really
well
and

the

it
was
a
fun
time

all.

William
Tennant
had
a
debate
on
February
1st,
and
things
went
well
for
things
that
are
upcoming.

A
H
Thank
you
and
I'm
chairman.
The
committee
will
be
meeting
this
Friday
morning
and
hopefully
we'll
be
going
into
some
of
the
Elementary
budget
issues
at
that
time.
Thank.
I
I
J
I'm
Adam's
here,
while
he's
bringing
up
if
I,
could
defer
so
that
you
all
could
introduce
as
requested
football
coach.
Yes,.
C
K
Hello,
everybody
thank
you
guys
for
inviting
me
over
here.
I
really
do
appreciate
the
floor
and
I
thank
John.
The
entire
admin
team,
because
going
through
an
interview
process
is
tough,
It's
grueling,
but
putting
it
together
is
just
as
tough
and
grueling
so
I
want
to
thank
them.
For
choosing
me
as
the
candidate
being
chosen
for
William
10
is
the
head.
Football
coach
is
an
absolute
honor.
K
It
really
is
this
is
the
school
I
wanted
to
be
at
I've,
been
at
a
couple
schools
within
the
past
couple
years
in
my
in
my
short
football
career
and
William
Tennant?
Is
that
family
that
I
know
and
I,
love
and
I
want
to
be
a
part
of
the
community,
so
I
hope
I
make
each
and
every
one
of
you
proud,
I
can't
wait
to
get
to
you
get
to
know
each
and
every
one
of
you
individually
always
available
to
talk.
Just
let
me
know
and
I
can't
wait
to
get
started.
K
J
Madam
chair
the
other
person:
that's
here
that's
on
your
agenda,
but
not
here
to
speak
or
anything
unless
you
so
choose
is
standing
in
audience.
The
new
mtss
coordinator,
if
you
can
just
stand
so,
they
can
see
your
face
with
the
name
and
they'll
be
okay.
Thank
you,
Nate.
J
If
you
could
bring
up
at
the
last
budget
meeting
modern
chair
and
board
members,
there
were
questions
that
you
had
at
the
work
session
and
because
there
was
no
budget
presentation
coming
up,
we
promised
that
we
would
get
you
that
information
in
your
packet
was
a
copy
of
last
week's
presentation
per
Mr,
Martin's
request
that
you
should
have
received
and
the
question
that
next
slide.
J
J
L
J
J
The
average
increase
that
is
projected
for
those
employees
is
three
percent
which
includes
the
point
two
percent
recovery,
the
dollar
value
of
that
is
just
over
1.3
million
and
the
other
piece
that
was
in
question
of
what
is
that
equate
to
in
percent
increase
for
act,
one
which
would
be
1.59
percent
understanding
how
that
plays
out.
Is
those
employees
sit
on
a
grid
Matrix
that
has
rows
and
columns
the
average
Step
increase
which
goes
downward
each
year?
They
work
for
a
full
step
is
equal
to
4.6
percent.
J
The
average
Lane
increase
going
from
left
to
right
is
equivalent
to
6.4
percent.
The
biggest
jump
that
occurs
is
when
a
teacher
moves
from
a
bachelor's
degree
to
a
master's
column
movement
which
can
be
approximately
a
15.3
percent.
There
are.
There
is
a
step
called
bachelor's
plus
24
that
was
removed,
but
there's
13
employees
who
are
grandfather
that
remain
on
that
step
and
every
other
column
movement
is
typically
around
4.2
percent.
J
In
this
particular
case
when
we
started
a
budget
process,
the
most
recent
one
when
we
started
was
in
September
2022,
which
was
a
3.7
percent,
is
what
came
out
from
the
Bureau
of
Labor
Statistics
for
schools
and
Elementary
and
secondary
schools
regarding
wage
increase
growth.
J
The
budget
was
built
with
a
foundation
level
using
a
3.7
percent.
It
obviously
is
the
board's
choice
of
to
accept
that
or
not
the
support
staff
is
just
about
50
employees
less
than
the
teacher,
so
a
professional
staff
with
412
members.
The
minimum
requirement
of
the
agreement
is
one
percent
that
total
dollar
value
impact
would
be
121.20
121
288
dollars
with
the
proposed
3.7
that
the
administration
includes
in
a
budget.
The
total
value
of
that
is
448
766
dollars,
equivalent
to
a
point
five
three
percent
impact
on
on
the
budget
increase.
J
The
other
employee
group
is
act
93,
which
is
school
and
District
administrators
group.
It
has
the
same
language.
A
minimum
required
is
one
percent.
The
dollar
value
of
one
percent
is
forty.
J
Two
thousand
eight
hundred
forty
five
