A
C
Thanks,
let
me
know
if
there's
any
hope
for
ever
meeting
interview
in
person,
but
I'll
quick
cross,
my
fingers
there
time
to
retire
data
dashboards,
your
incessant
testing
ability
to
be
intellectually
honest
with
the
public
I
think
you've
been
willfully,
ignorant
or
intentionally
misleading
this
entire
time
about
time
to
wind
down
the
mass
hysteria
around
covid.
Everyone
seems
to
have
forgotten
it
forgotten
about
it.
Now
that
you're
not
mandating
things
around
town
and
Daily
Camera
writing
about
it.
C
Every
day
you
led
with
the
illusion
of
consensus
while
entirely
lacking
any
capacity
of
critical
thinking
and
labeling.
Others,
like
myself,
simply
is
stating
misinformation
all
the
time,
which
is
just
ridiculous.
C
I
think
you
you,
as
public
health
officials,
completely
botched
your
health
messaging
around
the
coveted
vaccines
that
was
evident
in
your
last
ditch
attempt
in
October
to
try
and
figure
out
why
your
messaging
wasn't
sticking,
maybe
because
the
product
you
were
pushing
is
junky.
Let's
do
a
quick
review
in
three
days.
The
administration
ends
an
emergency
which
was
arbitrarily
decided
months
ago.
Unfortunately
they
didn't
rescind
the
eua
on
these
products.
That's
unfortunate.
Meanwhile,
every
mandate
around
the
country
has
been
shot
down.
C
Texas
Attorney
General
opened
up
an
investigation
into
fraud
on
behalf
of
Pfizer
I
still
I
have
such
cognitive
dissonance
just
in
the
fact
that
everyone
goes
around
acting
like
this
is
a
bunch
of
altruistic
people
when
you're
regarding
these
Pharma
companies
they're
making
billions
and
billions
of
dollars
and
a
bunch
of
criminals.
C
You
know,
Pharma
companies
made
billions
of
dollars.
Zero
liability
that
that
never
gets
brought
up.
I
know
that's
against
you
guys
get
money
that
same
way.
So
that's
fine!
The
only
point
you
got
right
in
that
study
was
the
customer
is
not
a
fool
and
boy
are
people.
C
Finally,
coming
to
light
and
I
can
tell
you
it's
refreshing
to
finally
have
people
get
get
their
epiphany
of
wow
I
took
that
vaccine
and
it
was
sold
to
me
like
it
was
going
to
stop
covet
and
this
and
this
and
it
didn't
do
that
and
I
got
coveted
multiple
times
and
and
that's
you
know
that's,
it
is
what
it
is.
Shame
on
you
for
vilifying
the
healthiest
population
in
Boulder,
like
myself,
by
labeling
us
as
anti-vaccine,
and
then
saying
we're
outspoken
conclusions.
B
C
Intellectually,
into
any
data
set
right
now
wide
scale,
not
a
model
that
you're
creating
in
the
back
room
it
would.
It
would
tell
you
a
different
story:
I
think
it's
ironic
that
FDA
rolled
back
their
rules
on
the
bivalent
vaccine.
They
basically
said
we're
gonna,
basically
try
and
convince
everyone.
Now
their
fda's
explanation
was
get
ready
for
this.
A
lot
of
people
have
already
had
covet
natural
immunity,
something.
C
D
Hi
I'm,
Carolyn,
beninski
and
I
live
in
Boulder
and
you've.
Seen
me
numerous
times
here,
I
too
would
like
to
say
that
I
would
love
to
see
this
happen
in
person,
but
I
I
just
wanted
I
did
submit
some
testimony
this
morning,
which
was
a
repeat
of
last
month.
I
actually
tried
to
get
on
the
meeting
last
month
and
I
had
signed
up
in
advance,
but
I
I.
Couldn't
it
wasn't
recognized
just
want
to
start
with
there's
data,
which
is
the
government
data
on
vaccine
injuries.
D
So
far
on
the
various
data
and
I
do
want
to
say
that
75
of
the
of
the
reports
on
Bears
is
by
medical
professionals
and
it's
a
crime
to
misreport
something
so
so
far
they've
said
185
children
from
60.
