a
class
called
low-impact
low-impact,
meaning
one
foot
is
on
the
floor
at
all
times
and
it's
basically
a
walking
class.
But
it's
an
endurance
class
believe
me:
I
have
Nancy
here
and
Jean
here,
they're
in
my
class
they've
been
with
me
10
years,
10
or
15
years,
and
we
do
low-impact
three
four
or
five
times
a
week.
It's
a
great
class.
