Description
Regular Meeting of the Black Mountain Board of Alderman from January 12, 2015.
B
A
C
Father
we
first
and
foremost
thank
you
for
loving
us
as
your
children.
We're
thankful
for
the
many
blessings
love
your
grant,
unto
us
on
our
families
in
order
to
also
ask
for
your
guidance
and
wisdom
foots
board
as
we
work
to
meet
the
needs
of
this
talented
citizens.
Let
us
remember:
no
one
personal
group
should
be
put
above
to
overall
good
of
all
citizens.
C
Now
on,
as
we
started
in
here,
please
help
this
board
to
function
based
upon
facts,
not
rumors
and
innuendos,
that
our
decisions
come
from
Thank
base,
evidence
and
advice
of
professionals
again
thinking
or
if
our
luck
for
your
love
is
blessing,
keep
our
hearts
pure
mind
sharp
bless.
Our
citizens
bless.
Our
families
bless
this
board
without
a
bus
to
town.
A
Well,
I'm
trusting
most
people
had
a
very
good
holiday
season.
We
start
the
new
year
a
little
bit
good
new
year
for
all
of
us.
Unfortunately,
this
holiday
was
not
exactly
as
as
good
a
holiday
as
it
could
have
been
for
some
of
us,
some
of
our
own
family.
Here
in
in
the
town,
gene
mcNearney,
Darlene's,
mother,
unfortunately
passed
away
during
the
Christmas
holiday
season.
A
A
A
Just
a
little
aside
here
under
the
category
of
never
stop
learning
January
the
night
was
the
one
about
my
second
most
favorite
day
in
the
winter,
because
the
first
day
is
dig
is
December
the
temp.
Now,
when
you
have
because
December
the
21st
is
the
winter
solstice
the
shortest
day
of
the
year,
but
just
the
way
the
moon
works
on
its
cycle,
as
it
goes
around
the
in
the
earth.
The
november
I
mean
december,
the
10th
is
the
is
the
shortest
time
for
the
sunset.
A
The
sunset
starts
getting
longer
after
december,
the
10th,
but
the
sunrise
continues
later
and
later
until
this
past
friday,
on
january
of
the
ninth,
then
it
two
turns
around
so
now
we
are
gaining
on
both
sides,
both
sunrise
and
sunset.
I'm
sure
that
inspires
you
all
and
you
feel
so
much
better
because
of
that
it
is
an
interesting,
but
I
have
a
proclamation
here.
A
Proclamation
honoring
dark
dr.
Martin,
Luther,
King,
jr.
raz,
dr.
Martin,
Luther,
King,
jr.,
inspired
millions
of
Americans
to
participate
in
nonviolent
protest
to
support
the
ideals
of
equality
for
all
and
was
a
motivating
force
behind
a
civil
rights
movement
that
has
had
as
its
goal
the
creation
of
a
society,
tolerant
of
all
races,
cultures
and
nationalities
and
raz
the
ideals
of
dr.
King
and
a
black
mountains.
A
A
King's
birthday
is
intended
as
a
time
for
all
Americans
to
reaffirm
their
commitment
to
the
basic
principles
that
underlie
our
Constitution
equality
and
justice
for
all,
and
whereas
the
town
of
Black
Mountain
encourages
all
citizens
to
rededicate
themselves,
to
the
principles
of
respect
for
human
rights
and
freedom
and
a
belief
in
non-violence
and
a
commitment
to
improving
our
community
through
community
service
and
volunteerism.
Now,
therefore,
I
see
Michael
Sobel
mayor,
the
town
of
Lac
mountain
on
behalf,
the
board
in
all
of
them,
and
the
citizens
of
Black
Mountain
wish
to
honor
and
dubai
here
proclaim.
A
Monday
january,

The

this
twelfth

of
January's
2015.
E
Thanks
dick
ebony,
I
live
at
43
fakes
overlooked
loop
in
Black
Mountain,
which
is
inside
the
town.
Black
Mountain
I've
been
asked
by
the
board
of
the
settings
of
black
mom
association
to
express
our
appreciation
for
the
way
that
the
Board
of
Aldermen
and
the
town
of
black
found
of
dealt
with
the
infrastructure
bond
issue.
