A
For
the
June
20th
meeting
at
the
agricultural,
Advisory
Board,
and
so
we'll
start
off
this
morning,
Wayne
if
you'd
like
to
start
us
off,
we'll,
go
around
and
introduce
ourselves.
A
Welch
and
I
live
in
North,
Weaverville
I'm,
pretty
new
too.
This
is
my
first
year
doing
this
stuff,
I'm
learning
a
lot
from
everybody
on
the
board.
It's
been
a
lot
of
fun
glad
to
have
you
yeah
I'm,
a
student
I'm.
The
current
board
chair
in
the
second
year,
I
think
on
the
on
the
board
itself
and
I'm
from
the
Sandy
mush
Community
out
in
Leicester,
and
also
the
County
Extension
director
of
welcome
10.
B
C
Susie
Reagan
Fairview.
B
Know
after
so
Wayne's
family,
though
there
isn't
been
a
controverty,
that's
at
their
Farms,
so
is
Steve's,
and
so
as
my
family.
So
it's
nice
to
have.
You
join
us
because
it's
great
that
we
now
we
have
several
folks
on
the
board
that
actually
have
conservations,
and
so
it
helps
when
we
go
out
and
talk
to
people
and
all
that
you.
C
D
A
D
A
I'll
have
it:
the
agenda
is
approved.
Our
next
out
of
my
business
is
approval
of
the
May
15th
meeting
minutes
those
were
emailed
up.
Everyone
do
I,
hear
a
motion
to
approve
the
meeting
minutes,
maintenance.
A
It's
been
moved
and
seconded
to
approve
the
May
15th
meeting
minutes.
Is
there
any
discussion
seeing
nothing
will
proceed
to
vote
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye
all
opposed
no
eyes
have
it
and
the
miniature
approved
for
May
16th
board
member
reports.
Do
any
board
members.
Have
anything
they'd
like
to
share
with
the
group
at
this
point?
A
A
B
B
B
C
So
we
in
I
guess
in
partnership
with
explore
Asheville
and
German
gun
explorer
who
reached
out
to
us
they're
working
with
this
show
called
The,
Good,
Road
and
I.
Think
it's
basically
a
show
that
features
say:
change,
Seekers
I'm,
trying
to
remember
that
they're,
tackling
change,
change,
speakers
and
philanthropists
around
the
world
and
so
anyways.
C
B
C
Wanted
to
to
feature
the
farm
Heritage
Trail,
so,
let's
see
I,
think
it
was
June,
1st
or
2nd.
We.
C
Yeah,
so
we
tried
to
find
a
variety
of
farms
along.
C
Know
summer
farm
stops
some
are
conserve.
Farms
to
show
the
variety
of.
C
Southern
Appalachian
Community
farm-
that
was
our
first
stop
they're,
also
planning
to
feature
I
think
they
filmed
on
a
different
day
at
gaining
ground
and
then
from
there
we
went
to
jasperwood
Farm,
which
is
in
the
crossing
Club
of
becoming
a
conserved
farm
along
the
farm,
Heritage
show
and
then
the
last
stop.
We
went
to
that
crazy
bro.
C
Yes,
exactly
they
had
a
great
time
and
I
think
I
think
we
did
a
good
job,
organizing
getting
a
you
know,
unique
representation
with
all
the
artists
offered
along
the
trail
and
kind
of
steering
them
along
some
of
the
scenic
routes
so
yeah,
all
in
all,
they
were
super
impressed
actually
with
all
the
stops
really
impressed
with
Southern
Ave
Chris
Lane.
C
C
And
so
yeah
we
were
there.
C
For
about
10
or
so
and
then
the
hosts,
you
know
kind
of
just
talk,
talk
about
that.
The
farmer
and
you
know
kind
of
go
around
the
different
sites
that.
C
I
believe
I've
heard
Paul
like
in
November,
but
once
we
hear
that
it's
out
we'll
definitely
send
a
link,
I
think
PBS
I
think
it's
the
show.
That's
on
PBS
and
one
thing
that
they
kept
saying
was
52
billion
viewers,
that's
what
they
told
Chris
that
before
right
before
I
received
field
and
he
kept
walking
around
like
oh
yeah,
no
problem
just
speak.
It
too
many
people
watching
me
so
yeah,
hopefully,
that'll
get
some
yeah.
