My

Today's
clarification
will
be
provided
by
dr
moderator,
boone,
county
medical
director
com
and
acting
director
of
public
health.
A
Very
good
afternoon,
at
noon
today,
there
have
been
470
laboratory,
confirmed
cases
of
competition
9
in
residents
of
pan
county
with
139
of
these
people
are
in
isolation,
as
I
said
before,
the
spread
of
cob
and
19
is
happening
in
our
county.
We
have
seen
cases
brewing
in
our
community
in
homes
after
interacting
with
colleagues
having
gone
to
visit,
friends
or
relatives
have
gone
to
church,
have
attended,
funerals
or
been
reunited
with
other
people.
Sometimes
not
even
strong
was
a
clear
source
of
c's
being
exposed.
Most
cases
are
happening
in
people
aged
25-49.
A
Please
don't
let
your
guard
down
just
because
some
parts
of
the
community
are
reopening
doesn't
mean
that
the
cob
and
says
once
it
has
gone.
We
are
all
at
risk
of
being
hit
and
some
of
us
will
have
some
serious
illness.
We
will
be
in
the
hospital
and
some
of
us
will
even
die.
These
are
the
facts.
We
need
to
take
this
seriously
when
you
have
to
go
out
in
public
or
leave
to
gather
with
others.
A
Please
practice
the
three
w's
wear
a
face
covering
or
face
shield
stay
six
feet
away
from
others
and
wash
your
hands
do
all
you
can
to
protect
yourself
and
others
from
this
highly
contagious
disease.
Every
contact
counts.
So
we
have
to
do
the
hard
work
now,
if
we
don't
want
this
situation
to
get
worse.
A
A
Unfortunately,
36
pont
coman
county
residents
dead,
including
31
residents
of
two
nursing
homes
experiencing
outbreaks.
Please
remember
that
the
and
the
staff
of
the
long-term
care
facility
are
members
of
the
community
who
have
taken
care
of
our
elderly,
our
grandparents,
our
friends.
They
live
in
our
community
and
they
and
their
family
are
our
neighbors.
We
must
do
our
part
to
support
them.
Stay
safe
and
support
you
in
this
global
pandemic.
A
Today's
percent
positive
rate
is
3.8
percent,
which
means
3.8
percent
percent
of
those
tested
in
devon
county
with
show
infection.
The
rate
has
been
around
4%
for
several
weeks.
Nas.
The
positive
percentage
of
all
north
carolina
is
9%
in
other
states
of
the
southeast
of
the
usa.
They
have
seen
quite
a
few
positive
cases
beyond
the
rest
of
the
usa,
which
is
6%.
Our
region
is
being
quite
impacted
by
cob
and
19.
More
than
900
people
have
been
tested
at
community
sites
for
the
last
4
1/2
weeks.
A
A
A
A
Are
walker
sites
there
is
no
out
of
pocket
cost
at
these
community
locations,
but
we
do
ask
that
those
with
health
insurance,
including
medicare
or
medicaid,
bring
their
card
so
their
sure
you
can
have
the
invoice
and
pay
for
the
service
the
services
linguists
are
available
at
these
community
sites.
Thank
you
very
much
to
all
those
who
have
volunteered
who
have
turned
to
coordination
or
testing
at
community
sites.
Your
compassion
is
already
what
we
need
now.
A
There
is
no
question
what
and
that
others
care
help
with
this
global
pandemic.
In
the
next
week
we
will
be
focusing
on
residential
facilities
that
serve
the
elderly,
and
then
community
sites
will
be
resumed
to
the
next
week.
These
sites
will
be
a
little
more
permanent
and
there
are
also
the
hours
of
operation
will
be
extended
to
to
be
able
to
serve
more
people
in
the
community.
Next
week
we
will
announce
the
locations
of
community
sites
to
get
tested
for
the
week
of
June
29.
A
Through
contact
tracing
our
health
department,
nurses
and
our
team
will
be
reaching
out
to
people
who
have
had
close
contact
with
people
who
e
have
tested
positive
for
the
competition
9.
It
is
important
that
people
respond
to
these
calls
when
our
team
calls
them.
The
people
who
have
been
contacted
will
have
a
prior
examination
and
the
number
that
will
contact
them
is
4
or
5
394
or
by
email
from
the
dh
hs
point
at
that
point,
gov,
or
also
from
calls
from
the
health
department
or
from
autriche
itself,
and
their
number
is
84.
A
Important
messages
about
what
you
have
to
do
regarding
your
health
and
for
the
health,
those
around
you
are
giving
you
the
guidelines
in
these
calls.
We
hope
you
follow
these
guidelines
from
our
nurses
and
the
people
who
are
doing
the
contact
tracing.
If
we
want
to
stop
the
spread
of
cob
and
19,
we
must
follow
the
health
guidelines
public.
It
is
very
important
that
everyone
understands
that
cob
and
19
is
spreading
in
devon
county
with.
A
We
all
have
to
assume
that
we
have
it
and
we
don't
know-
and
we
need
to
assume
that
t
Everyone
else
around
us
can
have
it,,
don't
lose
sight
of
the
simple
steps
we
can
take
to
control
this
pandemic
and
stop
it
from
spreading,.
Follow
the
double
three,
wear
a
face
shield
when
outside,
stay
six
feet
apart
from
others
from
those
we
don't
live
with
and
wash
our
hands
frequently.
A
We
can
use
the
self
checker
tool
from
to
see
if
we
have
symptoms
if
we
need
to
have
the
test.
We
know
this
situation
is
scary,
frustrating
physically
or
mentally,
exhausting
for
many
I
'm,
sorry
too,
but
together
we
can
move
on,
but
it
takes
each
of
us
to
care
in
a
lady
ourselves,
but
those
in
the
community
to
be
able
to
encourage
to
do
that.
We
can
stop
this
contagion.
Thank
you
very
much
and
stay
safe
and
secure.
A
With
the
presentation
of
doctor
montero,
we
are
going
to
conclude
our
community
report
after
some
notices
as
rec
ordatory
devon
county
officers.
Com
continue
to
try
to
keep
you
up
to
speed
and
accurate
as
to
what
is
happening
with
cob
and
19.
We
are
also
offering
a
josh
webinar
series.
Every
15
days
that
are
free
called.
