes
Boston
is
ready
to
step
up
and
help
in
any
way
and
I
also
want
us
to
as
we
think
today,
and
we
have
good
laughter
and
good
humor.
We
think
about
the
people
of
Florida.
F
F
Great
thanks
to
the
Boston
foundation
and
the
Latina
Legacy
Fund
and
the
Alliance
for
Puerto
Rico,
the
Advisory
Committee,
led
by
Vanessa
Calderon
portions
of
the
money.
That's
going
to
be
raised.
You're
gonna
go
immediately
to
the
efforts
in
the
reconstruction
and
economic
relief
in
Puerto
Rico,
and
support
the
resettlement
efforts
in
the
Commonwealth
over
two
year
period.
We're
gonna
rage,
lots
of
foundations,
committed
a
million
dollars,
the
Alliance
of
committed
rape,
two
million
dollars
all
of
us
will
be
on
the
phone.
F
F
Blasting,
the
business
community,
that's
been
the
foundation,
we're
asking
individuals
all
of
you
feel
supported,
and
if
you
want
to
get
money
today
and
you're
filling
climb
to,
and
if
you
have
your
company
credit
card,
pull
it
out,
you
go
to
TBF
dot,
org,
slash
Puerto
Rico,
so
you
get
that
out
and
putting
in
as
much
money
as
you
want.
So
I
want
it
what's
up
here
behind
me,
so
I
want
to
thank
you
all,
for
this
is
exciting.
I
do
have
to
say
this,
though
I
was
in
the
office
and
Ivana.
F
Our
teams
who
works
for
me,
I,
walked
in
the
other
day
and
I
said
to
her
I
said
the
Puerto
Ricans
remind
me
of
the
Irish
when
something
bad
happens.
Everyone
we
all
fight
before
we
get
too
good
I.
So
we
need
to
calm
down.
There's
like
everyone
in
the
room
in
island.
We
have.
We
have
Galway,
verse,
dublin,
verse,
caregivers,
all
trying
to
do
the
same
thing.
So
we're
asking
everyone
today
today
is
about
unity.
Today
about
is
about
all
of
us.
Coming
together.
F
F
We
are
in
Boston
and
the
governor
will
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
because
he
was
on
TV
yesterday
in
housing,
we're
working
on
making
sure
we
have
housing
available,
we're
making
sure
that
our
schools
available
well
making
sure
that
public
health
teams
are
gonna
be
available
to
help
with
counterparts
in
the
state
to
help
them
in
any
efforts
that
are
needed.
Puerto
Ricans
are
a
big
part
of
our
economy
here
in
Boston
and
in
Massachusetts.
They
make
up
the
largest
population
here
in
Boston
Latino
community
overall
makes
it
20%
of
the
city
of
Boston.
F
Boston
is
adding
more
than
a
hundred
thousand
people
since
the
1980s.
Almost
all
of
that
growth
has
been
in
the
Latino
community.
We
are
proud
to
stand
and
be
strong
with
diversity
without
within
our
Latino
community
as
well.
The
diversity
enriches
Boston
for
Emma
economics
to
our
community,
including
culture
and
sports.
Today,
we're
honoring
a
great
hall-of-famer
Louie
Tiant
el
Tiant,
a
I
grew
up
watching
Louie
Tiant
pitch
at
Fenway.
F
Park
Boston
also
has
the
best
Latino
leaders
in
our
community,
led
by
in
our
office
in
the
city
hall
by
Alejandro
sing,
quien
who's
leading
our
office
of
immigrant
services.
I
want
to
thank
Vanessa
robust
for
her
in
her
friends,
Jeffrey
Sanchez,
congrat
I
was
talking
about
this.
The
other
day
was
Jeffrey
right
behind
me.
Jeffrey
Sanchez
is
I,
think
the
second
leader
in
in
the
legislative
body
in
the
United
States
of
America
Latino
leader.
F
F
And
last
week,
Jeffrey's
mother
invited
me
to
her
house.
She
said
she
was
gonna,
have
an
intimate
gathering.
There
was
200
people
and
a
pink
corrosive,
so
I
want
to
thank
Jeffrey's
mother,
Maria
Sanchez
for
that.
But
in
all
seriousness
it's
a
it's.
A
great
pride
of
celebration
for
Latino
community
I
want
to
thank
Alberto
Chu
for
this
beautiful
breakfast.
When
I
first
came
to
this
breakfast
four
years
ago,
they
held
it
at
the
Holiday
and
it
was
ten
people
in
the
room.
You've
done
a
nice
shot.
Where
is
he
you've
done
a
nice
job?
F
But
I
want
to
thank
everyone
for
coming
out
today.
I'm
sure
the
jokes
will
come
on
I'm,
looking
forward
to
the
jokes,
especially
from
the
little
guy
over
here
to
my
left.
So
thank
you
very
much
councillor.
Jackson!
God
bless
you
wallet.
Let's
not
forget.
We
asked
reach
out
and
let's
run
this
fine
and
let's
send
a
strong
message
of
Mariko
that
their
brothers
and
sisters
in
Boston
and
Massachusetts
love
them
very
much.
B
C
B
Mayor,
thank
you
and,
as
I
said
earlier,
this
is
an
incredible
show
of
unity.
We've
got
city
officials,
we've
got
the
government
government
officials
and
our
Commonwealth
of
Massachusetts.
This
one
is
very
important
to
say
this
is
Massachusetts
United
for
Puerto
Rico,
so
I
want
the
governor
to
address
his
because
he's
been
a
champion.
We've
been
in
contact
in
his
office
constant
and
he's
putting
worried
about
the
situation
since
day.
One
governor
Baker,
governor
Baker
for
20-20-20.
E
They're
in
a
world
of
hurt
down
there
and
he
said,
look
the
things
are
going
to
start
getting
better,
but
the
process
of
actually
grinding
up
the
the
relief
effort
is
as
complicated
and
difficult.
I
was
thrilled
to
see
that
the
federal
government
suspended
the
Jones
Act
so
that
large
vessels
would
be
other
material.
But.
E
He
said
the
biggest
issue
they
face
at
this
point
in
time,
even
with
stuff
they
can
get.
There
is
then
getting
it
to
where
they
need
to
get
it
because
of
the
distributed
nature
of
the
population.
It's
very
complicated
and
he
said
the
more
you
can
do
to
support
organizations
that
are
already
here
and
on
the
ground.
E
They
would
be
eligible
for
connect
them
if
we
can
with
service
organizations
and
and
make
sure
that
we
know
where
they're
going
and
what
we
can
do
to
help
them
when
they
get
here
so
that
they
feel
like.
We
are
saying,
god
bless
and
welcome,
and
we
are
thrilled
to
have
you
here
and
so
sorry
for
what
you've
gone
through.
E
But
the
big
point
this
whole
system
sets
up.
Is
this
notion
that
we
are
in
fact
one
team?
We
are
in
fact
United
in
dealing
with
disasters.
We
are
in
fact
supposed
to
be
there
for
our
brothers
and
our
sisters
and
our
friends
and
our
neighbors,
and
in
this
particular
case
we
Massachusetts
will
do
everything
we
can
working
through
that
system
to
support
folks
on
the
ground.