It's
a
good
publicity
out
there.
So
yeah.
C
C
You
know
several
years
and
we're
super
happy
to
have
had
him.
I
think
he's
just
ready
to
move
on
to
you
know
under
attackers.
You
know
that's
kind
of
quiet,
I
got
it
so
we
her
Terry
had
reached
out
to
Mark
Diaz,
which
is
another
one
of
the
movement,
landowners
and
Farmers
around.
C
Representing
that
luster
area,
where
Bruce
would
be
leaving
that
position
and
so.
B
B
So
he's
he's
very
happy
so
many
reached
out
to
me
then
I
did
think
of
Mark
Diaz,
who
is
actively
farming
also
has
briefing
part
of
his
farm
out
to
another
young
Farm
couple
there
as
well,
because
Mark
has
the
cattle
market
Donna
have
the
cattle
and
they're
and
I
don't
even
know
that
they're
charging
in
the
uncomfortable.
B
But
it
was
a
couple
actually
that
for
on
the
southern
app
Community
Farm,
you
know
had
done
that
three-year
phase
or
whatever
and
they're
doing
vegetables,
and
all
that
and
so
Morgan
Donna
had
met
him
at
the
tailgate
market
and
offered
them
the
space
there
on
the
farm.
So
if
you've
noticed
the
new
greenhouses,
probably.
B
That's
what
they're
doing
there
and,
as
we
all
know,
Mark
and
Donna,
that
was
one
of
our
conservation
easements
that
we
also
closed
on
recently
and
they
did
the
donation
form
conservation,
Visa,
so
they've
been
through
that
process
and
understand
it
and
I've
worked
with
modern
on
variety
of
things
and
always
find
them
very,
very
good
to
work
with
very
thoughtful
he's
great
at
all,
so
just
kind
of
like
process
improvements
in
anything
which
I
always
appreciate
before,
and
you
just
make
the
real
recall
on
his
approach
that
everything
he
does.
C
B
A
D
C
B
So
do
we
or
any
other
I
know
we
just
reappointed
Chase?
We
did
that
at
our
last
commissioner
meeting
and
so
are
there
any
just
kind
of
so
we
can
be
thinking.
Are
there
any
other
ones
coming
up
this
year
that
will
either
have
to
reappoint
or
they'll
have
to
sign
up.
That's.
D
B
C
B
C
A
C
C
Presentation
we
want
to
get
through
afterwards
about
new
projects,
but
I
can't
remember
if
I
mentioned
this
last
time
we
had
a
successful
conservation
family
dinner
and
have
had
some
some
press
around
that,
and
we
just
got
a
article
in
the
County
website
showing
a
bunch
of
pictures
of
the
Farms,
as
well
as
of
the
event,
so
had
some
good
feedback
on
that
already
mentioned.
A
good
road
Tv
show
what
we've
been
really
doing
over
the
last
month
is
working.
C
Projects
and
setting
up
the
timeline
for
board
approval
this
this
summer.
So
that
of
me
has
a
solid
plan.
This
Summer
and
she'll
be
able
to
take
it
away
just
generally
project
updates
the
Larson
and
Wesley
easement.
C
We
have
finished
both
surveys
working
on
the
work
and
we
have
actually
finished
the
course
many
plan
at
this
point
we're
hoping
to
to
be
able
to
start
on
the
here
at
Cove
project
on
that
survey
in
August,
but
other
map
of
Washington
is
kind
of
pausing
on
the
bear
donating
that
until
we
Community
Farm
property
boundary
dispute,
he
solved
I
think
it's
kind
of
a
because
of
their
non-profit
and
they're.
You
know
trying
to
make
sure
they're
keeping
all
the
the
you
know.
Accurate
steps.
C
They're
trying
to
you
know
be
delicate
with
that
situation.
So
we're
that's
tentative
that
we're
going
to
start
the
survey
in
August,
with
the
hope
that
you
know
there'll
be
some
men
on
that
boundary
dispute.
I
checked
in
maybe
a
week
or
two
ago,
and
there
still
hasn't
been
much
progress.
So.
C
It's
it's
very
minor,
but
it's
the
neighbor
just
definitely
one
but
so
yeah.
You
don't
really
know
how
much
legal
grounds
there
is
for
his
case,
but
yeah
at
this
point.
