A
B
B
We
drive
on
the
highway
and
eat
this
project,
it's
something
that
you
know
they
can
point
to,
and
so
we're
excited
to
partner
with
youth,
though,
because
the
work
that
they
do
is
truly
inspirational.
Our
future.
As
we
know
it
rests
not
with
us
not
with
us
in
this
room
with
the
kids
with
the
next
generation
and
what
Greg
and
Ken
Rory
someone
with
Cameron
to
the
board
of
doing
is
really
helping
to
propel
them.
So
we
look
forward
to
working
with
youth
build
in
our
next
project.
D
D
D
E
D
Young
children
off
the
streets,
it's
putting
on
a
pathway
to
being
financially
secure
adults
and
it's
putting
them
in
a
profession.
If
you
just
look
around
all
the
cranes
around
town,
where
we
really
need
workers
and
so
we're
100%
behind
this
project,
we
think
it's
a
company
as
well.
We
really
our
employees
want
us
to
be
involved
in
the
community
and
so
partnering
with
youth.
Build
again
is
a
great
great
way
to
doing
that.
I.
D
D
G
E
Do
I
think
the
first
one
to
say
is
merely
to
express
our
gratitude
for
all
the
support
on
all
the
folks
in
this
room.
You
know
we
couldn't
be
where
we
are
today,
but
you
know
engaging
your
engagement
with
what
and
concern
about
our
mission.
So
thank
you
all.
Thank
you
very
much.
I
can
keep
on
thanking
people
as
we
move
along
here
and,
as
he
said
there
you
know.
Bank
Bank
of
America
has
been
there
for
quite
a
while
to
us
and
Alicia
Verity
and
Debbie
and
John
world
they're
just
been
spectacular
for
us.
E
E
E
E
Now
kill
Dylan
and
friend
Newton
what
it
means
to
us
to
be
part
of
that
team
and
get
help
from
all
that
goes.
That
team
has
just
been
incredible
and
you
know
thank
you
very
much.
So
the
next
thing
we're
close
to
do
I,
could
ramble
on
through
the
speech,
but
I
think
it's
time
for
a
video
okay
and
are
we
ready
to
press
the
magic
button,
video
master
I
just.
A
C
E
You
know
we
set
a
course-
maybe
you
know
10
plus
years
ago,
to
really
become
you
know
a
partner
in
partnership
with
the
industry,
and
we
saw
ourselves
are
not
the
only
recipient
of
that
effort.
That
is
a
dual
customer
approach
that
we're
folks
in
the
industry.
Whether
it
was
you
until
general
contractors,
the
developer
would
engage
in
a
conversation
on
how
we're
going
to
get
young
people
into
the
building
trades
and
we've
accomplished
that
we've
started
on
that
pathway.
E
We
have
would
not
be
all
the
way
there,
but
you
know
with
your
health
and
your
outside
investigation
support.
We
will
risk
okay,
because
there
are
just
great
great
opportunities
for
young
people
in
the
city
right
now
and
that's
the
picture
of
so
many
years
of
good
job
and
good
wages.
And
that's
you
know
what
we
tell
all
young
people
every
day.
So
with
that
mr.
Gideon,
please.
E
F
They
take
youth
that
are
in
a
position
that
they
need
to
have
some
guide
some
training
and
some
education
and
skills
and
a
develop
those
skills,
and
that
provides
long-term
employment
prospects
along
with
the
relationships
they
have
with
the
unions
and
the
construction
companies
and
everybody
to
help
develop
talents.
Those
groups
that
they'd
otherwise
not
see
a.
I
C
K
L
M
N
You
brought
the
students
on
for
a
job
shadow
day
where
they
come
on
and
they
meditate
shadow
different
trades
throughout
the
day
to
get
a
more
of
an
exposure
of
what
the
other
trades
do,
because
some
students
only
know
the
carpenters
or
painters,
but
there
are
a
host
of
other
trades,
and
actually
we
had
the
shadow
day
at
the
Boston
University
Law
School.
There
were
two
students
who
were
hired
by
a
subcontractor,
so
it
was
very
successful.
