If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
A
A
So
without
further
ado
director
Duncan,
yes
item:
one
operations
update
this
is
in
an
office
update.
This
is
an
operations
of
operations.
B
B
B
Yeah
today,
though,
is
turning
out
to
be
bright
and
shiny,
so
very
good
for
voting
not
having
to
worry
about
ice
or
snow
this
time.
So
that's
really
great.
B
All
the
polling
locations
opened
on
time
and
we
had
at
10
o'clock
almost
11
000
voters,
so
that
is
good
turnout
for
for
the
that
early
in
the
day,
I
gave
a
did
a
press
conference
at
11
30,
and
we
had
to
turn
out
for
that
too.
So
I
got
to
get
that
information
out
to
everyone
along
with
the
standard.
How
do
you
vote?
B
You
know,
go
to
your
Precinct,
all
of
that
that
information
as
well
as
letting
people
know
that
they
need
to
turn
in
their
absentee
ballots
today
if
they
still
have
one
yep.
So
so
things
are
going
well
and
we're
ready
for
high
turnout,
whether
whether
it
comes
or
not,
foreign.
A
We
are
expecting
the
two
o'clock
numbers
during
the
meeting.
Yes,
I
hope
they
can
be
reported
to
the
board.
While
we
are
in
session
thanks,
so
operations
update,
we
are
updated.
Does
anyone
have
any
questions.
C
C
B
B
C
We've
got
our
check.
Well,
let
me
make
sure
I
understand
this.
So
interrupt
me
if
I'm,
wrong
and
I
don't
mean
to
feel
like
you
were
probably
going
to
go
over
this
anyway,
but
we've
got
more
challenges
which
have
been
developed
over
our
meetings
and
those
are
entered
and
then
passed
on
to
campus
day
and
then
the
people
who
are
challenged
will
be
sent
letter
saying
you've
been
challenged,
show
up
at
11
o'clock
on
canvas
and
present
your
case.
C
Yes,
then
we've
got
the
closing
of
the
polls
by
absentee
mail
and
I've
forgotten
what
that
involves.
Don't
you
have
to
sign
something
Mr
chairman
or
we
polls
for
absentee
valleys
right.
A
F
B
B
We
can't
process
those
all
today.
Those
will
be
on
the
supplemental
meeting,
but
we'll
do
some
of
those,
so
there'll
be
a
regular
absentee
meeting
today
and
then
we'll
do
the
closing
of
the
polls
for
all
that
you
signed
on
the
supplemental
list
last
night
and
all
of
the
early
voting.
So
those
are
the
results
that
will
show
at
7
30
tonight.
B
In
this
meeting,
Bria
Bailey
and
Devin
Whitney
are
over
that
process,
so
they'll
print
out
all
of
the
tapes
and
show
you
the
reports
on
that
and
then
do
an
abstract
I.
Think
you
guys
all
probably
remember
that
handwritten
abstract
that
happens
at
this
meeting
and
then
and
then
we're
ready
once
the
board
has
agreed
that
that
is
all
correct,
then
we're
ready
to
hit
the
post
button
and
show
those
results
online
at
7,
30.
B
C
C
I
just
I
mean
the
only
thing
I
would
ask
is
once
I
get
to
the
warehouse.
Please
tell
me
you
go
over
here
and
do
this.
B
C
B
Me
on
track
yeah,
but,
but
you
know
you're
kind
of
alluding
to
how
we
do
that
transition.
So
once
we
do
the
7
30
and
we
upload
those
in
here,
then
the
you
know,
depending
on
whether
there's
lines
out
there
or
not
it'll
affect
how
quickly
the
results
start
coming
here.
The
unofficial
results
are
coming
here,
so
you'll,
you'll,
oversee
kind
of
the
beginning
of
that
process
make
sure
that
that's
going
good
and
it
went
great
last
election.
B
This
is
the
first
time
we
had
it
here
and
it's
just
the
way
this
is
set
up
here.
Works
really
good,
so
I
expect
that
to
go
good
like
last
time
and
then
we'll
all
transition
over
to
the
warehouse
and
accept
all
of
the
supplies
that
are
over
there.
That's
that's
the
big,
intense
process
that
I
think
you're,
remembering.
D
B
B
H
D
J
B
B
B
B
So
that
makes
it
even
more
of
a
inspection
that
that
those
two
match-
and
that
happens
at
this
meeting,
but
we're
also
doing
it
the
the
poll
worker
well,
the
poll
workers,
don't
they
see
the
that
results,
tape
come
out
and
then
we
match
it
to
the
results
when
we
upload
them
and
it
all
has
to
match.