If
that's
a
standstill,
so
Luckily
everything
has
been.
E
D
C
Project
so
pretty
much
once
we
get
the
go-ahead,
we
can
vulgar
so
are
kind
of
in
a
similar
Place
deed,
work,
deed,
work,
Baseline.
C
All
under
review
so
we're
getting
a
lot
of
our
dogs
against
spinach.
The
hope
is
that
maybe
we
would
be
able
to
close
both
of
these.
You
know
end
of
summer
Ramsey.
We
are
resolving
all
the
phase,
two
environmental
assessment
requirements
so
pretty
soon
that'll
be
all
completed,
and
it's
it.
That
document
is
currently
a
new
review
in
the
state
and
the
federal,
but
it
looks
very
positive,
like
they're
not
going
to
pull
funding
or
anything
along
those
lines.
We're
following
the
requirement
steps.
B
C
You
know,
otherwise
we
would
be
losing
hundreds
of
thousands
of
dollars
if
we
so,
but
all's
good
there.
It's
definitely
not,
then
it's
it's
like
we
thought
of
originally
could
have
been
so.
C
Assessments
and
the
appraisal
has
been
completed
in
review
and
yeah.
That's
that's
kind
of
moving
along
smoothly,
Splinter
Valley!
That's
a
good
updates
on
that.
So
over
the
last
month,
trying
to
strategize
with
our
grant
engines
background.
If
you
don't
remember,
they
have
a
lender
that
they
sell
mortgage
on
the
property
with
that.
Lender
does
not
want
to
sign
a
subordination
agreement
to
allow
and
close
the
easement,
so
they
were
having
to
what
do
we
do
and
where
we're
at
now
is
that
their
plan
to
refinance
with
Farm.
D
C
C
The
refinance
has
been
approved
and
they're
going
to
sign
this
information.
So
that's
the
best
possible
situation
for
them
to
be
with
you
know:
A
lender,
that's
gonna,
understand
things
in
the
world.
B
C
Yeah
they're
feeling
a
lot
of
time,
they're
losing
part
of
their
investment
most
of
the
time
they're.
We
provide
an
appraisal
that
shows
that
you
know
the
amount
that
is
owed
on
the
property.
You
know
the
property
is
worth
well
over.
That
African
easement
has
been
closed
so
that
the
hope
is
that
those
lenders
are.
You
know,
feel
good
about
that
we
haven't
had
a
lender
turn
down
a
subordination.
C
But
this
is
a
big
situation,
it's
different
kind
of
lending
situation,
and
so
we've
been
talking
back
and
forth
on
this
with
them
for
over
six
months,
it's
probably
more
and
they're
just
I'm,
just
not
budding
so
anywho
sounds
like
in
the
next
10
to
15
days,
we'll
have
like
a
solid.
C
That
this
this
plan
is
going
to
work
and
as
soon
as
they
find
that
subordination
agreement,
we
can
pretty
much
close
with.
C
We've
updated
some
questions
on
our
application.
You
know
those
kinds
of
things
where
we're
lenders
are
part
of
this
post.
These
kinds
of
just
these
kinds
of
things
way
you
know,
and
so
so
that's
hopeless,
Logan.
C
So
yeah,
like
the
movie
that
was
currently
dealing
with
the
Clark
situation
with
another
subordination
here
at
one
of
the
banks,
has
kind
of
ignited
because
there's
a
private
mortgage
insurance
that
did
with
her
alone
and
so
we've
been
told
that
we
can
wait
until
September.
They
can
get
the
PMI
off
the
loan
and
then
they'll
agree
to
depends,
but
yeah
similar
large
bank.
They
have
an
interstage
process.
What
you
file,
what
you
submit?
Growth,
abbreviations.
C
Yeah,
so
all
these
things
typically
I
brought
our
internet
projects.
You
know
don't
know,
but
we
also
want
to
make
sure
we
have
the
ability.
You
know.
C
So
anyway,
yeah
that's
all
good,
be
Amy,
Worthen
and
Jason
will
property
has
had
their
letter?
It
was
an.
B
E
D
C
C
You
know
additional
amounts
that
he
that
we
needed
to
fund
all
of
data
applications
for
the
Farmland
preservation
program.
