From YouTube: Black Mountain Aldermen Meeting - 11/05/2012
Description
Regular monthly meeting of the Town of Black Mountain Board of Aldermen. This meeting was held on Monday, November 5, 2012.
A
B
D
Let
us
pray
love
you
God.
We
ask
your
blessing
and
your
guidance
on
my
board
of
aldermen
tonight.
Please
guide
their
work.
That's
before
them
help
them
use
the
community
resources
wisely
and
well
and
represent
all
members
of
our
community
fairly
to
make
decisions
that
prevent
the
common
good
mayor.
Alderman
use
only
their
best
skills
and
judgment
keeping
themselves
in
partial
and
neutral,
as
they
consider
the
merits
and
pitfalls
of
each
matter
that
is
placed
before
them
and
I
was
acting
accordance
with
what
is
best
for
our
community
and
our
fellow
citizens.
D
E
Very
bored
of
my
name
is
Tom
Gail
at
is
110
Walnut,
Street
and
I
would
just
like
to
give
you
a
brief
report
on
the
town
square
project
and
where
we
are
at
this
point
I
pleased
to
update
you
this
evening
about
what's
happening
with
town
square.
So
far,
donations
totaling,
104
thousand
dollars
have
come
in
from
people
who
learn
to
the
project
and
send
along
a
contribution
to
see
the
town
square
building.
E
So
that's
going
to
be
happening
after
the
first
of
the
year.
So
that's
when
it's
really
going
to
go
public
and
and
we'll
see
people
really
get
involved.
We're
open
the
youngins
at
the
schools.
Will
you
know,
figure
out
some
fundraisers
they
can
do
in
this
and
that
we've
already
had
some
fundraisers
here
in
town.
Of
course,
many
of
you
are
aware
that
when
dr.
Cargill
on
her
husband
passed
away,
there
was
a
grassroots
effort
from
folks
in
town
here
to
at
their
memorial
service,
have
pledges
and
donations.
E
E
Steering
committee
has
worked
with
a
consultant
to
help
with
fundraising
for
development
of
town
square.
We
terminated
the
consultants
contract,
effective,
October,
thirty-first
2012.
The
committee
felt
it
was
better
use
of
funds
donated
to
apply
them
to
our
development
of
the
project
rather
than
to
pay
for
fundraising,
I'm
sure
you've
noticed
a
beautiful
landscaping
around
the
sides
of
each
end
of
the
property.
E
Our
thanks
go
to
the
beautification
committee
for
that
and
for
the
large
spider
that
dominates
the
corner
at
One,
Tree,
Road
and
State
Street
fact,
somebody
drilled
by
the
other
day
there
are
a
bunch
of
kids
all
standing
around
and
you're
taking
pictures
of
them.
So
it's
really
turned
out
to
be
a
phlegm
thing
out
there.
A
25,

Christmas
tree
has
been
donated
to
be
placed
on
the
property
over
Christmas.
The
tree
will
be
set
the
day
after
Thanksgiving
and
will
be
decorated
and
lit
the
following
day.
E
We
were
the
process
of
planning
a
celebration
on
the
property
for
that
event,
along
with
the
tree
lighting
ceremony
now
mayor,
Bartlett
and
board,
we
ask
you
to
honor
us
with
your
presence
to
light
that
tree.
The
very
first
Christmas
tree
on
Latin
mountain
town
square-
that
would
be
the
Saturday
right
after
Thanksgiving-
will
give
you
more
information
about
this
event
and
as
we
go
forward.
Finally,
we
are
grateful
to
this
board
for
standing
behind
us
in
this
process.
E
A
That
we've
talked
to
from
businesses
in
in
town
and
from
residents
in
montreat
as
well.
Thank
you
for
your
help
and
your
work
on
this
to
thank
you,
Tom.
Thank
you
for
your
leadership
and
also
the
committee.
The
work
they're
doing
this
time,
we'll
have
a
carrier
under
turn,
carries
one
of
the
outstanding
leaders
on
the
sky.
Regional
Council
I've
had
pleasure
working
with
her
son
and
she
can
bring
us
some
good
patters.
Thank.
F
We
had
the
first
round
of
these
back
in
May
and
we've
been
gathering
public
input,
then,
including
some
small
group
meetings
that
we
held
to
try
to
get
some
additional
feedback
from
members
of
the
community
that
haven't
been
involved
so
far,
and
so
we're
doing
this
final
round
beginning
this
week
and
I've
circulated
a
flyer
and
I
think
they're
copies
out
of
the
table
as
well.
For
anybody
like
to
take
one.
The
meeting
is
on
thursday
november
eighth
in
the
civic
center
in
asheville,
and
we
have
two
sessions.
F
One
is
from
one
to
three
and
then
we
have
a
second
session
about
four
to
six.
It's
a
drop
in
style
meeting.
You
don't
have
to
come
for
the
whole
time.
You
can
just
stop
by
take
a
look
around
we're
going
to
have
on
display
for
different
scenarios
that
have
been
developed.
That
illustrate
how
our
land
use
pattern
will
differ
in
the
future,
depending
on
decisions
that
we
make
now
and
that
will
list
out
some
performance
measures
that
we
can
actually
put
numbers
to
to
decide.
F
B
B
Left
say:
yer
know
the
past
years
of
development
and
all
of
the
details.
Where
was
it?
Oh,
that
period
of
time
the
center
post
of
lambda
raise
from
monuments
in
your
Park
have
become
in
such
disarray.
It
was
a
complete
public
embarrassment
to
the
citizens
of
black
men,
thanks
to
men,
Salem
iron,
from
bringing
that
back
up
the
standards
and
quite
a
breathable
thing
with
human
histone
I'm
challenges
what
we
could
maintain
it,
as
least
as
good
as
you
do,
the
center
square,
the
town
square
thing.
Thank
you
appreciate.
G
Reading
the
mayor
board,
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
speak
here
this
evening
as
an
introduction
for
those
you
don't
know,
sup
hear
my
name
is
Nick
been
armed
the
regional
operations
manager
for
Billy
Casper
golf
and
to
my
right.
Here's
Mike
Steven,
Souza,
regional
director
of
agronomy
for
Billy
Casper,
golf
we'd.
C
G
To
do
today
is
walk
through
some
of
the
performance
results
of
the
last
year.
Billy
Casper
golf
assume
management
of
black
mountain
golf
course
on
September.
First
2011,
you
want
to
discuss
where
we've
been
from
a
financial
perspective.
