Cambridge City Council has been promoting the Real Living Wage, that reflects real costs of living, since it became accredited with the Living Wage Foundation in 2014. This is a key part of our Anti-poverty Strategy (which you can read here: https://www.cambridge.gov.uk/anti-poverty-strategy). Since 2014, we have supported a number of other local employers to become accredited in the city, including the three employers that talk about their experience of Living Wage accreditation in this video (ARM Ltd, Anglia Ruskin University and The Cambridge Organic Food Company).

This video explores the digital inclusion work that Cambridge City Council and its partners have been doing to support local people with their digital skills. In a city famous for its technology, this work is vital in ensuring that residents can apply for jobs and benefits, access online deals and obtain advice about personal data and IT equipment.
