A
C
Hello,
everyone
welcome
to
december
the
9th
of
december's
ordinary
council
meeting,
but
2020,
and
I
remind
everybody
that
this
council
meeting
is
being
live
streamed
by
youtube
and
recorded
and
published
online
via
facebook
to
those
present
in
the
meeting
by
participating
in
this
public
meeting.
You
are
consenting
to
your
image,
voice
and
comments
being
recorded
and
published
the
mayor
and
or
the
general
manager
have
the
authority
to
pause
the
live
stream.
C
No,
apologies,
I'm
sure
we've
only
got
council
all
gates,
probably
joining
us.
Now
I
think.
Okay,
can
I
ask
council
adams
to
say
the
prayer.
D
A
E
C
C
This
is
from
your
supplementary
agenda
number
one
and
it's
the
mayoral
minute
number
13
20
dated
december
4th,
and
this
is
the
broken
hill
to
adelaide
and
duracoach
service.
Now
counselors,
there
has
been
I'm
going
to
move
the
following
that
the
mayoral
minute
number
13-20
dated
december
4th
2020
bc
and
that
that
council
rights
to
the
minister
for
transport
minister
for
regional,
new,
south
wales
and
the
state
local
member
advocating
for
the
broken
hilton
juror
and
broken
him
to
adelaide
coach
service
to
be
made
permanent
now
councillors.
C
As
you're
aware,
this
has
been
raised
over
the
last
couple
of
months
and
now
just
can
thank
our
general
manager
for
his
advocacy
and
having
this
announcement
that
we
received
this
week
at
the
coach
service
has
been
reinstated
up
until
the
23rd
of
december.
There
will
be
a
break
afterwards.
They,
the
government
minister,
chile
cited
kobe,
was
the
reason,
but
we
still
haven't,
had
a
confirmation
that
is
a
permanent
transport
system.
We've
asked
for
this
before,
because
it
was
on
trip.
C
C
Thank
you,
councillor,
adams.
Is
there
any
debate.
C
Against
declared
that
carried,
thank
you
unanimous
vote.
We
move
to
item
eight
notice
of
motion
for
which
we
have
nil
item.
Nine
is
precision
motion
for
which
we
have
neil
we'll
move
to
item
10
reports
from
delegates.
This
is
item.
One
reports
from
delegates
number
one
slash
pointy.
They
attendance
at
the
mining
and
energy
related
council
ordinarian
annual
general
meeting
held
27th
of
november
councillor.
C
F
F
The
there's
quite
a
lot
of
pages
here.
What
I'd
like
to
do
is
just
direct
you
to
the
most
important
aspects
of
the
meeting,
which
was
the
fact
that
it
was
our
agm
that
all
positions
were
filled.
F
It
was
actually
our
first
meeting
back
after
some
restrictions
eased
around
covid,
so
it
was
a
hybrid
model
where
some
people
were
there
in
person
and
some
by
zoom,
and
that
will
continue
for
the
foreseeable
future
with
all
executives
by
zoom,
in
order
to
save
travel,
cost
and
expedite
the
process
of
the
meetings
so
that
they
can
be
held
well
in
advance
and
then
minutes
circulated
as
part
of
the
papers
for
the
ordinary
meeting.
It
was
interesting
to
hear
the
different
speakers.
F
I
refer
councillors
who
are
interested
towards
the
end
of
the
papers.
There's
a
map
of
coal
exploration
zones,
and
one
of
the
things
that
was
quite
surprising
is
that
less
than
10
of
the
coal
area
or
coal
containing
area
in
new
south
wales
is
actually
the
subject
of
mining
or
exploration
and
that
in
fact,
last
year
one
license
was
refused
on
the
basis
of
climate
change
and
emissions
and
so
on
social
responsibility.
So
things
don't
all
go
well
for
thermal
coal.
It
is
a
sunset
industry.
F
It's
still
going
to
keep
going
for
20
30
years,
but
but
the
the
future
for
metalliferous
coal
that
used
for
smelting
is
quite
a
bit
longer.
F
We
did
have
the
member
for
barwin
roy
butler
speak
to
us
about
his
position
on
coal
seam
gas,
as
per
when
he
was
elected
and
very
similar
to
the
labor
position,
not
keen,
especially
as
it
involves
drilling
down
through
aquifers
pumping
out
a
whole
lot
of
water,
both
saline
and
good
water
in
order
to
frack
get
the
gas
out
and
then
possible
contamination,
definite
lowering
of
the
water
table,
definite
problems
with
surface
and
groundwater
for
surrounding
farms
and
so
on.
