A
Good
morning,
everybody-
and
thank
you
so
much
for
being
here.
Thank
you
to
the
Board
of
Education
members
who
are
here.
I
really
want
to
give
a
shout
out
to
the
PTSA.
A
The
PTSA
board
reps
meet
with
me
the
week
before,
so
that
we
can
go
over
an
agenda
and
we
try
to
make
it
so
that
the
agenda
is
worthwhile
for
all
of
you.
So
if
you
don't
get
anything
out
of
today,
blame
them,
but.
B
A
Do
want
to
thank
them
for
meeting
with
me
and
really
being
the
eyes
and
ears
of
the
parent
community
and
I
do
appreciate
all
of
their
input.
I
also
want
to
thank
the
bhef
for
all
that
they
do
and
just
as
a
quick
plug,
we
do
have
there
October
8th
movie
on
the
on
the
turf
and
this
year,
I
believe
it's
The
Incredibles.
So
there's
there's
a
flyer
for
that
during
the
during
the
presentation.
A
A
We
always
have
that
in
the
back
of
our
mind
and
I
know
that
her
work
is
centered
around
that
and
that
filters
down
through
every
school
into
every
classroom
and
when
we're
handing
out
the
diplomas
when
they
graduate
in
the
back
of
my
mind,
I'm
asking:
are
they
productive,
responsible,
Citizen
and
leader,
and
if
I
can
say
yes,
then
they
get
the
diploma?
If
not,
then
they
got
to
go
to
the
back
of
the
line,
but
we
that
mission
is
so
important
to
us,
because
it
really
is.
A
Like
my
colleague,
Dr
Colton
Ecker
says
it's
our
North
Star.
It's
really
what
aligns
all
of
our
work
and
a
lot
of
the
work
that
I
do
in
my
job
is
really
centered
on
that
first
piece,
so
that
environment
in
mutual
respect.
Are
we
doing
everything
we
can
to
create
that
here
and
what
does
that?
Really
mean
and
then
at
the
on
the
other
side
of
it,
making
sure
that
we're
creating
the
means,
the
knowledge
and
the
opportunity
to
get
those
kids
to
be
productive
and
responsible
citizens
and
leaders.
A
So
our
Board
of
Education
a
little
over
I
think
it
was
about
two
years
ago.
They
added
that
leaders,
leadership
component
and
for
us
last
year
at
the
high
school.
It
was
really
exciting
because
we
were
able
to
start
to
look
at
our
courses,
our
curriculum,
our
activities
and
just
look
at
ways
in
which
we
are
helping
to
support
that
leadership
growth.
So
this
year
we're
going
to
continue
with
that
work
and
we're
very
excited
the
school
year
has
gotten
off
to
a
great
start.
A
We
are
already
through
one
cycle
of
the
of
the
schedule,
and
so
now
students
should
be
coming
home
rolling
their
eyes
at
you
if
they,
if
you
ask
them
what
they
had
that
day
so
for
these
principles,
coffees,
like
I,
said
I
do
want
to
make
them
worthwhile,
but
just
some
ground
rule
rules.
I
won't
speak
about
any
individual
students
here
unless
it's
to
really
praise
them.
But
if
it's
really
something
that
is
something
that
is
an
issue
to
you,
don't
call
me
up.
A
I
do
want
to
make
sure
that
we
keep
that
environment
in
mutual
respect
that
ideal
here,
while
we
are
going
through
our
principles
coffees
throughout
the
year,
all
right,
so
our
agenda
today
and
I'm
really
happy
that
we
do
have
our
new
staff
here,
and
some
of
them
are
here
that
I
can
introduce
we're
going
to
have
Dr
Lake
Dr
Laden
where's
Dr
David
Dr
Levin,
who,
in
the
spring
I
got
her
doctorate
and
she's
going
to
speak
to
us
about
the
Seal
of
Civic,
Readiness,
Dr
cavada.
Where
are
you?
A
And
then
we're
going
to
talk
about
the
positive
coaching
Alliance,
which
is
a
great
partnership
that
we
have
set
with
our
athletic
department
and
we're
going
to
use
that
to
bring
in
the
idea
of
social
media,
use,
responsible
citizenship,
responsible
social
media
use
and
anti-bullying
to
all
of
our
students
and
we're
going
to
have
an
assembly
on
that
later
this
week,
we'll
talk
about
spirit
week,
which
is
that
first
week
of
October
very
exciting
Gabby
is
here
and
we'll
talk
about
some
parent
volunteer
opportunities.
A
We're
going
to
do
just
the
nuts
and
bolts
about
am
drop
off,
pickup
office
hours,
lunch
and
back
to
school
night
update
and
then
I'll
give
a
brief
little
update
on
our
new
food
service
provider,
which
is
Chartwell
and
then
important,
dates,
upcoming
events
and
then
I'll
take
questions
as
they
come
and
again.
I
would
just
ask
that,
as
we
go
through
a
topic
just
hold
your
questions,
we'll
try
to
answer
them.
If
they're
not
answered,
then
you
can
raise
your
hand
and
share
it
with
everyone
all
right,
okay,
so
Dr!
A
Well,
can
I
get
you
back
to
work.
