In a recent press conference, precision plastic manufacturing company, Nypro, announced they are expanding their Asheville plant. Aside from the $83 million in facility and equipment improvements, 156 new jobs will be coming to Buncombe County.

use
performance
based
economic
development
incentives,
whether
they
are
locally
or
whether
they're
at
the
state
level,
performance-based
incentives
and
so
knight
pro
and
novo,
northeast
through
job
creation
and
capital
investment,
and
by
meeting
their
targets
they
will
earn
the
incentives
in
our
state,
and
we
can't
say
that
often
enough,
the
money
does
not
come
to
a
company
up
front.
It
is
earned
based
on
the
way
they
meet.

at

come

all
keeping

great

employees
and
the
expansion,
but

think
the
thing
that
we
all
must
realize.
One
of
the
most
important
thing
is
we're
going
to
see
a
next
generation
of
an
insulin
pen
that
can
change
a
child's
life,
a
parent's
life
and
change.
So
many
people
that
we
know
just
that
small
impact
of
what
you
were
able
to
do
in
your
company.
