B
So
I
see
we
have
I,
see
that
we
have
Miss
K
and
Lawrence
from
the
site
administrator
for
Ambulatory
Care
at
montefi
did
I
get
it.
C
B
I'm
sorry
Morris
Heights,
Health,
Center
and
you're
going
to
be
telling
us
about
the
Ambulatory
Care
Services
outpatient
care
services
that
you
provide
here
in
Brooklyn,
so
welcome
to
cb14
of
Brooklyn
to
our
health
and
human
services
meeting
and
we're
looking
forward
to
hearing
about
this.
C
I,
thank
you
so
much
and
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
again,
miss
Campbell
for
the
opportunity
to
share
information
about
our
new
facility
at
1095,
Flatbush
Avenue,
but
Morris
Heights,
Health
Center.
The
mhhc
stands
for
Morris
Heights
Health
Center,
which
is
basically
our
parent
company,
and
we
are
a
bronx-based
company.
It's
our
first
facility,
the
first
of
many
we
anticipate
to
be
coming
into
the
Brooklyn
space.
C
We
are
a
a
Health
Organization
that
has
been
in
the
health
space
for
close
to
40
years,
so
we're
not
new
to
health
care,
we're
an
fqhc
which
is
a
federally
qualified,
Health
Center.
That
means
that
we
provide
care
to
everyone,
irrespective
of
their
Insurance
status,
their
ability
to
pay
or
their
immigration
status.
So
we
don't
turn
anyone
away.
C
So,
basically,
what
we're
trying
to
do
in
Brooklyn
is
address
the
disparities
in
the
community
when
it
comes
to
provision
of
services
and
access
to
care,
in
the
hope
that
we
would
make
a
positive
difference
for
the
community.
C
We
started
our
Outreach
to
the
community
in
about
mid-august
using
our
mobile
clinic.
We
engage
the
community
that
way
and
as
of
September
19th,
we
transitioned
into
the
clinic
space
so
we're
just
here
a
few
months
and
already
creating
and
partnering,
which
is
what
we
are
known
for,
partnering
with
a
lot
of
our
community
organizations,
our
faith-based
organizations,
our
traditional
sites
and
non-traditional
sites.
C
So
with
that
in
mind,
we
hope
to
establish
broad
relationships
with
as
many
organizations
as
possible
to
ensure
that
the
communities,
the
diverse
communities
have
ease
of
access
to
care,
the
where
basically,
the
the
three
services
that
we
have
rolled
out
with
it's
a
Pediatrics
Women's
Health,
which
is
a
maternal
center
of
excellence
and
Family
Medicine,
where
we
serve
the
entire
Spectrum
from
peace
to
seniors
so
and
some
of
the
Supportive
Services
that
we
are
providing
include
our
social
workers,
our
nutritionists.
C
We
are
co-located
with
the
Brooklyn,
the
Brookdale
WIC
program,
because
the
building
that
we're
occupying
it
used
to
be
one
of
our
brookdale's
off-sites.
C
So
that
is
where
we
are,
and
those
are
some
of
the
services
that
we're
providing.
But
we
are
always
open
and
willing
to
partner
with
our
communities
to
offer
and
to
participate.
In
any
events
or
activities,
that's
happening,
one
of
the
major
Partnerships
that
we
share
is
with
the
New
York
City
public
schools,
because
we
do
have
a
20
School
based
health
system
that
is
most
of
the
sites
in
the
Bronx
we
have
like
we
are
in
40.
We
participate
with
48
schools
through
20
sites.
C
D
Hi,
thank
you
so
much
for
the
presentation.
Just
a
quick
question.
I,
you
know
welcome
to
the
to
the
area,
I'm
so
happy
to
have
you
here,
the
last
that
we
connected
with
children's
rescue
fund,
who
had
opened
up
a
shelter
for
women
at
one
Kenilworth
Place.
They
were
still
trying
to
connect
with
primary
care
services,
so
I'm
not
sure
if
you've
been
in
contact
with
them,
but
that
might
be
a
good
connection,
especially
if
they're
still
looking
for
a
stable
primary
care
services
for
their
residents.
C
We
would
be
more
than
happy
to
do
that
as
a
matter
of
fact,
one
of
the
facilities
that
we
have
recently
well,
we
started
a
partnership
with
them
in
December
is
the
Brooklyn
community
services
that
should
transitional
houses
for
young
adults
who
have
aged
out
of
the
foster
care
system.
So
we
have
begun
providing
Medical
Services
to
the
residents
of
that
facility,
so
Miss
Brown,
if
you
can
repeat
the
name
of
the
the
program
again.
A
I'll
go
ahead
and
I'll
send
you
contact
information
for
the
shelter
so
we're
not
on
the
public
forum
for
that
and
then
also,
if
you
plan
to
attend
and
I'll
make
sure
you
have
another
invitation
in
your
inbox.
If
you
plan
to
attend
the
non-profit
Roundtable
on
the
ninth.
C
C
E
Know
we
had
desperate
need
of
healthcare
services,
at
least
Clinical
Services
here
in
this
and
in
the
district
at
all
times
my
two-part
question:
if
I
may
one
do
you,
do
you
guys
offer
any
sort
of
Mental
Health
Services
to
the
community,
and
the
second
is
more
about
getting
information
out
if
you
have
Flyers
with
the
type
of
services
that
you
offer,
that
you
can
share
board
so
that
we
can
share
with
our
neighbors,
you
know
in
the
near
future.
C
Certainly,
and
the
answers
to
both
of
your
questions
is
yes
and
yes,
we
do
have
a
a
social
worker
that
is
assigned
to
our
site
as
we
roll
out
we'll
and
the
intention
is
to
scale
up.
