A
Good
day,
everyone
and
welcome
to
the
casper
association
community
call
hosted
and
run
by
the
casper
association
on
this
week's
call.
We
will
discuss
our
recent
partnership
with
terra
virtua
and
give
a
technical
update.
Afterwards
we
are
joined
by
ralph,
cubill
and
peter
from
casper
association,
media
ashok,
as
well
as
casper
labs
and
jawad
ashref,
founder
and
cto
of
terra
virtua.
A
We
will
open
up
for
a
q
a
towards
the
end
of
the
call,
so
please
stay
tuned
for
that
and
drop
your
questions
in
the
telegram
or
on
the
youtube
live
handing
it
off
to
you.
Ralph.
B
Yeah
welcome
everyone.
My
name
is
ralph
kubley.
I
would
like
to
welcome
you
on
behalf
of
the
community,
to
this
week's
call.
We
have
an
exciting
partnership
to
announce.
I
was
on
the
call
already
last
week
for
those
of
you
who
have
not
been
part
of
the
call.
Last
week.
The
casper
association
is
basically
the
non-profit
association
that
is
responsible
for
the
development
and
maintenance
of
the
casper
network
and
it's
open
source
software
and
we're
very
excited
to
take
this
responsibility.
C
Thank
you
so
much
ralph
for
that
and
joe
welcome
everybody.
I'm
happy
to
be
here,
of
course,
I'm
meta
parlicaro,
the
cto
of
casper
labs,
the
company,
that
is
the
service
provider
building
the
casper
network
and
I'm
joined
by
ashok,
renewed
I'll.
Let
ashok
in
pyoter
introduce
themselves
to
the
community
as
well.
D
Hey
my
name
is
ashok,
I'm
the
director
of
professional
services
for
casper
labs,
I'm
glad
to
be
here.
E
Thank
you
mada,
so
I
would
like
to
quickly
update
you
about
the
current
progress
of
development.
So,
as
a
team,
we
entered
the
second
weekly
sprint
of
1.2
release.
So
basically
we
are
finishing
up
the
all
the
cases
and
issues
related
to
the
second
upgrade.
While
we
already
released
and
cut
the
version
for
the
first
cab
rate
that
is
currently
being
tested,
both
internally
and
on
our
tested
network.
E
So
the
goal
for
the
second
round
of
the
features
is
to
provide
the
context
state
improvements,
network
stability
enhancements.
We
also
working
on
the
stabilization
of
deploy
process
and
we
are
enhancing
the
event
stream
to
put
more
events
that
we
will
be
recording.
E
As
for
the
details,
so
the
the
the
current
version-
one
one
one
has
been
cut
in
fact
yesterday,
so
we
are
having
ongoing
tests,
as
I
said,
with
with
dev
dao,
with
with
the
test
net
and
also
internally
on
our
premises
and
as
for
the
mainnet,
so
our
casper
network,
it
it
is
up
and
running,
and
the
block
height
from
my
tomorrow
morning
is
25
212
with
51
validators.
E
Our
current
focus
is
to
stabilize
increase
the
performance
and
harden
the
network
on
a
specific
streams
in
highways
or
consensus.
We
plan
to
introduce
the
functionality
where
we
evict
immediately
without
the
action
delay
on
the
node
side.
We
are
working
on
fast,
sync
and
state
pruning
and
specifically
to
process
liner
chain
blocks.
E
We
are
also
preparing
several
proposals
for
the
enhancements.
We
call
them
internal
cps,
so
this
one
is
about
network
quality
of
service
and
we
are
working
hard
to
automate
to
where
possible,
the
second
upgrade
packaging
and
resist
release
process
on
the
test
at
srv
site.
My
our
main
effort
is
to
support
the
network,
our
networks,
because
we
have
mainnet
tested
and
our
internal
network
as
well,
and
we
are
continuously
working
on
our
improvements
in
monitoring
ecosystem
team-
is
working
to
provide
the
new
release
of
javascript
sdk.
E
Specifically,
we
are
working
on
c
value,
json,
serialization
and
enhancements
to
our
chrome
extension.
We
call
it
the
casper
signer
to
match
it
with,
with
our
blocks,
block
explorer
clarity
as
as
it's
called
now,
and
we
have
also
an
ongoing
endeavors,
where
we
enhance
the
casper
curse,
slides
and
recordings,
as
well
as
the
documentation
that
is
provided
on
docs.casperlabs.io
on
the
economics
research.
G
With
us,
we
always
have
alexandra
with
us
so
well,
so
we
can.
We
are
continuing
to
work
on
the
entry
options
paper
right,
so
that
is,
you
know
the
ball
for
research
project
and
it
will
also
feed
into
certain
decisions
around
how
consensus
works.
G
But
again
this
is
still
in
progress
and,
additionally,
something
that
you
know
came
to
be
on
our
plate
this
week
is
that
we
want
to
figure
out
a
way
to
monitor
the
rewards
that
are
being
distributed
in
a
more.
You
know,
robust
way,
because
you
know
right
now.
We
you
know
right
now,
it's
a
manual
process.
Basically,
we
would
like
to
automate
it
so
that
you
know
if
we
need
to.
We
know
how
to
adjust.
You
know
senior
edge
in
upgrades.
E
Thank
you
so,
just
to
finish
up
with
the
with
this
report
contract
run
time,
so
our
execution
engine
here
we
work
mainly
to
address
the
outcomes
of
the
audit
that
we've
been
through
and
as
for
the
upgrades
and
the
timelines,
so
we
still
keep
to
the
base,
as
I
describe
them
last
week
so
26th
of
april,
we
plan
to
stage
our
binaries
and
start
the
process
of
upgrading
the
the
main
net.
Before
that
we
are
working
closely
with
dev
dao
on
on
the
test
set
and
since
yesterday
this
process
has
been
started.
E
So
the
notes
are
being
continuously
upgraded
to
the
first
first
patch,
as
we
call
it
our
first
set
of
fixes
that
we
have
for
for
our
mainnet.
Do
we
have
anybody
from
devdao
with
us.