O
It
was
good
to
give
back
to
the
community.
Do
something
positive
for
once.
In
my
life,
we
have
properties
throughout
the
community
where
we
go
around
and
we
clean
up
the
landscaping
we
do
carpentry.
We
do
a
lot
of
things,
that's
really
positive
for
the
community.
That's
really
great!
It's
really
needed.
Q
R
C
As
a
volunteer,
joining
weatherization
and
other
types
of
projects
fixing
windows,
getting
homes
ready
for
winter
and
I
turn
up
at
these
locations.
Thinking
I'm
ready
to
pitch
in
and
immediately
realizing
that
the
students
needed
to
teach
me
but
I
needed
them
to
show
me
what
was
happening
with
these
homes
and
I
could
make
a
difference
alongside
them.
S
T
You
had
to
show
up
at
7
o'clock
Monday
through
Friday
on
time
near
the
minute
late.
They
would
send
us
home,
they're,
really
molding
me
in
the
business
that
our
main
construction
business.
It's
the
same
thing.
You
show
up
at
7
o'clock,
ready
to
work
and
if
you
don't
show
up
before
military
tactic
tools,
early
good
idea,
anything
I
learned
at
youth
build
I,
basically
brought
it
to
local
7.
We're.
E
The
youth
build
Boston
of
today
is
very
different
from
the
youth
build
Boston
to
1990
if
it
thrived
on
a
significant
amount
of
federal
dollars.
Those
federal
dollars
aren't
there
and
we
don't
expect
them
to
be
here
in
the
future.
So
we
really
need
to
get
this
connection
to
the
private
donor
community,
whether
that
be
individuals,
corporations,
foundations,
I.
F
Think
it's
important
to
support
youth
bill
because
it
basically
does
a
critical
task,
that's
needed
in
our
city,
our
state,
our
country,
which
is
to
help
people
get
jobs.
Our
job
as
a
society
is
to
make
sure
everybody
has
a
better
opportunity
to
participate
and
to
grow,
to
learn
and
to
be
successful.
Large.
J
N
Their
builders,
well,
they
just
don't
only
build
they're
serving
their
communities.
Well
they're
building
and
they
are.
They
represent
the
commune
that
they're
from
and
they
represent
the
builders
and
represent
their
city.
Where
will
they
go?
They
can
be
builders
what
they
have
to
say
to
themselves.
G
Six
months
ago,
when
I
started
this
program
in
January
I
had
recently
graduated
from
high
school
I
thought
it's
not
easy.
University.
Thank
you,
unfortunately,
due
to
certain
circumstances.
First
of
all,
in
that
book,
I
I
decided
eventually
that
in
the
six
months
that
I
had
waited
to
start
school
I
had
decided
that
I
no
longer
wanted
to
or
college
after
her
a
while,
my
dreams
become
shatter.
I
had
no
dream.
I
had
no
direction.
G
My
sister,
who
had
Tony
twelve
years
before
I,
had
already
been
in
Union
to
18
local
union
to
retain
the
carpenter.
She's
told
me
Jason.
Why?
I'm
with
you
and
I,
told
my
brother
go
to
thoughts,
it's
a
great
start
for
anybody
who
feels
like
they
wanted
to
start
and
of
the
six
motions
I've
been
here.
It's
been
a
while
right,
I'm
not
to
go
on
about
accomplishments
that
I've
done
all
day.
G
I
built
my
for
the
stairs
I've
built
countless
wall,
I've
built
I,
built
a
ladder
capable
of
holding
over
300
pounds
made
out
of
wood
who
know
it's.
Why
I
told
my
my
cousins,
the
she's
only
four
years
old
I,
quoted
us
the
other
day,
all
these
accomplishments,
she's
like
like
a
superhero
and
surely
when
I,
when
I
think
of
the
things
that
I've
done?
It's
not.
A
G
Learning
how
to
how
to
do
these
things?
It's
not
just
doing
it
and
building
the
house.
It's
building
a
home.
You
know,
I,
come
from
a
low-income
family
and
I
know
that
they're
much
more
families
that
are
much
having
much
worse
than
I.
