Pledge
with
the
city
of
boulder,
the
meeting
is
going
to
start
to
guide
us
about
the
interpretation
tool
that
is
available
during
this
meeting.
Brenda
is
ready,
continue,
I'm
ready.
Thank
you
very
much
to
go
welcome
good
evening.
Everyone
I
am
very
happy
to
be
able
to
support
you
small
way
to
this
meeting
tonight.
We
are
very
happy
that
you
are
here
with
us
tonight
to
learn
a
little
more
about
the
next
steps
in
your
process.
B
Tonight
we
are
supported
by
the
Spanish
interpretation
service
for
the
first
part
of
the
meeting
and
to
access
the
interpretation.
We
ask
you
to
please:
either
you
want
to
listen
to
the
meeting
in
English
or
Spanish
to
choose
the
language
in
which
you
want
to
listen
to
the
meeting.
To
do
so.
Please
go
to
the
bottom
of
the
screen:
click
on
the
globe
that
I
am
showing
here
and
there
they
click
and
there
they
will
select
the
English
or
Spanish.
A
B
You
very
much
for
bandages
and
our
interpreters
for
your
support
tonight.
So
gary
to
our
recovery
manager
for
poor
county
not
to
guide
was
going
to
facilitate
the
meeting
tonight.
I
want
to
welcome
you
to
all
the
elected
officials
that
we
have
on
the
call
and
to
let
you
know
that
it
is
as
a
participant
that
you
have
elected
officials
listening
to
your
questions
and
concerns
and
your
needs
all
the
commissioners.
Commissioners,
the
chamín
commissioners
levy,
commissioner
jones
are
all
here
and
representatives
of
him.
B
The
senator
is
that
the
low
back
senator
feinberg
and
the
congress
before
the
congressional
office
before
they
are
here
listening
and
learning
about
the
needs
of
the
communities.
They
will
not
be
speaking
tonight,
but
they
are
here
listening,
so
they
will
participate
during
the
breakout
groups
in
the
second
part
of
the
meeting.
Thank
you
very
much
for
being
here
tonight
so
with
this
pa.
So
the
word.
A
B
Share
something
my
own
experience
in
the
situation,
as
you
can
see
on
my
face,
I
have
some
significant
injuries
and
a
black
eye
I
assure
you
that
I
am
not
fighting
with
anyone.
He
actually
had
a
procedure.
Skin
cancer
and
I
had
something
that
they
had
to
remove.
So
I'm.
Very
sorry
that
my
face
is
like
this.
But
having
said
that,
I
wanted
to
welcome
everyone
and.
B
And
this
welcome
and
talk
about
the
agenda.
First
of
all,
I
want
to
say
that
this
is
the
beginning
of
the
trail.
This
is
the
first
meeting
of
numerous
meetings
that
we
are
going
to
have.
I
have
been
doing
this
work
with
disaster
recovery
work
since
2010,
and
this
is
the
fifth
natural
disaster
that
we
have
had
the
county
that
he
worked
on
so
I
have
Quite
a
lot
of
experience
and
I
look
forward
to
meeting
in
person
very
soon.
B
I
want
to
admit
that
there
are
a
lot
of
questions,
and
this
can
be
quite
difficult.
il
particularly
all
the
questions
we
have
about
the
timeline
to
rebuild,
to
remove
the
debris
and
we're
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
this
this
tonight
and
about
the
debris
removal
tomorrow.
Please,
let's
be
patient
and
work
together
and
become
partners
Throughout
this
recovery
process,
we're
really
working
hard
to
create
these
guidelines
and
the
key
part
of
this
is
you
listening
to
them.
B
A
B
Want
to
set
some
expectations
for
tonight.
As
I
said,
I've
been
on
this
trail
a
few
times
now
and
most
recently
with
the
cal
watch
fire
and
october
2020.
I
want
to
let
you
know
that,
in
terms
of
that
timeline
of
the
22
homes
that
were
destroyed,
we
have
three
that
are
actively
being
rebuilt
in
that
rebuilding
phase,
and
we
have
another
dozen
homes
that
are
nearing
the
point
of
getting
their
building
permits.
So
I
want
to
point
out
that
it
takes
time.
B
B
Want
to
reassure
you
that
county
staff
will
to
be
here
with
you
working
together
with
you
during
all
this
time.
We
are
not
going
anywhere.
This
is
our
job,
and
this
is
our
priority
and
the
seizures
have
made
this
the
first
priority,
but
it
will
take
time
some
faster
than
others.
Everyone
has
to
recover
in
its
own
way,
so
I
wanted
to
highlight
this
for
everyone
in
terms
of
the
agenda,
I
want
to
walk
them
through
the
agenda
and
tell
them
what
to
do
we're
going
to
do
tonight.
B
After
we
go
over
the
people
agenda,
I'm
going
to
share
some
announcements,
some
resources-
we
really
are
very
lucky
to
have
people
who
have
already
been
through
this
in
boulder
county,
a
a
person
in
the
training
game
and
more
recently,
someone
from
the
calculation
fire
and
have
experiences
stories
in
recovery.
We
also
have
a
woman
who
is
an
architect
and
is
also
a
fire
survivor,
sorry
to
tell
us
about
that
recovery
process
and
any
of
expectations
in
terms
of
timeline
and
experience.
B
A
B
We're
also
going
to
have
public
health
talk
to
us
about
some
of
the
health
issues
as
you
come
home.
So
please,
don't
ask,
don't
ask
any
debris.
Removal
questions
tonight
save
those
questions
for
tomorrow.
The
other
announcement
I
want
to
make
is
that
on
january,
27
at
6pm
united
policy
shoulders,
which
is
an
insurance
company
and
has
a
named
fierce
a
non-profit
organization,
is
going
to
start
a
series
of
webinars
to
help
them
navigate
their
their
requests
for
insurance
are
great
partners
to
have
in
helping
people
navigate
this
claims
process.