H
Yeah
peter
I'm
here
so
yeah
the
the
test,
that's
running
great,
something
near
500
participants,
so
we're
still
fleshing
out
the
exact
rewards
program,
but
that's
exciting
if
you're
on
telegram,
join
t
dot
me
slash,
casper,
testnet
or
join
at
devxdale
for
information
about
grants
related
to
the
ecosystem
and
open
source
and
beyond,
really
excited
to
be
moving
forward.
With
that
we
have
a
number
of
great
grants
that
we've
been
handing
out.
Some
of
the
more
interesting
ones
are
the
go.
H
Sdk
that's
being
worked
on
right
now
that
I'm
really
interested
in
as
well
as
our
gas
station
network
grant.
This
is
what
I'm
particularly
excited
about
and
it
should
launch
coordinated
right
around
the
time
when
tokens
really
are
moving
on
the
system.
You
know,
beyond
the
40-day
tokens
into
the
90-day
area,
we
will
have
available
grants
for
people
who
are
running
contracts
on
the
network,
so
you'll
be
able
to
apply.
H
If
you,
if
you
have
a
contract
that
is
going
to
be
going
to
require
gas,
we
will
be
picking
up
your
gas
feeds,
and
so
this
is
something
over
the
next
couple
weeks,
we'll
start
getting
the
information
out
about,
but
it's
our
version
of
a
gas
station
network-
and
this
is
us
kind
of
having
an
aws
credit
style
system
for
those
that
are
going
to
be
running
contracts
on
casper
mainnet,
and
so
please
come
to
devxdale
and
telegram
chat
with
us
about
those,
and
we
do
host
calls
as
well
community
calls
for
for
grants
and
for
the
developer
dao.
H
E
Great
news,
thank
you
for
the
update
all
right,
so
I
think
this
report
is
done.
Meda
could
open
our
roadmap
if.
E
So
here
we
have,
we
hear
you,
so
we
hear
the
community
requests.
E
What
we
are
working
on
currently
is
to
create
a
public
roadmap
where
we
will
discuss
the
features
that
we
are
planning
to
accomplish
with
the
community
and
also
to
expose
them
and
encourage
community
to
to
discuss
this
with
us.
So
this
is
our
dialogue,
dialogue
that
we
are
opening
and
the
same
roadmap.
A
very
similar
format
will
be
prepared
for
ecosystem
team,
so
you
will
have
a
close
track
on
the
progress
both
for
the
for
the
core
team
and
the
ecosystem
environment
that
we
support
and
provide.
E
Yes-
and
I
just
got
a
reminder
that
trucking
token
trading
day
is
still
set
on,
may
4th,
so
we
are
working
on
the
exchange
listing
and
we'll
be
providing
the
updates
accordingly.
E
C
Virtua
to
talk
about
our
partnership
here,
this
is
really
really
exciting.
So
joad,
why
don't
you
go
ahead
and
give
us
an
update
and
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
tara
virtua
and
what
you,
what
your
company
does
sure.
F
Okay,
so
so
I'm
joined,
I'm
the
cto
and
co-founder
of
terra
virtual
now,
basically,
we're
we're
a
digital
collectibles
platform,
but
we're
very
technology-led
and
we're
focused
towards
a
mass
market.
So
we've
been
in
this
space
from
2008
and
what
we've
managed
to
do
as
a
company
is
that
we've
managed
to
gain
the
trust
of
corporates
and
large
hollywood
ips
and
we've
released
a
whole
bunch
of
digital
collectibles,
but
which
are
high,
fidelity,
3d
models
and
other
digital
assets,
which
are
licensed
officially
by
movie
studios.
F
Things
like
movies
from
top
gun,
godfather
lost
in
space
and
we've
got
our
own
ip,
which
are
these
reflect
robots
that
we've
created
across
our
ecosystem.
Now,
the
main
thing
that
we
have
in
our
platform
is
that
we've
looked
at
the
whole
use
case
of
digital
collectibles,
which
is
basically
people
see
value
in
digital
items
and
digital
assets,
where
they
up
until
recently,
have
been
able
to
own
them
or
trade
them
or
actually
leverage
them
in
any
meaningful
way.
F
So
that's
effectively
what
the
company's
been
about
to
actually
put
the
power
back
into
the
hands
of
the
creators
and
also
to
provide
utility
to
people
who
own
it,
because,
if
you
think
about
it,
you've
started
off
with
the
likes
of
books,
magazines,
movies,
things
that
people
collect,
and
instead
it's
also
gravitated
to
streaming
services.
So
what
we
were
focused
on
was
to
try
to
go
ahead
and
bring
that
back
into
a
state
where,
if
you
had
a
digital
asset,
you
could
trade
it.
You
could
take
secondary
revenues
from
it.
F
You
could
you
could
leverage
it
using
defy
and
also
leverage
it
in
ways
of
or
providing
things
like
lending
an
item
to
a
gallery.
Let's
say:
there's
an
art
collection,
you
could
loan
it
out
to
a
gallery,
so
things
like
that
is
something
that
we
were
working
on
now.
That's
a
collectible
space.
But
if
you
look
at
the
whole
area
of
nfts,
it's
more
than
that,
it
provides
a
level
of
securitization
of
assets
on
the
blockchain
in
ways
that
actually
solves
a
lot
of
problems.
F
But
we
hadn't
actually
settled
on
a
company
to
work
with
on
it
and
casper
labs,
mass
market
focus
and
also
the
way
the
blockchain
technologies
are
looking
to
scale
and
work,
for
it
makes
us
think
that
this
is
the
right
platform
for
a
mass
market,
a
solution
and
by
this
solution.
What
I
mean
is
I'm
going
to
say
you.
F
I've
got
a
piece
of
artwork
right
now
in
the
art
world,
there's
a
massive
amount
of
work
that
goes
on
to
authenticate
a
physical
piece
of
artwork
to
make
sure
that
you
make
sure
that
it's
real.
If
at
the
point
of
creation,
it's
actually
minted
on
the
blockchain
and
the
ownership
owner
owner
of
that
item
is
on
terra
virtua,
using
the
casper
labs
blockchain.
It
means
that
every
time
the
item
is
transferred,
the
authenticity
transfers
transfers
with
it,
which
makes
life
a
lot
easier
for
everybody.