So
you
know
we
are
the
the
results.
Computer
is
completely
offline,
so
when
the
the
results
are
processed
through
that
computer,
they
stay
there
and
we
take
the
the
results.
B
B
K
D
G
G
B
And
then
it
has
its
own
password
that
that
is
for
that
machine
and
it
also
again
I
feel
like
I,
can't
say
it
enough,
but
it's
never
touched
the
internet.
B
How
do
you
uploads
are
encrypted
yeah
when
they
come
from
the
the
sites
they're
encrypted?
So
if
you
plugged
it
into
a
regular
laptop,
wouldn't
be
able
to
read
it
only
that
computer
can
reach
those
flash
drives
so
that
you
take
those
flash
drives
from
the
tabulator,
which
is
also
not
on
the
internet.
They
go
into
that
computer
and
get
on
and
get
unencrypted
and
consolidated.
B
F
B
J
B
A
B
B
A
E
C
And
the
tapes
that
are
posted
at
the
precincts
do
they
show
the
totals
that
the
candidates
received
or
just
yeah.
C
H
A
You'll
see
there
will
be
a
small
amount
of
paper
in
here
on
canvas
day,
enabling
us
to
review
tapes
and
reports
and
everything
that
we
need
to
review
in
order
to
certify
the
election
and
as
Miss
block
noted,
you
know
there,
there
are
little
details
that
that
we
have
to
attend
to
before
we
finalize
the
results,
but
everything
that
that
she
described
is
something
that
we
can
identify
and
use
to
reconcile.
Final
totals
against
election
day
totals
against
early
voting
totals
against
absentee
totals.
D
C
And
during
canvas
another,
you
know
with
the
concern
about
election
Integrity.
Can
the
people
in
the
audience
look
at
the
tapes
too,
where
it's
just
the
board
members
I
guess
it
would
be
too
chaotic
to
have
it.
A
It
is
it's:
it's
the
board's
job
and
the
board
members
were
appointed
by
their
political
parties
to
do
this
work
on
behalf
of
the
public.
It
would
get
too
confusing.
Otherwise
there
might
be
some
security
concerns
as
well.
M
Our
numbers
today
we
have
135
civilians,
seven,
military
and
44
overseas.
M
M
We
have
seven
that
are
suggested
for
disapproval
for
a
total
number
of
ballots
of
194
and
we
are
going
to
have
to
duplicate
all
of
those
in
this
meeting
today.
So
what
my
plan
is
is
to
pair
you
guys
up
and
Keenan
to
pair
with
you
Jake
and
break
everything
down
into
a
third
and
then
so.
The
duplicating
team
can
also
get
started
once
you
guys
have
reviewed
the
overseas,
the
uakava
stuff,
we'll
pass
it
off
to
them
and
then
we'll
start
on
the
civilian,
okay,
foreign.
B
A
A
H
H
H
H
H
A
A
A
A
I
H
B
F
A
All
right,
I'm,
guessing
that
my
colleagues
are
going
to
want
to
take
a
look
at
the
before
before
we
proceed.
Okay
and
so
I
would
urge
everyone
to
do
that
now,
so
Ms
Bailey
can
proceed
with
her
processing
so.
N
N
N
D
N
D
E
N
N
N
N
N
A
Let's
talk
about
that
for
a
minute
all
right,
just
to
to
try
to
wrap
up
the
the
briefing
that
that
Ms
Bailey
just
gave
us
I
was
asked
if
we
will
review
these
these
tapes
when
they
get
printed
out,
and
the
answer
to
that
is
no.
What
we're
going
to
do
is
these
absentee
ballots
and
staff
will
continue
to
to
do
this
work
and
prepare
an
abstract
for
us
to
review
along
with
the
the
total
output.
It
won't
be
side
by
side,
it'll,
be
all
aggregated
all
12
sites
and.

South
TC

E
H
D
E
H
H
I
A
A
J
B
B
L
A
H
A
A
And,
as
you
know,
virtually
everything
we
do
here
is
public
record.
It's
a
question
of
time
not
only
to
safeguard
results
from
being
released
early,
but
also
to
make
sure
that
staff
can
stay
a
step
ahead
of
us
on
this
and
make
sure
that
everything
is
organized
just
the
way
we
want
so
they're
figuring
it
out.
