Hi I'm doctor Aruna, Joe, Sheila and I'm here to talk to you about advanced care planning. If you've heard of this term, it brings to mind end-of-life and decisions that need to be made at the end of life.

However, this is a very difficult conversation to have, but it's one of the most important conversations that you can have with your loved ones and a gift for them in their time of need at any time, injury or serious illness can make any of us unable to communicate our decisions for our healthcare advance care planning allows us to discuss health care choices and decisions with family friends.

Doctors well before those decisions ever need to be made join us as we see a fictional family begin. This conversation.

It really helped all of us that they had made decisions about end of life and had made their wishes known so that we're all comfortable that things happened.