I
discussed
the
course
position
as
it
stands
today.
Mike
is
then
going
to
provide
a
maintenance
update
and
then
I
will
move
on
to
convey
some
marketing
objectives
for
the
golf
course
moving
into
the
future,
as
well
as
chairs
and
community
involvement
activities
of
the
last
year.
G
Up
on
the
screen,
you'll
see
a
three-year
trailing
history
for
the
golf
course,
and
I
will
use
a
caveat
that
this
is
week.
We
did
not
have
a
full
fiscal
year
in
11
to
12,
because
we
came
in
in
September,
not
in
July.
So
what
we're
using
here
for
our
first
year
as
comparative
purposes
of
trailing
12
months,
which
is
basically
September
first
through
August
2012,
which
which
represents
14
year,
as
you
can
see
back
in
fiscal
year,
2010
breakdown
of
revenues
and
expenses
and
net
overall
deficit.
G
In
fact,
in
2010
the
deficit
was
76,000
$53
2011,
that
deficit
of
71,000
667
first
year
under
Billy
Casper
Golf
Management,
revenues
of
590,000
188
expenses
of
620,000
557
for
net
loss
of
3369
dollars.
I
put
up
there
in,
in
parentheses,
just
to
eliminate
any
confusion
about
this.
Bcg
has
paid
a
monthly
management
fee
for
the
operation
of
the
golf
course.
B
G
Exit
on
black
gum
for
providing
the
historical
numbers
results
of
the
new
19th
hole,
grill
many
of
you
are
where
we
opened
the
grill
in
earnest
this
spring
and
it
has
had
some
decent
results.
Thus
far,
it's
been
a
little
slow
to
get
off
the
ground,
as
people
get
to
know
about
what
we
offer
and
and
how
good
Michelle's
food
is
over
there
and
about
our
revenues
for,
in
total,
over
47,000
351
for
the
trailing
12
months,
expenses
of
45,000
oh-58
was
a
profitable
venture
near
one.
G
Okay
course
position.
We
had
a
really
good
meeting
earlier
today
with
the
Gulf
Advisory
Committee,
who
brought
several
issues
to
our
attention
that
we're
working
through,
and
we
appreciate
that
from
from
our
perspective,
SWOT
analysis
of
Black
Mountain
Golf
Course
has
a
lot
of
good
things
going
for
it.
People
tell
us
that
the
natural
beauty
of
the
property
and
the
course
layout
are
fantastic
relative
to
the
peers
in
the
area.
Get
high
marks
on
customer
service
food
quality,
as
I
mentioned,
with
our
new
19th
hole,
grill
and
overall
value.
G
Relative
to
the
competitive
set
weaknesses,
some
of
the
things
we
heard
today
in
the
Gulf
advisory
committee
meeting
at
Bunker
conditions,
lack
of
turf
consistency
throughout
the
course
condition
of
the
aging
golf
carts
that
are
in
place.
Pace
of
play.
That's
a
that's,
usually
a
number
one
complaint
at
any
golf
course,
not
just
black
mountain,
where
we're
not
immune
to
that
and
support
of
the
food
and
beverage
operation
opportunities
that
we
have
well
to
address
some
of
those
weaknesses
that
we
have
to
improve
the
bunkers
and
turf
consistency
again.
G
Some
of
the
issues
that
came
to
light
in
today's
golf
advisory
committee
meeting
what
we're
working
through
with
our
plan
and
Mike,
will
share
more
on
that
in
just
a
moment.
Course.
Conditions
of
presentation,
improvement,
improving
the
overall
value
to
guess,
add
to
our
customer
base
growing
average
rate
per
round,
which
is
what
a
PR
stands
for,
and
growing
food
and
beverage
operation
continued
threats
to
the
golf
course-
and
this
is
a
global
global
issue
across
the
golf
industry,
but
increased
competition.
It's
getting
getting
a
little
bit
a
little
bit
tougher
out
there.
G
As
far
as
golf
courses
with
our
new
economy,
golf
population
is
decreasing
and
that's
a
big
reason
why,
the
last
five
years,
fifteen
percent
of
golfers
have
stopped
playing
the
game
of
golf
according
to
the
National
Golf
Foundation,
and
that's
something
that
the
industry
as
a
whole
was
working
on
through
its
player
development
programs
and
that
Billy
Casper
Golf
is
working
on
as
well.
With
our
internal
program,
recovery
of
the
economy
slowed.
That's.
G
H
But
thanks
man
appreciate
it
again.
My
name
is
mike
stevens
on
the
regional
drift
of
the
ground
for
Billy
Casper
golf
in
the
southeast
again
wanted
to
touch
on
a
lot
of
our
goals,
our
specific
one
sitting
in
the
2012,
which
will
finally
remain
the
same
goals
if
we
continue
our
agronomic
clamp
heading
into
2013
and
beyond.
H
We
touched
on
this
on
a
golf
advisory
committee
counsel
at
earlier
on.
Today,
we
step
on
property
for
the
first
time
like
we
did
back
in
September
of
last
year,
you're
tasked
with
thing
together.
A
quick
plan
of
a
snapshot
of
the
golf
course
is
in
its
life.
Coming
into
the
years
of
deferred
maintenance,
we
had
prioritised
works
in
our
time
and
taking
up
again
a
quick
snapshot.
This
is
really
what
we
started
with,
obviously
safety
being
at
the
priority
number
one
at
any
special
municipal
golf
course.
H
That
aspect
of
the
operations
decreasing
the
wii
population,
establishing
a
clear
definition
on
a
golf
course
of
turf
species
of
types
playing
services.
So
on
and
overall
just
improving
the
facility
presentation.
The
facility
was
a
first
step,
I'm
property,
not
much
more
presentation,
standpoint,
that's
something
I
need
to
step
into
on
our
first
year
and
I.
Think
we've
got
a
little
bit
of
that
so
part
of
that
plan,
and
they
talk
about
always
starts
with
our
people,
a
ground,
a
team
standpoint.
We
believe
and
coaching
our
staff
as
much
as
possible.
So.
H
Internally,
as
opposed
to
being
able
to
see
change
on
the
golf
course,
we
spent
a
lot
of
time
putting
our
superintendents
for
training
sessions,
personal
progress
or
personal
review
sessions.
Obviously
safety
review
sessions
and
saw
a
lot
of
performance
kids
for
the
for
the
golf
course
as
well.