They're
they're.
J
H
H
A
A
I,
don't
think
the
wall
is
tall
enough,
but
we're
going
to
post
those
tapes
over
here
and
you
can
review
them
or
photograph
them.
Just
as
you
would
the
preset
tips
but
understand
you
will
not
see
those
until
the
state
has
reported
the
results
on
the
website.
So
as
Ms
Bailey
prints
them,
we
will
not
tape
them
up.
That
will
occur
after
7
30.
J
J
B
D
M
Would
like
for
you
guys
to
look
at
you
just
approved
this
in
a
previous
meeting
and
under
further
investigation
going
back
looking
at
that
person's
file.
We
found
that
the
ballot
that
was
in
there
was
a
previous
ballot
I
think
in
this
case
it
wasn't
like
one
of
the
900.
It
was
that
they
messed
up,
and
so
we
sent
them
another
ballot
and
they
returned
it
and
the
other
envelopes.
H
M
A
E
F
G
K
M
A
Before
the
board,
has
everyone
had
an
opportunity
to
review
that
ballot?
Yes,
sir,
any
questions
comments.
All
those
in
favor
of
the
motion,
please
say:
aye
aye,
all
those
opposed,
nay,
thank
you
that
ballot
is
approved.
5-0.
D
I
K
N
A
A
A
All
right
well
in
light
of
that,
I
would
like
to
make
a
motion
that
the
board
approved,
135,
I'm,
sorry,
136.,
civilian
ballots-
that
we
have
reviewed
at
today's
meeting,
all
those
in
favor
of
approving
the
100
36
civilian
ballots.
Please
say
aye
aye,
all
those
opposed,
nay,
thank
you.
Those
ballots
are
approved.
I,
also
move
that
we
approve
44
overseas,
ballots
that
we
reviewed
today,
all
those
in
favor
of
approving
the
44
overseas
ballots.
Please
say
aye
aye,
all
those
opposed,
nay.
Thank
you.
A
Finally,
I
move
that
we
approved
seven
military
ballots
that
we
reviewed
at
today's
meeting,
all
those
in
favor
of
approving
the
seven
military
ballots.
Please
say:
aye
aye,
all
those
opposed
hey!
Thank
you.
The
seven
military
ballots
are
approved.
In
fact,
we
have
187
ballots
approved
at
today's
meeting
and
seven
disapproved.
N
A
A
Would
you
like
to
talk
about
absentee
balance?
Yes,.
A
A
A
C
A
In
Colorado,
but
most
of
my
work
was
in
California
and
they
came
after
me
and
they
didn't
start,
they
didn't
get
it
because
my
employer
went
to
Great
Lakes
to
demonstrate
that
my
my
office
was
in
Denver
and
that
you
know
circumstance
forced
me
to
make
a
lot
of
trips
out
to
California,
but
all
of
my
staff
who
lived
in
California
got
taxed
even
though
they
didn't
live
there.
I
had
guys
who
lived
in
Texas
and
they
were
accustomed
to
zero
income
tax.
All
of
a
sudden,
they
were
getting
proper
tax
bills.
F
H
A
Francisco,
it
was
a
minority
institution
in
the
heart
of
downtown.
H
A
A
C
A
D
A
B
D
B
B
Yeah,
so
we
can
do
just
the
same
and
make
the
coffee
we
have
to
wait
till
this
meeting
wraps
up
to
get
them
all,
but
we
can
copy
those
reports
and
good
have
them
here
too.
Thank.
A
B
B
Thank
you
Devin's
about
to
present
challenges,
so
these
are
situations
that
will
be
presented
to
the
board
that
that
will
result
in
an
edit
later.
So
that
is
another
way
that
results.
Will
it's
great
that
you
all
are
here,
and
you
see
that
see
that
along
the
way,
so
these
will
be
presented
now
that
they
won't
be
reflected
until
Panthers
and
Devin
will
explain.
P
Mr
Whitney,
so
what
you'll
have
in
front
of
you
is
a
copy
of
number
memo
2022-5,
which
is
titled
County
Board
challenges
to
an
ineligible
absentee
ballots.
You
also
have
a
list
of
names.
There
are
eight
names
on
there,
we're
going
to
talk
about
them
and
we're
going
to
do
this
hardest
to
easiest
good
and
before
we
get
started.
Anybody
have
a
question
just
one
question,
though,.
