See
if
more
people
join
I
know
there
was
some
interest
from
some
of
the
merchants
did
here
about
the
dsmi
portion,
so
give
them
a
little
chance
to
join,
if
not,
hopefully,
they're
watching
it
on
on
YouTube
and
the
live
stream.
B
B
D
B
E
B
A
Okay,
good
evening,
everyone,
my
name,
is
Dwayne
Joseph
I
am
here
with
my
colleague
Barton
present.
We
are
the
co-chairs
of
the
Brooklyn
Community
award,
14's
Community
environment,
cultural
Affairs
and
the
economic
development
committee.
A
A
What
are
those
the
new
regulations
around
placing
refuse
outside,
and
we
will
have
a
brief
discussion
around
a
topic
that
was
very
engaging
and
robust
from
our
last
meeting,
the
the
efforts
from
DC
dcwp,
the
department
of
work,
the
consumer
and
worker
protection.
These
acronyms
add
from
our
colleague
Edson,
who
is
a
fellow
board
member
but
also
I,
believe
the
Outreach
director
of
Outreach
of
Brooklyn
I
might
have
screwed
up
your
title
there
Ed.
A
Forgive
me
if
you
have
please
correct
me
when
the
time
comes
so
folks,
Let's
get
started,
I'll
like
to
introduce
our
first
guest
presenter,
Joanne
Burns
daily
from
the
Department
of
Sanitation
Joanne.
Please
feel
free
to
you
know,
start
your
presentation
at
any
point.
F
F
If
I
remember
correctly
at
our
last
presentation,
there
was
some
confusion
on
whether
or
not
it
applied
to
recycling
it
does
so
after
6
PM,
you
can
set
it
out
in
a
container
of
55,
gallons
or
less
with
a
secure
lid.
The
lid
can
be
a
flip
top
lid.
It
can
be
something
that's
not
connected
as
long
as
it's
securely,
you
know
goes
on
top
of
the
container.
F
If
you
don't
want
to
use
a
container,
you
can
set
out
after
8
pm,
so
6
p.m.
In
a
container
8
PM,
if
you're
putting
things
in
a
bag
at
the
curb
there
is
an
alternative
set
out
time,
where
buildings
with
nine
or
more
units
can
opt
in
each
year
to
set
out
their
waste
between
4,
AM
and
7.
Am
the
applications
are
accepted
in
January
each
year
we
did
accept
applications
this
January
and
we'll
do
so.
Each
year,
January
will
accept
the
applications.
F
The
website
is
nyc.gov
multi-unit
set
out,
so
you
can
read
more
about
the
details
there
now
and
then,
when
the
application
period
opens
again
in
January.
That
will
be
there
as
well.
F
Businesses,
the
police
waste
at
the
curb,
have
two
options.
Also,
it
also
applies
to
their
trash,
Recycling
and
composting
and
similarly
to
businesses.
Similarly,
for
businesses
to
Residents,
they
can
do
one
hour
before
closing
if
they're,
using
a
container
with
a
secure
lid
or
after
8
PM,
if
they're
putting
bags
directly
on
the
curb.
F
F
A
A
A
So
thank
you
very
much
for
joining
and
I
appreciate
your
patience
with
this.
Does
I'm
looking
at
board
members.
Do
any
board
members
have
questions
for
Joan
I
see
Steve
go
when
you
have
your
hand
raised.
G
Thanks
thanks,
Dwayne
I
was
just
I
was
just
curious
if
the
enforcement
is
only
on
the
front
end,
if
it's
only
the
when,
when
folks
are
putting
out
their
trash
like
if
they're
putting
it
out
too
early
or
are
you
also
are
you
planning
on
enforcing
the
back
end
as
well
like
if
I
I,.
H
A
Right,
thank
you
for
that
question.
Steve
I
hope
that
answered
your
question
next
I
see
here:
Eric
Eric,
you
have
a
question
followed
by
Barton.
I
Yes,
hi
good
evening.
Thank
you
for
your
presentation.
Sorry,
if
this
background
noise
here
Curious
how
these
new
policies
apply
to
school
schools.
F
A
All
right
isn't
that
interesting
and
that's
good
to
know.
Why
didn't
you
still
have
a
question,
so
you
lowered
your
hand,
yeah.
C
Actually,
I've
got
a
few,
but
I'll
just
start
with
the
first
one,
which
is
someone
had
raised
at
the
last
meeting
that
there
are
certain
religious
exemptions
that
might
be
allowed.
You
know,
depending
on
what
the
hours
are
and
I
heard,
you'd
say
that
you've
been
in
touch
with
various
Community
organizations,
wondering
if
that
had
been
one
of
the
the
sort
of
tax
and
contacting
the
communities.
C
C
J
Thank
you,
I
have
if
I
may,
just
just
Charming,
just
very
quickly
yeah.
Can
you
just
introduce
yourself
please?
Yes,
my
name
is
I'm
from
dsny
I
work
with
Joan.
Yes,
so
to
your
question,
sir
I
I
think,
let's
take
that
back
June
and
let's
kind
of
run
it
up
the
chain
because
I
think
it's
a
very
interesting
question
to
to
look
into.
So
let's
do
that
and
hopefully
see
where
this
leads.
If
that's
okay
with
yourself.
A
F
A
Sorry
so
excuse
me
I
misread
the
slide.
Then
we
have
a
question
from
our
chair:
Joanne
Brown.
K
Hello,
thank
you
very
much
for
your
presentation
and
thanks
for
coming
back
just
to
clarify
a
lot
of
the
you
know
items
that
our
community
needed.
Some.
You
know
solidity
around.
So
my
first
question
is:
when
do
containers
for
residential
buildings
have
to
be
brought
back
into
the
building.
I
saw
that
there
was
a
a
sort
of
set
time
for
commercial
containers.
When
do
the
containers
have
to
be
brought
in
for
residential
buildings.
F
K
So,
if
we're
putting
out
our
trash
at
6
p.m,
and
it
has
to
be
out
between
6
p.m
and
midnight
for
pickup,
then
our
containers
have
to
be
out
by
nine
PM
back
into
our
resident
by
9
pm
the
next
day.
That
is
the
rule.
Okay.
Thank
you.
My
second
question
is
about
this
application
for
buildings
that
are
over
nine
plus
units.
K
I'll
just
use
myself
anecdotally.
We
didn't
know
anything
about
an
application
to
have
a
collection
between
4
AM
and
7
A.M.
Can
you
tell
me
how
information
about
this
application
was
disseminated
because
I
know
particularly
for
our
super
that
would
work
better
and
then
also
just
as
you're
providing
a
grace
period
for
ticketing?
I
would
hope
that
you
would
provide
a
grace
period
for
these
applications
for
early
collection.
F
So
phone
calls
were
made
to
all
the
buildings
in
the
city.
Now
we
had
a
big
Outreach
effort
to
make
those
phone
calls.
I
can
take
back
the
idea
of
a
grace
period
on
the
applications
as
well.
That.
