Description
Annual Service Personnel Evaluation Training Video
David Tackett, Manager of Service Personnel, discusses what is expected for the upcoming evaluation. Forms can be found on our website, www.cabellschools.com under the Service Personnel tab.
A
All
right,
hello,
we
hope
everyone
has
had
a
really
good
start
to
the
school
year
and
at
this
time
we
would
like
to
go
over
our
evaluation
documents
for
all
of
our
regular
full-time
service
employees
and
so
right
now.
What
we
would
like
to
do
is
to
is
to
go
through
the
forms
so
that
everyone
understands
all
of
the
different
ratings
and
the
rubric
that
administrators
should
be
using
to
make
judgments
about
service
personnel
and
their
evaluations
on
our
evaluation
document.
A
A
There's
an
area
that's
looked
at
by
work,
judgments,
planning
and
quality
of
work,
accepting
responsibility
following
instructions,
efficiency
under
stress
operation
and
care
of
equipment,
work,
coordination,
multitasking,
the
knowledge
of
the
work
on
the
scope
of
the
job
and
job
related
training.
All
of
these
areas
should
be
discussed
when
an
employee
is
evaluated
now,
service
employees
are
evaluated
either
once
or
twice
a
year,
depending
on
the
number
of
years
of
seniority
as
a
full-time.
A
That's
due
in
the
personnel
office
by
march,
the
15th
each
year
also
signing
the
evaluation,
doesn't
mean
that
you
agree
with
it.
Everyone
is
required
to
sign
their
evaluation.
It's
just
that.
Signature
only
is
meant
to
show
that
you
have
received
your
evaluation
on
that
date.
If
you
have
any
questions
about
your
evaluation
or
any
concerns,
you
can,
please
call
me
david
tackett
in
the
personnel
office
and
if
you
have
any
other
concerns,
of
course,
that
you
can
talk
to
your
administrator
and
and
me
together,
all
right
at
this
time.
