A
B
C
C
Tim
doke
thoughts
were
important
about
how
elderly
people
want
to
stay
in
their
community.
They
want
to
shop
at
the
same
places,
they
want
to
go
to
the
same
churches
and
they
want
to
go
to
the
same
doctors.
So
I
want
to
thank
you
for
considering
the
form
of
thinking
and
long-term
planning
for
our
city.
Thank
you.
B
You
all
right
moving
along
any
new
council
members,
have
any
conflicts
of
interest
on
an
idiot
gender
item.
Three
no
consider
authorizing
minutes
of
the
following
meetings
april,
eleventh
2016
city,
council,
meeting
solo.
Second,
any
any
questions
or
comments
on
the
minutes,
all
in
favor
and
approved
consent
agenda.
For
tonight
we
have
the
april
2016
library
report,
the
april
fire
department
report,
the
April
Police
Department
report
and
license
approval,
which
is
for
the
happy
belly
lunch
wagon
on
Ford
Road,
move.
E
F
F
Is
that
we're
asking
for
the
council
to
take
everyone
on
an
option
agreement
which
essentially
says
that
if,
if
the
RSU
is
able
to
reach
a
successful
referendum,
approving
the
new
school
project
that
has
been
underway
for
a
while,
then
the
city
would
agree
to
the
land
transfers
necessary
to
make
that
happen,
and
so
the
option
agreement
spells
that
out
and
I'd
like
to
just
walk
through
it
briefly
and
draw
the
city's
attention
to
the
few
changes
that
were
made
in
here.
F
Based
on
previous
comments,
they're
slightly
too
Morgan
seen
before
section
one
is
the
is
the
section
where
the
city
is
Brienne,
subject
to
the
successful
referendum
to
convey
certain
property
to
the
RSU
so
that
the
school
can
be
built.
Section
2
that
includes
also
part
of
the
project
would
be
built
on
what
is
now
parks
portland
park
street
that
we
need
to
discontinued
section.
F
The
remainder
of
that
section
appears
on
the
top
of
page.
Five
is
the
portion
that
was
discussed
at
the
workshop
on
that
had
been
inadvertently
omitted
from
the
previous
version
that
was
circulated
that
talks
about
the
RSU
agreeing
to
work
with
the
city
on
any
additional
improvements
that
the
city
wants
that
are
best
accomplished
during
the
process
of
site
work.
F
One
other
small
change
in
the
bottom
of
page
five
that
was
caught
just
this
morning
that
the
property
dealing
with
school
that's
shown
on
schedule.
G
is
incorrectly
listed
on
page
five
is
being
on
text
map
31
well
run
39
year.
It's
actually
text
mathématique,
so
that's
been
corrected
in
the
version
that
will
be
executed,
it
seemed
does
take
action,
section
six
deals
with
the
economic
development
portion
of
the
hilltop.
F
The
primary
change
here
that
you'll
see
from
the
previous
one
of
the
circulated
is
that
well,
a
a
portion
of
hilltop
will
be
conveyed
for
a
senior
housing
project.
The
city
is
accepting
and
reserving
from
that,
approximately
eight
and
a
half
acres.
Those
aggression
from
the
the
originally
discussed
four
acres
on
the
eight
and
a
half
acres
containing
existing
ball
fields
on
that
site,
as
shown
on
Schedule
H,
which
is
the
that
big
color
map.
F
We
were
looking
at
at
the
workshop
that
showed
all
the
existing
and
proposed
ownerships
and
then
subject
to
an
ordinance
approving
the
same,
which
is
sort
of
discussed
that
at
the
workshop,
and
so
otherwise
the
agreement
is
similar.
It
was
previously
circulated
with
the
city
with
the
RSU
is
hopeful
for
so
that
we
can
move
forward
on.
Our
timeline
would
be
for
the
city
to
take
action,
authorizing
the
city
manager
to
sign,
on
behalf
of
the
city,
for
this
option,
and
so
thanks
said
you
have
any
questions.
E
Is
recommending
the
council
consider
closing
the
following
roads
to
winter
maintenance?
Fortunately,
brusett
road,
proportional
McGraw,
siding
on
cedar
hill
lane
in
the
Kelly
wrote.
The
recite
road
would
be
closed
from
just
north
of
lot
line
of
20
40
going
north
of
the
town
Line
Road,
the
total
distance
would
be
approximately
a
quarter
mile
townline
road,
which
is
maintained
by
the
county,
is
already
close
to
winter
maintenance.
Essentially
right
now
the
city
plows
to
a
dead
end.
There,
no
houses
are
stresses
in
the
area
that
would
be
closed.
E
Mcgraw
siding
road
will
be
closed
to
a
point.
Just
west
of
14
draw
siding
road,
which
is
approximately
2.2
miles.
The
road
ends
up
there
point
there
are
two
abandoned
potato
houses
after
the
road
ends.
No
one
lives
past
that
point
that
would
be
close
to
winter.
Maintenance
row
has
very
minimal
usage.
During
the
larger
months.
Cedar
hill
lane
will
be
closed
for
its
entire
length,
which
is
products
mentally
ten
tenth
of
a
mile
there's
camp
the
end
of
the
road
which
is
not
utilized
during
the
winter
months
and
the
winter.
