A
Okay,
he
gave
me
the
thumbs
up
okay,
good
evening.
Everyone
welcome
to
the
Board
of
Education.
Workshop.
I
would
like
to
call
the
meeting
to
order.
Can
we
all
rise
for
the
pledge.
A
B
A
So
we
have
a
letter
about
one
of
our
honorees
this
evening
and
I
really
want
to
read
it,
and
you
know,
share
this
letter
with
the
public,
because
I.
A
Super
important
to
give
credit
where
credit
is
due
and
recognition
dear
Brentwood,
School,
Board
and
Community
I
am
writing
in
hopes.
This
letter
can
be
read
at
a
board
meeting
to
show
my
deep
appreciation
for
Mr
loshner
through
the
covet
pandemic
and
the
subsequent
virtual
learning
that
came
with
it.
A
When
the
threats
to
end
it
started,
I
refused
to
enforce
the
need
to
get
on
the
computer
for
classes
instead,
I
focused
on
his
mental
health.
My
feelings
at
the
time
were,
he
can
repeat
10th
grade
but
cannot
repeat
his
life
if
he
takes
it.
That
became
my
priority.
I
stressed
myself
with
the
what
ifs
of
him
not
attending
classes
school,
and
so
one
day
there
was
a
knock
at
my
door.
A
A
He
was
there
to
reassure
us
that
he
and
the
district
were
there
to
support
us
and
would
do
whatever
it
took
to
ensure
my
son
got
the
education
he
needed,
while
focusing
on
his
mental
health.
He
ended
his
10th
grade
year
on
home
teaching
and
we
were
able
to
get
him
into
a
special
BOCES
program
to
start
11th
grade.
My
son
is
now
in
his
senior
year
at
this
BOCES
School,
while
also
attending
the
Islip
Korea
Center,
taking
steps
toward
his
future
as
a
mechanic.
A
He
is
on
track
to
graduate
on
time
in
June,
which
I
did
not
think
was
possible
at
all.
This
is
because
of
Mr
loshner
and
the
support
of
the
Brentwood
District
as
a
single
mother
going
through
all
this
with
him,
I
didn't
think
I
could
do
it
alone,
and
I
am
so
truly
grateful
that
I
didn't
have
to
do
it
alone.
Words
could
never
fully
express
my
gratitude,
appreciation
and
love
for
Mr
loshner.
Oh.
A
You
I
will
miss
being
a
part
of
the
Brentwood
School
Community
when
he
graduates
in
June,
but
will
forever
be
Brentwood
proud,
and
this
is
coming
from
someone
born
and
raised
in
Bayshore
schools,
believing
all
the
negative
that
came
with
the
Brentwood
name.
I
am
so
glad
that
those
negatives
I
heard
were
zero
truths
of
what
is
being
Brentwood
truly
needs.
A
A
I
told
you
we're
riding
wrongs,
so
this
certificate
of
appreciation,
Brentwood
Board
of
Education,
proudly
presents
the
certificate
to
Richard,
loachner
superintendent,
Brentwood,
Union,
Free,
School
District
for
your
expeditious
and
exemplary
and
unwavering
dedication
to
protect
the
health
and
safety
needs
of
the
Brentwood
School
Community
during
the
covid-19
pandemic
wow.
Thank
you
very
much.
B
A
B
You
know
I've,
obviously
spoken
to
Mom
a
few
times
and
I'm
thrilled
to
announce
he
will
be
graduating
with
us
this
year.
He'll
walk
both
with
BOCES
and
us,
which
is
something
that
she
really
wanted,
and,
and
so
you
know
it's
going
to
be
a
great
June
for
that
family,
but
I
will
say.
Thank
you
very
much,
and
that
was
a
just
a
beautiful
letter.
But,
honestly,
you
know
I
I.
B
Just
during
that
pandemic,
I
was,
you
know,
a
very
small
part
of
the
success
it
really
the
success
of
the
district
and
what
I
did
in
terms.
You
know
everybody
did
a
thousand
times
more
than
I
did
I
thought
the
teachers
were
just
incredible
through
that
whole
two
years,
the
the
time
and
the
effort
they
gave
and
the
number
of
home
visits
far
exceeded.