P
There
are
what
was
it
70,
371
applications
that
were
ballots
that
were
executed
according
to
the
One-Stop
or
through
the
Sosa
laptops?
There
are
70,
372
ballots
and
there's
one
ballot
that
does
not
is
it
pre-printed
and
it
does
not
have
a
valid
One-Stop
application
number
on
it.
P
I
have
talked
to
the
site.
Captains
from
the
day
and
I've
also
talked
to
the
operator
of
the
the
machine
of
the
e-poll
book
and
the
most
that
I
got
was.
It
was
probably
a
guy.
F
P
P
Or
the
application
has
to
be
disapproved
and
then
the
ballot
needs
to
be
challenged.
If
it
goes
through,
do
you
have
an
application
but
you're,
not
okay?
For
the
day
it
was
the
Lester
community
center.
On
the
last
Saturday,
they
even
noted
on
the
reconciliation
log
that
they
had
505
ballots,
go
through
the
ds200
and
504
One-Stop
applications
which
they
are
correct
because
I
counted
they
have
505
ballots
and
504
applications.

P
I've
got
challenged,
so
this
is
the
other
a
little
bit
of
tricky
stuff.
Is
we
have
this?
This
wonderful
form
that
the
state
provides
which
serves
as
authorization
to
perform
manual
edit,
essentially
except
this
states
that
you
know
hereby
challenged
about
passed
by
blank
who's
registered
at
blank
and.

I
Vote
was
to
what's
the
challenge
that
particular
about
the
my
motion
was
the
challenge
that
palette
not
to
decide
it
today.
B
O
C
I
D
K
A
Before
the
board
and
the
motion
is
to
proceed
with
a
challenge
of
the
ballot
that
Mr
Whitney
has
described
all
those
in
favor
of
the
motion
to
challenge
that
ballot
of
canvas,
please
say
aye
aye,
all
those
opposed,
nay.
Thank
you.
The
motion
carries
5-0.
F
K
P
Next,
this
one
would
involve
the
on
page
seven
of
the
memo
number
five
I'll
direct
you
to
that,
because
what
happened
here
was
a
voter.
It
is
on
the
list,
the
East
Asheville
One
Stop,
ending
in
11
10..
Okay,
there
was
a
mix
up
at
the
ds200,
and
two
voters
got
the
wrong
ballot.
Styles.
The
voters
came
back
noticed
the
discrepancy
because
they
were
missing
some
of
the
races.
P
The
other
voter
did
not
notice
and
ended
up
voting
and
I
believe
it
was
the
actual
City
races
in
which
they
are
not
eligible.
We
have
their
application
in
an
incident
report
which
the.
P
We
ran
into
this
in
in
May
on
a
partisan
ballot,
and
so
what
happened
was
we
challenged
it
and
then
we
went
back
and
it
was
like
a
partial
challenge.
We
only
challenged
the
races
that
the
voter
was
ineligible
for
and
on
canvas.
We
duplicated
the
eligible
races
onto
the
correct
file
style
and
counted
that.
So
this
isn't
a
full
I'm,
not
I'm,
not
saying
it's
like
a
full
denial.
P
It
happened
on
1031
and
then
I
once
I
got
everything
back,
I
contacted
them
on
the
first
okay.
Thank.
I
P
I
G
P
G
G
A
Right
but,
as
the
report
indicates,
the
poll
workers
handed
the
ballot
styles
to
these
individuals
at
virtually
the
same
time.
They
just
got
the
wrong
ones.
One
of
them
noticed
one
of
them
didn't
so
one
of
them
voted
the
wrong
ballot.
Style.
A
N
A
Buncombe
County
is
not
one
of
the
counties
where
the
Department
of
Justice
has
sent
folks
there's
a
handful
of
them.
I
know:
Mecklenburg
is
one
of
them
and
I
read
that
in
a
newspaper
account
this
morning,
but
Buncombe
was
not
included.
Director
Duncan
could
tell
you
about
any
correspondence
we
might
have
had
with
the
Department
of
Justice
but
I'm
guessing.
If
director
Duncan
had
heard
from
the
doj,
she
would
have
told
the
board.
So
we
haven't
heard
a
word.
This
is
the
case
where
no
news
is
good
news,
given
the.
A
One
of
the
one
of
the
there's,
so
many
wonderful
things
about
Buncombe
County,
but
the
fact
is,
our
community
supports
Fair
elections
very
very
strongly
and
we,
we
are
a
county
that
has
distinguished
itself
with
a
strong
voting
process
and
really
strong
participation
by
the
community.