And
then
it
was
in
the
house
and
the
Senate
budget,
and
they
just.
C
Yeah
Finish
Line,
yes,
so
yeah
and
it
worked
out
last
year
so
in
the
positive.
So
that's
perfect
segue
into
a
presentation.
Basically
we
need.
C
We
are
some
of
what
we're
proposing
at
this
point
in
the
summer.
The
Hope
is
that
none
of
it
changes.
But
then
we
hear
back
from
the
grants.
C
You
might
have
to
shift
a
little
bit
of
our
strategy
if
we
have
to
resubmit.
You
know
certain
grants
so
so
yeah.
Basically,
what
we're?
What
we're
going
to
do
today
is
bring
you
all
of
the
the
current
proposed
products
for
this
that
we
hope
to
go
through
approval
process
for
this
summer.
B
C
C
E
C
Today,
we're
presenting
all
the
products
to
you
to
confirm
kind
of
wish
funding
pack
we're
going
to
explore
for
each
project
so
like
I
just
mentioned
Grant
project
they're
in
they're
kind
of
an
intuitive,
because
we
haven't
heard
back
from
the
USDA
or
ncda,
but
we
have
been
given
kind
of
the
general
idea
that
state
grants
Publications
will
hear
about
early
July
and
Federal,
probably
around
the
same
time.
So
hopefully,
within
the
next
week.
E
Of
then,
the
hope
is
that
in
the
July
meeting
we
have
a
Ron
landowners
attend
and.
C
The
board
votes
on
those
projects
in
between
the
June
and
July
meeting,
we're
hoping
to
have
the
bond
Farm
visits
with
the
board
and
then
August
meeting.
We
hope
that
then
we'd
be
able
to
invite
you
grant
application
landowners
to
that
we're
meeting
and
work.
C
Going
to
show
some
of
the
potential
Bond
projects,
so
we
have
four
at
this
point.
Just
you
want
to
get
it
started
on
requesting
bond
funds,
Fair
Acre
Farm
out
in
Fairview,
Park,
lesser
Gillespie,
Farm
out
in
Leicester
and
Green
Farm
enter
so.
C
Farm
is
the
old
John
C
Nesbit
Farm
off
of
King
Creek,
so
it
used
to
be
a
dairy.
It's
about
155,
Acres,
67,
prime
soil.
It's
still
working
farm,
there's
beef
cattle
on
there
and
this
I.
We
just
found
out
that
this
year
there
aren't
dairy
cattle
on
on
the
farm,
because
the
dairy
that
was
leaking
the
land
is
kind
of
reducing
its
numbers,
and
so
it
has
been
yeah.
It
hasn't.
E
C
It
this
year,
so
our
we
apply
for
this
project
with
the
state
funding,
I,
want
to
say
four
or
so
four
or
five
years
ago,
Paula
Johnson,
that's
a
bit
farm,
and
so
the
state
denied
the
application.
At
that
point
they
didn't
fund.
It
I
think
at
that
point
the
state
wasn't
funding
that
many
forested
properties
and
because
it
does
have
a
significant
amount
of
work
on
the
property
they
yeah
anyways.
They
didn't
find
it
so
that.
E
E
C
B
But
yeah
it
kind
of
rolls
up
and
it
actually
goes
over
just
didn't
show
it,
but
it
goes
pretty
close
to
in
the
throat
on
the
back.
Yes,.
E
Of
the
the
properties
that
are
protected
kind.
B
B
B
D
C
To
show
the
camera
rationale
behind
proposing
it
for
the
bond
we've
put,
we've
created
a
slide
behind
each
of
these
Bond
projects
that
shows
Snapchat
list
that
we
had
in
our
social
or
for
justifying.
D
E
So
what
the
board
and
the
Commissioners
decided
was.
B
Me
ask
you,
because
this
will
come
up.
Is
this
almost
sewer,
yeah,
okay,.
C
They
are
being
by
people
all
the
time
to
buy
it.
So
they've
been
like
doing
their
absolute
best,
Woods.
B
C
Well,
what
we
heard
was,
you
know,
Jonathan,
but
they
found
Theory.
That
was
where
the
Patriot
Middle
School
was
and
then
I
think
they
bought
this
property
in
the
70s,
and
so
it.