B
You
know
the
few
that
I
did
our
cabinet
too
I
mean
I,
have
Anne
and
and
Wanda
here
they
they
were,
they
did
more
than
I
could
ever
dream
of
doing
in
terms
of
getting
food
out,
helping
kids
academically
socially
and
emotionally.
The
list
is
really
endless.
It's
very
nice
to
identify.
You
know
me
here,
but
in
all
honesty,
I
I
was
I.
Think
I've
mentioned
it
a
number
of
times
floored
by
how
generous
people
were
with
their
time
and
energies
during
that
pandemic.
A
You
know
something
which
I'm
a
strong
believer
that
at
leadership,
so
all
of
this
exemplary
work
that
happened
in
the
district
I
believe,
because
you
have
those
qualities
of
strong
leader
it
was.
It
gave
everyone
else
the
opportunity
to
match
what
you
were
doing
wow
so
I
do
believe.
Attitude
reflects
leadership.
Thank.
A
B
Don't
argue
but
I
I
will
say
no
more
is
coming.
This
is
just
the
beginning.
No
I
know
I
just
want
to
say
too
I
think
that's
why
what
we
did
for
those
two
years
is
why
this
year
is,
you
know
going
to
be
one
of
our
best.
You,
you
heard
you
actually
spoke
beautifully
at
the
the
opening
day
ceremony
and
we're
a
district
on
the
move.
B
I
think
it's
because
of
the
two
years
that
we
put
in
collectively
together
and
you
know,
I
I-
think
we
worked
so
well
together
to
bring
the
the
community
forward
through
this
ugly
time
that
I
think
that's.
Why
we're
positioned
right
now
to
have
just
a
breakout
year
more
than
other
districts,
I'm
not
familiar
with
other
districts.
That
much
but
I
really
got
the
sense
this
year
that
students,
teachers,
administrators,
just
everybody,
was
feeling
good
about
moving
forward
and
I.
Think
that's
because
of
the
two
years
that
we
put
in
together.
You.
A
Know
I
don't
discredit
what
any
other
District
does.
But
my
primary
concern
is
our
district
and
I'm
not
going
to
hold
our
standard
or
hold
us
to
a
level
of
any
other
District,
because
I,
maybe
I'm
a
little
prejudiced
but
I
think
we
far
exceed
a
lot
of
the
standards
and
we
are
trail
of
Blazers
and
we
set
a
lot
of
Wheels
in
Motion
that
other
districts
you're.
B
B
A
I'm
I'm
going
to
my
own
District,
so
to
speak,
and
there's
a
lot
of
good
that
comes
out
of
this
district
and
yeah.
You
know
we
had
an
unprecedented
two
years
with
covid
and
it
just
put
a
different
perspective
on
things
for
everyone
right.
We
all
learned
what
was
most
important
and
you
know
we're
all
coming
into
this
full-time
School
atmosphere
with
New,
Hope
reinvigoration
and
with
things
in
perspective.
Yes,.
B
A
This
certificate
of
appreciation
from
the
board
of
education
is
proudly
presented
to
Mr
Byron
McRae,
director
of
school
safety,
Brentwood
Union,
Free,
School
District
for
your
expeditious
and
exemplary
and
unwavering
dedication
to
protect
the
health
and
safety
needs
of
the
Brookwood
School
Community
during
the
covid-19
pandemic.
A
A
Another
example
of
exemplary
leadership
in
our
district.
We
have
plenty
of
it
and
I'll
be
making
mention
of
it
at
future
board
meetings
when
I
present
Awards
to
individuals
who
have
personified
what
this
district
is
about,
and
you
know
I'm
going
to
shout
it
from
the
rooftops
because
I'm
very
proud.
B
It's
coming,
it's
very
clear.
Yes,.
A
Thank
you,
I'm
very
proud
who
we
have
in
our
district
who's
leading
it,
and
my
children
got
an
excellent
education.
So
thank
you
to
everyone
out
there
watching
everyone
here.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
really,
truly
without
further
Ado
again,
this
certificate
of
appreciation
goes
to
Susan
averso
for
your
expeditious
and
exemplary
and
unwavering
dedication
to
protect
the
health
and
safety
needs
of
the
Brentwood
School
Community.
During
the
covid-19
pandemic,
foreign.
A
B
B
B
B
A
A
Sorry
I
will
begin
our
special
presentation,
update
on
Capital
Improvement
projects
and
future
projects.
