Hablemos: pruebas de la COVID, Rastreo de contactos, y Políticas de Reapertura.
B
These
series
are
an
opportunity
for
the
county
of
boone
com
to
hear
from
our
community
of
experts
on
all
things,
cob
and
it's
an
opportunity
for
us
to
hear
from
everyone
who
lives
in
boone
com
county
for
new
information
that
can
help
us
all
and
to
be
informed
and
to
be
able
to
participate
collectively
in
our
local
response
to
cob,
etc.
9.
B
B
B
B
B
B
Great
and
with
this
hi
everyone,
I'm
jessica
silver,
I'm
with
the
county
health
department,
human
services
van
with
the
environmental
health
part
iental,
and
today
I
am
going
to
talk
about
everything
related
to
environmental
health,
the
actions
that
we
can
take
as
part
of
the
response
to
coidh
19,
very
good.
So
why
don't
we
start
with
you
jessica?
If
you
can
tell
us
a
little
more
about
the
general
way?
What
is
public
health
about?
D
Is
to
be
able
to
help
with
regulation
and
opportunities
for
education
in
terms
of
the
environment.
There
are
several
sections
in
terms
of
environmental
health
and
more
than
anything
with
the
water
and
what
it
is
to
give
the
permits
for
the
bags
and
also
the
wells
and
the
quality
of
water.
We
are
still
waiting
waiting
in
this
function
and
what
we
have
noticed
with
lakovic
19
is
that
everyone
is
at
home.
D
They
are
staying
safe,
especially
in
the
first
phase,
and
now
that
we
are
still
at
home
c,
With,
the
kids
and
with
summer
activities
we
have
seen
an
increase
in
the
number
of
skeptical
systems.
So
our
staff
have
been
very
busy
working
to
figure
out
ways
to
fix
septic
systems
both
for
the
people
who
own
them
and
also
for
the
environment,
and
to
maintain
the
systems.
Septic
well,.
D
We
are
making
visits
to
long-term
care
facilities,
that
everything
is
tea
being
safe
using
good
hand,
washing
methods
using
appropriate
sanitizing
solutions
for
surfaces
in
order
to
prevent
the
transmission
of
lakovic,
and
we
are
making
the
environmental
health
of
the
entire
community
and
one
of
the
functions
directly
related
to
cob.
And
during
this
response
has
been
functionally
as
a
contact.
D
At
our
community
isolation
and
quarantine,
housing
site,
this
is
the
most
vital
response
where
the
environmental
health
food
point,
this
isolation
and
quarantine.
Housing
is
available
for
people
who
have
been
identified,
positive
with
lakovic
or
who
have
had
contact
with
a
person
who
has
tested
very
positive
with
food,
and
if,
for
whatever
reason,
you
cannot
isolate
or
make
40
of
your
homes.
That
is
why
it
is
available.
D
We
have
already
served
several
members
of
the
community
and
we
are
very
proud
of
this
work
of
dedication
that
we
are
seeing
the
work
that
everyone
in
the
environmental
health
team
have
done
to
be
able
to
be
that
resource
in
quotes
the
people
they
go
to
in
the
community
who
they
know
how
to
contact.
So
we
can
be
on
course,
and
we
are
taking
the
necessary
steps
to
limit
or
reduce
transmission
within
our
community.
A
D
That's
great,
you
mentioned
that
many
people
have
put
a
lot
of
cardboard,
I
find
their
septic
tanks
because
they
are
massaged
at
home
or
because
they
are
praising
their
clothes
more
or
they
are
doing
more
activity.
What
kind
of
things
are
you
seeing
that
the
community
may
have
done
better,
that
they
can
do
it
better
when
they
are
outside
or
inside
the
house
in
terms
of
environmental
health?
That
is
great.
Thank
you.
D
D
Are
unloading
all
this
in
the
toilet?
We
think
there
are
more
people
who
are
at
home
and
are
stressed
expressing
their
skeptical
tanks
and
if
they
are
not
in
a
septic
system,
we
are
also
encouraging
them
to
be
observant
with
their
water
use,
use
water
conservation
methods
like
For
example,.
Instead
of
am
instead
of
washing
the
car
or
the
car
at
home,.
