a
photograph
is
powerful.
It
not
only
preserves
a
moment,
but
it
creates
connection.
Elicits
emotion,
educates
informs
and
gives
us
new
perspective.
It
can
inspire
change
and
motivate
people
into
action.
Paul

see,
while
also
bringing
awareness
to
the
importance
of
ecosystems
and
the
impact
of
global
issues
like
climate
change.
It's
this
combination
of
photography
and
environmental
awareness
that
has
earned
him
one
of
the
country's
highest
honors.