I
also
want
to
thank
Miss,
Stacy
O'connor,
who
has
put
us
in
a
position
where
we
are
doing
some
phenomenal
things.
We're.
C
C
Setting
this
up
here
sharing
the
screen.
Okay,
here
we
go.
Okay,
we
have
a
lot
of
fabulous
slides
to
show
you
about
all
the
the
construction
and
the
projects
that
are
going
on
in
the
district
before
we
get
to
that.
I
just
wanted
to
talk
very
briefly
about
the
tax
rate
and
how
that's
going
to
be
changing
for
next
year.
C
As
you
know,
for
the
third
year
in
a
row
we
have
the
same
tax
levy
and
during
budget
development
we
had
talked
about-
and
this
is
the
exact
slide
I
showed
I
just
copied
it
from
Ben.
I.
Think
I
showed
it
a
couple
of
times
at
the
hearing
as
well,
that
the
tax
levy
and
the
tax
rate
are
not
the
same
things.
C
So
a
tax
levy
is
how
much
the
school
district
asks
the
town
to
collect.
On
its
behalf,
it's
been
111
million
568
000,
like
I,
said
for
three
years
in
a
row,
so
we
haven't
changed
that
we've
been
lucky
enough
to
get
some
Foundation
Aid
and
other
aids
to
allow
us
to
keep
that
flat
for
a
number
of
years.
The
tax
rate
is
what
actually
impacts
the
residents
of
the
district.
They
take
their
assessed
value,
multiply
it
by
the
tax
rate
and
that's
how
they
get
their
school
taxes
for
the
year.
C
There
are
many
factors
that
go
into
setting
the
tax
rate,
one
of
which
is
the
levy,
but
there's
also
some
other
items
that
I'll
show
you
on
the
next
slide
when
we're
actually
developing
the
budget
and
putting
that
together
in
May,
and
we
talk
about
the
tax
levy
and
how
we
project
that'll
change.
I,
don't
have
enough
information
at
that
time
to
set
the
tax
rate,
because
I
don't
get
that
information
from
the
town
until
late
August
and
then
the
school
tax
I
said.
C
Is
your
assessed
value
times
the
tax
rate
the
average
assessed
value
just
for
your
knowledge
and
on
a
home
in
Brentwood,
is
35
000..
So
here's
our
tax
levy,
Trend.
As
you
can
see
it
went
up
slightly
in
2019,
1920
2021
on
it's
been
the
same.
You
can
see
that
in
the
bars
on
the
graph,
so
this
is
another
slide
that
I
showed
during
budget
development.
C
The
exact
same
slide
so
can
a
property
tax
change
if
the
levy
Remains
the
Same
and
the
answer
to
that
was
yes,
and
we
saw
that
last
year
and
I'll
tell
you
in
a
few
minutes
we're
going
to
see
that
again.
But
what
are
some
of
the
factors
that
affect
your
school
tax?
C
Well,
one
is
the
assessed
value
of
your
home.
That
could
change
for
many
reasons.
Maybe
you
had
an
exemption
on
your
house.
Maybe
you
did
an
expansion
to
your
house
and
the
assessed
value
went
up.
There's
also
the
adjusted
base
proportions
for
the
Brentwood
School
District.
We
have
what's
called
Homestead
and
non-homestead.
C
So
I'll
show
you
that
and
the
impact
that
that's
going
to
have
this
year,
another
factor
that
can
affect
your
property
taxes
or
can
your
school
tax
change
is
the
star
program.
Maybe
you
signed
up
for
the
star
program
and
we
had
talked
about
during
budget
development.
There
are
two
ways
to
do
that:
the
old
program
where
they
actually
reduce
your
taxes
on
your
house.
C
If
you
joined
that
program
years
ago
and
you're
still
in
it,
that's
fine
you're
capped
at
whatever
your
state,
whatever
you're
saving
right
now,
that's
not
going
to
go
up
year
after
year,
but
and
you
can't
join
it
again.
But
what
they
introduced
a
few
years
ago
is
another
program
where
you'll
pay
full
tax
on
your
house,
but
they'll
send
you
a
check
home
every
year
and
that's
if
you
go
to
the
website,
I
have
on
the
slide.
C
You
can
see
that
that
does
grow
every
year
or
it
has
the
potential
to
depending
on
certain
factors.