F
Now
there
are
many
real
world
applications
for
this
one
which
is
actually
making
sure
it
eliminates
fraud
more
or
less
overnight,
because
if
it
doesn't
have
an
authenticated
root
certificate
on
the
blockchain,
it
doesn't
exist
as
a
as
a
legal
item,
but
also
another
really
interesting
application,
for
this
is,
if
you
think,
about
insurance
right
now,
the
whole
market
of
loss
adjustment
based
upon
theft
when
there's
a
when
there's
a
break-in
or
there's
a
burglary,
there's
a
lot
of
work
that
goes
to
try
to
identify
if
the
item
actually
belong
to
that
person,
if
they
owned
the
items
in
question
and
that
actually
opens
up
the
ability
to
have
high
value
items
which
are
also
high
value
items
which
are
also
authenticated,
but
also
the
proof
of
ownership
can
be
used
by
institutions
to
guarantee
if
it's
stolen,
that
they
get
paid
promptly.
F
F
We've
got
people
in
the
uk
and
america
everywhere,
but
when
the
team
came
out
and
we
went
through
multiple
use
cases
and
we
looked
at
the
scalability
of
the
network
and
what
you
guys
have
got
in
store,
this
seemed
like
a
very
good
fit
for
what
we
could
do,
because
we're
focusing
on
a
mass
market
area,
which
is
collectors
and
people
who
invest
in
digital
items
and
physical
authentication,
is
just
the
next
logical
step.
Because
when
you
collect
items
some
of
these
items,
a
piece
of
art
could
be
worth
thousands
of
dollars.
F
We've
seen
our
works,
crypto
artwork,
so
for
millions
of
dollars-
and
these
things
have
got
value,
but
physical
items,
which
can
also
be
authenticated
in
a
similar
way
with
a
digital
copy,
opens
up
new
things.
It
means
that
not
only
are
you
authenticating
the
items,
but
it
could
mean
that
that
by
twinning
them
like
having
a
digital
copy
of
a
physical
item,
you
actually
enhance
the
value
of
it
as
well.
So
there's
a
lot
of
possibilities
and
a
lot
of
really
interesting
things
on
the
horizon,
for
a
partnership
with
casper,
so
quite
a
monologue.
D
Yeah
and
and
from
casper
lab
side
when
we
met
with
terra
virtua
and
and
went
through
their
platform,
and
these
used
cases
were
a
very
natural
extension
of
the
platform
that
that
terra
virtua
has
and
and
the
technology
that
casper
labs
provides,
and
we
could
think
of
several
of
those
real
world
use
cases,
and
that
is
what
casper
labs
network
is,
is
focused
on
right,
like
enterprise
applications
and
we
we
could
think
of
many
of
these
applications,
which
could
be
very,
very
useful
to
the
real
world
counterfeit
management.
D
As
mentioned
insurance
and
collectibles
and
authentication
provenance,
there's
several
initiatives.
We
would
be
working
with
kara
virtua
on
this.
C
Yeah
one
of
the
things
I've
noticed
about
the
nft
space
broadly,
is
that
nfts
are
kind
of
like
cool
collectibles
that
you
have
on
the
blockchain,
but
they
really
don't
tie
into
the
real
world,
and
this
is
one
of
the
pieces
around
blockchain
technology
that
has
had
me
kind
of
scratching.
My
head
is
that
okay,
it's
great,
but
it's
kind
of
the
the
the
the
domain
of
the
nft
is
limited
to
the
blockchain
upon
which
it
exists
right.
So
how
do
you
tie
that
back
into
the
actual
physical
artwork?
C
The
you
know
the
physical
asset
in
the
real
world
right?
How
do
you
and-
and
so
from
my
perspective-
it's
like
well,
if
I'm
looking
at
you
know,
if
I
have
some
kind
of
right
of
ownership
right,
would
it
wouldn't
it
be
great
if
the
nft
actually
purchasing
the
nft
actually
really
granted
me
some
rights,
for
example,
even
with
digital
art,
like
I
shouldn't,
be
able
to
view
the
digital
art,
unless
I
can
prove
that
I
own
the
nft,
because
nft
holds
some
kind
of
key
or
some
kind
of
quote-unquote
token
in
it.
C
A
C
F
Yeah
because
look
at
the
end
of
the
day
at
the
end
of
the
day-
let's
just
let's
just
take
a
simple
case-
let's
say
that
you've
got
a
a
relics
watch
when
you
buy
the
watch
at
the
moment
when
you've
got
a
brand.
Let's
so,
let's
take
the
rolex
example:
they
actually
spend
millions
of
dollars
a
year
in
training
people
to
spot
a
fake
training
people
in
their
stores,
and
actually,
if
somebody
comes
in
with
a
rolex,
you
would
know
whether
it's
a
real
one
or
not
a
real
one.
F
Even
if
you
take
a
simple
thing
like
you
buy
it
and
the
warranty
card
is
then
stamped
on
the
blockchain,
along
which
actually
then
creates
a
record
for
it
and
then
creates
a
digital
twin
representation.
All
of
a
sudden,
if
that
item
doesn't
have
a
casper
labs,
blockchain
record,
it's
not
real.
It's
it's.
A
F
And
it's
that's
just
a
very
simple
use
case,
but
then
you
can
actually
extend
the
concepts
of
the
ownership
of
the
authentication
record
and
you
can
have
elements
in
it
which
actually
cover
chain
of
custody
if
you're
going
to
take
it
for
alone
or
you're
going
to
leverage
it
in
some
way.
There's
quite
a
lot
of
element,
elements
that
can
now
be
built
in
to
augment
the
value
of
that
physical
item
by
simplifying
the
process.
F
F
F
Yeah
and
once
it's
consumed,
then
you
know
it's
tied
to
the
item
so
that
qr
code
can't
be
used
that
the
authenticity
code
can't
be
used
twice,
and
that
means
even
if
there's
a
fake
it
cannot.
It
cannot
go
back
even
if
they,
even
if
they
use
that,
even
if
they
use
that
code,
you
can't
you
can't
take
it
right
back
down
to
the
blockchain
record
only
that
that
physical
instance
of
the
item
is
tied
to
that
physical
record.