But
we
do
have
a
member
of
our
staff.
It's
we
do
have
a
social
worker
and
we
have
been
seeing
as
a
matter
of
fact,
she's
been
quite
busy
providing
therapy
and
Psychotherapy
and
services
and
and
stuff
like
that.
C
But
in
addition
to
that,
we
do
have
a
what
we
call
a
behavioral
health,
a
Counseling
Center.
We
call
it
a
Counseling
Center
as
part
of
our
Network,
and
we
can
also
provide
virtual
because
the
idea
is
not
only
to
provide
in-person
services
but
to
also
address
the
needs
through
the
virtual
mode
of
of
Telehealth.
So
we
do
have
the
capacity
and
ability
to
see
individuals.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
we
have
been
seeing
individuals
and
we
know
that
there
is
a
need.
C
So,
yes,
we
do,
and
in
terms
of
the
Flyers,
certainly
I
can
make
those
available,
because
I
think
we
do
have
some
available
in
English,
Spanish
and
Creole
or
if
there's
any
particular
language.
That
would
serve
your
need.
Just
let
us
know
and
we'll
be
able
to
do
that
and
provide
it
to
Sean
Miss
Campbell,
yep
Urdu.
A
Then
Florencia,
Chang
and
Jada
has
her
hand
up
and
Nina
subgear
has
her
name
up,
but
is
a
co-chair.
She
she
is
prerogative
to
go.
First,
if
she'd
like.
B
Okay,
Russian
is
a
big
language
in
in
the
area,
so
keep
those
keep
that
in
mind.
So
I
had
actually
two
questions.
One
is:
are
you
partnering
with
any
of
the
local
schools
and
at
what
grade
level?
So
that's
question
number
one
and
the
other
is
you're
doing
so,
you're
doing
prenatal
care
where,
where
are
the
women
having
their
babies?
Okay,.
C
So
we
the
answer
to
your
questions,
one
the
first
part
of
it
is
yes,
we
are
partnering
with
our
local
schools.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
yesterday,
I'm
the
day
before
I
met
with
the
principal
and
parent
coordinator
at
P.S,
245
at
East,
17th
and
Flatbush
and
and
Beverly
over
there.
C
We
also
have
a
relationship
with
the
tall
I
think
it's
the
science
and
technology
early
early
college
program
at
Erasmus.
So
as
a
matter
of
fact,
I
was
supposed
to
be
a
part
of
their
pa
meeting
today,
and
that
was
canceled.
So
we
have
been
outreaching
to
all
of
our
schools
in
the
community
to
let
them
know
that
we
are
here
and
we
are
willing
to
partner
looking
at
even
some
of
the
the
middle
schools
I
outreached
to
as
far
as
Andreas
Huddy
and
the
ps119
over
there
on
Avenue
K.
C
So
we're
we're
reaching
out.
We
do
have
a
list
of
the
schools
within
the
the
Brooklyn
area
and
we
have
been
outreaching
to
our
schools
to
meet
with
the
principal.
So
if
there's
any
one
on
the
call
who
has-
and
it
is
not
limited
to
our
Public
Schools-
we're
also
reaching
out
to
our
charter
schools,
because
we
do
have
relationships
with
our
Charter
Schools
through
our
school-based
Network
and
our
alternative
programs
like
Co-op
Tech,
we
do
have
relationships
with
those
educational
facilities
as
well
and
centers.
C
So
if
anyone
has
any
connection
to
any
of
the
schools
and
we
you
can
provide
that
information
most
certainly,
we
would
welcome
that
as
well
and
the
second
part
of
your
question
when
it
comes
to
prenatal
care,
we
do
have
a
maternal
center
of
excellence
and
in
terms
of
birth,
we
are
affiliated
with
Sunni
downstairs,
Kings,
County,
Brooklyn,
Hospital,
Interfaith
and
I
believe
there's
another
one.
It
might
be
Brookdale,
I,
I
think
it.
It
is
Brookdale.
So
we
have.
C
But
again,
our
patients
do
have
the
prerogative
to
decide
where
they
want
to
have
their
their
their
babies,
and
we
acknowledge
that.
But
to
add
to
that,
we
do
have
a
doula
program.
I
think
we
are
probably
one
of
the
first
fqhcs
to
offer
that
that
level
of
service
to
our
expectant
moms
or
our
new
moms.
So
we
do
have
as
part
of
our
integrated
building
maternal
Center
of
Excellence.
We
do
have
birthing
doulas
attached
to
the
program.
G
Mine
is
not
so
much
of
a
question
how
it
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
part
of
the
council
that
I'm
part
of
we
had
the
privilege
of
being
at
the
center.
We
had
a
walk
through
I've
referred
someone
there,
and
the
reports
came
back
very
well
and
plus
you
know
it's
a
very
clean.
They
said
it's
what
I
observed
I'm
just
saying
ditto
to
what
they
said,
that
the
service
was
very
good
and
you
know
they
the
overall.
G
They
were
pleased
with
everything
you
know
with
the
the
staff
and
you
know
the
place,
and
so
we
welcome
that
here
to
have
that
professional
atmosphere.
But
yet,
being
you
know
kind,
and
you
know
to
the
to
those
who
will
be
a
part
of
so
I
just
wanted
to
say
that.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
you
for
that
feedback,
Miss
Miss,
Chang,
Miss
ferencia.
Thank
you
just
to
add
to
what
you've
just
said.
We
Morris
Heights
part
of
what
we
do
is
to
ensure
that
the
facilities
and
the
infrastructure
that
we
put
in
place
to
service
our
community,
it's
top-notch
right,
I,
think
part
of
what
is
happening
with
us
is
that
folks
are
thinking
that
we're
a
private
of
private
facility
simply
because
of
the
Aesthetics
in
terms
of
when
they
pass
by
what
they
see.