So
we've
gone
through
that
we're
pulling
soil
samples,
reviewing
our
conditions
out
there
and
using
our
plan
in
place
for
years
to
come.
H
So
one
thing
I
do
want
to
bring
to
note
you
see
the
Audubon
symbol
up
there,
the
characters
all
taste,
let
pride
I
mean
all
those
golf
courses
is
being
completely
enrolled
in
the
Audubon
quattro
sanctuary
program
being
environmental
company
that
we
are
and
we're
proud
to
have
black
mountain
down
role
of
that
program
with.
So
it's
a
good
step
in
the
right
direction.
H
G
H
I
C
C
H
Noticeable
progress
in
the
fairways
we
control
has
been
a
key
focus
for
us
this
year.
A
lot
of
effort
been
put
to
them
again,
just
no
more
left
to
improve
that
facility
and
the
presentation
of
just
the
aesthetics
that
you
see
there
now
we're
not
perfect.
We've
got
some
issues
out
there
that
we're
still
dealing
with,
but
what's
important
to
realize,
is
our
plans
in
place.
H
So
we're
just
finishing
our
plan
putting
on
plans
to
go
to
2013
and
are
moving
forward.
So
I
know
what
we
see
out
there
too
vague
I
think
you'll
get
a
little
taste,
not
even
as
well,
but
there
are
tensions
on
the
golf
course
there's
nothing
that
are
surprising
to
us.
We've
been
dealing
with
them
for
for
a
while
now
I
think
the
pounds
would
get
a
little
bit
longer,
but
what's
important.
H
This
isn't
new
to
us.
We're
excited
less
progress.
We've
made
a
lot
of
areas
of
the
golf
course
and
we're
excited
about
the
opportunity
that
lies
ahead.
That's
the
areas
that
we're
dealing
with
two,
so
the
next
slide,
one
move
for
just
a
second.
This
is
a
small
example
of
some
struggles
from
a
cognizer.
This
is
number
90
on
the
front
side
of
black
mountain
on
the
left
side
is
a
golf
course.
Editor's
desk
apartment,
the
tea,
that's
had
a
lot
of
herbicide
application.
Then
push
will
be
fresher
back
quite
a
bit.
H
So
gotta
end
up
a
lot
of
things,
especially
in
the
summer
months,
when
it's
in
the
church
with
little
weekend
so
on.
The
right
is
just
a
pure
example
of
you
get
to
that
process.
You
do
the
economic
means
necessary
and
proofs
in
the
pudding
or
plan
to
work,
so
we're
comfortable
where
we
are
looking
forward
to
next
spring
and
hidden
growing
season
again
and
excited
be
part
of
this
team.
So
I'll
leave
you
with
a
quick
capital
improvement
update.
We've
done
some
work
thanks
to
the
help
of
the
city
on
some
tree.
H
Me
also,
we
just
finished
up
the
renovations
to
the
croquet
court,
the
frightful
area
for
the
community
and
we're
proud
of
this.
Isn't
that
process
too?
So,
if
you
drive
by
there
now,
you
start
to
see
some
of
the
newly
seeded
area
to
start
to
germinate.
You
know
already,
which
is
great.
This
latest
season
we're
a
little
concerned
that
it
wouldn't
give
us
a
quick
tarnation,
I've
been
normally
would
in
the
earlier
fall,
so
we're
a
good
position
as
we
head
in
next
spring
and
I
looking
forward
over
this
open.
This
thing
up
the
community.
G
Thanks
Mike
I'd
like
to
touch,
lastly,
on
some
of
our
next
to
lastly,
actually
on
some
of
our
marketing
objectives,
moving
into
the
future
just
to
lay
a
kind
of
a
framework
as
far
as
the
foundation
we're
putting
together
at
Black,
Mountains
I
think
it's
important
to
the
long-term
picture
here.
First
of
all,
improving
the
service
approach.
G
Secondly,
increasing
the
sophistication
of
our
marketing
I
talked
about
gaining
new
customers,
improving
loyalty
from
the
customers.
We
do
have
increasing,
yellow
wood
utilization
and
growing
rounds.
Volumen
market
share
I'll
talk
on
each
of
these
for
just
a
moment:
training
achievements.
Each
training
is
our
customer
service
training
programs,
a
four-point
customer
service
training
program
whereby
employees
are
introduced
to
Billy
Casper
himself,
man
and
Billy,
Casper,
Golf
Management,
and
what
our
service
themes
are
and
really.
The
goal
of
this
is
to
continue
to
focus
on
improving
the
customer
service
and
tag
line
at
the
bottom.
G
There
treat
each
guest
with
fun,
enjoyable,
golf
experience:
this
is
a
snapshot
of
our
current
website.
We
took
over
the
website
back
in
September
2011
and
really
built
it
from
scratch.
I
think
it
really
does
a
good
job
of
representing
the
golf
course
in
town
as
well.
So
if
you
have
a
moment,
please
visit
our
check
it
out
database
eblasts.
This
is
where
information
is
very
powerful,
that
we
gather
on
our
customers,
which
I'll
touch
on
in
just
a
moment.
G
Electronic
t
sheet
seems
pretty
simple:
when
we
came
into
the
picture,
the
club
was
using
paper
t
sheets
which,
which
are
effective
in
managing
the
daily
operations
of
the
club.
What
the
electronic
t
she
allows
us
to
do
most
powerfully
is
first
of
all
we
can.
We
can
make
t
times
online
24
hours
a
day,
but
it
also
helps
us
gather
information
about
our
customers.
I'll
touch
on
that.
G
For
this
moment,
our
goal
in
billy
casper
golf
is
to
be
able
to
contact
ninety
percent
of
the
guests
who
playback
Black,
Mountain
Golf
Course
we're
not
quite
there.
Yet.
We
certainly
had
a
lot
of
customers
into
our
database
over
the
last
year
and
we're
measuring
this
monthly
and
through
our
mystery
shop
platform
as
well.
Last
year,
Black
Mountain
added
30
3419
contact
able
to
its
database,
which
seems
like
a
lot,
but
it's
really
just
scratching
the
surface.
G
It
also
lets
us
know
where
our
golfers
are
coming
from.
We
can
observe
code
information
from
our
customers.
You
can
see
here
who's
playing
black
mountain
golf
course,
of
course,
of
2012.
A
lot
of
the
information
is
going
to
be
not
surprising,
and
some
of
it
will
be
somewhat
surprising
but
I
just
to
walk
you
through
this.