Do?
Who
can't
happen
not
right
now,
and
the
fact
that
this
house.
A
G
Two
houses
that
I've
been
working
on
people
now
how
families
that
can
grow
and
expand
their
families
because
they
can
afford
to
live
in
these
homes.
That's
that
doesn't
even
do
it
secure
I've,
also
met.
You
know,
people
that
I
would
have
never
met
before
I'm
from
your
small
knives.
I
have
co-workers
that
are
from
nice
Boston
that
I
cross
paths
with
millions
of
times
I
just
never
met
them.
G
C
G
I
just
be
like
a
comforting,
yellow,
however,
but
having
this
opportunity
having
this
direction
from
this
program,
I
now
have
an
answer.
Sackless
I
want
to
serve.
My
community
I
want
to
be
a
carpenter
to
build
my
future
to
build
my
life
for
my
family,
build
a
life
for
the
families
of
the
homes
who
will
house
those
homes
will
be
living
in
those
homes
for
the
rest
of
their
lives
and
to
build
a
future
for
everyone
around
me
just
in
the
city
of
Boston,
knowing
that
this
city
will
grow
and
I
think
that.
A
G
What
you
told
is,
and
that's
where
you'd
both
continues
to
get
the
use
and
would
continue
to
support
that's
what
you
will
go
forever
do
I
would
my
time,
but
oh
now,
I
don't
use
mic
to
the
stage,
so
that
fits
my
coming.
U
Thank
you
David.
You
know
if
you
were
a
log
on
to
any
one
of
our
job
site.
I
think
you'd
find
some
great
stories
just
like
Jason,
and
everyone
is
passionate
about
the
human
and
I
think
as
a
workforce
development
program.
That's
exactly
what
we're
looking
for
it
and
can't
believe
as
much
more
than
that.
My
name
is
Michael
Chavez
and
the
project
Development
Manager
is
refilled
often,
and
my
job
is
basically
to
go
out
there
and
get
the
products
that
you
feel
works
on
wonders
our.
U
U
I'll
kind
of
go
through
these
very
briefly
talk
at
the
end
about
why
we're
here,
a
pre-apprentice
programs
with
jason
home2
24
year
olds,
or
you
have
a
high
school
diploma
and
able
to
go
to
immediately
get
the
building
trades
exploration
program.
Those
are
young
people
who
are
still
working
on
creepy
and
so
there's
flooring.
U
A
lot
of
our
video
as
well
and
the
main
project
that
you
tend
to
work
on
again
are
French
writers
and
portal
Valley,
because
we're
working
on
about
to
the
core
unit
a
year,
but
we
all
just
do
nonprofits
design
those
other
nonprofits
who
might
have
a
little
bit
money
to
renovate
the
space
or
update
their
properties.
We
do
community
service
all
the
time
throughout
of
courses
here
at
repair.
We
also
do
variable
improvement
projects
on
specific
senior,
home
repairs
or
something
right
now,
so
focusing
on
that
the
apprentice
program
again.
U
These
are
basically
four-year-old
who
wanna
get
right
in
the
billing
treatment,
but
a
12-week
program
and
they
get
our
throat
free
to
their
turf
ethics.
When
they
come
in
the
door,
they
need
it'd
be
ready
to
go
especially
save
my
job
at
the
entire
time
and
the
get
various
credentials,
the
main
ones
being
up
to
ten.
Let's
say:
certification:
first:
aid
CPR
to
a1c,
hoisting
training
and
signal
recertification.
So
we
kind
of
run
over
the
first
three
weeks,
the
program,
kind
of
job
site,
straighter,
so
figuring
out
a
field.
U
It's
got
a
real
construction
site
and
again
you
keep
them
the
video
you
sell
a
project
that
they
work
on
and
I
mean
they
sure
to
show
up
on
time.
We
keep
that
work
ethic
going
entire
time
and
working
with
us,
and
can
you
be
favourite
construction
site
economy
here
from
our
contract
partners?
They
can
navigate
construction
site
safely.
That's
a
big
deal
to
listen,
we're
very
happy
being
the
Maoris
resemble
eyes
on
all
working
on
that.