B
B
Fire
is
the
place
to
go
to
learn
more
about
the
different
resources
that
you
can
get
from
the
county
do
of
the
world
and
finally,
we
are
going
to
upload
a
link
to
a
survey
also
not
only
we
want
to
hear
your
questions,
but
we
also
have
some
questions
for
you
to
answer,
so
we
are
going
to
put
the
link
in
the
chat.
So
please
this.
B
If
you
can
have
this
short
survey
of
89
questions,
to
find
out
what
you're
thinking
in
terms
of
rebuilding
with
this,
I
think
we'll
move
on
gary
says
he
wants
to
says.
I
have
one
more
announcement.
I
want
to
bring
up
the
plane
said.
Sorry,
I
interrupted
before
going
any
further
with
the
agenda
just
wanted
to
make
sure
de
agre
thank
our
community.
Members
will
be
left
to
those
who
have
helped
manage
unincorporated,
boulder
county
and
the
email
list.
If
you
are
not
receiving
the
emails
being
sent
to
you
on
a
regular
basis.
B
Please
connect
with
me
and
to
make
sure
they
are
on
that
email
list.
I
will
put
my
email
and
I'm
in
the
chat
right
now,
so
everyone
has
access
to
my
email
and
can
let
me
know.
I
also
spoke
to
Senator
Venez's
office,
who
is
here
listening,
and
so
thank
you
very
much
to
all
of
you
again,
the
elected
officials
for
being
here.
Listening
to
this
tonight,
I
return
to
the
word
garriga
rey
says.
Thank
you
very
much.
B
B
And
sharing
the
screen
right
now
here
We
are
excellent,.
Thank
you
very
much,.
He
says,
weak,
well,
again,
I
am
a
pamper
and
my
husband
and
Trulli
and
I
saw
that
we
lost
our
home
in
the
formal
fire
of
2010.
B
Thank
you
very
much
for
having
me
tonight
to
speak
with
you
and
say
goodbye
to
this
experience.
Rebuilding
our
house.
This
is
this-
is
this
is
an
abbreviated
version
of
the
story,
although
we
have
a
time
limit
tonight,
but
let's
start
the
question
that
gary
did
is
how
long
the
rebuilding
process
lasts
and
my
estimate
is
19
to
18
months
and,
as
it
shows
here,
a
little
timeline
or
a
rather
abbreviated
chronology
of
what
are
the
steps
that
we
had
to
take
again.
B
B
The
reason
this
is
important
is
that
I
had
to
really
have
to
petition
the
insurance
company
for
an
extension
on
the
timeline,
so
we
could
turn
in
our
paperwork.
as
to
why
I
wanted
to
do
this
with
him.
So
that's
part
of
the
reason
he
came
back
almost
a
month
and
a
half
after
the
fire
and
that
disappears
into
our
timeline.
For
November,
too,
we
had
already
moved.
B
We
began
to
interview
architects.
We
identified
we
identified
architects,
basically
based
on
the
presentations
of
the
architects
and
builders,
at
the
rebuild
forum
by
february
2011.
We
had
already
hired
our
architect
and
as
they
were,
there
was
a
gap
of
six
months
before
we
could
hire
our
builder.
That
was
partly
because
we
wanted
to
to
make
sure
that
we
had
the
funds
and
to
be
able
to
proceed
with
rebuilding
our
homes.
B
From
that
six
month
process,
we
made
sure
that
not
only
did
we
have
the
full
limit
of
our
policy,
as
I
said
in
part
a,
but
we
also
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
were
able
to
maximize
our
reimbursement,
for
the
part
sees
that
it
was
the
contents
of
our
home
and
really
looking
at
our
savings
to
see.
If
we
could
add
to
this
rebuilding
budget.
A
B
Another
question
that
he
asked
us
andwe
decided
build
a
better
or
more
sustainable
way.
If
some
specific
things
we
did
it
that
way,
but
by
the
time
we
rebuilt
boulder
county
had
already
implemented
in
the
bismark
regulations,
that
is
sustainable
construction
regulations
and
in
terms
of
energy
efficiency
and
the
county
codes
return.
The
second
thing
we
should
consider
is:
we
were
in
a
fire
zone
and
we
were
rebuilding,
so
our
construction
was
resilient,
saying
that,
for
example,
considerations
like
terraces
roofs
and
roof
angles.
We
also
had
our
own
list.
B
But
I
also
want
you
to
understand
that
we
were
going
from
a
home
from
the
70s
that
was
the
first
home
we
bought
to
a
home
that
was
going
to
be
with
your
life
in
2012,
so
it
did
cost
more,
but
there's
a
good
reason
why
it
cost
more
I
think
so.
The
total
rebuild
budget
that
we
ended
up
working
on
ended
up
being
amalgamated
in
some
way
part
a
to
reinforce
and
cover
the
house
and
the
contents
part
of
the
contents
coverage,
and
so,
of
course
we
add
our
savings
to
that.
A
B
Care
of
ourselves
emotionally
during
recovery,
part
of
it,
is
that
we
have
inherited
a
certain
resilience
that
comes
from
who
we
are
from
our
families
from
our
friends
from
our
coworkers
and
that
it
really
did
us
a
lot
of
good.
It
helped
us
a
lot.
The
second
thing
we
did
is
that
we
like
and
enjoy
the
whole
process
to
rebuild
our
home
is
an
exciting
opportunity
for
us,
and
that
was
a
process
that
was
created.
It
was
collaborative
and
it
was
quite
encouraging,
and
to
this
day
we
have.
B
Very
strong
friendships
with
these
architects,
our
builders,
our
contractor.