K
Would
be
greatly
appreciated,
I
think
that
there
are
a
lot
of
buildings
in
this
District
that
actually
miss
that
application,
and
it
would
work
better
and
I
just
want
to
point
out
that,
with
regards
to
Union
staff
that
are
working
in
buildings,
they
likely
have
an
earlier
call
time
that
on
later
call
time
and
I
know
many
of
these
Union
buildings
would
prefer
that
the
trash
we
brought
out
earlier
than
later
to
avoid
you
know,
differential
fees.
K
A
I
want
to
Sean,
you
had
your
hand
up,
but
I
want
to
get
a
question
that
Musa
Hasoon
had
in
the
chat
a
question
about
the
enforcement.
Is
it
available
via
3-1-1
reporting.
F
So
you
could
file
a
3-1-1
complaint,
I
guess,
but
no
we'll
be
going
out
and
doing
enforcement
based
off
of
no
not
necessarily
off
of
a
3-1-1
report.
We
do.
There
are
enforcement
agents
that
would
go
out
and
and
enforce
this
separate
from
311
service
requests.
L
B
A
few
questions
for
clarification,
first
of
all,
is
sand.
Worker
schedules
going
to
change.
Are
they
going
to
be
working
on
midnights?
Are
there
going
to
be
more
midnight,
pickups
and
and
also
hyperboomy
nice
to
meet
you
or
or
being
on
five
to
ones
in
such
a
six
to
twos?
That's
my
first
question
because
then
there
would
also
be
a
night
pay
differential.
F
B
But
okay,
they
don't
know
at
the
garage
yet
either
and
it's
next
week
the
the
and
I
just
want
to
I
just
want
to
State
too
that
that
the
Midnight
Collection
in
a
district
with
54
dead
end
streets
is
killer
because
the
truck
has
to
back
down.
You
know
and
I've
written
a
letter
to
the
commissioner
asking
for
dead
ends
to
be
treated
like
alleys,
so
that
they're
not
picked
up
on
midnight.
So
I
will
reiterate
that
letter,
but
that's
going
to
be
really
tough
at
Midnight.
B
Collection
is
tough
in
this
District,
so
I
I
trust
that
you'll
bring
that
one
back
then
also
for
the
on
the
on
the
blocks
where
buildings
has
have
applied
for
the
four
to
seven
put
out
time.
Does
that
mean
they're
going
to
be
in
a
different
collection
time
such
that
now
we
would
have
four
trucks
going
down
that
block
on
a
on
a
recycling
day.
B
So,
okay,
so
four
trucks
instead
of
two
and
then
for
the
fines
is,
is
this
going
to
be
you
mentioned
enforcement?
Is
this?
Is
enforcement
going
to
come
from
the
garages
like
BK
14
in
our
case,
or
is
it
going
to
be
handled
solely
by
the
sanitation
enforcement
unit
and
then
just
and
then
I'll
be
quiet
after
I
get
the
rest
of
this
question
out?
B
F
Okay,
so
our
enforcement
agents,
sanitation,
Police
District
officers,
could
all
give
the
fines.
The
idea
is
that
you
would
get
a
fifty
dollar
fine,
the
first
time.
Second,
fine
is
a
hundred
dollars.
The
third
fine
would
within
12
months,
would
be
two
hundred
dollars,
so
it
goes
up
from
50
to
100
to
200
within
a
12-month
period.
A
F
Both
enforcement
on
the
garage
can
issue
these
summonses.
Sorry
I
thought
I
answered
that
at
the
beginning,.
A
Well,
no
I
think
it's
specifically
who
is
going
to
be
there
like,
while
both
can
do
it
do
we
know
I,
guess
and
Sean
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
for
our
district,
if
it
would
be
coming
from
the
garage
itself,
is
there
an
option
for
it
to
be
from
the
garage
or
is
it
just
going
to
be
strictly
kind
of
who
gets
there?
First.
F
I
can
talk
more
about
what
the
strategy
is
on.
I'll
get
back
to
you
with
more
information
on
what
the
strategy
is
on
who's,
taking
the
lead
on
the
enforcement
of
this.
J
Okay,
yeah
I,
just
remember
just
suffice
to
say,
Jones
service,
interrupt
you
that
most
of
of
our
officers,
who
engaged
in
the
enforcement
a
process
would
most
likely
come
from
both
the
garage
and,
of
course,
from
my
enforcement
division.
Specifically,
however,
to
the
question
that
you
just
asked
now
so
I
think
is
worth
like
John
said
we're
going
to
get
back
and
see
what
strategy
they
may
be,
deploying
as
we
move
forward,
because
I
do
believe.
J
A
That
that's
fine!
That
would
be
great
because
I
think
Sean
and
also
mentioned,
or
made
a
statement
in
the
chat
around
the
fines
in
around
for
for
those
in
our
community
that
observe
a
Sabbath.
A
How
does
that
work?
You
know
them
having
to
you
know
the
Sabbath
times
run
into
some
of
those
collection
times.
So
how
would
that
impact
them?
So
it'd
be
good
to
good
to
have
that
information.
B
J
I
I'm
sure
I
can
share
this.
Excuse
me
that
there
has
been
some.
You
know
some
engagement
frontally
on
this
particular
matter
from
yeah
he's
from
the
city
hall
level
that
I'm
aware
of
so
we
are
hoping
that
something
will
come
out
soon,
I'm,
not
so
sure
where
they've
gotten.
You
know
in
terms
of
that,
but
I
do
know.
There's
been
some
serious
discussions
happening
around
this
issue.
The
commissioner
is
very
sensitive
to
it,
and
so
is
the
mayor.
So
we
could
have
just
have
to
wait
for.
J
However,
you
know
both
parties
agree
to
how
to
move
forward
on
that.
Okay,
but
I
can
guarantee
you
there's
been
some
serious
conversations
already
happening
around
that
particular
issue.
Just
like
Sean
said,
we've
been
we've
been
engaging.
You
know
definitely
definitely.
A
L
F
No
I
don't
think
you
would
be
get
double
fines,
I'm,
not
sure
what
you
we
can't
issue
the
same
summons
to
you
from
two
different
parts
of
our
agency
for
the
same
thing.
At
the
same
time,.
G
Yeah
thanks
I
was
just
wondering
you
know
just
stepping
back
for
a
second
like
the
I
I
understand.
The
goal
here
is
to
reduce
rats
and
Vermin,
but
how
did
did
sanitation
do
any
studies
or
or
collect
data
regarding
how
much
reduction
is
actually
going
to
happen,
because
to
me
it's
like
rats
are
nocturnal
anyway,
so
they're,
most
likely
to
you,
know,
be
coming
out
in
the
middle
of
the
night
anyway.
G
So
I
don't
know
if
pushing
you
know
pushing
it
back
during
you
know
during
the
summer,
it's
you
know
it's
daylight
hours,
I,
don't
I
I
would
imagine
it.