So
it's
getting
the
word
out
that
we
are
not.
C
We
are
a
community
organization
and
we
are
here.
That's
that's
our
community's
funds.
It's
it's!
It's!
It's
it's
for
the
community,
it's
their
money
that
is
invested
in
there
and
the
idea
is
to
ensure
that
they
have
somewhere
that
they
can
go,
that
they
would
have
positive
experiences,
and
that
is
what
we
always
aim
to
do
wherever
we're
located
in
whichever
Community
we're
located.
A
I
am
not
seeing
any
additional
raised
hands,
so
thank
you
for
joining
us
and
for
the
presentation
and
for
planning
to
join
us
on
the
ninth
look
forward
to
seeing
you
there
and
making
some
what
I'm
sure
will
be
very
fruitful
introductions.
Yes,.
C
A
A
B
Introduction,
okay,
so,
first
of
all,
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you,
Miss
Lawrence
for
really
very
informative
presentation
and
letting
us
know
what's
available.
So
without
further
Ado
we
have
Mr
Jason
Rochelle
am
I,
saying
it
correctly.
B
Okay
and
you're,
the
senior
advisor
for
strategic
Partnerships
for
test
and
treatment
test
and
treatment
core
and
you're
going
to
give
us
an
update
on
covid-19
treatment,
testing
vaccines
and
other
resources.
H
Yes,
that
is
correct.
Okay,
thank
you!
So
much
Nina,
yes,
I,
am
with
test
and
treat.
You
may
have
heard.
I.
Remember
members,
we
used
to
have
contact
tracing
during
the
pandemic
and
it
was
tested
traced,
but
we've
rebranded
ourselves
now
and
my
presentation
will
kind
of
explain
why
so
I'm
going
to
share
my
screen.
D
H
I
H
So
this
first
slide
here
shows
basically
covert
rates
in
the
city
from
the
very
beginning,
all
the
way
back
to
March
2020.
H
and,
as
we
all
remember
last
year
about
this
time
there
was
a
huge
Spike
which
is
that
gigantic
Spike
right
there
in
January
2022
and
then
you
know
it.
It
went
down
with
vaccinations
and
you
know
masks
so
we're
doing
good
right
now.
There
was
a
rise
in
rate
of
either
Care
at
the
end,
starting
in
October
right
around
Halloween
through
Thanksgiving
Christmas
and
New
Year's,
we
did
see
somewhere
an
increase.
I
want
to
go
to
the
next
slide.
H
Here's
a
little
bit
a
little
bit
closer.
You
can
see
right
around
October,
we
went
up.
We
are
kind
of
on
the
way
back
down,
which
is
great
news,
even
though,
let's
see
what
it
looks
like
in
a
week
from
now,
because
we'll
start
these
are
like
self-reported
numbers.
H
So
these
numbers
are
people
that
test
positive,
so
how
many
people
have
had
covet
and
don't
go
to
a
you
know,
a
city
location
where
we
get
the
numbers,
so
maybe
in
a
week
we
might
see
a
little
bit
more
of
an
increase
due
to
New
Year's
Gatherings,
but
right
now
it
looks
like
we
are
back
on
the
downturn.
Now,
if
you
wanted
to
go
into
the
data
kind
of
like
I
could
do.
H
If
you
visit
nyc.gov
backslash
covet
data,
you
can
actually
look
on
a
neighborhood,
zip
code
level
and
see
you
know
a
little
bit
more
exact
data.
H
H
We
tend
to
peek
out
through
positivity
cases
around
the
fourth
the
sixth
week
of
the
month,
so
like
the
end
of
January,
beginning
of
February
is
historically
when
we
see
the
most
flu
cases.
H
As
you
can
see
this
red
line
here
to
the
left,
we
were
more
than
double
the
peak
around.
You
know
the
end
of
November,
beginning
December,
but
thankfully
lots
of
people
are
getting
the
flu
shot,
myself
included,
so
you
can
see,
there's
a
steep
decline
now
this
is,
you
know,
accurate
to
like
about
a
week
ago.
So
it's
not
as
scary
as
it
was
when
we
saw
these
numbers.
We
started
kind
of
freaking
out
because
they're
just
really
really
high,
but
the
numbers
are
going
down,
which
is
good
news.
H
And
it's
because
flu
vaccines
are
available,
I
got
my
booster
and
my
flu
shot
at
the
same
time.
I
had
no
adverse
effects
at
all
whatsoever,
so
we
are
recommending
that
people
get
the
flu
shot.
There
have
been
many
years
where
I
have
not
gotten
the
flu
shot
and
I've,
never
gotten
the
flu,
but
the
way
covid's
spreading
right
now
with
the
new
variants
and
the
flu
is,
you
know,
is
much
stronger
than
it's
been
in
past
years.
We
do
recommend
people
to
get
the
flu
shot.
H
They
have
predicted
the
correct
the
correct
strains
of
the
flu
this
year,
so
they're
they're,
very
accurate.
H
Now
sorry,
my
screen's
Frozen
okay,
but
what
I
want
to
talk
about
is
the
test
and
treat
so
as
I
mentioned
before
we
used
to
be
called
test
and
Trace
when
we
were
doing
the
contact
tracing
but
now
New
York
City
is
the
the
first
city
in
the
nation
to
have
to
offer
mobile
treatment
units.
You've
probably
seen
these
Vans
all
around
the
city.
We
have
about
75
of
them
they're
out
seven
days
a
week.
They
tend
to
go
to
about
a
hundred
different
locations.
H
H
That
number
might
be
a
little
bit
higher.
