articles

day
together,

roughly
4000
stories
in
the
past
year
alone
that
helped
to
shape
our
nation's
opinions
and
people
still
wonder
how
racism
continues
to
grow
in
Australia.

New
Zealand
could

happened
here.

victims
faces,
we
see
in
the
media,
could

own
family's
faces
staring
back
at

we
do
to
live?
For

last
year,

possible
opportunities
for
a
community
forum
inviting
leaders
from
the
Australian
Muslim
community
and
the
Green
Bank
interfaith
network,
to
facilitate
a
community
conversation
to
continue
to
strengthen
multiculturalism
and
address
racial
prejudice.

need
this
now
more
than
ever.

silently
and
let
it
continue.

somebody
being
victimized,

of

from

concerns

the
community
broken
arms
around

buses
getting
stuck
at
station
strength
which
drove

and

ran

video

I

is

drivers
taking
dangerous
evasive
action
to
get
around
and
including
driving
around
the
moon
games.

that

event
and

campaign

June
last
year

we
went

crossings.

annoying

election

Victoria

understand

over
ninety
percent
of
Victoria's
curbside
recycling
is
currently
processed
by
three
recyclers,
who
largely
were
reliant
on
overseas
markets
to
support
their
business
model
model.
Last
year's
decision
by
China
to
change
its
national
sword
policy
to
restrict
the
importation
of
certain
recyclable
materials
into
China
has
placed
the
recycling
industry
under
extreme
pressure
and
some
would
say,
a
crisis
recently.

Victorian
Environment
Protection
Authority
issued
a
minor
works
pollution
abatement
notice
to
skm
recycling,
which
receives
about
half
of
Victoria's
curbside
recycling,
including
from
Council
across
three
sites.
The
notice
or
temporary
closure
of
its
can
recycling,
processing
facilities
and
it's
cooler,
route
and
Levitan
sites
and
councils
will
live
with
no
other
viable
option
than
to
send
recyclables
all
to
landfill
and

that

concern

our

systemic

with

current
provision

waste

resource
recovery
services

sector

with
a
strategy

long
term
planet,

Victorian
Government
through
the
municipal

landfill

has

balance

five
hundred
million
dollars
in

sustainability
fund.