Wouldn't
there
wouldn't
be
much
of
a
net
effect,
so
I'm
just
curious
what
what
what
sanitation
is
looked
at.
That
makes
them
feel
confident
that
this
will
help
reduce
the
spread
of
rats
in
the
city.
Thank
you.
F
Yeah,
thank
you
for
that
question.
I
think
that
the
combination
of
people
putting
their
can
their
trash
into
containers,
if
they
do
want
to
continue
with
the
6
PM
set
out
time,
will
help
towards
that
and
having
a
secure
lid.
F
You
know
it's
not
the
only
thing
that
the
city
is
doing
towards
reducing
rats
right,
so
we're
also
expanding
curbside
composting
in
October
to
all
of
Brooklyn,
and
there
are
other
you
know,
cleaning
initiatives
that
we've
taken
to
try
to
limit
limit
the
food
available
to
the
rats
and
the
big
part
of
this
is
also
getting
the
trash
off
of
the
sidewalk.
So
that
obstruction
is
there
for
Less
hours
of
the
day
as
I'm.
You
know
trying
to
walk
down
the
street,
there's
not
as
much
trash
obstructing
the
sidewalk.
A
A
That
sort
of,
especially
just
all
small
Brothers
we're
we're
a
district
of
you
know
we
have
well
now
we
have
two
bids
instead
of
three,
which
can
probably
you
know
manage
with
their
membership,
how
to
get
that
done,
but
just
in
case
they
need
more
time.
A
Is
there
a
grace
period
for
business,
small
businesses,
because
we
also
have
our
small
business
corridors
where
again
and
I
I
am
concerned
about
this
with
the
dissemination
of
information
how
it
was
done,
you
know,
maybe
not
every
business,
understand
what
needs
to
be
done
and
what's
going
to
happen
as
of
April
1st.
F
F
A
For
8
PM
they
have
to
have
a
container
okay.
Thanks
for
the
clarification
and
then
my
second
question
is-
and
there
was
some
confusion
in
our
community
around
this
during
a
town
hall
with
one
of
our
local
council
members,
councilmember
Joseph,
there
was
I
forgot
who
it
was
representing
sanitation,
I
think
it
was
the
superintendent
from
the
garage.
A
It
was
mentioned
that
the
bags
that
we
need
to
use
as
a
community
when
we
put
out
our
garbage
now
our
refuge,
now
have
to
be
the
thicker
garbage
ride
versus
like
the
five
mil
bags
versus
the
three
mil
bags
and
just
want
to
get
clarification
on
whether
or
not
that
is
like
a
hard
fast
rule,
because
those
thicker
bags
are
a
little
more
expensive
and
it's
a
you
know,
an
extra
cost,
and
it
may
not
be
a
lot
for
some,
but
it
may
be
a
lot
for
others.
F
That
was
not
part
of
this
rule.
You
know,
you
know
bags
clear
bags
are
for
recycling
bags
that
you
can't
see
through
for
garbage.
That's
usually
the
general
rule
we're
not
making
requirements
about
what
kind
of
bags
you
use
beyond
that.
A
J
Yeah
Mr
Joseph,
if
a
chance
you,
you
have
any
such
businesses.
That
may
not
be
very
that
we've
not
reached
out
to
because
they
wouldn't
have
the
information.
For
instance,
you
can
actually
send
them
our
way,
so
we
can
be
able
to
help
to
really
give
them.
You
know
as
much
information
as
possible
as
well
like
just
like
what
Jones
said.
We
that
the
one
month
grace
period
we're
still
going
to
be
doing
some
Outreach
as
well.
J
There's
another
secret
stopping
so
please
just
take
them
away
and
we'll
ensure
that
we
give
them.
You
know
what
they
need.
You
know
as
per
information.
Okay,.
A
I
I
would
actually
encounter
that
by
saying
what
may
be
most
practical
is
to.
We
have
several
Merchants
associations
and
local
business
groups
in
addition
to
the
bids
in
our
district,
and
it
may
be
useful
for
or
more
effective
for
you
all
to
maybe
connect
with
our
community
board
and
and
the
district
office
to
be
able
to
connect
with
those
organizations.
If,
if
that
Sean
I
believe
you
have
contact
information
for
most
of
those.
J
Because
I
know
we've
done
some
stuff
with
debates
and
whatnot
and,
and
that
would
you
know,
and
that
will
continue,
and
if
there
are
others
of
course
Sean
you
know
we
can.
You
know
we're
ready.
Just
let
us
know
just
another
way
or
you
know
we
can
do
an
info
session
for
all
of
them
at
once
or
separately
as
the
case.
Maybe,
okay,
thank.
C
Agree
can
I
jump
in
with
a
couple
questions.
Absolutely
okay
back
to
the
bag
issue.
You
seem
to
be
implying
that
the
bags
for
garbage
only
have
to
be
opaque
and
maybe
not
necessarily
black.
Do
they
have
to
be
black
and
opaque
or
just
opaque.
C
Because
you
know
okay,
it's
just
me:
I
shop
at
Costco
and
the
typical
size
like
13,
gallon
or
whatever
bag
for
a
kitchen
container
is
white.
It's
the
only
color
you
can
get
it
in
so
I
just
want
to
be
sure
that
if
people
are
putting
those
out
that
that's
going
to
be
okay,
because
otherwise
they're
gonna
have
to
take
that
white
bag
and
then
put
that
into
a
black
bag
which
seems
insanely,
wasteful
agreed.
C
F
Yeah,
okay,
what
you're
saying
I
will
get
back
to
you
on
that
one
I!
Thank
you!
I!
Don't
think
that
there's
a
requirement
about
the
the
size
of
the
bag
in
the
container.
A
And
Sean
I
will
let
your
comment
or
question
be
the
the
closeout
for
this
section
of
the
meeting.
Okay.
A
B
Actually
I
believe
I
can
answer
barden's
question
from
my
my
interactions
with
the
with
the
sand
workers
in
the
garage.
Yes,
opaque
bags:
they
don't
they
don't
really
care
what
color
they
are
and
you
can
have
multiple
bags
in
one
container.
B
Technically,
they
are
supposed
to
lift
the
container
and
pour
it
into
the
truck
and
then
set
it
back
down
so
whether
there's
one
bag
that
they're
pouring
out
or
multiple
bags
that
shouldn't
make
the
difference.
The
the
comment
I
wanted
to
make
the
question
I
have
is
what
the
rules
might
be
for
food
pantries.
B
We
have
several
in
the
district
and
BK
14
does
an
amazing
task
of
helping
them
out
sort
of
like
just
in
addition
to
everything
else
they
do
on
the
regular,
but
there
will
be
impacts
on
food
pantries
with
these
new
rules
if,
if
they
apply
and
then
just
to
express,
my
concerns
about
unintended
consequences
is
I'm
concerned
about
Corner,
baskets
abuse,
Going,
On,
The,
Rise
and
I'm
concerned
about
the
private
costs
that
buildings
might
incur
if
they
have
to
hire.
You
know
people
who
work
nights
and
some
of
our
buildings.