C
But
they
used
it,
they've
used
it
the
70s
and
the
family,
the
like
Deborah
and
Mike
Michael
there.
This
is
a
fifth
generation,
Family
Farm
in
the
King
Creek
Valley.
So
it's
not
specifically
it's
personal,
but
there
he
only
has
some
farming
for
five
generations.
B
C
I,
don't
even
know
how
long
has
it
releasing
that
in
crop
field?
You
know
right
on
Cane
Creek,
and
this
is
the
first
year
we
haven't
grown
on
it
and
they
didn't.
He
didn't
tell
them
until
it
was
too
late,
but
they're
planning
to.
B
C
A
C
So
the
next
project
is
the
parliament
Farm.
There
are
two
two
elderly
sisters
that
have
lived
together:
Aileen,
Portner
and
jewin.
E
Are
they
live?
It's
off
of
South
Turkey
Creek
about.
C
30
Acres,
it's
54,
Prime
spoiled
the
next
flight
you
could
tell.
Is
you
see
the
the
outly
in
King
next
to
the
yellow,
is
directly
adjacent
to
the
Rogers
Family
Farm
boat
tracks?
So
this
would
be
a
good.
You
know,
continuation
of
that
section
of
South,
River,
Creek
and
then
just
two
doors
down
is
the
heart
and
Prairie
Department
we've
just
recently
protected
that
creates
a
great
contiguous
protected
in
this
area
through
the
property
and
yeah,
and
they
would
be
applying
for
using
a
purchase
funds.
D
C
There's
a
handful
of
other
protective
plans.
Yes,.
C
So
when
we
look
at
the
open
space,
Bond
checklist,
they
pretty
much
meet
almost
all
the
criteria,
except
that
it
you
know
the
size
of
the
property
is
not
necessarily
significant,
but
this
is
just
meters,
but
they
are
elderly
landowners,
and
that
is
that
with
no
errors,
and
so
that's
a
definitely
a
time
sensitive.
B
C
Have
there's
a
cattle
farmer
that
that
is
working
the
the
tough
pastures
and
then
they
have
I'm,
not
sure
if
it's
the
same
person
or
another
person,
that's
cutting
hay
off
the
front
field,
but
they
take
particular
care
of
this
property.
They
haven't
getting
the
chickens
and
a
garden
within
kind
of
that
smaller
person
within
the
larger
birth,
Rule
and
so
they're
out
there
every
day.
B
B
Well,
I
was
thinking
for
vegetables.
Oh
yes,
yeah,
I,
love
that.
B
Today,
Steve
property
used
to
be
a
attorney,
for
he
was
a.
He
did.
A
lot
of
work
and
Mr
Mack
Robbins
was
on
quarter
director.
She
owned
that
property
adjacent
to
it,
oh
yeah,
and
so
they
got
permission
to
do
groundhogs
out
there.
B
Across
the
back
and
and
Steve
said
my
brother
shot,
and
he
said
it's
about
four
o'clock
in
the
afternoon,
he
said
my
brother
shot.
Just
his
reported
shot
died
down.
I
heard
the
fact
that
Mr
Rogers,
oh.
B
B
A
You
know
that
other
family
that
may
take
this
over
down
the
road
or
anything
did
they
say.
A
A
C
Have
children
and
that's
kind
of
as
far
as
I've
gotten
but
I
mean
yeah.
The
hope
is
that
we
get
it
protected
and
then
should
even
It.
A
B
C
C
About
almost
90
prime
soils
on
this
property,
you
know
it's
in
our
within
our
party
conservation,
Focus
area.
You
can
see
in
the
smaller
map
in
the
blue,
it's
right
there
in
the
middle.
He
has
beef
cattle
on
the
property
and
I
think
he
has
dreams
of
you
know
being.
D
C
I,
don't
know
if
everyone
knows
Jonathan,
but
he's
a
FFA
or
adding
teacher
at
North
London
high
school.
So
definitely.
B
C
Yeah
and
it
being
a
smaller
parcel,
but
higher
primer
soils
I
think
makes
it
possible
what
we're
seeing
you
know
we're
seeing
you,
competition
increase
with
the
grant
projects,
and
so
we're.
C
Best
strategy,
putting
you
know
larger,
acre
Parcels
on
time
towards.
