A
A
I'm,
tired
already
and
the
president
worked
in
the
world
of
the
oil
industry
and
it's
my
great
honor
and
pleasure
to
welcome
all
of
you
to
this
very
special
event
that
goodwill
has
been
holding
this
for
well
over
a
century
if
the
day
that
we
come
together
to
celebrate,
all
of
the
people
in
our
programs
have
accomplished,
and
I
have
to
tell
you
that
these
people
that
are
appropriate,
inspire
me
every
day
and
for
that
I'm.
Very
thankful.
B
A
D
D
D
And
I'm
going
to
need
you
to
respond
respond
in
that
way,
as
we
offer
our
prayer,
if
you're
having
a
little
trouble
getting
that
spirit
of
Thanksgiving
up
I
just
wants
you
to
remember
the
words
of
that
great
philosophers.
Snoopy
from
that
fount
of
wisdom
called
peanuts
one
Thanksgiving
day,
while
everybody
else
is
having
turkey
finds
himself,
given
his
usual
bowl
of
dog
food-
and
he
says
this
is
awful.
D
Everybody
else
is
eating
and
having
Turkey-
and
here
I
am
with
my
usual
dog
food-
then
he
thinks
for
a
moment
and
he
says
to
himself,
but
then
again
it
could
be
worse.
I
could
be
the
turkey
is
the
reality.
Is
it's
not
that
we're
not
aspiring
for
more,
but
we
want
to
start
by
being
grateful
for
what
we
have
so
I'm
going
to
ask
if
you
would
reach
out
to
your
neighbor
either
take
their
hand
or
in
this
season
of
codes.
If
you're
a
little
concerned
touch
their
elbow,
let's
connect
one
to
another.
D
C
For
the
diversity
of
cultures
and
abilities
and
races
and
ethnicities
and
languages
that
made
the
tapestry
of
this
room
so
colorful,
so
vibrant
and
enriched,
we
say
thank
you
for
so
many
who
have
persevered
in
the
face
of
great
difficulty,
who
have
bounced
back
from
significant
setbacks,
who
did
not
give
up,
get
up
back
up
or
shut
up
for
the
example
that
they
give
us.
We
say
thank.
D
C
For
the
strength
of
resourceful
nough
staff
and
the
board
of
this
institution,
as
it
continues
to
set
an
example
of
what
it
takes
to
bring
all
of
our
region's
people
into
the
mainstream
of
economic
life
and
what
it
means
to
provide
over
a
century
of
service,
not
charity,
but
a
chance.
We
say.
Thank
you
for.
D
E
A
I
know
we're
still
in
the
midst
of
eating
wonderful,
wonderful,
I
started
to
say
that
we're
so
fortunate
in
this
city,
in
this
Commonwealth
to
have
elected
officials
and
other
government
officials
who
really
understand
what
it
means
to
address
poverty,
help
people
with
disabilities
tell
people
how
people
with
other
barriers
and
goodwill
has
been
a
fortunate
have
such
strong
relationships
with
all
of
its
elected
and
other
officials.
So,
first
of
all,
if
you
can
do
a
round
of
applause
to
welcome
all
of
them
here
today,.
A
B
Good
afternoon,
okay
I,
don't
know
about
you,
I'm
happy
to
be
here,
we're
celebrating
Thanksgiving
and
we're
all
supposed
to
be
in
a
spirit
of
gratitude
so
good
afternoon
before
I
quickly.
Introduce
the
mayor.
I
just
want
to
acknowledge,
at
least
from
the
council-
there's
of
course
a
ton
of
elected
to
here.
But
my
colleagues
on
the
council,
councillor
Matt
O'malley.
B
Of
course,
I
said
more
grain,
happy
Thanksgiving
from
all
of
my
colleagues
on
the
Boston
City
Council,
so
I'm
Adria
Campbell
and
the
president
of
Boston
City,
Council,
very
happy
to
be
here,
I'm
also
the
district
4
counselor,
so
I
always
have
to
rep
my
neighbor
hoods,
which
are
Dorchester
Mattapan
a
little
bit
of
Jamaica
Plain
and
rosin
Dale.
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
but
very
happy
to
be
here
right.
You
know
we
take
for
granted.
At
least
some
of
us
do
sometimes
that
we
have
family.
B
We
have
a
space
to
go
a
place
to
go
when
it's
cold
outside
loving
relationships.
This
hole
puts
everything
in
context,
but
not
everyone
has
that.
So
it
is
a
tremendous,
honor
and
privilege
to
be
here
to
serve
the
folks
in
the
room.
I'm
happy
to
be
here
with
you
and
every
one
of
you
I
have
the
distinct
honor
of
bringing
up
the
mayor.
The
mayor
of
the
city
of
Boston,
Mary,
Walsh,.
B
You
know
incredible
honor
her
to
work
in
partnership
with
him.
We
can't
do
this
work
alone
on
the
council.
It
truly
does
take
partnership.
One
thing
that
we
have
in
common,
which
is
service
right.
This
is
the
job
of
being
an
elected,
and
public
servant
is
just
that
about
service,
and
today
we
demonstrate
that
and
bring
that
into
action.
So
I
would
like
to
this
time
to
bring
up
mayor,
Marty,
Walsh.
