meeting
in

session
at
the
beginning
of
this
regularly
scheduled
meeting
to
discuss
four
art
items
in
closed
session.
The
first
item
is
a
matter
of
existing
litigation.
Pursuant

the
matter
is

versus
City
of
Burbank.
It
is
an
employment
complaint
case.
The
second
item
is
a
matter
of
significant
exposure
to
litigation
under

with
the
city
as
the
potential
defendant.