So,
while
your
capped
in
the
old
program,
if
you
join
the
new
program,
you
can
actually
save
more
and
then
we
talked
about
property
tax
includes
not
only
your
school
tax,
your
county,
your
town
of
Islip,
what
we're
going
to
talk
about
tonight
and
again
it's
going
to
be
brief.
It's
just
your
school
tax,
we're
not
going
to
get
into
those
other
taxes
there.
C
So
I
know
you
can't
read
this.
This
is
the
information
a
sheet
of
paper
that
I
get
from
the
town
in
August
I'm,
going
to
blow
up
the
bottom
part
current
year,
values
and
down
below
that
line
towards
the
bottom,
because
that's
what's
most
important
here,
the
top
part
is
really
just
the
exemptions
within
the
district.
C
C
C
C
So
I
know
this
is
a
lot
of
information.
I
like
the
math.
Not
everybody
does
I'm
not
going
to
go
through
the
calculation,
but
the
levy
percentages
are
on
top.
That's
what
I
just
showed
you
in
a
different
way
on
the
previous
slide.
If
you
see
here,
can
I
get
my
mouse
here,
yeah
the
82
million
from
last
year
of
the
levy
versus
the
85
million,
but
here
here's
your
non-homestead,
the
business
is
so
in
2122.
C
They
were
paying
29
million
of
the
levy
now
they're
paying
26
million,
even
though
this
bottom
line
number
did
not
change,
then
we
look
at
our
assessed
values
that
is
something
I
simply
get
from.
The
the
town
could
see
assessed.
Values
for
Homestead
went
up
a
little
bit.
Houses
sold
at
higher
amounts,
that's
actually
a
good
thing
that
helps
the
the
red
residents
and
then,
if
you
look
at
the
bottom,
it
says
tax
rate
and
right
here.
C
If
we
look
at
non-homestead,
the
business
is
last
year
they
were
23.07
in
their
tax
rate
and
now
they're
going
down
to
20.45
businesses.
Taxes,
School
tax
only
is
going
down
11.37,
while
the
residents
go
up
and
I
just
wanted
to
make
that
clear.
Because
again
we
didn't
change
the
levy.
This
is
exactly
what
we
said.
C
We
were
going
to
do
when
we
adopted
the
budget
and
I
just
wanted
to
show
that
you
know
to
the
community
so
when
they
get
their
tax
bills
in
January,
which
is
you
know
coming
shortly,
they
will
see
an
increase
unfortunately,
and
the
town
they
don't
just
arbitrarily
pick
numbers.
They
have
real
property
tax
law
that
they
have
to
follow.
I
know
that
that
Levy
percentage,
the
73
versus
76
percent,
can
go
up
as
much
as
five
percent.
In
a
year.
C
They
have
mitigating
factors
where
they
could
actually
bring
that
down
a
little
bit
and
I
know
they
worked
hard
to
bring
that
down,
I'm,
not
sure
of
all
of
their
rules
and
regulations.
But
you
know
it's
still.
It's
still
a
hit
to
the
community
and
I
just
wanted
to
be
very
clear
and
transparent
about
that.
A
C
A
A
C
Okay,
now
we
have
some
really
fantastic
things
to
show
you
so
we've
been
very
busy
District
on
the
move
for
a
couple
of
years
now
with
buildings
and
grounds
under
Mike
Cruz's
leadership.
Thank
you,
Mike.
Thank
you.
It's
just
been
tremendous.
What
we've
been
able
to
do
and
I
think
putting
this
together?
I
didn't
realize.
Really
how
much
we
we've
been
doing
you
know
getting
it
down
is
just
absolutely
incredible.
C
So
some
of
our
major
prod
projects
that
we
have
going
on
right
now.
You
know
that
we've
gone
up
to
the
state
with
some
are
in
the
summer
very
much
in
progress.
Some
haven't
started
yet,
but
we
have
our
energy
performance
contract
that
was
32
million
dollars.
We're
kind
of
coming
to
a
close
on
that
I
would
think
over
the
summer.
We
should
be
done
with
all
of
that,
but
that's
the
solar
panels
at
all
of
the
schools
and
it's
up
and
running
at
many
schools,
and
we
just
got
permission
to
operate.
C
It's
called
the
PTO
letter
from
PSEG.
We
got
two
more
schools
online.