E
E
Like
the
mayor,
I
was
a
big
fan
about
kiante,
and
this
is
a
baseball
that
he
signed
for
me
a
long
time
ago
and
he
signed
it
with
one
of
those
felt-tip
pens
and
over
the
course
of
many
years
and
many
moved
it's
kind
of
been
wiped.
What
washed
out,
and
so
what
I
would
like
would
be
4ltr
day
to
sign
my
baseball
again.
G
G
Let
astonished
governor
Charlie
Baker
so
good
morning.
Everyone
outside
a
second
doctor,
silo
I,
am
the
chief
exec.
We
felt
a
sort
of
Eva
and
I'm
also
going
to
be
sharing
the
committee
of
this
newly
created
fun.
I
am
so
heartened
by
the
opportunity
to
be
here
talking
to
you
all
and
so
far
rica
border
racing,
the
island.
G
A
G
Steal
people
and
I'm
sure
people
here
in
this
room
who
have
that
be
able
to
be
in
touch
with
their
families,
so
the
crisis
important
vehicle
is
compounded
by
the
financial
and
military
crisis.
A
political
was
facing
before
the
hurricane,
so
now,
by
than
ever,
is
up
to
us
to
step
up
to
the
plate
and
to
help
out.
I
am
excited
that
this
morning,
we're
making
this
big
announcement.
G
I
know
that
there's
a
lot
of
power
in
this
room
not
only
on
this
stage,
but
also
right
in
the
room
to
help
us
achieve
the
goal
of
a
million
dollars.
It's
critical
it's
important
and
we
need
to
raise
more
than
that,
and
we
hope
that
this
sustainable
effort
we
really
get
to
the
ground,
to
the
organizations
that
can
really
make
a
difference
in
rebuilding
worth
of
equal.
G
So
I
want
to
thank
the
leadership
of
the
governor,
the
mayor,
Jeffrey,
Sanchez
and
Polk
Brogan
for
the
Boston
foundation,
because
in
the
chaos
that
was
created
by
the
hurricane
people,
though
social
care
is
created
here,
how
do
we
help?
How
do
we
do
things
and
all
of
us
stepped
up
in
different
ways?
G
But
today
we're
here
United
for
a
common
goal
for
a
common
cause,
so
I
am
very
excited
that
we
are
here
to
announce
the
fund
I
want
to
thank
members
of
the
community
who
really
helped
with
the
Boston
foundation,
the
Latino
Legacy
Fund,
to
create
this
fun
and
they
are
aware
Velasquez
who's
here
at
the
stage
also
dr.
pedram
Reyna
and
some
mascara
or
tener
Figueroa,
LaDonna
and
v's
Fernandez.
Thank
you
and
thank
you
also
to
the
Boston
foundation
of
the
Latino
Legacy
Fund,
particularly
Ayesha
Beauchamp,
and
also
for
Carlos
Morales.
Without.
A
G
H
We
obviously
have
to
be
one
with
this
breakfast,
because
I
cannot
wait
for
what's
about
to
happen,
but
I
wanted
to
take
a
quick
update
when
we
are
on
them
money.
The
funds
do
not
war
it
with
the
money
and
we
really
started
the
discussions.
Last
Saturday
thanks
to
the
leadership
of
Eva,
and
we
really
started
making
phone
calls
literally
less
than
16
hours
ago
or
maybe
24
hours
ago,
but
it
seems
a
lot
of
us
have
not
slept
in
the
last
two
days
right.
H
We
have
some
great
hearts
in
Massachusetts
some
people
that
I
would
refer
to
as
first
responders
that
stepped
up
to
the
plate.
I've
wrote
really
really
big
checks
with
very
little
information.
Okay,
the
only
knew
that
people
were
hurting
and
that
action
needed
to
be
taken
so
I
will
start
by
calling
those
folks,
first
and
foremost,
tops.
H
H
H
And
we
have
a
fundamental
belief
that,
with
your
help,
the
help
of
the
mayor
and
the
help
of
the
governor
and
the
great
people
of
the
Commonwealth
we're
gonna
get
to
a
million
dollars
next
week.
So
please
open
up
your
wallets.
If
every
table
here
today
commit
to
a
few
thousand
dollars,
we
have
one
hundred
twenty
thousand
bucks,
so
this
is
personal.
People
are
hungry
and
need
to
take
action.
Que
Viva,
Puerto,
Rico.
J
What'll
be
on
the
table
hockey

Let's
all

Folks!
Not
only
can
we
have
a
good
time
here
tonight
this
morning,
I
can't
believe
it
I'm
happy
to
see
Alison,
full

and
makeup
today.
J
Ready
to
go
so
you
disappeared
on
me,
see
that
yeah
you'll
get
me
two
more
show,
but
again
we're
here.
We're
here
is
one
community.
It's
again
to
put
our
hearts
together
in
our
souls
together
to
support
the
people
of
Puerto
Rico.
There's
a
lot,
that's
gone
on
in
this
past
week
and
a
half
from
Cork.
Let
me
go
all
the
way
to
the
other
to
the
other
part
of
the
country,
but
here
in
Massachusetts,
as
well
from
Boston
all
the
way
to
Pittsfield
people
in
the
communities
want
to
get
involved.
J
What
we
need
is
to
make
sure
that
the
$300,000
that
Juan
Carlos
mentioned
a
moment
ago
shoots
to
a
million
two
million
three
million,
that
it
shoots
up
dramatically,
so
that
we
can
make
sure
that
we
bolster
the
Puerto
Rican
economy
right
now
from
the
Commonwealth
of
Massachusetts
to
the
Commonwealth
of
Puerto
Rico
Thank
You,
governor
Baker,
Thank
You
mayor.
Ladies
anyway,.
B
B
You
know
what
we've
got
representation
of
my
law
enforcement:
where
is
the

where
we've
got
permission?
We've
got

I
want
to

there
were
several
other
Latinos
who
considered
running,
but
Marty
got
so
nervous
that
he
hired
every
single
one
of
them.
So
there
is
ZERO
zero
unemployment
in
the
Latino
community
right
now,
Paul,
it's
nice
to
have
you
at
City,
Hall
LJ.
It
is
nice
to
have
you
at
City,
Hall
and
Alberto.
I
saw
you
on
the
elevator
today.
I
know
now
working
for
the
mayor.
K
K
A
K
Boston
and
here
to
the
state
of
Massachusetts,
this
is
not
a
Houston.
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
this
is
more
like
what
we
face
with
the
Haitian
earthquake
and
Katrina
folks
are
coming
here
and
we
must
host
them.
We
must
open
our
homes,
we
must
open
our
hearts
and
we
must
open
our
wallets
to
ensure
that
we
do
right
and
we
show
the
character
of
the
city
of
Boston,
but
we
must
not
only
help
those
Puerto
Rican
families
who
are
coming.
We
need
to
help
the
Puerto
Rican
families
who
are
here.
K
K
K
This
is
our
time,
and
so,
as
we
uplift
folk,
it
is
absolutely
critical
that
we
do
right
by
the
Puerto
Ricans,
the
Dominicans
and
folks
who
are
here
and
finally
I'll.
