A
Separate
the
venue
includes
all
the
regular
food,
the
there's,
a
bunch
of
things
that
aren't
included.
Like
the
you
know,
the
video
photographer,
the
the
music
and
the
cake.
A
E
Fantastic
and
so
folks,
good
evening,
happy
Monday,
I
hope
the
weekend
treated
everyone
well,
and
so
today
is
February
27th,
and
this
is
the
youth
services,
education,
libraries,
committee
meeting
and
the
original
agenda.
We
were
going
to
have
an
executive
director
of
an
organization
present
before
us
and
that
we're
going
to
talk
about
the
meeting,
unfortunately,
some
unexpected
stuff
arose
and
so
that
individual
will
not
be
able
to
present
and
so
we're
hoping
that
individual
will
be
able
to
attend.
E
It's
going
to
take
place
at
subo
at
Brooklyn,
College
and
I
believe
that
stands
for
the
student.
Who
is
it
the
Student
Union
building
right
exactly,
and
so
those
are
the
key
things
right
there
and
then
at
that
point,
I
think
some
of
the
things
that
we
definitely
need
to
talk
about
are
just
communication,
Outreach.
E
Also
thinking
about
what
we're
going
to
do
in
terms
of
the
agenda
and
the
structure
and
then
the
other
things
we
got
to
think
about
is
timing,
just
because
the
syep
application,
if
they
don't
extend
the
deadline,
that
deadline
is
going
to
be
March
31st
and
that's
going
to
be
two.
That's
going
to
be
basically
three
days
before
we
have
our
event
on
Monday
April
3rd,
and
so
one
of
the
things
that
we
should
think
about
is
just
okay.
E
B
I
have
a
well
I,
have
some
updates,
because
the
the
the
announcement
to
the
organizations
went
out
and
to
individuals
who
had
been
on
our
on
our
youth
list,
and
we
already
have
14
organizations
that
have
signed
up
to
participate
and
that
and
it
went
out
today.
B
B
It's
going
up
on
the
link
NYC
kiosk
this
week
and
and
our
our
website
will
be
updated,
but
it's
I
put
the
Eventbrite
Link
in
the
chat
before
we
started.
Okay,.
F
B
It
is
right
there
we
did,
the
the
invitations
will
go
out.
The
save
the
date
already
went
out
to
all
of
our
schools.
I
think
we
have
a
hundred
plus
schools
on
our
list,
and
so
that
will
go
out
on
Wednesday.
We
have
to
give
it
a
day
for
MailChimp
to
to
accept
us
again,
and
the
social
media
is
already
out
so
I
we've
had
we
have
such
good.
B
We
have
you
know
so
many
good
people
who've
been
involved
with
this
event
before
who
have
good
feelings
about
that
involvement
that,
for
instance,
I
ran
into
Jonathan
judge
last
night
and
he
was
like
oh
I
saw
the
the
youth
conference
is
happening
so
he's
already
seen
it
on
social
media.
We're.
G
B
It
up
on
link
NYC
sooner
than
we
thought
we
could
given
other
things
we're
putting
up
there,
because
Nicole
atien,
who
used
to
work
for
an
organization
that
used
to
participate,
is
now
with
Lincoln
YC.
So
she
called
to
figure
out
how
to
help
us
get
the
message
out
there
even
sooner
and
then
we've
got
Joe
Fran
lagonde
is
with
us.
This
evening.
E
A
I
just
wanted
you
to
know.
I
haven't
had
a
chance
to
officially
sign
up,
but
I
intend
to
participate
for
assert.
You
know
be
and
have
a
table
just
so
you're
aware
great.
B
E
Got
you
thank
you
so
much
for
that
Glenn
Duane
I,
see
you
have
your
hand
up
you're
up.
H
Good
evening,
everyone
I
just
wanted
I
want
John.
The
link
didn't
show
up
in
the
chat,
I
think
and
maybe
because
some
of
us
may
have
joined
after
the
fact.
H
The
other
is
so
I'm
going
to
communication
with
a
couple
different
organizations,
particularly
two
colleges,
Medgar
and
SUNY
Oneonta,
and
of
the
two
oneonta's
reach
back
out
to
me
and
said
they
would
like
to
sign
up
so
I'm,
not
sure
if
they're
one
of
the
organizations
that
has
already
signed
up
I
shared
with
them,
the
conference
link
or
at
least
the
website
link-
I,
don't
know
if
that's
that's
active
or
not
the
other.
B
You
know,
pick
and
choose
which
ones?
You
know
if
there's
an
embarrassment
of
riches
and
we
have
too
many
or
if
there's
some
that
don't
fit
so
well
with
our
age
group.
You
know
we
won't
we'll
curate
according
to
the
applications.
H
And
and
where
should
we
be
directing
folks
to
sign
up,
should
that
be
through
the
the
youth
conference
website,
or
should
we.
H
No
so
I'll
definitely
do
an
e-introduction
to
the
office
and
the
rep
from
SUNY
Oneonta
and
then
the
other
is
you
know.
In
the
past
we
talked
about
kind
of
coordinating
with
kojo
to
get
more
businesses,
local
businesses
involved
as
work
sites,
I'm,
not
sure,
if
that's
still
an
opportunity
for
us
to
do
that
or
I
definitely
have
a
connection
at
camba,
which
is
another
provider
in
the
area
and
they're
open
to
doing
something.
B
Okay,
have
them
reach
out
to
the
office
Dwayne,
okay
and
and
and
kojo,
is
on
the
is
on
the
agenda
for
the
final
planning
meeting
on
March
20th.
So
they'll
be
talking
more
about
that
then,
but
we're
we're
in
communication
with
them
on
on
Gathering
up
which
sort
of
answers
Carl's
question
from
the
top,
which
is
you
know,
what's
what's
the
hook
here
and
I
think
getting
the
organizations
that
are
participating
to
also
then
be
syep.
Participants
is
a
good
hook
for
for
the
the
event
and
syep.
I
D
D
The
other
thing
that
I
I
just
wondered
and
I
don't
know
if
it's
not
appropriate.
That's
perfectly
fine,
whether
there's
anybody
there
giving
inter
information
about
careers
in
in
healthcare
particularly
does
my
orientation
would
be
nursing
and
if
that
would
be
something
that
you're
interested
in
either
by
just
having
information
or
you
know.
However,
you
see
that
as
happening.
E
E
So
basically
today
the
like
the
link
went
out
and
there's
14
organizations
that
have
signed
up
already
and
so
I
don't
yet
know
if
any
of
those
organizations
are
Health
Care
related,
but
you
know
that's
something
that
we
could
check
and
then
we
could
see
if
if
there
were
any
Healthcare
organizations
that
would
be
interested
in
Sharing,
we
could
chat
with
them
and
see
how
that
what
that
would
look
like.
F
B
D
Yeah,
well,
it
would
be
more,
you
know,
obviously,
for
them
to
start
thinking
about.
You
know
what
they
want
to
pursue
once
they
get
into
college,
but
I
could
probably
get
information
from
at
least
a
few
of
the
CUNY
schools
and
from
the
is
a
national
student
nursing
organization,
and
you
know,
have
those
I
would
just
have
to
probably
work
on
it
pretty
fast,
since
we've
only
got
a
month.
K
E
E
F
B
Yep
I
just
want
to
throw
out
the
things
that
I
want
us
to
be
working
on.
In
the
meantime,
we
you
know
we
will
need
help
with
the
school
Outreach.
We
will
need
help
with
we're
getting
flyers
and
posters
printed,
so
they
should
be
ready.
You
know
by
next
week,
and
so
we've
had
great
volunteerism
from
board
members
and
members
of
the
community
in
Plastering,
the
community
with
with
Flyers
and
then
I
I.
Guess
we
already
answered
this
question.