C
Yep
yep
very,
very,
very
good,
very
good
yeah.
I
love
it.
I
love
it
very
much
and
this
is
like
bringing
together
things
that,
like
I
said
with
nfts,
it's
always
had
me
scratching
my
head,
I'm
like
okay,
so
I
have
this
token
on
the
blockchain,
that's
great
like
how
do
you?
How
does
it
actually
have
teeth
right
and
I
feel
like
tying
this
all
in
together.
C
It
sounds
like
what
we
want
to
do
is
we
want
to
build
some
way
that
you
can
actually
generate
a
qr
code
or
generate
some
kind
of
you
know,
basically,
an
authentic,
a
proof
of
authenticity
right,
a
certificate
of
authenticity,
that's
independently,
verifiable.
I
gotta
believe
that
somebody's
thought
that
if
they
haven't,
we
need
to
go
build
it
right
away,
love
love,
hearing!
This
kind
of
you
know
this
kind
of
kinds
of
ideas
right,
it's
fantastic,
so
casper
labs.
C
You
know
we
love
to
work
with
enterprises
and
and
enterprising
startups
that
are
looking
to
take
away
space
from
their
competitions
by
innovating,
using
blockchain
technology
and
we're
here
to
support
and
help,
and
you
know
make
sure
that
your
success
is
our
success.
So
we're
very
much
aligned
in
trying
to
ensure
that
virtua
is
the
next
big
thing
with
nfts
and
chain
of
custody.
C
As
we
are
all
aware,
we
already
have
a
chain
of
custody
solution
that
we've
built
for
ipv
and
ipv's
perfectly
happy
to
generize
that
and
leverage
it
for
any
other
implementation.
That
makes
sense
right
for
blockchain
technology
chain
of
custody
is
a
real
natural
natural
use
case
for
blockchain
technologies,
so
it
feels
like
a
really
great
fit
for
casper
I'd
like
to
kind
of
you
know,
we've
got
some
questions
here,
joe.
Is
there
anything?
That's
really
popping
up.
That's
interesting
from
the
community
for
us
to
answer.
A
If
the
first
question
is,
when
will
I
be
able
to
see
casper
tokens
on
coinlist
and
the
answer
to
that
is
in
early
may,
whether
your
tokens
are
locked
or
unlocked,
the
tokens
will
appear
in
your
coinless
wallet
in
early
may.
We've
got
another
question
here:
is
casper
going
to
have
their
own
wallet
and
launch
pad
meda?
If
you
could
touch
on
that.
C
Yeah
so
it's
possible
to
ex
to
experience
a
casper
wallet
infrastructure
right
now
on
clarity,
if
you
go
to
clarity.testnet
dot
make
services,
somebody
in
the
communities
actually
built
it,
you
can
look
at
the
casper
test
net
channel
to
find
out
where
the
block
explorer
is
or
or
hit
us
on
discord,
and
you
can
see
there
that
there
is
a
way
to
create
accounts
to
sign
transactions
using
the
clarity
plug-in.
C
So
more
features
are
coming
in
the
block
explorer
make
is
working
on
that
and
there
will
be
a
full
wallet.
There
is
pyota.
I
believe
the
association
is
also
working
on
a
ledger
integration
right.
Do
you
want
to
talk.
E
Correct
this
is
our
ongoing
effort,
so
we
are
in
a
close
contact
and
hopefully
this
will
be
available
very
soon.
So
so
far
we
had
no
blockers.
We
adjusted
our
clients
in
a
way
that
they
are
able
to
to
be
used
also
the
js
sdk.
So,
yes,
everything
work
going
well.
A
F
Sure
I
mean
that's
a
very
that's
a
very
interesting
point.
I
mean.
Ultimately,
the
idea
is
to
release
the
metadata
for
absolutely
everything,
because
the
whole
point
of
permanence
on
the
blockchain
means
that
you
need
to
earn
it.
F
Ipfs
is
generally
used
to
actually
store
flat
image
data,
but
it
doesn't
really
help
for
anything
more
sophisticated
than
a
basic
mpeg
in
the
image.
So
just
putting
it
into
storage
isn't
enough,
we
we're
working
to
try
to
do
more
than
that
which
is
find
a
way
to
get
those
items
in
a
way
that
they
can
be
consumed
outside
of
any
proprietary
blockchain.
Any
proprietary
infrastructure.
A
So
what
will
be
the
transaction
number
in
terra
virtua
yearly?
I'm
not
sure
is
that
something
well.
F
I
mean
transactions
yearly.
I
can't
tell
you
off
the
top
of
my
head
and
we
got
an
awful
lot
of
trans.
We've
got
an
awful
lot
of
traction.
I
mean
recently,
we've
just
done
the
godzilla
versus
kong
movie
and
over
50
million
people
just
watch
a
trailer,
so
our
site's
been
hammered
by
users
when
who
are
coming
to
buy
the
nfts,
so
I'm
not
quite
sure
what
they
mean
by
that.
But
yeah
I
mean
nft
market
as
a
whole
is
going
up,
but
there's
also
a
lot
of
overheat
and
over
speculation
as
well.
F
So
we're
going
to
be
seeing
like
a
correction
in
the
nft
market
to
bring
it
down
to
level
of
sanity
and
then
we'll
find
real
applications
for
nfts
as
well.
Right
now,
every
two
minutes
somebody's
trying
to
cash
in
by
bringing
our
new
nft
platform,
and
it's
just
not
going
to
happen.
It's
going
to
be
the
key
companies
are
going
to
provide
good
products
and
but
there's
a
lot
of
cash
grabs
and
that
doesn't
really
help.
Anyone
at
the.
F
A
Not
no
not
really
lots
of
comments.
No
questions,
no
further
questions
here,.
C
I
saw
a
question
up
there
a
little
bit
more
about
dates,
so
we
do
have
an
upgrade
that
is
staged
in
test
net
right
now.
As
far
as
I
understand
it,
we've
already
got
the
requisite.
You
know:
two-thirds
acceptance
of
the
upgrade
so
that
upgrade
will
be
taking
effect.
That
upgrade
is
planning
we're
planning
to
stage
it
for
mainnet
sometime
late
next
week,
so
we
want
it
to
run
in
test
net
for
a
period
of
time.