It
takes
them.
Three.
B
Four
hours
to
put
out
all
of
the
trash
so
that
someday
may
result
in
the
in
the
Fairly
near
future
and
higher
HOA
fees
for
residents
in
this
in
this
district
and
then
plus
the
extra
cost
to
the
city
on
the
nighttime
differential.
So
if
we
could,
you
know
just
kind
of
figure
out
if
dsny
is
sussing
out
a
cost
benefit
analysis
that
would
be
helpful
and
then
food
pantries
is
my
question.
Thanks.
F
A
All
right,
thank
you
so
much.
H
F
Sure
it's
pretty
high
level
at
this
moment,
you
know
where
we're
taking
over
vending
enforcement
for
just
some
subset
of
what
dcwp
was
doing,
and
you
know,
Department
of
Sanitation
has
experience
in
keeping
the
streets.
M
F
Unobstructed
so
this
is
really
something
we're
working
together
to
finalize
the
details
on,
and
you
know
we
can
come
back
to
another
committee
meeting
in
the
future
with
some
more
information
as
it's
all
fleshed
out.
A
Yeah
I
think
that
would
be
best
and
thanks
for
highlighting
it.
If
you
can,
you
know,
as
you
mentioned,
it
is
high
level
right
now.
So
once
you
have
a
bit
more
detail,
maybe
contact
I'm,
sure
you'll
be
contacting
Community
boards
to
update
them
and
if
there's
an
opportunity
for
presentation
in
the
near
future,
I'm
sure
Sean
will
do
her
best
to
try
and
get
that
on
one
of
the
community
or
the
appropriate
communities
calendar.
If
unavailable.
A
Ubermi
and
Joan.
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
time.
This
evening.
We
appreciate
it.
You
know
this
was
a
big.
These
were
big
concerns
for
not
only
our
commercial
residents
but
our
actual
living
residents
in
the
community,
and
you
know
some
I
think
there
was
just
some
confusion
coming
out
of
that
town
hall
discussion
and
also
just
the
overall
communication
from
sanitation.
As
Joanne
mentioned
there,
there
were
some
challenges.
There
seems
to
be
some
challenges
around
the
dissemination
of
the
information.
A
So
you
know
we
we
welcome
you
guys
to
you
know,
come
back
at
some
point,
just
you
know.
Once
you
have
a
little
bit
more
information
about
some
of
the
questions
we
asked
that
were
unclear.
If
you
can
get
that
information
to
Sean
we'd
greatly
appreciate
it,
I
see
a
hand
up,
but
Danny,
would
you
mind
for
your
question?
You
can
either
drop
it
in
the
comments
or
forward
it
to
the.
A
N
It's
a
question
about
some
of
the
the
non-profits
and
I'm
glad
you
brought
that
up
about
the
pantry
Sean.
We
actually
have
two
of
them,
but
we
have
a
number
of
sites
that
are
storefronts.
N
The
staff
is
usually
gone
between
four
and
five
there's,
no
one
around
to
put
out
the
garbage
at
six
or
eight.
Basically,
to
be
honest,
the
other
thing
is,
since
we
try
to
work
with
the
people
who
need
the
most
help.
Some
of
those
locations
are
in
places
where,
if
we
put
out
the
bin
and
one
sanitation
takes
the
garbage
that
Ben
may
not
be
there
tomorrow,.
J
This
is
a
tough
one,
to
be
quite
honest
and
to
be
really
quite
Frank,
like
in
my
own,
like
on
my
street.
For
instance,
it
happens.
You
know
it's
unfortunate.
There
are
some
folks,
they
seem
to
be
this
I,
don't
use
the
word
obsession
with
with
empty
garbage
cans.
That's
what
people
said
to
have.
Whatever
reasons
may
be,
you
know
you
change
your
garbage
can
to
defense
around
your
house.
J
In
my
own
house,
so
I
can
imagine
businesses,
you
know
you
know
as
well,
but
look
we
just
have
to
keep.
You
know
trying
to
figure
out
a
way
around
it
right
to
see
what
we
can
do
now.
Not
everybody
has
like
John,
said
earlier,
given
the
time,
the
time
issue
that
affected
set
out
time
that
we
are
now
talking
about
folks
already
gone
between
four
and
five.
How
do
you
get
your
garbage
out?
You
know
to
meet
that
particular
time
started
up
being
summoned.
J
That
is
a
is
a
question
that
we
have
to
continue
to
Grapple
with
and
try
to
figure
out
a
way
around
if
you
get
Upon
A
making,
even
though
there's
no
cover
out
for
anything
right
now,
there's
nothing
that
says
something
can
happen.
Who
knows
right
but
I
think
it's
what
us
taking
it
back
and
continuing
to
look
at
it
and
say:
okay,
what
can
we
do
or
what
can
we
not
do?
J
Will
they
defeat
the
purpose
for
which
we're
trying
to
do
this,
and
if,
if
the
argument
is
you
know
to
you
know
to
do
something
a
bit
differently,
then
I'm
sure
the
commissioner
will
not
have
a
problem.
You
know,
if
that's
where
the
dedicates,
but
right
now
you
know
we're
going
to
continue
and
pursue
this
policy,
as
is
understanding
that
there
are
concerns,
and
we
have
to
be
mindful
of
those
concerns.
N
I
A
You,
gentlemen,
and
thank
you
for
responding
to
that
I,
would
just
add
to
that.
I
know
it's
a
difficult
thing,
but
you
know
try
as
best
as
you
can
to
label
your
trash
cans.
J
Yeah
I
know
I'm
sorry
I'm
not
laughing
that.
But
it's
just
a
very
thing.
A
A
Okay,
I
wanted
to
before
I
hand
the
Baton
over
to
Barton
for
the
latter
portion
of
this
meeting,
I
wanted
to
give
our
representative
from
council
member
Veronica's
Office
Troy.
If
you'd
like
to
address
the
assembly,
maybe
bring
greetings
from
the
the
member.
M
M
M
M
But
I
also
have
been
listening
to
some
constituent
complaints
since
then
with
concerns
about
the
the
new
trash
rules,
especially
with
some
of
the
Elder
older
members
of
the
population,
and
some
concerns
with
the
the
rollouts
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
and
and
that
our
office
is,
is
ready
to
help
with
this
in
any
other
matter
anyway,
that
we
can
councilwoman,
vernikov,
censor
best
regard
and
happy
holidays
to
everybody,
and
then
I'd
also
like
to
if
I
haven't
said
it
at
the
community
board
meeting
proper.
M
We
have
moved
district
offices
from
2401
Avenue
U
to
1711
Gravesend
Neck
Road
that's
floor.
One.
Everything
else
is
the
same,
and
yeah
lots
of
space
over
two
thousand
square
feet
will
be
great
for
hosting
Community
meetings,
so
I
think
that's
all
any
questions.
A
I,
don't
see
any
raised
hands
at
the
moment
other
than
Steve.
