A
Very
good
afternoon
and
welcome
to
the
community
update
for
march
30th,
my
name
is
stacy
wood
and
I
am
public
information
officer
for
the
emergency
operations
center.
Today
we
have
stacey
sanders,
who
is
director
of
public
health
for
cloud
bank
com?
Who
is
going
to
be
speaking
about
the
response?
Algo
2019
and
as
a
reminder
this
this
update
can
be
found
in
spanish
on
facebook
on
the

and
human
services
facebook
page
at

B
Now
there
good
afternoon,
everyone
many
Thank
you
for
joining
us
today.
I
first
want
to
acknowledge
that
today
is
National.
Doctor's,
Day
and
I
want
to
take
a
moment
to
show
appreciation
to
our
local
doctors
who
have
been
working
hand
in
hand
with
our
public
health
services.
Throughout
our
response
to
cove'
19.
I
would
especially
like
to
acknowledge
our
medical
director
jennifer
m.
olt
n'dour,
for
your
commitment
and
service
to
public
health,
as
you
continue
to
be
a
major
force
in
our
fight
against
kobe
19.
B
B
We
are
seeing
about
27
new
cases
a
day
in
our
public
health
workflow.
This
is
a
17%
decrease
from
last
week
in
terms
of
the
metrics
we
monitor
on
a
weekly
basis,
From
Monday,
to
Monday.
Our
number
of
new
cases
per
100,000
inhabitants
per
week
is
75,.
This
is
approximately
a
14%
decrease
compared
to
the
previous
week.
In
general,.
The
epidemiological
curve
continues
to
show
a
certain
stagnation
of
this
slowdown.
In
the
decrease
in
cases,,
the
percentage
of
positivity
remains
below
5%,
but
has
increased
to
4.1
by
4
4.0
percent.
B
As
of
today,
the
week
In.
The
past
this
indicator
was
around
3.6
percent
on
average,
as
I
said
last
week,
the
stagnation,
the
lack
of
continuous
decline
in
new
cases,
and
now
the
increase
in
the
percentage
of
positivity,
although
it
is
still
below
5%,
is
cause
for
concern.
We
are
seeing
spikes
in
cases
in
other
states.
We
continue
to
see
variants
of
this
virus
circulating
in
our
nation
and
in
our
state.
B
I
cannot
stress
enough
the
importance
of
each
of
us
doing
our
part
to
stop
the
spread,
continue
to
make
healthy
choices
for
you
and
your
loved
ones,
dear
ones,
keeping
the
3
w's.
Our
successes,
successes
so
far
are
still
very
fragile.
We
must
stay
diligent
and
confident
in
the
3
w's
until
more
of
our
neighbors
have
been
vaccinated.
B
If
you
are
sick
or
think
you
have
been
exposed
to
copper
and

use,
community

a
timely
manner,

us
to
identify

others

be
exposed.

find
a
testing

will
be
part
of
a
vital
strategy
to
end
this
pandemic
and
begin
to
return.
B
Our
county,,
our
city,
and
our
neighborhoods
to
some
normalcy.
The
vaccine
is
safe,
effective,
and
has
proven
to
be
a
powerful
defense
against
serious
illness
and
even
death
from
for
a
comic
19
from
tomorrow,
March
31,
the
remaining
individuals
s
in
the
four
times
group
will
be
eligible
to
receive
the
vaccine.
B
This
group
includes
other
essential
workers
and
those
living
in
cluster
centers
who
have
not
yet
been
vaccinated
through
a
combination
of
efforts
by
our
public
health
preparedness
team
and
the
information
technology
department.
We
have
worked
with
the
rest
of
our
waiting
list
and
we
have
achieved
this
through
the
following
people
on
the
waiting
list
have
received
an
email
text,
message
or
phone
call
to
inform
them
that
they
have
a
appointment
available
via
online
scheduler.
People
on
hold
also
received
a
message
that
they
can
also
call
the
ready
team
to
schedule.
B
An
appointment
and
people
on
the
waitlist
will
receive
an
additional
reminder.
At
the
end
of
the
week,
with
the
opening
of
the
group
4
b
on
Wednesday,
March
31,,
the
process
for
scheduling
the
vaccine
will
become
a
process
self
scheduling
in
which
those
who
would
like
to
schedule
their
appointment
at
the
panko
county,
health
and
human
resources
site
can
do
so
online
through
cantiliver
and
dot
bread
or
heretic,
or
by
calling
the
ready
team
on
phone

