Mayor Walsh kicks off a panel discussion entitled "Nonpartisan Lessons Learned & Shared: For the Next Generation" held at Faneuil Hall. Moderated by WCVB's Janet Wu, the event features panelists Martha Coakley, former MA Attorney General, Dr. Kerry Healey, former MA Lieutenant Governor, Evelyn Murphy, former MA Lieutenant Governor, Shannon O'Brien, former MA State Treasurer and Jane Swift, former Governor of Massachusetts, who encourage young women to become more involved in politics and public service.

We're lucky to have these five trailblazers: women who have broken glass ceilings and smash through walls in a state that, I would argue, thinks its post gender, but isn't.

Would just say that the best way for women's to get elected to realize that partisan politics separate stuff and if you voted as one we would actually run everything.