Today
we
put
window
insulation
film
on
all
of
our
windows,
so
that
keeps
you
know
the
the
heat
in
the
hot
out
the
AC
in,
and
we
put
building
controls
to
save
some
energy
there
as
well,
but
that's
some
of
the
major
things
we
did
in
it
or
are
doing.
We
have
the
smart
schools,
Bond
phase
two:
that's
11
million
dollars,
there's
going
to
be
some
electrical
upgrades
in
some
of
the
buildings.
Where
that
we
really
needed
it.
C
You
know
we've
added
so
much
capacity
to
the
buildings
with
the
smart
boards,
the
laptops,
that's
all
a
draw
off
of
the
building,
even
though
we're
doing
solar,
the
solar
system
in
our
Electric
System
is
completely
separate.
So
it's
not
like.
Oh
you
have
all
the
solar,
so
you
could
just
plug
in
all
the
electricity.
It's
completely
different.
We
need
to
upgrade
some
of
our
services
electrical
services
and
panels
within
the
buildings,
but
the
main
thing
we're
doing
with
the
smart
schools.
C
Bond
Phase
2
is
the
replacement
of
the
portable
classrooms,
so
that
said,
Southeast
Freshman,
Center,
Twin,
Pines
and
one
other
school.
What
is
it
sondling,
of
course,
the
high
school?
C
So
yeah
so
those
hopefully,
we
hope
to
have
State
approval
any
day.
Now
we
just
we
had
to
put
in
this
waiver
form
and
we're
just
waiting
to
get
that
waiver
approved
and
then
we'll
be
good
to
go
on
that
the
capital
Improvement
plan
in
21
that
our
budget
vote
for
the
21-22
school
year.
We
did
what
we
call
the
transfer
to
Capital,
so
we
put
roughly
12
million
in
a
transfer
to
Capital
line,
so
we're
going
to
do
a
number
of
projects
without
borrowing
any
money.
C
C
Our
turf
fields
are
coming
we're
going
to
do
locker
rooms
throughout
the
high
school
ceiling
tiles.
There
are
boilers
there.
There's
a
lot
contained
in
that
I
put
the
main
things
on
this
slide
that
hasn't
started
yet
Capital
Improvement
plan
22.
We
did
that
again
for
the
22-23
budget.
That
was
a
little
bit
less
about
10
million
little
over
10.
we're
going
to
look
at
three
science
rooms
per
Middle
School
we're
going
to
redo
we're
going
to
do
what's
called
The
Man
traps.
C
It's
really
a
safety
feature
at
the
entrance
of
all
of
the
elementary
schools
and
we're
going
to
upgrade
some
of
the
cafeterias
really
all
of
the
cafeterias.
Just
give
them
like
it's
more
Aesthetics
make
them.
You
know,
look
a
little
more
pleasing
for
the
students.
C
Then
we
have
the
American
Recovery
plan,
that's
16
and
a
half
million
dollars
and
that's
ventilation
upgrades
again.
That's
no
cost
to
the
community.
That's
Federal
money
that
we
received
during
the
pandemic.
So
if
we
add
that
all
together,
that's
81.5
million
dollars
in
in
construction
projects
that
are
going
on,
while
everything
else
in
the
district
is
going
on,
buildings
and
grounds
hasn't
stopped
operating.
This
is
all
in
addition
to.
C
So
those
were
our
major
projects,
so
our
big
ones.
We
have
smaller
projects
going
on
throughout
the
district
that
a
lot
of
them.
Our
guys
are
taking
care
of
we're
very
fortunate
to
have
talented
guys
on
staff
and
they're
really
doing
amazing
work
and
I
was
talking
to
one
the
other
day
and
I
was
just
saying
like.
It
must
be
such
a
good
feeling
to
walk
throughout
the
district
and
know
I
built.
That
I
did
that.
C
You
know
such
such
a
good
feeling,
and
some
of
these
were
bigger
projects
and
we
had
contractors
do
some
of
these
are
done
some
of
these
we're
still
doing
so.
We
know
we
put
the
interactive
boards
in
all
classrooms,
so
all
classrooms
have
projection
in
them.
Now
whether
it
was
an
Aqua
Sport
there,
if
they
were
the
the
original
version,
we
replaced
them.
If
not,
we
left
them
and
we
added
to
the
classrooms
that
didn't
have
laptops.