Do
you
want
to
say
yeah?
Yes,
but
I
just
wanted
to
say:
Chris
Walsh
hands
down
has
the
most.
C
C
C
I
love
the
way
he
runs.
This
school
I
love
the
way
people
working
in
the
school
and
I'm
glad
that
you're
partnering
with
us
with
us,
and
does
that
mean
so
much
to
us?
I
have
superintendent
Joy
this
morning.
How
do
we
help
support
all
the
systems
that
are
here?
You
know
it
is
the
academics.
It
is
the
kids
in
the
buildings,
but
the
best
thing.
D
C
Here,
okay,
so
this
morning
he
said
power's
still
out
we're
not
repairing
they're,
not
repairing
the
line
until
tonight,
but
that's
okay,
we're
on
generator
and
I
thought
to
myself.
I.
Remember.
E
C
That
takes
away
time
from
your
kids
and
even
those
like
systems
that
you
never
see
and
how
well
they're,
supporting
kids
right
now
and
I'm
just
grateful
to
be
in
this
community,
where
we
have
that
kind
of
support,
so
that
anything
we
can
provide
for
your
kids
to
make
their
days
function.
The
way
they
need
to
function
so
that
they
can
come
to
this
High
School
level
and
be
prepared
to
go
out
to
the
world
is
so
that
was
like
my
little
superintendent
win
this
morning.
C
But
you
know
all
joking
aside:
I
spend
a
lot
of
time
here.
I
was
here.
D
C
English
class
yesterday
I
sat
at
a
table
with
three
boys
and
I
said.
So.
What
are
you
working
on?
They
were
like
we
read
these
two
cool
stories
and
I
was
like
where's
this
coming
from
right
and,
and
they
were
perspective
stories,
and
they
were
explaining
them
to
me
and
the
fact
that
you
have
children
that
engage
that
deeply
at
a
freshman
level
with
stories
they're
reading
in
their
class
and
sharing
that
with
the
superintendent
you
brought
us
a
beautiful
children.
B
A
All
right
so
I
did
want
to
get
somebody
else
back
to
work,
because
without
our
assistant
principles,
the
the
smooth
running
of
the
school
would
would
not
be
not
be
possible.
So
if
I'm
not
here,
nobody
really
even
realizes
it,
but
if
they're
not
there,
the
wheels
start
to
slow
down,
so
I
did
want
to
introduce
Jen
spirally,
who
was
our
new
assistant
principal
Jen.
E
A
So
Jen
and
Lauren
Lauren
is
back
and
she's
got
an
eight
eight
week
old,
baby
boy
at
home,
so
that
was
one
of
the
quickest
turnarounds
ever
so
she
was
out
in
the
summer
but
was
still
multitasking,
as
you
would
expect.
She
had
a
little
baby
boy,
but
she's
here
and
the
way
that
we
divvy
it
up.
It's
important
that
are
any
of
our
kids
can
go
to
any
one
of
our
APS,
but
just
to
streamline
it.
Lauren
works
with
grades,
9
and
11..
A
A
Right
all
right
so
again,
just
to
give
everybody
a
heads
up
of
our
new
staff
that
we
have
here
there's
a
few
of
them
joining
us
this
morning
and
I'll
just
introduce
them
first.
So
Julie
Berman
is.
D
A
G
F
Here
I've
met
a
bunch
of
kids
so
far,
I'm
looking
forward
to
a
Partnerships
with
you,
our
families
and
just
supporting
with
the
kids
throughout.
E
A
H
B
B
H
B
H
Also
help
to
assist
with
planning
and
programming
for
students
with
504s
and
CSE,
what's
called
in
their
committees
and
I'm
here
as
a
resource
if
anyone
needs
anything
I'm
working.
Currently,
this
9th
and
11th
grade
and
Dr
fomo
will
be
working
with
Tim
12th
grade,
but
we're
here
to
support
all
families.
So
please
use
this
as
a
resource
and
give
it
a
great
job.
A
A
Going
to
be
right,
aligned
right
with
the
AP,
so
that'll
be
good,
because
they'll
be
able
to
have
that
really
dedicated
Focus
to
those
those
students.
So
Colleen
did
her
practicum
with
us
and
it
was
during
the
hybrid
year.
So
I
don't
think
I've
seen
her
in
person
all
that
often,
but
through
that
whole
year
you
were
talking
head
on
the
computer.
So.
A
A
All
right,
so
we
have
Mark
beija,
who
is
with
us
as
well,
and
he
is
our
new
director
of
Fine
Arts.
So
Mark
do
you
want
to
say
hello,
hi,
everyone
I'm.
I
Mark
paper
I
oversee
the
music
and
arts
application,
all
four
buildings
I'm
coming
from
Long
Island.
My
background
is
primarily
in
theater
and
of
course,
so
I
Advanced.
I
I
have
really
had
the
pleasure
of
being
an
almost
all
missing
art
classes
in
all
four
buildings
in
my
first
couple
weeks
and
seeing
the
joy
in
all
of
those
classes
on
the
dedication
and
hard
work.
The
high
school
plays
up
and
running
here
and
tonight
for
those
fifth
graders
I'll
be
able
to
want
this
parent
meeting
for
Finding
Nemo,
which
we're
really
excited
about.