Let
you
let
you
know
why
I
do
this
work
I,
do
this
work
for
a
young
man
that
I
met
in
2011
named
Immanuel
he's
a
nine
year
old,
quarter,
Ethan
Boyer
and
we
were
getting
our
haircuts
at
Lawson's
and
Egleston
square,
so
we
walked
in
and
a
man
you
walked
in
with
his
chest.
Oh
brother
was
happy
so.
K
Going
on
with
you
today,
he
said:
I
don't
have
to
sit
in
the
upper
chair,
I
don't
have
to
sit
in
the
booster
chair
and
so
for
those
folks
who've
been
there.
That's
a
big
deal
for
a
young
man,
so
we
all
gave
him
a
high
five
and,
as
we
were
walking
out,
his
I
was
a
friend
of
mine.
Asked
him
said:
oh,
can
you
give
us
a
ride
down
the
street
I
said
yeah
guys
a
ride,
so
we
were
walking
to
my
car
in
in
the
middle
of
the
block.
K
Emmanuel
stopped
and
I
said:
Emmanuel
I
gotta
go
this
meeting
I
got
this
meeting.
I
gotta
get
home
man.
What
are
you
doing
and
he
said
something
that
I
think
about
to
this
day.
It
makes
me
think
about
what
an
optimistic
and
hopeful
time
that
we
live
in
right
now,
even
in
these
difficult
times.
He
said
mr.
Jackson,
you
look
like
President,
Obama
and
I
said
Emmanuel
I,
look
like
a
8th,
President
Obama.
What
are
you
talking
about?
K
And
at
this
time
of
difficulty,
I
say
in
the
words
of
Luis
Munoz
Marin.
We
must
live
like
angels
and
produce
like
the
devil.
We
must
live
like
angels
and
produce
like
the
devil,
yo
sawing
body
crois
pas
que
tu.
Lo
se
yo
soy
45
pas
que
tu
lo,
say:
God
bless,
Porto
Rico,
god
bless
Mexico
and
God
bless
the
City
of
Austin
and
all
of
the
other
areas
that
have
been
affected.
Thank
you
so
much,
ladies
and
gentlemen,.
B
Rocky
Nova
good
job
at
it,
hey
that
shirt
looks
great
on
you.
Do
they
make
them
for
men
too,
as
well?
Oh
hey,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
before
we
go
a
couple
shot
at
so
we
give
a
shout
out
to
Jay
Cosmopolis.
If
you
know
Jay
Cosmopolis
and
probably
all
of
you
do
cuz,
he
probably
sold
you
the
table
that
you're
at
right.
Now
he
actually
was
the
creator
and
visionary
of
this
event.
I
cannot
take
credit
for
that
nine
years
ago.
B
He
loves
to
eat
food,
so
he
said
we
need
to
have
a
breakfast
Jay
Cosmopolis,
the
man
always
behind
the
scene,
tops
our
plan.
Can
I
tell
you
how
much
I
admire
you
guys
as
a
corporation,
you
guys
are
incredible,
led
by
Tom
Claus,
well
Juan
Lopez,
what
an
incredible
team!
Thank
you
so
much
for
your
supporters
for
supporting
the
community
Harvard
Pilgrim
health
care,
Keith
Marion
and
his
team
I
saw
him
earlier
today
right
there
Keith
and
his
incredible
team.
My
friend
from
Harvard
University
I,
know
they're
here
as
well
with
Harvard
University.
B
Thank
you.
So
much
very
important
want
to
see
you
in
2018
cruise
companies.
Now
here's
a
company
where
the
shark
rules
you
know
John
cruise
right
his
whole
family
is
here
with
John
cruise
in
the
cruise
company.
Thank
you
so
much
for
supporting
the
community.
You
know
you
don't
have
to,
but
you
do
it
anyways,
he
oldest
with
my
P
oldest
people
right
up
front,
MBTA
Peola!
Thank
you
very
much
and
awesome
on
the
heart
and
Marcella.
That's
from
Spaulding
I
know
you're!
B
Here
you
know
all
just
coming
in
and
out
a
special
shout
out
to
them
as
well,
and
then
my
folks
were
front
and
center
Bank
of
America
where's,
my
bank
Alicia's.
Here
she
came
Thank
You,
Alicia,
Thank,
You,
Bank
of
America.
Alright,
we'll
get
a
few
more
shots
in
a
little
bit
now.
Next
up
is
someone
I
want
to
set
the
stage
before
we
get
below
a
his
face.
Is
his
award
so
we're
gonna?
Have
this
young
lady
come
up?
A
B
For
her
time
about
six
months
ago-
and
she
gave
us
over
an
hour
for
time
in
our
office
and
what
we
ever
produced
for,
you
guys
is
just
a
minute
and
a
half
two
minute
video
that
tells
you
a
little
bit
about
what
the
seventies
was
here
in
her
role.
So
I
think
if
our
guys
have
to
meet
your
spring
video,
please
tee
it
up,
because
up
next
is
a
pioneer
and
a
trailblazer,
an
icon
in
the
city,
so
I'm
hoping
they
have.
It
queued
up
the
meet
your
spring
in
the
meantime,
meet
you.
C
L
We
had
just
had
when
I
joined
city
government,
not
only
busing
but
before
busing
the
whole
crisis,
with
the
South
End
being
gentrified
and
in
Colinas
Motocross,
an
axiom
standing
up
for
themselves
and
Kevin
white,
really
siding
with
them
and
saying
we're
not
going
to
let
this
neighborhood
be
obliterated,
and
that
was
the
birth
of
Eva,
which
is
a
proud,
proud
institution.
Still
to
this
day,
I
remember
arriving
at
City
Hall
and
it
was
a
white
Irish,
male
bastion
and
a
young.
L
You
know,
woman
in
her
20s
who
was
Hispanic
and
whose
name
they
couldn't
pronounce
was
really
quite
a
cultural
affront
to
the
establishment.
In
my
day,
we
were
still
trying
to
blend
in
to
what
was
there
I
think
now,
it's
clearly
an
asset
to
be
bicultural.
It's
an
asset
to
represent
a
different
point
of
view.
The
world-
and
it
certainly
Boston,
has
changed
from
as
a
city
that
really
was
beginning
to
try
to
understand
minorities
when
I
came
and
where
minorities
were
fighting
hard
for
rights
to
a
city.
L
A
L
This
doesn't
happen
by
accident
you're,
a
great
family
which
I've
had
the
privilege
to
work
with
now
for
two
generations.
So
it's
this
is
a
great
day
for
me
to
watch
this
crowd
and
particularly
to
be
in
the
dais
with
a
mayor
and
a
governor
who
understand
that
inclusive
at
diversity
and
inclusion
is
our
competitive
advantage
and
who
have
championed
it
every
day
in
the
Statehouse
and
at
City
Hall.
L
So
it's
really
a
privilege
to
be
with
both
of
you
and
of
course
we
have
the
Mundo
to
tell
our
story
and
keep
us
informed
so
we're
very,
very
lucky
in
the
city
in
the
state,
but
I
was
just
I'll,
be
very
brief,
but
when
I
first
came
to
this
country
to
be,
Cuban
was
immediately
to
be
asked.