This
is
for
six
to
six
months
to
17
years.
185
children
are
dead
as
a
result
of
the
coveted
vaccine.
D
4840
children
who
are
Hospital
hospitalized,
556
53
children
had
ER
visits,
so
you
know
I
I
re-looked
at
the
April
10th
meeting
to
this
afternoon,
and
it
it
is
clear
to
me
that,
from
from
the
reports
of
the
staff
that
poor
people
and
Latinos
are
being
targeted
for
covet
shots
now
this
this,
these
coveted
shots
were
the
most
heavily
advertised
medical
campaign
in
history
to
get
these
shots,
and
yet
you
know
a
year
and
a
half
two
years,
depending
on
the
age
of
the
children
a
year
the
parents
still
haven't
given
the
children,
the
shot
I
mean
why,
at
this
point,
I
think
they
made
up
their
mind
that
they
don't
want
to
shop
for
their
kids.
D
D
I
have
a
number
of
questions
which
I'll
submit
to
your
website.
I
I
want
to
know
if
you
and
your
Community
Partners
are
going
to
provide
informed
consent
to
all
parents
when,
as
you're
trying
to
convince
them
to
give
their
kids
the
shot,
are
you
going
to
tell
them
about
the
adverse
effects
of
these
shots?
It's
very
important
that
you
do
that,
so
that
they
know
what
is
happening
to
children
who
are
getting
these
shots.
That's.
B
G
A
G
Can
do
the
process
so
we
started
by.
We
engaged
a
an
external
Consulting
through
the
Marine
Group
and
they
brought
in
a
number
of
qualified
candidates.
They
pre-screened
them
all
for
us
using
aesthetic
questions
that
we
had
approved
and
included.
Some
staff
input
some
staff
questions
that
have
been
submitted.
G
They
pre-screened
them
all
and
I
believe
they
brought
us
eight
that
they
felt
were
the
most
highly
qualified
for
this
role.
It
was
a
range
of
different
candidates,
the
entire
board
plus
two
staff,
Representatives
screened
all
of
those
eight
candidates,
and
we
brought
in
six
of
those
candidates
that
we
felt
were
the
most
qualified
for
interviews.
G
Those
six
interviews
were
conducted
virtually
by
two
board,
reps
myself
and
vice
president
Morgan,
and
also
to
staff
members
after
we
conducted
all
those
interviews
and
we
submitted
feedback
that
subgroup
selected
three
finalists,
so
we
selected
Danica,
Lee,
Lexi,
Nolan
and
Gary
Cox,
and
these
three
finalists
were
gracious
enough
to
come
and
join
us
in
person.
So
they
did
in-person
interviews
with
the
entire
board
and
then
they
also
did
an
in-person
meeting
with
division
managers
and
all
of
the
executive
director
direct
reports
and.
G
After
that,
the
division
managers
and
the
direct
reports
all
provided
feedback
to
the
board
on
all
of
the
three
finalists
and
staff
were
also
given
the
opportunity
to
provide
feedback
via
a
survey
and
I
will
tell
you
that
the
board
we've
reviewed
all
of
the
feedback
that
we
got
from
division,
Managers
from
the
executive
director
direct
reports
and
from
staff,
and
we
took
we
took
it
all
with
great
consideration,
and
you
will
hear
about
that.
Probably
as
we
discuss
our
our
choices.
A
Okay,
so
I
think
the
way
we're
gonna
do
this
next
part
of
the
discussion
is
that
each
one
of
the
board
members
will
identify
their
preferred
candidate
and
I.
Think
it's
going
to
be
important
here
to
make
sure
that
we
at
the
end
of
the
night
know
what
you
know.
Kind
of
the
overall
ranking
is
because
what
follows
this
discussion
tonight
and
this
decision
tonight
will
be
a
negotiation
and
any
of
you
who
read
the
news
stories
or
have
been
part
of
this
process.
A
Yourself
know
that
this
is
a
very
turbulent
time
and
and
so
there
there
are
other
considerations
that
I
could
come
into
play,
but
in
this
particular
part
of
the
conversation
we're
going
to
present
our
preferred
candidate
and
that
I
think
we
will
have
a
discussion
further
discussion.