I.
Don't
think
that
this
is
a
jurisdiction
that
the
authorities
at
the
federal
or
state
level
are
really
concerned
about,
and
that's
based
on
years
and
years
of
really
strong
performance.
A
But
as
we
know,
there
are
any
number
of
jurisdictions
that
have
had
some
issues
of
one
kind
or
another
in
the
past
you
know
I,
think
of
2018
and
redoing
that
congressional
election
and
the
ninth
congressional
district
there's
a
long
history
and
I
know
that
you
know
the
folks
in
Washington
are
going
to
take
a
look
at
this
and
take
actions
where
they
they
think
they
need
to
I'm,
just
really
really
glad
that
we
are
not
on
their
radar
and
one
of
the
objectives
is
to
keep
it.
A
A
B
E
G
I
need
some
clarification.
I
don't
understand.
G
Is
it
okay?
If
I
read
from
this,
but
not
with
a
name.
G
She
said
I,
misunderstood
and
thought
I
needed
to
cancel
the
ballot
in
my
hand
first
and
then
this
voters
to
reissue
this
person's
ballot
issue
is
resolved.
No
idea
what
that
means.
It
doesn't
make
any
sense
to
me
so
after
canceling
everything
doing
the
paperwork
in
both
Sosa
notebooks
I
called
Negi.
To
discover
my
mistake
tonight
we
will
find
the
ballot
in
the
ds200,
pull
it
and
spoil
it,
and
then
the
elections
office
will
contact
and
then
she
gives.
P
I,
wouldn't
worry
about
anything
that
got
spoiled
because
all
of
the
ballots
went
through
the
ds200.
Just
because.
G
P
Nobody's
had
their
no
her
voter
history
has
not
been
canceled.
I
went
back,
the
the
poll
worker
did
go
through
and
cancel
her
voter
history,
I
uncanceled
it
because
the
person
voted
and
the
application
needs
to
be
challenged
before
or
application
needs
to
be
disapproved
before
a
challenge
can
be
presented.
G
D
P
P
K
K
Back,
they
came
back,
got
the
right
balance
out
of
our
workspace
yeah.
Okay,
voter
number
two
voted
Nashville
city
election,
although
they
don't
live
in
the
city
of
Asheville,
so
that
is
what
that
was
tabulated
and
it
wasn't
counted
as
a
as
a
the
machine
gave
the
votes
for
the
Asheville
candidates,
so
we
just
so.
We
need
to
just
simply
enter
a
challenge
so
that
we
can,
but
it
works
out
of
it.
What's
the.
P
K
K
K
G
A
A
So
there's
a
motion
before
the
board
I
believe
to
challenge
this
balance
at
canvas
was
a
Martian
Man.
No,
oh
I
moved
that
we
challenge
the
ballot
that
we
have
been
discussing:
eabl
109,
11
10.,
all
those
in
favor
of
challenging
the
ballot
for
discussion
at
canvas.
Please
say:
hi,
all
those
opposed,
nay.
Thank
you,
pleasure.
B
P
This
motor
came
in
at
one
point
refused
to
State
his
residential
address,
refused
to
give
his
birth
date
and
just
walked
out
of
the
pole
at
one
point
or
out
of
the
early
voting
location.
At
one
point,
he
then
came
back
and
once
again
refuted
to
refused
to
give
any
information
that
would
help
us
update
his
the
address
that
he's
registered
at
all.
He
would
give
was
a
business
card
with
a
P.O
box
number
on
it
and
I
pulled
this
off
the
Toad
on
the
Cox.
P
P
There's
an
incident
report
in
there
from
the
morning
Captain
came
in
the
morning.
Captain
wrote
up
an
incident
report
because
he
was
acting
oddly
and
then
he
came
back
in
the
PM
and
I
guess
convinced
the
captain
to
let
him
vote
at
his
old
address.
P
A
A
E
A
D
A
H
K
E
F
C
C
E
P
A
G
E
One
thing:
not
okay,
and
then
this.
E
E
A
A
Folks,
these
are
the
duplicates
that
that
the
duplicating
team
took
care
of
earlier
in
the
meeting.
All
right
everyone's
had
an
opportunity
to
review
the
ballot
that
is
recommended
for
challenge.
I
move
that
we
challenge
the
ballot
the
staff
has
presented
to
us
all,
those
in
favor
of
the
motion,
please
say:
aye
aye,
all
those
opposed,
nay.