D
Maybe
it
would
be
good
to
go
out
and
practice
the
three
w's
while
you
go
out,,
but
you
can
go
wash
your
car
in
public
cars
and
thus
not
stress
the
skeptical
system
as
much
other
things
that
people
are
doing
to
protect
their
families
include
the
use
of
very
strong
disinfectants.
So
we
want
them
to
be
aware
of
how
much
they
are
resting
going
into
the
septic
system
and
it's
also
a
drain.
So
the
goal
would
be
to
limit.
D
The
amount
of
sanitizers
or
sanitizing
solutions
that
they're
using
and
control
how
much
they
're
putting
into
the
septic
or
sewer
systems
a
lot
of
times.
We
don't
think
of
our
aesthetic
system
as
having
good
bacteria
well,
in
quotes
that
they
have
good
material,.
But
if
there
is
good
bacteria
that
there
is
help
and
in
the
skeptical
tank
so
that
it
can
function
properly,
then
please
be
aware
that
of
how
many,,
how
many
times
do
you
wash
clothes,
and
we
would
like
to
give
caution
to
the
people
about
this.
D
Thank
you
very
much
for
all
these
tips
and
I
also
think
you
have
shown
us
that
there
are
many
sections
of
environmental
health
and
also
how
our
health
at
home
helps
for
all
efforts
in
finding
cob
and
so
now,
the
next
component.
We
go
to
talk
about
our
next
contributor,
jennifer,
mondor
and
she's.
The
interi
doctor
na
and
also
director
of
health
of
the
county
of
the.
B
B
Specifically
the
people
we
recommend
testing
is
anyone
who
has
symptoms
suggest
they
can
have
cob
at
19
unless
it
has
changed
over
the
course
of
the
pandemic.
We
initially
focused
on
fever,
chills
or
shortness
of
breath
to
breathe,
but
that
list
was
recently
expanded.
These
symptoms
are
still
on
the
list,
but
now
it
includes
feeling
very
tired,
somewhat
fatigued.
B
B
On
other
people,
who
should
also
be
tested
is
to
have
close
contact
with
a
positive
case,
if
you
have
a
close
contact
case
to
be
with
one
of
the
people
doing
contact
tracing,
and
so
in
that
case
we
encourage
them
to
get
tested,
but
if,
in
some
case,
a
person
does
not
let
them
know
in
these
nurses
that
they
have
had
contact
tracing
'we
want
and
they
have
not
been
tested.
We
want
them
to
be
tested.
B
Please
also,
there
are
a
number
of
people
who
do
think
they
have
been
exposed
to
the
new
19
if
they
have
symptoms.
If
even
if
they
don't
have
symptoms,
we
encourage
them
to
get
tested
and
they
are
the
one
s.
People
who
live
or
work
in
or
have
contact
with
high-risk
places,
such
as
a
long-term
care
facility,
homeless,
shelters,
correctional
facilities
and
jails,
or
people
who
work
in
farmworker
camps.
B
Other
people
who
need
to
get
checked
out
test
if
they
think
they
have
been
exposed,
even
if
they
have
some
symptoms,
are
people
who
are
at
high
risk
of
severe
disease,
e.g.
people
over
65
or
people
of
any
age
who
have
underlying
health
conditions,
e.g.
people
in
their
20s
who
have
diabetes
or
high
blood
pressure.
Basically,
anyone
who
has
underlying
problems
with
their
lungs,
their
heart
or
diabetes,
something
that
can
make
their
immune
system
weaker
than
usual.
B
To
the
other,
people
who
should
also
get
tested,
ueba
would
be
those
people
yanes
have
been
related
in
historically
marginalized,
populations
is
treated
at
the
local
level.
At
the
national
level.
There
is
a
disproportionate
impact
on
people
of
color
las
perlas,
black
and
indigenous
communities.
We
have
seen
those
higher
numbers
of
people
who
identify
within
these
communities
have
gotten
sick
with
coidh
19
who
are
in
the
hospital
or
who
have
died.
So
it
is
very
important
that
we
make
these
tests
available
to
everyone
again.
B
Other
people
who
are
at
high
risk
would
include
healthcare
workers
or
people
who
work
in
law
enforcement,
the
fire
department,
military
and
also
essential
workers,
or
those
who
are
on
the
front
lines.
People
who
work
at
the
gas
station
in
the
supermarket
people
who
work
as
babysitters
construction
workers,
people
who
work
in
food
processing
plants
people
than
you.