A
Maybe
why
pros
and
cons
of
why
we
we
selected
the
person
that
we
did
and
then
we
will
have
a
vote
at
the
very
end
in
terms
of
final
decisions,
after
consideration
of
each
other's
perspectives
that
sound
good,
okay,
yeah,
okay,
so
board,
president
I
am
going
to
recommend
that
Lexi
Nolan
be
selected
as
the
permanent
executive
director
of
Boulder
County
Public
Health.
A
A
Is
in
terms
of
some
very
important
strategic
priorities,
the
Strategic
plan,
you
know
the
funding
structure
of
how
the
department
is
funded,
the
knowledge
that
goes
into
saying
you
know
what's
good
about
that
and
what
could
be
improved
upon
them
and
so
I
think
somebody
coming
in
knew
would
potentially
set
that
process
back
many
months
now,
of
course,
realizing
that
the
director's
team,
the
management
team
and
the
staff
all
contribute
in
different
ways
to
moving
the
strategic
planning
forward.
A
So
it's
not
that
it
would
stop,
but
it's
just
that
that
additional
hurdle
of
getting
to
understand
an
organization
and
getting
to
know
you
all,
while
also
having
the
pressure
of
delivering
a
strategic
plan
and
vision
by
the
end
of
this
year.
A
A
That
I
think
it
is
much
better
to
promote
from
within
I
think
it
sends
a
good
message
to
staff
and
you
know
and
then
provides
additional
opportunities
down
the
line.
So
you
know
I
think
Lexi's
had
a
really
tough
job,
since
she
started
right
before
Jeff
and
Jeff,
retired
and
I
think
from
the
better
part
of
the
last
year.
A
She's
in
essence
been
wearing
two
hats:
two
very
different
hats
in
terms
of
the
level
of
involvement
for
each
of
those
roles,
and
you
know,
and
we've
we've
heard
feedback
that
Lexi's
working
much
too
hard
and
you
know-
and
that
does
potentially
send
a
bad
message
to
staff
and
and
her
direct
reports-
and
you
know
I
try
to
put
myself
in
the
other
person's
shoes
when
I
can
and
I've
had
that
not
at
this
level.
A
But
I've
had
that
where
you
have
to
work
two
jobs
for
six
months,
because
you're
the
former
expert
in
this
area,
but
you're
also
moving
an
organization
forward,
and
so
you
know
I
can
relate
to
that.
And-
and
you
know
when
I
look
back
at
that
time,
did
I
work
a
lot
more
during
that
time.
Yes,
but
you
learned
you
learned
lessons
from
that
too
right,
and
so
that
will
be
something
I
believe
that
this
board
and
working
in
conjunction
with
the
leadership
team
will
be
able
to
ensure,
does
not
continue.
A
A
Of
course
not
you're
you're
not
divorced
from
any
important
decision
as
the
executive
director
right,
but
that
can
be
coached
and
I'm
I'm
100,
confident
that
that
can
be
coached
and
and
so
then,
when
you
look
at
those
other
intangibles
understanding
the
organization
getting
the
feedback
from
staff
and
management
and
and
my
peers-
and
you
know,
I
I,
think
the
my
thought
is
that
the
clear
preference
was
was
for
Lexi.
A
You
know
if
we're
talking
about
percentages
right,
but
but
I
guess
that's
just
that's
not
everybody
and
it's
just
everybody
who
chose
to
respond
and
so
I
think.
That
is
the
reason
why
I
personal
disclosure
I
work
with
Danica
Lee
on
a
on
a
regular
basis.
We
have
been
in
the
same
organization
for
20
years.
I
think
she
is
a
fantastic
person.
I
think
she
would
be.
A
A
A
But
we've
also
undertaken
a
lot
of
change
with
a
former
Denver
Public
Health,
where
we
were
two
Health
departments
and
I
saw
that
whole
process
come
together
and
building
out
things
like
the
epidemiology
team.
You
know
it
was
just
I
saw
a
lot
of
growth
there
and
a
lot
of
success
in
the
strategy
behind
that
girl.
So
it's
it's.
You
know
in
I.
Don't
want
you
to
think
like
this
wasn't
a
struggle
for
me
it
was
a
struggle,
but
again
I
have
to
go
back
to
those
core.