A
U
Building
trades
expiration
again
they're
young
people
with
us
about
two
nine
months
and
they
get
the
same
for
Devils
that
the
PA
program
yet
but
they're
just
look
a
little
longer
they're,
exploring
great
rates
and
on
the
carpentry
crawlable
public
landscape
design,
construction
facility,
cream,
another
program
and
again
they're
kind
of
corporate
users
on
duty
service
project.
When
they're
being
the
effort
there
in
the
field,
prepping
ologist
site
that
we
worked
on
and
we
all
do
think
mantequilla
that,
for
our
figure.
U
Recently
got
a
contract
first
department
to
maintain
somewhat
urban
gardens
and
bio
soils
and
spa
downtown.
So
we
really
had
a
number
of
data
type
situation.
The
jaws
are
designing
programs
of
Araby
programs.
You
notice
200
settings
on
your
bill
to
the
country
and
they're
going
one
with
this
program
and
it's
an
after-school
program.
U
It's
still
an
or
an
offspring
that
come
to
us
and
3:30
to
6:30
and
then
some
time
with
this
one
ten-four
and
we
see
it
as
North
Texas
to
view,
and
so
they,
the
large
decks,
are
designed
and
it's
all
based
on
community
based
projects.
So
in
the
pictures
on
the
next
slide,
you
know
they
learn
sketching.
They
learn
how
to
do
model.
We
learn
Sketchup
in
AutoCAD,
oh
I,
understand,
and
then
we
apply
those
skills
completely
teach.
B
U
Project
at
the
end
of
the
session,
that's
the
W
spell
thought
about
that.
You
build
component
and
like
that
you
know
it's
the
same
thing
for
America
now
that
suits
really
need
that
effort
and
they're
out
working
for
corporate
partners.
It's
geared
for
employees
of
socially
responsible
were
raised
to
want
to
get
back
in
the
community,
so
they
work
with
us
and
parts
of
them
with
the
nonprofit
in
the
neighborhood
working
to
improve
the
process
or
their
school.
D
U
U
Develop
proposals,
whether
it's
millennium,
tower
or
housing
for
anything
else,
consider
us
as
your
huge
partner
on
this
on
you're,
going
to
project
between
fans
and
writers
in
their
think
about
how
we
can
wrap
in
our
youth
for
youth
design,
training
directx.
So
how
do
we
have
a
search
of
these
bugs
unique
benefits
in
terms
of
the
community
working
out
how
we
can
play
a
role
in
that
process?
What
might
that
look
like?
U
U
We
have
a
working
Malin,
Building,
Trades,
Assessment,
Center
and
we're
working
with
groups
like
wind
development
and
Avalon
Bay
subjects,
instruction
and
corvington
and
others
about
things.
Someone
was
evolved
into
your
job
site.
They
wanted
to
job
the
construction,
usually
what
happens
to
get
and
application
right
if
you
fill
it
out,
was
back
to
your
your
people
at
the
office
and
then
they
save
your
qualified
or
not.
What.
A
U
Process
when
it
comes
to
us,
you
go
walking
up
there
and
we
can
talk
about.
What
are
you
really
here
for
you?
Look.
First
job
is
expressing
the
right
job.
If
it
is,
what
traits
might
you
be
interested
in?
What
can
we
do
to
help
you
get
through
a
process
of
training?
You
don't
have
your
certification
as
we
don't
get
back.
How
can
you
come
to
our
job
site
and
work
on
that?
U
U
Your
investment
in
our
program,
whether
it's
scholarships
for
charging
down
places
or
sponsors,

internships,
young
people
who
have
been
to
our
program
at
all
unless
Benelli
sponsored
participate
in
one
of
those
projects,
and
you
want
to
bring
honor
with
your
team
to
build
project
for
one
day
in
the
community
in
Tibet
as
well
the
number
of
different
ways
you
can
be
able
to
expand
your
network
and
help
us
help
you
so
with
that
I
want
to.
You
know,
introduce
the
mayor.
U
I
wanted
to
do
a
quick
story
about
you
know,
he's
a
very
invested
in
creative
thinking.