They
have
essential
jobs
in
places
where
it
is
difficult
for
them
to
keep
that
social
feeling,
and
they.
B
Have
finally
shown
us
what
our
guidelines-
those
people
have
been
part
of
mass
gatherings.
We
have
noticed
that
the
number
of
cases
of
accord
19
is
increasing
whether
people
have
been
together
in
protests,
general
holidays,
church
services,
protests
marches
anywhere.
A
number
of
people
have
been
around
where
they
can't
keep
the
special
6
foot
view
people
where
maybe
they
are
touching
the
camera,
they
don't
have
it
covered
as
they
should,
or
if
people
have
been
in
these
meetings,
we
want
you
to
please
get
tested.
B
We
know
that
it
is
a
very
easy
way
in
which
you
can
pass
coidh
19.
So
we
want
to
tell
you
that
if
you
meet
any
of
these
characteristics
of
these
criteria,
please
contact
your
health
provider.
We
have
many
health
providers
here
from
pediatricians
to
international
doctors,
rnists
or
general
practitioners
who
are
doing
the
9
chord
tests
for
their
patients.
B
Also,
the
state
at
this
time
that
the
list
of
places
that
can
be
added
statewide
where
they
can
get
tested,
and
we
have
our
community
testing
sites
being
sponsored
by
the
monton
carne
health
department,
and
these
are
community
areas
that
offer
free
tests
to
people
who
do
not
have
health
insurance.
They
do
not
have
to
pay
out
of
pocket
for
these
tests.
B
Every
sunday
we
are
going
to
be
at
this
location,
every
tuesday,
at
this
location
and
every
thursday
at
this
location.
Soon
we
are
going
to
be
giving
you
more
information
about
the
schedules
and
the
community
testing
areas.
We
want
people
to
have
more
access
to
these
community
testing
areas
so
that
then
the
tests
can
be
available
to
anyone
who
needs
it.
We
have
also
provided
we
are
going
to
continue
to
provide
interpretation
service
language
services
during
these
testing
community
zones.
I
think
I
'll
stop
there.
If
you
guys
knew
say
let
me
know.
B
I
think
this
is
a
great
way
for
us
to
introduce
ourselves
to
other
things.
Panelists
and
listening
is
exactly
what
it's
like
to
go
to
a
community
test.
People
who
is
the
color
I
wanted
to
introduce
you
to.
If
you
can
please,
they
can't
hear
for
please
introduce
yourself
and
tell
us
how
you
have
been
supporting
your
communities
in
response
to
coidh
19.
D
It
has
helped
me
because
it
is
something
different.
I
have
never
experienced
anything
like
this
and
the
people
who
come.
There
are
some
people
who
are
a
little
afraid
of
the
tests
because
they
put
a
Q-tip
up
your
nose,,
a
lot
of
people
say
it
hurts
and
it's
scary
and
being
able
to
be
there
in
front
and
being
able
to
make
people
a
little
more
relaxed
when
they
go
to
take
the
test.
So
it
has
been
great
for
me.
It
is
like
when
I
go
to
the
doctor's
office.
D
And
maybe
they
will
give
me
bad
news
about
the
test
results.
So
if
there
is
someone
who
can
help
you
calming
down,
the
situation
is
good
and
that's
why
we
bring
this
to
community
testing
sites
and
a
lot
of
people
have
a
lot
of
questions
you
do
it
this
way.
This
way
and
I
think
someone
was
saying
if
they
are
going
to
do
some
blood
tests
and
they.
So
if
you
have
another
question
about
this,
we
send
it
to
the
other
tent,
but
it
is
being
in
a
community
effort
of
the
community
testing
sites.
D
D
I
also
took
the
test
and
told
my
father
on
the
street
that
he
lives
on
the
other
side
of
the
city,
so
I
told
him
to
come
and
get
tested,
so
I
have
always
been
trying
to
get
older
people
to
come,
and
what
about
the
people
who
are
going
out
in
public
without
a
mask
without
a
mask?
Well,
this
is
worrying.
It
is
disturbing
Because.
D
There
are
people
who
have
health
problems,,
then
being
able
to
work
with
Pepa,,
giving
out
face
masks
for
the
children,
and
being
able
to
deal
with
this
time
of
cob
and
19,
being
able
to
reach
out
to
other
families
and
people
who
can't
go
to
the
supermarket
to
be
able
to
bring
food
to
them
or
to
be
able
to
give
them
some
resource,.