A
F
Okay,
thank
you
great
I
just
want
to
take
a
moment
to
reflect
again.
You
know,
Brooke
walked
us
through.
F
It
was
a
very
thorough
process
and
I
want
to
recognize
and
thank
Joe
and
Elia
who
served
on
the
subcommittee
with
Brooke
and
I
through
the
process,
thanks
for
their
time
and
commitment,
thanks
to
Jordan
for
all
of
the
work
that
you
did
thanks
to
Catherine
for
the
work
that
she
did
on
the
on
getting
us
through
the
process
so
and
thanks
to
all
the
staff
who
participated
throughout
the
process
too.
F
I
think
where
we
ended
up
was
with
Street
three
really
strong
candidates
who
all
have
great
experience.
They
have
really
strong
references
and
they
all
were
impressive
in
their
interviews.
So
again,
I
the
process,
I
think
led
us
two,
three
really
strong,
finalists
and
I.
F
Think
as
a
subcommittee,
we
only
put
forward
candidates
that
we
felt
could
successfully
lead
the
organization
and
share
the
values
of
bcph,
so
I
feel
really
good
where
we
got
to
that
place
with
the
finalists
and
I
think
I
as
a
board
member
could
support
any
of
them
in
this
leadership
role.
So
and
I
will
also
say,
none
of
them
are
perfect.
F
F
So
for
me,
the
priorities
for
this
position
are
strong
vision
and
strategy,
attention
to
external
Partnerships
and
restabilizing
the
organization
after
the
pandemic
and
and
several
other
other
community
external
challenges,
including
the
Marshall
fire
and
and
some
bumpy
leadership
transition
over
the
last
couple
of
years.
So,
given
that
those
are
my
priorities
for
this
position
and
and
for
the
leadership
for
this
organization,
the
best
candidate,
but
the
candidate
that
aligns
best
with
these
priorities
for
me,
is
Lexi
Nolan
as
a
board.
F
I
think
we've
been
really
pleased
with
her
performance
and
the
interim
role
I
mean
she
communicates
well
with
the
board.
She's,
been
clear
about
her
goals
and
she's,
very
loyal
to
this
agency
and
deeply
committed
to
the
community
so
and
I
think
the
board,
as
we
have
shared
with
staff
and
I,
will
say
here
publicly
in
the
meeting.
F
We
are
very
committed
to
actively
managing
whoever
is
in
this
role,
supporting
them,
supporting
the
staff
through
the
transition
and
all
in
service
to
our
community
and
and
really
trying
to
support
the
mission
of
this
organization
and
the
public
health
of
this
community
so
really
have
deep
gratitude
for
all
of
you
and
for
the
candidates
and
for
the
staff.
So
thank
you.
G
This
morning,
yeah
I
agree
with
Morgan
can't
thank
everyone
enough
who
participated
in
the
process.
The
whole
way
I
will
say.
Personally.
This
was
an
extremely
challenging
decision.
For
me,
it
has
absorbed
a
lot
of
hours,
a
lot
of
sleep
time
and
I
will
say
that
my
decision
came
down
to
literally
the
last
second,
you
know
before
we
entered
entered
this
meeting
for
sure
we
had
three
excellent
candidates
very
impressed
with
Gary
Cox.
G
His
experience
is
calm,
demeanor
or
amazing,
but
it
did
come
down
to
did
I
think
he
was
a
good
fit
for
this
particular
department,
and
for
that
I
would
say
no,
and
so
that
brought
me
to
really
two
contenders
and
I
will
say
up
front.
Danica
Lee
would
be
my
first
choice
and
Lexi
as
my
second
choice
and
really
what
I
saw
was
with
my
with
these
two
candidates.
We
had
a
real
Visionary
Lexi's,
a
Visionary.
G
She
has
wonderful
ideas
and,
and
just
a
a
great
overall
big
picture
view
of
Public
Health
and
where
she
wants
to
take
the
department
and
where
Public
Health
should
be,
and
then
Danica.
On
the
other
hand,
is
more
operations
focused.
She
has
what
seems
to
be
she
has
years
and
years
of
experience
in
a
public
health
department
in
a
County
City
Public,
Health
Department.
