Description
The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia
3rd Session
42nd Parliament
A
A
That
vision
was
realized
with
the
creation
of
the
big
little
science
center
and
over
the
last
22
years,
the
big
little
science
center
has
provided
educational
supports
and
and
classes
to
25
to
30
000
people
a
year
coming
through
in
summertime
programs,
the
school
district
with
programs
during
during
the
school
year
as
well.
It's
a
great
conduit
for
tru
science
students
as
well
as
school
district
teachers
that
are
training
as
well.
A
A
semi-permanent
location,
they've
had
struggles,
so
today
they
launched
their
newest
endeavor
to
fundraise,
which
is
a
50
50
raffle,
which
will
be
done
on
july,
4th
cut
off
on
july
3rd.
I
told
them.
I
would
try
to
let
the
house
be
made
aware
of
it.
It's
open
to
all
bc
residents
to
try
to
help
them,
provide
the
grades
program
and
supports
that
they
do
throughout
the
year
to
all
of
the
the
educational
needs
for
students
in
school
district
73..
A
This
raffle
they're,
not
short
on
marketing,
is
it's
called,
keep
your
eye
on
the
prize,
which,
of
course,
ion
is
spelt
ion
being
a
summer
raffle,
and
so
I
would
encourage
anyone
in
british
columbia
that
likes
to
see
science
flourish
with
our
youth
to
see
our
equivalent
of
the
the
science
world
in
kamloops
continue
to
be
able
to
flourish
the
way
they
have
and
to
continue.
Mr
gore's
legacy
of
such
a
vision,
22
years
in
the
making
to
please
keep
your
eye
on
the
prize
this
summer.
Thank
you,
mr
speaker.