F
So
hence
his
position
and
and
that's
echoes
the
position
of
a
labor
member
who
spoke
to
us
previous
february.
I
guess
some
of
the
more
interesting
things
from
our
perspective
would
include
the
changes
to
the
mining
rates,
or
at
least
the
ipad
recommendation
34,
which
could
result
in
less
mine
rates
and
more
pressure
on
either
business
or
residential.
I'd
be
happy
to
take
any
questions
about
that
at
the
appropriate
time.
Madam
mayor,
because
I've
obtained
a
little
bit
more
information
since
thank
you.
C
With
the
ipad
determination
on
broken
hill,
do
you
know
in
terms.
F
Of
yes,
I
I
took
the
liberty,
after
the
meeting
of
speaking
with
our
chief
financial
officer
and
current
acting
gm.
C
F
Beg
your
pardon,
our
current
chief
financial
officer,
jane
and
kibble,
and
he
estimated
the
impact
on
broken
hill
should
short.
This
change,
the
ipad
recommendation
34
be
implemented,
would
amount
to
around
three
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
dollars
per
annum.
F
F
Okay
in
comparison
to
some
of
the
other
councils,
blainey
would
be
affected
to
the
tune
of
1.6
million
lachlan
1.2,
not
quite
sure
about
cobar
cobar
is
heavily
reliant
with
42
percent
of
their
rates
coming
from
mainz,
however,
an
outlier
to
that
would
be
singleton
who's.
My
singleton
shires
mining
rate
is
actually
lower
than
their
business
rate,
and
they
would
actually
potentially
be
better
off,
but
they
are
among
a
few.
C
C
I
declared
that
carried.
Thank
you.
Councillors,
synonymous
move
to
item
11
reports
item.
One
is
correspondence:
2021
local
government
election.
This
is
from
the
minister
as
you're
all
aware.
The
minister
shelly
hancock
has
had
postponed
our
elections
for
2020,
and
so
this
is
stating
that
the
elections
will
happen
next
year.
The
issue
for
most
councils
is,
if
they're
concerned
about
being
postal
voting,
so
it
won't
be
mandatory
postal
voting.
So
do
I
have
a
mover
for
this
motion.
C
G
I
think
if
this
is
coming
from
the
new
south
wales,
local
government,
madam
mayor
and
it
affects
all
councils,
it's
not
just
going
to
be
us,
then
I
think
that
it's
that
it's
pretty
clear
that
this
is
going
to
be
the
accepted
practice.
C
I
know
and
my
thanks
to
local
government
new
south
wales
for
lobbying
for
this
speakers
against
councillor
kennedy.
H
A
H
Of
your
reasons,
I
moved
the
motion
because,
as
everyone
understands
covert
restrictions
are
going
back
at
the
moment,
there's
no
guarantee
as
to
what,
as
we
get
towards
september
next
year,
that
covert
will
not
be
a
problem
again
and
we're
in
the
situation
where
we'll
have
to
have
an
election
in
september
and
it
will
could
be
forced
postal
and,
what's
quite
obvious
to
all
councillors
at
the
moment,
is
we're
all
councillors
on
our
council,
particularly,
we
do
not
want
a
postal
system,
so
I
think
we
need
to
ensure
the
minister
understands
that
we
should
hold
elections.
C
Thank
you
councillor.
The
council
has
given
councillor
kennedy's
explanation
notwithstanding
that
anything
else
is
anybody
wanting
to
second,
this
motion.
C
No
sorry,
councillor
kennedy-
I
personally
will
take
this
up
with
local
government
new
south
wales
and
see
if
there's
other
dates,
but
the
motion
lapse
so
we'll
go
back
to
the
motion
that
is
by
councillor
clark,
councillor
clark,
do
you
want
to
write
a
reply.
G
No,
I
think
it's
quite
clear,
madam
there,
what
is
put
there,
that
they
have,
that
they
are
simply
talking
about
the
method
of
the
election
and
they
are
not
talking
about
a
different
date
for
the
election.
I
don't
think
it
would
matter
what
date
you
pick
for
the
election.
It's
like
anything
else
when
you
are
trying
to
plan
for
something
now
you
keep
your
fingers
crossed.
That
covet
is
not
going
to
rear
its
head
with
a
second
third
fourth
wave.
It
could
come
at
any
time
or
it
could
not
come
at
all.
G
So
I
think
that
this
motion
is
dealing
with
the
method
of
the.