A
couple
years
back,
I
was
doing
some
work
with
community
owned
corporations
in
Hyde
Park,
and
you
know
they
have
a
spatial
model
of
poison
ivy,
for
they
came
to
me
and
said
you
might
you're
originally
from
Mexico
raises
that
I
am
the
great
tell
us
everything
know
about
goats
like
well.
Luckily,
my
dad
cited
a
bunch
of
ranchers.
U
For
so
anyway,
we
did
a
pretty
go
in
a
vacant
lot
of
al
boys,
an
idea
of
the
great
project
because
and
I
was
you
know
they
just
take
the
propose
the
man
said.
Well,
he
says
on
the
most
age,
especially
present
students
there,
how
else
to
say
it.
We
also
have
you,
people
often
put
the
real
oops,
not
bus,
shelters
in
Dorchester
in
Hyde
Park,
the
way
to
engage
community
about
you
know
a
green
infrastructure
mayor
to
do
that
of.
U
V
I
wonder
why
I
think
you
might
get
next
to
that
presentation.
I
also
want
to
take
you
can
to
the
great
work
you
do
I'd
make
ten
many
years
ago
before
I
was
the
mayor
of
Boston
and
saw
the
work
that
you've
built
had
done
in
the
past
incredible
stuff.
Jason!
Congratulations!
Well
in
that
Charlotte
is
speaking,
I
never
closed
the
door
at
school,
because
once
you
get
on
the
field,
you
might
want
to
become
superintendent
and
selling
the
company
someday
as
I
call.
V
Thank
you
very
much
we'll
come
out
today.
This
is
an
incredible
program
and
I
know
I
still
around
I
see
silicon
is
he
had
bankamerica
me
on
topic
in
the
catch
on
film
I,
walk
a
demon
to
go,
kill
villains
from
the
bottom
from
cheaper
housing
city
volunteer,
certainly
is
an
advocate
in
one
set,
have
a
plan
that
build
a
lot
of
housing
in
Boston.
We
have
train
managers
walked
in
from
office
of
Workforce
Development.
We
have
a
fluid
proposal,
a
grant
with
you
bill
for
$500,000
for
years.
V
V
C
A
V
C
A
V
People
happen
in
certain
cities
all
the
time,
but
there's
social
worker
people.
But
when
you
look
at
the
stats
and
I
dive
into
the
stats
a
lot
violent
crime
is
down
a
Boston.
A
lot
of
other
numbers
of
down
lots
of
homicides.
Actually
Cowboys.
We
can
look
at
a
road
map
and
take
him
out,
but
the
number
that
drug
house
is
arrested
down
in
Boston
for.
V
By
25%
they're
down
for
a
whole
bunch
of
reasons,
it
did
not
down,
because
the
police
aren't
doing
a
job
now
because
of
organizations
like
usual
that
have
created
opportunities
for
young
people
on
a
pathway
into
a
career.
Tom
go
Matt
said
in
the
video
Brian
Moynihan
said
the
view
as
well.
These
are
fraternities
provide
young
people
with
chances
of
careers
as
I
look
around
this
room.
Most
of
us
have
a
career
whether
it's
in
banking
construction,
real
estate,
development,
whatever
it
might
be,
and
we
needed
an
opportunity.
V
V
A
V
Cheapest
after
the
town
zone,
we
create
this
program
to
create
opportunities
to
get
into
mechanical
trades
and
that
that
idea
really
came
up
with
youth
build
because
what
you
build
is
doing,
particularly
our
carpentry,
and
this
is
a
real
opportunity
to
make
a
difference
in
a
young
person's
life.
Now,
if
constructions
not
for
everybody
and
that's
why
it's
important
for
us
to
think
of
other
pathways
and
other
opportunities,
but
when
you
think
about
opportunities
for
young
people
to
see
that
a
living
and
I
say
that
one
more
keep
in
our
city
construction
is
that
pathway.
V
Right
now
in
the
city
of
Boston,
we
have
seven
billion
dollars
with
the
construction
going
on
the
city
of
Boston.