Now
I
made
the
slide
at
the
end
of
December
or
beginning
of
December.
As
remember
as
we
remember
before,
when
you
got
covid,
you
had
to
quarantine
for
10
days
right
now.
If
you
take
Pax
lovid,
it
cuts
that
quarantine
point
and
a
half,
so
it's
a
five
day
regimen
and
at
the
end
of
five
days,
you're
good
to
go.
If
you
go
here
to
the
Vans,
this
is
what
they
look
like,
as
I
mentioned
they
offer
in
seven
days
a
week.
H
Most
of
them
are
from
eight
to
six.
If
you
go
to
the
van,
you
have
the
choice.
If
you
have
symptoms,
you
can
either
get
a
PCR
test
or
wrap
it
into
just
antigen
tests
there,
or
if
you
took
a
test
at
home,
you
could
bring
in
that
test
and
that
counts
as
a
positive
test,
which
is
new.
It
used
to
be
that
you
had
to
do
the
test
at
the
band,
but
now,
if
you
take
one
at
home,
you
can
bring
the
test
in.
H
You
can
take
a
picture
on
your
phone
and
just
show
a
picture
of
your
phone
that
you
have
a
positive
test
and
that
will
count
as
a
positive
test.
There
are
health
professionals
there
who
will
go
over
your
options
and
if
you
are
eligible,
you
can
walk
away
from
the
van
with
Pax
of
it.
You
don't
have
to
go
to
a
pharmacy.
You
can
have
the
tax
a
little
bit
in
your
hand
right
there
they're
also
doing
flu
tests.
So
if
you
test
positive
for
the
flu,
you
can
get
a
prescription
for
Tamiflu.
H
Now
they
don't
have
Tamiflu
at
the
at
the
Vans,
but
you
can
get
a
prescription
for
it
to
go
to
a
pharmacy.
Our
staff
is
like
basically
bilingual,
sometimes
trilingual,
but
if
a
patient
comes
that
speaks
a
language
that
the
attendants
don't
speak.
They
are
trained
in
language
lines,
which
means
no
matter
what
language
you
speak,
they'll
get
on
the
phone
and
they
will
have
the
conversation
with
you
in
your
language.
No
insurance
is
required.
No
ID
is
required,
which
means
immigration
status.
H
You
know
you
don't
have
to
worry
about
immigration
status
and
not
asking
those
questions
at
all.
If
you
don't
have
insurance
they're,
not
asking
those
questions
at
all.
Now,
if
you
do
have
insurance,
it's
possible
that
your
insurance
company
can
be
billed
for
it,
but
there
will
be
zero
out
of
pocket.
You
will
not
pay
anything
by
going
to
these
Vans
at
all
whatsoever.
H
If
you
want
to
know
where
these
Vans
are,
you
can
go
to
the
covid-19
test
site,
finder
and
I
will
I'll.
Send
you
I'll,
send
you
this
presentation
that
has
the
links
on
it,
so
you
can
share
it
with
Okay
and
also
as
I
mentioned,
these
bands
are
going
to
100
different
locations
every
week
and
it
changes
every
week.
H
A
lot
of
them
are
the
same,
but
if
you
want
to
find
out
where
we
are
this
right
here,
the
download
our
weekly
Flyers,
we
have
them
for
all
five
boroughs,
Brooklyn
I
believe
has
30
something
tests
every
you
know
different
locations
every
week.
So
that's
about
a
third
of
the
cities
between
are
in
Brooklyn.
H
The
second
thing
I
want
to
talk
about
is
we
at
test
and
treat
are
looking
for
Community
Partners
to
partner
with
us
to
give
out
free,
PPE
and
Rapid
test
kits
to
the
community.
There
are
major
caveat:
is
they
have
to
be
given
out
free?
There
could
be
no
cost
at
all
whatsoever.
This
is
open
to
you
know
faith-based
501c3
organization.
Basically,
any
community-based
organization
is
eligible
for
this
program.
H
If
you
or
your
partners-
or
you
know
somebody
who's-
maybe
interested
in
this,
please
have
them
fill
out.
These
interest
forms
and
a
member
of
our
team
will
reach
out,
because
we
want
to
make
sure
we
have
the
test.
We
have
the
PPE.
We
want
to
make
sure
that
it's
getting
out
to
the
community.
So
if
you
fill
out
these
forms
we
reach
out,
and
if
you
are
eligible,
we'll
sign
you
up
for
the
program
and
we'll
get
these
out
to
you.
H
We
don't
we
try
not
to
make
it
two
paperwork.
Heavy,
as
I
mentioned
that
the
major
caveat
is
they
have
to
be
free.
You
can't
accept
these
and
then
turn
around
and
try
to
sell
them
to
the
community.
H
Now,
if
you
want
a
member
of
my
team
to
come
and
give
an
informational
presentation
to
any
organization,
we're
happy
to
do
that
as
well,
it
might
be
this
presentation.
It
might
be
a
little
bit
longer
it
really.
We
can
tailor
it
to
really
the
audience
that
you
need
to
speak
to
I.
Did
that
really
quick
I
could
do
it?
I
could
spend
an
hour
talking
about
this,
because
I
want
to
respect
everyone's
time.
H
A
Thank
you
for
that.
Go
ahead
and
raise
hands
and
I
also
want
to
note
that
co-chair
Joel
Siegel
is
on
the
line.
Now
too.
So
we've
got
the
full
complement
of
co-chairs
for
the
Human
Service
committee.
Are
there
any
hands
up.
H
E
How
you
doing
thank
you
very
much
for
the
presentation
as
a
former
testing
trades
person
that
actually
was
one
of
your
partners,
I'm
curious
to
know
like
where
the
Vans
are
in
Central
Brooklyn
now
and
are
there?