So,
if
you
have
students.
A
So
we
also
have
Kevin
guadati,
who
is
our
director
of
Technology?
He
was
with
us
as
a
teacher
and
then
went
to
another
District
as
an
assistant
principal.
He
worked
his
way
up
to
director
of
curriculum,
and
then
he
went
to
another
district
and
we
were
lucky
to
get
him
back
here
as
our
technology
director.
So
he
is
back
with
us
as
well
Scott
Saunders.
Many
of
you
know
him
as
coach
cylinders
or
one
of
our
phys
Ed
teachers.
He
was
recently
made
an
administrator.
A
The
assistant
athletic
director
I've,
been
going
into
the
mentor
classes
every
morning
to
sort
of
give
them
a
little
bit
of
a
history
of
Byron,
Mills,
High
School,
and
it's
it's
funny
because
we
had
the
class
of
1968
back
a
few
years
ago
and
that
first
year
that
the
school
was
opened,
it
was
in
1966.
There
were
no
seniors
that
first
year
it
was
only
9
10th
and
11th
graders
and
they
gave
this
students
well
the
ability
to
choose
our
colors,
our
mascot,
the
theme
for
our
yearbook,
and
it
was
1966.
A
So
there
was
a
lot
going
on
in
the
country
at
the
time,
and
I
was
just
thinking
when
we
were
standing
for
the
pledge.
Our
school
colors
are
the
the
colors
of
the
flag.
They
chose
it
because
there
was
this
huge
patriotic,
you
know
swelling
in
the
community
at
the
time
and
they
chose
the
Bobcat
because
they
wanted
to
start
with
a
b
and
the
other
things
that
were
were
in
the
running
were
the
Broncos,
the
Bears
and
the
Bisons.
A
So
it's
just
so
interesting
to
think
about
the
the
things
that
we
are
and
how
we
how
we
came
to
be,
who
we
are
and
tracing
it
all
back
and
I'd
like
to
have
the
classes.
The
ninth
graders
think
about
how
they
had
that
connection,
all
the
way
back
to
when
our
school
opened
and
giving
them
the
idea
that
they
have
an
ability
to
create
our
overall
identity
as
a
school.
A
And
it's
really
important
for
kids
to
feel
like
they
do
have
that
input
and
they
have
the
ability
to
change
Us
in
ways
that
really
connect
us
and
make
us
stronger
going
all
the
way
back.
So
sorry,
for
that
rant
looking
at
the
flag
reminded
me
of
that,
and
so
I
had
to
share
that
with
you.
So
we
do
have
a
number
of
new
teachers
in
World
Language.
We
have
Jenna
iizetti
teaching
Italian
Doug
Coates
is
our
new
choir
teacher,
Ashley,
Groff
and
Wes
Cutler
are
in
special
education.
A
Raya
e
munzer
is
our
lead
for
Miss
salvato
and
then
Scott
Harrison
is
for
mathematics.
So
all
you
know
great
hires.
We're
really
thankful
for
the
that
the
district
supported
us
in
the
hiring
process
and
I.
A
B
A
Those
teachers
to
see
them
during
back
to
school
nights,
all
right,
so
I'm,
going
to
welcome
my
colleague,
Dr
Laden,
up
to
speak
about
the
New
York
state
seal
of
Senate,
Readiness
I
know
in
the
spring
we
introduced
it,
but
now
it's
actually
up
and
running,
and
so
we
do
have
a
video.
That's
posted
I'm
gonna!
Send
this
slide.
So
you
can
watch
that
at
your
leisure
and
I
just
wanted
Dr
Lane
to
come
in
and
just
speak
to
us
about
where
we
are
and
how
it's
going
great.
F
So,
thanks
for
being
here,
everybody,
so
the
New
York
seal
of
Civic
Readiness
is
a
special
distinction
that
students
can
earn
on
their
diploma
to
recognize
their
content.
Expertise
as
well
as
actions
and
mindsets,
they've
developed
as
a
civically,
ready
person,
and
so
our
current
seniors
will
be
the
first
Byram
Health
students
who
are
eligible
to
earn
the
seal
and
the
way
you
earn.
It
is
acquiring
a
certain
amount
of
points.
F
You
need
six
points
all
together,
I
have
a
hand
at
which
I
could
give
anybody
who
wants
all
the
details,
but
at
least
two
of
the
points
or
more
content
focused,
and
those
could
be
on
courses
that
you
that
you
took
Regents
exams
that
you
passed
AP
courses
that
you
took
and
then
on
the
right
hand,
side
of
the
column
is
more
like
actions
that
you
took.
It
could
be
community
service,
work
based
experience
or
longer
term
projects
that
had
a
Civic
focus
and
what
we
thought
in
implementing
it
is.
F
So
we
know
that
a
lot
of
students,
particularly
at
Byram
Hills,
apply
early
to
college,
so
students
who
had
acquired
the
six
points
have
a
deadline
of
September
29th
that
they
can
apply
by
completing
a
Google
form,
and
you
know
adding
some
evidence
or
Reflections
that
they
need
to,
and
then
that
would
then
appear
assuming
that
you
know
we
double
check
and
we
have
all
their
points
that
would
appear
on
their
transcript
as
a
special
designation
having
earned
the
seal
Readiness.