Thank
you.
Five,
zero,
All,
Right.
P
Moving
On
We're
Going
to
group
these
last
six,
two
different
groups
first
group
involves
number
six
from
the
numbered
memo,
which
is
on
page
eight
voter
dies
after
voting
absentee
or
by
mail,
but
before
election
day,
so
first,
three
I'm
gonna
be
passing
around
are
the
top
three
on
the
list.
All
three
of
those
voters
have
appeared
on
either
the
Register
of
Deeds
Death
list
compares
to
our
voter
registration
database
or
from
the
list
provided
by
the
North
Carolina
Department
of
Health
and
Human
Services.
A
A
A
A
G
G
P
A
Everyone
had
a
chance
to
review
the
three
cases
recommended
for
challenge.
I
move
that
we
challenge
the
the
three
bells
are
presented
to
us
by
staff,
because
the
voters
were
deceased
before
election
day.
Well,
all
those
in
favor
of
proceeding
with
the
challenge,
please
say:
aye
aye,
all
those
opposed,
nay.
Thank
you.
All
three
shall.
P
Be
challenged
chemists
and
last
but
not
least,
these
are
voters
that
voted
at
an
early
voting
location
and
then
passed
away.
Unfortunately,
after
going
and.
F
F
F
I
I
F
A
A
Oh,
my
colleagues,
you've
all
had
a
an
opportunity
to
review
those.
Those
last
three
cases
I
moved
that
we
proceed
with
challenges
of
all
three
of
those
ballots
due
to
the
fact
that
the
voters
are
deceased
before
election
day.
All
those
in
favor
of
the
motion,
please
say:
aye
aye,
all
those
opposed,
nay.
Thank
you
motion
carries
5-0.
Thank
you,
sir
Mr
Whitney.
Thank
you
very
much
for.
I
G
A
A
A
B
A
K
K
B
B
I
B
It
does
does
that
and
she
thinks
that
that'll
take
until
six
o'clock
to
be
ready
for
that.
But
since
she's
doing
that
process,
I
don't
think
we
should
go
into
recess.
Except
for
this.
You
know
15
minutes
of
free,
a
break
okay,
but
we'll
be
in
here
and
we
don't.
We
don't
won't,
have
any
actions
to
take
until.
A
A
O
O
L
G
A
I've
never
played
it
myself,
but
my
sister
who
lives
and
Sierra
Madre
and
didn't
win
the
Powerball.
She
and
her
husband
play
all
the
time
and
it's
shorter
than
a
tennis
court
like
it
can
fit
two
pickleball
courts
in
a
tennis
court
or
something
like
that
and
the
ball
you
play
with
is
about
this
big
and
it's
like
a
wiffle
ball,
except
it
doesn't
have
all
the
holes
in
it.
But
it's
it's
hard
like
a
wiffle
ball
and
it'll
bounce
off
the
court
and
and
you
play
with
a
big
paddle.
B
So
Ria
and
Devin
are
nearly
done
with
the
abstract,
for
you
all
to
review
and
we
have
the
tapes
ready
to
post
as
soon
as
that
is
the
official
unofficial
results
are
uploaded
and
posted,
so
we're
we've
got
everything
in
line
to
to
be
on
schedule
for
7
30..
There
is
something
that
I
wanted
to
report
to
the
board
that
we
are
aware.
B
Three
o'clock
today
outside
the
Weaverville
polling
location
that
we've
at
West,
Weaverville
West
Asheville
Library,
a
different
W
polling
location
after
voting
a
voter
had
an
interaction
with
some
campaigners
that
resulted
in
a
9-1-1
call
from
library
staff.
So
it
wasn't
the
election
staff,
but
we
were
aware
that
Library
staff
called
the
voter
left,
the
premise,
and
even
though
this
didn't
happen
in
the
polling
location
or
in
the
50-foot
Zone,
we
are
still.
B
The
chief
we've
asked
the
chief
judge
to
submit
an
incident
report
for
whatever
they,
whatever
they're
aware
of
and
as
we
saw
in
the
numbers
over
500
people
voted
at
that
site.
Without
the
incident
that
we
know
of
so
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
the
board
had
some
awareness
about
that.
Thank
you
and.
B
We
I
I
did
not
hear
that
and
I
think
that
that
would
have
been
something
that
I
would
have
heard.
Well.