The
third
aspect
is
that
we
feel
a
lot
of
gratitude
and
we
still
feel
gratitude,
and
we
feel
that
to
our
family,
our
friends
and
to
boulder
county
who
have
done
everything
possible
already
to
deal
with
this
disaster
and
all
the
disasters
that
have
followed
to
help
us
rebuild
as
a
community.
Gary
you
are
a
hero.
B
B
B
B
Other
advice
you
would
like
to
share
for
us
when
our
cause
caught
fire,
it
really
had
its
positive
part.
One
was
we
ended
up
with
one
in
house
that
really
is
energy
efficient
and
really
low
maintenance
and
really
good
for
aging,
and
for
me,
because
I'm,
a
scientist
working
on
fire
after
effects,
we
also
use
the
land
and
the
building
as
research
opportunities
to
understand
the
chemistry
of
ash
of
a
school
and
also
see
up
close
the
effects
of
a
fire
in
properties.
So
this
was
a
positive
anyway.
B
B
Ok,
well,
I
will
summarize
my
presentation.
It
is
quite
simple:
we
had
exactly
the
same
experience
as
everyone,
but
the
time
for
permitting
we
started
in
April
initially
and
we
are
going
to
rebuild
and
we
chose
because
of
the
poor
quality
of
the
properties
on
the
market,
where
we
measured
ourselves.
B
B
B
The
county
rules
are
all
good.
There
are
some
national
standards.
We
are
going
to
have
a
house
against
fires,
I
am
going
to
write
something
in
terms
of
style,.
It
is
going
to
be
shared
with
Care
and
so
that,
if
how
to
build
a
house
against
fires,
exactly
the
same
thing,,
we
really
had
a
fairly
resilient
system
of
energy
efficiency
and
a
larger
house.
quality
and
really
a
house
that
will
take
us
to
the
bee.
By
the
way.
B
B
B
If
you
flip
your
house
and
everything
that
comes
out
of
your
house,
that
really
is
pretty
lame,
or
so
we
had
the
resources
for
this,
and
maybe
other
people
didn't,
but
I
want
to
tell
you
that
interest
rates
are
going
to
be
the
lowest
they've,
been
in
the
last
100
years.
So
I
invite
you
to
look
at
these
percentages
as
you
color-construct
15
70%
of
people
and
reconstruct,
so
that
they
can
build
a
house
that
is
fire
resistant
and
designed
for
the
future.
B
So
gary,
oh
by
the
way,
congratulations
gary
to
the
county
and
everyone
on
the
process.
Construction.
I
could
tell
a
lot
of
stories
about
you
gary,
but
I'm
not
going
to,
but
I'm
not
really
lying
to
you,
the
county
staff
and
that
now
they're
there
for
all
of
you
and
they
're
going
to
do
amazing
things
for
you,
they're,
going
to
feel
very,
very,
very
supported
and
I'll
say
that
this
is
our
room.
B
We
are
going
to
stay
here
until
we
move
to
our
next,
our
new
house,
but
all
the
people
we
have
met
the
people
in
the
hotels
and
all
the
people
have
really
been
a
testament
to
the
positive
human
side
of
people
who
were
there
for
us
in
small
ways.
Everyone
has
really
been
there
supporting
us
in
ways
that
are
in
a
good
place.
There
are
a
lot
of
people
who
are
going
to
support
us
and
hopefully
they're,
going
to
come
out
of
this
even
better
and
I.
B
Think
there's
no,
nothing
that
is
going
to
be
so
important
and
fun
to
move
towards
the
future
than
having
a
fire-resistant
house
and
I
am
writing
another
paper
that
will
distribute
it
to
everyone.
I'm
telling
you
about
existing
fire
houses
and
he's
going
to
share
these.
For
the
next
three
four
days,
so
if
anyone
wants
to
talk
to
me
kobe
closed
my
business,
so
I
have
plenty
of
time.
So
anyone
wants
to
talk
to
me
about
these
things.
I'm
I'll
be
happy
to
help
and
that's
all.
A
So
it's
back
off
and
if
you
want
to
put
your
contact
information
in
the
chat,
please
go
ahead
later,
we're
going
to
have
a
steak,
help
and
he's
going
to
introduce
himself
and
remind
the
speakers
that
they
can.
Please
talk
a
bit
about
space
for
interpretation
in
spanish
thanks,
julie,
hi.
Yes,
I
am
an
architect
and
lawyer
and
also
a
general
contractor.
I
live
in
california.
I
live
in
a
santa
rosa
community
where
we
lost
six
thousand
homes
in
one
night
between
ten
at
night
and
six
in
the
morning,
and
it
was
horrible
experience
for.
A
Watching
him
believe
in
disaster
recovery
locally,
then
help
get
a
company
to
rebuild
Ruin
houses
faster
I'm,
going
to
show
a
presentation
that
you
think
there's
for
the
state
chapter
of
his
organization
of
architects
on
the
rebuilding
process.
To
help
give
you
some
perspective
on
how
long
you
can
screen
share
with
this.
A
Good,,
this
is
a
first-aid
kit
now,,
since
it
is
the
American
Institute
of
Architects,,
but
it
is
pertinent
to
the
experiences
that
you
want,
and
I
have
written
things
that
do
not
row,.
It
is
pertinent
to
you.
The.
First
thing
you
need
to
know
is
that
there
are
five
phases
of
management.
of
disasters.
There
is
pressure
which
is
annual
training.
A
The
response,
which
are
the
dependent
steps
that
one
takes
the
first
few
days,
is
a
matter
of
tailoring
to
recovery
that
is
not
activities
but
taking
to
plan
how
to
rebuild
and
restore
the
community.
Then
there
is
the
reconstruction
process
where
from
done
is
being
the
reconstruction
of
the
houses
and
commercial
buildings,
and
then
there
is
a
n
review
process
that
is
very
important
for
how
you
move
forward
as
a
community,
and
you
can
think
of
it
in
a
timeline.