B
I
did
want
to
make
sure
that
the
committee
and
board
members
are
interested
in
having
workshops.
In
addition
to
the
tabling
seems
like
that's
a
no-brainer,
and
then
we
I
also
want
to
ask
the
committee.
If
you
think
we
should
video
the
event
we
could
use
the
the
services
of
of
Mark
Moss
who's,
been
our
tech
support
person
for
our
meetings
and
such
I
want
to
make
sure
we
do
a
press
release
this
time,
it's
something
that
sometimes
gets
neglected.
B
So
if
there's
any
volunteers
to
help
write
a
presser
and
if
not,
we
can
do
it
in-house,
but
I
thought
that
might
sort
of
raise
the
I.
Don't
know
the
caliber
and
the
interest
in
the
thing
and
then
we
got
to
talk.
Snacks,
oh
and
mock
interviews.
B
I
did
reach
out,
I
did
hear
from
Shaheed
and
he
might
be
able
to
help
organize
mock
interviews
through
the
Brooklyn
chamber.
But
let's
I
I
just
want
the
thumbs
up
that
this
is
all
stuff
that
y'all
want
again.
E
Gosh
so
so
there's
a
few.
E
We
oops
so
before
I
get
to
that
stuff,
so
Eric.
Thank
you.
Eric
posting.
The
chat
he's
happy
to
help
with
school
Outreach
and
you
know
post
the
announcements
so
Eric.
Thank
you
for
that
and
then
I
see
a
bunch
of
hands
up,
and
so
let's
do
Paul
and
then
let's
do
Florencia
and
then
we'll
do
Jay,
ligand
and
then
Corazon
okay.
So
let's
do
that.
L
E
So
thank
you
for
that
Paul
and
so
then.
Definitely
when
we
get
to
that
part,
that's
a
nice
agenda.
I
definitely
want
to
you
know,
Eric
and
Paul.
You
guys
thank
you
so
much
for
volunteering
and
helping.
So
we
get
to
that
part
of
the
agenda
to
dig
into
that
a
little
bit
more
we'll
definitely
go
deeper
with
you
two
in
there.
Okay.
M
E
M
Good
evening,
everyone
I
also
so
hi
Sean
I
also
will
volunteer,
I
actually
started
to
send
it
out
already,
so
I
will
volunteer
for
outreach
and
every
in
whatever
capacity
you
want
me
to
I,
will
support
awesome.
O
Now
we
hear
you
yeah
yeah,
okay,
I
was
oh
hi
good
evening,
so
I
also
volunteered
to
do
any
postering
or
extra
Outreach,
especially
if
there's
some
sort
of
like
form
letter
that
you
guys
are
thinking
about
doing
otherwise
I
like
Florence,
they
have
already
started.
O
You
know,
speaking
about
it
and
sending
out
the
screenshot
of
the
online
I,
think
it
was
posted
on
Instagram,
but
also
the
question
that
I
had
was
I
know
that
I
saw
like
stuff
like
Target
and
bigger
corporations,
and
also
non-profits
at
the
youth
conference
last
year.
Do
smaller
businesses
are
those
also
potentials
if
they
could
have
like
syep
at
their
so
like
cinnamon
girl,
or
something
like
that.
If
they
wanted
to
come,
they
they
could
do
that.
Okay,
that
was
good.
Thank
you.
I.
B
Would
love
that
it's
been
hard
to
get
them,
because
you
know
small
businesses
are
all
often
so
inundated
and
are
so
tied
to
their
to
their
spaces.
So
but
but
yeah
we
we've
we've
tried
to
cultivate
that
and
any
help
we
can
get
to
to
plant
that
see
would
be
great.
Okay,
that's.
E
Thank
you
so
much
Corazon.
So
next
up
we
have
I
believe
Jay
ligand
that
I
apologize
for
pronouncing
your
name
wrong,
and
then
we
have
Duane
and
then
manzor.
P
Yeah
so
I
I
wanted
to
also
know
what
we
would
need
from
the
Department
of
Education
I
I
from
doe
I
want
them
to
be
more
involved.
So
if
I
could
know,
if
anyone
is
involved
yet
and
if
not
then
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
get
whatever
Department,
you
think
will
be
great
to
have
for
the
students.
I
would
like
to
get
them
involved.
E
And
then
question
for
you
so
like
you
definitely
are
aware
how
big
the
doe,
so
are
you
thinking?
Are
you
thinking
something
specific
like
from
superintendent
bovee's
office
or
are
you
thinking
like
you
know,
someone
who
does
like
you
know
counseling
or
Youth
Services
I'm,
just
wondering
do
you
have
an
idea
kind
of
yet
which
which
specific
doe
entity
you're
kind
of
thinking
of,
or
you
think
that'll
like
in
time?
That
was
what
the
conversation
would
figure
out.
P
E
P
That's
that's
what
I'm
thinking
to
kind
of
offer
up
like
for
the
doe
to
list
themselves
as
a
as
a
job
placement
for
students,
okay,.
E
F
I
can
offer
my
services
for
spreading
the
word
out
as
an
ethnic
period
as
well
for
the
incoming
youth
conference.
So
I'll
be
very
happy
to
share
my
efforts
with
for
the
ethnic
media,
especially
and
other
ethnic,
electronic
and
print
media.
Please.
B
H
So
just
a
couple
of
points,
questions
statements,
one
do
we
know
whether
or
not
the
doe
is
spitting
the
kids
up
between
the
younger
kids
and
the
older
kids.
Again
this
year,
like
the
under
16
versus
the
over
16.,
that's
one
two
I
think
we
should
be
encouraging
as
many
local
businesses
to
sign
up
to
be
a
work
site.
H
That
information
should
be
shared
as
well.
So
we
we
may
want
to
spend
just
a
little
bit
of
time
on
doing
a
blast
out
to
the
local
Merchants
associations,
the
bids,
those
kind
of
folks
asking
them
to
have
their
for
their
membership
participate
and
the
other
is.
Last
year,
I
worked
with
dycd
to
coordinate
a
bunch
of
you
know.
We
almost
got
like
250
work
sites
signed
up,
but
one
of
the
things
that
ended
up
happening
was
the
elected
officials,
especially
the
city
council.
H
Each
I
think
it
was
well
I
should
say
most
council
members
signed
up
to
take
at
least
one
dycd
student
or
participant
in
their
office
for
the
summer.
Maybe
that's
something
for
our
four
local
electives.
If
they
want
to
participate.
Also,
the
state
elected
you
know
in
the
past,
I
know:
I
did
it
with
the
state
office
I
worked
with
I
mean
2019.
We
had
20
interns
in
that
office
from
five
different
providers,
so
just
something
to
think
about
as
far
as
Outreach
and
who
we
connect
with.
H
In
order
to
drive,
like
you
know,
work
site
participation,
because
that's
the
big
thing,
if
the
kids
don't
have
somewhere
to
go,
you
know
it's
it.
You
know
it
sets
the
place
from
somewhere.
So.
E
Got
you
thank
you
for
sharing
those
Dwayne
like
those
are
really
great
ideas,
and
also
that's
some
stuff
that
you
know
we
can
definitely
follow
up
with
in
terms
of
Outreach
and
other
expanding
I
guess,
expanding
the
universe
of
potential
places
for
students
to
land
and
so
I'm.
Looking
in
the
chat
I'm,
seeing
if
I
don't
see
any
other
hands
up,
but
you
know
for
everyone,
who's
posted
in
the
chat
so
far
for
volunteering
in
some
way
shape
or
form.
Thank
you
so
much
Yvette
off
the
top
of
my
head.
E
There
is
something
I
wanted
to
come
back
to
where,
like
Sean
had
mentioned,
some
of
the
things
that
and
I
agreed
to
address
right.
It's
basically
like
the
Outreach
in
terms
of
the
posters
and
also
like
the
school
Outreach,
the
press
release
the
filming
and
also
what
the
schedule
will
look
like.