C
Have
the
test
net
participants
bang
on
that
update,
make
sure
it's
really
good
and
solid,
and
then
we're
going
to
roll
it
out
to
mainnet
participants
in
advance
of
the
may
4th
trading
date,
and
then
we
are
staging.
We
are
preparing
our
1.2
release.
Do
we
have
approximate
dates
for
that,
pure?
I
thought
that
we
had
some
dates
for
1.2
that
we
can
kind
of
just.
E
Yeah,
so
this
will
happen
in
may.
Looking
at
the
final
dates
end
of
end
of
the
may
or
beginning
of
june,
we
will
have
the
second
upgrade.
C
Yeah,
okay,
the
the
first
few
upgrades
between
now
and
when
tokens
start
to
unlock
will
be
on
a
roughly
monthly
cadence,
because
you
know
we
are.
We
continue
to
find
fixes
that
need
to
be
deployed
to
the
protocol.
C
We
have
goals
to
increase
the
performance,
the
protocol
to
meet
the
requirement
from
trading
and
then
what
we're
going
to
do
is
we're
going
to
kind
of
switch
gears
from
a
you,
so
we've
always
operated
a
very
tight
monthly
cadence.
Those
of
you
that
have
been
here
before
know
that
I
was
quite
fastidious
in
making
sure
that
we
were
putting
out
updates
every
month.
It
was
a
very,
very
aggressive
development
timeline
and
we're
going
to
be
switching
our
mode
of
operation
to
much
more
a
feature
based
development
cycle
right.
C
So
basically,
what
will
happen
is
there
will
be
a
set
of
features
that
the
association
is
going
to
request
from
casper
labs.
You
know,
through
collaboration
with
the
community,
people
will
be
collecting
feedback
from
validators
from
contract
developers,
I'm
already
getting
a
lot
of
feedback
from
folks.
I
consult
with
ralph
and
peel
about
this
and
we
come
to
an
agreement
on
what
it
is
we
want
to
ship
and
then
we
will
start
building
those
features
out
and
only
when
they
are
ready
to
go
right.
C
We
will
take
a
much
more
conservative
approach
only
when
they
are
ready
to
go
once
we
have
broad-based
acceptance
from
the
community
via
the
community
governance
processes.
Will
we
start
coding
and
delivering
those
features,
and
then
they
will
basically
once
they
are
ready
and
smart
contract
authors
are
ready,
et
cetera,
et
cetera.
C
We
will
then
deploy
right
so
expect
that
the
release
time
frames
to
get
a
little
bit
longer,
you
know,
are
basically
our
branching
strategies
getting
a
lot
more
complicated
right
because
we're
building
these
things
out
on
feature
branches
and
we
need
to
be
always
ready
to
patch
mainnet
in
the
event
that
some
critical
issue
is
found.
So
the
branching
strategy
has
gotten
significantly
more
complex,
but
we
feel
this
is
the
most
conservative
approach
right.
C
We
want
to
be
conservative,
but
we
also
want
to
continue
pushing,
updates
and
features
in
response
to
the
community
very
aggressively
right
and
we
believe
we've
got
a
foundation
that
enables
us
to
do
that,
and
so
we
are
very
much
committed
to
the
association
and
the
community
to
continue
pushing
out
updates
that
are
really
really
valuable,
both
for
the
ecosystem
and
our
our
community
at
large.
A
A
That
is
our
official
coin
market
cap
page,
but
the
listing
there
is
an
iou,
it's
a
futures
market
and
should
just
be
ignored
and
just
avoid
that
at
all
costs
we
haven't
listed
on
any
exchange
as
of
yet
so
just
just
ignore
it,
and
we
have
another
question
for
terra:
virtua
is
terra
virtually
going
to
have
their
own
metaverse
and
how
can
casper
play
a
role
here.
F
We're
actually
building
a
metaverse
at
the
moment,
which
is
very
the
way
we
look
at
it.
Most
metabolises
are
like
a
large
piece
of
land
and
you
fill
it
up.
Ours
is
more
like
a
spider
web,
so
we're
creating
environments.
You
can
have
multiple
instances.
So,
let's
just
say
that
you've
got
your
own
virtual
space.
You
can
deck
out
and
put
all
your
assets
in
there
and
then
you
can
create
a
copy
of
it
and
reskin.
F
It
basically
and
have
another
version,
so
you
could
have
one
room
for
as
a
godfather
shrine
one
room
for
your
favorite
band,
one
room
for
collectible
cards,
one
room
as
you
know,
star
wars,
for
example,
so
they
can
just
grow
and
grow
and
grow
and
the
way
that
we
look
at
it
is
that,
let's
just
say,
for
example,
we
need
about
physical
authentication.
One
of
the
things
I
talked
about
was
a
digital
twin.
F
So
let's
just
say
that
somebody
goes
out
and
they
buy
a
whole
lot
of
items
and
over
time
more
or
more
of
them
fall
under
authentication.
You
can
actually
showcase
a
digital
replica
of
your
physical
items
in
your
own
space.
So,
let's
say
you're
going
to
watch
collection.
Let's
say:
you've
got
an
art
collection.
Those
items
are
physical
equivalents
in
the
real
world.
F
You
could
have
them
in
specific
fan
case,
which
are
driven
by
the
casper
chain,
and
that
becomes
a
way
that
casper
is
integrated
into
the
metals
because
effectively
anywhere,
where
there's
a
physical
equivalent,
and
you
want
to
showcase
it
and
allow
people
to
come
and
see
it
without
them,
risking
them
tearing
or
breaking
it.
That's
where
they
come.
They
come
to
the
casper
version
of
a
fan
cave,
which
is
a
physical
authentication
showcase.
That's
how
I
see
it
working.
C
C
Certainly
help
you
so
on
the
main
net,
so
staking
is
available.
So
as
of
may
4th,
if
you
acquire
tokens-
and
you
wish
to
stake
them
to
a
validator,
you
certainly
can
do
so.
It
is
possible
to
see
this
right
now.
Let
me
just
show
you
on
clarity,
so
this
is
the
block
explorer
for
mainnet.