With
regard
to
the
settings,
the
appeals
court
ruling
last
month
awarded
the
town,
the
full
amount
of
the
bond
money,
and
it
was
a
great
victory
for
the
town
and
for
the
citizens
of
the
town
that
live
in
the
settings.
E
The
bond
company
still
has
I
think
until
the
20th
and
Ron
can
correct
me
on
that
this
month
to
petition
the
North
Carolina
Supreme
Court,
but
we
feel
that
you
are
very
close
to
the
end
of
this
long
road
trying
to
deal
with
that
issue,
and
we
understand
that
is
a
beneficiary
of
the
bonds.
You
had
some
responsibility
to
pursue
this
payment.
We
also
realized
that
it
was
very
difficult
for
you
to
commit
the
funds
that
it
took
to
finally
be
successful
and
we're
very
appreciative
of
your
commitment
and
your
perseverance.
E
A
You
mr.
Kennedy,
while
we're
on
that
all
we
want
to
in
the
end
of
paper,
your
mayor
made
a
remark
that
was
not
exactly
correct.
He's
I
said
that
the
money
was
going
to
go
to
the
homeowners
who
have
taken
on
the
infrastructure
improvements
and,
of
course,
as
my
good
friend,
Ronnie
Sneden
for
me,
it'll
go
to
the
town.
The
town
will
oversee
the
money
as
being
drawn.
When
you
folks
do,
then
we
will
cut
the
checks.
D
My
name
is
Bob
war
and
I
live
at
21,
Vance
Avenue
own
and
operate
Black,
Mountain
stove
and
chimney
we've
been
in
business
and
part
of
the
community
for
35
years,
so
we're
starting
our
36
year,
I'm.
Here,
also
on
a
note
of
appreciation
and
just
wanted
to
say
thank
you
to
the
board
and
also
compliment
them
on
the
action
they
took
in
December.
D
The
issue
goes
back
on
the
setback,
measurements
for
any
kind
of
construction,
that's
being
done
in
the
community
and,
as
that
was
being
adopted
in
November,
came
to
light
that
there
wasn't
a
full
explanation
for
the
public
and
as
to
what
this
meant
and
how
this
would
affect
community
got
a
residential
and
business
people,
so
I
appreciate
it
I
appreciate
that
was
a
vacated
decision
and
that
that's
now,
as
I
understand
being
taken
up
in
the
near
future
it's
coming
month.
The
main
reason
I'm
here
is
just
say:
I
think
it
was
the
right
decision.
D
D
You
know
property
lines
and
we
want
to
make
something
out
of
it
to
the
best
of
our
advantage,
but
this,
in
my
opinion,
does
not
hurt
to
commune
and
certainly
affords
the
person
like
myself
to
maximize
a
small
lot,
and
that
has
problems
with
it,
and
one
problem
I
have
is
looking
at
the
back
of
my
lot,
its
twenty
feet.
Setback
ruling
is
20
feet
from
the
back
of
the
building
to
the
property
line.
D
Fortunately,
I
have
20
feet
two
inches
and
that
two
inches
has
allowed
me
to
maximize
a
little
bit
on
the
back
side.
There
are
some
other
things
that
are
involved
in
that
and
I
I,
just
hope.
As
you
look
at
this
and
that
you
will
consider
it,
you
will
hopefully
make
a
decision
that
that
shows
the
difference
between
how
we
treat
residential
property
and
how
we
treat
business
property
and
I
would
invite
you
as
a
board
or
individually,
come
on
down
and
see
what
I'm
doing
and
I'll
give
you
more.
D
You
know
thorough
explanation
of
how
we
have
maximized
by
utilizing
this
rule
to
overcome
setback
ruins
in
a
legal
manner,
but
I
just
think
it
would
be
a
wrong
decision
to
treat
the
treat
the
residential
in
the
business
in
a
similar
fashion.
So
again
say
thank
you
and
I'm,
looking
forward
to
this
being
resolved
in
a
fair
and
timely
way.
