It kind of forces you to like really learn these skills, and not just do it once and forget, like you have to learn it in a way that it makes it stick um so I, remember stuff that I learned on like the second day, because I keep having to use it.

um So I think it has a positive impact on what I've learned in this class so far, I.

Wouldn't want to get this done if we'd never go golden because we have our competition soon, so we want to get it done in order to have time to actually prepare and like get it in the in the arena and actually start driving around, because we want to win the competition. Obviously right.

Because if we, if we weren't uh competing or against other classmates, we probably wouldn't talk to them as much. We would just like get our work done and then just clock out.

They're trying to mean an objective, it's very clear what you have to do, but when you're eating with others, you have to make something that will be good at the app that you're trying to accomplish, but also good at working with or working against us.

um I think the competitions really um up the intensity in the class there's a lot of fun competing with our classmates and um definitely was like motivation.

To be the best than to win, the robots is having fun I'm playing playing's. The best part.

Gotta get prepared.

Competitive aspect makes like a lot easier to work on certain things, because it gives you like a goal and then also just like a lot more Hands-On than other classes. So it's a lot more like involved.

Yeah I think like there's like we, everyone that comes in here. We know what we're doing. We know what we have to do. It's like mostly like independent like and you just let us work and you help them when needed.

But do you just start doing something when you walk into Kim no you're waiting for the teacher to prompt you and when you come into robotics? Do you just start doing stuff right away yeah? It's.

An element of creativity that I like because every competition, a bunch of people, have different ideas. You can get to take inspiration from them in real time. It.

Was a lot of fun, just like being able to compete is definitely different from other classes. Oh.

I feel like this was really fun. I, never worried about, like my grade for the classes or more worried about like the robot, making sure it can do everything and make sure it can like compete properly and work. Every time are.

There any negatives or downsides to competing.

It kind of it kind of makes you rush it a little bit because you cut, you really want it to be ready for the competition, and you can't really fix all of your wealth out here. So.

Does it force you to make difficult decisions about what you're gonna do yeah.

Yeah definitely yeah.

Just a little bit of this I don't think it matters.

This is probably one of the only classes that I never worry about the grade in because I'm always this is always I feel like it's more personal growth than it is academic growth. uh Just working on putting your thoughts together, having a good time with your classmates and just kind of building relationships with people and your own skills, I think is um really what drives me to work harder.

I think my mother would be proud of me for me. Building a bot, I didn't think my I would do this.

um I'm very proud of myself: you went over to the other team and helped them correct. Yeah.

I mean I'd scroll like one one class one family and to help off younger guys like when I was last year. I was, in this class also an.

Would help me out so I think that's like something that when they're the older guys to have somebody that could help you, and vice versa goes a long way.