C
B
B
B
B
A
B
E
C
C
Highway-
and
it's
also
just
quarter
mile
from
its
netted
property,
so
that's
actually
how
he
found
out
about
the
easement
is
that
he
drove
by
and
saw
the
signs
and
then
reached
out
after
effects.
Yeah.
C
So
they
have,
they
have
a
few
cows
in
the
property
forces
donkey.
You
know
it's.
It's
only
15
and
a
half
smaller
smaller
cases,
but.
B
So
I
guess
one
thing,
which
is
that
smarter
than
the
prime
Souls
were
very
important
but
like
if
we
started
putting
other
structures
on
it
and
then
we
were
really
taking
away
the
benefit
of
the
Bible.
So
that
was
an
immigration
like
before
I
mean
they've
got
a
lot
of
structure.
Yeah.
C
On
the
property-
and
we
will
we
would
probably
just
plan
a
farm-
make
a
small
farm
area
around
one
of
the
existing
Farms.
But
yes,
you're
right,
there's,
no,
not
enough
space
to
do.
B
And
sned
him
with
sin
was
a
donation,
and
then
these
are
not
wanting
to
do
a
donation.
They.
C
Are
not
yeah,
they
they
said
financially.
At
this
point,
they
we
were
seeing
that
so
celebration
is
this:
if
the
landowners
are
retired,
they're
not
really
able
to
seek
the
federal
income
tax
production,
they're,
not
getting
money
they're,
not
they
don't
have
any
income
because
they
are
on
a
retired,
competitive
salary
or
whatever.
So.
C
We're
noticing
yeah
it's
less
attractive
in
some
situations
for
foreign.
C
B
C
These
people
have
been
here
for
25
30
years,
and
you
know
with
the
same
handful
of
cattle.
You
know
kind
of
thing,
but
it's
just
not
that
much
land
that
much
more
animals
on
it.
Okay,.
C
Okay,
so
so.
C
They
have,
let's
see
five
of
the
check
boxes
and
because
of
yeah.
C
C
Trees,
I
know
it's
if
you
decide
that
way,
but
and
with
it
being
in
our
priority
region,.
E
B
D
B
Just
been
kind
of
developed
into
a
into
a
nursery
landscape
yards
or
something
like
that:
okay,
I,
don't
know
why
that
other
Corner
throwing
up
well,
it's
able
to
use
it,
but
now
he's
got
to
go
into
early
success.
B
It's
really
not
been
touched
and
you
so
okay,
so.
B
C
C
Don't
want
us
but
yeah.
This
is
one
that
we
think
would
be
too
small,
too
small
Baker
before
an
early
program.
They'll
think
it
would
write,
even
even
with
five
friends,
though
they
factor
in
acreage.
You
know
people
picked
up.
C
Topics
and
then
now
we're
going
to
talk
about
our
proposed
Grant.
C
So
these
are
all
definitive
because
they're
contingent
on
our
2022
Federal
applications
they
improved.
C
C
Multiple
requests
for
additional
funding
that
have
been
denied
at
the
with
the
federal
program.
C
They've
submitted
and
I
think
we
should
hear
back
in
the
next
few
days
to
hear
I
mean
that's
probably
the
next
few
weeks,
if
that
Federal
allocation
has
been
approved,
but
if
it
is
denied,
then
we're
recommending
either
submitting
Russ
Robertson's
application
again,
the
USDA
or
potentially
preventing
it
committee.
C
Property
and
with
the
lobbyists
that's
the
whole
week.
Okay,
so.
C
That
up
and
then
we
have
been
talking
to
a
landowner
out
in
Weaverville
or
Weaverville
Barnes
will
come
even
why
Denny
and
he's
very
interested
in
Amusement
he's
just
at
this
point
still
determining.
If
he's
going
to
go
the
donation
or
these
purchase,
we
just
sell
with
them
again
this
morning,
so
we
should
know
kind
of
a
general
idea
over
the
next
couple
weeks.
C
C
Yeah
down
the
road
from
the
borrow
property,
122
Acres:
this
is
a
victory.
Farm
we've
got
they've
got
their
applications
submitted
for
security
for
our
status.
Instead.
C
And
you
think
would
be
Anchorage.
It
doesn't
have
significant
Brown's
oils,
but
with
the
acreage
hopefully
we'd
be
able
to
submit
that
for
the
state
Grant.