You
can
actually
go
and
see
the
validators
here,
and
you
can
see
here
those
that
have
a
10
here's
18
18
delegators.
C
This
is
basically
they
provide
a
service
right.
So
this
is
a
validator
that
is
18
delegators.
Presently
you
are
most
welcome
to
stake
with
this
validator.
If
you
choose
to
do
so,
there
are
other
validators
here
that
have
fewer
staking
providers,
so
this
validator
is
taking
a
10
rank.
This
validator
has
taken
a
7
break,
so
staking
is
available
in
protocol.
It's
available,
it'll
be
available,
effective
may
4th.
So
those
of
you
that
have
option
three
tokens.
C
You
will
be
available
able
to
stake
your
tokens
at
that
time
to
any
one
of
these
validators
is
because
they're
freely
trading.
So
the
way
to
do
it
is
there
is
a
command
line.
Interface
with
the
casper
client-
and
you
can
basically
do
a
delegate
bid
a
transaction
and
you
specify
the
key
of
the
validator
and
your
key
of
your
you
sign
it
with
your
private
key
and
you
pay
for
the
transaction,
and
that's
it
you're
done
so
pretty
straightforward
to
do.
There
is
documentation
at
docs.casperlabs
on
how
to
do
staking.
C
H
I'll
add
real,
quick
that
there
are
some
there's
some
work
being
done
on
identifying
or
having
some
of
the
validators
self-identify,
so
you
can
be
aware
of
who
they
are
and
what
they
might
represent
inside
the
community.
So
there's
a
lot
of
work,
that's
being
done
on
that
we're
discussing
that
in
in
with
casper
testnet
and
on
the
devx
style
channel.
But
the
clarity
explorer
make
services
who's
working
on
this
now
there
will
be
building
also
tools
in
for
a
ui
represented
version
of
staking,
so
those
type
of
things
will
happen.
H
So
if
you're,
a
little
shy
gun
shy
about
doing
it,
it's
not
going
to
be
too
long
to
where
you're
going
to
have
verifiable,
open
source,
verifiable
instances
online,
but
as
always
when
it
comes
to
owning
your
crypto,
protect
your
crypto.
Some
of
the
hardware
wallet
instances
will
be
coming
out
shortly
as
you've
all
heard,
but
be
careful
early
on
the
launch
of
any
chain.
H
A
Thanks
tim
murphy,
we
have
a
comment
here:
the
casper
network.
I
would
be
happy
if
the
casper,
if
casper,
has
its
own
storage
wallet
so
that
I
can
more
easily
access
casper.
So,
aside
from
partnerships
with
hardware
wallets
such
as
ledger
and
integration
there,
timothy
can
the
dev.
Is
that
something
a
question
you
could
answer
for
for
casper
having
its
own
wallet
being
built?
There.
H
Yeah
there
are
several
wallets
that
are
being
built
for
all
different
operating
systems
and
we're
making
we're
going
to
be
making
this
as
as
easy
as
possible.
But
those
things
take
a
little
bit
of
time.
I'd
expect
to
to
see
some
stuff
come
out
on
the
community.
There's
a
community
website
a
hub,
that's
being
built
now
to
try
to
make
sure
we
get
some
really
good
information
out
to
people,
as
those
things
do
come
out.
I'll
reiterate
again.
H
If
the
code
isn't
coming
directly
from
the
network
or
from
trusted
partners,
be
careful
with
it.
Oftentimes
in
the
beginning
of
network
launches
people
will
rush
to
create
products
that
that
aren't
real
took
well,
probably
a
year
and
a
half
to
remove
there
was
a
there
was
a
fake
ethereum
wallet
that
was
being
distributed
on
the
play
store.
H
So
you
know
you
really
have
to
to
understand
your
sources
of
where
you're
getting
the
stuff
from,
but
the
devex
dao
and
the
casper
association
will
do
our
best
at
making
sure
we're
vocal
about
the
sources
that
we
trust.
So
you
can
make
your
own
opinions
and
and
read
through
the
code
to
make
sure
you're
safe
there
as
well.
A
Thanks
timothy
and
to
everyone
listening
or
watching
after
the
fact,
I'm
gonna
leave
links
to
the
dev
down,
so
you
can
join
telegram,
which
of
course,
will
be
a
trusted
source
of
information.
You
know
applicable
to
these
wallets.
So
as
these
wallets
are
released
and
being
built,
you
can
be
sure
that
that
any
posts
from
the
dev
down
will
be
trusted.
So
I'll
leave
a
link,
and
I
do
recommend
everybody
joins
the
dev
down
on
telegram.
C
So
we
have
a
few
questions
here.
I'm
just
going
to
go
ahead
and
take
the
bull
by
the
horns
here.
So
there
was
a
question
about
it's
a
little
bit
technical
to
stake.
What
about
people
who
don't
know
what
to
do
with
the
commands?
So
most
of
these
wallets,
we
hope,
will
offer
staking
within
the
wallet
itself.
C
That's
really
the
ideal
way
to
go
right,
so
we
want
to
provide
a
secure
way
for
folks
to
be
able
to
stake
their
token
on
the
network
with
trusted
wallets,
as
tim
has
talked
about,
additionally,
we're
trying
to
provide
a
staking
interface
via
a
hardware
integration,
so
those
pieces
are
actually
in
flight
right
now.
The
association
has
contracts
in
place
with
implementers
and
integrators
to
go
ahead
and
build
this
out
to
make
it
easy
and
secure
to
stake
your
token
via
a
wallet
interface.
C
The
other
question
is
there
are
two
types
of
validating:
isn't
there
one
with
higher
rewards
but
higher
risk
of
slashing?
So
no,
there
is
not
two
types
of
validating.
There
is
only
one
type
of
validating,
so
delegators
and
validators
are
treated
exactly
the
same
on
the
casper
network.
For
the
time
being,
we
have
furloughed
slashing
for
the
next
year,
while
the
protocol
hardens
and
matures,
we
felt
it
appropriate
to
put
a
furlough
in
place
for
slashing,
so
you
will
be
able
to
stake.
C
Your
tokens
without
fear
of
slashing
validators
that
are
malicious
will
be
ejected
immediately
from
the
protocol.
So
it's
you
know.