A
A
Most
agencies
cover
such
they
have
an
emergency
preparedness
section
and
the
more
those
things
happen,
the
more
prepared
they
are
to
deal
with
to
deal
with.
I
lived
a
decade
square
and
I
experienced
the
fires
in
southwest
square
before
going
back
to
california
and
then
it
's
response.
This
is
a
period
of
days
since
the
disaster
some
disasters
are
longer.
A
Our
auction
was
two
weeks
before
people
could
come
back,
but
response
time
is
when
first
responders
start
coming
out,
and
the
local
government
then
takes
control
over
disaster
recovery
services
and
centers,
and
then
the
next
real
period
keeps
this
recovery
where
the
local
jurisdiction
promises.
They
are
the
lead,
but
they
don't
register
houses.
A
There
are
things
that
conscious
people
say
that
it
is
the
pre
construction,
construction
and
dance
post
construction,
pre
construction
are
the
tests,
design,
engineering
and
permits
many
times.
People
say
they
are
afraid
of
the
quick
permit,
but
promise
one
has
to
do.
The
tests
first
in
the
design
and
engineering
decided
to
make
sure
that
the
building
will
be
safe
before
of
power
to
request
the
p
building.
Permit.
That's
really
not
the
delay
know.
It's
going
to
take
time
to
file,
to
request
an
application
faster,
better
and
then
I'm
just
going
to
speak
for
the
architects.
A
A
But
the
answer
I
would
like
to
talk
about
is
the
average
number
of
days
after
the
event,
and
there
is
the
safety
of
the
immediate
people
around
making
sure
remember.
You
have
housing,
but
the
most
important
thing
at
the
beginning
and
then
at
the
beginning
of
the
community
outreach
with
this
meeting
and
starting
with
the
whole
process.
You
have
already
and
have
done
this
now.
You
are
in
the
phase
of
meetings
with
officials
charge.
Wales
is
the
governor,
jerry
brown
and
senator
time
fainstein
and
healing
chamber
general.
A
They
came
to
our
small
community
in
a
high
school
gym
with
everyone
there,
and
this
is
what
the
response
looks
like
before
eating
and
now
it
looks
like
meetings,
and
they
are
like
this-
maybe
better
like
this,
because
there
is
a
lot
of
anxiety
in
this
in
this
gym
and
there
is
not
much.
There
were
not
many
responses.
A
A
Yes,
the
important
thing
is
those
months
now
are
the
recovery
period.
You
do
not
have
to
rebuild
your
house
tomorrow.
Is
the
moment
to
think
and
to
look
for
the
right
architect,
the
right
contractor,
so
that
the
good
is
organized
to
that
argument
of
changes,
because
at
the
moment,
where
does
the
government
go
looking
for
answers
to
the
government?
And
then
you
find
your
team
of
people
who
are
going
to
help.
You
build
your
property
so
briefly
to
the
meetings
that
you
will
be
able
to
say
how
it
is.
A
There
is
also
community
information
and
things
involved:
training
of
architects,
engineers,
planning
officers,
community
officials,
community
organizations,
many
things
that
are
happening
in
many
parts
of
the
community.
Architects
are
also
learning
what
they
need
to
know
to
help
them
build
better
king
with
their
best
architects
also
get
involved
in
many
things.
I
will
to
skip
this,
but
they
are
doing
a
lot
according
to
their
interests
and
then,
when
it
goes
to
the
design
phase
and
in
power,
the
uploading
actually
pays
for
the
architecture
design.
You
should
talk
to
your
insurance
adjuster.
A
They
don't
always
include
enough
money
for
the
design.
All
the
costs
They
can
be
10
to
25
percent
of
the
total
construction.
Remember.
If
they
say
that
it
goes
with
Xisco,,
it
will
cost
500,000
dollars
for
the
reconstruction,
add
50
for
the
design,.
If
it
is
going
to
cost
a
million,,
add
100,000,
some
architects,
engineers
to
cost
even
more..
If
you
want
to
do
something
very
individual,
so
be
aware
of
this
and
look
to
get
together,
meetings
with
architects,
I
think.
Maybe
they
are
trying
to
work
it
out,
so
they
can
be
by
appointment.
A
One-On-One
sessions,
where
you
can
sit
down
and
talk
with
an
architect,
they
should
give
advice.
You
don't
have
to
sign
a
degree.
You
don't
have
to
start
a
contract
with
them
to
have
a
free
meeting
with
the
architects
are
formally
going
to
give
you
time
to
help.
You
understand
your
situation
and
then
the
reconstruction
process.
That
process
is
probably
what
they
are
most
interested
in
and
understanding
the
consequences
is
going
to
take
23
years
to
maybe
10
years.
Sometimes
the
national
average
is
25.
Percent
of
homes
were
rebuilt
in
five
years.
A
Our
community
wanted
to
do
better
better
than
that,
so
we
really
worked
out
ways
to
help
people
rebuild
together
with
their
neighbors
and
we
reached
out
to
people
to
make
sure
they
were
able
to
be
in
the
process.
I
would
like
to
give
this
photo.
Four
months
later,
a
house
was
rebuilt.
That
house
was
had
permission,
Before
the
fire
they
already
had
the
permit
and
they
had
drawings.
A
They
were
prepared,
and
the
house
that
was
there
I
know
it
burned
down
or
caught
fire,
and
they
had
permission
to
start
so
they
rebuilt
it
for
four
months.
That's
not
normal,
don't
expect
that
this
is
going
to
happen
so
fast.
There
is
a
process
that
you
don't
have
to.
First
remove
the
rubble,
organize
your
equipment,
doing
pre
construction
services
applying
for
the
permit.
