Magic Council-- STOP THE HATE
B
Hey
welcome
to
january's
town
hall,
I
hope
everybody's
doing
well,
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
the
snowstorm
we're
expected
to
get
tonight
and
happy
100th
day
of
school.
I
would
like
to
congratulate
all
the
students
of
the
week.
It
was
an
amazing
january.
We
had
lots
of
snow
lots
of
fun
on
the
playground.
I
saw
good
things
happening
in
the
classrooms
and
I
want
to
thank
everybody
for
all
their
hard
work
and
I
look
forward
to
a
wonderful
february
and
our
work
with
bomani.
C
D
Welcome
to
friday
town
meeting
and
congratulations
to
our
students
of
the
week
for
the
month
of
january.
If
you
were
a
student
of
the
week
in
january,
please
stand
up
so
we
can
honor
you,
let's
give
them
all
some
snaps
fantastic
work,
keep
rockin
and
roarin.
Through
your
day
we
have
a
jam-packed
town
meeting.
So
let's
get
started
and
first
up,
we
have
our
sticky
note
to
self
project
brought
to
us
by
the
fifth
graders.
So
let's
take
a
peek
at
some
of
their
messages.

Wow,
thank
you
to
all
of
you
who
participated
in
bringing
that
video
to
life
and
for
bringing
the
connection
of
dance
and
math
together
during
your
arts
integration
unit
with
our
teaching
artist,
miss
kelly
and
our
very
own.
Mr
my
regard
way
to
go.
It
was
such
a
joy
to
see
you
all
dancing
and
smiling
and
having
fun
together
in
the
music
room
with
miss
kelly.
So
thank
you
to
all
of
you.
D
Next
up,
we
are
going
to
take
some
time
to
honor
dr
martin
luther
king.
Jr
day
last
year
we
raised
the
black
lives
matter
flag.
This
year
our
flag
was
looking
a
little
tattered
and
worn
as
it
flapped
in
the
breeze
and
the
fifth
graders
thought
it
would
be
a
nice
way
to
honor
martin
luther
king
jr
day
and
his
life
and
work
by
raising
a
new
black
lives
matter
flag.
So
next
up
we
have
the
raising
of
the
flag
by
our
fifth
graders,
as
well
as
their
peaceful
protest
poem
in
the
gym.
C

D

A
D
Thank
you
second
graders.
Let's
give
them
some
snaps,
you
did
a
fantastic
job,
bringing
your
words
to
life
and
really
thinking
about
what
you
are
passionate
about
and
what
you
are
going
to
carry
on
as
activists
in
your
daily
life.
So,
thanks
to
all
of
you,
next
up,
we
have
a
group
of
fourth
graders
who
took
our
compilation
of
dr
martin
luther
king
jr's
quotes
and
we
created
one
stanza
to
share
with
you
today.
So
let's
take
a
look
at
love.
F
G
Love
darkness
cannot
drive
our
darkness.
Only
light
can
do
that
light.
Hate
cannot
drive
out
hate.
Only
love
can
do
that.
Love,
love,
love,
love
is
the
only
force
capable
of
transforming
an
enemy
into
a
friend.
I
decided
to
stick
with
love.
Love
hate
is
too
great.
Of
learning.
To
bear.
Nonviolence
is
absolute
commitment
to
the
way
of
love.
It
is.
H
D
Wow,
let's
give
them
some
snaps
great
job,
using
your
gestures,
clear
voices
and
sharing
this
message
of
love
and
light
with
all
of
us.
Thank
you
and
finally,
without
further
ado,
it's
been
a
long
time
waiting,
but
we
would
like
to
introduce
you
to
our
magic
council,
and
today
we
are
just
going
to
be
introduced
to
a
couple
of
our
members,
and
then
we
will
be
hearing
from
more
of
them
as
we
move
forward
in
the
days
to
come.
So
without
further
ado.
Here
is
our
magic
council.
I
The
burlington
school
district
has
invited
us
to
participate
in
us,
creating
a
stop
the
hate
campaign
here
at
iaa,
hey
liam.
What
is
the
start
of
the
hay
campaign?
Good
question?
The
goal
of
the
stop
the
hate
campaign
is
to
send
the
message
that
he
has
no
home
in
the
burlington
school
district
and
to
teach
others
the
harmful
impact
of
hate.
We
invite.
J

I
J
D
Wow,
thank
you
to
our
magic
council.
I
am
really
looking
forward
to
the
work
that
we
are
going
to
be
working
on
over
the
next
few
months
together,
and
that
is
our
challenge.
Is
the
stop
the
hate
campaign?
D
So
thanks
to
everybody
for
contributing
to
this
town
meeting,
thank
you
all
for
being
incredible
activists
using
your
words
with
these
powerful
and
inspirational
messages.
Let's
carry
on
with
these
thoughts
and
words
in
our
hearts
and
move
forward
as
activists
here
at
iaa.
So
thanks
to
all
of
you,
thanks
for
coming
to
friday,
town
meeting
and
we'll
see
you
next
time.