G
G
I
will
say
that
I
felt
that
Danica
really
shown
throughout
the
entire
interview
process
and
seemed
at
least
to
me
to
be
very
transparent
and
open
with
us,
I
also
sort
of
Saw
and
how
I've
described
this
to
other
people.
The
hiring
of
a
new
executive
director
is
kind
of
a
a
great
reset
for
the
Department.
H
Thanks
Brooke,
so
first,
yes,
thank
you
to
everyone,
everyone
that
was
involved
in
this
process.
It
was
I,
know
incredibly
time
intensive
times.
Intense
right
is
where
we
care
so
much
and
deeply
about
this
organization
and
its
success.
Moving
forward
and
I.
Think
as
I
was
a
part
of
this
process,
what
really
heartens
me
is
I
think
as
to
settle
already.
We
brought
forward
three
very
strong,
very
strong
candidates,
so
that
was
exciting
for
me
and
frankly,
I'm
glad
that
it
has
been
a
tough
decision.
H
I,
don't
think
we
would
have
done
our
job
if
it
wasn't
a
tough
decision,
and
so
I
really
appreciate
the
dialogue
and
our
ability
to
come
to
some
decisions
that
are
difficult,
I,
Echo
Brooke
on
my
top
choice
being
botanically.
However,
I
will
say
that
it
was
not
an
easy
decision
for
me
to
come
to
and
also
lots
of
information
informing
that
decision
up
to
the
the
final
minute.
H
So
in
no
way
would
I
ever
consider
this
a
slam
dunk
and
something
that
was
easy
to
decide
as
I
looked
at
Danica
relative
to
the
other
two
candidates,
I've
just
been
incredibly
impressed
with
her
long
tenure
at
Denver's,
Public,
Health
Department.
She
has
clearly
been
in
the
trenches,
has
experienced
all
of
the
things
that
I
think
are
critical
to
running
a
public
health
department
and
to
Brooke's
Point.
H
Her
experience
with
budget
I
think
really
critical,
so
I
have
I
have
strong
inclinations
that
she
would
know
the
job
know
the
core
elements
of
the
job
and
how
to
execute
against
that.
H
H
H
I
also
think
she
gave
strong
answers
when
she
did
her
town
hall
with
the
staff,
and
so
I
was
very
impressed
with
the
way
she
presented
herself
and
felt
that
she
was
of
the
three
candidates.
Frankly,
the
most
prepared
for
those
discussions,
so
I
will
say
with
all
of
that.
H
I
would
be
happy
to
have
any
one
of
these
candidates,
as
the
executive
director
and
I'm
thrilled
that
we
had
the
opportunity
to
go
through
this
process
and
I
know,
the
board
is
deeply
committed
to
the
success
of
whoever
is
selected
through
this
process
in
the
final
decision.
So
that's
where
I
stand
and
and
thanks
for
the
time
and
listening
to
my
rationale,
thank.
E
You
thanks
everyone
and
again,
just
to
reiterate
I
think
this
was
a
great
process.
I
think
I
feel
much
better
about
this
process
than
prior
search
and
I
want
to
especially
acknowledge
Morgan
and
Brooke's
contribution
and
extra
time
spent
in
interviewing
and
taking
time
with
staff
and
thank
the
staff
for
their
involvement
all
along
the
way
up
until
right
before
this
meeting
and
I
also
appreciate
the
board's
discussion
and
ability
to
have
these
kind
of
disagreements
and
debates
and
I'm
grateful
to
be
a
member
of
the
board.
E
With
that
being
said,
I
I
do
support
Lexi
Nolan
for
this
position.
I
think
it
came
down
to
who
is
the
best
fit
for
this
department
at
this
time,
I
think
Danica
was
excellent
and
presented
very
well,
but
I.
Think
Lexi
is
right
for
this
department
right
now
for
her
strategic
Vision,
her
Focus
I
think
it's
important
to
acknowledge
both
that
she
has
significant
staff
support,
but
also
that
there
are
concerns
about
her
over
involvement
in
certain
decisions
and
leading
to
step
back
from
that
as
she
steps
forward
into
this
role.