Maybe
they
want
to
put
out
bids
to
various
contractors
or
maybe
they
want
to
hire
the
contractor.
A
You
know,
but
you
have
to
research
this,
but
that
goes
It's
going
to
take
time
and
then
the
construction-
and
here
it
starts
that's
going
to
take
time
because
everyone
is
competing
for
the
materials
and
workers
like
you
saw
the
photos.
Everyone
is
competing
for
the
engineers,
the
architects,
the
contractors,
their
materials.
Everything
is
going
to
take
time,
but
typically
a
single
house
might
be
25
years
old.
A
When
I
lived
incu
adrado
I
lived
10
years,
I
built
the
beautiful
houses
for
the
springs
payment
agency,
but
some
bought
their
land
20
years
before
and
they
were
ready
to
build.
So
they
spent
a
lot
of
time
designing
they
spent
years
designing
their
house
some
clients,
I,
went
from
the
room
architect
and
they
got
complete
plans
from
other
architects
and
in
fact
I
don't
know.
I
was
excited
if
they
got
it.
According
to
my
plans,
I
had
wonderful
clients
who
built
with
me,
but
it
takes
time
to
find
the
right
team.
A
Normally
it
is,
but
you
have
to
do
it
with
another
schedule.
Another
timeline,
that's
not
the
norm.
Most
of
you
normally
don't
build
your
own
house
individually.
Architects
can
give
you
that
help
free
probono
brad.
They
can
help
you
during
the
day
and
they
can
also
protect
you
from
unscrupulous
contractors
and
we
had
several
in
our
community.
There
were
people
who
people
took
huge
deposits
and
developed.
They
seemed
like
people
who
wrote
contracts
and
then
they
were
asking
for
more
and
more
money
and
they
never
finished
the
houses
and
then
they
left
the
state.
A
So
you
have
to
be
very
careful
and
an
architect
can
be
your
representative
on
the
job
site.
If
you
they
can
be
your
team
leader
team
to
make
sure
everything
is
ok
and
legitimate.
That's
one
service
they
can
provide
is
to
protect
you
in
this
process.
There's
about
20
contracts
that
maybe
they
're
going
to
have
to
write
in
the
process
from
a
vacant
or
vacant
lot
to
a
rebuilt
house,
so
it
's
worth
it
get
a
leader
from
the
team
who
can
manage
some
of
those
contracts.
A
So
you
don't
have
to
do
them
all
all
on
your
own.
That's
another
coffee
park
house
insurance
is
quite
interesting
and
you
need
to
take
time
during
recovery
is
to
understand
your
insurance
and
understand
the
costs
and
the
estimates
that
are
fleeing
from
the
builders.
Because,
like
the
two
previous
people
from
abbey-
and
I
o
lforgot
the
name
of
jarque
trans,
they
said
their
insurance
policy
has
a
b
c
and
d
in
sections.
So
the
basics
of
insurance
is
the
home
the
property
and
also
any
real
property.
They
are
going
to
live
in
temporarily.
A
They
can
use
abc
towards
the
cost
of
rebuilding
your
house
and
I
make
these
forms
to
help
because
they
help
people
who
understand
their
insurance
and
have
the
right
south.
If
they
don't
have
enough
to
rebuild
the
quality
of
the
houses,
they
want
understanding
what
their
new
structures
are
going
to
be.
The
costs
and
what
are
their
hopes
for
the
exterior
in
this
example
as
by
not
stopping
at
least
they
had
enough
money
to
suppose
curve
headquarters
to
rebuild,
but
they
would
have
had
to
invest
more
money
to
have
something
individual.
A
It
is
very
important
to
understand
this.
Much
of
the
money
is
going
to
be
paid
for
the
time.
I
would
tell
them
that
they
continue
with
their
mortgage.
They
do
not
pay
their
mortgage
to
get
another
house,
they
v
an
to
help
protect
you
from
fraudulent
contractors,
keep
paying
your
mortgage
and
then
the
insurance
checks
go
to.
This
is
a
process
to
get
your
money
back
perfect.
A
Thousands
of
people
in
sonoma
county
have
rebuilt
their
homes
with
their
mortgage
already
in
force
and
give
them
I
encourage
them
to
continue
like
this,
because
that
is
protection.
In
four
months
a
house
was
rebuilt
in
15
months.
We
had
a
thousand
in
permits.
In
15
months
we
had
a
thousand
houses,
you
are
in
the
city.
Maybe
there
were
two
thousand
houses
in
total,
maybe
1800
there
were
about
4,000
in
the
county
of
the
6,000,
so
you.
A
A
It's
because
we
really
work
with
the
government
officials
with
the
owners
with
all
Doing
the
world
in
the
community
to
really
work
on
the
process
of
getting
people
back
into
their
houses
from
construction
after
a
disaster
can
be
done
anywhere
from
8
to
24
months,
but
they
do
have
to
stick
to
a
strict
schedule
if
they
have,
loss
of
use
in
your
insurance
is
going
to
end.
If
you
are
not
in
these
hours,
you
have
to
look
for
people
who
are
willing
to
work,
and
it
is
very
important
that
they
can
help.
A
A
's
for
the
five
homeowners
he
was
coming
in
with
the
same
contractor
and
then
fencing
for
more
of
the
total
street
and
it
's
better
for
resale
values.
So
it's
not
like
a
loan,
but
that
also
happened
on
a
mountain
if
he
can
start
working
with
his
neighbors
to
have
more
people
on
your
mountain
coming
back.
That
is
very
important
and
finally,
after
the
disaster,
it
is
very
important
to
have
a
review
process
comment.
A
Talk
about
the
lessons,
Ones
learned
to
look
at
their
success
meters
to
identify
what
needs
to
happen
in
the
future
and
promise
to
look
at
their
statistics
for
our
neighborhoods
that
had
a
homeowners
association.
