Description

If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Okay,
welcome
everyone
to
yet
another
virtual
city
council
meeting,
but
certainly
coming
off.
A
And
staff
at
administration
for
putting
in
such
big
effort
all
weekend
long
and
so
we're
right.
A
B
A
A
Some
members
of
the
public
made
what
may
be
aware
that
news
release
did
go
out
from
the
city
of.
A
Brown
and
today
announcing
the
resignation
of
councillor
john
moreggio,
effective
yesterday.
A
Counselor
that
can
provide
undivided
attention
to
their
needs
and
he's
not
able
to.
A
A
Ended
saturday
night
and
then
he
submitted
his
resignation
of
effective
january
31st,
which
was.
A
A
A
great
contributor
around
the
council
table
always
very
passionate
about
any
issues
that
he.
A
Took
on
and
was
always
a
very
well
prepared
and
thoughtful
productive,
individual.
So.
A
The
city
clerk
has
indicated
that
all
members
of
council
are
present,
given
that
we
are.
A
Down
one
counselor
at
this
point
from
that
resignation
and
as
under
the
municipal
act.
A
A
A
All
of
us
have
made
this
look
rather
glamorous
and
exciting,
and
you'd
like
to
join
us
on
on.
A
Council,
but
all
seriousness,
it's
a
you
know
a
very
important
and
rewarding
function
and.
A
We'd
certainly
encourage
a
lot
of
people
to
give
it
some
consideration.
You
could
probably.
A
As
well
so
thank
you
for
prompting
me
to
do
that
announcement
now.
Madam
clerk.
A
C
Johnny
doesn't
or
council
reggio,
never
never
held
back
on
what
he
wanted
to
say.
C
And
the
one
thing
I
always
appreciated
is
is
john,
would
speak
the
language
of
the
coffee
shop.
C
And
we
will
miss
that
voice
because
it
was
necessary
at
the
at
the
table
and.
C
You
know
we'll
see
him
around
shortly.
We
hope,
because
he'll
still
have
lots
to
tell
us
so.
C
A
And
I
think
I've
got
councillor
dejarli
up
so
go
ahead.
Please
very
briefly:
echo.
D
The
sentiments
councillor
faucet,
just
provided
john-
will
be
missed.
D
On
council,
the
fact
is,
at
the
end
of
the
day,
we
showed
a
lot
of
respect
for
one
another.
D
And
what
I
will
miss
most
about
john
actually
is
some
of
his
some
of
this
inquisitive.
D
Questioning
you
could
tell
that
he
had
a
journalist
background
and
I
would
often
be.
D
Quite
amazed
at
some
of
the
ways
in
which
he
would
approach
certain
conversations
and.
D
My
my
thoughts
are
with
john
thank
you
very
much
counselor
to
charlie
and
and
again
I.
A
I
know
that
every
member
of
council
would
be
able
to
impart
their
own
stories
and
their.
A
Own
relationship
with
councillor
reggio-
and
I
know
I
go
way
back
with
john
long
before
we.
A
Were
on
council
together-
and
I
know
certainly,
people
like
counselor,
lucky
and
and.
A
A
In
the
future,
when
we
can
gather
together
that
we'll
be
able
to,
you
know,
do
a
more
fitting.
A
Tribute
to
john
and
his
work
on
council.
So
in
the
meantime,
we
wish
him
well
hope
that
he's.
A
Listening
in
and
watching
and
we'll
talk
to
him
real
soon,
so
thank
you
very
much
for
that.
A
A
A
We
weren't
made
aware
of
any,
and
of
course,
council
has
been
very
busy
with.
A
A
Again,
similarly,
given
our
budget
process,
there
weren't
any
inquiries
that
had
come
in
by
today.
A
Some
late
inquiries,
we'd
we'd,
be
happy
to
take
those
now.
E
Hello
there
you
go,
I
don't
expect
an
answer
for
this
one
today,
but
at
the
new
school
on.
E
A
Of
the
school
itself,
so
we'll
see
how
they're
coming
along
with
that.
I
think
there
was
a
bit.
A
Of
a
issue
that
the
school
had
had
designed
an
on-site
drop-off
zone
that
was
designed
for.
A
People
to
do
that,
and
people
haven't
caught
on
to
using
that.
At
least
that
was
one
of
the.
A
A
To
you
on
that
one
sure,
unless
mr
hammond
had
anything
else
that
he
could
advise
on
this
one.
F
Thank
you,
your
worship,
nothing
to
advise
at
this
time.
I
know
the
traffic
and
engineering.
F
F
And
I
know
there
has
been
some
some
measures
taking
place
to
improve
traffic
flow.
F
A
A
Than
we'd
like
for
sure,
but
often
there
are
other
things,
so
that's
that's
just
fine,
we'll.