If
you
knew
Ricky
Ricardo,
it
was
the
frame
of
reference
I,
Love
Lucy
right,
so
that
was
absolutely
the
frame
of
reference
by
the
time
I
got
to
Boston
in
the
70s.
L
Luckily,
Tom
Yawkey
had
recruited
Louie
teon
from
the
Cleveland
Indians,
and
the
frame
of
reference
had
become
Louie
Tiant.
Well,
that
was
such
a
privilege
to
be
associated
with
this
great
guy,
especially
in
the
70s
that
season
of
1975
when
I
was
a
student
across
the
river,
but
I.
So
remember
how
inspiring
it
was
to
see
this
Cuban
pitcher
just
giving
this
town
its
best
and
really
giving
us
such
a
reason
to
believe
I.
Think
because
I
pitched
for
a
living
that
I
was
inspired
in
my
career
by
Louie
Tiant.
L
So
I
am
just
delighted
have
fun
today
and
just
look
forward
to
the
that,
as
I
said
in
the
video
I
do
believe
that
our
best
days
are
yet
to
come,
and
this
room
and
this
day,
as
certainly
confirms,
particularly
as
we
all
come
together
around
this
sad
time,
not
only
for
Puerto
Rico
but
for
Mexico
and
for
Cuba.
So
I
am
delighted
to
be
with
all
of
you
here
today
in
unity,
trying
to
do
something
for
our
families.
Thanks.
B
B
B
Where
are
you
again,
how
are
you
end
up?
Marty
courage,
managing
Regional
Director
at
the
well
spot
will
private
make
first
time
for
Wells
Fargo
to
be
here.
Thank
you
very
much
and
where's.
My
mask
port
people,
Danny
Levy,
Ken,
Turner
and
CEO
Tom,
Killeen
Tom.
Are
you
here?
How
are
you
nice
to
see
you
again
we'll
get
you
up
here,
one
of
these
days,
tom,
don't.
C
B
And
so
I'm
gonna
continue
with
little
Charlotte's
in
a
little
bit.
Hey
mayor
and
the
governor
I
got
an
idea.
You
don't
talk
about
Yawkey
Way,
you
know
maybe
possibly
renaming
Yawkey
Way
I'll
chant.
They
way.
They've
suggested
David
Ortiz
way.
Let's
do
it
I'm
all
for
it.
I
think
we
start
today.
We
do
it
right
now,
let's
go
with
it
right
now.
Let's
go
Charlie
yeah,
that's
it
that's
it!
We
take
that!
Put
it
on
this
today.
You
don't
even
know
it's
our
Boulevard.
All
right!
We're
in
a
baseball
mood.
I
love
this
guy.
B
Let
me
set
the
stage
as
a
matter
of
fact.
Horner
Kitano.
Could
you
stand
up
for
one
second
hold
it
get
all
that
life
time
achieve
winner
go
home,
say
my
song
where's.
My
Sam
I
saw
well
said
the
reason
I
point
these
lifetime
achievement
fairly
see
a
royal
Lifetime
Achievement
Award
winner
from
last
year
and
back
in
office
next
week.
Working.
Congratulations
to
you,
I
see
a
son,
my
good
friend,
Felix
Arroyo,
Felix
Arroyo.
B
You
know
I'm
behind
you,
I
always
believed
in
you,
100%
the
royal
family,
I
love
them
and
to
stop
so
we
go
run
off
hold
hand.
We'll
say
we
have
a
video
that
encapsulates
what
this
man
meant
to
the
city
of
Boston.
Let's
queue
it
up,
I'm
very
proud
of
this
video
Iran
mobile.
Take
a
look
at
this
video.
Let
me
know
what
you
think,
ladies
and
gentlemen:
Louis
Tia,
what
he
meant
in
the
city
of
Boston.
M
He
probably
didn't
realize
what
he
was
walking
into,
but
it
was
a
really
tough
time
that
was
the
beginning
of
court-ordered,
busing
desegregation
and
a
big
backlash,
not
only
against
that,
but
also
against
the
growth
of
the
Latino
community,
the
beginning
of
the
Latino
community,
demanding
its
rights,
and
he
walked
into
this
situation.
That
was
by
all
accounts
in
history
verified.
It
was
a
nasty
time
in
Boston,
seventies,.
N
O
P
Still
the
one
place
where
these
people
would
think
of
seeing
hope,
but
those
of
us
who
were
here
in
the
1970s
in
the
beginning
of
the
1970s
who
would
see
somebody
like
every
ten
who
would
be
able
to
galvanize
the
city
around
him,
remember
to
send
me
I
think
a
120
21
games
I
mean
he
was
a
star
pitcher.
He
became.
M
O
N
P
Was
somebody
who
had
his
own
personality
is
only
in
secrecy
who
else
after
a
victory?
Other
Reds
are
back
here
right,
would
light
up
a
cigar
and
start
talking
with
people
in
mind
for
the
fact
that
he
was
speaking
his
English
the
way
he
wanted
to
speak
English.
He
understood
he
understood
it.
He
didn't
too
bad,
but
he's
one
speak
English
the
way
he
wanted.
M
P
M
R
I'm
gonna
turn
this
video
with
my
broken
English,
that's
okay,
you
know,
I,
know
gonna
change
now
for
that
matter,
I
survived
all
those
years.
I'm
gonna
do
so
by
oh
God.
One
man
Steve
me
him.
When
he
were
me,
I
go
but
I
don't
want
to
change.
I
happy
I
have
a
good
life,
I
think
Oh
God
every
day,
my
family,
they
okay,
they're
good,
bye,
my
wife
here
she
sit
down.
R
R
R
You
know
I
want
and
set
up
to
everybody.
Thank
you
to
everybody
to
be
here
to
come
here.
I
appreciate
it.
I
appreciated
your
work,
but
right
now,
I
think
that
we're
going
through
a
bad
time,
I
don't
just
put
a
wrinkle
or
yes
Mexico.
They
were
landing
over
the
island,
the
Caribbean
leaving
the
key.
You
know
and
I
think
we
to
pray
for
every
day
for
these
people,
because
they
what
I
seem
to
be
a
memory.
Crap
I
tell
them
a
little
kid:
the
kid
who
had
no
food,
they
get
people
sick.
R
The
people
died
in
hospital
because
of
a
gasoline
because
the
Elliott
pretty-
and
we
hear
we
like
it
like
a
pig
and
I
think
we
should
be
little
more
concerning
about
which
is
do
more
for
those
people.
You
know
I
think
no
matter.
Well
we're
looking
what
happened
in
Mexico
to
what
happened
in
Puerto
Rico.
You
know
when
you
see
those
things
we
had
to
sit
down,
I'm,
making
you
mind
and
see.
You
know
why
why
all
those
people
died
where
I
was
be
possible
to
that
and
we're
looking.
We
hear
we
eat
everyday.
R
We
drinking
all
the
water
morning
would
have
a
good
time
and
these
people,
software
and
I
think
we
had
to
get
together.
