A
Hi,
my
name
is
counselor
Marco
Julie,
chair
and
I'm,
the
mayor
of
brick,
Bank
and
I'd,
really
like
to
welcome
you
to
councils
new
way
of
communicating
through
our
e-newsletter,
we'll
be
bringing
you
news
about.
What's
happened
at
the
council
meetings
will
be
bringing
years
about
how
you
can
consult
with
us
about
what
you
would
like
to
see
in
our
municipality.
We'll
also
be
talking
to
you
about
festivals
in
the
area
that
you
can
attend
and
any
of
the
new
facilities
that
we
are
opening
as
well.
A
Council
held
its
first
formal
council
meeting
and
we're
pleased
to
say
that
councillors
have
now
engaged
in
a
new
portfolio
system
which
we
are
going
to
trial
for
one
year.
We
also
passed
a
draft
and
neighborhood
house
strategy
which
we
will
be
going
to
consultation
on,
and
we
also
passed
our
draft
and
volunteers
strategy,
which,
of
course,
we
will
also
be
consulting
on
with
the
draft
volunteers
strategy.
A
What
we're
asking
the
community
to
do
is
to
tell
us
about
what
they
would
like
to
see
us
do
in
the
governance
model,
and
it
is
quite
important
that
we
do
have
a
governance
model
around
our
volunteers,
because
it
does
actually
formalize
their
role.
So
that's
extremely
important
on
Sunday
the
4th
of
March.
We
will
be
introducing
our
ring
bank
CML
football
festival.
A
We
do
have
a
very
important
occasion
happening
on
that
day,
where
our
first
change
rooms
of
will
be
opened,
that's
over
at
Kiel
or
Park,
and
that
is
of
course
to
encourage
all
female
participation
in
sport
now
by
football.
I
do
mean
soccer,
so
it
is
the
real
support
and
we
certainly
look
forward
to
seeing
as
many
of
you
here
as
possible,
all
invited
to
come
along
and,
of
course,
we're
always
looking
for
feedback
from
our
community.
But
we
have
a
have
your
say
page
on
that.
Have
your
say
page.