F
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
madam
president,
and
I
wonder
why
I
want
to
thank
everyone
here
at
Goodwill
and
want
to
thank
Joanne
I,
want
to
thank
the
incredible
staff.
I
want
to
thank
all
the
volunteers
that
here
today,
I
want
to
thank
all
the
elected
officials,
and
some
of
them
me
coming
up
and
do
some
people,
but
I
want
to
induce
a
couple
that
I
hear.
We
have
a
brand
new
district
attorney
for
Suffolk
County,
Rachel
Rollins
less
today.
F
F
Introduce
eventually,
but
thank
you,
everyone.
You
know
this
organization
is
incredible:
Morgan
Memorial,
we
all
have
a
story
growing
up
with
mocha
memorial
in
goodwill,
providing
opportunities
for
for
training,
for
housing,
for
for
food,
for
supplies,
for
clothing,
helping
people.
This
organization
was
always
wrapped
his
arms
around
people.
That
are
mean
it's
one
of
our
largest
employers
for
people
with
disabilities.
I
want
to
thank
you
as
well
for
the
great
work
you
do
there.
F
F
F
Thank
you
because
my
heart
is
full
of
gratitude
today
because
of
the
great
word
that
goodwill
does
and
the
great
work
that
the
young
people
and
the
people
that
are
here
today
so
I'm
going
to
stop
talking,
because
it's
me
and
the
most
of
the
politicians
and
then
we're
gonna
have
we're
gonna
have
dancing
so
I
might
bring
up
the
next
speaker.
Oh
that's
great!
So.
F
F
To
a
chance
to
bring
him
up,
I
had
the
honor
circle,
with
Bob
Billy
Oh
for
16
and
a
half
years
at
the
State
House.
He
is
a
speaker
of
the
Masters
House
of
Representatives
is
an
incredible
leader.
He
cares
so
he
cares
about
people.
Goodwill
is
right
way.
He
cares
about
the
people
that
he
cares
about.
I
want
to
thank
the
speaker
for
all
he's
done
for
the
people
of
Massachusetts
and
bring
him
up
here.
Speaker,
walk
away.
Okay,.
H
A
H
We
have
what
do
you?
What
do
you
say?
Oh
yeah,
but
you
know,
is
as
I
was
talking
to
some
folks
earlier.
We
sometimes
in
all
our
hectic
lives,
sometimes
forget,
sometimes
forget
or
don't
think
about
some
of
the
things
that
we
should
be
grateful
for
in
our
own
personal
lives,
as
I
can
think
about
today
and
I
yeah.
H
H
B
I
B
J
I'm
going
to
be
short
because
so
much
has
already
been
said,
super
happy
Thanksgiving
to
everyone.
I
am
fairly
new
in
the
public
sector
only
been
around
for
about
a
year
and
a
half
spending
all
my
career
in
the
private
sector
and
I
am
so
grateful
and
thankful
for
this
last
year
and
a
half
I'll
tell
you,
it
has
been
the
highlight
of
my
life
in
my
career
to
be
able
to
serve
the
people
of
the
Commonwealth,
be
around
so
many
people
on
my
team
that
are
dedicated
to
this
work.
Every
single
every
single
day.
J
Right
here
at
Morton
Memorial,
we
run
our
career
center
mass
hire
where
we
help
folks
reintegrate
into
the
community.
If
they've
been
disenfranchised,
we
want
to
make
sure
that
everybody
prospers
from
this
wonderful
Commonwealth
that
we're
all
that
we're
all
in
right
now,
but
not
everyone
is
enjoying
it.
J
Be
able
to
prosper
from
from
the
economy
here
in
the
Commonwealth,
so
I
just
want
to
say.
Thank
you.
I
know
that
we
speakers
here
we
talking
to
heads,
are
between
the
dancing
and
the
desert,
so
we
got
to
keep
it
really
short.
Thank
you.
Everyone,
Happy,
Thanksgiving
and
I,
look
forward
to
doing
this
again
next
year.
It's
my
first
year
but
I'll
be
back.
Thank
you.
G
E
E
Than
anyone
that
you
can't
make
America
great
again
by
making
America
hate
again
that
you
have
to
bring
everyone
together,
if
you
have
to
make
it
one
big
family
and
that's
what
you
do
here
at
Goodwill,
you
make
it
a
family
of
everyone
and
where
we're
going
to
celebrate
in
two
years
to
three
hundred
and
ninety
eighth
birthday
of
Massachusetts
in
Plymouth
and
the
398
anniversary
of
Thanksgiving,
it
was
an
it
was
invented
here.
It
was
celebrated
here
in
Massachusetts.
First,
where
those
pilgrims
brought
together,
the
Native
Americans,
everyone
came
together,
everyone
celebrated
together.
E
Everyone
gave
thanks
together
and
that's
what
we're
doing
here
today,
we're
all
giving
thanks
and
we're
giving
thanks
for
every
member
of
the
community,
because
this
is
a
very,
very
special
day,
maybe
the
most
special
day
of
the
year.
In
my
opinion,
it
is
because
we
recognize
this
common
humanity,
this
common,
that
we're
all
one
big
family
and
no
one
doesn't
like
goodwill,
and
today
we
celebrate
with
you
goodwill
what
you
do
every
single
day
of
the
year.
Thank
you
all.
So
much
for
everything.