C
C
You
know
we've
seen.
Yes,
we
lost
okay,
I'll
call
the
vote
cancer
info,
the
council
of
cool
councillor
gallagher,
councillor
clark,
councillor
brown,
councillor
adams,
councillor
paige
and
I
said
councillor
nolan
near
cherry
against
councillor
kennedy.
Thank
you
councillors.
I
declare
the
motion
carried
item.

of
the
return
of
council
meeting

in
council
chambers
page

E
D
H
H
C
H
I
moved
this
even
though
there's
no
meetings
for
actually
in
the
date
from
this
state
until
the
february
meeting,
as
is,
was
made
clear
at
last
last
month's
meeting.
That
council
may
hold
extraordinary
meetings
or
emergency
meetings
between
this
state
and
the
february
meeting,
and
if
we've
all
decided
that
we
are
prepared
to
go
back
to
face-to-face
meetings,
and
it
should
be
from
this
state
onwards,
even
though
there
may
not
be
any.
There
may
well
be.
Thank
you.
Madame.
C
No
second
is
sorry:
counselor
kennedy
we'll
go
back
to
the
motion.
Councillor
kennedy.
C
H
Yes,
I
speak
against.
This
is
still
two
months
away
over
two
months
away
that
we're
talking
about
going
back
to
face-to-face
meetings.
As
I
said,
there's
no
scheduled
meetings
between
that
date,
but
there's
no
reason
that
the
councillors
from
this
point
on
should
be
not
meeting
face-to-face.
If
we
can
do
it
in
february
or
february,
the
24th
there's
no
reason
that
we
can't
include
face-to-face
meetings
so
that
the
public
have
have
good
representation
from
councillors
most
councillors
in
june
or
july.
This
year
said
they
were
prepared
to
go
back
to
face-to-face
meetings.
H
This,
in
my
opinion,
is
really
sends
a
message
to
the
community
that
counselors
aren't
interested
in
their
thoughts
or
community,
and
we
are
quite
happy
to
continue
with
zoom
meetings,
and
it
may
happen
in
february
that
we
get
a
few
cases
and
we'll
be
going
along
for
another
six
or
eight
months
with
zoom
meetings
and
zoom
meetings.
Only,
I
think
it's
very
disappointing
and
the
many
people
that
I
speak
to
in
the
community
are
considerably
disappointed
with
the
way
council
has
had
they've
handled
their
meetings
since
the
covert
outbreak.
Thank
you.
Madam
mayor.
I
The
motion
yes,
madam
mayor,
for
practical
reasons.
More
than
anything
else,
I
have
some
sympathy
with
the
view
that
I
think
we're
all
fairly
impatient
to
get
back
into
the
chamber,
but,
as
I
understand
it,
we
haven't
yet.
The
regulation
hasn't
yet
been
been
published
to
allow
us
to
hold
hybrid
meetings,
and
I'm
really
just
thinking
of
the
the
difficulty
for
for
council
to
to
manage
this
process
sort
of
over
christmas
over
over
january.
I
When
I
imagine,
a
lot
of
staff
will
be
on
leave
and
so
on.
So
well,
you
know,
while
I'm
in
sympathy
with
the
the
sense
of
the
motion,
I
would
vote
against.
Well,
I
I
would
support
the
support,
the
the
recommendation,
just
for
those
of
the
reasons
of
ease
of
implementation.
C
C
Against
against

then
shirley,
the
motions
carry
thank
you
and
we
need
to
have
with
a
hybrid
model.
We
need
to
be
very
careful.
I
don't
miss
anybody,
but
they
can't
attend
item.

C
Do
I
have
a
mover
for
this
be
by
councillor
adams,
seconder,
councillor
brown,
council
adams?
Would
you
like
to
speak
to
this
motion.
A
H
Thank
you,
madam
mayor.
I
wouldn't
normally
speak
against
this
motion,
but
I
am
going
to
speak
against
it.
We
at
the
same
time
have
zoom
meetings
in
broken
hill
to
for
our
standard
meetings.
Yet
councils
have
regularly
gone
on
on
conferences
going
away
and
met
with
people.
Many
many
people
at
these
conferences.
Yet
in
broken
hill
we
cannot
until
february
have
a
meeting
february.
24Th
councillors
stopped
them
all
over.
This
period
have
voted
to
stop
them
over
this
period.
H
B
With
these
conferences,
matt
and
me,
you
meet
a
lot
of
people,
not
only
meet
a
lot
of
people.