D
F
A
If
anyone
hasn't
been
down
to
Black
Mountain
stove
and
chimney,
they
will
see
what
challenge
is
that
mr.
Orr
has
had
to
overcome
in
part
of
his
addition
on
there
when
he
first
started
digging
down,
and
there
began
to
look
like
one
of
the
skyscrapers,
you
would
see
in
New
York
City,
when
they
would
have
to
dig
so
deep
in
order
to
put
their
footers
in.
So
it's
been
amazing
what
he's
been
able
to
do
I
suppose
we
could
refer
to
a
term
that
Buckminster
Fuller
said
the
he
has
the
Dymaxion
building.
F
G
Sir
you've
got
tonight,
you've
got
obviously
the
adoption
of
minutes
from
the
December
fourth
agenda
workshop
in
the
December
eighth
regular
session.
You've
got
a
budget
amendment
to
recognize
a
revenue
from
the
community
recreation
grant
that
our
Recreation
Director
Casey
Connor
got
45
thousand
dollars
to
make
improvements
to
the
disc
golf
course
and
you've
got
a
budget
amendment
to
recognize
an
insurance
settlement
and
the
amount
of
1540
dollars.
And
that's
that
is
your
consent
agenda
for
tonight.
G
A
G
Yes
or
what
you
what
you've
got
before
you
was,
and
if
you,
if
you
recall
from
last
year,
we
had
a
resolution
supporting
the
application
for
a
comfort
for
a
grant
from
NCDOT
for
a
comprehensive
bicycle
plan.
We've
received
that
grant
it's
in
the
amount
of
thirty
nine
thousand
nine
hundred
thirty
dollars.
The
town
will
be
reimbursed
thirty,
two
thousand
dollars
by
the
d-o-t,
and
what
the?
What
we
would
request
is
the
approval
of
the
contract
with
kastelic
planning,
which
is
a
local
group
with
with
a
lot
of
local
partners.
G
They
were
the
the
lowest
cost
and
the
and
the
best
plan,
and
we
felt
like
we
get
the
most
bang
for
our
buck
with
that.
For
this
with
this
group
to
develop
a
conference
if
I
cluster
the
plane
and
I'll
remind
you
that,
under
the
comprehensive
plan
that
we
approved
at
the
first
of
the
year
after
sidewalks
and
greenways,
bikeways
were
considered
one
of
the
top
priorities
to
for
poor
black
mountain
and
so
I
would
encourage
you
to
buy
to
approve
the
contract
with
custom.
G
One
just
one
item:
I'm,
sorry,
I
hope
you
have
the
revised
agenda.
We
do
have
one
item.
If
you'll
recall,
we
had
the
the
public
hearing
for
the
annexation.
The
voluntary
annexation
of
the
properties
for
highland
farms
and
the
issue
at
the
time
was
that
that
to
ask
them
if
they
would
agree
to
a
potential
easement
in
the
future
or
MSD
for
the
extension
of
sewer
to
serve
the
cragmont
community.
G
I
think
that
have
been
an
issue
during
an
annexation
many
years
ago
they
have,
they
had
provided
that,
and
so
I
would
request
that
we
adopt
the
resolution
confirming
that
ordinance.
That
veterans
would
have
expired
on
january
fifteenth
had
they
not
had
we
not
be
able
to
come
to
some
agreement,
/
/,
providing
the
easement.
How
far
has
been
has
been
very
good
to
work
with
on
that
on
that
issue
and
has
provided
that
that
information
and
so
I
would
request
that
you
adopt
that
resolution.
H
F
A
G
Right
unless
there's
an
alternative
route,
you
know
I
would
point
out
him
and
they've
been
like
I
said
very
good
to
work
with,
but
but
with
the
development
of
the
this
is
not.
This
is
not
related,
obviously,
to
the
actual
area.
This
me
an
annex,
but
with
the
area
there's
being
annex
extended
their
which
they
will
be
responsible
for
and
that
that
may
provide
an
opportunity
for
some
different
options
which
we're
not
limited
to
limited
to,
but
they
do.
They
do
commit
themselves
to
this.
A
J
Okay,
what
this
does
currently
in
our
conditional
use
application
process
any
conditional
use.