28,

B
Those
who
are
eligible
can
schedule
appointments
24/7
through
any
of
these
methods
at
their
convenience.
Those
interested
in
their
vaccine
can
also
locate
a
vaccine
provider
near
them
by
consulting
my
spot
point
at
at
that
point,
there
are
multiple
vaccine
providers
listed
on
the
website.
Our
weekly
base
allowance
is
still
3,510.
This
base
allowance
is
intended
for
the
general
population
within
the
eligible
groups,
plus
your
pongo
county
health
and
human
resources.
Services
are
contacting
me
receiving
300
doses
for
equity
purposes.
B
Next
week
we
will
work
with
the
Mexican
consulate
to
use
these
doses
equity,
sis
for
the
latino
population
within
our
community.
With
the
400
doses
we
accepted
last
week
from
our
partner
hospital,
we
were
able
to
vaccinate
about
180
people
at
our
local
detention
center
and
more
than
200
people
during
our
rally
event
with
heywood
swift
in
three
weeks,
funcom
county
health
and
human
resources
will
accept
an
additional
1,170
doses
to
be
transferred
to
our
partner,
the
indian
market
stores
for
use
at
all
of
their
pharmacies.
B
B
This
means
33.3
percent
of
the
total
population
of
pan
county
with
either
vaccinated
and
at
least
partially
vaccinated,
and
nearly
19%
of
the
county
population
has
been
fully
vaccinated
through
all
of
these
vaccine
providers.
As
of
today's
health,
service
and
bank
county
human
resources,
nor
our
partners
in
emergency
services
have
managed
49
thousand
8
30
doses.
59%
of
these
doses
are
the
first
and
41%
are
the
only.
B
Dose
Total
doses
reaching
the
community
have
increased
by
a
couple
thousand
in
our
first
few
weeks
of
vaccine
rollout
to
nearly
8,700
weekly
doses
for
providers
state
allocated.
These
are
in
addition
to
federally
allocated
providers
such
as
world
world
greens,
who
also
receive
doses
each
week.
Vaccine
access
and
opportunity
increase
maximum
as
vaccine
providers
are
added
and
receive
state
allocations
directly
from
the
government,
federal
or
through
a
local
transfer.
B
If
you
are
unsure
where
which
vaccine
group
is
in,
please
visit
find
my
group
point
at
that
point
for
more
information
and
as
a
reminder,
you
can
n
receive
your
first
dose
anywhere,
and
it
is
important
that
you
return
to
this
provider
for
your
second
dose.
All
second
doses
are
sent
as
per
first
dose
assignment
and
administration.
B
To
finish,
I
know
this
has
been
a
long,
hard
fight
and
it
is
not
over
yet.
I
ask
you
to
continue
to
help
me
and
our
public
health
warriors
stop
the
spread
of
cob
and
19
be
diligent
and
committed
to
all
precautions.
It
is
still
very
important
to
wear
your
mask,
keep
your
distance
and
wash
your
hands
whenever
you
are
outside
your
home
and
in
public
spaces,
remember
to
get
tested.
B
If
you
have
symptoms
or
think
you
may
have
been
exposed
to
the
virus,
finding
new
cases
as
quickly
as
possible
is
very
important
to
reduce
the
spread
of
cove
19
to
As.
We
continue
to
roll
out
the
vaccine,
countywide,
statewide
and
nationwide,
and
finally
get
your
vaccine
c
hen.
It
becomes
available
to
you
as
more
vaccine
providers
in
our
community
get
a
vaccine.
There
are
more
opportunities
to
get
a
spot
to
get
it.
We
can
stop
kobe
19
with
our
test
and
trace
approach,
using
precautions
and
getting
our
vaccine
whenever
it
is
available
to
us.