We
built
87
95
for
the
houses
for
the
workforce.
We
were
80
years
old,
90
percent
percent
of
the
construction
in
the
individual
areas.
It
will
be
more
difficult
and
in
the
surrounding
areas
it
was
more
further
away.
It
was
more
difficult,
but
we
try
to
achieve
that.
75
if
you
guys
can
do
better.
A
If
you
can
get
more,
they
are
also
changing.
The
codes
I
have
been
working
with.
There
is
a
code
for
the
federal
department
hub
reconstruction
codes,
and
that
should
be
out
soon.
We
have
a
study
on
this
case
if
you
want
to
know
more
about
what
we
did
in
california,
and
that
is
the
end
of
the
presentation.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
B
A
Thank
you
for
providing
an
excellent
program
of
the
process
of
reconstruction
and
his
experience
in
california.
Then
we
are
going
to
hear
from
some
people
of
the
queens
county
staff,
sanchez
and
one
flags
about
the
rebuilding
process
and
efforts
already
in
place,
and
I
would
like
to
remind
the
speakers
about
interpreting
in
spanish.
Yes,
please
breathe
between
your
sentences
and
time
yourself
and
for
the
folks
that
just
walked
in
the
meeting
we
are
going
to
have.
A
Small
group
sessions
are
cp
separated
after
those
two
presentations,
and
then
that
is
going
to
be
the
time
to
present
questions
to
share
your
concerns.
Thank
you
that
thank
you
that
you
are
hello.
Everyone
I
am
here
with
run
flags
that
you
are
the
main
official
for
construction.
I
know
who
sánchez
and
the
deputy
director
for
permits
and
construction,
and
I
am
very
grateful
to
see
so
many
people
as
part
of
that
meeting.
A
A
Pe
ro
we've
really
been
working
very
hard
up
to
this
point
and
we
look
forward
to
developing
relationships
with
you
as
we
move
forward
we're
here
for
the
long
haul.
So
I'm
going
to
lead
some
of
the
rebuilding
efforts
together
with
your
israel,
which
is
our
office.
She
on
sustainability,
action
and
climate
action.
While
I
had
been
running,
the
overall
collection
ran
and
I
are
going
to
focus
with
their
and
on
rebuilding.
A
We
have
worked
on
many
disasters
in
the
past,
including
the
fire
of
no
shape
in
2013,
the
fire
in
the
flood
and
the
fire.
Maybe
unfortunately,
yes,
we
have
experience
working
with
homeowners.
To
achieve.
I
want
to
return
to
a
home.
That
is,
our
interest
is
to
really
facilitate
the
process,
so
that
things
are
as
easy
as
possible
for
you,
so
that
you
can
rebuild
and
return
to
your
home
again.
A
A
I
am
going
to
return
to
some
of
the
The
planning,
but
first
grands
lacs,
to
give
you
an
overview
on
the
permit
rates
that
we
are
going
to
issue
immediately
and
the
first
steps
that
you
who
are
thinking
of,
or
the
big
flax
with
the
county
of
power.
So
the
first
steps
for
these
properties.
Normally
they
have
to
do
with
cleaning
up
the
sites,
removing
the
debris.
A
lot
of
this
branch
information
is
mentioned
tomorrow
night.
A
We're
currently
trying
to
co-ordinate
the
details
of
those
permits
and
hopefully
we'll
be
in
a
position
to
start
issuing
those
permits
for
actually
by
the
end
of
this
week,
for
people
who
are
ready
to
build.
We
are
trying
to
al
connect
them
with
this
program
and
answer
the
other
questions
to
make
sure
that
we
can
help
people
in
the
safest
way
possible
for
the
people
who
are
working
on
the
project
and
also
for
the
surrounding
communities
and
the
watershed
ensuring
that
we
are
not
creating
more
hazards
to
handling
those
materials.
A
That's
going
to
be
the
first
step
since
the
sites
are
clean.
Some
of
the
other
issues
that
we
know
are
going
to
come
up
pretty
quickly
has
to
do
with
temporary
structures,
whether
they're
for
bottles
to
store
or
temporary
homes
are
places
to
live
in
a
temporary,
we're
going
to
start
processing
those
permissions.
We're
going
to
do
everything
we
can
to
allow
people
to
find
ways
to
manage
it.
A
Some
sites
are
going
to
be
easier
than
others
as
far
as
the
size
of
the
site,
I'm
thinking
what
kind
of
system
skeptic
or
systems
water
will
be
available,
but
we
are
going
to
look
at
those
permits
and
then
finally,
we
are
preparing
to
help.
Let
people
know
with
the
new
and
redeveloped
steps
and
permits.
We
are
currently
running
under
a
group
of
may
2015
codes
and
we
are
going
to
adopt
new
building
codes,
but
new
kobe
has
really
slowed
me
down
on
that
plan
several
times
we
are
currently
still
under
the
2015
codes.
A
Actually,
when
we
have
the
necessary
information
should
go
pretty
quickly
to
get
through
the
process
pretty
quickly
because
we're
going
to
prioritize
those
requests
so
I'm
going
to
give
the
floor
back
here
on
our
web
pages,
they
have
many
ways
to
contact
us
for
any
information.
So
if
we
encourage
you
guys
to
contact
us
with
specific
questions,
thank
you.
A
A
We
are
allowed
to
develop
a
specific
review
process
for
rebuilding
after
a
meal
like
this,
we
have
specific
regulations
for
rebuilding
after
the
fire,
so
there
were
no
specific
regulations
on
rebuilding
after
the
floods
of
2013
and
more
recently,
regulations
that
have
to
do
with
rebuilding
after
the
hardware
fire.
That
is
our
intention,
for
this
event,
is
also
to
have
a
specific
group
of
limited
temporary
provisions.