But
then
we
said
well,
there's
other
kids
who
aren't
going
to
be
ready.
F
Yet
we
want
them
to
earn
it
too.
So
there'll
be
a
second
deadline,
December
1st,
and
that
would
really
fit
nicely
for
kids,
who
were
applying
regular
admission,
and
so
maybe
by
December
1st
they've
earned
all
their
points
or
they've
been
able
to
put
it
all
together,
and
then
we
would
reevaluate
for
those
kids
and.
B
F
Or
a
service
learning
experience,
and
so
the
final
deadline
would
be
towards
the
end
of
the
year
and
those
students
who
had
finished
by
then
could
also
apply,
and
then
hopefully
that
gives
everybody
an
opportunity
who
has
completed
the
work
to
be
recognized.
So
we're
excited
right
now,
I
think
we
had
about
29
students
who
said
they
were
going
to
apply
by
the
early
deadline.
F
So
we're
excited
to
see
what
they
do
and
you
know
we're
proud
of
of
the
students
for
being
civically.
H
F
Lot
I
mean
it's
hard
to
know.
It's
really
like.
Are
they
gonna
just
if
they
really
apply
they
almost
no
I,
don't
want
to
guess,
but
a
lot
I
think
a
lot
could
do
it
based
on
the
different
course
offerings
we
have,
and
just
that
so
many
of
our
kids
are
actively
engaged
in
their
communities
in
lots
of
ways.
F
The
students
I
sent
an
email
out
to
the
students
the
week
before
school,
so
they
had
all
the
information.
They
also
went
into
their
classes
in
the
spring
and
then
I
resent
the
email
after
the
first
week
or
so
so
they
could
see
it
again,
but
I
would
just
if
any.
F
If
you
have
any
friends
who
have
students
or
for
your
own
children,
any
questions
they
should
either
email
me
or
come
by
my
office
and
a
few
students
have
come
by
and
we've
sort
of
worked
the
numbers
and
figured
out
what
they
need
to
get
done
and
when
so
I
just
encourage
them
to
reach
out
logistically.
F
Okay,
so
basically
we
keep
a
spreadsheet
of
it,
and
so,
when
we're
able
to
review
all
the
applications
and
denote
that
they've
earned
it,
then
the
spreadsheet
gets
shared
with
guidance
and
then
they
add
the
designation.
So
it's
kind
of
a
pretty
easy
path
so
far
and.
F
Is
basically
earn
to
deal
with
Civic
Readiness
and
then
underneath
there'll
be
an
explanation
like
a
couple
of
sentence,
explanation
of
what
that
is,
particularly
if
you're
applying
to
a
school,
that's
not
from
New
York
state.
That
would
be
maybe
something
your
school
isn't
familiar
with,
so
that
would
appear
sort
of
in
the
in
the
notes
at
the
bottom.
So.
A
F
Think
some
are
taking
longer
last
year
was
considered
the
pilot
year,
so
I
think
I
only
knew
of
maybe
like
four
to
five
schools
in
our
larger
region
who
are
doing
it,
but
I
I.
Think
after
this
year
many
schools
are
doing
it.
F
It's
just
a
matter
of:
do
you
have
the
administrative
capability
to
organize
it
and
implement
it,
and
luckily
we
have
that
here,
so
we
can
do
it
so.
F
So
you
want
to
keep
track
of
your
hours,
so
you
would,
you
know
just
like
you
would
have
a
log
of
sorts
and
you
would
put
the
date
and
your
activity
and
then
you
would
want
a
signature.
You
know
whoever
the
supervisor
is
and
then
for
those
types
of
things,
there's
also
a
reflection
of
sorts
where
you
would
write
basically
sort
of
your
big
takeaways.
What
did
you
learn
from
it
and
what
ways
did
that
help?
J
A
J
I've,
looked
at
the
chart
when
it
was
sent
out.
Do
you
get
to
double
count
at
like
all
the
AP
like
this?
Every
AP
count
is
two
points,
or
is
it
only
like
specific
one
like
how
many
points
can
you
can
you
get
just
by
taking
classes
here
at
school.
F
Well
here:
well,
if
just
by
passing
all
four
of
your
Social
Studies
classes,
that's
one
point
okay,
but
you
can't
get
that
point
until
you
finish
them
all.
Okay,
that's
why
I'm
saying
like
some
kids
might
need
to
wait
till
the
end
of
the
year
if
they
need
that
extra
point
in
terms
of
an
AP
class
each
one
that
you've
completed
is.
F
Ways
you
can
do
it
yeah
yeah,
so
really
I
mean
a
lot
of
our
kids
should
be
able
to
get
it,
particularly
that
left-hand
column.
You
only
need
two
points
on
that
left-hand
column,
so
I
could
see
a
hundred
percent
of
our
kids.
Getting
that
and
then
the
right
hand
column
involves
a
little
bit
more.
What
have
you
done?
You
know
beyond
sort
of
just
taking
the
coursework.
G
H
F
J
That
this
is
do
other
states
have
this.
You.