Equivocations
really
are
not
possible
on
the
network,
because
we
immediately
eject
the
validator
upon
detecting
an
equivocation,
so
we're
doing
other
things
in
the
protocol
to
harden
it
and
keep
it
secure
without
necessarily
needing
to
slash,
and
if
the
community
decides
they
want
to
implement
slashing
later,
because
it
will
help
the
token
price
or
make
the
protocol
more
secure
by
in
all
means,
the
community
will
actually
drive
that
process
to
re.
C
You
know
to
reinstitute
slashing
if
that
makes
sense.
So
next
question
is
alex
yeah.
So
I
answered
that
question
the
next
one:
their
migration
tool
for
solidity,
erc
20
to
wasm
smart
contract
with
rust,
which
is
a
major
language
for
casper.
Yes,
rust
is
the
major
language
for
casper.
We
had
a
prototype
of
the
cast
filer,
which
does
take
a
smart
contract
and
translate
it
into
rust.
C
We
are
exploring
that
again
we're
picking
up
work
on
that
and
the
idea
is
to
transpile
solidity:
smart
contracts
directly
into
rust
contracts,
basically
the
rust
contracts
api.
We
are
picking
up
work
on
that
again
we're
going
to
partner
with
the
dev
dao,
as
well
as
the
core
development
team.
To
get
that
done.
It's
just
the
core
development
team
has
got
a
very
heavy
backlog
right
now,
so
we're
extremely
busy
trying
to
make
that
all
happen.
But
rest
assured
we
have
a
design
and
a
prototype,
we're
quite
confident
we
can
make
this
happen.
C
It's
just
a
matter
of
engineering.
So
if
there's
any
talented
rust
engineers
out
there
and
you
want
to
come,
work
for
an
exciting
project
feel
free
to
send
us
an
email
at
careers
casperlabs.io.
We
are
aggressively
hiring
rustcore
developers.
So
if
you
want
to
be
part
of
this
team
drop
us
a
note,
we
have
a
lot
of
work
to
get
done.
C
C
Yeah
there's
some
questions
about
testnet
participants.
Timothy,
do
you
want
to
answer
that.
H
Sure
do
do
you
have
the
list
of
questions
in
front
of
you?
You
want
to
read
a
couple
options.
C
Yeah
our
test
knit
oh
well,
it's
not
very
nice.
Our
testament
participants,
a
cheap
workforce
for
you,
if
not
explain
the
amount
you
will
distribute
now.
So
do
you
want
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
test
net
rewards.
C
I
think
they're
looking
at
the
basic
question,
is
how
much
what
do
the
test
net
participation
rewards
look
like
for
those
people
that
are
participating,
so
maybe
what
the
allocation
is,
what
what
people
can
expect.
H
Yeah,
so
we're
doing
it
basically
to
be
to
be
fully
honest
in
a
euro
dollar
value.
That's
based
out
over
the
next
three
months
before
we
have
a
more
longer
term
plan,
and
in
that
euro
dollar
value,
which
is
quite
sizable,
we
will
be
at
least
at
least
paying
out
the
the
top
I'd.
Imagine
450
or
so
maybe
all
500-
that
are
participants
right
now,
but
we're
looking
to
make
sure
that
this
is
economically
more
than
viable
to
where
they
are.
H
You
know
happy
beyond
having
their
that
the
costs
of
their
servers
covered,
but
also
are
rewarded
for
the
time
that
they're
doing
this
oftentimes.
H
Many
of
the
validators
that
will
be
in
this
pool
are
also
validators
on
the
main
chain,
and
then
they
are
incentivized
by
making
sure
that
they're
familiar
with
the
familiar
with
the
code
upgrades
as
they're
before
that
they
want
to
run
run
through
run
them
on
main
net.
So
we
believe
there's
some
incentivization
there,
but
in
the
next
week
two
weeks
we'll
have
some
final
numbers
on
what
the
the
the
stream
is.
It
won't
just
be
for
validation.
H
There
will
be
other
rewards,
so
there'll
be
other
participants
if
you
are
in
the
the
kind
of
lower
category,
but
we're
basing
everything
off
uptime
we're
basically
not
evening
off
participation,
and
then
there
are
going
to
be
some
specific
rewards
for
different.
You
know
kind
of
flag
events
that
we're
going
to
have
and
hold
throughout
the
time.
So,
if
you're
not
participating
yet
and
it
sounded
like
he
wasn't,
then
you
know
we,
you
know,
welcome
your
welcome
your
participation.
H
I
think
that
over
the
next
couple
months,
we'll
have
a
very
solid
ongoing
plan,
it's
difficult
for
us
to
really
calculate
all
the
rewards
before
we
have
public
pricing
on
tokens
to
be
honest,
and
once
we
get
those,
we
can
kind
of
really
really
concentrate
a
value
to
the
test
net,
but
we
have
some
very
exciting
things
planned
for
testnet,
so
being
a
part
of
that
community
and
getting
involved
before
where
that
is.
H
I
you
know,
I
I'm
happy
to
say
that
I
would
highly
advise
going
to
be
a
part
of
that
as
we're
going
to
do
some
interesting
things
to
make
sure
that
that
is
the
the
solid
ground
that
the
main
net
needs
kind
of
as
a
precursor
to
main
net
code
at
all
time.
A
Thanks
timothy,
I've
got
a
question
here
that
I
can
cover.
When
will
the
casp?
No
do
we
have
to
sign
sale
documents
and
send
them
back
to
coin
list
at
the
moment,
there's
no
action
needed
on
your
end
and
as
soon
as
we
have
an
update
from
coin
has
forgotten.
This
and
coin
list
will
probably
update
you
themselves
via
an
email
or
on
their
blog.
Until
then,
there's
no
action
required
so
stay
tuned
for
an
announcement
on
that
document
and
whether
it
needs
to
be
signed
or
not.
H
I'm
going
to
update
something
else:
real,
quick
joe
one
of
the
interesting
things
we
get
to
do
is
is
distribute
grants
and
one
of
the
things
that
we're
excited
to
be
doing
is
doing
this
in
a
very
decentralized
manner
through
our
own,
through
the
dow
that
we've
created-
and
this
will
basically
be
voting-
will
be
but
done
by
participants
on
by
the
members
there
by
the
people
that
I've
gone
through
and
contributed
and
completed
grants.