You
know
one
thing:
I
said
all
my
life
I
have
been
is
good:
I
go
to
races,
the
criminais,
ssin
and
I
told
him
the
Latino
people,
you
know,
but
I
hear
talking
about
it
and
we
have
to
stop
in
there.
We
have
to
stop
it,
who
is
very
important
by
the
Cuban,
the
Cuban
and
the
domenica.
We
had
to
topple.
R
When
we
come
in
here
you
say:
Fernandez
I,
don't
give
a
damn
what
you
from
you
a
friend,
never
use
that
till
you
spend
and
I'm
going
to
say
that
for
America
but
I
know,
I
have
a
lot
of
good
friend
my
best
friends
here.
Why
America
I
wanna
set
up
I,
don't
want
to
bring
anybody,
but
I
can
tell
you
that
they,
like
my
project,
I,
don't
have
no
clue
and
Ohio
City,
but
they
treat
me
with
respect.
R
They
show
me
love
appreciation
and
they
good
to
my
family,
but
we
had
to
get
to
be
Italian.
True,
I
mean
too
much
to
say.
We
complain
about
didn't
complain
about
their
book.
We
have
to
look
in
yourself.
Look
in
the
mirror,
see
who
you
are
you
know
the
problem
is
that
the
race
is
discrimination.
You
know
I'm
gonna
say
that
Willie
K,
when
I
used
to
wake
up
in
your
district.
We
used
to
go
to
a
school
and
talk
to
the
cake,
races.
A
R
The
same
thing
happen
lately
we're
talking
about
racial
discrimination.
You
know
how
many
times
I
had
to
go
to
my
room
and
cry
for
one
month,
just
to
listen
these
people
in
the
ballpark.
What
they
said
to
me
know
here,
where
wasn't
mine
only
they
call
me
everything.
They're
gonna
have
me,
send
me
back
to
Africa
monkey
everything.
You
know
an
Italian
city
here,
but
what
we
have
to
do
is
what
I
used
to
tell
in
those
K.
You
know
you
come
to
the
hospital
and
you
need
a
habit
of
friction
blood
answers.
R
R
The
thing
is,
and
you
can
look
and
I
don't
know
so
you
know
you
should
know
the
guy
no
baseball
at
the
ladies
room
Carew
one
of
the
Grady
here,
the
Baseball
Hall
of
Fame.
He
need
a
hot
tub.
He
hit
a
hapless
plant,
you
know
who,
given
her
the
family
or
the
white
kid
22
years
old,
he
died.
He
died
in
the
accident
and
he
give
it
the
hard
way
because
she
said
she
wanna
give
it
had
to
solve
person.
R
R
R
I
think
you're
the
only
way
we're
going
to
do
that
we
have
to
respirate
Jerry
you
good
to
me
and
good
to
you.
That's
the
way
it
is
I,
don't
care
what
color
you
are.
That's
what
I
do
all
my
life.
That's
what
my
mum
and
dad
teach
me
you
respect
to
be
respect
and
that's
what
people
tell
me
about
them.
They
embrace.
M
R
R
You
know
we
have
to
live
in
of
life.
We
have
to
be
good.
We
have
to
thinking
about
all
family
or
ski
educating
us
to
the
best.
We
can
another
that
way.
They
know
how
to
go
through.
What
we
like
to
go
through,
I
mean
I,
look
at
play,
baseball,
I,
think
a
guy
with
a
cuz
I
believe
in
one
thing,
I
tell
you
the
truth:
I
don't
think
I
can
working
any
officer
for
anybody.
I'll
show
it
me
I,
can't,
because
a
no
way
I
can
sit
down
in
the
office.
R
A
A
R
R
And
the
other
thing
before
I
don't
want
to
forget
this.
You
know
I
have
to
thank
you,
the
Red
Sox
for
give
me
the
opportunity
to
stay
here
in
Massachusetts
to
live
in
here.
All
right
here,
they've
been
great
to
me,
ding
good.
They
have
me
to
do
other
things
around
going
around
with
people
and
I.
Think
for
me,
that
is
a
pleasure
you
can
go
to.
Relatives
are
like
happy.
R
R
C
B
Love
it
Thank,
You
Louie,
hey,
smells
come
along
way:
Boston
Red
Sox
shut
up
the
tailor
Abby.
How
are
you
calling
Nina
I
love
me
now
on
the
field
she
is
the
queen
at
Fenway.
You
know.
Baseball
has
come
a
long
way
because
with
Louie,
sometimes
he
was
the
only
Latino,
but
today's
national
pastime.
If
you
look
it
up
today's.
B
Pastime
is
played
by
nine
men
on
a
diamond
one
white
guy
at
eight
Dominicans.
It's
come
a
long
way,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
a
long
long
way
all
right
up
next
one
Cuban
to
another
way
to
keep
the
show
moving.
Rosalyn
Acosta,
you
have
a
cabinet
meeting
in
a
little
while
so
I'm
going
to
have
you
come
on
up.
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
our
Secretary
of
Labor
and
Workforce
she's
gotta
meet
with
the
meet
with
the
governor.
A
S
This
is
extraordinarily
unfair
upgrade
though
this
lineup
was
really
unfair.
You
put
me
after
a
legend,
I
mean
how
do
I
top
that
and
my
boss,
which
is
now
gone
so
much
now,
I
feel
a
little
freer
to
speak
openly.
You
know,
sweetheart
I
know
you
want
to
be
there,
but
before
you
become
mayor,
I
want
to
see
a
birth
certificate.
Please
I.
S
Think
he
wants,
he
wants
to
be
the
honorary
that
do
you
know
I
think
I
need
them
for
a
certificate.
I'm
gonna
be
a
somewhat
short
here,
because
I
know
that
we're
running
out
of
time
and
personal
I
just
want
to
thank
Boston
foundation
at
the
you
know:
Legacy
Fund
I'm,
so
proud
of
what
we're
doing
here.
Vanessa
Eva
have
you
have
been
a
pioneer
and
a
sort,
incredible
supporter
and
just
an
amazing
leader
in
our
community.
So
thank
you
and.
S
Cubans
up
here,
I
think
50%
of
the
Cuban
population
of
Massachusetts
is
up
here.
The
other
50
is
over
there.
So
so
thank
you.
I
feel
right
at
home
right
at
home
here
in
the
podium.
You
know
when
I
when
I
was
honored,
to
get
this
wonderful
position.
You
know
the
governor
asked
me
to
become
Secretary
of
Labor
and,
of
course,
I
called
my
family
just
happened
and.
A
S
I
think
I'm,
the
first
I'm,
the
first
Latina
secretary
in
the
history
of
Massachusetts
and
my
family
was
like
yeah.
That's
awesome,
that's
awesome
and
then
my
friend
Havas
over
here
says
you
might
want
to
turn
that
down
you're,
actually,
not
the
first
Latino
secretary
in
the
Commonwealth
of
Massachusetts.
There
was
one
other
one.
I
can't
remember
her
name
a
few
years
ago
at
Secretary
of
Education,
but
you
are
the
first
Secretary
of
Labor.
C
S
T
E
S
Know
every
one
of
us
knows
I
bet,
though
very
well.