We
require
a
master
plan
to
be
submitted
with
an
application
going
through
our
table
uses
on
some
of
the
conditional
uses
that
we
allow,
for
example,
bed
and
breakfasts
and
automotive
services
daycare
centers
things
of
that
nature
really
don't
have
the
need
to
have
a
master
plan
attached
with
the
application.
So
what
this
amendment
does
is
give
us
the
authority,
if
you
will,
to
kind
of
rust,
just
to
pick
and
choose
what
would
be
applicable
to
be
submitted
with
an
application.
A
J
H
A
Discussion
on
favor
I,
anyone
wishing
to
speak
looks
as
though
we
don't
have
anyone
so
I
motion
to
close
the
public
hearing
to
move
on
favor
I
posed
all
right.
We
need
a
motion
to
adopt
ordinance,
Oh
dash,
15
2012
them
in
the
text.
Sections
of
the
conditional
use
applications
so
moved
any
discussion,
not
vote.
A
K
A
J
Through
our
subdivision
lot
standards,
currently
we
own
it
was
kind
of
gets
confusing.
We
if
it
was
a
bit
within
the
subdivision,
we
only
required
you
to
have
four
foot,
saw
four
foot,
sidewalk
and
width,
and
then
a
five
foot
on
adjacent
arterial,
roads
or
NCDOT
roadways.
Typically
NCDOT
requires
a
five-foot
sidewalk.
So
the
plaintiff
order
looked
at
this
and
said.
Well,
it
probably
would
make
more
sense
to
have
to
change
the
425
to
make
that
in
line
with
do
tease
requirements
and
then
after
Jesse
gardener
are
plenty
of
war
chairman.
J
He
does
quite
a
bit
of
engineering
work
with
do
t
and
it
suggested
that
we
do
a
six-foot
sidewalk
on
adjacent
or
20
resident,
NCDOT
roadways
through
the
fact
that
they're
they're
leaning
more
towards
providing
more
width
now
than
they
have
in
the
past.
Although
the
five
foot
and
width
is
the
minimum
design
standard
and
then,
as
far
as
f
goes
down
below
this
one,
the
maximum
lateral
slope,
but
before
we
did
not
have
maximum
in
there
and
media
to
add
that,
so
it
would
not.
G
C
G
So
they're
going
to
continue
with
the
design
as
five
foot
alone
mantri
road,
but
that
I
think
the
distinction
that
he's
made
is
that
in
projects
that
he's
worked
on,
like
as
josh's
said,
he's
done
a
lot
of
projects
with
with
DMT
they
generally
when
they're
requiring
curb
and
gutter
they're
going
to
start
requiring
six-foot
sidewalks
anyway.
So
we
should
probably
a
step
ahead
of
that,
even
though
for
monetary
road
we're
going
to
we're
going
to
continue
with
the
design
that
we
have,
which
is
five
foot
sidewalk.
C
G
Not
real
opt
to
be
designed
as
a
five-foot
sidewalk
in
the
future,
though
you
are
committee
and
I
think
and
I
just
just
to
make
this
clear
and
Josh.
You
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
on
this,
the
staff
recommendation
had
been
five
foot
site
was
to
just
to
adjust
a
four-foot
sidewalk
to
a
5-foot,
sidewalk
I.
Think
the
planning
board
discussion
was
that
do
t
is
moving
people
to
six
foot
sidewalks
when
they
do
when
they
require
curb
and
gutter.
So
we
should
go
ahead
and
do
six
foot
sidewalks.
G
It
won't
impact
entry,
wrote
because
we're
not
going
to
do
curb
and
gutter
because
of
our
constraints
there,
and
so
our
design
for
the
upcoming
phase
and
for
future
phases
is
always
going
to
be
five
foot
sidewalk
there.
It
doesn't
mean
that
in
the
future
on
a
do,
t,
road
or
whatever
other
or
any
arterial
is
that
is
that
correct
Josh?
It's
not
just
Beauty
rose,
although
it.
G
G
One
is
tenuous,
survive
this
sidewalk,
but
the
future,
but
future
sidewalks
in
other
areas
of
town.