You
have
your
hand
up,
I,
don't
know
if
that's
from
before.
Okay,
thank
you,
I
will
I
will
say
this
Troy
one.
Thank
you
again
for
pretending.
Presenting
on
speaking
on
behalf
of
the
council,
member
I
saw
pictures
of
online
of
the
new
office.
Looks
great,
looks,
fancy
looks
nice.
A
The
one
thing
I
think
the
our
board
right
now
can
use
the
council
member's
help
with.
Is
that
our
could?
Forgive
me
for
plugging
this.
Our
youth
conference
is
coming
up
in
a
week,
so
any
assistance
that
the
office
can
offer
in
getting
the
word
out
to
parents
and
young
people
we'd
appreciate
it.
M
We've
received
the
flyer
for
that
correct
because
I
believe
I
I,
remember
seeing
it
in
an
email.
Okay,
all.
A
Anything
you
could
do
to
help
promote
that.
We
appreciate
it
with
that
I
I'm
gonna
hand
the
Baton
over
to
my
co-chair
Barton
person
pardon
on
to
you
a.
C
B
J
C
C
Thanks
again
for
coming
greatly
appreciate
it.
Okay,
thank
you
guys,
thank
you
for
having
us
and
then,
while
Michelle
is
trying
to
reconnect
per
chance,
we
have
two
resources
here.
The
first
is
Ed
who's
currently
available
graciously
volunteered
to
join
us
again.
So
if
any
other,
the
committee
members
in
particular
have
questions
you
know
follow
up,
then
they
should
feel
free
to
ask
him.
You
know
right
now,
so
if
anyone
or
after
committee
members,
then
the
interested
public
like
Lauren
or
anyone
else
who's
here,.
O
Wanted
to
find
out
if
the
enforcement
is
still
being
I,
guess
forwarded
to
the
Sheriff's
Department,
because
I
read
that
they
were
questioning
why
they
were
being
asked
to
go
and
enforce
the
Cannabis
part
of
these
shops,
because
it's
not
in
there
rules
or
whatever
they
do.
Target
illegal,
like
cigarettes
and
like
liquor,
but
not
it's
not
written
down
cannabis.
So
are
they
still
going
to
be
the
ones
that
reach
out
for
this
or
like
like
how
what
happens.
H
Currently,
yes,
I
I
saw
their
article
that
you're
referring
to
a
that
I
believe
that
was
their
Union.
That
was
questioning.
Why
they're,
why
their
members
were
participating
as
their
their
jurisdiction
may
not
have
anything
to
do
with
cannabis
specifically,
but
to
my
knowledge,
the
sheriff's
office
is
still
conducting
seizures
with
regards
to
as
a
part
of
the
speaker
agency
task
force,
along
with
NYPD
and
dc-dcp.
O
It
I
guess
it
did,
but
I
was
just
thinking
like
they're
just
popping
up
like
crazy,
though,
and
like
up
the
block,
you
know
that
there
was
a
buffet
that
was
there
now
it's
another
fiend
City
and
there's
like
five
fiend
cities
going
up
Flatbush,
so
I'm
just
wondering
what
what
other
ways
like
can
we
find
out
other
ways
that
could
like
enforce
like
like
refine
them
or
whatever?
What
are
the
ways
that
could
be
targeted
to
like
mitigate
this.
H
This
comes
down
to
legislation
and
specifically
from
the
state
with
regards
to
how
ocm
or
the
state
would
Empower
local
jurisdiction,
in
this
case,
NYPD
to
enforce
specific
laws.
But
apparently
that's
being
worked
on
to
my
knowledge,
based
on
the
news
that
I'm,
seeing
and
and-
and
this
is
just
me
as
a
community
board
member,
not
as
a
member
of
dcwp
I
mean
personally
I
I've
had
my
own
issues
with
the
proliferation
of
these
smoke
shops
and
not
that
I
would
advise
anyone
to
Super
Glue
anyone's.
H
You
know
locks.
You
know
to
prevent
these
certain.
You
know
opening
up
stuff,
but
hey
people
can
you
know,
decide
for
themselves.
I
mean
it
is
frustrating
to
your
point.
There
are
many
in
many
of
these
stories
within
our
district,
but
also
throughout
the
city.
So
the
last
count
we're
at
1400,
maybe
even
closer
to
15
at
this
point
per
the
sheriff's
office.
So
I
can
absolutely
relate
to
your
frustration.
H
I
have
to
think
about
oh
per
ocm,
though
there's
only
three
that
in
operation
and
it's
in
the
West
Village.
So
yes
and.
H
Like
cannabis
shops
with
regards
to
Tobacco
they're
a
little
bit
more,
but
there
are
still
plenty
of
unlicensed
ones.
C
Remarkable
Sean
I
believe
you
have
a
hand
up.
B
I
would
just
encourage
anybody
in
the
community
who
has
a
concern
to
to
bring
it
to
the
board's
attention
with
the
address
of
the
establishment
name
as
well.
B
We,
the
mayor's
office,
has
asked
us
to
forward
those
addresses
to
them
and
or
and
then
they're
they're
collecting
them
for
the
sheriff's
office,
but
I've
also
been
copying
the
sheriff's
office
I'm
not
going
to
I'm
not
going
to
provide
false
hope
that
if
you
report
it
to
us,
Swift
action
will
be
taken,
but
it
certainly
does
help
us
try
to
assess
the
number
of
unlicensed
shops
in
the
in
the
district,
because
the
only
way
we
can
do
that
right
now
is
by
process
of
elimination.
B
B
Talking
about
this
issue
to
be
mindful
of
the
distinction
about
the
tobacco
and
e-cigarette
licenses,
which
are
issued
by
dcwp
in
our
city-based
licenses
and
then
the
office
of
cannabis
management
licenses
that
will
be
issued
in
due
time
for
for
the
sale,
sale
of
cannaboy
products,
and
we
are
going
to
have
ocm,
come
to
us
I
think
in
May,
so
stay
tuned
for
the
date
on
that.
But
there
are
two
different
licenses
and
one
of
the
concerns
is
whether
the
city
and
state
will
will
work
together.
Seamlessly
thanks
and.
B
No,
no
I
mean
I
mean
you
can,
but
but
I
think
it's
I
I.
Think
that
though
there
won't
be
any
follow-up
and
if
you
contact
the
board
office,
we
can
follow
up
and
and
I
mean
it's
probably
up
for
me
to
ever.
Tell
anybody
to
not
call
3-1-1
but
definitely
do
what
you
want
with
3-1-1.
Let
our
office
know
please.
H
I
would
just
second
what
Chun
is
saying
and
I
think
I
lifted
the
curtain
behind
3-1-1
so
as
it
relates
to
cannabis,
311
won't
do
anything.
It
won't
even
forward
it
to
dcwp.
So
if
it's
related
to
sale
to
minor
for
cigarettes
or
e-cigarettes,
that's
dcwp's
wheelhouse,
and
we
will
take
action
with
regards
but
addresses
and
names
of
businesses
would
be
helpful
and
specific
charges
as
to
what
was
observed
would
definitely
be
helpful.