It
is
true,.
I
am
very
grateful
to
be
able
to
be
part
of
this
experience,
and
that
is
all,.
A
B
Is
by
having
me
here,
I
really
appreciate
being
on
this
call
I'm
with
the
fire
department,
firefighters.
We
have
been
making
an
effort
to
be
a
stakeholder
and
help
and
serve
in
any
way
that
we
can,
apart
from
being
essential
personnel
and
working
on
this
call
for
coidh
19.
We
have
been
working
in
the
community
testing
zones.
B
I
have
worked
with
the
doctor
so
much
that
it
has
been
a
pleasure
with
all
these
people
to
be
able
to
understand
how
we
can
respond
in
our
department
and
how
we
can
serve
people
as
well,
so
they
are
going
to
follow
the
ashby
fire
department.
Well
from
all
these
places
in
all
community
areas
test.
Well,
we
were
at
auto
mont.
We
have
been
working
with
mayer.
It
has
been
great
to
be
a
part
From
this
initiative.
B
What
I
want
is
to
encourage
people
to
be
part
of
this
connect
if
they
go
to
the
page
of
the
fire
department
of
Africa
in
the
and
company
dot
heretic
firefighters,
to
understand
what
are
the
things
that
you
want
to
have
in
your
places
in
your
families,
and
you
can
believe
creating
an
account
in
conecta.
Is
a
very
secure
account
and
that
lets
us
know
how
many
people
live
in
your
house
as
it
happens,
it
has
two
floors.
Your
house
is
an
attic.
B
You
have
a
beige
in
your
house,
so
this
helps
us
to
have
information
in
case
of
emergency.
If
you
have
symptoms
of
co
and
19.
So
if
you
have
relatives
who
were
sick
or
who
tested
positive,
that
helps
us
to
live
better
in
the
community,
that
is
a
vital
part
of
this
community
participation
and
what
we
hope
is
continue
to
create
community
residence,
create
opportunities
to
share
information
on
one
side
and
the
other
is
not
a
one
time
thing.
B
So
we
can
help
you,
so
you
really
want
to
give
everyone
in
the
community
to
sign
up
for
community
connect
and
let
the
fire
department
know
what
your
needs
are
to
better
protect
and
serve
you
how
we
like
to
do
it.
Apart
from
that,
we
keep
working.
We
want
to
keep
showing
up
in
these
community
testing
zones
not
only
with
to
help
with
lakovic
tests,
but
also
to
help
for
people
who
are
at
high
risk
who
questions
they
may
have.
B
We
are
active
and
we
want
to
participate
in
everything
related
to
our
community
from
the
air
fire
department,
and
we
want
to
continue
cultivating
this
residence,
our
community,
because
this
is
very
much
needed
with
everything
that
it's
happening.
Thanks
for
having
me
here
again
to
talk
about
this,
if
I
can
answer
any
questions
you
have
through
this,
the
department
has
an
answer.
I
'll
be
happy
to.
Let
you
know
thanks,
charlie
thinks,
there's
another
point
we
can
talk
about
before
we
get
shelter
Sharing
a
little
more
about
your
work
is,.
B
B
If
people
always
think
that
firefighters
just
put
out
fires,
but
in
fact
what
we
do
now
are
unmarked
medical
calls
to
911.
Most
of
the
time
we
will
show
up
before
the
ambulances
that
we
have
more
fire
trucks
than
ambulances.
Some
of
us
go
on.
These
calls
to
help
mitigate
the
number
of
calls
that
we
receive
any
type
of
trauma
or
heart
problem.
Without
more
911
calls,
we
will
have
a
fire
truck
arriving
at
your
house
and
also
at
the
stations,
for
example.
B
So
yesterday's
fire
department
is
com
fully
available
to
work
and
educate
in
relation
to
fires
in
the
installation
of
children's
seats
in
cars
to
help
with
the
administration
of
medicines,
whatever
you
want,
as
well
as
if
you
will
continue
to
do
so,
especially
with
the
most
vulnerable
population,
the
people
who
are
not
receiving
so
much
care.
This
type
of
education
is
really
very
beneficial.
B
Rectification
work
so
I
think
we
have
already
spoken
with
injuries
and
one
of
the
coordinators.