G
Another
thing
we
look
at
is
customer
loyalty
and
how
it
relates
to
how
we're
marketing
the
different
different
brackets.
This
report
shows
us
is
basically
a
bar
graph
of
how
many
customers,
bit
into
the
one
year,
our
one
golf
round
per
year,
category,
how
many
fit
in
at
225
golf
rounds
per
year,
how
many
fit
into
6
15,
16,
240,
4180
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
What
this
allows
us
to
do
is
it
shows
us
how
many
new
customers
do.
We
have
how
many
customers
we
have
they're
just
coming
to
us
once,
and
why?
G
What
can
we
do
to
market
to
that
group
differently
than
we
would
to
say
a
group
that
is
already
playing
us
41
to
80
times
a
year?
The
whole
purpose
of
this
is
to
help
us
design
our
loyalty
programs
that
will
allow
us
to
move
more
people
from
the
left
side
of
the
screen
over
to
the
right
side
screen
play
more
golf
with
us.
G
Customer
acquisition
is
an
important
part
of
our
mix
as
well.
We
spend
a
lot
of
time
focusing
on
info
to
err
in
front
of
us
and
applying
us.
The
most
often
are
among
the
most
loyal
guests,
but
we
need
to
add
more
to
the
pipeline
tubes.
So
some
of
the
things
we've
done
over
the
last
year
is
we've
advertised
in
the
Asheville
citizen-times
by
using
a
customer
acquisition
effort,
as
you
can
see
there
on
the
left,
which
mirrors
the
email
that
I
showed
earlier,
it
also
shows
some
of
our
membership
offerings
for
the
golf
course.
G
We've
also
used
Black,
Mountain,
News
golfnow.com,
being
a
third-party
provider
that
helped
to
sell,
are
underutilized
tee
times
and
livingsocial
is
something
we've
used
not
only
for
the
golf
course,
but
for
the
restaurant
as
well
and
really
the
whole
point
of
these
are
two
already
getting
new
customers
to
see.
Black
Mountain,
it's
our
job
once
the
play
is
to
earn
repeat
business.
G
Building
loyalty:
we
introduced
a
new
annual
card
pass
program
to
annual
new
card
past
programs.
One
called
the
30
pass,
one
called
the
Eagle
Pass.
You
can
see
their
price
points
here,
so
you
have
a
lower
price
point
entry
for
the
birdie
past,
which
allows
customers
to
save
generally
speaking,
eight
dollars
off
of
each
round
at
all.
They
play
with
a
golf
cart,
18
holes
and
the
$119
card
on
the
right
side.
G
You
save
twelve
dollars
off
every
time
you
play
18
holes,
so
a
couple
things
this
does
it
in
effect,
improves
our
rounds
per
customer
people
buy
into
the
program
they're
more
likely
to
come
back
to
play
us
versus
one
of
the
competitors.
Secondly,
stimulate
some
more
membership
revenue
for
the
club
and
it
frankly
it
makes
the
course
more
affordable
and
a
better
value
to
people
who
are
taking
advantage
of
the
cards
in
a
proper
manner.
G
Golfer
retention,
improvement,
program
or
grip.
For
short,
this
is
basically
all
encompassing
of
what
I
just
talked
about
it's
all
about
knowing
our
customer,
behaviors
and
they're
playing
habits
and
we've
laid
the
foundation
for
that.
A
lot
of
what
we
do
in
our
first
year
at
a
new
golf
course
is
gather
information
about
the
market,
about
the
customers
that
are
playing
our
golf
course.
We
feel,
obviously,
we
had
33
400
people
with
new
people
that
were
marketing
to
on
a
bi-weekly
basis.
G
We
feel
that
only
continue
to
grow,
and
now
we
have
meaningful
information
about
who's
playing.
Our
golf
course
we
market
to
them
appropriately.
The
goal
is
to
continuously
improve
value,
and
this
this
doesn't
start
now.
It
doesn't
stop
two
years
from
now.
It
just
continuously
something
we
have
our
eye
on,
and
it
starts
with
the
product
which
might
talked
about
a
little
bit
and
and
our
long-term
plan
for
improving
golf
course
itself
service.
G
Lastly,
community
outreach
couple
things
were
proud
of
us
here:
I
wanted
to
share
with
the
group
world's
largest
call
patty
was
on
August
twelfth.
This
was
something
that
billy
casper
golf
felda
is
140.
Golf
courses,
nationwide
Black
Mountain,
a
friend
John-
did
a
fantastic
job
of
selling.
This
event
to
the
local
community
and
the
whole
purpose
is
to
is
to
have
obviously
spark
revenue
for
the
golf
course,
but
also
to
raise
money
for
the
Wounded
Warrior
Project.
We
did
have
95
participants
at
Black,
Mountain,
Golf
Course,
which
was
fantastic.
G
Company-Wide
Billy
Casper
golf
raised
over
four
hundred
thousand
dollars
of
7960
players,
which
is
more
than
twice
what
we
did
last
year
and
something
we
look
on
look
at
building
on
next
year
and
last
but
not
least,
air
the
Billy
Casper
benefit
for
the
Fountain
Square
project
have
a
few
pictures
up
here.
We
did
have
Billy
Casper
come
in
earlier
in
the
year
to
kick
off
the
season
and
we
use
it
as
an
opportunity
to
raise
some
funds
for
the
black
mountain
town
square
project.
You
can
see
at
the
bottom
of
the
screen.
G
G
With
that
I'll
leave
you
with
the
parting
remark
that
Billy
Casper
is
proud
to
be
in
Black
Mountain.
We
take
the
responsibility
that
you've
given
us.
The
trust
you
put
in
a
into
us
to
manage
your
your
golf
course
very
seriously,
and
we
have
the
utmost
confidence
that
this
golf
course
is
going
to
go
in
the
right
direction
and
we'll
continue
to
see
progress
as
the
years
pass.
As
you
as
you
move
into
some
of
your.
A
G
Well,
I
think
I
think
the
biggest
concern
is
continuing
to
progress
the
product
that
we
have
out
there.
The
turf
conditions
are
and
always
will
be,
the
most
important.
The
important
aspect
of
golf
course,
and
that's
that's
where
our
focus
is
going
to
continue
to
be
like
you
want
to
expand
upon
them
and.
H
You
get
the
nail
on
the
head,
I
Mick
said
it
all.
It
all
starts
with
staying
on
the
first
tee
and
the
yordle
experience
the
entire
way
around.