E
I
appreciate
her
background
in
public
health
and
her
vision
and
I
think
we
can
support
her
in
letting
go
of
control
of
certain
aspects
of
programs
that
Empower
her
to
make
decisions
as
a
with
the
group.
I
also
want
to
acknowledge
that
the
staff
is
incredibly
competent
and
I've
really
appreciated
learning
more
through
this
process
about
what
everyone
does
and
what
their
their
jobs
are
and
I
think
we
can
better
support
the
staff
moving
forward
in
helping
Lexi
step
back
from
managing
management
of
certain
aspects
of
their
job.
E
I
think
she's
had
a
really
heavy
lift,
as
both
executive
and
deputy
director
and
I
think
she's
performed
Admiral
admirably
at
both
roles.
I
think
we
can
help
her
define
the
role
of
deputy
director
better
moving
forward
and
I
hope.
This
promotion
gives
her
the
opportunity
to
to
do
that
and
focus
on
external
relationships,
stepping
away
from
someone.
E
G
This
is
one
thing:
I,
just
wanna.
What
Morgan
said
that
the
we
are
very
committed.
We
have
heard
all
of
the
feedback
that
we've
gotten
from
staff-
and
you
know
this
will
be
a
more
of
an
active
management
board
in
the
future,
and
so
we
will
develop
a
process
around
that
and
that
will
be.
You
know
shared
at
some
point.
So
that's
it
awesome.
A
Yeah-
and
you
know,
one
thing
I
wanted
to
say
is
that
you
know
I
I,
look
back
and
you
know
from
1990
to
2020.
one.
So
31
years
this
department
had
two
executive
directors
and
one
Jeff
was
homegrown
right
where
he
came
up
through
the
organization
and
you
know,
based
on
I,
think
he
moved
in
that
position
in
2009.
A
So
over
a
decade
of
tenure,
you
know
I
had
pleasure,
getting
to
know,
know
Jeff,
but
I
look
back
because
I
wanted
to
see
well,
the
Chuck
Stout
come
up
through
the
organization,
realizing,
of
course,
that
you
know
records
can
be
a
little
spotty
going
back
to
the
early
90s,
but
that
Chuck
Stout
had
come
from
and
a
different
organization
to
be
public
or
executive
director
of
Public
Health,
and
that
was
a
very
fruitful
career
as
well
so
examples
of
both
of
hiring
from
within
and
hiring
externally.
A
They
both
can
work
and
I.
Think
you
heard
the
struggles
I
think
we
have
two
Clear
Choices,
obviously
based
on
our
preferences
and
knowing
that
the
hiring
climate
is
challenging.
We
just
need
to
make
sure
that
we
have
a
plan
A
and
A
Plan
B,
and
so
it
sounds
like
our
plan.
A
is
Lexi
Nolan
and
for
some
reason
we
can't
come
to
terms.
Then
we
would
move
on
down
the
list
and
and
then
I
guess.
If
plan
a
and
plan
B
work
to
be
successful,
then
we
would
probably
be
group.
A
F
A
Right
so
we
we
threw
out.
Our
straw
preferences
now
comes
time
for
the
the
main
vote.
So,
let's,
let's
reverse
the
order
in
terms
of
our.
G
G
F
A
point
Lexi
Nolan
as
Boulder
County,
public
Health's,
permanent
executive
director,
a.
E
A
Okay,
we
have
a
first
and
second
on
Lexi
Nolan,
all
in
favor
aye,
and
so
that's
a
three
to
two
majority,
and
so
we
will
move
forward
with
trying
to
negotiate
with
Lexi
Nolan.
There
needs
to
be
an
appointment
of
one
of
us
on
the
board
to
be
the
negotiation
manager.
A
Brooke
and
Morgan,
you
did
a
commendable
job
committee,
you
feel
free
to
just
bow
out,
and
so
that
leaves
Landry
and
Lindy
and
myself
Greg.
F
I
would
move
to
a
point
Lindy
as
the
Board
of
Health
representative
for
the
executive
director
negotiation
in
coordination
with
HR
I.
Second,.