A
Okay,
we
do
have
a
fairly
good
report
on
it,
but
I
I'm
never
quite
sure
sometimes.
A
Nichol,
this
is
under
his
department,
so
we'll
let
ryan
give
us
a
few
highlights.
A
Just
very
quickly
your
worship
through
you
to
counsel.
As
council's
aware,
there
was
two.
G
Previous
phases
of
the
heritage
wall
that
were
repaired
on
17th
street,
so
this
is
the
third
and.
G
A
H
To
ask
the
question
your
worship
yeah
go
right
ahead.
Then
yeah
has
the
developer
been
made.
H
A
fence
that
we
put
a
lot
of
resources
into
getting
damaged
when
you
know
the
site
is
going.
G
You
worship
the
counsel,
shaboy.
This
item
has
been
flagged
for
our
team,
so
not
myself.
G
A
Thank
you
any
other
questions
of
mr
nickel
before
we
ask
for
a
motion
on
this.
A
And
I
think
council
is
quite
familiar
with
this.
We've
done
another
a
number
of
phases.
A
Concert
cameron
go
ahead.
Thank
you,
worship.
I'm
gonna,
move
forward
with
the
motion.
If
that's
okay.
I
Please
do
thank
you.
It's
a
rather
lengthy
one,
but
whereas
the
city
of
brandon
is
the
owner
of.
I
A
I
Worship,
this
is
a
project
that
has
gone
through
the
municipal
heritage
advisory
committee,
of
which.
I
Councilor
parker
and
I
are
a
part
of
and
it's
something
that
the
committee
supports
and
and.
I
We
look
forward
to
keeping
this
piece
of
heritage
in
good
and
and
operable
condition
in
the
city.
A
A
Very
good-
and
I
think
we
have
chief
building
inspector.
A
Few
highlights
they've
done
some
consultation
on
this
and
it'll
be
good
to
hear
his
report.
J
Was
put
together
very
quickly,
it's
a
very
thought
out,
methodical
process
with
a
lot
of.
J
J
A
Not
too
long
ago,
you
know
primarily
with
with
the
industry,
builders
and.
A
Sounded
like
it
went
quite
well
from
my
vantage
point,
it
seemed
like
pretty
good
feedback
from.
A
The
industry,
and
would
you
maybe
mind
providing
more
information
or
what
kind
of
feedback
you.
J
Like
putting
out
regulations
before
they're
actually
put
into
force,
we've
had
people
that.
J
Website
and
even
after
this
does
go
live.
What
we'll
do
is
we'll
give
contractors
and
builders.
J
Some
leeway:
if
we
do
an
inspection,
we
don't
see
this
in
place.
They'll
get
one
warning
so.
J
J
They
understand
that
this
is
a
need,
other
jurisdictions
are
doing
it
already.
So
it's.
A
K
Thank
your
worship
through
you
to
our
presenter
murray.
The
this
is.
K
For
new
construction,
basically
not
saying
that
anybody
that
wouldn't
want
to
install.
K
Same
regulation,
but
basically
this
this
means
that
now
every
house
that
that
is
constructed.
K
In
bran,
and
would
have
to
follow
this
this
this
process
so
that
again
with
the
the.
K
Be
pumped
out
into
the
backyard
so
that
that
it
wouldn't
end
up
in
that
that
sewer
system.
K
K
Should
someone
decide
to
put
it
in
yeah
through
your
worship
to
counselor
colin.
J
Do
have
these
a
system
very
similar
installed,
usually
upon
the
request
of
the
home
builder.
J
Or
the
homeowner,
but
generally
it
would
be
if
somebody's
wanting
to
put
one
in
it.
J
Thank
you
and
councillor
cameron.
Thank
your
worship
through
you,
too,
mr
fisher,
thanks.
I
Very
much
for
the
presentation,
mr
fisher
just
wondering
if
you
could
speak
briefly
to.
J
And
how
they
operate,
and
as
far
as
the
drainage
goes,
we
would
that
would
be
regulated
on
under.
J
J
Force
out
of
that
and
out
of
that
pipe,
so
it
could
cause
damage
to
the
to
the
ground.
J
A
Thank
you,
don't
see
any
other
hands
up
for
questions
so
far,
so
I
think
we
might
be
ready.
A
A
Counselor
lucky,
thank
you.
Whoever
wishes
to
speak
just
that,
I
think
that,
seeing
how
that.
K
We've
been
entering
into
these
water
events,
absolutely
everything
that
we
can
do
at
this
point.
K
K
Events
now
we
know
that
this
is
the
new
reality
or
the
new
conditions
that
we
have
to.
K
Change
that
going
forward
we're
more
prepared
for
these
climate
change
or
climate
driven.