E
One
question
I
do
have
Sean.
So
in
the
past,
like
definitely
Shahid
and
other
people
meant
to
mention
the
like
the
depth
and
breadth
of
languages,
we
have
in
cd14,
and
so
I'm
wondering
the
the
Flyers
and
things
that
are
being
printed
are
those
just
in
English.
Or
do
we
have
them?
You
know
in
like
Spanish,
Bangla
and
Haitian
Creole
and
all
those
other
languages.
B
E
E
Awesome,
awesome,
okay,
great
and
so,
and
I
guess.
B
Spanish
was
done
in-house
this
year.
Oh.
E
Okay,
that's
excellent,
excellent,
so
yeah
so
I'm
thinking
so
chances
are
either
either.
If
you
could
post
this
in
the
chat
or
I
could
just
shoot
a
reminder
to
the
office
just
to
list
out
those
languages
that
we
do
have
translations
for
just
so
that
way.
If
there
are
any
you
know,
community
members
who
can
call
out
hey
you're,
missing
this
language,
then
that
gives
us
the
time
to
get
that
spun
up
too.
B
Yeah
I
think
we're
going
to
put
like
more
of
there's
going
to
be
more
than
one
language
on
each
flyer,
so
it's
so
that
you
can
have
it
all
all
at
that.
You
know
all
at
once.
You
have
to
section
off
where
we're
sending
what
but
we're
just
working
with
the
fonts
to
get
it
all
on
there.
So
it
looks
still
good
understood.
E
Understood,
thank
you,
okay,
so
that
takes
care
of,
and
also
too
like,
so
that
so
that
takes
care
of
the
languages
and
the
language
to
be
for
that
and
then
in
terms
of
the
posters,
have
you
whoever's,
printing
them
out
or
generating
them
like?
Do
you
think
those
would
be
finished
printing
within,
like
the
next
two
weeks
for
for
people
next
week?
Okay
next
week,
so
it'll
be
live.
E
E
So
that's
how
the
distribution
method
will
be
okay,
understood
all
right
and
so
do
so.
Those
were
my
questions
in
terms
of
that
piece
of
the
agenda
regarding,
like
the
Flyers
and
the
languages
for
the
Flyers.
Do
folks
have
any
other
questions
regarding
the
flyers
or
do
people
think
we're
good
to
go
on
to
the
next
part
of
the
agenda.
E
I
Thank
you,
hey
how's.
It
going
sorry
to
tune
in
sorry
to
jump
in
so
late,
but
you
know
it's
been
been.
You
know
I'm
for
those
who
that
I
didn't
meet
at
the
last
in-person
meeting
I.
Think,
almost
a
year
ago
the
Hawaii
librarian
at
the
Flatbush
Branch
I
do
a
lot
of
stuff
for
teens
programming-wise
I'm,
trying
to
wrap
things
up.
I
I
have
flyers.
I
can
share
with
you
guys,
but
if
you
have
Flyers
that
you
want
to
pass
along
to
me,
I
have
limited
resources,
but
I
can,
if
it
saves
time
and
also
money
on
your
own
I,
could
also
I
can
also
print
up
whatever
Flyers.
As
long
as
it's
fine
being
in
black
and
white
I
can
camera
some
on
my
end,
I
also
do
Outreach
to
schools,
so
I
can
also
distribute
to
the
local
schools
in
my
area,
etc,
etc,
etc.
I
I
think
I
started
some
email
Communications
with
some
individuals
in
your
end
last
year,
but
you
know
how
things
are
you
know
just
you
know,
life
happens,
so
I
just
wanted
to
reopen
and
re-strengthen
those
lines
and
I.
Remember
last
time
you
guys
were
looking
for
spaces
and
now,
with
you
know,
kobit
blah
blah.
You
know
we
it's
still
an
issue,
but
the
space
is
way
more
active
in
its
use.
So
if
anyone
wants
to
use
that
particular
Branch,
please
let
me
know
I
can
reserve
it
for
you
and
give
you
more
information.
E
Awesome
so
Matthew.
Thank
you
very
much
for
sharing
that
and
and
I
think
that's
a
great
segue
into
the
next
piece,
just
because
so
very
high
level,
Matt
like
what
we're
doing
in
the
agenda
is
the
stuff
that
we're
playing
so
we're
gonna.
E
Have
our
16th
annual
Youth
Event
we're
going
to
have
it
on
Monday,
April
3rd
and
we're
gonna
have
it
at
the
Student
Union
building
in
Brooklyn
College,
and
so
what
we're
doing
is
we're
going
through
the
agenda
of
things
to
still
figure
out
planning-wise,
and
so
we
were
just
going
over
the
posting
of
flyers
and
the
generational
Flyers.
This
is
what
you
mentioned
is
a
perfect
segue
into
school
Outreach.
E
E
You
know
everybody
on
the
call
and
in
the
chat
has
said
that
they're
definitely
more
than
willing
to
help
in
some
way
shape
or
form.
So
that's
wonderful,
Sean.
What
I
want
to
do
with
this
piece
of
the
agenda?
E
My
first
question,
for
you
is
the
schools
that
you
reached
out
to
you
know
what
was
it?
Was
it
an
email
to
like
the
the
school
counselors
or
was
it
like
the
I
guess
you
know
I
think
there's
like
parent
family
coordinators,
like
which
group
of
people
I
guess.
B
It
the
It's,
a
combination
of
of
guidance,
counselors
and
parent
coordinators
and
principals,
and
it
tends
to
be
people
with
whom
we've
had
some
exchange.
So
so
it's
not
quite
the
cold
call,
it
would
otherwise
be,
and
then
you
know
in
the
district
we
have
some
rapport
with
some
of
our
schools
for
a
variety
of
reasons.
Anyway,
so
you
know
so
our
friends
in
the
schools,
the
the
more
local
they
are.
You
know
the
more
active
our
Outreach
is,
but
you
know:
we've
we've
had
we
get
schools.
C
B
I
think
I
think
I
said
106
different
schools
on
the
list
and
then
I
would,
as
I
wrote
down
anybody
who
said
they
would
help
with
school
Outreach,
and
so,
as
we
get
closer.
B
If
we
haven't
heard
from
schools-
and
we
need
to
you-
know
kind
of
be
a
little
more
aggressive
and
making
sure
they're
getting
the
information
and
then
getting
that
information
out
to
their
students,
we'll
list
out
the
schools
and
if
there's
people
who
can
make
calls
you
know,
especially
during
the
school
day
and
try
to
reach
those
guidance
counselors
and
and
get
them
sort
of
to
get
some
of
their
buy-in.
That
would
be
great
yep.
Does
that
make
sense,
I
I
meandered
a
little
bit?
It.
I
B
I
B
But
those
are
those
are
big
schools.
You've
got
the
small
schools
in
the
big
school
near
you
right
and
and
I
think
that,
just
to
be
sure
that
the
focus
is
in
the
appropriate
age
group
that
we're
talking
about
14
to
21
year
olds,
yeah.
I
Yeah
I,
generally
generally
speaking,
I
do
focus
on
more
like
the
the
high
school
age,
teens
Etc
like
that
so
and
especially
right
now,
people
kids
are
thinking
about
whether
it
be
you
know,
summer
jobs
or
just
like
serious
vocational
or
you
know,
career
aspirations.
So
hence
why
the
the
fair
is
a
is
of
a
lot
of
interest
in
myself.
No.
E
Definitely
definitely
thank
you
for
sharing
that.
We
appreciate
that
and
so
I'm
looking
to
see
if
anyone
else
has
any
other
questions
so
far
and
and
just
focus
just
a
reminder
like
if
at
any
point
you
do
have
questions,
you
know,
don't
hesitate
to
just
chime
in
and
let
us
know
right
sharing
is
caring
and
so
so
yeah.