So
conditions
play
obviously
a
very
big
impact
on
that.
So
we
know
where
we
stand
today
and
we
know
the
opportunities
that
exist
out
there
in
front
of
the
center.
Our
goal
is
to
get
after
we're.
A
G
C
K
A
M
N
G
Extend
but
my
lexy
expertise,
nothing
to
be
the
leader
onimous,
but
what's
doing
right
being
done
right
now
we're
assessing
some
of
the
issues
that
we
have
right
in
and
trying
to
put
together
a
plan
short-term
and
continue
our
long-term
plan
to
we.
We
have
that
we
have
a
good
plan.
We've
made
some
progress
in
some
areas
and
we've
had
some
challenges.
We've
had
some
challenges
in
some
areas
to
which
we're
aware
of
and
working
to,
correct
I.
C
B
M
G
A
large
large
portion
of
our
feedback
is
positive
throughout
the
year
we
we
had
a
difficult
summer,
and
there
are
a
couple
of
greens
in
particular
that
are
showing
some
wear
patterns.
We're
aware
of
them.
Mike
and
John
have
a
plan
to
attack
them
both
short-term
and
long-term,
and
you
know
ultimately
I'm,
not
just
it's
not
just
tournaments.
G
You
worry
about
it
since
in
daily
key
players
are
members
are
most
loyal,
customers
that
were
concerned
about,
and
people
people
vote
with
their
they
look
with
their
wallet
and
if
we
have
the
best
conditions
in
town
they're
going
to
come
from
continue
to
play
us
more
different
feather.
Is
this
well.
K
My
whole
colony
was
based
around
the
fact
that
this
was
a
long-standing
tournament.
It's
been
there
for
a
number
of
years
and
it's
very
popular
throughout
the
headcount,
and
when
you
get
the
direct
or
something
like
that
saying
the
course
just
continues
to
go
down
and-
and
you
know
we're
looking
at
finding
another
place.
To
put
it,
that's
that's
important.
I.
O
O
When
you
look
at
the
way.
The
shelf
is
not
the
my
plate
with
that
reflect
reception
city,
but
if
you
look
at
it
72
shops,
half
of
those
are
going
to
be
on
the
green.
The
other
twenty-five
percent
of
those
are
going
to
be
on
the
tee
boxes,
so
you've
got
75
percent
of
your
game
is
played
basically
on
less
than
five
percent
of
the
course,
and
that
is
where
the
problem
is.
You
know
you
you
talk
about
that
your
address
in
short-term
to
long-term
and
all
day,
and
all
that
sounds
good.
O
I'm
sure
that
you
know
y'all
are
but
but
the
fact
remains,
as
tim
said,
there
are
problems
out
there.
This
gentleman
would
not
have
said
this,
as
is
a
lot
of
other
people
that
talk
to
me
about,
and
you
know
of
a
childish,
ass
specifics.
You
know
you
don't
you're,
not
talking
about
specifics,
I'm,
not
specific
town
number,
five
room.
That's
not
aware
pass
on
that
on
that
on
that
vary
from.
O
H
But
it
comes
down
to
disease,
a
disease
outbreaks
on
greens,
which
is
what
you
didn't
have
on
five.
It
was
a
brown
patch
outbreak,
hey
angel
I,
we
caught
it.
You
know,
control
the
pathogen
that
was
acting
on
the
soil
and
got
out
of
control.
The
problem
was
getting
turf
to
recover
from
it
july
being
a
hot
leg
month.
It
was
I'm
led
to
some
issues.
We
have
sense
treated
that
during
the
number
of
time
I
preceded
it.
H
M
H
H
It
is
that
not
the
feasible
at
this
point,
so
our
goal
is,
is
obviously
two
provisions
long
term,
but
it's
to
do
it
fiscally
responsible,
we're
going
to
spend
money
like
it's
like
it's
our
money.
Obviously
we
don't
want
to
just
throw
a
good
my
a
bad
money.
We
got
to
make
sure
that
the
problems
resolved
before
we
just
start
throwing
money
at
and.
O
We
have
we
have
to
go.
I
remember
operation
around
that.
We
have
them
in
the
shed
there
for
a
long
time
of
plugging
their
large
gets
mad
and,
of
course
the
aeration
of
justin
punching
doesn't
do
as
good
as
much
as
that
pull
in
that
plug
gap
creek,
you
know
on
the
number
five.
How
many
times
did
you
did
you
plug
that
this
year,
you
took
course
twice
spring.
H
C
H
B
C
H
O
You
look
at
the
Greens
that
we
that
we
have
in
the
way
of
that,
of
course,
and
again
I'm,
focusing
mostly
on
their
greens,
because
that's
what
that's
what
these
golfers
are
most
interested
I
mean
you
can
have
the
fairways
out
there,
that
you
know
an
affair.
The
fairways
look
good
or
something
my
son
has
had
a
garden.
In
summary,
the
beautiful
corn
field
up
there
I'm,
not
sure
someone
was
playing
that
going
for
me,
people
so
I
mean
the
fairways
may
look
good,
but
sometimes
they're,
just
not
that
great.
O
H
B
H
Shopping
and
you
pull
the
D
traditional
levels.
This
point:
that's
something
an
issue
now
when
you
get
into
a
situation
where
kind
of
recover-
and
you
want
to
lose
your
cover
very
slow,
faster
than
yeah
inmates
are
taking
a
few
extras
just
to
really
make
sure
you
don't
right
track.
But
again,
the
main
issue
here
has
always
been
what
I've
seen
in
the
last
year.
It.
G
B
H
H
We
talked
with
the
Gulf
Advisory
Council
I'm
here
earlier
for
this
session
today,
and
we
have
a
meeting
scheduled
them
on
distant
fourth,
we'd
love
you
to
attend.
If
you'd
like
to
wear
it
will
lay
out
and
sit
down
specific
plan
for
the
next
pope
months
of
where
it
was
at
least,
and
what
we
want
to
do.
What
we
got
a
college
course
where
we
expected
course
to
PA
along
that
line.
Every
part
book.
O
But
again,
but
maybe
right
here,
you
drifting
back
to
to
a
broad
brush
and
I'm
trying
to
talk
about
a
very
small
painted
one
green
one
tee
box
at
a
time
because
trying
to
plant
the
whole
course
it's
not
going
to
work,
I
mean
it's,
it
has
to.
They
can't
be
shotgun.
