started

virtual
walking
group
as
part
of
our
butter
project
and
it's
really
just
for
people
to
share
their
walking
route
ideas
or
share
pictures
of
their
walks
or
little
stories.

things
in
my

seen
just

really
encourage
other
people
to
get
out
there
and
walk
I
know
I'm
a
lot
better
if
I,
if
I'm
like
sitting
there
not
really
wanted
to
go
out,
if
I
see
pictures
of
other
people,
whether
they're
running
or
walking,
you
know.

it

I'm
not
a
four-year-old
but
I
care,
very,
very
good
things
from
it.

colleagues
in
my
friends,
who've
got
little
ones
he's
a
cosmic
kids
yoga,
so
is
the
YouTube
channel
and
they
have

they've
been
doing
this
for
ages.

not
just
a
unlock
down
phenomena,
they're
very
professional
in
their
kind
of
approach.

got
little
stories
and
little
videos
that
they
kind
of
incorporate
stories
with
yoga
moves
and
mindfulness
techniques,
and
that
relaxation
techniques
really
aimed
at
young
children
from
both
three
so
really
lilies
can
very
sweet,
I
think
and
it's
a
bit
more
engaging
for
the
little
ones
that
you
know
the
likes
of
do.

Last
one
is
there's
a
guy
on
on
YouTube
and
Instagram
cook,
Tom
Merrick
and
he's
cool
like
the
body
weight
warrior,
that's
his
handle
and
he
he's
got
loads
of
really
amazing,
impressive
videos,
but
they're
all
quite
intimidating,
but
he
has
one:
that's
a
15
minute:
mobility
routine
for
beginners
and
I.
Think
it's
really
good.
I've
shared
it
with
some
of
my
groups
this
week
and
responses
been
really
good
and
it's
just
you
could
do
it
new
pajamas
and
you
could
do
it
in
the
middle
of
the
day
or
before
you
get
better.

you
get
up
and
it's
just
it
will
lead
you
through
some
mobility
movements
and
stretching
quite
good
if
you're
getting
a
little
bit
achy,
maybe
from
sitting
down
too
much
because
I
think
a
lot
of
his
own
sitting
down
a
lot
more
than
we
normally
do
or
sitting
in
chairs
I'm
not
used
to
that
kind
of
things.
