Well,
some
of
us
are
experiencing
zoom
fatigue.
Many
women
are
embracing
the
technology
and
feeling
empowered
by
it.
While
many
companies
are
using
a
hybrid
model
of
working
where
employees
spend
part
of
their
time
working
from
home
and
part
in
the
office,
many
organizations
are
considering
keeping
large
meetings
online.

Future
forum

workers,
found
that
only
three
percent
of
black
workers
wanted
to
return
to
full-time
in-person
work
compared
with
21
percent
of
white
workers,
gene

states,
even
as
modern
organizations
are
challenged
by
attracting,
retaining
and
promoting
talented
employees,
they
under
utilize
one
major
source
of
available
talent,
women,
women
account

half

compose
only
a
third
of
senior
managers
and
a
fifth
of
c-suite
exec
executives.

Advancing
professionally
is
that
they
are
much
more
likely
than
men
to
prioritize
their
family
responsibilities
over
their
careers.
Honourable
speaker,
if
organizations
continue
to
offer
remote
work
opportunities
after
the
pandemic
is
over,
more
women
will
have
a
level
playing
field.