F
Know
what
I
don't
know
is
particularly
about
a
seal
of
Civic,
Readiness
I.
Think
the
idea
of
seals
are
sort
of
a
thing.
I
know
it's
like
North,
Carolina
and
other
states
have
a
sealed
Global
competence,
but
we
in
New
York
state
also
is
a
sealed
by
literacy.
So
it's
kind.
A
I
think
one
California
might
have
a
step
stem.
F
Yeah,
so
you
that's
definitely
sort
of
a
trend
in
education.
D
F
D
F
Actually
did
our
first
Middle
School
Capstone
project,
so
they
actually,
if
they
completed
this
successfully,
which
almost
every
student
did,
they
earned
a
point
in
middle
school.
So
I
have
a
spreadsheet
of
that,
so
those
kind
of
things
I
would
keep
track
of.
You
know
things
that
are
sort
of
grades
and
tests
and
big
things.
The
things
that
students
should
keep
track
of
is
sort
of
their
volunteer
work,
their
work
experience.
You
know
things
that
they
do
beyond
the
classroom.
I
F
B
F
I
met
with
a
student
earlier
in
the
year,
even
one
over
the
summer,
where
they
were
talking
about
their
work
experience,
how
it
might
work
and
I
was
able
to
give
them
some
advice
to
make
sure
I've
met
the
criteria.
F
F
A
All
right
so
just
shifting
gears
we
are
going
to
have
an
assembly,
it's
a
school-wide,
we're
going
to
break
it
up
into
two
different
sections.
Our
11th
and
12th
graders
will
be
before
lunch
on
Thursday
and
then
our
ninth
and
10th
will
be
after
lunch,
but
we're
bringing
in
and
we're
partnering
with
the
Positive
coaching
Alliance,
so
Rob
and
I
going
back
to
last
year.
A
We
wanted
to
find
a
way
that
we
could
address
some
of
the
bigger
issues
that
we
were
seeing
in
terms
of
social
media,
really
positive
behaviors
within
the
community
and
just
seeing
some
of
that
residual
effect
of
the
pandemic.
A
How
we
can
address
that
here
in
the
high
school
and
we
looked
up
and
were
able
to
connect
with
the
Positive
coaching
Alliance
now,
while
they
have
a
focus
on
youth,
Athletics
and
youth
organizations,
we
felt
like
their
messaging
was
really
appropriate
for
high
school
students,
so
the
presenter
coming
in
Randy
Nathan.
They
have
been
speaking
with
him
about
sort
of
where
we
are,
what
what
our
needs
are
and
he
will
present
to
both
of
the
different
assemblies
on
Thursday
now
from
there.
A
Excuse
me
to
bring
other
students
into
it
as
well,
and
we're
hoping
that
this
partnership
can
be
a
multi-year
partnership
that
allows
us
to
have
kids,
who
understand
sort
of
the
use
of
social
media
a
little
bit
better
use
of
interacting
and
creating
more
collaborative
spaces
being
able
to
be
more
positive
with
their
peers
and
creating
cultures
that
are
more
reflective
of
our
mission.
So
we'll
let
you
know
how
it
goes,
we're
really
hopeful
about
it
and
again
this
positive
coaching
Alliance.
You
can
look
it
up.
A
They
I've
been
around
for
a
number
of
years,
I
believe
they
started
in
North
Carolina
and
many.
A
All
right,
so
this
is
leading
up
to
Spirit,
Week
and
spirit
week
is
my
favorite,
probably
maybe
second
favorite
other
than
the
other
than
the
senior
week
at
the
end
of
the
year
so
spirit
week.
For
us,
this
week
is
the
first
week
of
October
and
we
kick
it
off
with
the
traveling
pep
rally,
October
3rd,
where
we
have
a
lot
of
our
Varsity
athletes
going
to
the
younger
schools
to
try
to
promote
that
school
spirit.
A
So
we
have
a
couple
of
interesting
spirit
days
this
year,
pajama
day
on
Monday
and
then
Tuesday
the
Barbie
slash
Oppenheimer
day.
Only
at
Byron
pills
with
our
kids
choose
the
Barbie,
I
love
it
and
then
Wednesday
anything
but
a
backpack.
So
you
can
bring
your
stuff
in
in
anything,
but
a
backpack
and
I
can
only
imagine
in
my
house
what
that
would
look
like.
Oh
so
it's
a
time
for
kids
to
be
creative
thinking
about
how
they're
going
to
get
all
of
their
books
to
school.
They.
A
A
Obviously
we
have
Varsity
Athletics
all
throughout,
but
on
that
Friday
night
is
a
a
home
game
versus
Rye.
Where
we
anticipate
a
lot
of
traffic
here,
we
I
would
we're
going
to
have
shuttles
going
over
to
Coleman
hell
as
well,
so
we
will
plan
on
that.
It
will
be
under
the
lights.
A
We
have
that
Friday
night
and
then
we
also
have
Saturday
that
Saturday,
the
Galino
Bobcat
run
and
then
the
Hall
of
Fame,
and
then
we
have
the
bheef
movie
night
closing
now,
and
it
really
is
just
a
great
week.
A
way
for
our
whole
Community
to
come
together,
really
get
the
kids
excited
about
what
we
have
going
on
here
at
the
high
school.