We
all
know
that
his
youth
is
very
important
to
him.
We
all
know
that
it's
very
important
for
him
to
make
sure
that
hair
looks
perfect.
I
mean
Yvonne.
You
did
it
perfectly
a
few
years
ago
with
the
Grecian
formula
and
the
eyebrows
and
I
mean
it's
just
how
black
is
that
hair
I
mean
that's
impossible,
it's
impossible.
S
A
S
S
S
This
is
I
had
no
idea
that
the
theme
of
this
breakfast
this
morning
was
going
to
be
that
of
unity,
and
that
is
actually
that
was
going
to
be
my
message
when
I
arrived
here
in
Boston,
I
grew
up
in
New
Jersey,
because
born
in
Cuba
grew
up
in
New
Jersey
and
went
to
school
in
Connecticut
and
drifted.
North
fell
in
love
with
Boston
fell
in
love
with
Massachusetts.
Never
left
got
here
in
1985
when
I
got
here
in
1985.
I
couldn't
find
a
lot
being
all
around
me.
S
I
just
didn't
know
where
they
were
I
had
I
knew
no
one
I
had
to
really
start
all
over
and
then
I
finally
started
finding
where
everybody
was,
and
it
was
actually
a
really
warming
to
me,
because
it
was
a
welcoming
welcoming
community
and
really
helped
me
meet
others
and
network
etc.
But
Boston
has
changed
so
much
since
1985.
S
It's
changed
tremendously,
but
one
of
the
things
that
we
always
suffer
from
as
a
community
and
at
the
end
they
said
it
perfectly
we're
so
fragmented
that
we've
been
so
fragmented,
but
I
don't
feel
that
anymore
I
feel
something
different
going
on
here.
The
demographics
of
our
city
in
our
state
aren't
shifting.
They
have
shifted
and
I
feel
a
real
change
and
finally
I
think
I
can
comfortably
say
this
is
our
time.
This
is
our
time
and
we
need
to
take
advantage
of
it.
S
I
see,
leaders
all
over
this
room,
family,
I,
see
friends
and
I
know
that
this
is
our
time
and
maybe
it's
the
stretch
of
the
important
Errico
that
has
brought
us
together.
I,
don't
know
if
that's
what
it
is,
but
I
know
that
together
we're
gonna
be
a
lot
stronger.
So
thank
you
very
much.
I
hope
you
enjoy
the
rest
of
your
breakfast.
Thank.
B
I'll
get
you
back,
she's
got
a
run.
She's
got
a
cabinet
meeting
with
the
with
the
governor.
Now
our
next
presenter
before
you
I,
want
to
give
a
shout
where's,
Manny
Lopes
from
East
Boston,
neighborhood,
Health
Center,
another
CEO.
That's
here
my
people
from
Wynn
Resorts
Wiz
bought
the
salad
with
the
president
over
there
Jeanne.
B
How
are
you
I'm
glad
you
guys
made
it
all
right,
so
our
next
speaker
I'm
not
going
to
introduce
it,
because
we
also
did
a
great
little
video,
some
of
you
I
texted,
some
of
you
before
we
played
it
today.
If
you
don't
know
poor,
Francisco's
history
and
I'm
gonna
find
them
a
little
bit.
It
used
to
be
an
NFL
player,
but
that's
not
what
we
know
him
as
this
video,
hopefully
we'll
fill
all
of
you
guys
in
on
who
Paul
Francisco
is
and
what
he
means.
The
city
of
Boston.
D
D
Had
just
met
my
grandmother,
my
aunt
and
my
uncle,
and
you
know,
got
here
in
1987
and
been
here
ever
since.
So
what
a
lot
of
people
may
not
know
about
me
is
that
I
actually
grew
up
playing
soccer
and
there's
play
baseball
on
there,
as
well
as
that's
basketball.
When
I
came
here,
I
have
never
played
American
football
and
what
I
was
asked
to
join
there?
D
The
football
team
and
when
I
showed
up
I
showed
up
in
my
soccer,
because
I
thought
it
was
football
and
that's
not
my
professional
or
I
guess
my
American
football.
A
story
begins.
I
was
fortunate
enough
to
get
a
scholarship
to
go
to
bu,
attended
Boston
University,
where
I
did
very
well
and
academically
and
athletically
and
was
able
to
go
to.
Internet
fell,
wait
for
the
Pats
for
a
couple
of
years,
and
that
was
a
great
experience,
but
also
have
an
affinity
towards
Miami
I
played
in
Miami
with
the
dolphins.
D
Taking
off
when
I
became
passionate
about
something
and
I
found
myself
personally
professionally
in
Boston
I,
it's
a
it's!
It's
big
help.
That's
become
my
home.
It's
become
the
home
of
my
family
and
I
said
it's
a
thriving
city.
It's
an
innovative
city
is
a
city
that
has
lots
of
opportunities
for
our
people.
Boston,
for
me,
has
been
just
a
great
place
to
to
develop
myself
professionally
and
personally.
If
I
keep
open
doors,
couldn't
speak,
English
I
came
here,
17
can
do
it.
D
R
D
D
And
my
story
here
in
Boston
and
one
of
the
things
I've
said
in
the
video
is
that
I
don't
think
that
would
have
been
as
successful
relatively
successful
anywhere
else,
but
in
Boston
this
is
a
thriving
community.
This
is
a
it's
become
a
home
and
certainly
for
us,
as
Latinos
I
think
we.
This
is
our
time.
D
You
want
me
to
say
a
couple
of
funny
things.
You
know
you
have
a
funny
line
say
so.
No,
no,
no
just
you
know
I
want
you
to
talk
about.
You
know
the
importance
of
of
being
successful
Latino,
especially
for
for
our
millennial
talent.
So
I
said:
okay.
Well,
you
know
this.
The
agent
was
happening
in
our
political
environment.
So
last
couple
of
weeks,
I
thought
about
what
Alberto
say.
So
you
know
is
it's
what's
happening
in
terms
of
racism?
What's
happening
in
terms
of
division?
D
You
know
what
our
folks
are
enduring
and
the
socio-political
landscape
you
know,
I
started
reflecting
and
I
started,
calling
a
couple
people
just
to
get
some
of
aizen's
cheap
diversity
officers
to
what
what
does
she
do,
and
so
one
of
the
people
that
I
decided
to
call
this
a
president
Trump,
so
I
got
the
phone
with
the
president,
and
so
I
said.
Mr.
president,
you
know
I'm
just
troubled
by
the
rhetoric.
That's
happening
and
I
said.
D
You
know
just
give
me
some
insight
as
to
what
you're
thinking
so
Paul
I
just
want
making
America
great
again-
and
you
know
I
just
have
an
issue
with
you
all
NFL
players.
You
know
taking
a
knee
during
the
anthem
and
just
think
that
that's
just
not
right
I
said
well
like
I
hated.
Mr.
president,
I
said
you
know
it's
not
just
respecting
Flags,
not
respecting
our
veterans.
I
said:
there's
really
a
statement
about
the
state
of
relations,
especially
race
relations
in
this
country.
D
D
Not
right
not
right,
that's
you
know,
I,
think
I
need
to
change.