I
think
it
was
a
purple.
A

B
They
I
know
that
I've
said
this
before,
but
in
2020
I
was
terrified
of
the
media
part
of
my
job,
and
they
have
done
wonders
to
help
me
be
a
better
communicator
and
they
that
that
department
is
fantastic.
Yeah.
A
A
A
His
first
game
at
RFK
in
Washington,
my
son
and
I,
went
to
the
game
and
my
son
still
has
his
autograph
from
after
that
game.
They
were
handing
out
those
little
magnetic
calendars
that
you
know.
First
game
you
get
the
magnetic
calendar
for
the
whole
season
right,
so
he
autographed
that
thing
we
still.
L
L
L
L
But
I
think
he's
about
to
sell
it
yeah
it
looks
that
way.
It
looks.
My
best
friend
is
a
Cowboys
fan,
oh
I'm,
sorry,
to
hear
that
I
know
in
and
of
itself,
but
the
last
game
at
FedEx
we
were
at
was
Cowboys
against
the
Redskins
and
oh
yeah.
We
were
on
their
side,
they
got
the
tickets,
they
you
know
they
were
kind
of
driving
the
whole
weekend,
but
well.
E
L
L
F
A
D
F
L
L
A
A
A
I
was
part
of
this
group
trying
to
get
baseball
in
Washington
the
powers
that
video
are
okay,
would
let
us
into
the
stadium
and
carry
the
sign
around
and
said
baseball
in
87,
and
then,
when
it
became
apparent,
we
weren't
going
to
get
it
in
87.
We
changed
it
to
say
baseball
in
DC,
but
it
was
great
because
we
could
see
the
games
for
free
all
right.
We
just
had
to
stay
out
of
everybody's
way,
yeah
they're
ready.
A
K
K
B
A
I
N
F
D
D
E
F
D
A
A
D
P
B
A
preview
minutes
for
uploading
because
the
whole
State's
doing
it
at
the
same
time,
but
we
will
it
did
take
eight
minutes.
N
N
B
K
A
I
I
A
I
F
A
D
A
I
Under
votes
for
the
well,
the
judicial
things
that.
F
A
A
E
A
That
is
fantastic.
Okay,
folks,
one
County
election
services
staff
has
a
statistics
up
on
the
state
Internet
site
at
7,
33
PM.
You
guys
rock.
Thank
you
so
much
okay,
because
there
are
candidates
and
campaigns
all
over
this
County
who
are
very
relieved
to
get
the
data,
even
if
they
don't
particularly
like
what
the
data
says.
B
That
that's
a
great
question,
so
what
is-
and
we
can
just
talk
in
general-
about
what's
happening
next
and
I
will
be
talking
to
the
Press
also
also
so.
The
polls
have
closed
if
there
are
any
voters
in
line
at
any
of
the
voting
locations
and
all
of
those
people
that
were
in
line
at
7
30
will
turn
are
allowed
to
to
vote.
There
were
a
few
precincts
that
had
pretty
significant
numbers
towards
the
end
of
the
day,
so
there's
definitely
going
to
be
lines.
B
That's
at
some
locations
at
least
so
they
what
they
will
do
is
the
first
thing
they'll
do
is
shut
down
close.
The
polls,
like
you
saw
Bria
doing
they'll
do
that
at
their
voting
location.
So
the
three,
the
chief
judge
and
the
two
party
judges
come
together.
They
do
that
they
print
those
tapes,
make
sure
that
all
the
numbers
square
and
then
they
will
send
someone
with
the
flash
drive
here.
So
that
takes
a
little
bit
of
time
and
then
they
will
finish
their
closing
operations,
collect
their
ballots
and
head
to
the
warehouse.
B
So
we
should
see
I
mean
I
I'd,
be
surprised
if
we
saw
someone
before
eight
but
after
after
eight
I
do
think
what
we
should
start
seeing.
People
come
in
yeah.
So
it's
pretty
it's
it's
an
exciting
time.
Right
now.
It's.
B
Yes,
and
it
like
I,
said
it
does
take
longer
at
the
warehouse
and
once
once
all
the
priests
thinks
are
in
with
their
flash
drives.
Maria
will
bring
those
results
over
to
the
warehouse,
so
you'll
see
the
election
preliminary
election
day
results
tonight
also
right
because.
A
E
L
B
B
B
B
So
they
don't
I
get
I
understand.
Well,
they
are
there
for
review.