We
woke
up
this
morning
is
seven
billion
dollars
of
construction
going
on.
We
launched
a
housing
plan
in
October
of
2014
to
create
53,000
units
in
2005
year,
2030
we're
setting
records
every
year
for
low-income
housing
and
moderate-income
housing.
Many
of
that
housing
stock.
You
see
in
the
video
the
one
two
three
families
that
that's
where
our
low
and
moderate
income
families
going
to
live,
I'm
going
to
live
in
the
millennium
tower.
V
I
know
that
knows
a
lot
of
Germans
one
of
the
money
of
tower
that
come
from
labels.
They
want
to
live
in
the
neighborhood,
so
it's
important
for
us
as
we
think
about
that
we're
going
to
continue
to
generate
activity
and
enable
it
to
build,
but
by
supporting
a
program
like
youth
builds,
util
Boston
in
particular
goes
along
with
those
numbers.
V
They
go
back
to
cry
shootings
last
night
in
the
city
of
Boston,
Nolan
children,
I,
don't
know,
have
the
demographic
breakdown
of
all
of
all
the
people
who
are
child
or
tutors
I'm
gonna
make
an
assumption
there,
between
the
age
of
19
and
40
years
old,
the
majority
that
will
probably
young
black
males,
maybe
some
Latino
males,
there's
a
way
I,
don't
know.
The
problem
is
lack
of
opportunity
when
you
come
down
to
when
you
talk
to
the
kids
that
have
a
gun
pull
the
trigger,
usually
the
story,
is
they
an
opportunity
to
quit
school?
V
They
took
to
the
streets,
they
have
no
other
way
of
getting
out
of
the
streets,
but
to
have
that.
The
involvement
in
eternity
but
I've
seen
so
many
stories
of
young
black
and
brown
boys
and
girls
when
they
get
an
opportunity
to
put
on
a
pair
of
work
boots
and
put
on
a
tool
belt
and
work
on
a
building
like
this
and
have
an
opportunity
to
earn
and
check
it
into
the
week
and
really.
V
For
for
a
life
that
they
never
even
could
imagine
so
that
means
the
businesses
here
today
and
many
groups,
employment
I,
need
you
to
double
down,
maybe
do
more.
You
can
companies
do
here
today
try
and
help
us
as
best.
We
can
I
know
that
millenniums
here
we're
working
on
getting
a
little
calico
chemistry
here.
I
know
that
that
is
part
of
the
process.
Project
I
know
the
joke.
Cartman
enjoys
one
child
found
this
bill.
Bartlett
is
part
of
that
project.
So,
by
putting
this
in
different
proposals
as
well
helps
I.
V
Believe
you
build
is
in
the
on
the
hotel
on
the
waterfront,
so
there's
opportunities
for
us
to
make
sure
that
we
build
in
there.
But
again
all
of
you
did
today
I
want
to
thank
you.
You
know,
I,
don't
have
to
go
any
further
than
that.
You
know
what
the
rules
in
deal
is.
This
is
an
opportunity
for
present
to
be
able
to
create
a
career
when
I
was
18
years.
V
Old
I
had
the
good
fortune
of
having
an
uncle
that
we
had
been
a
preacher,
so
all
I
had
to
do
was
call
a
lot,
but
he
sent
me
down
to
a
jar
of
the
World
Trade
Center
and
then,
when
I
went
when
I
went
after
caught,
that
was
a
high
school.
My
senior
high
school
I
want
back
to
high
school
for
Elliot
back
to
college
quits
college
I
had
a
chance
to
comment
on
Patti
temple.
The
problem
Icom
can
set
down
a
job.
V
What
we
want
to
do
is
create
opportunity
to
young
people
that
we
don't
know
they
don't
have
an
uncle
pad
that
run
the
building
trades.
They
could
just
simply
take
care
of
them.
You
want
that
future
people
in
this
room
can
make
that
happen.
So
again,
thank
you
for
being
here
today.
I
want
to
thank
in
particular
Kent
for
his
great
work
he's
been
doing
for
a
long
time.
So
thank
you,
Ken
and
thank
you.
