It
was
a
sense
of
excitement
because
they
played
their
instrument
for
two
years
and
they're,
seeing
kids
who
have
gone
through
the
system
and
played
for
you
know,
six
seven
years
on
their
instruments
and
I
think
they
saw
kind
of
where
they're
heading
as
fifth
graders,
and
it
gave
them
kind
of
an
end
goal
of
what
they
can
shoot
for.
The
kids
played
really
well
with
the
high
school
and
I
think
our
kids
looked
up
to
that.
Well,.

Instrumental
music
programs
here
in
Byram
Hills
provide
really
excellent
opportunities,
not
only
for
our
younger
students
to
go
up
to
the
high
school
and
experience
that
high
level
of
musicianship
and
performance,
but
also
for
our
high
school
students
to
kind
of
look
downwards
and
get
a
little
bit
of
experience.
Mentoring.
Those
who
are
are
still
in
our
programs
growing.

G
Come
together
a
lot
of
times,
transition
to
a
new
school
is
just
a
lot
of
Uncertain.
Like
you,
don't
know
what
it's
going
to
be
like.
So
even
if
it's
not
you
know
like
a
social
studies,
class
or
math
class,
just
giving
them
an
idea
of
like
how
a
high
school
class
runs
and
what
the
high
school
experience
was
like
I
think
was
very
beneficial.
It's.
A
Really
important
to
connect
with
those
students
and
give
them
a
chance
to
see
what
it's
like
at
the
heist
school,
but
also
kind
of
see
where
the
high
schoolers
started
and
give
them
some
reverse
inspiration
as
they
get
to
experience.
Oh
yeah,
that's
what
it's
like
to
be
in
fifth
grade
again
and
that's
what
I,
maybe
used
to
sound
like
or
I,
maybe
had
that
this
thought
process,
but
look
at
all
the
things
I've
learned,
and
so
it
really
is
a
great
experience
and
learning
process
for
every
student
involved
at
the
high
school.