There
we
are
working
with
the
community.
We
are
seeing
the
same
courses
to
help
students
to
know
how
to
clean,
usually
during
summer
camps,
more
or
less,
between
the
ages
of
11
and
13,
but
during
this
time
of
virus,
obviously
we
can't
do
it,
but
these
boys
and
girls,
essentially
in
populations
vulnerable
many
of
them-
saw
come
with
your
grandparents.
B
So
what
you're
going
to
have
is
a
situation
where
a
student
can
recognize
signs
of
a
stroke
and
can
call
911
and
save
that
person's
life.
So
we
are
working
all
the
time
to
be
proactive
in
our
educational
efforts
at
camp
firefighters
and
to
reduce
the
risk
of
our
community.
Thank
you
also,
and
our
next
panelist
deserts
coast.
D
D
Communicable
diseases
communicate
to
you,
maybe
it
can
be
sooner
after,
but
someone
will
notify
you
that
you
have
a
positive
result
and
our
work
as
communicable
diseases
in
pankow
control.
We
have
a
disease
team
that
they
call
investigate,
but
not
only
investigate,
but
they
want
to
have
the
data
and,
more
than
anything,
to
know
how
you
are
feeling
what
recommendations
you
need
to
consider
to
follow
and
what
resources
you
can
give
to
people
with
juve
19
who
may
need
help.
So
basically
the
nurse
will
call
you
and
ask
you
some
questions.
D
Give
you
some
recommendations,
asking
how
you
feel
and
then
we
will
ask
who
you
have
had
contact
with
in
the
last
48
hours
before
the
exam.
If
you
have
no
symptoms
or
also
in
48
hours
after
your
symptoms
started.
If
you
have
symptoms,,
we
also
have
many
people
who
do
not
show
any
symptoms
ma
but
who
have
the
disease.
Then
we
would
basically
ask
who
they
have
had
contact
with,
and
this
is
anyone.
D
D
D
And
the
use
depends
if
you
have
the
cob
and
19.
The
word
we
use
is
isolation.
If
you
are
a
contact
for
someone
who
has
the
a
kobe
19,
the
word
we
are
is
quarantine,
but
in
reality
the
recommendation
is
practically
the
same,,
except
that
someone
who
has
the
virus
recommends
that
this
person
stay
in
a
single
room
in
their
house,
that
they
do
not
share
utensils
or
bathrooms
or
food
that
they
do
not
share
anything.
D
But
practically
what
It
means
is
that
you
do
not
allow
these
people
in
the
house
that
you
keep
away
from
people
still
in
your
home,
but
you
stay
in
your
room
and
do
not
let
anyone
in
your
room
do
not
share
the
bathroom
with
anyone
plus.
If
they
only
have
one
bathroom,
you
need
to
make
sure
you
clean,
really
well
and
stay
six
feet
from
other
people
and
if
that's
not
possible,
you
can
also
wear
face,
masks
and
one
thing:
Very
important,.
D
They
will
hear
it
from
all
the
people,
public
health
,,
wash
your
hands
a
lot,,
a
lot,,
so
I
think
I
see
that
the
doctor
at
the
moment
is
smiling
at
you,.
It
is
that
they
are
going
to
see
that
common
sense,,
but
it
is
the
best
recommendation
that
we
can
give
to
people.
Basically,
when
someone
is
isolated
means,
they
are
home
alone
in
a
room
when
people
are
quarantined
still
at
home.
C
D
C
D
D
When
we
do
contact
tracing
with
the
chaste,
we're
basically
collecting
names
of
the
people,
you've
been
in
contact
with,
like
I
said
when
in
fact
hours
before
your
symptoms
or
48
hours
before
you
had
the
positive
results.
Yes,
is
that
you
have
no
symptoms
and
the
venue
is
said
to
be
a
close
contact
is
someone
with
whom
you
have
been
within
6
feet
of
each
other.
or
at
least
15
minutes.
D
Then
someone
who
was
in
that
proximity
is
considered
a
contact
and
that
information
and
resource
and
we
are
going
to
advise
quarantine
for
14
days
after
the
day
you
were
exposed
in
the
with
a
positive
case
makes
sense.
Yes,
yes,
thank
you
now.
It
seems
to
me
that
another
piece
that
we'll
look
at
here
is
questions
of
two
things:
privacy
and
stigma.