They
would
be
six
foot
side.
Welcome,
son
with
you
to
help
okay,
and
that's
going
to
be
the
impression
that
the
consensus
of
the
Planning
Board
was
it.
That
is
what
the
UT
was
going
to
require
from
us
anyway.
Right
is
that
right,
I.
J
C
A
I
G
G
As
you
know,
you
entered
into
a
contract
to
have
that
the
trees
can't
be
on
the
dam
as
the
point
we're
going
to
take
those
trees
off
at
the
end
of
this
month
or
first
of
februari,
we
will
issue
a
press
release
to
get
in
the
papers.
People
will
know
that
it's
a
it.
It
is
an
issue
from
the
state
we've
been
under
their
review
for
four
or
five
years.
Those
trees
obviously
have
been
there
much
more
than
four
or
five
years.
G
They've
been
there
for
I
would
venture
a
guess
on
40
years,
they've
been
there
for
a
long
time,
but
they
will.
They
will
come
down
and
we
will
and
will
follow
the
requirements
that
the
state
has
has
given
us
for
how
how
to
take
the
trees
down
how
to
backfill
behind
them
and
to
make
this
make
the
damn
as
safe
as
possible.
But
I
do
want
you
to
know
that,
because
it
we
will
do
it
quickly
and
efficiently
and
Jimmy.
Matthews
is
in
charge
of
that
a
panel
that
project
and
it'll
be
done.
G
B
G
A
G
There
will
be
nothing,
there
won't
be
nothing
on
there,
except
that's
what
it
would
be.
It'll
be
a
green
bank
when
it's
done,
it'll
be
a
but
but
all
those
all
the
pine
trees
and
some
of
the
chance
of
the
trees
that
are
not
pine
trees.
On
the
on
the
front
side
of
it.
Well,
there's
55
roughly
55
trees,
and
they
will
come
down.
G
G
C
A
F
G
H
A
Well,
if
it
can
be
six
inches
and
be
on
there
and
let's
say
it's
five:
if
there's
something
out
there,
they're
saying
that
we
could
leave
it
well,
that
doesn't
make
any
sense.
Then
everything
we
can
at
least
put
some
to
think
I'm
trying
to
get
it
is
trying
to
put
some
type
of
a
shrub
on
there
is
Larry
or
so
talking
about
you
know
something
like
you
know,
Azalea
source
or
also
rhododendrons,.
L
The
engineer
this
wait,
the
rib
system
worried
about
eight
national
question
when
we
take
the
stunts
afternoon,
what
kind
of
dams
are
around
the
stumble
upon
a
half
as
part
of
the
route?
If,
if
it's
a
wider
before
for
the
true,
you
have
to
take
that
route
system
out
back
to
this
one
inch
high.
So
you
can
give.
H
L
To
leave
at
least
four
foot
of
the
stone,
but
when
we
eat
that
stuff
out,
my
question
was:
how
much
of
the
root
system
from
the
stump
can
we
leave,
and
he
said
well,
it
has
to
go
back
to
the
root
system
is
no
bigger
than
the
one
in
sofas
comes
here.
We
may
have
to
do
from
here
to
that
wall
we
get
back
to
one
inch
of
reef,
which.
G
G
G
A
G
A
F
A
G
G
That
me,
and
some
of
them
will
come
out
because,
yes,
because
once
you,
you
know
when
you
start
clearing
them
out,
some
of
those
will
not
be
able
to.
They
won't
be
able
to
stay,
but
those
be
done
at
the
bottom
I'm
not
as
concerned
I
mean
it's
going
to
look.
The
point
is:
is
that
it's
going
to
it's
going
to
be
a
different?
That's
going
to
be
there,
be
there
like
I
said
we
will
leave
whatever
can
be
left
behind
will
be
on
will
be
like
damn.
What.
B
L
Should
look
about
the
same?
Do
is
fill
the
area
back
in
with
that
your
son
time,
and
it
has
to
be
it-
has
to
be
a
certain
type
of
soul.
It
has
to
be
a
certain
product
or
it
can
have
to
be
cleaned
and
debride
Roth.