E
So
basically
there's
a
few
people
who
had
said
explicitly
they're
interested
in
supporting
the
school
Outreach,
but
you
know
I
thank
everyone
for
their
willingness
just
to
help,
because
you
guys
have
always
helped
before
we're
always
helpful,
and
so
yes,
like
we'll,
definitely
reach
out
and
touch
base
with
you
folks
after
this
call
in
terms
of
ways
to
support
that
Outreach,
Sean
I
think
what
I
want
to
do
for
the
next
item
on
the
agenda.
I
want
to
flip
the
order.
A
little
bit.
E
I
want
to
go
right
into
the
schedule
of
the
event
you
know,
and
so
we
we
know
it's
going
to
be
on
Monday
April
3rd.
We
know
it's
going
to
be
at
subo.
E
Historically,
we've
done
like
kinda
early
to
late
afternoon,
just
because
we
didn't
want
it
to
start
too
late
right
and
so
I
guess
the
question
I
have
is:
has
subo
given
us
a
time
limit
like
a
window
during
which
this
has
to
take
place.
B
Yeah
we're
scheduled
for
four
to
seven.
As
it's
been
in
all
the
past
years.
We
have
set
up
technically
set
up
as
at
three
o'clock,
but
mitsu
Adams
from
Suba
who's,
wonderful
and
supports
this
event
knows
that
we
might
scooch
in
a
little
bit
earlier
to
start
setting
up
around
noonish.
But
you
know
one
of
the
great
things
about
the
Student
Union
building
is
that
they
have
staff
and
so
they'll
they'll
have
we'll
go
over
there
and
and
go
over
the
diagram
of
how
it's
been
set
up
in
the
past.
B
You
know
the
the
penthouse
and
then
the
I
think
it's
the
Gold
Room
or
the
maroon
room
down
below
and
then
the
smaller
room
for
the
workshop
area,
but
that
to
get
in
there
and
set
up
we're
going
to
have
the
agencies
and
organizations
come
at
three
o'clock
to
give
them
an
hour
to
set
up
and
get
their
tables
and
get
comfortable
and
also
recognizing
that
they
tend
to
come
a
little
later,
yep
and
then
yeah
I.
B
The
students
will
come
in
the
door
that
they
come
in
before
some
of
those
barriers
to
entry
have
been
relaxed
a
little
bit
and
so
we'll
use
the
the
pre-registration
as
our
as
our
we'll
turn,
that
over
to
the
numbers,
not
the
names
over
to
college,
yeah
and
I
think
does
that
answer
it
I'm
going
over
to
the
building
with
Sarah
and
Patricia
one
day
next
week,
just
because
neither
of
them
have
have
worked
this
event
in
this
location.
Patricia
was
with
us
last
year,
but
that
was
outside.
B
E
That's
awesome
great,
and
so
the
other
thing
that
popped
up
in
my
head,
as
you
were
talking
about
this
I'm
wondering,
would
we
have
a
need?
Would
we
have
a
need
for
an
iPad
or
something
there?
E
Just
in
the
event
that
you
know
there
are
high
school
age,
kids
who
show
up
day
of
and
they're
interested,
you
know,
but
they
didn't
register
online
before,
but
then
as
I'm
talking
out
loud
if
they
have,
if,
if
they
have
a
mobile
device
on
them
and
it
has
internet,
they
may
be
able
to
do
it
on
their
phone
right
there.
But.
G
B
Will
be
we'll
we'll
have
we're
bringing
all
of
our
you
know
all
of
the
iPads
for
other
things
too,
for
the
organizations
to
capture
them.
That's
more
Sarah
and
Patricia
can
talk.
You
know,
brainstorming
about
good
ways
to
capture
data
while
we're
at
the
event.
I
should
say,
though,
while
we're
speaking
about
workshops.
You
know
in
the
past
we've
done
like
workshops
on
the
half
an
hour,
but
but
I
think
we
kind
of
we
shape
the
workshops
kind
of
more
according
to
the
applicants
for
and
and
but
we'd
figure
at
least.
B
Like
maybe
four
workshops,
4
35,
5,
30
and
6,
and
then
maybe
a
6
30,
but
depending
on
how
how
long
they
are
one
two
three
four
could
be
five.
So
four
to
five
workshops.
Let's.
E
See
well
like
well,
let's
see
like
it's
the
start.
The
official
time
is
four
to
seven
right
organizations
come
in
three
to
four
to
set
up
and
so
and
Shahid
shahidas
volunteered
to
like
reach
out
to
some
colleagues
at
the
Brooklyn
Chamber
of
Commerce
for
the
mock
interviews
and
so
I
guess.
The
question
I
have
is
I'm
trying
to
think
in
the
past.
Right
like
the
mock
interviews,
have
been
ongoing.
Basically
right,
it's
been
it's
been
basically
throughout
the
whole
period,
and
so
foreign.
E
We've
had
it's
like
I'm,
just
wondering
like
I'm
putting
this
out
there
to
the
group
right,
like
I'm,
just
thinking
out
loud,
okay,
I'm,
a
high
school
age
student
I
show
up
at
four
right
if
I,
already
pre-registered,
I
walk
in
and
so
I
have
my
tables
in
terms
of
workshops.
It's
like
ideally
there's
some
sort
of
regular
interval
where
the
the
you
know,
mock
interviews
are
happening.
E
I.
Remember
we
tried
to
do
the
resume.
Writing
or
you
know
the
resume
review
right.
That
was
something
I
think
we
tried
as
well
too
and
I'm
trying
to
remember
if
that
was
a
similar
structure
to
the
mock
interviews
where,
like
that
was
available,
the
whole
time
and
people
could
just
walk
in
and
out
whenever
they
wanted
to.
K
K
More
topical
got:
you,
okay
got
it.
So
then
that's
that
so
then!
Okay,
so
then
I
I
see
that
so
then
do
we
think
so
do
we
think
like
if
we
had
workshops
from
four
to
six,
do
we
think
that
there
would
still
be
enough.
B
True
question
so
I
think
the
first
one
has
always
been
closer
to
4,
30
or
okay,
and
then
again
this
this
is
like
at
most
435
536,
4,
30,
5
o'clock,
5
30,
6
o'clock,
6
30
and
then
at
seven
o'clock,
and
we're
done
so
that's
at
most,
though,
because
if
somebody
has
a
45
minute
interview,
we
might
do
four
instead
of
five
and
then
we've
done
and
depending
on
how
many
organizations
are
interested
in
doing
a
workshop.
Sometimes
there's
been
one:
that's
either
so
good
that
we
want
to.
B
E
C
H
Well,
we
have
to
do
virtually
a
cool
thing
that
I
thought
we
did
was
having
the
participants,
or
at
least
the
the
organizations
do
that
I
think
it's
a
minute
or
90
second
intro
of
the
organization
and
have
it
running.
We
had
it
in
a
breakout
room
on
I
think
it
was.
Was
it
Zoom
or
WebEx?
H
B
B
So
I'll
talk
to
Patricia
and
Sarah
about
that
and
have
them
look
at
what
you're
talking
about
and
see
how
they
feel
about
getting
that
done.
Or
you
know,
if
there's
somebody
who
has
the
time
to
try
to
coordinate
that
and
edit
it
and
get
it
all
together,
we
could
take
it
out.
We
could
take
a
volunteer
to
to
take
that
off
our
plate.
In-House.
H
Something
that
was
cool
that
lives.
You
know
on
our
site
for
a
little
while
kids
to
understand
what
kind
of
organizations
were
there
and
what
they
did,
which
is
the
big
thing.
Maybe.
B
J
Then
I'm
trying
to
see
and
so
for
other
folks,
for
you
know
other
folks
on
the
call
do.
E
You
have
you
know
any
questions
or
comments
about
the
stuff
that
you
know.