How
are
you
and
the
diseases
on
your
team?
Working
with
this?
D
D
And
staying
as
healthy
as
possible
and
preventing
the
spread
of
the
disease,
maybe
We
do
not
think
that
they
are
very
important
because
most
people
get
better,
but
we
are
trying
to
prevent
for
people
who
already
have
more
compromising
medical
conditions
who
are
at
greater
risk
of
having
complications
who
are
of
legal
age.
So,
basically,
by
doing
this
screening
of
contacts,
we
are
preventing
the
spread
of
the
disease,
which
is
our
goal,
and
once
again,
we
are
not
here
to
put
someone
in
trouble.
D
D
As
it
could
look
differently
for
those
who
are
immigrants
or
who
are
in
front-
line
jobs
when
they
are
in
the
cases
of
tracking,
we
treat
everyone.
Equally,
we
look
for
information,
we
don't
need
and
we
want
to
make
sure
s.
Getting
people
healthy
and
staying
healthy
is
our
main
goal
and
I
would
say
that
one
of
the
things
that
people
can
do
is
that
and
what
they
need
to
know
is
that
our
job,
our
our
goal,
is
to
prevent
the
spread
of
disease,
and
we
are
not
going
to
ask
the
questions.
D
We
don't
need
to
know
the
information
we
are
going
to
use
the
resources
available
to
everyone
and
our
main
goal
is
to
stop
the
spread
of
the
disease.
One
of
the
things
I
would
say
is
that
it
is
okay
to
answer
our
calls
that
people
that
contact
tracers
have
a
very
unique
number
that
looks
like
those
numbers.
D
I,
don't
know
about
people
who
are
doing
fraud,
but
I
can't
find
the
number
that
I
have.
You
can
find
my
notes,
but
pretty
much.
The
state
has
hired
a
lot
of
people
that
are
helping
with
the
ration
of
contacts,
and
these
people
are
calling
the
contacts
of
positive
cases
daily,
and
it
was
always
a
call.
It
was
always
a
no
call
from
the
first
one.
They
will
not
get
a
text
message
or
an
email
or
other
type
of
advertising.
D
They
will
call
them
if
I
have
been
identified
as
a
close
contact
of
someone
with
the
disease,
and
they
will
ask
do
I,
have
your
permission
to
call
you
and
ask
them
some
questions
and
they
will
be
calling
every
day
for
14
days.
Some
people
prefer
to
have
the
information
through
emails,
but
that
is
fine,
but
first
of
all
the
main
objective
is
to
stop
the
disease.
I
have
the
number,
so
it
is
like
a
phone
number.
A
dialer
is
not
is
not
a
common
number
in
844.
Is
the
area
62
87.
A
D
23,
as
amparo
said,
the
goal
is
to
identify
close
contacts
who
are
exposed
and
are
perhaps
already
developing.
The
disease
can
probably
spread
it
later,
and
the
first
practice
is
to
identify
who
these
people
are
and
put
them
in
quarantine
and
with
it
not
not
having
to
spread
the
virus.
This
is
how
you
can.
We
can
do
this
to
wear
mouth
face,
covering
to
keep
distance
and
wash
hands,
and
if
we
identify
cases
and
quickly
isolate
them,
so
they
don't
spread
the
disease,
identify
contacts
and
also
keep
them
safe,
healthy
and
block
this.
D
Yes,
thank
you.
Another
thing
is
that
we
call
to
ask
them
for
information
and
personnel,
but
we
make
sure
that
people
be
well
and
that
they
have
the
resources
they
need,
and
we
see
the
pan
county
site
with
the
resources
and
the
department
of
north
carolina
also
has
a
lot
of
information,
the
cdc
and
the
government
that
have
announced
the
360
program
for
resources.
D
D
That
they
are
following
the
guidelines
and
recommendations
that
we
give.
You
are
guidelines
that
have
been
given
to
us
and
that
are
approved
that
they
work.
We
are
not
making
anything
up.
We
want
you
to
notify
your
health
provider.
If
you
have
any
symptoms,
if
you
have
only
one
symptom,
so
they
can
do
the
test
and
to
stay
at
home
to
isolate
and
quarantine.
So
it
will
take
all
of
us
to
be
able
to
pass.
