Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).

B
C
The
road
or
that
mandatory
the
engineering
farm-
that's
looking
at
the
road
problem,
should
have
information
back
to
us
this
week.
As
far
as
their
concept
designs
for
how
they're
different
cost
estimates
for
how
that
road
could
be
fixed
and
that
will
need
to
be
brought
back
to
the
council
for
them
to
discuss
and
decide
what
their
preferred
option
will
be.
Moving
forward.
A
D
B
C
C
Then
you're
in
your
council
packet,
this
monthly
I
know
we've
had
a
couple
council
members
at
one
of
the
full
of
detail
report
yeah
historically
well
this
year
we
generally
were
giving
you
a
much
more
summary
report
in
the
council
packet
and
getting
the
detailed
report
to
those
counties
that
have
requested
it.
So
what's
in
the
packet
tonight
was
they
pulled
the
detailed
report
and
that's
probably
why
your
daughter
and
seeing
that
there's
so
many
for
nothing
you've
had
in
the
past,
so.
A
It's
the
police
department
has
spent
42
percent
of
their
what,
but
all
in
one
summary
page
and
then
it
says,
total
revenues
we
you
know
like
if
we're
in
this
was
August,
so
that's
eight
so
that
so
we
should
be
around
six
to
six
seven,
seven
percent
right.
So
if
our
expenditures
are
at
75
percent,
then
that's
conservative.
So
that's
that's.
Why
I
like
that
big
same
on
the
income,
it's
harder
on
the
income
this
summer,
one-time
use?
Okay,
all
right!
So
we
have
a
motion
and
you
have
a
discussion
all
those
in
favor.
C
Mayor
and
council,
eighth
in
the
staff
memo
on
this
item,
I
pointed
out
that
we
hadn't
yet
heard
back
from
core
they're
on
on
their
review
of
the
document.
I
received
an
email
this
evening
at
4:00,
roughly
430,
and
it
refers
to
changes
being
made
into
the
agreement
and
it's
for
the
public.
This
agreement
basically
outlines
that
this
this
company
is
wanting
to
continue
to
expand,
add
jobs
to
the
community
and
they're
needing
some
help
getting
additional
backup
power
for
their
facility.
C
The
city
happened:
have
a
backup
power
generator
that
was
surplus,
and
so
the
city
was
was
willing
to
sell
that
to
them
was
a
for
a
dollar.
They
were
asking
that.
Would
the
city
also
be
able
to
help
them
with
the
installation
costs
over
a
period
of
time,
and
so
the
agree
outline
is
that
over
four
years,
yes,
they
perform
the
way
they're
indicating
that
they
will
and
the
city
will
reimburse
the
cost
of
installation
and
the
there's
two
sections
that
they've
proposed
and
change.
Dude
me
too,
and
let
me
pull
this
up.
C
Under
Section
1,
it
talks
about
the
generator
and
they
would
like
to
add
the
language
to
that.
Por
ver
will
own.
The
generator
will
be
responsible
for
all
of
the
calibration
maintenance,
with
intercooling
fuel
and
arts
replacement
after
the
initial
purchase
from
the
city,
just
one
that
made
very
clear
that
they're
getting
it
for
$1
and
they
are
fully
responsible
for
it
after
the
the
purchase
is
paid.
So
they
would
like
to
have
that
added
the
the
other
point
that
they
would
would
like
to
look
at
the
major
point.
C
A
Ten
dollars
an
hour
for
$400
a
week,
that's
twenty
thousand
eight
hundred.
Let's
then
it's
going
up
to
eleven
twelve
well
yeah
I,
yeah
I
wish
you
would
check
on
those
numbers.
Hey
it.

There
may
be
just
to
highlight
one
other
thing
for
the
public.
We
had
our
flying
first
flying
at
the
airport.
Yesterday,
Dave,
let
was
was
up
there
all
day
and
watching
things
he
said
we
had
at
one
point
in
time
over
a
hundred
people
there
at
the
airport,
washing
the
planes
come
in
and
take
off
and
enjoying
the
the
scenery
and
so
a
very
successful
first
flying
event.
We
will
take
that
information
back
to
the
citizens
advisory
committee
and
they
put
it
all
together
and
they
did
a
good
job
and
kudos
to
them.
C
A

E
E
Spawn
we
used,
we
work
with
you
Jarvis
over
to
our
main
brewery.
The
Kiwanis
helped
help
and
they
cooked
all
afternoon,
fed
them
around
five
o'clock
with
them
in
attendance
and
120
feet.
Long
by
40
feet
wide
down
right
down
by
Mill
Park
little
bit.
Wonderful,
everybody
enjoyed
it
and
he
came
up
to
the
Swedish
Street.
Her
final
Swedish
Street
event,
which
I
do
believe
that
fences
absolutely
sold
out
of
everything.
7:15
most
of
the
vendors
did
very
well.
E
E
A
E
A
D
Like
to
thank
mr
Mackey
and
his
people
for
all
the
hard
work
that
they
put
into
the
bike
main
event
about
two
weeks
straight,
I
think
if
I'm
not
wrong
and
Christy
no
she's,
not
here
tonight,
but
she
put
a
lot
into
it.
I
just
want
to
thank
them,
and
our
crew
for
Thursday's
on
Sweden,
Street
they've
done
a
good
job
all
summer
long.
Thank
you
very
much.
E
E
Where
are
we
planning
on
making
sure
that
we
have
enough
water
and
Gatorade
and
be
vigilant?
You
been
this
going
to
be
home.
I
said:
did
you
start
around
7
o'clock
Sunday
morning
over
at
the
Rec
Center
I'll
bet
it
drive
more
of
a
community
that
comes
ups,
corpuses
is
the
best,
so
we
have
a
new
route
and.
E
A
Ok,
our
next
regular
meeting
is
October
9th,
then
the
one
after
that
is
October
22nd
and
we
will
be
having
a
budget
retreat
which
will
be
open
to
the
public
on
a
Wednesday,
October
17th,
and
that
will
be
at
northern
Maine
development
at
4
o'clock,
and
so
now
we
need
to
go
into
executive
session.
Thank
you
for
attending.