So
you
can
see
here
significant.
B
C
B
C
The
last
time
we
submitted
we
submitted
with
Anthony
Bowl
Dr
Wood
Farm.
You
know
four
phases.
Two
of
those
phases
were
majority
and
two
years
ago
the
the
state
Adventist
program
basically
to
help
fund
forested
properties
and.
C
D
C
C
So
I
think
yeah,
okay,
what
is
it
that
is
essential?
They
have
a
course
management
plan
on
this
property
and
they're
in
the
course
management.
D
C
All
right,
so
the
next
property
we're
suggesting
for
Grant
funds
in.
C
It's
91,
prime
soil.
This
is
just
right
down
right
down
the
road
from
29th
Avenue
to
Dairy,
headquarters
off
of
Laura,
Brush
Creek,
and
so
it's
close
to
up.
It's
filled
with
some
other
properties
in
East
Med,
it's
in
a
priority
area
and
we're
analyzing
right
now,
which
route
are
your
state
or
federal
funding,
would
be
the
best
I
reached
out
to
the
state
director
and
the
federal
director
to.
C
C
B
C
Voted
in
support
of
it
on
the
board
voted
and
supported.
So
we
have
and
we
have
like
a
quick
person
and
the
board
has
deemed
the
point
person
for
the
project
but
yeah.
We
wanted
to
make
sure
that
they
took
that
before
we,
you
know
pursue.
B
You
know
everything
from
there
and
that
away
is
blood
playing
or
flood
way
anyway.
So
there's
not
that
much
I
mean
you
know.
It's
obviously
there's
some
open
land
on
it,
but
it's
it's
mostly
on.
You
can
see
this
book
being
taken
of
in
right.
After
the
almonds
oil
I
mean
you
know
it
was
pretty
bad
yeah.
B
C
Yeah,
so
it's
close
to
the
Taylor
priorities,
Taylor
property
and
all
of
these
bottle
land
Fields.
You
know
all
the
way.
B
C
Is
Shady
lace
Farm,
which
is
Neil
and
Ava
Morgan's
Farm,
Morgan's
Ranch,
so
they've
been
on
our
list
for
a
little
while,
and
you
know
we
check
in
we've
been
checking
in
every
season,
and
luckily
this
year
they
were,
they
are
kind
of
ready
for
it.
188
Acres,
it
hasn't
been
an
area
where
I
really
think
they
could
be
planting
the
seed
amongst
other
family
members.
D
C
They
are
also
a
century
Family
Farm.
We
have
their
application
as
well,
and
you've
approved
their
bad
application
today,
mostly
feed
the
cattle
and
hey
production
on
this
property
and
in
our
very
Focus
area
that
was
great
by
soil,
but
significant
acreage.
C
To
other
protected
lands,
but
the
pink
outline
down
there
is
the
four
things
with
jafferwood
Farms,
so
they're,
fairly
close
to
you
know
to
that
property
that
we're
working
on
protecting.
C
But
the
rest
they
have
other
family
lands
that
are
contiguous.
You
know
to
this
proposed
project
that
could
add
up
to
same
600.
Acres
of
you
know:
additional
plants.
C
B
C
Surprise
any
61,
Prime
soil,
it's
about
half!
You
know
50
worth
it.
It's
in
one
of
our
priority.
Focus
areas.
C
C
C
So
those
are
kind
of
the
new
projects
we're
proposing.
If
you
have
any
questions
specific
questions
or
do
you
have
any,
you
know,
yeah
questions
on
mode
of
funding
and
continue
doing
better
in.
B
B
C
So,
between
June
20th
and
July
18th
we'll
coordinate
fight
visits
for
people
who
are
members
to
go
to
each
of
these
properties,
and
then
you
know,
depending
on,
if
there's
one
property
that
you
know
at.
C
B
C
C
And
then
we
would
request,
we
would,
you
know,
go
to
the
Commissioners
in
August
request
and
transaction
costs,
and
so
the
way
this
requesting
from
the
bond
will
work
for
even
the
purpose
products
is
that
we
will
have
to
go
to
the
Commissioners
twice.
We'll
have.
C
C
B
C
I
definitely
think
the
working
farms
it's
it
would
be
that
50
ask,
but
we
haven't
been
promising.