C
We
have
throughout
the
district,
the
teachers,
so
we
bought
a
tremendous
amount
of
laptops
and,
and
that
took
a
lot
of
work
with
RIT
Department
playgrounds.
They
popped
up
all
over
the
district.
It's
really
terrific
to
see
and
they're
beautiful,
not
at
the
high
school
high
school's
going
to
get
their
turf
field,
so
they
they're
getting
theirs
too.
C
We
did
parking
lots
and
walkways
some
of
these
are
done.
Some
of
them
aren't.
You
could
see
the
buildings
there
gym
floors.
We
did
I,
don't
know
six
or
seven
this
summer
and
we
have
more
coming
next
summer.
Some
are
complete
like
take
out
the
boards
and
some
are
sanding
and
a
recoating
repainting
of
all
the
lines
office.
Renovations
we're
doing
right
here
in
the
administration
building
we
did
the
Ross
guidance
suite
and
the
Ross
front
office.
We
did
some
office
Renovations
there.
Special
services
is
just
almost
completely
redone.
C
It's
amazing
the
work
we've
done
there,
North
Middle
School.
We
also
built
a
garden
Suite
there
in
a
conference
room.
We
have
a
sewing
classroom
coming
at
the
high
school
that'll,
be
for
the
second
semester
of
this
school
year.
So
that's
coming
in
January
or
February.
We
built
the
cosmetology
classroom
at
the
high
school.
We've
replaced
oil
tanks.
I
know
it's
not
as
exciting,
but
definitely
necessary.
We
no
longer
have
well
when
we're
done,
because
that's
in
progress
right
now,
we'll
no
longer
have
any
single
walled
tanks
within
the
district.
C
Those
were
very
old.
So
it's
going
to
be
double
walled
with
the
leak
detection,
so
we're
up
to
code.
Now
on
that
or
very
soon
we
will
be.
We
did
fencing
throughout
the
district.
We
did
or
are
doing
a
couple
of
bus,
canopies
I
saw
Gloria
here
before
so
we're
going
to
get
to
her
school
we're
going
to
put
it
back
up.
C
Okay,
this
weekend,
it's
going
to
start
this
weekend.
The
automotive
shop
is
getting
complete
new
tools,
new
cabinets,
some
of
that
has
come
in
already,
not
all
of
it.
Unfortunately,
due
to
covid
some
of
this
is
taking
longer
than
we'd
like
it
to.
We
have
a
dance
classroom
now
at
the
high
school,
we're
putting
water
bottle,
fillers
and
and
we're
replacing
water
fountains
with
the
bottle
fillers,
which
are
much
better
for
the
kids.
They
have
it
for
the
day.
C
And
the
staff
we
did
libraries
at
Ross
we're
still
waiting
for
the
furniture
There
Northeast
we
did
and
Laurel
we
did.
We
have
a
business
classroom
now
which
came
out
great
in
the
high
school
and
the
list
continues.
We
did
Windows
at
various
locations
or
are
in
the
in
the
process
of
doing
windows
in
various
locations.
We're
doing
window
actuators
in
the
gyms
and
what
that
is
is
like
an
electronic
crank
system,
so
we'll
be
able
to
open
Windows
like
this.
Just
to
get
some
ventilation
within
the
gems
polio
lecture
hole.
C
Seating
is
going
to
go
in
in
November
we're
going
to
change
out
all
the
seating
there.
We
are
going
to
get
that
freed
elevator
at
Ross
operating
again.
That
should
start
probably
later
this
year,
we're
going
to
see
LED
signs
a
lot
of
the
schools.
I
think
South
will
be
the
first
South
Middle
will
be
the
first
one
we
put
in
of
our
new
signs
we're
doing
office.
C
Hvac
upgrades
in
some
of
the
areas
where
we're
doing
the
construction
to
go
with
the
we're
going
to
get
rid
of
a
lot
of
the
window
units
and
go
with
the
much
more
electronically
friendly
unit
that
does
air
and
AC
or
Heaton
AC
sonderling
we're
going
to
get
an
electronic
scoreboard.
It's
going
to
be
really
neat
of
like
a
big
scoreboard.
It
I
guess
it's
a
scoreboard
I'm
like
a
video
board,
because
you
can
play
Clips
on
it.
C
What's
it
called
a
Jumbotron
yeah
yeah,
so
that
we
have
we're
just
we're
going
to
have
that
installed
very
soon,
wherever
we
did
parking
lots,
we're
doing
drainage
as
well.