Anything
that
can
create
an
air
space.
It
has
to
miss,
won't
take
some
time.
It's
going
to
be
put
in
packed
in
the
engineer,
has
to
be
on
site
and
I
prove
it
as
we
do
it
well.
L
G
G
K
G
B
B
About
the
slope
of
the
day,
I'm
with
everything
said
and
done,
is,
if
there's
any
any
any
way
to
use
in
any
constructive
way.
You
know
any
more
of
the
property
than
I
mean.
None
of
us
really
use
very
much
now
because
trees
and
it's
not
very
usable
but
all
the
trees
are
going.
You
can
change
the
slope.
Is
there
any
way
any
any
practical
use?
If
you
could
create
a
flatter
area
there
for
a.
G
Big
table
it'll
be
better.
The
goal
will
be,
though,
to
have
the
slope
of
the
damn
back
to
the
way.
The
way
it
is
now
in
the
back
field,
so
that
now,
when
it's
done
it
may
it
may
look
different
enough
that
we
have
some
opportunities
to
use
it,
but
it
won't
be.
There
won't
be
any
changes
there
shouldn't
be
any
changes
to
the
nature
of
the
Damned,
because
that's
that's
part
of
their
issue
is
that
it
should
it's
gotta
still
serve
the
same
for
us.
What
does
this
look
before
a
logo
in
there.
L
B
G
Year
from
yes,
we're
looking
a
little
further
out
now
we're
still
in
the
permitting
process
for
that
they
take
a
little
longer
and
also
the
cost
of
that
is
risen.
So
I
think
me
another
budget
year
to
get
that
to
get
that
lined
up
would.
A
You
look
in
there
and
just
see
what
it
would
be
to
get
with
the
North
Carolina
Wildlife
about
you
know
once
we
dredge
it
too,
and
of
course
we
would
be
on
2015
christmas
thing
would
have
all
those
christmas
trees
to
go
ahead
and
try
to
make
a
plant
those
plan
deposit
those
trees
with
bricks
and
about
in
the
middle
of
the
lake,
so
that
you
could
have
a
place
there,
for
you
know
via
brim,
and
then
you
could
trim
in
and
put
your
bass
in.
I
was
something
to
make
it
up.
G
I
was
just
yet
Larry
had
asked
me
to
update
you
quickly
on
I.
Think
we've
gone
through
this
a
couple
of
a
couple
of
times,
but
on
where
we
are
with
with
our
GIS
mapping
and
that
and
so
briefly,
what
I'll
tell
you
is
that
there's
a
couple
of
components
to
this,
and
so
let
me
let
me
kind
of
lead
you
where
we
are.
G
To
do
the
actual
GIS
mapping,
we
do
it
now
through
WK
Dixon,
but
we're
going
to
think
we're
revealing
towards
switching
the
way
we
do
that
and
what
will
end
up
the
final
product
would
be
is,
is
a
website
that
people
can
go
to,
or
certainly
the
staff
can
go
to.
That
shows
us
where
everything
everything
is
zoning
water,
sewer
everything
that
we
can,
that
we
can
show
on
a
piece
of
property
for
someone.
We
certainly
need
that
internally.
G
You
know
ultimately
to
and
they're
that
other
communities
have
shown
that
publicly
and
so
that
anybody
can
go
and
look.
If
they're
going
to
buy
a
piece
of
property,
they
look
their
own
property,
they
can
see,
what's
see
what's
on
their
property,
we're
probably
the
end
of
this
calendar
year
to
have
have
that
portion
of
the
project
completed.
G
In
addition
to-
and
some
of
this
depends
obviously
on
staff
resources
and
the
equipment
to
to
finish
out
the
last
of
the
project
for
the
water
lines,
we
are
also
going
to
map
and
document
for
it
for
a
layer
of
GIS
mapping,
the
stormwater
system
for
the
entire
town
focusing
on
with
downtown
but
but
doing
the
entire
town
so
you're
in
result.
And
that's
what
also.
That
should
also
happen.
G
That
should
be
happening
now
and
in
the
spring,
so
that,
before
the
before,
you
know,
before
the
leaves
on
the
trees
and
kind
of
easier
time
to
to
do
that.