A
lot
of
different
entry
points
for
members
of
the
community,
all
over
the.
G
A
Athletics
is
going
to
send
out
a
flyer
that
has
it
going
from
volleyball
cross
country
field
hockey,
tennis,
you
know
whether
it's
soccer,
whether
it's
football
everything
will
be
put
out
there
they'll
highlight
all
of
that.
The
feedback
that
we
got
you
know
last
year.
This
is
going
going
through
the
athletic
advisory
was
that
that
week
having
night
games
every
night
that
week,
the
kids
started
to
get
exhausted
because
they
wanted
to
go
to
cheer
for
their
friends.
So
they
were
out
there
every
night
that
week
and
it
got
to
be
really
a
lot.
C
A
Even
on
that
movie
night
yeah
all
right,
so
the
the
food
trucks
hopefully
Walters,
one
of
those
times
all
right,
excellent,
all
right.
So
the
and
it's
great,
the
the
PTSA
and
bhef
totally
supporting
everything.
A
A
Here-
and
we
want
to
thank
her
for
always
filming
our
principal's
coffees
and
I
will
be
sending
this
out
as
soon
as
it
gets
flipped
around.
But
there
is
an
opportunity
for
any
parent
in
the
community
that
would
like
to
volunteer
and
maybe
doing
something
a
little
bit
different
than
either
the
PTSA
or
the
bhef
or
whatever.
A
So
if
you
do
have
an
interest
in
that,
you
can
just
contact
Brian,
belso
or
Gabby
I'm
sure
you
could
see
her
here
after
the
meeting
or
you
can
just
email
either
of
them,
and
so
the
wonderful
thing
about
Byram
Hills
is
we
have
so
many
people
with
talents
in
the
community
and
to
be
able
to
tap
into.
That
is
something
that
we're
really
lucky
to
have.
A
All
right,
so
we
had
our
first
back
to
school
night
and
the
parking
lot
held,
but
we
were
at
Max
Capacity
and
we're
really
excited
for
our
back
to
school
night
tomorrow
and
that's
and
through
Z.
A
Obviously,
if
you
have,
you
know
multiple
children
and
you
need
to
come
to
the
building
a
second
time
by
all
means,
if
you
couldn't
make
it
last
week,
we're
now
checking
IDs
for
your
last
name
tomorrow
when
you
come
in,
so
it
kicks
off
in
the
theater
I'll
start
my
remarks
at
about
6
30
and
then
it's
easier
on
here.
There's
a
link
you
can
have
them
fill
you
could
have
your
son
or
daughter,
fill
out
their
schedule
beforehand.
A
Then
you
wouldn't
need
to
wait
online
to
get
the
schedule
when
you
get
here,
just
an
easy
way
go
to
physen
rather
than
to
the
lab,
and
then
we
do
have
the
schedules
available
in
the
cafeteria.
Keep
in
mind
that
parking
is
going
to
be
tight.
Keep
in
mind
that
the
cell
phone
coverage
is
not
that
great.
A
So
again,
you
know
I
know
our
teachers
have
spent
a
lot
of
time
getting
ready
for
the
night
and
hopefully
you'll
be
able
to
hear
how
your
child
can
be
successful
in
the
class,
how
they're
going
to
be
assessed
and
what
the
grade
actually
entails
and
again,
most
importantly,
what
they're
learning
and
what
they
should
be.
Speaking
about
and
being
passionate
about
in
that
class,
all
right,
some
nuts
and
bolts,
the
AM
and
PM
drop-offs-
have
been
going
well.
I
know
every
year
around
this
time.
A
We
start
to
worry
that
the
cars
are
going
to
start
to
go
out
onto
Route
22..
For
the
most
part,
we've
been
able
to
keep
it
from
getting
out
there
and
I
really
appreciate
all
the
parents
who've
either
held
off
on
coming
early
or
who
have
just
decided
to
have
their
kids
get
on
the
bus.
But
again
we're
we're
holding
steady
with
the
afternoon
drop-offs
and
I
appreciate
that
in
the
morning
again,
everybody's
been
doing
a
great
job.
We
have
Tom
our
security
guard
who's
out
there.
A
A
Goes
from
7
45
to
8
10,
but
their
first
period
class
starts
at
8
10
as
well,
so
they
have
to
use
a
little
bit
of
their
own
judgment,
whether
they
go
to
the
class
that
they're
scheduled
to
start
or
they
have
to
leave
that
a
little
bit
wrong,
all
right
so
again,
another
plug
for
sustainability.
If
you
are
picking
up
or
dropping
off-
and
you
happen
to
be
in
the
line-
please
don't
idle!
A
It's
helpful
if
you
either
turn
off
the
engine
or
if
you
have
an
electric
car
that
it
switches
to
battery
when
you're
idling,
so
something
a
plug
for
our
sustainability
initiatives,
all
right
and
then
in
the
parking
lot
Juniors.
If
Juniors
cannot
drive
here
and
we
have
never
made
any
exceptions
throughout
the
year,
I
have
heard
everything
and
I
feel
bad.
It
breaks
my
heart.
We
will
never
allow
a
junior
to
drive
to
school.
