parking
near

high
school

encroaching

the
neighborhood
parking

focused

parking

University

it's
daytime
student
parking

started
a
transition
to
license
plate
reading,
prior
to
that
they
used
a
combination
of
stickers
and
hang
tags
and
they
are
still
in
transition.

they're
currently
have

hybrid
of
all
of
that,
but
they
are
moving
towards
license
plate
reading
and
they
use
a
company
that
provides
a
a
phone
app,
whether
it's
an
iPhone
or
an
Android
phone.
It
does
not
require
equipment
to
be
installed
on
a
particular
ular
police
vehicle.
It's
a
handheld,
app
handheld
phone
and
an
app
and
then
that
that
company
is
called
data
ticket.com
and
then
that
company
actually
issues
the
ticket.

call
them
conser
community
service
officers
that
are
assigned
to

parking
program
and
they

the
area.

they
also
allow
hang
tags,
as

as
for
guest
parking,

printed
piece
of
paper

those
cases
they
also
rely
on
the
neighbors
reporting
vehicles,
and
the
comment

me
was
that
for
the
most
part,
the
neighbors
know
everybody's
vehicle
on
their
block,

immediate

of
identify
very
quickly.