You
get
the
chance
to
find
out
what
councils
are
doing
all
over
australia,
so
you
know
their
their
achievements
and
the
way
they
do
things
you
go
through
a
learning
curve.
When
you
talk
to
all
those
mayors
and
council
laws
and
it's
an
opportunity
to
find
out
how
well
other
locations
are
doing
it,
it
motivates
the
people
to
you
know
either
adopt
what
they're
doing
or
do
something
similar
for
your
town.
B
So
I
think
it's
quite
a
good
opportunity
to
find
out
what
the
rest
of
australia
is
doing.
So
I
support
the
motion.
C
G
G
I
was
just
going
to
comment
that
the
recent
conference
that
was
held
here
in
broken
hill
by
the
local
government
was
by
zoom
and
no
councillors.
As
far
as
I'm
aware
went
away
to
it.
That's
okay,.
C
Thank
you,
that's
correct,
yeah.
That
is
correct.
We
all
participated
via
soon,
so
attendance
doesn't
mean
you'll,
be
in
person
and
it
does
mean
you'll
be
participating.
A
very
good
point.
Thank
you
and
I'll
put
the
motion,
all
those
in
favor
against
I'll
call.
The
motion
in
favor
mayor
charlie,
councillor
adams,
councillor
brown,
councillor
clark,
councillor
gallagher,
councilman
cool
councillor,
nolan
councillor
page
against
councillor
kennedy.
Thank
you.
Councillors.
Good
debate,
move
to
item
four
breaking
the
city
council
report
number
168-20,
page
96.
C
I
think
we
have
council,
all
gate
has
joined
us
council
all
gate,
we're
up
to
item
four.
The
broken
hill
city
council
report,
one
six,
eight
there's
this
council
I'll
go.
Yes,
yes,
168
the
draft
agency
information
guide.
Councillor
brown
has
moved
that
way
and
councillor
nolan
has
second
the
motion
councillor.
Do
you
want
to
speak
to
the
motion.
C
C
Secondary
council
gallagher,
thank
you
councillor.
Gallagher,
council
of
knowledge,
will
speak
to
the
motion.
F
As
I'm
sure
you've
heard
from
my
fellow
counselor
on
the
audit
and
risk
improvement
committee
on
previous
occasions,
the
great
work
that
audit
and
risk
improvement
committee
does,
in
terms
of
transparency,
improvement
to
our
functions
and
procedures,
keeping
abreast
of
whs
and
also
corporate
risk,
so
risk
to
people
risk
to
reputation,
risk
financially
the
whole
gamut.
F
So
it's
no
small
thing,
and
I
take
my
hat
off
to
councillor
gallagher
and
also
you,
madam
mayor
and
and
our
chair,
and
all
those
that
are
involved
and
invite
and
recommend
other
councillors
to
attend.
On
occasions
I
know
councillor
clark
has
and
wanted
to
say
that
we
actually
had
two
meetings
this
month
due
to
the
fact
that
it
was
ordered-
and
we
did
quite
well
in
the
audit-
an
improvement
on
previous
years.
F
None
of
us
are
perfect,
there's
a
couple
of
small
areas
of
improvement
and
overall,
though
we're
heading
in
the
right
direction
and
and
and
most
importantly,
in
a
transparent
way.
Thank
you,
madam.
C
C
And
against
in
favor
is
mere
chirly
councillor
brown,
council,
orga,
council
adams,
councillor
clark,
councillor
gallagher,
council
of
court,
councillor
nolan,
councillor
paige
against
councillor
kennedy.
Thank
you!
That's
carrie,
canceler!
I
just
realized.
You
should
have
commented
on
the
comments
made
of
the
audit
of
careful
expenses.
C
F
I
always
read
our
action
list
with
interest
because
that's
really
where
the
the
rubber
hits
the
road
is,
that's
where
we
see
how
our
recommendations
are
being
implemented
and
when,
of
course,
they're
complete.
So
it
was
really
good
to
see
so
many
items
in
green,
which
means
they're,
completed
and
and
then
we
move
on.
I
have
a
comment
or
two
more
of
a
question
actually,
in
regards
to
the
north
mine
hall,
lease
has
been
held
up
for
a
while.
F
It
is
unfortunate
that
the
new
tenants
misplaced
the
these
transfer
documents,
not
our
fault.
We
did
our
best
and
I
understand
that
we're
in
the
process
of
negotiating
a
new
lease
so
that
a
report
can
be
presented
to
council.
We
we're
advised
of
that
in
july.