G
F
A
Now
we
have
item
five
on
the
agenda,
which
is
the
appointment
of
Board
of
Health
president,
and
vice
president
for
those
of
you
who
don't
know
it's
probably
good
news,
I
am
termed
out,
and
so
my
last
board
meeting
will
be
in
August
and
so
I
am
and
the
president
I
don't
know
six
seven
years,
it's
time
for
new
leadership
and
and
multiple
Avenues.
So
it's
been
a
great
pleasure.
I've
learned
a
lot.
A
You
know:
I
came
as
an
environmental
health,
rep
and
I
learned
so
much
Behavioral
Health
mental
health
addiction
we've
been
through
some
and,
of
course,
pandemic
response.
We've
been
through
some
challenging
times
and
it's
been
a
huge
learning.
Experience
for
me
and
I've
been
able
to
take
some
of
that
and
put
it
back
into
my
organization,
because
you
guys
have
a
lot
of
great
ideas.
So
I
just
wanted
to
say
that.
H
Greg
I'll
just
say,
as
the
news
board
member
I
have
been
totally
Blown
Away
by
how
difficult
this
is
actually
in
terms
of
a
volunteer
position
and
what
you
have
been
through
in
terms
of
the
the
public
health
emergency
and
and
all
of
the
things
that
this
board
had
to
handle
I've
just
been
so
impressed
with,
with
the
professionality
of
this
group
and
and
really
in
your
leadership.
So
just
thank
you
for
that
truly
and
your
passion
for
the
mission,
which
I
know
is
there.
So
thank
you
for
that.
Yes,.
G
E
G
E
E
A
Yeah
and
and
Morgan
has
been
a
real
Champion
throughout
this
last
couple
years
of
of
turmoil,
and
but
always
is
the
first
one
to
really
kind
of
say,
but
what
about
staff?
What
about
staff
we
need
to
have
staff?
We
need
to
include
staff.
Remember
you
know
it's
like
broken
record,
but
message
received
loud
and
clear
and
I
thought
this
process
was
from
an
inclusion.
Standpoint
was
fantastic:
I've
I've
been
on
other
executive
director
hiring
panels.
A
A
E
I'd
be
happy
since
Lindy's
leading
the
that
discussion,
the
upwarding
I
would
be
happy
to
help
with
help
to
support
Morgan
in
her
role
of.
F
A
F
Sure,
yeah,
no
yeah,
no,
you
know
I,
think
it
really
I
mean
other
than
filling
in
for
the
president
and
the
president's
absence.
I
mean
I,
I,
think
being
a
thought
partner
and
working
through
some
of
the
challenges
of
the
organization
and
and
also
you
know
and
and
managing
executive.
A
H
And
I
do
like
the
10-year
concept
too
right,
I
mean
I.
Think
Linda
we've
had
a
lot
of
experience.
You'll
know
you
know,
you
know
what
I'm
saying
like
you'll
know
most
about
kind
of
what
it's
been
and
What
needs
to
come,
so
I
feel
I
feel
confident
in
that
sort
of
as
the
selection
criteria
as
well.
So
exactly
if.
A
To
them-
and
you
know
I
would
also
just
say
kudos
to
all
of
you,
because
I've
been
through
several
iterations
of
the
board
and
it's
nice
to
not
have
to
remind
people
that
you
know
we
make
a
commitment
to
attend
and
and
be
present,
and
you
guys
have
just
done
a
phenomenal
job
of
being
present
and
you've
been
in
a
really
easy
board
to
work
with
so
yeah
I.
Thank
you
for
your
commitment.
C
A
All
right,
okay,
that's
we
have
item
six,
the
director's
report.
Do
we
have
anybody
to
answer
questions
I.
A
A
B
Was
like
just
the
budget
study
sessions
coming
up
or
things
like
that,
so
just
at
your
leisure
that
way
we
can
go
and
start
planning,
I.
E
G
A
All
right,
everybody!
Well
thanks
for
your
patience,
thanks
for
tuning
in
you
know,
I'm
excited
for
how
this
turned
out,
but
I
just
hope.
You
are
excited
and
just
know
that
the
board
is
committed
to
making
sure
that
this
organization
is
top-notch
like
it
always
has
been,
and
so
we
will
continue
to
be
involved,
and
so
thank
you.