B
B
If
you
throw
them
away,
the
toilet
will
not
feel
the
wet
wipes
or
anything
that
says
they
are
flash
erbol
that
can
be
flushed.
The
toilet
are
used
for
a
set
system
or
for
a
sewer
system,
and
the
only
thing
that
should
be
flushed
in
the
toilet
is
toilet.
Paper
I
want
something
else
that
you
use
when
you
go
to
the
bathroom,
but
nothing
else
should
be
thrown
into
the
toilet.
Thanks
for
this
clarification,
I
am
sure
that
there
will
be
many
homeowners
who
will
not
be
pleased
to
find
that
their
bathrooms
are
so
comfortable.
B
B
Have
there
been
certain
conversations
and
part
of
the
pressure
for
the
hospitals
so
that
they
ask
visitors
that
it
is
scary
to
be
in
a
hospital,
much
more
scary
to
be
alone
in
a
hospital
and
also
to
be
outside
a
hospital?
Knowing
that
you
have
someone
who
wants
to
be
inside
the
hospital
is
an
alarming
situation.
B
You
have
to
find
a
balance
in
how
to
keep
controlled
infection,
how
to
prevent
it,
coi
19
and
how
to
also
take
into
account
stress,
is
created
by
being
in
hospitals
and
being
outside,
but
it
is
not
much
because
I
think
it
is
a
question
directly
for
hospitals.
Thank
you
for
giving
us
perspective
on
this,
the
following
rest
and
safe
for
anyone
who
can
answer
what
security
measures
are
carrying
out
the
transport
public
or
any
of
your
staff
who
want
to
respond.
Think
it's
also
related
to
the
law.
B
B
I
know
we
already
talked
to
them
limit
the
number
of
people
who
get
on
the
buses.
The
number
of
people
who
can
also
get
on
the
back
of
the
buses
to
the
cleaning
and
disinfection
part
has
increased
I.
Think
so
too.
We
have
the
facial
covering
part
that
drivers
are
wearing
from
what
I
have
been
able
to
see
also
having
masks
for
people
who
blow
their
noses
on
public
transport.
I,
don't
know
if
something
has
changed
now
we
have
the
question.
B
B
The
space
we
had
was
nasopharyngeal.
It
was
basically
that
they
were
reaching
the
brain.
It
was
a
little
bit
of
cotton
that
went
through
the
nose
and
went
deep
possible.
Normally,
it
was
for
respiratory
diseases.
That
is
always
the
best
way
to
get
a
good
test
of
a
respiratory
infection
that
is
like
the
most
common
test,
and
so
recently
we
have
a
nasal
test.
It
is
simply
with
a
cotton
swab
cited
a
little
tiny.
You
take
the
test
of
the
nostrils.
B
B
Health
of
the
usa,
they
are
given
and
they
provide
good
tests,
the
matter
with
the
phrases
that
have
to
be
collected
correctly.
The
person
who
is
collecting
the
test
must
follow.
The
instructions
must
store
the
specimen
correctly
and
must
do
the
test,
where
the
correct
way
all
these
steps
on
paper
that
I
know
what
recently
have
been
doing.
The
nasal
test,
depending
on
which
instrument
for
testing
place
to
get,
is
not
that
one
one
way
to
do.
The
test
is
better
than
the
other.
B
B
B
Really
been
happening
very
fast.
Last
week
we
had
like
150
people
get
tested,
230
200,
some
people,
yes,
without
paying
through
all
these
lines
of
people,
I
would
say
the
person
who
waited.
Maybe
the
longest
was
like
10
minutes.
It
moved
very
quickly.
It
was
a
very
efficient
system
and
we
have
been
doing
it
for
weeks
of
weeks
and
weeks
and
right
now.
B
B
Pain
was
saying
that
the
tests
are
in
the
nostrils,
and
that
is
what
I
have
been
using
in
the
community
testing
areas.
All
the
people
who
have
been
worried
about
the
test.
They
have
been
surprised
that
it
is
not
as
uncomfortable
as
they
thought
and
the
people
who
administer
the
tests
are
doing
it
every
week
and
they
have
been
wonderful.
A
B
Me
so
we
have
one
final
question
and
again
each
one
is
for
you,
this
question:
it's
based
on
what
we're
seeing
in
the
data,
what
we're
seeing
then
who's
getting
sick
and
anything
else
that
can
be
told
to
us
in
relation
to
community
level,
spread
to
any
population
other
than
those
people
who
are
in
the
long-
term
care
facilities
in
relation
to.