We
had
a
lot
of
places
where
water
would
pool
and
we'd
have
to
go
pump
that
and
little
by
little
we're
getting
rid
of
all
of
those
areas.
As
we
do
the
Lots
we
did
cooling
racks
in
the
it
knock
network
operations
center.
C
So
we
have
about
half
of
our
servers
now
within
the
that
have
that
live-in,
cooling,
racks
and
we're
going
to
get
to
the
others
as
well.
The
pool
lighting
is
going
to
be
fixed.
That's
something
that
we've
struggled
with.
Finding
a
replacement
for
our
current
pool
lights,
but
we
think
we
have
the
solution
now.
C
The
problem
is,
is
it's
going
to
take
a
long
time
to
get
the
lights
and
then,
when
we,
when
we
go
to
install,
we
have
to
drain
the
pool
it's
a
whole
whole
process
and
it'll
probably
take
about
a
month
so
finding
the
time
to
do
that
where
we
could
shut
down
the
pool
for
a
month,
we're
probably
looking
at
the
summer.
Unfortunately,
we
did
flooring
all
over
home
at
kitchens
or
home
and
careers
kitchens
in
the
middle
schools.
We're
looking
at
upgrading
those
so
so
you'll
see
that
start
to
take
shape.
C
Pretty
soon
the
old
school
house
is
finally
getting
a
facelift
and
it's
we'll
secure
it
a
little
better
than
it
is,
and
that's
a
little
overdue,
but
we're
moving
on
that
the
foundation
will
be
poured
if
not
tomorrow,
probably
next
week,
interior
and
exterior
doors,
we
did
it
at
various
locations,
so
that
all
sounds
great.
But
a
picture
is
worth
a
thousand
words.
So
we'll
just
look
at
some
pictures
now,
so
this
is
hemlock.
You
could
see
on
the
left.
We
have
the
poles
up
for
the
fencing
and
then
on
the
bottom
right.
C
C
This
is
like
Rich's
favorite
machine,
because
it's
like
sucking
up
the
dust
as
it's
going.
So
it's
really
not
making
a
mess
so
yeah.
He
would
not
when
he
saw
it
in
person,
and
now
you
can
see
the
floors
how
they
turned
out
that
just
fabulous
yeah,
really
nice
middle
school
locker.
So
on
the
left,
we
have
them
pulled
out
in
the
middle
they're.
You
know
they're
in
place
they're
not
in
yet,
and
then
the
on
the
right
they're
in
place.
C
A
C
And
then
we
have
the
stock
ticker
on
the
right,
so
it
really
gives
the
kids
a
collaborative
place
to
work
like
you
would
in
a
business
setting.
So
it's
that's
a
great
space
now
playgrounds
on
the
left.
You
have
a
ninja
course
going
in
that's
at
the
Freshman
Center,
actually
it's
already
in,
but
that
was
while
it
was
being
worked
on
to
the
right.
We
have
the
Neptune
playground,
which
is
at
a
number
of
our
schools.
It
just
looks
beautiful.
C
Ross
front
office:
this
is
something
our
guys
did.
So
that's
when
it
was
in
progress.
We
actually
moved.
I
won't
see
my
there.
It
is
this
wall
we
move.
There
was
a
lot
more
space
over
here
like
two
more
windows.
If
you
could
measure
the
windows
and
we
built
three
guidance
counselors
office
on
the
other
side
of
this
wall,
then
we
took
there
was
an
office
like
right
over.
Here
we
took
that
office
out
to
make
room
for
the
front
office,
and
now
this
is
what
it
looks
like
completed.
C
This
was
right
before
school
started,
so
these
are
all
the
packets
for
the
kids
and
stuff,
but
but
the
ladies,
you
know,
they're
comfortable
they
fit
and-
and
it
made
room
for
the
guidance
counselors.
C
This
is
the
Ross
Library.
This
is
the
before
picture
over.
Here
we
got
rid
of
the
carpets,
you
can
see
the
floors,
redone
I,
think
the
poles
like
that
red
or
whatever
it
was
looks
a
lot
better.
Green
and
you'll
get
the
full
impact
when
we
have
the
furniture
there,
but,
like
I,
said
we're
just
we're
waiting
for
that.
But
I
think
that
came
out
great.
C
This
is
special
services.