F
B
I
The
boxes
in
the
elevator-
oh
nice,
yeah-
probably
changed.
E
N
N
F
D
E
E
A
We've
received
a
request
to
report
the
the
absentee
and
early
vote
results
orally
I'm
going
to
spare
the
the
requester
the
the
pain
of
listening
to
me
recite
all
these
and
will
instead
encourage
the
person
who's
after
this
information
to
go
right
now
to
the
NC
SBE
website
and
that
North
Carolina
State
Board
of
Elections
website
and
get
the
unofficial
general
election
results
for
Buncombe
County,
because
the.

like
the
14th
District,
and
that
just
seems
like
a
big
enough
margin
that
difficult
for
anybody
to
overcome
that
yeah
a
good
candidates
there.
Absolutely
you
know
it's
going
to
be
a
all
right:
what
region,
14.
yeah!
That's.
F
F
Most
recently,
when
they
had
that
little
thing
to
keep
Virginia
Fox
and
heard
them:
okay,
no,
no!
No!
No!
No,
no,
no
I
mean
when
the
11th
District
everything's
about
time
yeah
and
that's
the
address
that
I
grew
up
with
and
we
got
moon
in
there.
I
was
like
oh
yeah
baby.
You
can
give
me
some
more
college.
Kids,
the
same
14.
yeah.
F
I'm
a
little
surprised,
well,
the
regions,
the
Jasmine
has
run
a
very,
very
strong
campaign.
It's
just
you
know
for
folks
who
live
in
Buncombe.
It
hasn't
been
so
much
campaigns.
F
F
F
F
F
F
Who
brings
them
in
one
of
the
assistants
or
the
chief
judge,
one
of
the
assistants,
because
the
chief
judge
is
the
one
that
is
closing
up
and
that's
the
ones
that
we'll
see
at
50.,
Poppy
and
Greg
went
out
to
the
car
together
from
the
polls.
One
of
these
customers
and
then
that
person
gets
to
go
home.
F
F
F
80
precincts
70
of
them
will
be
fine
seven
years,
but
what
we
will
do
is
be.
We
are
revealing
the
documents
that
reconciles
all
of
ballots
that
were
delivered
versus
the
ballots
that
were
used.
Okay,
everything
needs
to
add
up.
This
is
our
inventory,
control
or
balance.
There's
so
many
things,
there's
so
there's
a
level
of
precision.
That's
required
on
this
and
I
just
really
tense
up.
I,
don't
have
a
problem
with
numbers,
but
the
way
some
of
these
folks
do
their
reports.
It's
like
I
can't
wrap
my
brain
around.
F
F
F
F
We
think
one
candidate,
we
added
them
all
up.
We
were
off
by
11,
but
one
of
the
reports
that
was
out
there
was
a
zero
report.
She
accidentally
put
out
the
zero
report
rather
than
the
actual
report,
so
we
went
back
and
she
looked
at
that
and
I
said
how
many
for
that
candidate
and
it
was
11..
So
the
numbers
for
that
one
candidate,
it
matched.
F
F
F
F
F
Welcome
to
go
out
there,
you
can
easily
get
back
in,
but
when
do
you
want
us
to
go
to
the
warehouse?
Yes?
Definitely
soon
and
we
don't
have
anything
signed
until
Joyce
tells
us
yeah.
When
we
get
over
there
we'll
check
in
make
sure
to
bring
your
badges
and
then
we
can
head
over.
So
are
we
recessing?
Are
you
guys
ready
to
recess.
F
What
we'll,
what
what
I
encourage
my
colleagues
to
do
is
on
your
way
down
to
50.
Just
take
a
look
at
all
the
all
the
fun
activities.
Look
at
those
elated
election
workers
as
they
drop
off
the
flash
drive
really
and
literally
fly
home.
F
F
But
I
thought
that
was
a
good
idea.
Yeah
got
to
be
careful
about
the
invoking
weather
gone
yeah
yeah.
No,
the
weather
gods
have
been
very
kind
to
the
2022
election
in
Buncombe
County
North,
Carolina
I
do
know
that,
like
we
count
my
rainy
days
on
fingers
or
whatever,
yes,
yeah,
we've
had
great
letters
today
was
spectacular.
All
right
are
we
ready
to
reset
yes
and
all
right?
The
board
is
in
recess
at
8,
12
p.m,
and
we
shall
reconvene
at
50
Cox
avenue
shortly
shortly.
Yes,
yes,
welcome.