We
have
data
at
the
national
state
and
local
level
and
the
age
group
early
on.
We.
B
B
I
know
I've
talked
about
this
before
that,
with
an
issue
of
racism
in
the
science
of
inequalities
and
inequalities
at
the
level
of
health.
At
the
social
level-
and
we
know
that
we
have
equalities
in
relation
to
all
of
them,
we
summarize
states
related
to
the
health
in
the
case
of
coi.
19,
obviously,
is
not
the
exception.
This
shows
all
the
deficiencies
that
our
society
has
and
in
relation
to
basically
everything,
and
so
the
question
was
something
else.
B
I
think
yes,
yes,
yes!
Yes,
you
mentioned
where
we
are
seeing
them
in
community
spread.
Yes
before
we
were
thinking
that
there
were
cases
related
to
people
who
can
mutate
in
a
crossover
but
a
person
who
was
camping
in
an
area
of
the
world
of
the
country
where
there
were
a
large
number
of
cases,
but
we
began
to
see
cases
that
simply
appeared
in
people
leaving
our
community
and
our
could
know
specifically
what
was
the
encounter
that
caused
them
to
be
tried.
B
B
Lakovic
had
is
here,
nothing
changes
in
relation
to
this
disease,
but
access
to
personal
protection
to
testing
materials
has
changed,
but
the
kitchen
is
gone.
The
virus
is
not
gone,
so
it
is
important
that
people
think
and
know
that,
just
because
you
can
leave
your
house
and
go
places,
you
don't
want
to
to
say
that
in
these
places
you
are
going
to
be
safe,.
That
is
why
it
is
important
to
wash
your
hands
save
social.
B
D
It
is
already
after
2
and
just
to
make
sure
that,
as
a
closing
comment
to
give
the
last
word
and
address
the
value
of
testing,
so
there
are
questions
as
to
why
and
how
is
it
that
humanitarian
testing
sites
help
control
all
of
this?
Yes,
yes,
of
course,
now
that
we
know
that
people
cannot
have
symptoms,
they
are
very
mild
and
not
even
they
can
recognize
and
that
they
are
spreading
the
infection.
D
That's
where
getting
tested
is
very
important
when
people
have
symptoms
and
we
said
to
do
that
new
one
go
anywhere,
but
if
you
don't
have
n
symptoms
and
they
don't
know
if
they
have
it
and
they're
going
outside
and
having
activities
and
that's
where
one
can
be
spreading
the
disease,
and
now
we
have
the
testing
capabilities.
That's
why
the
test
has
changed.
If
they
have
these
criteria,
please
come
get
tested
the
more
we
know
who
has
the
virus.
D
We
can
make
sure
they
stay
away
from
people
and
be
able
to
identify
their
close
contacts
and
thus
stop
the
spread.
Thank
you
very
much
protect
the
last
words.
Yes,
I
would
say
we
all
have
to
make
the
choice.
It
is
to
help
public
health
to
be
able
to
fight
this
disease
and
stop
the
spread.
It
will
help
our
families,
our
communities
to
be
safer
and
safer.
A
D
D
But
to
be
able
to
help
in
any
way
way
of
community
sites,
we
support
that.
Please
do
our.
We
are
usually
in
alaves
hands,
keep
your
distance
and
put
on
your
face,
mask
and
good
to
end
classic.
Without
my
part,
since
I
put
on
my
face
mask
to
protect
you
and
you
use
your
face
mask
or
your
mask
face
your
mask
to
be
able
to
help
me,
then
we
can
all
help
to
stop
the
spread
of
the
competition
9.
D
Of
course,
if
we
like
a
thumbs
up-
and
thank
you
for
reminding
us
that
this
is
a
community
and
collective
effort,
then
we
have
to
stay
as
a
hong
kong.
We
can
do
it
for
those
who
have
been
participating
in
this
conversation.
We
thank
you
and
remind
you
that
if
the
three
w's
follow-
and
also
this
conversation
has
had
in
is
a
simultaneous
interpretation
in
English
and
in
Spanish-
and
this
is
all
will
be
available
on
the
facebook
pages
of
bsh
hs
and
any
resources
about
the
cob
or
any
county
resources.