Remember
that
red
in
the
front
with
the
weeds
growing.
Now
we
have
the
sliding
here.
It
just
looks
great.
This
was
actually
done
too.
All
the
cement
I
didn't
have
a
picture
with
that,
but
yeah
and
inside
you
wouldn't
believe
the
improvements
there
they're
just
they're,
they're,
wonderful,
and
that's
so
to
that
point.
Well,
we
didn't
do
the
siding
in-house.
We
had
somebody
do
that,
but
our
guys
did
just
about
all
of
the
Interior
up
to
that
point.
C
There's
some
things
we're
going
to
have
somebody
come
in
and
do
now
yeah
oil
tank
again,
not
not
very,
not
great
pictures,
but
you
can
see
a
big
hole
here
while
they're
building
this
playground
here
and
then
this
over
here
is
the
actual
tank.
This
is
a
little
cover
to
the
tank
to
fill
like
I.
Don't
know,
I
thought
it
was
a
good
picture
with
the
trucks
and
stuff.
Thank
you.
C
This
is
also
in
the
Ross
Library.
There
was
a
space
in
the
back
like
if
you
walked
in,
went
to
the
right
in
the
back,
where,
like
you,
could
see
out
to
the
windows,
we
closed
that
in
and
made
that
an
office
for
our
school
communication
AIDS,
where
they
can
help
the
students
with
the
laptop,
so
any
kind
of
laptop
need.
The
students
can
go
there
and
there's
somebody
there
to
help
them.
C
These
are
the
kitchens
that
we
built
at
the
middle
schools
for
this,
the
classes
that
we
have
in
there.
C
C
This
is
the
Northeast
Library,
so
that
was
before
they
moved
everything
back
in,
but
we
gutted
everything
we
we
redid
the
floor
and
they
have
their
furniture
and
everything
in
now.
These
are
the
water
bottle.
Fillers
that
we're
putting
in
throughout
the
district
I
think
what
we
do.
Two
per
middle
school
right
now,
we're
working
at
the
elementary
level.
B
C
This
is
our
dance
classroom,
inclusive,
it's
great
to
see
the
kids
using
it
and
enjoying
it's
also
good
for
them,
you
know,
makes
them
healthy
and
here's
our
old
school
house.
This
was
at
the
start
of
it
here
we
have
it
lifted
up.
So
we
can,
you
know,
kind
of
measure
out
a
foundation.
C
Obviously
we're
not
doing
this
and
I
I
can't
imagine
these
guys
walking
under
it
like
yeah,
it's
pretty
scary,
but
they
do
yeah,
and
here
it's
it's
in
a
position
now
where
they
lifted
it
off
they're,
going
to
pour
the
foundation
under
it.
So
that's
a
pretty
recent
picture.
C
This
is
our
field.
I
thought
I
had
better
pictures
of
this,
but
not
the
greatest,
but
still
it
it
just
lets.
You
know
you
know
what
we're
going
to
have
here.
So
the
bleachers
up
here,
the
home
bleachers
on
top
right
here,
I'm
gonna
seat
about
2
000
down
here,
we'll
have
about
it
seating
for
a
thousand
visitor
bleachers.
C
These
are
the
lights
that
you
have
here
and
you
can
see
it's
going
to
connect
to
like
this
will
be
the
main
entrance
like
a
ticket
booth
or
whatever,
but
a
main
entrance
to
come
in
this
will
be
a
pavilion,
a
seating
area
here,
there'll
be
like
tables
trees
here.
C
A
A
C
A
Just
want
to
thank
everyone
who
had
a
hand
in
all
of
these
improvements.
Mr
Cruz,
please,
please
thank
your
staff
for
us.
Let
them
know
how
much
we
appreciate
all
their
hard
work
past
and
present
and
future,
because
we
know
you
guys
have
a
lot
more
coming
so
I
mean
part
of
being
proud
of.
The
district
is
beautifying
it
where
people
feel
like
they're,
proud
of
where
they
are
and
and
this
you
know
we're
in
the
middle
of
Brentwood
literally,
so
you
know
that
sense
of
Pride
extends
from
the
school
building
out.
A
It's
always
nice
to
feel
like
it's
an
inviting
place.
It's
clean,
it's
nice
and
it's
representative
of
the
community.
So
thank
you
again.
Thank
you.
Stacy.
