Speaker,
today,
I
Rise
to
remember
and
celebrate
the
life
of
Walter
P
Tarot,
one
of
Richmond's,
most
loved
surface
driven
and
inspirational
residents.
Water,
who
became
one
of
the
rcmp's
most
dedicated
volunteers,
passed
away
peacefully
in
his
care
home
facility.
A
few
weeks
ago.
Waterslide
was
full
of
remarkable
achievements
and
selfless
contributions
to
his
community.
A
In
1926
he
joined
the
Royal
Australian
Air
Force
at
just
16
years
old
after
the
second
world
war,
water
returned
to
Canada
and
joined
the
RCMP
in
1951,
where
he
had
a
long
and
distinguished
career
that
spent
over
two
decades.
He
was
also
heavily
involved
with
the
Royal
Canadian
Air
Cadets,
serving
as
the
commander
of
both
692
Air
Canada
and
655
Richmond
Air
Cadet
Squadron
in
2001
Walter
began
volunteering
at
Richmond
lcmp
and
for
more
than
20
years
he
locked
more
than
20
000
volunteer
hours,
promoting
Public
Safety
in
our
community.
A
His
contribution
to
the
RCMP
and
the
City
of
Richmond
was
second
to
none,
and
he
received
many
accolades
for
his
work,
including
a
solvent
medal
for
volunteers
and
a
lifetime.
Membership
award
from
the
Royal
Canadian
religion,
Waters
Legacy
lives
on
food
and
awesome,
Richmond
ause,
MP
staff
sergeant
Walter,
P,
Tyro,
Atrium
Museum,
which
is
dedicated
to
his
name
and
is
currently
being
developed.
Today
we
mourn
the
laws
of
water
tarot,
but
we
also
celebrate
his
life
and
many
contributions
he
made
to
the
community.