You've
been
hearing
us
talk
about
so
far
regarding
the
general
structure,
and
you
know
trying
to
figure
out
what
the
workshops
would
be,
but
then
just
the
idea
that
yes
right
starts
at
four
high
level
thinking
you
know
first
Workshop
4,
30
or
5
o'clock,
and
then
it
runs
till
seven
and
then
we
have,
in
the
background,
the
the
mock
interviews,
resume,
writing
workshops
happening
and
in
parallel.
Basically.
P
Who
speak
first?
This
is
Joe
frame,
Hey,
Joe
Frank.
Are
we
doing
snacks
or
anything
for
for
the
kids
drinks?
Waters
things
like
that.
B
So
so
in
the
past,
we've
done
apples
and
chips
from
the
Flatbush
food
co-op
and
we'll
I
was
you
know?
If
that's?
If
that's?
If
the
committee
wants
that
to
happen
again,
I
think
we
can
put
that
into
place
pretty
easily
I.
But
Brooklyn
College
has
a
no
plastics
policy,
so
we
used
to
just
bring
our
bottled
water
and
now
it
I
was
just
thinking
about
that
today.
I
was
writing,
notes
and
ideas
of
how
we
provide
drink,
but
we
might
not
be
able
to
do
that.
B
P
They
have
this
portable
water,
coolers.
B
Or
anything
next
week,
I'll
take
a
look
and
see
what
they
have.
I
was
thinking
of
some
of
the
some
of
the
swag
that
organizations
have
have
brought
with
them
in
the
past
and
water
bottles,
reusable
water
bottles,
so
I
could
ask
dep
or
some
group
if
they
still
have
that,
but
then
I'm
like
will
they
be
plastic,
but
maybe
it's
okay,
if
they're
reusable
plastic
I,
don't
know,
let
me
get
my
clarity
from
Brooklyn
College
next
week.
E
So,
thank
you.
Joe
Fran
and
then
I
see
a
few
people
have
their
hands
up.
So
let's
go
Eric,
let's
go
Corazon
and
then
Dwayne
you'll
be
back
so
Eric
you're
up.
Q
Right
thanks
so
question,
just
like
I'm
curious,
what
your
you
guys
target
number
of
organizations
is
that
have
participating
and
if
I
know,
you've
sent
out
a
bunch,
and
you
said
you
had
like
14
plus
already
that
have
replied.
Q
You
know
just
curious
what
your!
What
your
goal
is
and
if
you're
looking
to
recruit
more
organizations
if
you'd
like
or
members
to
do
that
and
I'll
have
a
follow-up
question.
B
We
usually
boast
that
this
event
hosts
60
to
80
agencies,
organizations
and
job
providers
and
attracts
500
plus
young
people.
So
those
would
be
our
Target
numbers
so
that
you
know
to
make
our
boasts
truths.
Q
All
right
I'm,
all
about
that
all
right,
so
Sean!
My
question
is,
for
you
know
so:
I
already
have
several
organizations
in
mind
to
reach
out
to
probably
ones
that
haven't.
Maybe
a
few
that
haven't
been
involved
before
is
the
best
way
to
send
them
to
the
website.
Q
The
cv14
website,
where
it
has,
they
can
click
organization,
employers,
and
they
have
that
little
sign
up
sheet
that
pops
up,
or
is
it
better
to
send
them
that
info
and
then
say
also
if
you
want
to
be
a
participant,
the
best
way
is
to
contact
cb14
and
give
the
email
addresses
what
what
is
the
best
way
to
direct
them
to
you
to
participate.
Q
Sir
I
I
think
your
team
is
on
it.
I
mean
I,
clicked
the
link,
the
the
cb14
youth
conference
2023.
B
B
That
but
that
the
first
page
you
hit
has
the
15th
annual
poster
up
so
I'll
get
them
to
take
that
down,
hopefully
tomorrow.
So
it
goes
straight
to
this
or
straight
to
the
new
poster.
B
Q
My
question
so
on:
if
you
click
the
sign
up
and
it
brings
up
the
page
where
an
organization
would
sign
up
it
says
the
current
form
says
sign
up
to
receive
a
notification
when
the
next
one
is.
So.
Is
it
possible
to
update
the
language
and
say
the
next
one
is
coming
and
we
will
get.
B
So
we'll
update
that
and
I'm
sorry
I
should
have
explained
this
from
the
top.
Our
network
was
down
today.
B
So
all
of
the
work
that
we
went
in
you
know
on
these
forms
of
the
invitations,
and
all
of
that
are
stuck
until
we
can
get
this
fixed
and
usually
oti,
responds
to
us
within
the
day,
and
they
didn't
today
so
hopefully
by
tomorrow,
but
maybe
the
best
thing
to
do
for
now
until
further
notice
have
that
organization,
just
email
us
at
infowat,
saying
their
information
they're
interested
in
the
youth
conference
and
then
we'll
make
sure
we
get
the
right
stuff
to
them
right
away.
B
Q
B
Have
a
FDNY
recruitment,
we
have
the
campaign
against
hunger,
a
step
ahead:
tutoring
services,
Brooklyn
College,
CUNY,
Cypress,
Hills,
Local
development,
Corp,
canva,
Bop,
NYC,
Emergency,
Management
Theo,
which
has
been
you
know,
come
they've
come
every
year.
Tell
every
amazing
lady
about
ovarian
cancer,
canvas,
Brooklyn
Yas
program,
Prospect
Park,
Zoo,
Wildlife,
Conservation
society
and
Community
Health
Network.
B
Q
B
O
B
It's
usually
a
pretty
quick
disbursement,
it's
not
an
event
where
we've
let
people
do
a
lot
of
talking,
just
because
everybody
is
already
like
so
engaged
to
the
tables
and
stuff
like
that.
So
when
we've
had
elected
officials
come
in
to
give
remarks,
it's
either
like
they're
in
the
awkward
position
of
telling
everybody
to
stop
so
to
listen
to
them
or
they're
talking
to
people
who
aren't
paying
attention.
So
it's
not
very
remarky,
although
it
is
remarkable.
Oh
okay,.
E
Thank
you,
corazon
and
so
Dwayne
you're
up
I.
H
Love
how
you
just
framed
that
John?
Actually,
when
the
elected
officials
come
and
they
attempted
some
of
them,
tend
to
just
go
to
work.
You
know
they
get
in
there
and
start
doing
stuff.
I
still
applaud
Pharaoh
Lewis
for
saying
she
could
only
give
us
20
minutes
a
couple
in
2020
and
end
up
staying
like
an
hour
and
a
half
to
interview
the
kids.
So
you
know
it's
it's
a
wonderful
thing.
H
H
The
only
caveat
is
that
they
request
30
days
the
notices
to
be
a
request
to
be
submitted
30
days
in
advance.
So
it's
a
short
turnaround.
If
you
want
to
try
and
get
a
sponsorship
or
at
least
box
water,
the
other
is
just
a
question.
Carl.
You
were
mentioning
the
schedule
for
the
workshops
and.
O
H
To
end
the
last
Workshop
around
6
30
6,
45
yeah,
you
know
the
team
itself
could
get
a
chance
to.
You
know
lock.
C
H
E
Got
you
yeah?
No,
that
was
that
was
that
was
me
when
I
had
misspoken
I
apologize
for
that,
and
so
what
I?
What
I
meant
to
say
was
you
know,
Sean
was
correcting
me
when
I
was
thinking
out
loud
about
the
time
frame.
So
what
I
meant
to
say
was
you
know
the
first
Workshop
would
start,
maybe
sometime
between
4
30
to
5,
P.M
and
then
the
last
one
would
end
sometime
between
like
6,
30
and
7..
So
and
then
so.