Are
they
regularly
in
or
around
cb14.
H
In
the
presentation
there
is
a
link
where
you
can
see
you
can
download
the
Flyers.
We
update
them
on
a
weekly
basis
of
where
the
Vans
are
located.
I
can
probably
tell
you
give
me
one
second,
because.
H
A
H
All
right,
the
document's
opening
right
now
so
which
neighborhoods
are
in
cb14
flat.
A
Coney
Island
Avenue
in
a
couple
different
locations
on
Coney,
Island
Avenue
before
and
I'm
gonna
fill
out
the
form
for
a
couple
of
locations
where
we
were
talking
about
people
who
might
not
usually
access
medical
care.
But
if
a
van
is
right
there
and
no
ID
is
required.
That
might
actually
benefit
everybody
around
100.
H
100
we
want,
you,
know
your
neighborhoods
better
than
we
do
so,
if
you're,
if
there's
a
location
that
you
think
there's
high
traffic,
this
is
where
we
need
to
be.
Please
fill
out
the
interest
form
and
a
member
of
our
team
will
reach
out
because
we're
looking
to
make
sure
that
we
are
where
the
people
are
and
where
the
services
are
needed.
H
E
F
H
B
D
Hi,
unless
a
question
just
more
of
a
comment
and
an
accommodation
for
how
important
it
is
to
be
able
to
access
PCR
testing
without
the
burden
of
having
Insurance
right
now,
the
trends
in
Urgent
Care
has
been
to
not
only
charge
for
the
PCR
but
to
also
charge
for
an
absorbitant
fee
for
the
oversight
by
the
provider.
D
That
fee
is
often
now
been
denied
by
Insurance,
so
I'm
gonna
say,
and
this
is
newsworthy.
This
is
something
that's
been
in
the
Press,
so
I
just
want
to
commend
health
and
hospital
for
continuing
the
ability
for
people
to
test
via
PCR.
That
is
the
gold
standard
in
terms
of
documenting
your
disease
process,
and
it
is
quite
important
for
everyone
to
have
access
to
that,
even
though
this
is
not
something
that
is
readily
available
in
Urgent
Care
right
now.
Thank
you.
So
much.
E
E
H
It's
it's
both.
It's
the
PCR
and
Rapid
antigen.
H
Okay,
I
understand
I
will
have
to
get
back
to
you
because
I
don't
know
which
one
but
I'll
find
out.
A
Jason
I
also
have
a
question,
because,
if
you,
if
you
look
at
a
heat
map
of
community
district
14
and
see
where
our
our
percentage
of
residents
who
were
vaccinated,
is
I
forget
what
color
it
turns
at
the
at
the
sort
of
South
Western
end
of
the
district.
But
it
turns
the
color
that
you
don't
want
to
see.
It's
a
it's.
A
A
pretty
low
percentage
and
I'm
wondering
what
sort
of
like
secondary
sort
of
approach
you're
taking
in
communities
that
may
have
been
vaccine
resistant,
especially
now
that
you
know
maybe
to
some
to
to
According
to
some
perspectives.
It's
died
down,
but
it's
still
so
important
and
I'm
wondering
you
know
what
what
we're
talking
about
test
and
treat.
But
what?
Where
does
vaccination
fall
in?
At
this
point?.
H
Well,
unfortunately,
the
Vans
don't
do
vaccinations,
so
what
we've
been
doing
is
working
with
houses
of
worship
working.
The
previous
organizations
that
are,
in
those
we've
been
holding
every
every
two
weeks
been
holding
webinars
I
had
one
today
where
we
had
47
organizations
attend
where
we're
trying
to
get
this
message
out
with
the
you
know
how
important
it
is
to
get
the
vaccination
just
masks.
Isn't
enough
washing
your
hands
isn't
enough.
H
It's
I
mean
one
of
the
reasons
why
I
reached
out
to
this
community
board
is
because
your
numbers
are
a
little
bit
higher
than
the
city
average.
So
this
is
one
of
the
things
we're
doing
we're
calling
out
the
community
boards
that
are,
you
know
that
have
a
higher
rate
having
these
conversations,
hoping
that
it
distills
out
to
the
rest
of
the
community
that
this
neighborhood,
these
neighborhoods
are
a
little
bit
higher
than
they
should
be.
B
Hi,
thank
you
for
all
of
that
information.
So
I
just
have
a
question.
I
guess
this
is
you
know
in
terms
of
the
you
know,
the
number
crunching?
If
a
person
does
a
home
covet
test
and
say
screenshots
it
to
their
Doctor
Who,
then
orders
Pax,
lovit
or
whatever
the
other
thing
that
they
were
giving
that
wasn't
as
effective
or
or
or
it
could
be
the
flu
in
their
doctor.
You
know
prescribes
Tamiflu.
B
H
H
Question
that
I
don't
have
the
answer
to
my
role
is
to
do
the
Outreach
and
try
to
push
more
people
to
go
out
to
these
Vans
and
get
Pax
lovid
and
to
get
you
know
vaccinated.
H
That's
an
excellent
question.
I'll
I'll.
Add
that
to
the
the
list
of
questions
that
I
have
to
get
back
to
Sean,
to.
D
I
guess
it's
my
turn,
hi
well,
I!
Guess
you
know
half
question
half
comment.
I
did
hear
you
say
that
the
numbers
in
our
district
are
higher
than
other
districts
and
that's
why
you're
you
know
giving
us
this
presentation
and
much
appreciated,
but
I
also
want
to
add.
Perhaps
the
cop
got
that
you
know
we
have
a
portion
of
our
community
that
is
a
little
bit
more
dedicated
to
surveillance
and
making
sure
they
know
their
status,
especially
when
they're
not
feeling
well.