A
Just
around
that
Ed,
so
one
of
the
challenges
we
have
in
the
district
that
they're
popping
up
at
smoke,
shops
and
they're
selling
tobacco
products
and
we're
not
clear
on
if
they're
licensed
or
not
licensed
in
most
cases,
I
mean
at
least
for
the
the
unknowing
eye
for
those
of
us
that
had
the
opportunity
to
learn
from
your
last
presentation.
A
What
to
look
for
to
see
if
somebody
is
licensed
when
we
do
see
that
they're,
unlicensed
and
selling
tobacco,
but
they
may
be
also
selling
cannibal
products,
we
should
be
reporting
them
to
3-1-1.
Is
that
the
better
way
to
go
about
it?
Because
you
know
in
most
cases
they
have
more
tobacco
products
on
the
shelves
and
they're
just
selling
like
the
cannibal
products
separately
or
as
Edibles
or
things
of
that
nature
so
like?
A
Is
it
worthwhile
reporting
it
to
three
on
one
so
that
it
goes
to
DC
WP,
because
I
know,
right
now
from
the
state
standpoint,
from
what
I'm
understanding
the
enforcement
from
the
Stateside
is
very
difficult
at
this
point,
and-
and
you
know,
I'm
just
I'm
wondering
where,
like
as
a
resident,
what
what
my?
What?
What
the
better
option
is
for
me.
H
So
this
is
why
we
have
the
task
force
so
when
we
do
conduct
inspections,
whether
it's
from
311
complaints,
when
our
inspectors
do
save
a
sale
of
cannabinoid
products,
be
it
THC
or
marijuana,
they
will
notify
ocm
and
and
share
that
information
with
them
and-
and
this
will
be
also
shared
with
the
sheriff's
office.
However,
ocn
is
also
taking
complaints
through
their
email
address,
and
that
would
be
at
complaints
at
ocm.ny.gov.
H
So
as
many
Avenues
as
possible,
but
generally
speaking,
311
should
just
be
used
for
tobacco
related
complaints.
K
I
did
I
I
just
wanted
to
Circle
back
to
Michelle
and
because
she
had
some
thoughts
about
you
know
an
overall
board
action
and
I
wanted
to
make
sure
she
was
heard.
So,
if
she's
unable
to
communicate
on
this
meeting,
then
absolutely
please
reach
out
to
the
board
office,
so
we
can
facilitate
some.
K
You
know
ideas
on
how
to
unify
the
board
against
you
know,
with
regards
to
community
concerns.
Thank
you.
C
Actually,
along
those
lines,
I
was
going
to
let
everyone
speak
first,
but
Sean
shared
with
us.
Her
January
testimony
before
the
city,
council
committee
and
I
took
that
and
tried
to
distill,
but
came
out
to
be
seven
bullet
points
that
I
thought
would
be
at
the
very
least
the
core
of
emotion
for
us
on
which
to
vote
so
I'd
like
to
I'll
get
to
that
once
everyone
else
is
done.
Speaking
and
I'll
read
those
seven
bullet
points
and
see
if
that
fulfills,
at
least
you
know
those
of
us
who
are
here.
C
A
Just
a
point,
Sean
was
having
some
difficulty
uploading,
her
testimony
that
she
gave
so
I'm
happy
to
share
it
on
the
screen.
If
folks
are
interested
in
just
reviewing
it,
I
think
Sean
did
an
excellent
job
in
her
testimony
in
highlighting
a
lot
of
the
things
that
are
need
to
be
looked
at.
That
may
have
been
missed.
That
need
to
be
more
succinct
so
with
the
opportunity.
I'd
love
to
be
able
to
share
it.
If
that's,
okay
with
you
and
John.
G
I
guess
my
internet
Pros
for
a
little
bit
so
I
might
be
behind
in
the
conversation
but
I
assuming
I'm
assuming
you're
talking
about
the
other
presentation,
not
the
public
bathroom
one,
and
my
question
was
just
regarding
the
public
bathroom
presentation.
I
was
just
curious
who
was
supposed
to
give
it
and
is
that
going
to
be
rescheduled
for
a
later
date.
B
I'll
put
the
I
can't
remember
the
name
of
the
I'll
look
at
the
old
agenda
that
went
out
because
it
had
the
name
on
it
before
we
removed
it
and
the
reminder
today
there
was
a
there
was
an
emergency
and
she
couldn't
present
but
sent
the
presentation
to
to
actually
Melissa
Minnick
who
shared
it
with
me
today.
So
I
haven't
even
looked
at
it.
B
I
just
cut
and
pasted
the
link
in
the
in
the
in
the
chat,
so
I
haven't
looked
at
it,
but
yeah
we'll
we'll
do
our
best
to
to
reschedule
that
one.
C
Okay,
I
with
that
on
the
screen,
I'm,
not
sure,
okay,
just
trying
to
see
where
I've
got
things
on
the
screen
here.
What
I'd
like
to
do
if
you're?
Okay
with
it,
is
to
read
the
bullet
points
that
I
distilled
from
this
testimony
of
which
you're
all
looking,
unless
you
all
want
to
take
the
time
to
read
all
the
way
through
it
I'm
not
sure
that
we
really
have
the
time
for
that.
C
But
how
about
I'll
read
my
bullet
points,
while
those
of
you
who
wish
to
can
read
through
the
entire
testimony
which
you
know
to
everybody
else's
point
is
absolutely
fabulous,
especially.
You
know
really
well
written,
very
clear
and
so
I
will
just
read
the
bullet
points
that
I
took
out
of
it.
One
cb14
should
be
provided
with
a
list
of
the
tobacco
and
electronic
cigarette
dealer
licenses
and
Community
District
14.,
two
nuisance
abatement
proceedings
need
to
be
rationalized
or
more
expeditious.
Padlock
procedure
needs
to
be
introduced.
C
Three,
the
ability
to
hold
building
owners
accountable
for
illicit
activities
on
their
premises
should
be
more
vigorously
explored.
Four,
a
way
to
prevent
companies
from
Simply
switching
business
names
to
avoid
enforcement
needs
to
be
explored.
That's
the
old
whack-a-mole
problem,
the
fifth
weights
and
amounts
of
unlicensed
products
must
be
adjusted
to
a
new
retail
standard.
C
Sixth
products
that
can
be
purchased
by
a
miner,
such
as
soda
and
snacks,
should
be
sold
in
separate
establishment
from
Vapes
and
e-cigarettes
and
cannabinoids
and
last.
The
penalties
for
selling
products
that
are
unlicensed
by
the
city
should
include
disqualification
from
seeking
cannabis
licenses
from
the
state.
C
K
Yes,
thank
you,
so
I
don't
see
anything
glaringly
missing.
What
I
would
suggest
is
send
the
seven
bullet
points
to
us
and
we
will
put
them
in
a
a
nice
tight
resolution
format
and
then
we'll
send
them
out
to
the
board.