F
Speaker,
pardon
mr
jim.
J
It's
not
recognizable
to
you
in
the
report
in
front
of
you.
F
F
F

regards
the
north
mine
hall,
lease.
J
F
Thank
you,
mr
jam,
through
amanda
mayer.
I
might
also
say
that
I'm
particularly
pleased
to
on
page
143
to
see
where
the
status
of
each
dot
point
progress
in
the
in
a
resolution
was
noted
and
that
they
completion
of
the
angle
parking
on
gypsum
street
is
green
and
just
waiting
on
the
rest.
That
is
the
pinnacle
of
a
progress
update
and
thank
you.
H
Thank
you,
madam
mayor,
just
a
question
and
it's
to
do
with
the
traffic
matter,
and
it's
probably
one
for
councillor
brown.
If
she
could
follow
up
at
some
stage.
A
couple
of
people
have
spoken
to
me
about
the
90
kilometer
per
hour,
signs
that
should
be
on
the
silverton
road
as
they
leave
leave
town.
If
councillor
brown
could
at
some
stage
just
have
a
look
at
that
at
the
next
traffic
committee
and
I'll
bring
bring
this
question
up
here
as
well.
H
Another
one
that
was
brought
up
is
the
berkward
oval
and
the
dry
weeds
that
are
on
it
and
it's
a
bit
of
an
urgency
they're
worried
about
a
potential
for
a
grass
fire
on
that
on
that
oval.
Thank
you,
madam.
C
Okay,
thank
you
councillor,
councillor
brown.
You
had
your
hand
up
at
one
stage
as
well.
I
I
think
I
might
have
just
been
trying
to
think
that
there's
nothing,
but
I
can
make
a
comment
about
this.
I'll,
certainly
take
that
that
the
issue
of
the
speed
along
the
the
silverton
road
on
the
the
the
section
closer
to
town
has
been
an
issue
for
a
while
has
been.
You
know,
fairly
thoroughly
discussed
but
I'll
I'll
erase
that
I
think
that
could
be
an
rms
thing
on
the
on
the
silverton
road.
I
But
we
can
have
a
look,
we're
actually
going
out
before
the
next
meeting
for
a
a
site
visit
which
is
really
good
to
have
a
look
at
some
of
these.
Some
of
these.
I
Requests
that
have
come
up
in
the
last
few
months,
so
I
might
that
might
be
a
good
opportunity
to
have
a
look
at
that
or
to
to
certainly
to
talk
about
it
with
the
rms
people.
So
yeah
I've
made
a
note
of
it
I'll
follow
it
up.
C
Thank
you,
councillor
brown
councillor,
adams,.
D
Madame
talking
rms,
the
sign
of
the
corner
of
the
roundabout
of
caitlin
and
williamsburg,
the
signs
have
been
knocked
down.
Is
that
rms?
Is
that
an
rms
we'll
take.
C
C
Thank
you.
It's
unanimous
vote.
Thank
you.
Councillors
move
to
supplementary
reports.
Supplementary
agenda
number
one
item:
two
broken
hill
city
council
report
number
one:
seven,
eight,
five,
twenty
page
five.
This
is
correspondence
report
for
the
government
cover
19
stimulus
package.
Do
I
have
a
mover?
This
is
correspondence
from
a
young
walmart
culture.
Mp,
moved
by
council,
nolan
seconder.
C
F
No,
I
beg
your
pardon
I'm
having
a
little
bit
of
trouble
with
the
audio
I'll
I'll
hold
fire
on
that
and
and
let
someone
else
move
this
one.
C
Okay,
cancer
adams
you're
happy
to
move
it.
Okay
and
a
second
counselor
clark.
You
happy
to
be
the
seconder.
Yes,
thank
you,
okay!
Okay,
do
you
want
to
speak
to.
D
C
C
Our
declared
carriage
unanimous
thank
you
councillors,
move
to
item
three
report
number
one:
seven,
nine
slash
twenty
page,
eight,
the
investment
report
for
november.
Do
I
have
a
mover.
F
Oh,
thank
you,
madam
mayor.
It
was
gratifying
to
see
our
investment
return
come
up
in
november
to
5,
and
it's
one
of
those
things
where
sometimes
you've
got
to
ride
things
out
and
wait
for
the
market
to
turn
it's.
It's
surprised
all
of
us
how
quickly
the
market
is
turning
and
now
that
we're
getting
into
covid
normal.
I
did
have
a
question,
though,
for
jay
in
relation
to
the
graphs.