E
Thank
you,
Dwayne
and
then
Joe
Frain
I,
see
your
comment
in
the
chat
about
like
City
Hall
has
a
list
of
the
groups
right
associated
with
like
various
crime
and
violence
prevention.
By
any
chance,
do
you
know
Joe
Frain,
if
like
City
Hall
has
I
guess
like
a
page
that
has
a
link
to
those
groups
for
like
a
list
of
those
groups
or.
B
P
E
Problem
so
thank
you
joffrain
and
Sean
as
well
too,
and
everyone
else
so,
let's
see
and
so
so
far
we've
discussed.
J
E
Flyers
we
discussed
the
school
Outreach,
we've
discussed
the
the
schedule
right,
I'm,
trying
to
think.
What's
left
on
the
agenda
high
level,
there
was
the
question
of
the
press
release
and
the
filming
Sean
I
do
have
a
question
about
the
filming
I'm
wondering
would
we
need
like?
Yes,
we
have
I,
think
his
name's
Mark,
the
one
who
helps
us
film.
E
You
know
record
our
sessions
for
the
community
board
stuff,
but
my
question
is:
if
we
were
to
film,
you
know
our
event
on
April
3rd.
Would
we
need
you
know
basically
every
student
to
sign
and
then
you
know
like
some
sort
of
media
release
form
or
would
their
parents
need
to.
B
I
think
that
there's
something
in
the
language
when
they
sign
up
that
there's
like
I,
understand
that
there
will
be
photography
or
something
like
that.
There's
a
there's,
a
waiver
in
the
sign
up,
I'm,
not
sure
if
we
have
it
on
this
one
though
so
I'd
have
to
find
out
and
and
but
I
know
it's
a
it's.
It's
a
it's
a
concern.
We've
had
every
year
so.
J
B
And
it's
worth
talking
about
each
and
every
time
and
I
know
when
we
did
it
online
Dwayne,
you
might
remember
like
we,
we
didn't
have
the
students
turn
their
cameras
on.
So
you
know
it's
if
it's,
if
it's
I'm
not
even
sure
what
the
video
would
be
used
for
so
maybe
I
mean
it's
a
lot
of
work
and
something
to
be
concerned
about
without
a
lot
of
benefit.
C
H
A
general
release
form
I,
know
in
public
events
that
have
done
before
I
posted,
like
just
a
general
like
you
know,
release
forms
dating
to
folks
outright
that
the
information
would
be
used
in
a
specific
way.
Yeah.
H
No,
what
I'm
saying
is
on
the
day
of
if
we
just
posted
at
all
the
entrances,
it's
just
a
secondary
reminder
that
you
know
this
is
happening
so
if
they
don't
want
to
be
filmed
or
have
their
you
know,
image
used
in
a
certain
way
that
they
should
probably
turn
around
and
walk
away.
At
that
point,
no,
we
hope
that
won't.
M
N
E
E
E
Oh
yeah,
maybe
they
would
but
I'm
just
thinking
you
know
they
they
would.
They
would
probably
want
to
be
right.
I
was
thinking
I'm,
not
a
parent
and
so
I.
Just
don't
know
it's
like
am
I.
If
I'm
a
15
year
old
right,
I
may
be
cool
with
it,
but
it's
like
is
it
that
because
I'm
15
and
I'm
not
18?
Is
it
that,
like
you
know
my
legal
Guardians,
the
one
who
really
has
the
authority.
A
E
H
P
H
H
B
P
Yeah
we
could
take.
P
It
and
I
have
these
I.
Have
these
little
devices
called
me?
Both
they
pretty
much
operate
on
their
own.
I
can
have
it
set
up
to
where
it
does
autopilot,
and
we
can
I
have
two
of
them.
We
can
put
them
in
two
little
corners
of
the
place
and
it
will
take
the
entire
scene
focus
in
in
and
out.
You
know
the
kids
can
run
up
to
it
and
say
whatever
they
want
to
say.
B
B
P
H
E
H
Sounds
like
Sean
mentioned
the
photo,
booth
and
I
just
remember
the
last
couple
of
times.
We
did
the
photo
booth,
they
had
a
hashtag
and
we
were.
We
were
able
to
track
a
lot
of
stuff
online
after
the
fact,
because
we
found
out
what
the
hashtag
was
and
you
know
being
a
person
of
a
certain
age.
Now
hashtags
don't
mean
as
much
to
me,
but
I
know
it
means
a
lot
to
the
rest
of
the
world.
E
All
of
that
I
hear
you
I,
hear
you
and
so
okay,
and
so
we've
covered
that
Sean
I
know.
The
other
thing
you
would
mentioned
was
the
press
release
right.
B
Yeah
I
wanna
I,
just
I
I,
said
it
out
loud
to
see
if
anybody
has
has
experience,
writing
pressers
but
also
I
said
it
out
loud
in
case.
Nobody
jumps
up
to
volunteer
to
hold
myself
accountable,
I'm.
H
I'm
going
to
give
it
a
whack
I'd
have
some
experience
writing
pressures.
I
am
not
a
writer,
so
I
would
appreciate
the
heavy
editing.
B
Sure
and
I
also
just
think
if
we
have,
if
we
have
a,
if
we
have
the
template
for
for
the
presser,
then
I
can
get
it
to
all
of
our
elected
officials
and
get
quotes
from
them,
which
I
think
generates.
You
know
their
buy-in
too.
Yes,.
G
Yeah
I
just
I,
wanted
to
mention,
so
we
actually
have
a
documentary
being
filmed
by
NYU
right
now
in
our
program.
So
there's
any
if
you
guys
need
any
help
in
terms
of
filming
or
if
you
have
any
questions
in
terms
of
like
disclosure,
paperwork
or
stuff
like
that,
I
can
definitely
put
you
guys
in
touch
with
them,
because
they're
they're
awesome,
they're,
really
helpful.
B
It
would
be
great
to
have
to
have
that
expert
Insight,
so
yeah,
if
Paul,
maybe
we
can
connect
if
you
send,
if
you
can
e-introduce
me,
that
would
be
great,
absolutely.
N
P
E
E
If
there's
any
other
like
there
are
definitely
a
ton
of
action
items
that
have
been
identified
right
but
I'm
just
trying
to
think
in
terms
of
the
agenda
I'm
wondering
did
we
cover
everything
or
is
there
anything?
We've
missed
agenda
wise.
P
B
That's
all
there.
That's
that
War
I'd
have
to
take
a
look
at
the
contract
to
remember
exactly
what,
but
the
sound
is
only
in
the
workshop
room,
we're
not
doing
like
a
Podium
or
any.
You
know,
speakers
in
the
actual
tabling
rooms,
but
that's
all
included
in
the
it's
all
included
in
the
price
at
Brooklyn
College
and
you
know-
and
we
had
budget
this
year.
So
we
could
cover
that
so.
P
We're
in
the
tabling
room
are
there
going
to
be
bullhorns
or
loudspeed,
or
something
to
kind
of
get
the
attention
of
the
kids
when
we're
talking
to
them
or
trying
to
guide
them
through
the
room.
E
So
that's
so
that's
an
interesting
point,
because
what
your
frames
bringing
up
because
I
remember
back
when
we
used
to
do
it
at
the
at
the
Flatbush
way
off
of
near
Glenwood,
I.
Remember,
Jonathan,
judges
that
you
know
there
were
many.
B
N
B
But
it's
I
I
think
you
know.
Microphones
just
haven't
worked
in
those
rooms
before,
but
when
we
go
over
next
week,
we'll
see
what
they
have
and
we'll
see
what
what
can
be
at
our
disposal.
E
Yep
and
then
also
Eric,
thanks
for
sharing
that
idea,
you
know
Erica
said
hey,
maybe
an
agenda
handout
or
something
like
that.
You.