A
However,
they
can
drive
on
campus
after
school
if
they
have
to
come
back
for
practice.
We're
not
keeping
track
of
that.
It's
only
during
the
school
day
that
our
juniors
are
not
permitted
to
drive
here.
So
I
did
want
to
make
sure
that
everybody
is
aware
of
that
and
we
will
allow
our
Juniors
to
start
driving
as
soon
as
our
seniors
go
out
on
internship
and
we'll
we'll
have
that.
All
of
that
information
available,
we
were
able
to
get
our
driver's
ed
up
and
running
again.
This
year
they
maxed
it
at
40,
people
and
I.
A
A
A
Kelly,
cyber
and
I
are
were
like
Blood
Brothers.
On
that
one,
we
have
to
make
sure
that
it
gets
open,
but
we're
we're
working
with
them
on
Staffing,
and
then
we're
also
trying
to
manage
the
issue
with
ice
and
the
water
line,
because
there
there
is
the
pfos
levels
that
the
state
dropped
down.
We're
still
waiting
on
the
filters
so
that
the
water
that
flows
out
can
be
added
to
coffee.
So
all
the
coffee
of
that
water,
it's
all
from
the
big
bottles
which
people
don't
think
about.
A
The
showers
are
off
downstairs.
No,
they
they
should
be
on.
D
A
Know
that's
exactly
I'm
just
thinking
like
because
it
was
so
hot.
The
first
week
of
school,
many
of
our
teams
have
started
practicing
in
the
morning
so
practicing
in
the
morning
and
then
going
to
a
full
day
of
school.
You
know
it
did
change
the
way
that
our
kids
made
it
too.
So
if
you
go
down
there
that
week,
it
smelled,
like
you
got
hit
with
a
huge
body
ax,
but
you
walked
in
like
like
Sanford,
is
so
easy.
Listening.
G
A
B
Was
it.
A
Was
obviously
we're
glad
that
our
coaches
were
able
to
do
that
and
offer
that
in
the
morning,
but
really
good
that
you
brought.
A
Long
as
they're
not
drinking
the
shallow
water,
they
can
definitely
shower.
So
we
are
working
on
that.
The
Chartwell
we're
hearing
positives
about
the
the
beverage
choices
that
they
have
we're
looking
to
make
sure
that
they
maintain
everything
that
we
expect
from
Aramark
and
that
we're
trying
now
you
can
see
the
lines
are
starting
to
get
a
little
bit
quicker
going
through
the
Panini
lines.
They
have
the
prepared
sandwiches
so
within,
like
the
next
week
or
so
it'll
start
to
really
smooth
out
in
the
cafeteria.
Again,
we
allow
our
students
every
kid.
A
If
they
wanted
to
have
a
seat
in
lunch,
we
would
be
able
to
provide
a
seat
for
them.
Many
of
our
students
decide
to
not
take
those
seats
and
sit
with
their
friends
in
different
areas
of
the
building,
and
we
want
to
allow
that
all
of
our
work
with
challenge
success
really
and
the
data
that
we've
collected
and
the
research
says.
Students
should
be
able
to
have
some
agency
and
some
choice
in
where
they
are
eating
lunch
and
a
little
bit
of
that
freedom.
So
with
that
freedom
comes
a
huge
responsibility
and
we're
working
with.
A
Obviously,
our
ninth
and
10th
graders
a
little
bit
more
than
we
do
with
our
11th
and
12th
graders,
but
helping
them
understand
what
responsibilities
they
do
have
during
lunch
and
whether
that's
cleaning
up
their
area
or
finding
a
friend
who
may
not
have
somebody
to
sit
with
to
bring
into
their
group
we're
trying
to
work
with
them.
When
we
see
it
and
working
to
sort
of
create
this
lunchtime
at
Universal
lunch
that
we
all
really
want
and
hope
will
help
us
be
a
tighter
community.
A
J
A
A
They
might
not
want
to
have
to
fight
the
crowds
in
the
cafeteria
and
a
lot
of
times
you
can
just
see
like
they're
like
this
is
just
really
nice
they're
out
in
the
courtyard,
so
they're
all
around
the
the
building.
G
A
We're
working
on
just
getting
it
open
during
the
school
day
right
now
again
with
Chartwell
and
their
Staffing,
we're
trying
to
make
sure
that
first
we
get
the
Staffing
and
then
we
can
figure
out
the
water
bottles
and
the
ice.
But
right
now
we're
not
even
at
the
spot
where
they
have
the
Staffing,
Kelly
and
I.
We
are
going
to
go
and
work
down
there,
ourselves.
A
H
A
We
have
water,
coolers,
okay,
that
are
changed
throughout
the
day
we
have
about
10
throughout
the
building
and
as
you're
walking
out
as
you
go
down
that
hallway
you'll
see
one
right
on
the
right
hand
side,
so
our
students
do
bring
their
water
bottles
and
they
fill
them
up.
They
can
fill
them
up
there
at
those
stations.
A
All
right,
I
think
so
important
dates.