So
you
know
in
congruence
with
what
Nina
was
saying.
D
It
is
possible
that
we're
showing
data
higher
than
other
neighborhoods,
because
we're
actually
being
a
little
bit
more
Vigilant
with
PCR
testing
and
or
with
the
rapid
tests
shown
to
a
PCP
provider
and
then
getting
a
prescription
for
paxloved.
D
So
I
just
wanted
to
point
that
out
that,
while
you
know
we
saw
that
incredible
spike
in
January
2022,
that's
because
you
know
we
had
a
much
greater
surveillance
for
PCR.
We
also
had
a
greater
availability
of
PCR
to
in
the
uninsured,
all
across
the
board,
with
even
you
know,
a
small
testing
firms
that
were
at
curbside
receiving
a
permit.
D
H
I
I
totally
understand
that
point
and
I
do
agree.
H
You
know
if
you
don't,
if
you
just
get
covered
and
you
stay
home
for
the
two
weeks
and
nobody
knows
that
skewers
the
numbers
so
getting
tested
you
know,
does
make
it
look
like
you
have
more
sometimes,
but
it's
like
you,
said
it's
better
to
have
the
surveillance
and
for
people
to
go
and
get
the
pack
sloven.
A
I
Yes,
thank
you
very
much.
Actually,
I
just
want
to
support
the
question
of
our
district
manager,
Sean
Campbell
and
chairperson
Joanne-
that
we
have
quite
High
patient
of
covered
in
a
community
board
14,
and
we
still
know
we
have
a
lot
of
panels
at
our
Coney
Island
and
someday.
We
have
10
every
day,
10
15
16,
so
this
kind
of
ratio
we
were
saw
in
the
last
two
years.
I
So
I
think
this
is
the
basic
thing
that
this
area
is
a
white
I'm,
not
blaming,
but
this
is
actually
there
is
a
lot
of
immigrant
communities
and
their
faith
is
not
as
too
much
on
this
vaccination.
Even
if
I
talk
about
my
community
from
Pakistan,
we
even
don't
have
too
much.
I
On
polio,
we
are
avoid
to
take
polio,
drops
or
any
kind
of
basic
vaccination.
So
this
is
the
reason
we
are
facing
in
this
community
and
in
in
our
district.
So
if
we
kindly
I
think
because,
as
you
said,
that
you
are
not
a
doctor,
but
we
still
need
a
way
of
any
motivation
or
any
medical
aside
advantages
that
if
you
need
this
vaccination,
so
you
get
benefited
advantages.
I
A
Yeah
Jason
I
could
also
share
with
you.
You've
been
invited
to
the
non-profit
Roundtable,
but
I
can
also
share
with
you
some
community-based
organizations
that
are,
you
know
at
the
hyper
local
levels.
That
might
also
be
trusted
Messengers
if
you're
going
into
houses
of
worship
in
some
communities,
you're
speaking
mostly
to
men,
there
and
and
and
I
I,
have
no
data
to
back
this
up,
but
they
might
not
be
bringing
the
message
home
as
much
as
like
mothers
might.
So.
Please.
A
We'll
go
back
on
that
and
I
think
that
is
the
last
hand
that
was
up
on
this
subject.
A
K
K
Know
I'm
the
first
one
I
apologize
for
being
late
for
this,
but
I
personally
I
was
I'm
very
impressed
at
the
the
service
very
impressed
that
particularly
when
I
heard
you
know
when
I
got
covered.
You
know
I
had
a
a
big
barn
steel
to
try
to
get
the
packs
loaded
and
I
never
got
it
because
I
went
over
the
five
days
and
you
know
it's
I'm,
just
very
impressed
that
the
the
service
that's
being
provided
frankly,
a
little
appalled
that
there
are
people
out
there
trying
to
charge
money
for
it.
H
Thank
you
well,
thank
you
for
having
me
I
will
send
a
copy
the
presentation
as
soon
as
I,
log
off
and
Sean,
please
send
me
a
list
of
Community
organizations
and
we'll
reach
out
to
them
sounds.
A
So
you
want
to
talk
a
little
non-profit
Roundtable
to
prepare
ourselves
for
February
9th,
which
Feels
So
Close
yeah.
A
That
is
nowhere
near
the
that
doesn't
include
our
tried
and
true
I
mean
that's
without
kojo
I
know
will
be
there.
Copo
I
know
will
be
there.
Fdc
I
know
we'll
be
there.
I
know,
FTC
I
know
will
be
there
so
I'm
thinking
that
without
any
follow-up
we
probably
can
count
on
20
organizations
be
there
being
there
and
then
I
am
planning
on
following
up
with
some
of
the
sort
of
the
the
newer
groups
that
haven't
been
engaged
with
us
as
long
in.
A
In
order
to
try
to
add
to
that
number,
so
I
think
we
can
count
on
25,
maybe
even
30
organizations
this
year.
I
am
trying
to
make
sure
that
they
run
the
gamut
of
some
of
the
Affinity
groups
that
we've
talked
about.
A
You
know
so
that
we
have
youth
organizations
and
Human
Service
organizations
that
maybe
could
even
break
out
into
to
health
or
and
or
food
security
and
or
programs
for
aging
New
Yorkers
and
that
sort
of
thing
and
then
really
in
in
an
effort
to
address
Dwayne
and
Barton's
requests
for
more
focus
on
Arts
and
Cultural
organizations.
I've
tried
to
put
forth
a
little
bit
of
a
push
there,
so
we
make
sure
that
we
have
an
affinity
group
there
as
well
I.
A
Think
most
of
you
know
but
I'll
just
repeat
it
so
that
we're
all
on
the
same
page
with
sort
of
run
of
show.
