Songwriting with Jon Gailmor
A
A
It
has
been
such
a
joy
to
hear
all
of
your
voices,
mr
john's
voice
and
his
guitar
ringing
through
the
hallways,
as
you
have
reflected
on
and
celebrated
this
year,
how
you
have
persevered
and
made
the
best
of
everything.
So
let's
take
a
peek
and
listen
in
to
all
the
amazing
music
that
you
have
created
this
past
couple
of
weeks.
B
Hi
this
is
john
galemore
and
welcome.
The
integrated
arts
academy
is
the
place
I
come
to
for
hope.
So
I'd
like
to
thank
iaa
for
giving
me
hope,
the
greatest
gift
that
can
be
bestowed
on
anybody
and
it's
because
of
the
people
here
because
of
the
incredible
children
and
the
phenomenal
teachers
and
great
staff.
B
Everybody
here
is,
is
just
remarkable
and
I
love
being
with
them,
and
the
kids
songs
reflect
all
that,
because
you're
gonna
hear
and
see
these
incredible
kids
sing
their
songs
that
they
have
written
while
I'm
here
it's
been
an
honor
to
be
a
part
of
it.
I
want
to
thank
a
couple
of
people,
my
dear
friend,
emily
titterton,
for
orchestrating
my
residency
for
planning
doing
a
lot
of
arduous,
really
hard
work
behind
the
scenes
to
make
this
happen.
Tomah
kurt
toma
or
mr
kurt.
Whatever
you
call
him,
he
is
amazing
and
makes
this
place
go.
B
Does
so
much
hard
work.
She
he's
the
one
you
see
when
you
come
in
the
door
and
he's
a
great
host
so
kurt.
Thank
you
for
all.
You
do
to
make
this
place
happen.
You
are
an
inspiration,
so
here
we
go
and
thank
you,
mr
robinson,
I'm
so
glad
he's
here.
It
all
starts
from
the
top
and
thank
you
iaa
once
again
for
being
my
source
of
hope.
I
love
you
all.

A
Yes,
it
is
so
good
to
hear
your
singing
voices
throughout
the
building.
It
brought
so
much
joy
to
not
only
my
heart
but
to
so
many
of
us,
as
we
heard
you
reflect
on
your
year
and
celebrate
this
year
that
we
have
all
persevered
through.
I
cannot
believe
that
this
is
our
35th
virtual
town
meeting.
In
the
beginning
of
the
year.
A
We
had
no
idea
what
the
year
was
going
to
look
like,
let
alone
how
to
hold
on
to
some
of
these
important
iaea
traditions
and
one
of
them
that
we
really
wanted
to
carry
on
was
friday
town
meeting.
We
wanted
to
bring
our
community
together
to
celebrate
the
arts
and
to
celebrate
the
learning
that
happens
every
day
in
your
classrooms.
A
I
am
so
honored
that
we
have
been
able
to
do
this.
I
never
thought
that
we
would
be
able
to
do
this.
This
has
pushed
me
and
stretched
me
in
so
many
ways,
and
I
think
I
speak
for
both
miss
emily
and
myself
that
it
has
been
one
of
the
hardest
things,
but
it
also
has
been
very
rewarding
to
see
all
of
you
enjoying
and
sharing
in
the
celebration
and
the
joys
of
these
virtual
town
meetings.
A
So
thanks
to
miss
emily
and
thanks
to
all
of
you-
and
I
cannot
believe
that
this
is
our
last
town
meeting.
But
let's
end
with
some
gratitude.
Let's
end
with
a
little
bit
of
good
morning,
good
night,
good
night
curl
up
with
gratitude
for
the
ground
beneath
you,
your
beating
heart
proceed
from
there
as
you
move
forward
in
the
days
to
come,
think
about
two
feet
on
the
ground.
One
breath
gratitude.
