A
My
name
is
arlene
kwang
and
I've
been
an
employee
of
scope,
australia
for
55
years.
People
think
that
I'm
crazy,
but
still
working
at
78.
A
But
when
I
tell
people
that
I've
been
on
the
board
of
directors,
they're
surprised
when
I
tell
people
that
I'm
the
longest
serving
employee,
they're
surprised
and
if
I
can
carry
on
a
meaningful
and
purposeful
job
for
scope
I'll,
do
it
as
long
as
I
can,
and
the
whole
people's
attitude
to
people
with
disability
hasn't
really
changed.
That's
why
I've
been
involved
in
disability
awareness
for
different
groups
for
a
number
of
years.
A
All
plans
should
include
people
with
disability
and
if
they
can
get
meaningful
employment,
that's
good,
because
employment
gives
you
self-esteem
and
dignity,
and
it
makes
sure
that
you're
part
of
the
community
not
just
shut
away
to
be
supported
by
people.
You
can
support
other
people
along
the
way
and
people
regard
you
in
a
different
light.
A
People
living
within
brim
bank
lucky
that
the
council
are
looking
towards
making
their
lives
better.
I
would
appeal
to
everyone:
if
the
survey
comes
to
you
to
really
fill
it
out
and
think
about
what
you're
writing
down,
because
then
the
council
are
armed
with
more
ammunition
to
push
their
project
through
and
on
that
note,
I
think
it's
a
very
positive
project
to
enable
people
with
disabilities
to
advance
their.