C
C
M
Q
If
people
walk
in-
and
it's
just
like
a,
you-
may
have
had
these
agendas
before,
but
even
if
it's
a
little
tiny
thing
on
a
index
card
that
just
says
then
the
times
those
things
and.
Q
M
Yeah
hi
remember
Sean.
We
had
folks
who
were
that
directed
the
students
one
year,
a
lot
of
the
board
members
had
volunteered,
and
so
we
had
volunteers
on
various
floors.
That
would
remind
them
about
the
workshops
and
when
they
were
coming
in,
we
basically
told
them
about
the
workshops.
Remember
and
so
I
thought
it
went
smoothly.
They
just
went
around
and
came
around
and
then
they
went
for
the
workshops
at
least
yeah.
B
Yeah
I
think,
but
there
is
also
like
people
wandering
through
the
rooms
to
try
to
encourage
people
to
go
to
I
think
it
sounds
like
a
sort
of
all
of
the
above
we'll
try
all
of
the
above
see
what
falls
into
place.
Okay,.
E
R
Up
woman,
yes,
sir
good
evening,
actually,
first
I
talked
with
reference
to
Brooklyn
Chamber
of
Commerce.
That
last
year
we
have
interview
session
with
the
students.
So
I
just
want
to
add
to
one
more
thing
that
with
the
interviews,
if
we
able
to
talk
with
them
regarding
how
to
establish
businesses,
how
to
small
businesses,
how
you
get
loans
and
what
is
the
procedure
of
small
business
establishment?
R
I
think
this
will
be
more
a
future
development
for
them
only
not
for
interview,
but
also
if
they
want
to
establish
their
own
project
after
their
graduation
or
after
their
high
school.
So
this
is
also
a
good
incentive
for
them.
So
that's
why
I
think
we
need
to
talk
about
15
to
20
minutes.
We
need
that
time
for
this
session.
R
So
other
thing
is,
as
per
my
activism,
that
for
more
in
so
I
I
am
thinking
that
if
we
able
to
have
some
kind
of
Performing,
Arts,
theater
or
just
like
20
minutes,
30
minutes
drama,
theater
or
dance
or
like
these
cultural
heritage
things
so
that
we
also
a
transfer
some
cultural
and
Heritage
things
to
the
our
future.
R
Kids,
I
so
I
think
actually
I
just
finished
a
meeting
with
the
Brooklyn
Arts
Council.
So
that's
why
I
have
that
idea.
So
if
we
able
to
and
in
Brooklyn
Chamber
of
Commerce,
we
are
also
establishing
Brooklyn
tourism,
Council
Brooklyn
in
tourism
Council,
so
all
people
that
are
right
now
at
Albany
for
the
legislation
and
everything
for
budget.
So
so
I
think
it
is
a
good
idea
if
we
able
to
add
some
sort
of
Performing
Art.
So.
B
B
And
you
know
and
I
think
you've
got
an
inside
track
of
getting
accepted,
but
but
it
but
I
do
feel
like
it
still
has
to
be
applied
for
the
same
way
as
the
other
organizations
are
applying
to
do.
Workshops,
the
and
I
think
to
be
honest,
I
think
you
know
I
I
like
the
idea
of
a
performing
arts
section,
but
that
would
be
taking
up
the
time
where
there
would
have
been
a
workshop,
so
I
think
it
just
has
to
whatever
whatever
entity
might
want
to
do.
B
That
performance
should
apply
the
way
the
workshop
people
are
applying
for
the
workshop,
and
it
will
just
be
in
competition
for
the
time
and
space
and
and
you
know,
and
then
the
committee
will
decide
how
they
want
to
prioritize
everybody
who
applied
for
that
time
and
space.
N
D
This
listening
to
what
Shahid
is
talking
about
and
thinking
it
would
be
nice
to
have
a
workshop,
that's
dedicated
just
to
that
to
to
cultural
Affairs
in
Brooklyn
and
and
Performing
Arts,
and
all
of
these
other
things
I
mean
you
know
three
hours
isn't
a
lot
of
time
to
squeeze
much
in,
to
tell
you
the
truth
and-
and
that's
there's
just
so
much
there.
You
know
it's
just
so
rich,
it's
a
shame
to
give
it
a
half
an
hour.
D
B
If
they're
interested
in
doing
a
you
know
the
workshop,
it
feels
like
that
that
loyalty
can
go
back
to
them
too,
and
we
haven't
had
that.
Many
Arts
organizations
stay
involved
in
this,
but
it
would
be
nice
to
be
able
to
turn
that
around
Shaheed.
So
I
heard
you
you
so
you're
going
to
work
on
the
mock,
getting
volunteers
through
the
chamber
for
the
mock
interviews,
yes,
and
then
also
apply
for
the
workshop
and
then
reach
out
to
Arts
organizations
who
might
want
to
do
a
performance.
Okay,.
B
I
just
want
to
make
sure
you
know
what
to
expect
and
for
the
mock
interviews.
I
mean
how
many,
how
many
interviewers
do
we
need
I,
can't
remember
this
aspect
of
this
event.
I,
don't
know
how
many
people
we
need
to
be
doing
the
interviews.
How
many
we've
had
in
past
years.
I
can
try
to
go
through
our
records,
but
maybe
somebody
has
a
better
recollection
of
this,
but.
R
I
think
that's
why
I'm
requesting
you,
because
I
was
also
there,
so
there
was
a
very,
very
I,
think,
maybe
five
or
six
or
seven
kids
game.
So
if
we
add,
if
we
add
a
small
business
loans
or
grants
or
future,
that
adds
some
more
people.
B
Yeah
it
sounds
that
sounds
about
all
right,
but
we
also
had
so
few
part
we
had
so
few
young
people
come
to
it,
let's,
let's
think
about
having
10
to
12.
R
Like
minority
Women
Business
inter
mwb
their
specification
and
these
small
topic,
schools
which
are
very
incentive
oriented
with
the
New
York
city-
so
that's
we
can
discuss
with
them.
So
so
this
is
a
15
to
20
minutes
and
then
also
mock
interviews,
so
I
think
30
minutes.
We
can
share
the
both
at
one
room.
No.
B
R
C
C
C
B
B
To
be
like
a
wave,
you
know,
sort
of
you
know
at
some
point:
I
guess
there'll
be
eight
people
in
the
room,
doing
mock
interviews
at
other
points.
You
know,
maybe
at
the
High
Point
there's
going
to
be
12
or
13.
I
remembered
at
subo
before
is
like
there
was.
You
know
there
was
a
little
bit
of
a
line.
It
never
got
long,
but
there
are
sometimes
two
or
three
and
sometimes
maybe
even
four
or
five
young
people.
G
B
For
their
chance
to
do
the
interview
yeah,
like
Dwayne
Dwayne,
recalled
Farah
Lewis
went
in
to
do
one
I'll
do
one,
and
then
she
couldn't
tear
herself
away
so
I
think
she
did
like
three
of
them.
So
it's
kind
of
just
like
an
ebb
and
flow
of
you
know
the
students
coming
in
to
do
it
got.
E
B
E
O
Oh
I
was
wondering
if
the
community
board
has
a
specific
Workshop
or
a
table
only
because,
especially
with
the
Borough
president
talking
about
he
wants
more
youth.
Is
there
something
to
specifically
talk
about
what
the
communion
board
does.
B
I
haven't
really
talked
about
a
workshop,
although
it
certainly
isn't
a
bad
idea,
but
I
do
want
to
make
sure
and
thanks
for
reminding
me
because
I
hadn't
brought
it
up,
but
it
is
something
that
we've
talked
about
in
with
the
staff
is
making
sure
that
we
really
do
have
a
a
table
this
year
so
that
we're
participating
in
our
own
event
in
the
same
way
as
everybody
we
invite
to
do
so,
and
then
you
know,
Workshop
is
something
that
we
can
certainly
consider,
but
I
it
and
while
it
may
look
like
we
have
an
inside
track,
I
do
want
to
make
sure
that
we
have
the
Opera.