10
o'clock
is
when
the
the
the
event
begins.
There
will
be
welcomes
and
the
introductions
of
a
keynote
speaker
so
I've
been
putting
that
aside.
A
We'll
talk
about
that
in
a
second
introductions
of
a
keynote
I've
asked
the
people
who've
been
invited
to
Keynote
thought
it
would
be
sort
of,
like
a
committee
presentation,
really
just
a
20
minute
presentation
with
like
10
15
minutes
for
Q,
a
because
I
thought
that
there
was
some
general
consensus
around
making
sure
that
these
organizations
have
time
to
talk
to
each
other.
So
after
the
keynote,
then
the
route,
the
actual
Round
Table,
introduction
of
all
of
the
community-based
organizations
who
they
are,
who
they
serve.
A
What
their
mission
is
and
then
a
breakout
into
the
small
groups
where
there
will
be
some
guided
questions
and
I
think
we're
gonna
it,
and
this
is
all
up
for
discussion,
which
is
why
we're
talking
about
it
here.
But
the
guided
questions
on
like
we've
done
this
before,
and
it's
tended
to
be
pretty
fruitful,
a
most
recent
success
and
then
a
current
difficult
challenge
that
you're
trying
that
organizations
are
are
trying
to
address
and
the
success.
A
The
value
of
that
has
been
that
organizations
that
hear
about
another
organization.
Success
might
be
able
to
gather
best
practices
from
them
and
then
challenges.
Obviously,
if
we
can
identify
challenges
that
are
happening
across
organizations,
you
know
we
might
be
able
to
identify
agencies
or
policies
or
or
engage
our
elected
officials
towards
Solutions
so
and
then
and
somewhere
in
somewhere.
A
After
the
small
group
discussions
were
during
them,
there
will
be
an
opportunity
for
lunch,
and
then
the
wrap-up
will
be
coming
back
from
the
small
group
to
share
there'll,
be
a
board
facility.
Hopefully
a
board
member
facilitator
at
each
table
and
then
the
each
table
will
share
their
what
they
came
up
with
as
the
challenge
that
they
all
sort
of
built.
You
know
that
they
had
some
commonality
with,
and
that
would
be
our
way
of
gathering
what
the
big
challenge
in
the
room
is
and
how
we
move
forward
from
there.
A
So
that's
sort
of
the
design
of
it
dovey
zeitlin
is
is
going
to
cater
the
event
and
what
am
I
missing
and
what
I'm
missing
is
we
we
haven't
identified,
who
the
keynote
speaker
is
going
to
be?
There
was
somebody
who
I
thought
was
going
to
do
it
and
we
were
hopeful
and
then
that
in
a
conflict
emerged
so
I'm
working
actually
with
the
mayor's.
A
My
my
contact
in
the
mayor's
office
and
hopefully
in
bringing
somebody
in
from
the
mayor's
office
of
contracts
to
kind
of
follow
up
on
the
program
that
Brad
Lander
shared
with
us
last
year
about
how
the
city
is
trying
to
streamline
registration
and
payment
on
contracts.
Okay,
I
just
said
a
lot
so
wherever,
however,
you
want
to
jump
in
Nina,
Joel
or
Glenn
has
a
hand
up
to.
L
You
mentioned
what
time
it'll
start
at
10,
but
you
didn't
mention
how
long
you
expect
it
to
run.
A
Yeah,
it's
10
10
o'clock
to
one
o'clock
and
so
I
tried
to
break
this
down
in
an
email
that
went
out
to
the
board
when
I
was
asking
board
members
to
to
participate.
I
don't
have
it
at
my
fingertips,
but
it's
kind
of
think
about
it
in
in
like
half
hour
segments,
except
for
the
round
table
introductions
I
think
I
gave
that
at
least
45
minutes,
because
if
we've
got
25
organizations
in
the
room
and
they're
getting
two
minutes
each
that
was
50
minutes.
K
K
They
did
Arts
programs
for
kids.
Do
you
remember
that
I
I
found
my
notes
recently
from
that
meeting
and
I'll
dig
them
out
yeah.
A
That's
that's
good
I.
You
know
I've
reached
out
to
the
you
know
like
Sesame
flyers
and
infatio
King's
theater,
because
they
have
the
Kings
Care
Program,
the
the
all-in-one,
the
group
that
came
to
us
to
do
the
presentation
when
they're
trying
to
move
the
Arts
organization
into
the
church
on
Farragut
and
a
few
oh
Caribbean,
the
Flatbush,
African
burial,
ground,
Coalition
habnat,
you
know,
there's
I
can't
remember
them
all,
but
I
think
we've
reached
out
to
we've
invited
about
50
organizations.
J
Thank
you
Joel.
Thank
you
for
that
shout
out
so
Hey
folks
good
evening,
so
two
things
Sean,
no
none
of
them
will
be
able
to
speak
as
quickly
as
you
do.
So,
let's,
let's
put
that
to
rest.
J
A
J
K
I
may
have
to
further
consult
with
you,
Sean
on
your
concept
and
so
I'm
a
good
soldier.
A
K
Yeah
as
I'm
listening,
I'm
thinking
to
myself
and
I'm
sure
you've
experienced
it,
I
I
just
think
they're,
probably
all
get
feel
good
about
themselves.
That
there's
you
know
they're
part
of
a
bigger
picture.
You
know
you
know
they
they
do.
They
all
do
their
own
thing,
but
then
they
see
oh
God,
where
there's
all
these
other
people
doing
these
things.
You
know
it's
we're
part
of
a
nice
fabric.
You
know.
A
I
mean
it
builds
a
network,
it's
sort
of
like
what
we
already
refer.