So
that's
what
I'm
asking
for
is
your
rifle
approach
for.
H
Have,
regardless
of
anything
else,
one
on
the
golf
course
set
by
weekly
calls
set
up
that
he
and
I
talk
individually.
We
have
on
top
of
that
space
between
by
legal
education
sessions
and
conference
calls
with
the
bees
and
all
the
Superman
has
all
the
general
managers
are
on
forums
were
talking
shop
or
sharing
experiences
will
give
them
downloads
of
what's
going
on
and
they're
getting
asked
out
of
this
now
on.

I
C
C
M
A
lot
of
little
spot
checks
at
the
golf
course
I'm
come
over
and
talk
to
Brent,
we'll
sit
down
and
talk
summer
going
snack
bar
and
give
him
a
shout
out
to
fix
me.
A
chicken,
salad
sandwich
or
I
go
out
and
talk
to
Senator,
golfers
and
yeah
I
maybe
had
a
couple
who
have
kind
of
expressed
their
displeasure
over
son.
M
H
H
M
P
B
G
By
and
large
it's
it's
been
pretty
positive.
You
know
you
can
imagine
you
know
anybody
who's
going
to
take
the
time
to
pick
up
the
phone
call
I
mean
that
they're
going
to
have
an
opinion
one
way
or
another.
We
we
get
compliance
to.
We
could
complaints
about
some
of
the
weaknesses
that
I
put
up
there
before,
including
you
know
some
folks
complaining
about
specific,
specific
greens
pace
of
play
yeah,
so
we
we
get
it
all,
but
we've
had
some
very
positive,
very
positive
feedback
to
you.
G
B
M
O
O
G
Best
time
of
the
year,
why
go
well
I
believe
we
budgeted
$15,000
for
sales
and
marketing
year,
one
we
just
didn't,
spend
it
all
part
of
the
reason
was
we
can
meet
our
revenue
budget
either.
So,
when
we're
looking
at
where
we're
making
adjustments
on
the
expense
side,
no,
we
have
been
advertising
pretty
pretty
consistently.
At
least
we
have
no
paper
over
the
lattice
what
four
months
front.
G
So
we
have
and
we're
trying
to
test
out
again
what
works
and
what
doesn't?
What
try
to
call
me
we're
measuring
our
ally.
You
know
from
you're,
probably
looking
at
our
profit
loss
summary
page
there,
but
we
have.
We
have
more
detailed
statements
as
well
to
do
and
you
can
break
down
my
life
item.
How
do
we
get
those.
O
O
G
G
O
G
G
G
We're
budgeted
for
six
thousand
dollars
a
year
in
the
first
year.
We
spent
a
little
bit
more
than
that
because
being
a
transition,
and
we
frankly
had
to
we
had
to
come
back.
Quite
often,
we
had
a
transition
team
here
as
well
too.
So
that's
what
we're
budgeted
for
and
we
try
to
keep
it
as
as
minimum
suppose.
When.
O
G
Are
very
few
and
in
there
instances
where
we're
able
to
giving
our
buying
power
to
negotiate
retainers
with
with
certain
groups
to
get
a
better
deal
for
each
of
our
individual
courses
really
I.
Think
the
only
one
that
impacts
background
is
our
graphic
design.
That's
something
that
we
have
a
company
called
varnish
associates.
They
said
of
Virginia
that
that
does
the
graphic
design
for
all
of
our
golf
courses
and
each
courses
is
charged
really
ultimately
based
on
their
consumption
of
that
graphic
design.
G
G
O
N
G
G
Dollar
deficit
and
a
break-even
proposition
is
really
fifteen
hundred
rounds
of
golf,
and
you
break
that
down
by
week
by
day
we're
not
that
far
off
and
I
think
if,
if
we
continue
to
get
to
learn
more
about
this
mark
and
learn
more
about
the
customers
that
are
playing
here,
god
I
would
say
that
will
be
a
good
goal
to
shoot
for
heading
into
the
next
fiscal
year.
Sorry
I'm,
starting
next,
a
lot.
C
Now
I,
of
course,
I
mean
it
may
be
said
it
before
I,
maybe
Billy
Casper
gold
likes
being
in
Black
Mountain.
We
want
to
be
good
partners,
we
want
to
meet
the
town's
goals
and
every
client's
goals
are
different.
We
understand
here
that
making
money
is
very
important
and
we're
going
to
manage
the
property.
M
Q
Now
that,
thanks
to
many
more
kind
of
year
than
lives
up
there,
that
say
that
just
a
brief
report
from
the
Committee
first
of
all
from
all
committee
members,
thanks
to
you,
mayor
and
board,
for
appointing
us
to
the
communion,
giving
us
this
opportunity
to
serve
the
town
in
this
manner,
we're
very
appreciative
of
that.
We
had
our
first
meeting
up
cover
23rd
and
from
that
we
met
today.
Q
As
has
been
discussed,
we
met
with
the
defenders
of
Nick
Bednar
and
Mike's
tickets
in
the
crisis
love
day
from
vinny
casper
golf,
and
we
had
a
very
very
good
afternoon
had
several
members
from
the
golf
course
of
ten,
which
I
appreciate
very
much.
We
had
some
really
good
comments.
We
got
some
good
discussion.
The
number
one
thing
no
one
thing
on
discussion
was
conditions
of
course,
of
course,
was
not
not
in
good
shape.
Q
We
all
know
that,
but
Byron
Bailey
at
the
meetings
afternoon,
he
gave
a
PowerPoint
presentation
for
us
and
Brian
thanks
by
us.
Thank
you
for
putting
all
day
so
together
for
us
and
I'm,
going
to
ask
him
to
come
and
just
go
through
this.
It's
not
long,
but
I
think
it's
worth
all
of
us.
Looking
looking
at
and
from
his
powerpoint
presentation
was
what
most
of
our
discussion
that
I
was
centered
around.
Q
We
are
going
to
meet
back
this
immense
able
to
leave
back
to
fill
Casper
God
December,
the
fourth,
when
a
follow-up
meeting
they'll
have
a
definite
as
I
understand
it.
Plan
of
action
for
us
moving
through
the
board
right
with
that
high
priority
with
that
Thank
You
board
and
mayor
I'm,
Byron
Bailey,
and
here
we've
got
bored
for
37
years.
This.
I
Is
the
powerpoint
presentation?
That's
a
goth
Advisory
Committee
put
together
to
present
the
Billy
Casper
this
afternoon,
we
started
off
by
trying
to
establish
a
baseline.