So
they
can
review
it
in
written
form
and
we'll
have,
you
know
hope,
preferably
hopefully
have
them
available
in
written
content
at
the
meeting.
K
So
it
can
be
reviewed
and
then
we
can
make
adjustments
at
the
meeting
and
then
decide
or
table
the
resolution
for
further
exploration
or
additions.
So
that
would
be
my
recommendation
in
terms
of
procedure.
C
H
H
H
With
regards
to
this
I'm
just
officially
concerned
with
how
this
is
going
to
be
handled
and
and
in
terms
of
reducing
carbon
emissions
and
part
of
the
map
that
is
affecting
our
community
district
is
at
the
North
and
with
regards
to
truck
route.
So
maybe
we
can
discuss
some
of
the
remedies
and
suggestions
to
the
state
Dot
as
well.
So
that's
just
something
to
consider
and
to
be
considered
for
a
future
meeting.
But
I
just
wanted
to
share
that.
C
Got
it
thanks,
Sean
I
see
Lauren
is
putting
her
thoughts
from
the
bid
on
the
the
previous
issue
into
the
chat,
but
I
think
the
best
way
is
to
sort
of
help
that
along
or
just
Lauren
go
ahead.
Yeah
I
think
that's
better.
E
Sorry,
I
I
I
realized
the
movies.
The
the
meeting
is
moving
along
high
up
from
the
Flatbush
Avenue
been
in
Church
Avenue
bit.
Dsmy
is
not
really
reaching
out
to
bids
and
Merchant
organizations
in
the
way
that
we
would
like
them
to.
We
have
I've
been
working
with
another
bit
of
Manhattan
bid
extensively
on
this,
and
there's
been
a
lot
of
pushback
from
dsny
and
a
lot
of
they
they've
been
re-um
redirecting
the
discussion
towards
okay.
Well,
we'll
just
educate
better
and
I
love
DSM.
E
Why
they're
like
my
favorite
favorite
agency,
but
there's
a
resistance
to
look
at
the
reality
of
this
and
try
to
figure
out
a
way
that
this
can
work
for
businesses
I'm
not
focused
on
the
residential,
but
I
mentioned
some
of
the
things
in
the
chat
we've
been
talking
to
a
lot
of
businesses,
meat
and
fish
stores.
I,
don't
even
want
to
walk
past
them
in
a
few
months,
and
they
said
how
could
we
do
this?
E
We
have
juice,
there's
like
raw
meat,
and
this
bin
is
gonna,
is
gonna
be
sitting
outside
because
most
of
them
close
early,
so
they're
just
you
know,
I,
don't
know.
If
there's
anything
that
can
be
done,
but
I
just
want
I
I
think
that
it's
being
characterized
in
a
way,
that's
not
really
accurate
from
dsny,
and
we
even
we
wrote
to
the
mayor.
We
had
a
meeting
with
the
mayor's
office
about
this
and
it
was
the
same
thing
of
the
policy
is
going
to
happen
and
I
also
I
respect
the
purpose
behind
the
policy.
E
A
You
for
sharing
that
Lauren.
Actually
one
of
the
questions
that
came
up
Joanne
brought
it
up
about
how
they
were
disseminating
information,
and
you
know
I've
heard
from
some
of
the
merchants
the
same
concerns
that
you
are
bringing
here
to
light.
So
we
did
ask
for
them
to
make
a
special
effort
to
reach
out
to
not
only
our
bids
but
our
Merchants
associations.
A
They
said
they
would
be
willing
to
do
presentations
for
our
business
operators,
so
maybe
we
can
get
them
to
do
something
for
the
the
bid
and-
and
hopefully
they
will
so
I
I
guess
you
know
you
already
I'm
sure
already
have
their
contacts.
E
Yeah
we've
met
with
them
and
they've
offered
repeatedly,
but
I
think
there
are
many
situations
where
education
will
be.
The
important
thing,
I
think
this
particular
rule
education
isn't
going
to
fix
the
logistical
problem
of
tiny
stores
that
just
don't
have
it's
the
bins
and
it's
the
whole
inflexibility.
One
thing
that
we
mentioned,
we
wrote
the
mayor
and
one
thing
that
we
mentioned
as
a
possibility
is
how
about
no
one
could
put
out
bags
until
an
hour
before
closing.
E
So
if
you
close
at
five,
you
put
it
out
an
hour
before
that's
still
going
to
push
it
later,
but
there
was
no
no
movement
on
anything
that
we
had
proposed.
L
A
At
least
we
have,
we
have
a
you
know
at
least
both
sizes,
the
coin.
At
this
point,
or
at
least
perspective
from
both
sides,
we
we
were
on
the
depression
based
on
what
they
reported
to
us
or
indicated
to
us.
Just
now
is
that
they
haven't
reached
out.
But
again,
when
John
brought
up
the
concern
about
how
the
information
was
disseminated,
they
said
that
they
would
make
an
an
extra
effort.
So
let's
hope
that
they
do
do
that.
D
Yeah
I,
first
of
all,
I,
am
absolutely
not
convinced
that
it's
going
to
make
one
I
think
that
using
bins,
closed
bins
would
make
a
difference
in
terms
of
rats.
I,
don't
think
that
it
matters
what
color
your
garbage
bag
is.
The
rats
you
know
it's
not
like
an
opaque
bag
is
going
to
keep
the
rats
from
smelling
the
food.
So
right
there,
it's
dumb.
The
other
thing
is
that
I
think
that
this
this
time
of
6
p.m.
D
D
There's
no
staff
to
do
it
and
to
to
you
know
for
for
say
you
know
the
Jewish
staff
to
turn
around
and
say
to
the
non-jew,
the
one
non-jew
who's
working
if
or
you're
the
one
who
has
to
take
care
of
the
trash
is
really
really
just
not
okay,
you,
you
know,
and
and
and
very
it's
offensive,
you
know,
and
you
know,
and
and
all
the
families.
D
So
what
you're
saying
now
is
okay,
so
we
get
trash
pickup
on
Wednesday
morning
and
and
Saturday
morning,
we're
now
reduced
to
one
day
during
the
winter
months.
D
You
know
which
isn't
going
to
help
the
rat
problem
either,
because
the
food
is
going
to
be
sitting
there
all
week.
You
know
the
garbage
is
going
to
be
sitting
all
week
and
you
know
yeah
I.
You
know
a
lot
of
us
or
some
of
us
at
least
do
use,
compost
containers,
but
still
you
have
containers
that
smell
of
food
and
and
so
forth,
so
I
I,
just
I,
just
feel
like
they
didn't
stop
and
think
about
how
this
impacts-
businesses,
group
homes,
individuals,
you
know
these
large
Orthodox
community
in
Brooklyn.
D
K
Thanks
I
won't
opine
too
much
in
the
issue.
The
issue
is
more
widespread
than
when
you
know
trash
is
put
out.