We
all
already
alluded
to
today
is
you
know,
mhhc
is
going
to
actually
be.
You
know,
I'll
do
an
email,
invitation
or
introduction,
but
if,
if
Ms
Lawrence
comes
and
she
meets
Nixon
Pierre
from
the
shelter
and
they
meet
face
to
face,
I
mean
I
think
that
we
had
really
good
introductions
with
the
the
facility
on
Durie
place
last
year.
E
I
I
just
wanted
to
confirm
whether
or
not
we're
still
keeping
the
tradition
of
inviting
you
know
relevant
City
agencies
but,
like
you
know,
I
think
in
the
past,
like
we
invited
difta
and
cultural.
A
Anybody
else,
or
just
just
just
carry
on
go
ahead.
Glenn.
L
A
For
you,
too
yeah
I
mean
I'll,
go
over
and
sit
down,
I'll
go
look,
I
should
say
this
every
time.
I
talk
about
this
event
too
I
mean
the
the
the
generosity
and
the
hospitality
of
East
Midwood
Jewish
Center.
It
just
doesn't
end
this
we're
not
being
charged
for
the
space
you
know,
Wayne
will
participate.
Members
of
his
board
will
participate,
I'll
go
over
there
and
and
we'll
talk
about
how
we're
going
to
set
up
the
room.
So
we'll
just
basically
do
a
round
table.
A
A
Debbie
zeitley
won't
be
there
around
nine
o'clock
to
set
up
his
spread
and
he's
another
one.
Who's
like
he
goes
it
it'll
it'll
be
it'll,
be
bountiful.
A
Meeting
yeah
Florencia
do.
A
A
A
And
Nina
I
know
that
that
you're
waiting
on
the
jury,
duty
news
but
Joel
you'll,
be
there
for
sure.
Yes,
I.
A
Yeah
I
think
that'll
be
all
all
set,
but
also
I'm
very
excited
that
both
yes,
that's
true,
both
both
of
my
staff
members
will
be
there
all
two
of
them
because
Sarah
sclaw
started
this
week
and
she's.
You
know
she's
off
to
a
off
to
a
great
start
and
she
and
Patricia
have
been
and
Dwayne
Joseph
will
be.
There.
I
just
saw
that
in
the
chat
yeah,
so
everybody
will
get
to
meet
Sarah
and
see.
Patricia
who've
been
really
helpful
with
getting
this
off
the
ground
and
helping
to
re
redo.
A
Our
our
you
know
the
the
non-profit
Roundtable
list,
the
address
list,
all
of
that
that
that
falls
out
of
that
becomes
obsolete
really
quickly
because
there's
so
much
turnover
at
community-based
organizations,
so
we're
still
I'm
getting
a
lot
of
bounce
back
from
from
organ.
You
know
from
the
people
who
used
to
be
our
contacts
at
places
like
in
power.
A
Dwayne,
wait,
there's
two
hands
up,
I,
don't
know
if
they're
new,
so
just
just
talk,
we're
a
small
group.
Just
talk.
E
So
just
a
quick
question:
are
we
having
a
cap
on
a
number
of
organizations
just
given
the
time
you
know
limited
time
that
we're
going
to
have,
or
is
there
a
possibility
for
you
to
invite
others
and
caveat
to
that?
Are
you
going
to
share
the
list
that
you
of
who
you've
reached
out
to
so
far.
A
I
can
do
that,
but
I
I,
we
used
an
old
list
and
a
lot
of
that
bounced
back
and
then
I
have
just
been
sort
of
like
going
picking
off
old
eat
like
emails
that
that
recent,
like
just
searching,
Dot,
orgs
and
thinking
about
you,
know
as
people
pop
into
my
head.
So
we're
we've
kind
of
been
flying
by
the
seat
of
our
pants
in
terms
of
getting
the
invitations
out
I,
but
we're
working
as
they
as
we
send
them
an
invitation
and
they
respond
we're
working
on
redeveloping
the
list.
A
So
I'll
I'll
try
to
get
that
out
in
plenty
of
time.
So
sorry
that
was
a
long
way
of
saying
yes,
I'll,
try
and
as
far
as
there
being
a
cap,
I
don't
think
there's
going
to
be
any
reason
to
have
a
cap.
You
know
if
it
goes
long.
It
goes
longer.
If
we
limit
time
we
limit
time
but
I,
don't
think
we're
going
to
approach
this
sort
of
danger
zone
like
oh,
my
gosh,
now,
there's
90
organizations.
A
What
do
we
do,
and,
as
far
as
having
to
hustle
to
fill
blank
spots,
no
I
think
that
we're
going
to
have
a
comfortable
number
without
breaking
a
sweat.
And
if
we
want
to
break
a
slight
sweat,
we'll
we'll
bring
it
up
a
little
bit,
but
not
into
a
like.
We
can't
fit
into
the
room.
Zone.
K
L
Good
sounds
exciting.
You
might
comment
that
most
of
the
organizations
when
they
show
up
you
know
schedule
a
certain
amount
of
time
to
be
away
from
their
offices.
So
if
you
want
to
stay
Beyond
one,
this
chances
are,
there
won't
be
many
people
keeping
you
company.
A
Dwayne
I
almost
reached
out
to
you
for
some
contacts
at
the
Parkside
Plaza,
but
I
found
them
so
they've
been
invited
too,
but
if
there
are
groups
or
individuals
who
you
think
are
particularly
Dynamic,
even
if
you
know
that
we,
you
know,
invited
an
organization,
you
might
know
somebody
within
that
organization
who
you
think
this
would
appeal
to
like
bring
it
to
our
attention
to
my
attention
and
we'll
add
them
to
the
list.
We
can
add
up
certain
words.