B
J
Thank
you
very
much
for
that
Corazon
and
Sean.
Trying
to
see
do
people
does
anyone
else.
Have
any
other
questions
or
comments
regarding
the
agenda
and
the
items
we've
talked
about.
E
Gonna
list
I'm,
looking
give
me
a
second.
Let
me
look
at
my
notes
because
we
discussed
quite
a
bit
so
I'm
gonna
list
out
what
I
believe
the
action
items
to
be
and
then
folks,
let
me
know
if
I
missed
anything
so
so,
basically
on
the
Flyers,
it
looks
like
the
outstanding
language
is
Haitian
Creole,
and
so
it's
just
finding
the
right
contact
to
help
with
that
translation.
E
See
we
got
you
Shaheed,
we
got
you
okay,
so
so
Sean
we've
already
identified
someone
for
the
Haitian
Corel
translation,
yeah.
B
You
can't
get
our
person
to
move
swiftly.
I
know
where
to
find
you,
okay,.
E
Awesome
so
then,
okay,
so
then
that
translation
is
taken
care
of
then
it's
basically
just
by
next
week.
If
everything
goes
well,
those
will
be
printed
and
then
it's
just
about
Distributing
those
wires
okay,
so
that
takes
care
of
that
in
terms
of
the
Outreach,
so
the
community
board
office.
Yes,
we'll
follow
up
with
the
members
who
had
said
yes,
they
can
help
with
the
school
Outreach
right.
So
we'll
follow
up
after
this.
E
So
thank
you
very
much
for
folks
who
volunteered
for
helping
us
with
that
effort
and
then,
in
terms
of
organizations
coming
to
the
event
like
Sean
had
mentioned,
She'll
follow
up
with
Patricia
and
shoot
I
just
forgot
the
name
of
our
recent
Edition
Sarah
Sarah
there.
It
is
yes,
so
Patricia
and
Sarah
to
update
some
of
those
images
and
text
on
the
youth
conference
website.
E
So
that
way
organizations
can
be
directed
to
it
and
then
Joe
Frain.
You
know
your
ask
is
like
hey,
you
know:
are
there
any
specific
doe,
like
departments?
You
know
that
basically
would
be
interested
and
would
be
able
to
potentially
like
have
you
know,
youth
like
basically
High
School
age,
you,
you
know
work
for
them
over
the
summer
right,
so
there's
an
Ask
of
figuring
out.
Are
there
any
where
that
could
happen?
Sean
I
see
you're
about
to
say
something.
Yeah.
B
I
just
feel
like
Joe
Fran.
You
know
this.
You
know
this
event
as
well
as
anybody
on
the
screen
and
and
so
I
mean
I
I
can
explore
and
see
what
we
would
want
to
bring
there,
but
I
also
trust
you
to
know
what's
available
and
and
what
fits
into
the
into
the
space,
both
literally
and
figuratively,
so
happy
to
hear
your
your
ideas
on
that.
If
you
want
to
think
on
it-
and
let
us
know.
P
Yeah
definitely
right
away
I'm.
Definitely
thinking
about
our
mwbe
department
that
is
focused
on
getting
those
companies
signed
on
I
want
them,
it'd
be
great
if
they
can
come
on
and
kind
of,
give
a
workshop
to
the
kids
about
how
they
become
mwe,
vendors
or
even
vendors
with
the
doe.
P
These
are
things
that
you
know:
project
pivot,
which
is
the
mayoral
initiative
to
make
sure
that
we
are
guiding
kids
to
a
productive
and
like
professional
life,
so
I'm
definitely
going
to
be
reaching
out
to
them
sweet
and
making
sure
that
they
have
a
presence
there
as
well
as
then.
Our
kids
know
how
to
become
vendors.
Okay,
awesome.
E
Thank
you
and
then
I'm
trying
to
think.
What's
there
and
then
yeah
next
week,
Sarah
patricians
John
they'll
be
doing
like
a
little
walkthrough
of,
and
so
you
know
any
things
that
pop
up
like.
What's
the
water
cooler
situation,
look
like
or
you
know,
the
cowbell
slash,
chime
whatever
that
noise
may
be,
will
get
a
little
bit
more
insight
into
what
that
would
look
like
and
I'm
trying
to
think.
E
Is
there
any
oh
yeah
and
then
Shaheed
you'll
follow
up
with
your
with
your
colleagues
at
Brooklyn
Chamber
of
Commerce,
just
to
see
how
many
of
them
said
they
could
help
out
with
the
mocker
interview
so
that
we
know
on
our
end,
how
many
people
we
need
to
fill
in
the
Gap.
If
there
would
be
a
gap
right,
I,
think
I
think
those
are
all
the
action
items
did
I
miss
any.
B
Yes,
yes,
I
already
took
that
link
out
of
the
out
of
the
chat
and
put
it
in
my
inbox
so
that
it
so
it
reminds
me-
and
you
know,
and
if
they
can't
do
it
as
a
as
a
contribution
I,
don't
know
why
I
didn't
think
about
box
water.
But
but
you
know
we
also
have
a
budget
this
year.
I
mean
we're
not
paying
the
big
bucks
for
this
space
like
we
did
last
time
around.
So
we've
got
a
little
more
wiggle
room.
K
R
You
still
accepting
donations.
R
The
checks
and
contribution
from
the
individuals
or
from
the
companies
for
the
you,
you
still
need
funds
and
congratulations.
Everything
no.
B
R
Oh,
that
is,
that
is
great.
It
is
yes,
otherwise
we
are
ready
to
contribute
our
share.
J
So,
oh.
E
I,
remember
so
Dwayne
Dwayne
you
had
that
point
about.
In
the
past,
some
some
students
ended
up
like
working
for
city,
council
or
legislative
representatives
in
the
summer
right
so
just
doing
I
guess
a
little
bit
more
Outreach
just
to
see
you
know,
would
that
be
possible
this
time
around
right,
but
that's
something
to
follow
up
on
okay,
yeah.
H
Okay
and
I
don't
have
a
relationship
with
is
you're
in
a
councilwoman
burnikoff's
Office
direct
relationship
with
her,
but
all
of
the
others
that
represent
the
area.
I
do.
E
Okay,
awesome.
Thank
you,
that'd
be
great
yeah.
Let
us
know,
let
us
know
what
comes
out
of
those
conversations.
Please
will
do
okay,
sweet.
E
B
Good
and
we'll
we'll
sorry
that
I
didn't
have
as
much
to
put
in
the
chat
as
I
would
have
otherwise,
but
we'll
get
all
of
the
materials
to
this
group
and
Beyond.
It's
going
out
in
our
newsletter
as
well
and,
like
I,
said
all
the
all
the
QR
code
stuff
is
making
it
easier
too.
So.
K
J
E
Someone
heads
up:
could
someone
mute
themselves
there's
a
little
bit?
Thank
you,
okay,
thank
you.
So
then
the
only
other
thing
then
is
just
supposedly
winter
is
coming,
so
we'll
see
right
so
stay
safe.
Everybody
and
our
next
committee
meeting
is
going
to
be
on.
S
Am
Amanda
Baker
I
am
from
the
Brooklyn
Public
Library
I
just
wasn't
sure
when
to
jump
in
today.
Just
wanted
to
say
thank
you
for
having
me
here,
of
course,
I
work
over
at
Flatbush,
and
so
any
kind
of
tabling
that
you
guys
would
like
to
have
to
promote
we'd.
Be
welcome
to
have
you
as
well
as
any
other
branches
in
that
area,
got.
E
C
C
C
C
E
Q
B
A
I
just
want
to
let
you
know
that
on
the
third:
if
you
need
help,
I
can
get
there
early.
So
just
keep
that
in
mind.
Okay,.