So
if
we,
if
we
can
get
if
we
get
the
stormwater
mapping
done
the
equipment
that
we
need
and
work
with,
Lando
sky
we're
working
with
now
to
get
the
the
computer
model
to
set
up
so
that
we
can
set
up
a
website
for
people
to
go
and
look
at,
and
you
will
have
by
the
end
of
the
calendar
year.
G
You'll
be
able
to
go
online
and
look
up
your
piece
of
property
and
see
water,
sewer,
zoning
and
stormwater
and
see
it
on
your
piece
of
property
on
any
piece
of
property
in
town.
I.
Think
of
a
beat
I
think
is
what
it
is.
Obviously,
what
we
envisioned
years
ago,
when
we,
when
we
started
the
process
and
I,
think
that
we're
nearing
the
end
now
having
it
set
up
and
I
feel
confident
that
in
the
next
12
months,
we'll
have
already
for
you
are
there.
G
Yes,
I
think
Josh
I
know
that
the
town
that
Josh
just
that
josh
came
to
us
from
North
Wilkesboro
has
this
done
and
and
just
I
think
it
just
it
just
went
online
recently.
I
believe
is
that
right,
yeah,
the
web's
the
website
did
so
they're
finished
product
is
online
and
it's
and
and
I've
looked
at
it
is
pretty
impressive.
You
can
you.
Can
you
can
pull
it
up?
You
can
put
an
aerial
map
down.
G
You
can
show
you
can
show
where
you
know
where
your
piece
of
property
is
or
any
bite
they
they
show
everything
publicly.
Now
we
would
happen
to.
We
might
work
on
what
you
showed
publicly
and
what
you
don't,
but
maybe
we
show
everything
you
know.
We
show
everything
to
everybody.
It's
it's.
The
question
is:
is
getting
the
module
in
place
so
that
we
can
so
that
we
can
do
that
and
that
I
think
is
by
the
end
of
the
year
but
yeah
there
are
other
communities
that
do
it.
B
G
It
certainly
give
us
certainly
give
us
the
planning,
a
planning
tool
to
to
work
from.
I
think
it's,
I
think
it's
important
step
for
the
four
people
for
realtors
in
the
public
and
for
staff
that
have
questions
about.
What's
what's
on
this
piece
of
property
and
what's
not
and
then
how
we
address
that
you
know
comprehensively
for
the
community
and
that's
all
but
I.
Thank
you.
Okay,
man,
good.
F
H
Don't
know
how
many
folks
are
familiar
with
the
Spartan
races.
I
was
told
about
this
about
a
month
ago
that
there's
possibility
that
we're
going
to
have
one
come
to
Swannanoa,
Valley
and
I
really
did
not
know
an
awful
lot
about
we're
talking
with
Matt
and
Josh
and
from
the
paperwork
and
things
that
have
been.
H
With
its
they're
a
pretty
big
deal
and
we've
got
one
that
is
supposedly
coming
for
the
north
fork
area
at
the
TK
Brown
farm.
They
have
basically
50
domestic
events
in
about
a
hundred
international
events
planned
for
2015
in
2014,
they
average
10,000
participants
with
an
additional
five
thousand
spectators.
H
H
Tentatively
we've
got
a
the
it's
set
up
for
at
least
maybe
three
years
that
they're
going
to
start
having
having
this
race
will
be
the
end
of
august,
and
I
think
it's
going
to
be
something
that's
going
to
be
very
good
from
what
I
understand
for
the
Swannanoa
Valley
and
all
the
businesses
here
in
town.
It.
H
In
that
they've
got
well,
they
think
they've
got
people
that
are
folks
that
look
for
the
places
too
to
have
them.
They
grow
coordinators
that
then
go
out,
and
you
know
I
guess
they
look
at
an
aerial
map
or
visit
places
and
talk
to
folks
about
trying
to
get
into
to
see
if
they
could
to
acquire
the
use
of
that
land
and
stuff,
but
I
know
the
National.
Sports
Authority
has
been
involved
in
this
right
from
the
get-go
so
like.