That
would
be
a
per
cent
review
process
before
getting
your
building
permit.
A
The
intention
is
to
evaluate
what
are
the
important
awards
in
your
area
that
we
need
to
resolve
before
we
can
proceed
with
the
building
permit,
but
this
should
not
be
a
delay
to
happen
meters
to
help
you
design
in
a
more
resilient
way
by
looking
at
some
to
and
from
fire
protection
that
are
pertinent
in
your
area.
We
would
also
like
to
ensure
that
you
can
rebuild
what
you
have
before
with
minimal
supervision
that
we
can
help
with
by
looking
like
how
big
the
jail
was
before
how
tall
it
was.
What
location
it
was.
A
Knowing
that
you
may
have
wanted
to
make
modifications
to
your
rebuild.
As
you
continue
ahead
a
lot
of
this
meeting
today,
it
's
a
punch
line
to
run
away
from
you
about
the
modifications
that
you
might
be
considering
the
kinds
of
changes
that
you
might
want
to
make,
so
that
we
can
take
the
50
and
work
with
you
when
you're
designing
the
provisions
for
the
rebuild.
A
If
we
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we're
going
to
capture
the
changes
that
you're
considering
and
that
you'd
like
to
make
those
cases
so
that
we
can
incorporate
this
into
the
review
in
a
very
easy
way
so
that
you
can
get
your
building
permit
like
ron
and
others
have
mentioned,
there
are
a
few
steps
you
need
take
before
reconstruction
before
I
hope
it's
possible
on
your
plot,,
but
Alex,
so
much
so
that
we
can
help
you
prepare
for
that.
Rebuilding
process,
we're
going
to
be
able
to
do
it.
One
of
the
approaches.
A
156
structures
and
48
damaged
on
top
of
smoke.
Damage
from
smoke,
we'd
like
to
make
sure
we're
giving
you
the
individual
attention.
You
need
to
answer
some
of
your
questions,
so
please
give
us
your
feedback
in
the
individual
rooms.
Coming
up,
we've
received
a
lot
of
specific
questions
from
the
residents
architects.
Builders,
on
what
sizes
we
would
like
to
allow
changes,
those
things.
The
answer
to
that
question
is
we
don't
know
yet
we
would
want
to
run
away
from
you.
B
Possible,
so
we
want
to
hear
from
all
of
you
when
we
break
down
into
the
different
five
groups,
and
we
want
to
direct
people
to
please
see,
go
to
the
marshall's
website.
17
omar
are
quite
a
bit
of
information
yesterday
about
how
to
inspect
your
home's
foundation.
If
you
are
considering
refusing
the
foundation,
you
can
also
see
what
it
is
like
to
assess
sewage
systems,
septic
or
septic
tanks,
etc.
B
We
are
going
to
have
a
sheet
that
consolidates
all
the
resources
and
all
the
information.
So
now
he
turned
the
floor
over
to
garry
to
talk
about
this
resource.
Thank
you
good
evening.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
ron
and,
as
you
said,
we
want
to
hear
from
you
in
the
second
part
about
than
you
think,
but
first,
as
you
can
imagine,
we
are
here,
we
want
to
hear
about
some
opportunities
about.
B
Green
building
incentives
and
opportunities-
and
we
want
to
know
that
those
tell
us
where
we
are
with
this.
Thank
you
gary.
Thank
you
all
that
sexual
and
I'm
the
media
coordinator,
boulder
county
oster
ability,
office,
environment
and
climate
action
and
resiliency
office.
First,
I
want
to
say
my
heart
goes
out
to
you
and
I
honestly
can't
imagine
how
difficult
you
are
going
through
right
now,
but
just
like
all
my
colleagues
in
the
county
are
going
to
work
very
hard
to
make
it
as
easy
for
you
as
you
are,
but
keep
going.
B
I
am
here
tonight
to
share
that
in
boulder
county,
the
city
of
louisville
is
superior.
Xcel
energy,
various
non-profit
organizations,
volunteers,
including
team
builders,
all
are
collaborating
to
make
a
strategy,
tips
and
resources
to
help
everyone
rebuild
and
repair
clean
efficiently
and
have
a
contribution
to
climate
change.
I
want
to
acknowledge
that
there
is
quite
a
bit
of
information
in
the
community
that
energy
efficiency
requirements
are
increasing,
rebuild
costs
and
we
have
actually
seen
a
small
increase.
B
But
really
this
is
drift
is
governed
by
energy
efficiency
requirements.
So
we
are
trying
to
save
you
money
and
time.
However,
low
insurance
and
everyone
is
very
concerned
about
rebuild
costs,
so
there
is
a
collaboration
across
all
the
organizations
that
have
come
together
to
explore
opportunities
for
financial
incentives
from
rebates,
special
loans,
construction,
rebates
and
other
stars
to
make
rebuilding
efficient
and
low
carbon
footprint.
We
are
also
a
little
concerned
about
making
sure
that
the
problem,
what
e
must
have
breakfast
developed
for
assistance?
B
B
Involves
a
lot
of
people
and
requires
a
lot
of
approvals.
We
work,
for
example,
with
excel
so
that
you
give
us
rebates
to
replace
the
installation
of
the
installation,
and
these
discussions
were
made
available
today.
There
are
many
more
that
we
are
doing
in
larger
initiatives
in
our
missions
in
terms
of
the
level
of
support
and
assistance
that
we
want
them.
B
Giving
is
much
bigger
is
much
bigger,
so
we
are
going
to
be
sharing
with
everyone
what
is
becoming
available
in
the
coming
weeks
and
months,
and
we
are
going
to
share
this
information
as
soon
as
we
have
it
available
and
as
our
colleagues
from
the
boulder
county,
we
are
very
curious.