This
is
a
photograph
of
the
police
log
code.
There
are
private
golf
course
with
a
huge
budget,
wardle
class
operation.
We
know
that's,
not
us
we're,
saying
they're
up
here.
Okay,
this
is
all
for
golf
course
is
that
our
nearest
neighbor
to
the
east
nine
whole
facility,
small
budget,
small
operations
from
on
staff
I
wanted
to
show
their
green
and
course
conditions.
I
I
This
is
Black
Mountain,
Golf
Course
that
we're
very
proud
of
it's
a
beautiful
facility.
It's
a
great
layout
is
far
superior
to
what
they
have
it
old
fort
course
layout.
This
is
a
look
between
the
first
and
second
fairways.
The
this
is
weeds
out
of
control.
Folks,
if
you
hit
a
ball
in
that
ditch,
it's
gone.
That's
four
dollars
in
the
ditch!
First
of
all,
we
don't
have
a
driving
range
to
place.
The
warm-up
and
a
lot
of
players
come
out
and
that's
where
the
ball
ends
up.
I
This
is
the
first
screen.
We
have
three
green
to
black
mountain
at
our
newer
greens
number
one
number
seven
number
13:
they
were
built
a
pga
specs.
They
should
be
fairly
reactive
to
treatments
and
water
and
conditioning
to
keep
women
playable
condition.
These
two
bunkers
that
front
the
first
green,
probably
catch
more
golf
balls
into
on
the
golf
course.
I
I
This
is
the
second
tee
the
mental
/
t
if
you'll
think
of
the
T's
and
the
Greens
like
older
than
subtle,
said.
That's
that's
the
place
like
an
hourglass
where
all
the
golfers
are
fun
too.
So
everybody
ends
up
on
the
greens
of
their
millions
upon
the
T,
so
they're
high
traffic
areas
you
can
tell
by
looking
at
that
T.
That
is
pretty
stressed.
The
grass
is
thin.
It
looks
bad.
We
do
have
another
T
to
the
right
of
this
T,
the
upper
t-that's
never
used.
I
I
I
This
is
the
back
of
the
30.
This
he's
no
longer
used
on
number
three,
but
it
was
going
to
be
used
as
a
ladies
tea
or
a
shorter
tea
for
number
six.
It
was
recited
reconditioned
and
then
abandoning
this
is
the
third
third.
Well,
it's
a
225.
225
yards
are
three.
This
is
a
wet
area.
That's
right
in
front
of
the
green.
It's
a
swamp!
It
catches.
A
lot
of
golf
balls,
slows
play
a
lot
of
golfers
can't
reach
this
screen.
It's
a
situation
that
needs
to
be
resolved.
I
I
I
I
B
I
I
I
I
These
are
the
weeds
and
grown
up
between
holds
number
one
and
nine.
The
town
made
a
decision
to
clear
that
area
a
few
years
ago,
open
it
up,
remove
the
trees,
make
it
more
pliable
for
the
golfers,
and
now
it's
going
back
two
weeks
and
the
picture
the
same.
This
is
the
eleventh
fairway.
This
is
the
landing
area,
the
flat
spot,
where
golfers
try
to
get
their
golf
ball
and
if
they
do
most
likely
will
be
lost.
I
This
is
the
12th
green
in
the
12
again
now
there
are
two
golf
balls
at
Black
Mountain
that
people
remember
when
they
leave
the
13th
in
the
17th
is
the
shortest
and
the
longest
holes
out
there.
This
is
the
new
green
on
13,
and
this
is
the
bunker
the
front
city
you
can
see
that
bunker
has
not
had
any
conditioning
in
quite
some
time.
This
is
the
green.
This.
I
This
is
the
15th
tee
shot.
That's
a
very
critical
tree
on
the
left
side,
it's
very
strategic
over
the
years
that
has
increased
in
size
and
probably
can
stand
the
control,
Holly
supervised
trimming
that
tree,
if
you
over
trim
and
you'll
ruin
the
whole
and
you
could
expose
golfers
coming
out
17
to
danger,
but,
as
you
can
see,
that's
a
small
area
to
hit
through
and
take
a
pretty
skilled
golfer.
You
know
generally
play
the
whole
correctly.
I
This
is
a
16th
green.
This
is
part
of
the
beautification
project
that
understand
Mike's,
oval
had
a
big
role
in,
and
we
really
appreciate
that
work.
It's
been
the
greatest
improvement.
We've
had
in
quite
some
time.
It
opened
that
area
of
makes
it
easier
to
find
your
golf
ball
and
got
some
air
circulation
to
that
green.
I
I
That's
a
closer
look
at
the
green,
while
it's
much
better
than
it
was
last
year.
It
is
still
not
where
it
needs
to
be.
This
is
the
front
part
of
the
16th.
This
area
was
recited
earlier
in
the
year,
which
was
a
good
improvement,
but
the
maintenance
has
not
been
there
to
support
that
grass
growth
and
it's
Martin.
Let
me
crack.
I
This
is
just
another
look
at
the
tree
thinning
around
16
and
17
t.
That
was
a
nice
improvement.
This
is
a
17-15,
probably
our
signature
hole
on
the
golf
course
that
t
is
stressed
and
you
can
see
the
grass
is
a
very
thin.
We
have
two
other
teas
above
that
this
one
hasn't
been
used
in
years.
It
does
make
it
longer
and
more
difficult,
but
it
is
another
place
to
put
the
tea
to
kind
of
read
out
the
traffic.
I
C
I
Very
consistent
with
the
other
grant.
Unfortunately,
this
is
the
first
thing
people
see
when
they
come
out
to
warm
up.
They
walk
out
and
see
this
green
and
it's
not
met
with
good
reviews.
The
putting
green
used
to
be
much
larger.
The
mowing
patterns
have
changed
here
to
reduce
that
when
we
have
a
tournament,
we
have
events,
and
there
are
a
lot
of
people
here,
it's
probably
good
to
have
that
extra
space.
I
This
is
a
fan.
It's
been
sitting
down
to
make
this
building
for
a
couple
of
years.
I
think
it
was
purchased
to
be
put
on
rollers
to
take
the
greens
in
the
air
circulation
and
it's
just
sitting
there
some
of
the
comments
from
the
board.
This
current
management
plan
is
not
working.
Billy
casper
golf
is
not
working,
120
thousand
dollars
of
taxpayer
dollars
in
the
past
year
and
we're
care
who's
accountable
and
where's.