Upcoming
events
I
always
like
to
put
this
on
one
of
the
things
I'll
highlight
is
the
club
Fair,
which
is
going
to
happen
tomorrow,
and
we
have
it
set
up
so
that
ninth
graders,
all
of
the
club
officers,
will
present
to
them
during
their
Mentor
period,
so
that
first
period
of
the
day,
all
Mentor
classes
will
be
able
to
go
down,
see
what
club
offerings
there
are
and
they'll
be
able
to
sign
up.
A
If
they're
interested
and,
like
I
said
we
have
over
50
clubs
here
there
is
really
something
for
everybody,
whether
it's
something
that
they
you
want
to
be
really
intense
with
like
something
like
debate
or
general
interest.
Clubs,
like
you,
know,
investment
Club,
whatever
it
is
depending
on
you
know,
to
all
the
way
to
theater.
There's,
there's
some
entry
point
for
everybody,
and
we,
like
I,
said
if
you're
getting
home
every
day
coming
off
the
school
bus,
it's
really
criminal.
You
should
encourage
all
of
your
kids
to
utilize.
A
What
we
have
here
and
looking
not
have
them
look
back
down
the
line
and
say
shoot.
I
should
have
tried
this
or
tried
that
so
we're
going
to
offer
it
to
everybody
else
during
lunch
period,
so
even
the
10th
11th
and
12th
graders,
if
they
want
to
just
re-familiarize
yourself
themselves
with
the
clubs
that
we
have,
they
can
do
that
during
lunch
time
challenge
success,
steering
committee
we're
meeting
at
10
A.M
on
Friday.
Anybody,
that's
interested,
can
just
hop
down
challenge.
A
Committee,
it's
a
an
organization
that
we've
been
partnering
with
out
of
Stanford
University
and
they've
helped
us
look
at
ways
that
we
can
improve.
The
overall
student
experience,
whether
that's
through
academic
engagement,
looking
at
student
workload,
promoting
sleep,
parent
expectations,
teacher
care,
academic
integrity
and
extracurricular
activity
involvement,
and
so
a
lot
of
the
things
that
we
do.
They're
really
subtle
changes,
but
they're
meant
to
have
an
impact
overall.
A
So
the
master
schedule
that
we
have
now
was
something
that
came
out
of
our
work
with
with
challenge
success.
It
started
there
and
sort
of
worked
its
way
out
and
that's
one
of
the
main
things
that
we
see.
One
of
the
other
things
you'll
see
that
came
out
of
that
is
the
pause
and
relax
and
that's
where
we
bring
in
the
service
dogs
and
the
service
dogs
are
coming
in
on
Friday.
A
The
29th
they'll
be
here
during
lunch
time,
just
a
way
for
kids
to
hang
out
with
dogs,
and
all
the
research
shows
that,
when
teenagers
can
do
that,
it.
B
A
Had
them
in
Bobcat
Hall,
and
so
there
we
usually
they
love
coming
here,
so
we
thought
we
were
only
going
to
get
two,
but
last
time
there
was
like
five
that
came
in
so
and
it's
just
really,
you
know
you
see
kids
engaging
with
with
the
dogs
in
ways
that
you
just
see
them
in
a
different
light,
and
it's
really
nice
to
see.
A
We
have
the
pediatric
cancer
football
game.
That's
coming
up
this
that's
in
the
second
year,
and
we
really
want
to
thank
our
youth
against
cancer
club
and
our
football
program
for
helping
to
promote
that.
We
have
the
next
next
Monday
school
is
off
for
Yom
Kippur.
We
have
the
child
evening
event
and
that's
where
students
with
learning
differences,
that's
at
7
pm,
I,
believe
that
might
be
held
at
HCC.
I
have
to
double
check
on
that.
A
B
A
Galder
art
show
once
again
we'll
have
our
students
with
presentations
at
that
art
show
and
spirit
week.
We
saw
World
Language
Honor
Society
induction
ceremony
will
be
in
person
this
year
that
kicks
off
our
our
inductions
and
School
pep
rally.
The
Galino
Bobcat
run
the
soccer
PSAT
for
all
11th
graders
three
hour,
delay
for
9th
10th
and
12th.
It's
important
to
note
that
the
PSAT
this
year
is
computer
computer-based,
so
every
student
will
be
taking
it
on
one
of
our
Chromebooks
and
that
will
be
offered
on
that
day.
H
A
Everybody
gets
out
at
the
same
time,
students
who
are
taking
the
PSAT
there'll,
be
a
bus
run
for
them,
and
then
you
can
drop
off
as
well
and
that's
all
going
to
be
in
the
building
this
year
in
the
past,
when
we've
had
it
paper-based,
we
partnered
with
the
temple,
and
we
had
some
of
our
kids-
take
it
up
there
this
year,
it's
all
going
to
be
within
the
building,
laude
induction
ceremony
and
the
month
from
today,
it's
hard
to
believe
and
then
site-based
curriculum
team.
A
B
A
Questions
that
you
have
that
that
are
on
your
mind,
if
you
want
to
ask
them
here
or
I'll,
stick
around
it's
great
to
see
you
again.
Thank
you
all
for
coming.
I
really
appreciate
all
the
support
that
you
always
give
our
students
and
our
teachers
and
the
school
in
general
and
just
so
happy
to
to
start
another
year
with
all
of
you
so
go
Bobcats.