Is
this
a
good
time.
F
I'll
just
move
to
that.
F
Okay,
on.
F
In
the
in
the
report
itself,
it
speaks
of
that
five
percent
improvement
and
that's
consistent
with
the
graph
on
page
15,
where
we
should
see
a
bit
of
an
uptick.
But
then,
when
we
move
back
to
the
graph
on
page
12,
we're
still
in
negative
territory
and
not
not
trending
upwards,
and
I
was
wondering
if,
if
jay
would
be
able
to
answer
that.
J
Thanks
madame
just
grabbing
the
pages
counselor
nolan,
but
I
think
very
quickly.
It
would
be
with
one
graphic,
showing
the
progress
over
those
months
as
in
real
terms,
eight
percentage
percentage
each
month
and
the
one
that's
still
showing
in
the
negative
is
the
accumulation
across
the
full
12
months.
So
the
way
we
why
we
write
this
report
is
that
we
show
the
investment
return
for
that
particular
month.
J
But
then
we
also
show
the
investment
return
on
a
rolling
12
month,
average
against
the
bank
bill
benchmark
and
because
we
had
such
a
bad
period.
During
february
march
and
april,
the
rolling
12
month
average
still
hasn't
quite
reached
the
bank
bill
benchmark,
which
is
our
ratio,
so
we're
meeting
on
a
monthly
basis,
and
we
have
from
about
july,
but
because
it
was
so
bad
in
march
and
april
on
that
roll
in
12
months.
We're
still
not
quite
there.
C
Okay,
there's
no
further
debate
I'll
put
the
motion,
all
those
in
favor.
C
C
Unanimous
vote.
Thank
you.
Councillors
move

national

Do
I
have
a
mover
for
this.
C
C
We
have
a
motion
and
I
have
a
mover
for
the
motion:
cancel
atom
secondary.
That's
the
ground
debate,
no
debate
I'll,
put
the
motion,
all
those
in
favor
against
I'll
call.
The
motion.

We

Are
you
moving
that
way.
C
I
C
C
Second,
counselor
clerk.
H
Thank
you,
madam
mayor.
Yes,
just
on
the
question
about
the
combination
of
vouchers,
the
reason
I
think
it
was
a
bit
lost
in
interpretation.
What
I
was
talking
about.
I
was
talking
about
only
this
two
year
period
because
of
the
coronavis
corona
virus
restrictions
that
were
implemented
at
the
dump,
which
meant
that
the
dump
was
closed
on
weekends
end
early
during
weekdays,
and
many
people
were
unable
to
use
the
tip
facility
as
they
normally
would
be
able
to.
C
Thank
you
unanimous
vote.
Thank
you.
Everyone
questions
for
next
meeting
arising
from
items
they've
been
captured
during
the
leading.
Are
there
any
other
questions
relating
to
today's
agenda.
F
Yes,
thank
you,
madam
mayor.
I
just
have
two
questions.
We
increased
the
budget
for
the
visitor
information
center
some
few
council
meetings
ago
to
allow
for
the
employment
of
casual
staff,
so
the
vic
hours
could
be
increased,
yet
it
was
reported
in
the
bdt
just
last
week
that
the
vic
is
still
closed
on
weekends.
J
Well,
we've
been
undertaking
a
recruitment
process,
so
that's
now
all
but
finalized.
I
think
so.
The
plan
is
this:.
C
A
F
Did
I'm
just
getting
the
mutant
the
video
correct?
F
The
second
question
I
had
was
that
it
was
also
reported
in
the
same
bdt
that
our
archives
are
still
closed,
there's
no
qualified
archivist
and
that
the
archive
volunteer
team
are
in
recess,
in
fact,
not
welcome
to
go
up
the
stairs
to
the
archives,
so
the
three
questions
arising
from
that
would
be:
when
will
we
recruit
for
a
qualified
archivist?
F
When
will
we
reopen
the
archives
under
covet
normal
rules
and
when
will
any
of
the
archive
volunteers
be
allowed
back
in?
Thank.
F
G
Okay,
madame,
I
was
just
going
to
ask
a
question
around
the
national
assembly
there,
the
one
that
was
cancelled
this
year
had
a
motion
put
forward
regarding
renewable
energy
and
the
capacity
of
the
network
grid
to
carry
our
renewable
energy.
I
know
that
it
was
forwarded
on.
I
did
receive
the
general
manager's
communication
on
that.
I'm
just
wondering
when
we
might
expect
a
response.