Billy
Casper
golf
we're
continuing
to
lose
special.
I
I
What
did
the
demographic
suggestibility
Casper
with
regard
to
the
change
in
the
smaller
fairway
areas?
The
fairway
cuts
have
been
made
smaller,
most
people
that
play
out
there
would
probably
appreciate
more
user-friendly,
larger
fairways,
and
then
these
comments
were
taken
directly
from
Billy
Casper
golf
webpage,
I'd
like
to
focus
on
if
you're,
a
golfer
or
club
member
will
deliver
a
fun
and
enjoyable
experience
at
a
well-conditioned
golf
course.
J
J
J
Yeah,
that's
what
you
think
visit
yes,
sir,
then
I've
been
out
in
a
nick
and
his
guys
have
put
this
information
together,
for
this
is
about
the
the
lease
purchase
for
the
%
e
to
golf
carts.
The
low
bid
for
that
was
from
Yamaha,
of
course,
had
two
options
of
how
you
how
you
wanted
to
achieve
that.
J
You
can
do
and
we've
gone
through
this
briefly,
but
you
could
do
a
operating
lease,
which
is
basically
where
you
lease
it
for
five
years,
turn
the
cards
back
in
and
continue
and
continue
rotating
your
carts,
your
city,
two
cards
out
every
five
years
or
at
least
purchase
where
you
purchase
them
after
five
years
and
the
question.
Of
course.
That
is,
if
you
can
get
more
than
significantly
more
than
five
years
of
life
out
of
golf
carts
and
I,
think
we've
gotten
correctly.
J
If
I'm
around
nine
years
out
of
the
current
golf
carts,
then
you
that
might
be
the
direction
that
we
want
to
go
and,
as
I
pointed
out,
others
have
said
on
the
the
reason
that
the
operating
lease
is
low.
This
time
is
because
there's
a
trade-in
value
for
the
existing
card,
so
we
get
about
a
hundred
thousand
dollar
trade
in
value.
You
would
not
get
that
in
five
years.
J
I
think
those
are
those
are
your
options.
We've
gotten
quotes
from
Yamaha
easy
to
have
had
a
couple
of
bids
on
it
in
club,
car
turned
one
in
so
you'll
see
the
most
and
I
got
those
opinion
we
can.
Nick
was
nicely
to
lay
that
information
out
for
us,
and
so
you
can
see
that
you
can
see
the
different
ones
yamaha.
The
yamaha
drive
is
still
the
lowest
price.
If
you
go
with
the
capital
lease
for
that
you're.
Looking
at
well,
I'm
here
at
35,000
for
sixty
seven
dollars
annually.
That's
financing
it
through
yamaha.
J
We
of
course
good
financial
through
BVT
or
other
bank
government
financing,
get
a
better
rate
and
knock
some
of
that
off
I'm,
which
one
out
that
I
believe
in
some
of
the
discussions
there
may
have
been
interest
in
heaven.
Rain
covers
and
ball
washer's
for
the
cards.
If
you
do
that,
that
adds
roughly
for
the
Yamaha
one
hundred
sixty
dollars
per
cart.
J
So
if
you
add
that
back
in
to
to
the
cost,
let's
say
you're
going
to
do
a
capital
lease
and
I
don't
hate
to
keep
just
throwing
numbers
at
you,
but
you're
basically
going
to
get
about
fifteen
hundred
dollars
more
per
year.
If
you
can't
refinance
at
a
lower
rate
than
you
and
you
add
that
in
you're
really
looking
at
probably
about
a
fast,
were
you
looking
at
thirty
six
five
four
right
to
add
to
add
those
two
features
to
the
cards?
The
cards
were
not
bid
with
those
features
that
I
guess
we're
ones.
J
That
might
be
something
specific
that
folks
I
would
like.
So
just
keep
that
in
mind.
That
is,
that
is
the
different
options
of
be
glad
for
Nick
to
comment
on
different
variations
of
a
howl
of
the
carts.
If
you
have
specific
questions
about
the
cars,
you
have
questions
about
the
different
lease
financing
options.
Dina
be
glad
to
help
with
that
to
me
and
I'll
try
soon.
A
J
O
J
O
O
Sounds
good
at
the
public,
but
but
for
my
experience
and
from
other
people
there
we
do
not
have
a
full.
We
don't
have
the
proper
maintenance
being
given
to
the
carts.
Now
that
should
be
given
and
it
has
been
given
to
the
carts
in
the
past,
and
so
we
need
some
insurance
from
billy
casper
golf
that
there's
that
we
have
somebody
that
knows
what
they're,
what
they're
doing,
how
they're
going
to
do
a
schedule
for
the
maintenance
on
the
carts,
whether
it's
a
tire,
tire
pressure,
all
change.
O
You
know
whatever.
That
needs
to
be
done
and
he's
we've
done
on
a
consistent
basis,
because
that's
what
was
done
with
the
Yamaha
years
ago,
I
was
done.
What
was
done
with
his
club
cars,
and
it
was
because
of
that
I
think
that
we
have
gotten
the
longevity
either.
We
don't
maintain
these
cars
from
the
beginning,
we're
not
going
to
hit
the
long.
The
office,
longevity
and
the
maintenance
program
is
going
on
now.
Won't
give
us
that
longevity.
O
K
Writing
history,
exactly
what
you're
going
to
be
doing
each
week
each
month
for
those
cars,
Mike
you're,
exactly
right!
That's
what
the
velcro
spokes
are
telling
me
that
that's
reason
we're
getting
eight
nine,
sometimes
even
maybe
ten
years,
just
because
they're
well
taken
care
of,
and
obviously
these
are
not
being
well.

Q
A
N
R
D
I'd
like
to
say
something
and
for
the
board
members
that
weren't
at
the
meeting
today
with
members
of
the
golf
course
in
the
balcony
I
thought
it
was
a
very
fair.
D
The
dialogue,
I
thought
was
very
needed
on
both
both
sides
of
the
issues
so
I'm,
looking
forward
to
our
meeting
in
December,
I'm,
really
encouraged,
I.
Think
the
purpose
with
the
reason
we
put
this
committee
together,
I
think
the
purpose
was
fulfilled
today.
So
thank
you
very
much
I'll
use
of
participation
and
hopefully
any
of
you
that
can
come
to
our
name
december.
For
such
a
good
information.
There
is
no
objective
of
the
parson
term.