H
So
in
in
that
process
we
are
going
to
be
distributing
grants
in
euro
value
and
that's
at
the
time
that
the
grant
value
is
received.
So,
for
example,
if
you
have
a
grant
that
you're
looking
at
getting
done
and
you
price
that
you
suggest
that
value
as
a
hundred
thousand
euro
dollar
value
of
a
grant,
you
don't
have
to
worry
about
the
future
token
value
pricing
of
when
you
receive
that.
H
What
will
happen
is,
as
you
hit
your
milestones,
you
will
then
receive
the
the
equivalent
of
value
in
tokens
at
a
normalized
price
from
the
I
think
it's
five-day
trailing
average.
H
So
we
believe
that
this
is
really
going
to
enable
people
to
start
stacking
up
development
and
start
stacking
up
teams
and
have
expected
expected
long-term
pay,
because
you
don't
really
have
to
worry
about
what
the
underlying
pricing
is
and
then,
if
you
and
when
you
receive
the
value
from
the
grant,
you
can
determine
at
that
point
what
to
do
with
that
value
on
your
own.
But
it's
a
very
exciting
way
to
distribute
grants.
If
you've
passed
a
grant,
you
will
be
enabled
for
voting
within
the
ecosystem.
H
So
we're
very
excited
about
that
and
we
hope
to
have
a
widespread
participation
in
the
way
that
we're
going
to
distribute
value
very
honored
and
thankful
to
the
commitment
to
decentralization
by
the
casper
network
to
enabling
this
and
enabling
this
this
ability
so
come,
learn
more
about
that
and
at
devex
dao,
and
so
we're
excited
to
be
rolling
those
out
and
we
are
accepting
applications
now.
So
learn
more
about
it.
H
We
have
our
community
call
ourselves
in
about
an
hour,
join
us
in
the
telegram,
chat
and
happy
to
discuss
further.
C
A
I
have
a
couple
of
questions
about
delta
test
net
rewards
that
I
should
probably
give
an
update
on
so
to
be
perfectly
clear.
The
delta
test
net
program
is
separate
from
the
test
net
program
that
timothy
described
right.
So
there
is
a
pre-launch
test
net
that
was
the
delta
test
net.
That
was
run
by
casper
labs
in
preparation
for
mainnet
launch.
Once
mainnet
launched
the
devx
dow
right,
we
turn
we're
turning
mainnet
over
we're.
C
C
The
those
tokens
have
been
reserved
and
if
I
understand
correctly,
those
are
held
with
the
association
they
are
budgeted
with
the
association.
They
have
already
a
pre-launch
valuation
associated
with
them.
So
all
of
that
has
been
already
pre-defined
and
it
will
be
exactly
the
same
as
the
alpha
test
net
program
and
the
beta
test
net
program
and
the
delta
testnet
program.
So
it'll
follow
the
exact
same
model
right,
so
the
participation
for
delta
test
nets
already
locked
and
loaded.
We
have
all
the
data
of
who
participated
what
their
liveness
data
was.
C
I
haven't
yet
gone
through
and
done
the
analysis
right.
So
what's
going
to
happen
is
there
is
a
fixed
pool
of
tokens?
This
is
what
I
did
for
both
alpha
and
beta.
There
was
a
fixed
allocation
as
per
the
program
documentation
of
how
many
tokens
were
allocated
for
each
phase,
that
that
that
allocation
is
going
to
be
split
up
based
on
participation
and
the
full
allocation
will
be
used
up.
So
we're
not
going
to
keep
any
allocation
for
ourselves.
The
full
amount
will
be
used
up.
It
will
all
be
done
transparently.
C
What
will
be
available
is
going
to
be
public
keys
and
ip
addresses
that
were
registered
in
the
program
and
that
ip
address
and
the
public
key
will
be
linked
to
the
sign
up
documentation.
What
you,
when
you
signed
up
on
the
form
to
participate,
and
we
will
use
that
email
address
to
communicate
with
you,
so
you
will
receive
an
email
from
us
about
your
delta
participation
rewards.
C
C
I
will
be
kicking
off
this
process
and
and
doing
the
analysis.
The
data
driven
analysis.
I
will
publish
a
google
sheet
exactly
the
same
way
that
happened
at
alpha
and
beta.
So
if
you're
curious
about
what
happened
with
alpha
and
beta,
you
can
actually
go
into
discord
and
you
can
see
those
in
the
history
of
the
pinned
messages.
You
can
see
what
the
alpha
and
beta
rewards
participation
look
like.
It's
going
to
look
very
similar
to
that.
Some
portion
will
come
to
you
in
fiat.
C
C
So
I
hope
this
answered
questions
maybe
jan
generated
more
questions,
but
this
is
the
process
and
you
can
actually
look
back
into
history
and
see
what
we
did
before
with
respects
to
the
devdao
testnet
program,
the
dev
down
timothy,
I'm
just
going
to
speak
on
behalf
of
you,
and
maybe
wolf
can
speak
here
a
little
bit
more.
C
Clearly,
it's
very
important
to
understand
that,
once
there
is
a
market
price
for
the
tokens,
they
have
to
adhere
to
that
market
price
right,
you're
not
allowed
just
like
you
can,
with
stocks
you're
not
allowed
to
back
port
and
give
yourself
a
different
token
price
in
your
grant.
That's
not
legal
right!
It's
not
possible
to
do
that
so
for
the
test
net
participants
in
the
dev
dow
test
net,
they
have
to
adhere
to
what
in
prices
in
the
market,
and
that
has
to
be
the
form
form
the
basis
of
the
grant.
C
You're
not
allowed
to
use
a
different
one
right,
because
that's
not
legal
so
to
be
extremely
clear.
That's
why
there
are
two
different
programs
with
two
different
pricings:
it's
because
of
the
time
of
the
program.
The
time
of
the
participation
drives
right
when
what
pricing
is
is
is
put
in
place
there.
So
I
hope
that
clears
everything
up.
C
Thank
you
yeah.
So

because
you
know
we
are.
We