Any
numbers
I
mean
that
50
is
the
same
Max
that
we
would
have
for
the
grant
requests
as
well.
C
But
if
they're,
you
know
if
the
board
is
feeling
like.
Oh
well,
you
know
just
after
after
the
site
visit,
you
know,
oh
this
product,
really
we
only
want
another
25
of
the
bond
funds
or
this
project
that
will
be
up
to
you
guys
and.
B
C
B
C
To
do
I
mean
so
what
do
you
do
right
now
for
the
Durant
applications
that
we
Commissioners?
We
ask
for
transaction
costs,
then
in
preparation
for
the
grant
applications
we
do
a
pre-appraisal
with
our
appraiser,
which
is
you
know,
basically
giving
us
a
good
estimate
on
how
much
that
even
the
value
would
be,
and
then
then
we're
able
to
you
know
either
let
the
landowners
know
of
all
park
or
submit
our
grant
applications.
B
C
The
bond
and
then
the
landowners
would
have
a
better
idea,
but.
B
B
C
B
C
C
Know
but
at
this
point
we
don't
have
a
way
to
get
that
estimate
without
having
a
budget
Associated.
B
B
B
We
do
have
to
kind
of
look
at
that
group,
the
funds
and
say
because,
with
that
Fair
Acres,
if
you're
saying
the
state
now
is
looking
at
Forest
land.
If
that
we're
going
to
take
1.5
of
the
bond
funds,
would
it
not
make
more
sense
potentially
to
try
to
get
State
funds
on
something
like
that?
It's
going
to
take
so
much.
E
Yeah,
okay,.
C
So
we'll
plan
to
so
the
next
project.
That
would
be
that
we
would
then
we
could
kind
of
push
the
the
Grant
I
mean.
Sorry,
the
bond
push
that
Bond
kind
of
discussion
to
August
the
discussion
congrats,
because
our
plan
is
kind
of
just
do
the
bond
first,
while
we're
waiting
on
and
then
do
the
grant
approval
process.
Next.
B
You
know
and
if
folks
go
out
and
they
feel
really
good
about
it
and
we
have
kind
of
enough
information
before
I
mean
maybe
it
can
work
in
July
I.
Just
don't
want
us
to
push
through
something
without
having
the
information,
that's
being
able
to
kind
of
think
that
through
and
prioritize
but
I
mean
maybe
folks
go
out
and
they're
like
these
all
look
good.
We
feel
good
about
the
amount
of
funding
it
potentially
will
take.
C
Yeah,
so
one
one
important
thing
is
that
we
do
have
the
grant
projects
August.
We
need
to
get
a
special
Associated
and
all
that
I
suppose
before
the
actual
grants
right.
So
that's
all
good
and
we
want
to
accomplish
the
public
if
we're
moving
forward.
B
C
C
B
Yeah,
you
know
if
you're
getting
500
balance,
it
takes
a
certain
amount
of
money
to
keep
that
on
the
boats
and
so
same
thing.
Yeah
I
did
I
didn't
make
phone
calls
yet
forward.
I
haven't
heard
back
I
make
to
an
effectively.
D
B
B
B
B
In
some
places,
but
you
know
with
salt,
we
know
with
the
song
kneel
down
at
Marion,
closing
and
cubanelle
and
Candy.
You
know:
I
didn't
hear
a
little
bit
of
encouragement,
information
for
one
of
the
middle
wet
here,
but
but
I
don't
know
you
know
if
I
can
build
down
it
get
Nebo
and
Brown
what
the
it's
not
about!
Yeah.
B
Because
produced
in
North
Carolina
and
that
doesn't
include
you
know,
East
Tennessee
and
Northeast
Georgia,
you
know
yeah,
so
you
know
so
that's
it.
It's
huge
and
and
like
I
say
it's
just
one
did
not
learned
much,
but
it's
better
to
run
it
over
with
the
skinner.
What's
that
because
that's
you
know,
that's
kind
of
the
that's
kind
of
the
way
anything
long.
Now,
what
do
you
like
it
or
not?
You
know
if
we
can.
B
You
know
that's
a
that's
a
discussion
for
another
day,
but
but
but
finding
people
you
can't
find
people
to
work
at
McDonald's
Who.
You
gonna
find
the
wrong
Chainsaw
the
woods
in
July.