Something
need
to
keep
a
lighter,
because
it's
clearly
not
going
well,
and
you
know
the
president
is
just
becoming
a
little
bit
irritated.
So
I
said
Lucifer
said
you
know.
I
said
you
know
tell
a
little
bit
more
about
yourself.
I
said
you
know,
I'm
Latino
I
said
you
know:
Paul
I,
love,
I,
love,
Latin,
I,
love,
Latin,
America
and
I
said.
So.
What's
your
what's
your
favorite
food?
Oh,
you
know
I
like
I
like
Mexican
food.
Okay,
that's
amazing!
D
What
do
you
like
he's
all?
Oh,
you
know
like
I,
like
my
Latino
music,
so
who's
your
favorite
singer.
We
say
ho
a
Latin
singer.
He
said
Justin
Bieber,
that's
a
Justin
Bieber,
so
wow.
What's
that
he
said.
Well,
you
know
I
like
I
like
for
written
music.
Oh
you
do
that's
just
so
what
song
I
said.
You
know
just
make
you
think
of
burrito.
D
You
know
especially
this
time
during
the
hurricane
and
everything
that's
happening.
He's
like
you
know
that
song
this
see,
I
love
that
song.
It
says
so
I
said
okay,
mr.
president,
so
on
that
note,
I
will
bid.
You
adieu
clearly
are
not
funny
and
just
what
it's
you
again.
Thank
you.
Thank
a
vet
before
give
me
opportunity.
Thank
my
colleagues
at
stage
three
where's,
the
stakes,
your
table.
Okay,
all
right,
all
right
all
right
and
where
is
Alberto
side-chick
stable,
Oh,
the
bus'll
lab
is
running
a
little
too
long,
so
they
must've
left
already
before.
B
He
goes,
ladies
and
gentlemen.
There's
someone
we
want
to
give
a
shout
out
to
Rosalind
did
allude
to
it.
We
did
have
I
actually
had
Paul
helped
me
a
lot.
I
did
have
like
a
sciatic.
We
got
like
sciatic,
nerve
kind
of
thing
and
I
was
going
in.
I.
Could
Paul
actually
sent
me
boys,
young
man
anymore,
but.
B
B
B
U
To
see
you
all
here,
thank
you.
Our
bed
doll
I
wanted
to
thank
all
the
folks
who
made
this
possible.
Thank
you
all
for
being
here,
Luis
Tiant.
Thank
you.
I
have
no
idea
how
important
Luis
Tiant
was
for
me,
I'm,
actually
not
from
Boston
I'm
Dominican
immigrated
to
United
States
in
1974,
so
I
actually
grew
up
watching
Luis
plague,
and
it
was
the
only
thing
I
knew
about.
Boston
was
Luis,
Tiant
and
I.
U
Remember
dealing
with
being
an
immigrant
in
New,
Jersey
and
thinking
as
a
kid
thinking
that,
if
Louise
could
put
up
with
those
crazy
white
people,
I
can
put
up
with
my
crazy
white
people
and
that
was
not
insignificant
as
a
child.
You'd
be
amazing
how
often
things
from
far
away
and
people
that
you
think
that
you'll
never
meet
will
give
you
the
courage
to
become
yourself
and
my
gratitude.
Louise
is
endless,
absolutely
endless
and
finally,
and
quickly,
just
all
love
and
all
solidarity
goes
out
to
our
board
equal
communities.
U
U
All
of
us
owe
a
tremendous
debt
to
the
Puerto
Rican
community.
The
Puerto
Rican
community
in
Massachusetts
is
the
fifth
largest
in
the
United
States
Boston
and
Massachusetts
is
fortunate
to
have
this
community
here.
Who's
brought
their
genius
and
sacrifice
here
as
a
Dominican
immigrant
would
have
been
impossible
for
me
to
have
done
anything
if
not
because
of
the
infrastructure
and
the
scaffolding
of
the
Puerto
Rican
community.
U
If
it
hadn't
been
for
the
generosity
of
the
Puerto
Rican
community,
we
would
not,
as
Dominicans
have
been
able
to
do
what
we've
done
if
it
hadn't
been
for
all
of
the
struggles
of
the
Puerto
Rican
community.
So
many
of
us
would
have
found
this
place
so
much
more
inhospitable
and
so
much
more
impossible.
Whether
it
was
the
Puerto
Rican
communities
fight
in
civil
rights
arena
was
it
in
the
Civic
Arena
in
the
political
arena
in
the
corporate
arena.
U
Everything
that
the
Puerto
Rican
community
has
done
for
us
has
never
been
repaid
what
we
talked
about
the
wars
that
this
country
has
fought,
how
often
were
to
Ricans,
have
died
and
suffered
for
the
United
States.
Our
debt
is
tremendous
to
this
community
and
it
is
yet
to
be
done
to
be
repaid.
All
of
us
owe
so
much
to
this
community
and
therefore
this
is
only
a
small
attempt
to
repay
what,
in
the
end,
could
never
be
repaid.
U
A
B
Got
to
give
a
couple:
shoutouts
I
know
that
we
have
the
Latino
economic
advancement
coalition,
which
is
under
the
Metro
credit
union
umbrella.
I
know
they
hear
savvy
things
we're
working
on
some
of
the
stuff.
Where
are
my
people
from
the
metal
metal
credit
union
and
that
coalition
elderly
here
as
well?
B
I
want
to
give
you
guys
a
shout
out
as
well
so
I'm
gonna
have
my
next
speaker
by
the
way
Lane
gentlemen
Carlos
Arredondo
over
here,
who
was
our
2013
recipient
I,
would
be
remiss
if
I
did
not
remind
everybody
that
yesterday
it
was
a
special
ceremony
with
Charlie
Baker
in
which
they
named
for
other
for
his
son,
Alexander
Rolando
and
Bryan
Arredondo,
a
memorial
bridge
here
in
Boston
Massachusetts
Carlos.
Thank
you
very
much.
B
I
want
you
to
come
up
here
and
help
me
with
Carroll
fault,
without
honoring
eBay,
which
is
what's
next
on
the
program
so
Carlos.
Just
to
my
face,
you
don't
have
to
say
any
words,
because
I'm
gonna
have
the
mic
over
to
Carol
Popoff
the
partnership.
Who's
gonna
help
you
with
this
award
the
man,
the
Boston
Marathon
hero,
the
man
with
the
cowboy
hat,
Carlos
Arredondo,
really.
T
Quickly,
thank
you.
I
Ukraine
I
community
and
I,
moved
to
Jamaica
Plain,
then
I
start
working
in
Central,
Square
Cambridge
for
a
moonwalk
fiction,
type,
Fridays,
1980,
so
I've
been
part
of
this
family
ever
seen,
and
it's
a
pressure
to
be
a
CDC
or
the
Kohala
Massachusetts
I
want
to
thank
you
corner
Baker
for
his
leadership
for
honor,
my
son,
where
the
bridge
over
drew
nigh
right
there.
