A
Our
topic
today
engaging
male
leaders,
I,
don't
think
a
common,
a
more
important
time.
We
have
seen
tremendous
change
for
women
all
over
the
country.
These
past
several
months,
we're
on
the
edge
of
that
cultural
shift.
That
I
think
many
of
us
are
hearing
about.
This
can't
just
be
women
talking
to
women.
B
Gender
equity
in
our
workplace
is
important
because
everyone
should
have
equal
opportunities.
Leaders
need
to
be
aware
and
intentional
about
their
efforts
to
bring
more
women
and
more
diversity
into
the
workplace.
We
must
see
the
differences
in
each
other
to
understand
the
values
and
understand
the
different
perspectives,
as
we
lay
down
all
of
this
foundation
and
ground
work
with
businesses
and
with
nonprofits
above
the
city.
It's
time
that
we
take
the
next
step,
and
today
I
think,
is
the
beginning
of
that
next
step
in
how
we
move
forward.