We
want
s
listening
to
your
comments
about
your
needs
and
challenges
around
building,
efficient
housing
and
all
aspects
so
that
we
can
make
sure
that
whatever
support
we
can
provide
is
available
to
everyone.
A
B
B
The
answers
to
those
questions
and
ideas
that
are
being
asked
tonight
and
we
are
going
to
share
on
our
website
what
we
have
learned
through
these
events
since
2010,
is
that
this
is
a
partnership
and
we
want
to
start
To
start
this
partnership
with
you
understanding
what
it
is
that
you're
going
through
what
you
need,
so
that
we
can
make
the
regulations
so
that
we
can
better
serve
you.
What
we've
learned
is
that
we
need
to
listen
and
that's
what
we're
going
to
do
now.
B
B
B
A
Excellent
thanks,
but
that's
everyone
p
or
get
involved
and
share
your
concerns.
Your
thoughts,
like
I,
said
we're
going
to
put
together
a
document
with
frequently
asked
questions
and
we're
going
to
the
amazing
women
who
are
helping
keep
you
up
to
date
on.
What's
going
on
we're
going
to
let
you
know
when
it's
available
available
and
we're
going
to
put
you
two
of
this
information
and
the
presentations
and
the
recording
on
the
website
tomorrow.
A
If
they
go
to
little
point
or
heretic
for
march
the
fire,
the
website
is
going
to
be
the
right
hand,
side
and
a
link
to
the
survey
has
just
been
put
up.
So
please
me
it's
going
to
take
about
five
minutes
to
complete
this
survey.
The
questionnaire
is
another
way
for
us
to
understand
your
needs,
so
we
can
formulate
the
regulations
to
make
it
as
efficient
as
possible
for
your
recovery.
I
think
I
finally
wanted
to
say-
and
someone
actually
heard
me
say,
but
it's
so
It
is
important-
that
you
take
care
of
yourself,.
A
This
is
a
very
long,,
very
difficult
process
and
since
today
was
a
talk
and
you
should,
when
it
s
talked
about
whatever
way
you
nourish
yourself,
whether
it's
exercise
or
eating
well
and
going
on
a
trip.
I
know
it's
hard
to
imagine
right
now,
but
please
do
what
you
need
to
do.
Normally,
it's
going
to
help
you
and
I
had
to
learn
this
the
hard
way
so
I
get
a
tour
of
what
to
do
is
so
important,
as
I
told
you
before.
That's
the
first
of
many
conversations
we
're
going
to
have
with
you.
A
We
look
forward
to
meeting
you
and
learning
about
your
needs
and
working
collaboratively.
We're
going
to
be
here
as
I
told
you
county
commissioners.
That
is
the
number
one
priority.
We
are
putting
a
lot
investing
a
lot
of
resources
we
have
done
before,
and
this
county
is
an
amazing
community
and
we
are
all
going
to
work
together.
A
So
is
there
anything
else
I
would
like
to
add.
I
just
want
to
say
I'm
sorry.
If
you
want
to
contact
us,
our
information
is
there.
We
are
available
and
what
some
people
have
said-
and
it
is
useful
to
know-
is
that
they
want
and
I
as
a
staff
were
staff
on
this
before
that
fire
we
are
going
to
continue
as
recovery
staff
in
boulder
county
have
a
permanent
role
for
disaster
recovery.
Anything
they
need.
We
are
a
resource
that
is
not
the
full
time
job.
A
A
B
A
Know
for
you,
but
our
group
had
some
great
ideas
that
roman
what
they
are
going
to
help
us,
and
we
have
a
lot
of
very
good
questions
in
our
group.
Some
very
specific
questions
that
I
said
that
we
are
going
to
work
and
also
some
high
level
questions
that
had
not
occurred
to
us.
It
will
be
useful
for
us.
Thank
you
for
inviting
us
in
these
sessions
of
small
rooms.
A
A
This
must
be
in
the
chat,
so
in
the
chat
there
at
the
bottom
of
the
screen,
it
appears
as
a
little
bubble
as
if
to
speak
and
discard
chad.
Ok.
Thank
you
very
much.
You're
welcome.
Thank
you
for
existing.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
also
for
submitting
the
questions.
Hello
me,
I'm.
A
contractor
and
I
wanted
to
know
how
I
can
connect
with
so
that
I
can
participate
in
the
cleanup
of
the
debris
and
participate
in
the
rebuilding.
A
We
have
a
process
to
get
a
license
in
boulder
county.
That's
where
we
ask
for
contractors-
and
you
go
google
with
licenses
for
contractors
in
boulder
county-
it's
going
to
tell
you
how
to
do
it.
Ok,
the
other
option.
The
other
thing
is
that
go
to
the
recovery
website
and
look
where
it
says
volunteer.
If
you
are
offering
services
I,
don't
know
saying
for
free,
but
if
you
want
to
help
that
is
another
place,
I
would
say.
A
A
There
is
the
link
in
the
chat,
although,
if
I
see
it
yes
to
this
one,
how
good
we
would
like
to
respect
the
time
for
our
staff
wayne
county
would
like?
Yes,
just
a
very
quick
question
for
the
group.
I
was
not
connected
to
the
person
you
were
taking
notes.
I
just
wanted
to
save
whoever
you
left
to
make
sure
we
were
able
to
capture
everything
if
he
is
still
going
to
email
him.
A
Ok,
great
clay
and
I
can
also
send
them
to
b
and
c,,
don't
tell
if
it
would
be
excellent
and
I
guard
the
chat,
because
I
saw
that
some
people
simply
kept
their
info
rmation
to
me
not
to
everyone.
So
maybe
I
need
help
on
how
to
do
it.
Thanks
that
rey
must
be
on
his
computer
and
a
magic
file
will
appear
that
says
that,
and
you
open
it
up
the
chat
file
to
be
there
if
it
is
magical.