No
one
lives
there.
E
So
it
could
be
closed.
The
Kelly
road
is
mainly
a
field
road,
there's
one
house
in
the
route
asthma
attacks
acquired
that
house
has
been
vacant
for
several
years.
The
new
road
is
not
used
in
the
winter
and
no
one
was
out
there,
so
the
council
may
vote
to
close
these
roads
for
a
period
of
up
to
ten
years
on
the
following
pages
of
stuff
is
a
separate
order
of
closing
for
each
road.
E
Along
with
the
map
better
depicting
the
stretch
to
be
closed
by
state
law,
the
council
must
hold
a
public
hearing
on
the
topic.
Public
hearing
was
duly
advertised
for
tonight.
The
council
should
hold
the
hearing,
and
after
that
the
Mesa
may
decide
on
what
action
to
take
any
action
take
on
an
individual
road
should
be
done
separately
from
the
rest.
B
Alright,
we
can
that
we
can
hold
a
public
hearing
on
all
of
them.
We
don't
have
to
do
them
separately.
Great
yeah,
alright,
we'll
open
the
public
hearing
at
610
regarding
the
four
mentioned
road
closings.
If
there's
anyone
here
that
would
like
to
speak
about
any
of
that,
you
need
the
council.
Members
have
any
questions
or
comment
just.

D
E
So
City
Council's
s
that
I
present
a
plane
to
the
council
with
some
options
for
the
nine
lander
museum,
the
main
options
the
city
has
as
I
see
it.
R31
move
the
collection
cell
building
to
sort
of
work
plan
with
an
Islander
board,
with
goals
to
be
met
within
specific
timelines
or
three
continue.
The
status
quo
to
be
clear,
I
do
not
believe
static.
Your
option.
Three
is
a
good
option.
The
collection
should
be
viewable
to
the
citizens,
either
at
the
nylander
elsewhere.
In
the
community
option,
one
would
remove
the
collection
and
sell
the
building.
E
I've
met
with
Tim
doke
superintendent
of
RS
you
39
in
the
past,
about
displaying
some
of
the
collection
in
the
new
school
building
and
perhaps
the
high
school.
He
was
very
amenable
Tibet
and
would
love
to
see
some
of
the
collection
displayed
there.
Some
of
the
collection
could
also
be
displayed
in
City
Hall,
the
library
of
the
rec
center.
Even
at
the
fire
station,
there's
a
possibility.
Some
of
the
could
we
display
to
the
Historical
Society
of
our
MP
as
well.
If
the.
E
And
how
is
elsewhere,
the
building
to
be
sold
to
a
private
party
I
believe
there
would
be
some
interest
from
the
private
sector
and
buying
the
building
for
commercial
purposes.
Currently,
the
property
as
a
tax
assessed
value,
land,
value
of
9700
in
a
building
valley
of
190
5104,
a
total
valuation
of
two
hundred
and
four
thousand
eight
hundred
dollars
option
two
would
be
to
set
up
work
playing
with
an
Islander
board
with
goals
to
be
met
within
specific
timelines.
E
Last
year
the
council
met
with
an
Islander
board
in
an
effort
to
get
more
visitors
to
go
to
the
museum,
get
more
interest
in
the
collection,
I
believe
that
helped,
even
if
it
was
only
to
a
limited
extent.
The
nylander
board
has
been
much
more
active
since
that
time.
Within
the
past
few
months,
they've
been
working
on
a
plan
that
would
begin
some
sustainable
fundraising.
What
set
up
a
501c3,
so
I
can
get
grants
and
create
activities
that
will
help
to
draw
people
into
the
museum
they're
working
to
get
some
grants
right
now.
E
That
would
cover
a
part-time
person
or
two
with
the
museum's,
so
people
could
go
and
visit.
It
would
also
allow
them
to
change
out
some
of
the
exhibits
and
perhaps
make
some
interactive
displays
and
more.
It
would
make
it
available
for
local
school
students
to
come
and
see
the
collection
of
level.
The
formal
plan
should
be
drawn
up
by
the
nylander
board,
with
incremental
goals
that
should
be
met.
The
plan
should
be
implemented
in
phases
and
fully
implemented
within
a
specific
time
frame.
E
It
would
best
ass
an
Islander
board
to
come
up
with
a
plan
to
present
it
to
the
City
Council
ads
or
before
the
jun
27th
meeting.
The
plan
could
be
reviewed
and
agreed
to
by
the
council,
so
everyone's
on
the
same
page,
and
everyone
knows
what
to
expect
over
that,
given
time
frame
if
the
plan
could
not
be
followed
through
them,
the
council
should
give
serious,
considered
adoption
number
one.
In
my
opinion,
option
two
is
the
best
option
for
right
now.
E
I
believe
the
council
should
support
the
nylander
board
and
their
attempt
to
revive
the
museum
into
a
great
community
asset.
The
Nylander
museum
and
its
collection
are
a
wonderful
part
of
the
history
and
culture
of
the
city,
and
it
would
behoove
us
to
give
the
board
an
opportunity
to
revive
the
community
asset
and
bring
in
funds
to
help
offset
the
operational
costs
of
it.