K
Events
and
the
fact
that
we're
gonna
have
to
live
with
these.
These
high
water
rain
events.
A
Not
seeing
others
I
will
say
I
did
appreciate
sitting
in
on
the
consultation
session,
that.
A
Fairly
straightforward
approach
by
our
our
department,
it
didn't
look
to
me
like
that.
They.
A
Went
you
know
kind
of
overboard
like
didn't
over
spec
this
this
solution,
and
you
know
it
is
a.
A
Solution
that
well,
would
be
a
little
bit
of
a
cost
added
to
a
new
home,
and
therefore
you
know
a.
A
A
Know
the
sewer
system
in
their
neighborhood,
which
does
contribute
to
the
sewer
backup.
A
Issues
and
even
overland
flooding
so
well,
there
is
a
cost.
I
think,
there's
a
significant
benefit.
A
You
know
to
the
home
property
and
and
to
each
other's
home.
So
I
think
this
was
a
reasonable.
A
And
you
know
again,
the
industry
sounded
like
they
were
quite
positively
on
on
side.
I
think
they.
A
Spec'd
or
kind
of
over
overblown,
so
I
appreciated
that
if
there's
not
any.
A
A
A
Want
to
give
us
a
few
tidbits
on
this,
I
think
he
does
have
his
hand
up
and
I
believe.
A
This
is
our
first
subdivision
under
our
new
authority,
our
new
system
granted
to
us
by
the.
A
Province,
I
hope
I
didn't
steal
your
thunder.
You
can
elaborate
on
that.
A
Ryan,
but
this
will
be
a
bit
of
a
milestone,
so
I
really
do
want
ryan
to
be
able
to.
A
Come
on
he's
put
a
lot
of
work
into
giving
us
this
authority,
and
so
this,
hopefully,
will
be.
G
G
What
was
explained
in
the
letter
of
intent?
This
was
that
land
that
was
satisfied
working.
G
Cooperatively
with
the
ncc,
as
well
as
the
province
of
manitoba,
so
hopefully
all
things
work
out.
G
And
no
conditions
we're
trying
to
keep
this
one
as
simple
as
we
can
thanks.
Thank
you,
mr
nickel.
A
The
question
council
camera.
Thank
your
worship
through
you
to
mr
nickel,
just
wondering
if.
G
Very
worship
to
counselor
cameron.
The
goal
is
to
have
a
public
consultation
event.
G
A
A
H
And
being
very
responsible
to
work
out
in
you
know,
agreements
on
on
this
space
that.
H
We're
gonna
going
to
be
looking
at
for
green
spray
green
space.
If
the
citizens
are
wanting
to
know.
H
What
property
we're
talking
about?
It's
it's
in
the
southeast
corner
of
the
green
acres,
ward,.
H
H
And
it
is
in
alignment
with
council's
plan
to
create
more
green
space
and,
at
the
same
time,
we.
H
H
Slippers
and
that
all
laws
will
be
followed
to
ensure
that
it,
you
know
this
endangered
species.
H
H
Do
it
in
a
thoughtful
correct
way,
so
yeah
I
look
forward
to
if
there
is
any
other
further.
H
H
H
Properly
and
thoughtfully
and
done
right
so
so
anyways,
I'm
hoping
council
will
support.
H
This
and
we'll
move
forward
with
with
this
important
project.
Thank
you
very
much.
A
Accountant
boy,
any
other
discussion,
and
you
also
want
to
weigh
in
before.
We
call
the
question.
A
Thank
you,
I
believe
councillor
cullen
is
second
at
that.
Thank
you
and
now
I
do
believe
we
have
our.
A
We
would
be
happy
to
have
him
come
and
give
us
some
highlights.
A
L
Just
here
on
behalf
of
fleet,
to
recommend
that
the
multi-year
bid
from
kelleher
ford
here
for.
L
A
A
Ready
to
go,
but
there
may
be
some
questions
from
council,
so
we
could
entertain
them
now.
A
If
you
have
some
council
fossil,
yes
thank
you
through
to
curtis
one
of
the
things
sometimes
with.
C
The
vehicles
particularly
ones
like
these,
where
there's
a
fair
bit
of
work
that
has
to
get
done.
C
It's
not
like
you
were
going
to
buy
them
off
the
lot.
Do
we
expect
the
timing
wise
to
be
received.
C
L
This
year
will
be
late
third
quarter,
but
the
real
I
guess
direction
is
for
2022
we're.
L
Anticipating
the
first
quarter
for
receiving
the
new
items
and
we
can
sort
of
build
off
of.
A
A
A
A
Ready
for
the
shiboye
counselor
lucky
has
his
hand
up,
I'm
not
sure
if
he
had
a.
A
Thank
you
very
much
great
meeting
and
again
it
was
a
superb,
very
productive.