T
You
know
on
right
next
to
Geoffrey,
Sanchez
territory,
JP
and
what
I
wanted
to
be
part
of
this
amazing
group
of
people
in
you
doing
very
well,
I,
remember
your
hairstyle
and
your
diapers
and
IQ
mailee
and
glasses
to
your
family,
and
we
remember
your
grandfather,
one
of
the
leaders
in
Central,
Square
and
glasses
to
all
of
you.
Thank
you
for
making
a
difference.
We
all
are
important
in
this
community.
Don't
let
anyone
tell
you
otherwise
we
can
make
a
difference
anytime,
they
Porto
Rico,
presenting
mehico
presenting
in
glasses
to
all.
Thank
you
thank.
B
V
V
We
think
about
the
quakes,
the
disastrous
quake
that
has
impacted
Mexico
and
we
think
about
those
storms
again
in
the
mainland.
Now
those
storms
are
caused
by
mother
nature,
but
we
are
also
dealing
with
storms
that
are
man-made
in
this
country,
and
this
breakfast
is
about
unity
and
the
only
way
we
are
going
to
overcome
the
storms
of
Mother,
Nature
and
the
man-made
storms
are
to
overcome
them
together
and
to
ensure
that
we
fight
for
equality,
justice
and
parody
for
all.
V
Now,
the
four
thousand
alumni
of
color
at
the
partnership
are
ready
to
stand
with
you
to
advance
our
values,
and
so
we
pledge
our
support
Alberto,
because
at
the
end
of
the
day
we
are
all
in
this
together.
So
thank
you
for
giving
me
the
opportunity
to
speak
I
so
appreciate
that,
and
now
I
have
the
opportunity
to
work
with
Alberto
to
present
one
of
the
partnerships.
B
B
Most
dynamic
nonprofit
organizations
and
Community
Development
Corporation,
as
many
of
you
know,
born
in
the
south
end,
do
to
address
displacement
of
low-income
families
due
to
Urban.
Development
IVA
has
been
empowering
families
to
improve
their
lives
through
high
quality,
affordable
housing,
education
in
a
program
for
five
decades
for
almost
five
decades,
because
we
here
the
one
who
are
honored
to
have
a
forty
five-year-old,
a
shoe
for
Eva
and
our
recognition
today
is
an
early
celebration
of
Eva's.
50Th
anniversary
will
take
place
next
year.
G
A
G
V
G
That
we
just
had
earlier
today
fills
my
heart
with
joy,
with
pride
and
with
hope
and
I
know
that
what
we're
doing
with
this
new
phone
for
Porto
Rico
is
going
to
bring
a
lot
of
hope
to
our
Islands.
So
for
almost
50
years
ago,
the
permanent
committee
came
together
in
Boston
they
organized
to
create
a
strong,
vibrant
and
sustainable
community,
and
today
we
all
have
come
together
as
a
community
to
build
a
strong,
vibrant
and
sustainable
Porto
Rico.
So.
I
A
G
Would
be
having
lunch,
and
maybe
even
dinner,
I
wanted
to
thank
any
mundo
for
the
partnership
that
they
have
had
with
eva
over
the
year
and
on
behalf
of
the
Board
of
Directors.
The
staff
and
the
community
of
these
are
Victoria
I
want
to
thank
you
all
for
this
honor
incan
eNOS
for
the
bus,
and
that's
two.
You
owe
me
young.
Yes,
you
me
younger
daughters,
but
as
for
the
paw
report,
okay,.
C
B
Job
Vanessa
we've
got
one
point
point
award
and
then
we
get
to
go
home.
The
Sox
will
clinch
it
tonight,
a
V,
so
I'm
gonna
be
a
BU,
listen
Red
Sox
over
there
I'll
see
you
tomorrow,
because
tonight
we
treat
you
right.
Nina
we're
gonna
clinch
it
tonight
need
out
of
the
Red
Sox
Toby
yesterday
was
an
event
called
the
the
was
it
a
take.
B
We
have
a
little
after-party
tonight,
so
if
you
want
to
hang
out
at
like
after
the
failure
will
be
there
after
8:30
tonight,
everybody's
invited
except
the
one
Garcia
anyways.
Alright,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
our
next
award
goes
to
gjx
company
and
I'm.
Gonna
have
Raja
Guzman,
whose
pilot
diversity
and
inclusion
team
at
TJX
come
on
up
here,
because
for
several
years
now,
TJX
has
made
the
Latino
community
a
priority.
B
Let
me
tell
you
not
only
from
a
business
perspective
Roger,
you
are
like
family
you're
like
a
friend
you're
like
you
like
family,
you
don't
you're
more
than
family
you're.
My
sponsor
I
love.
You,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
TJX
our
sponsor
the
Latino
youth
recognition
day
today,
the
30
under
30,
which
we're
going
to
show
the
video
as
we
leave
raju
defense
part
of
this
team,
and
it
he's
just
a
great
great
advocate
for
us
at
EDX
and
the
community
I
could
be
proud
of
him.
B
Q
You're
welcome
at
the
window
the
F
good
morning,
how's
everybody
doing
good.
All
right.
Look
I'll
make
this
very
short.
I'm,
really
really
pleased
on
behalf
of
the
over
220,000
associates
for
TJX.
A
few
of
them
are
sitting
right
over
there.
I'll
go.
That's
the
key
JX
table
right
over
there,
not
over
there
over
there.
All
right
I'll
make
this
quick,
because
we've
got
some
folks
that
have
to
open
some
stores
as
well,
but
it's
it's
really
a
pleasure
to
sponsor
at
the
window
and
especially
the
Latino
recognition
day.
Q
If
you
don't
know
about
it
three
times
during
the
season
Alberto
and
his
team
looked
for
about
15
to
18,
kids
in
middle
school
or
high
school
or
high
school,
who
are
doing
really
well
academically.
He
brings
them
and
their
families
to
the
ball
bog
to
the
to
the
stadium.
They
get
to
see
the
game,
but
not
only
that
they
also
get
to
be
up
front
and
they
get
an
award.
They
get
to
meet
some
of
the
players
they
get
to
meet
some
corporate
sponsors
as
well.
Q
C
Q
B
Again,
Red
Sox
will
win
tonight,
it's
gonna
be
a
great
weekend,
I'll
be
at
them
like
I,
said
Baylor
and
before
we
go
Elaine
gentlemen
write
this
out
in
your
calendar.
1111
November
11
from
carlos
latino
30
under
thirty
last
year,
was
a
game-changer
for
us.
The
breakfast
here
last
year
we
knew
was
going
to
be
a
great
event.
I
could
not
believe.
I
cannot
tell
you
how
inspiring
that
event
was.
We
had
200
nominations.
Last
year
this
year
we
had
400
as
we
speak.
B
The
judges
are
whittling
it
down
to
30
we're
going
to
have
this
event,
and
if
you
use
this
promo
code
for
today,
you'll
only
pay
$10
give
me
more
than
that.
So
I'm
gonna
give
you
guys
into
a
promo
code
which
is
up
here
and
write
it
down.

Latino
30
under
30,
a
contrary
to
what
Paul
Francisco
said.
That
is
not
my
dating
list.
Latino
30
under
30
is
something
completely
different
and
you
young
lady
I,
will
admit.
I
did
have
a
crush
on
you
until
you
turn
30
I'm.