We
have
a
lot
of
side
yards
that
have
trash
where
or
and
then
you
know,
perhaps
some
small
Alleyways,
where
trash
is
put
in
uncovered
containers
by
residents
and
churches
and
all
the
things
where
I
watch
the
rats
go
back
and
forth
as
I
walk
to
work
at
6
30
in
the
morning.
You
know,
there's
a
there's:
it's
a
multi-faceted.
K
However,
you
know
just
to
go
back
to
information
dissemination
and
this
concept
of
having
the
4
AM
to
7
A.M
Miss
Lauren
from
the
bid.
If
you
could
ask
your
Merchants
the
ones
that
are
struggling,
that
close
at
five
o'clock,
if
you
could
ask
them
if
the
4
a.m
to
7
A.M
trash
pickup
would
help
them
better,
and
then
we
can
get
a
little
bit
more.
You
know
Gusto
behind
this
idea
of
opening
up
this
application
again.
K
I
I,
really
I,
just
I
literally
wrote
the
manager
of
our
ability
and
said
hey.
Did
you
get
a
phone
call
from
dsny
about
you
know
the
pickup?
K
The
application
between
you
know,
4,
AM
and
7-
am
so
I'm
waiting
for
a
response,
but
I
feel
like
that
is
a
good
sort
of
time
frame
for
these
businesses
that
operate
especially,
you
know,
on
Flatbush
Avenue
we
have
a
butcher
that
is
really
only
open
between
you
know
eight
and
4
P.M
and
that's
their
hours
and
I
could
see
that
being
you
know
a
solution
for
them,
so
I
I
just
want
to
sort
of
cover
our
bases
here
about
this
application
and
see
how
we
can
use
this
a
little
bit
more
for
the
the
cohort
that
this
rule
change
doesn't
apply
to.
B
I
just
think
we
should
maybe
try
to
capture
all
of
these
statements
in
a
letter
to
the
commissioner.
So
it's
documented
Beyond
beyond
the
meeting
I
I
found
the
answer
about
the
potential
for
four
trucks
on
a
block.
You
know
a
sort
of
unsatisfactory
and
and
the
not
knowing
if
we're
going
to
be
switching
to
Mid
more
midnight
collections
in
a
district
that
went.
B
Let
me
rephrase
that
that
express
some
dissatisfaction
with
that
when
it
happened
over
the
summer
and
especially
again
on
the
on
the
dead
ends,
they
back
up,
they
beep
and
they
idle
because
they're
just
sitting
there,
while
they,
you
know
going
from
all
angles.
So
it's
just
a
bad,
a
bad
plan
for
this
District
in
particular,
and
then
yeah
and
yes,
plus
everything
else
right.
C
And
also
back
to
Sean,
in
that
she
just
posted
in
the
chat
that
she
will
be
posting
on
the
website.
The
original
presentation
we
were
supposed
to
have
had
from
Julie
choa
on
public
bathroom
task
force,
so
that
will
be
available
for
us
to
read,
and
hopefully
she
or
someone
else
will
be
available
later
in
the
spring
to
come
and
actually
answer
questions.
A
Do
it
our
youth
conference
is
coming
up
next
Monday,
we
need
more
volunteers.
So
if
you
can
volunteer
the
district
office
sent
out
an
email
with
a
link
on
how
to
sign
up
to
volunteer,
please
you
know,
if
you
can,
please
volunteer
also
keep
spreading
the
word
we
want
to
get
these
kids
out
here.
We
want
these.
Like
I
mean
you,
you
guys
think
about
it.
A
A
I
know
that
for
a
fact,
and
if
each
business
holds
one
or
two
kids
we're
talking
about
two
kids
doing
something,
you
know
2
000,
kids,
doing
something
positive
for
you
know
most
of
the
summer
and
earning
money
that
might
help
them
with
college
with
with
just
buying
stuff.
A
So
they
don't
have
to
ask
their
parents
for
the
six
hundred
dollars
to
buy
the
Yeet,
the
new
Yeezys
or
whatever
the
new
sneakers
I'm
gonna
sound
like
an
old
man
in
this
video
online,
but
I
am
and
now
I've
got
gray
in
the
beard.
I
can
say
that
you
know
pumping
fist,
but
yes,
please,
if
you
guys
I,
encourage
you
to.
If
you
don't
have
the
link,
please
reach
out
to
the
district
office,
they
can
get
you
the
link
or
get
you
signed
up.
Sean.
B
Yes,
all
of
that
I
I'm
I
do
want
to
report
that
we
have
488
pre-registered
youth.
Coming
to
the
event
we
have
now
60
organizations
there's
going
to
have
to
be
some
table
sharing.
That
is
all
good
and
fine,
but
the
volunteer
list
is
not
long
and
it's
starting
to
get
worrisome
so
go
ahead
and
keep
promoting
the
event,
because
you
know
the
more
youth
we
reach
the
better,
but
please
come
and
help
us
then
manage
that
crowd.
B
We
also
didn't
get
as
many
people
as
I
thought.
We
were
getting
from
the
Brooklyn
chamber
for
the
for
the
mock
interview
so
come
and
and
mockedly
interview
participants.
It's
it's
going
to
be
a
great
event,
but
but
we
need
the
support.
P
Thank
you
yeah,
so
I
I
heard
from
Julie
who's
scheduled
to
give
us
a
presentation
today
on
public
bathrooms,
and
she
did
one
Express
that
she's
very,
very
sorry.
She
couldn't
be
here.
She
actually
got
called
to
chair
heroin
community
board
meeting
so
business,
but
she
also
wanted
to
to
share,
in
addition
to
the
presentation
which
I
said
that
will
be
posted
tomorrow.
P
P
Well
understood,
but
she
also
did
want
to
share
that
if
any
of
any
of
us
anyone
here
is
interested
in
joining
the
public,
bathroom
working
group
could
not
be
a
cashier
name
that
that
email
list
I
don't
know
I'll
drop
her
information
in
the
chat.
This
Friday
at
10
30
a.m.
Facie
decal,
you
might
see
their
name
around
some
of
the
designed
pieces,
they're
actually
going
to
be
speaking
to
this
group
about
the
automated
public
toilets.
P
So,
if
anyone's
interested
in
learning
more
about
these
pieces
and
what
it
looks
like
you
can,
you
can
join
in
and
you
can
email,
Julie
she'll.
Add
you
to
this
list
and
you
will
get
to
see
that
and
she
also
wants
what
our
community
board.
We
know
that
she's
planning
to
leave
a
jeans
walk
on
May
5th
in
Midtown,
I
hope
to
forward
us
the
information
about
it
in
case
people
are
interested
on
behalf
of
Julie,
a
much
shorter
presentation.
C
Thank
you
in
her
absence.
Thank
you
for
that
and
I
think
Sean
had
said
that
she
was
hugely
apologetic.
Even
you
know
just
privately
between
she
and
I.
So
she
and
me
so
yeah.
It's
definitely
real
and
on
that
note,
are
there
any
other
questions
or
comments
or
issues
not
even
Dwayne.
All.