dollars
they
increased
proposed
for
the
ACT
93
administration
of
3.7
has
a
dollar
value
of
158
526
dollars
costs
increase
equivalent
to
act,
one
is
a
0.19,
is
what
it
would
be
overall,
where
I
think
Mrs
Crossing
was
getting
to
is
trying
to
understand
the
value
of
the
change
and
the
impact
on
real
estate
tax
to
fund
those
costs.
In
summary,
just
so
you
know
a
one
percent
change
in
our
budget
equals
839,
997
dollars
or
roughly
eight
hundred
forty
thousand
dollars.
J
Half
of
that
is
roughly
420
thousand
dollars.
So,
if
you
fund
well
you
your
cea
is
locked
in
there's.
No
choice
of
flexibility
in
that
in
your
support
staff
in
your
act,
93,
which
equates
to
about
six
hundred
thousand
dollars
combined,
you
would
have
to
have
a
2.31
increase
in
act,
one
just
to
fund
the
salary
increases
alone.
Without
doing
anything
else,
does
that
kind
of
give
you
Clarity,
okay
and
that's
I-
chose
a
using
my
time
to
answer
that
question,
because
it
was
going
to
be
another.
D
J
Everybody
that
both
these
groups
of
all
and
that's
what
we've
been
saying
that
it
includes
the
Bureau
of
Labor
Statistics,
the
board's
minimum
requirement.
We
start
with
the
bureau
labor
certificate.
The
board
has
to
decide
what
they're
going
to
do
so.
The
budget
has
been
built
with
that
projection
in
there
and
all
of
Mr
Greenwood's
presentations
of
3.7
pay,
increase
and
again
to
be
transparent.
A
The
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
approval
of
the
agenda.
Mrs
Crossing,
please.
G
H
If
I
might
the
minutes
of
our
last
meeting
and
if
my
recollection
is
accurate,
we
did
indicate-
and
it's
in
the
minutes
that
we
were
going
to
make
some
ruling
decision
or
whatever,
on
the
request
from
a
resident
or
taxpayer
Mr
Vela,
who
came
to
two
of
our
meetings,
made
a
presentation
as
to
why
his
taxes
were
late
and,
to
my
knowledge,
that's
not
on
the
agenda.
But
it's
in
the
minutes
that
we
were
going
to
make
some
kind
of
decision
this
evening.
If
I
am
accurate,
I
may
not
see,
but
if
I
am.
H
A
A
I
won't
read
it
because
they're
not
here,
but
it's
after
section
13..
So
your
request,
even
though
it's
not
on
the
agenda
or
anything
like
that,
is
because
they're
a
problem
arose
and
once
we
found
out
the
information
we
were
not
going
to
put
it
on
the
agenda
because
it
didn't
seem
to
be
adequate
and
it
was
done
with
humor
which
I
enjoyed
so
I
just
wanted
to
give
an
explanation,
and
apparently
no
one
is
here
tonight,
but
your
thoughts
were
taken
very
seriously.
H
Not
to
be
labored
a
point,
it
was
always
suggested
it
it
just
to
Mr
Bella,
because
this
was
Valentine's
evening
that
he
may
want
to
bring
his
wife
for
Valentines
and
then
go
out
after
the
meeting.
Secondly,
it
is
in
the
minutes
that
the
board
is
going
to
make
a
ruling
tonight
on
Mr
vella's
request.
Now,
if
it's
not
for
not,
then
there
has
to
be
some
adjustment
to
the
to.
A
We
could
do
what
you're
saying
but
I
just
read
you
the
reasons
why
it
wasn't
on
there
I
believe
they
will
be
incorporated
in
the
minutes
of
this
meeting,
and
if
you
want
something
further
on
this,
we'll
pursue
it.
Thank
you
for
your
comments.
It's
Crossing.
G
A
A
I'm
not
going
to
address
that,
let's
get
on
to
our
business
meeting.
If
we
may,
the
next
portion
of
our
agenda
is
public
comments.
We
have
one
green
card,
that's
from
Miss
Boyle,
it's
unrelated
to
our
agenda.
But
since
there's
only
one
person
or
possibly
you
know,
one
person,
Miss
Boyle
police.
M
Hi
Pat
Boyle
6310
Centennial
station
I'm,
the
secretary
of
the
William
tenant
Alumni
Association,
just
want
to
get
it
out
there.
There
are
still
more
benches
available.
The
park
benches
that
are
going
into
the
courtyards
there's
one
in
the
right
side
of
the
building.
One
on
the
left
side
of
the
building
I
know
one's
the
11th
grade
thing
I
forget
what
it's
called
and
I
don't
know
who's
on
the
other
side,
but
the
11th
grade,
one
is
almost
full
of
benches,
but
the
other
Courtyard
is
still
totally
empty.
M
The
park
benches
are
only
three
hundred
dollars.
Usually
people
are
doing
them
as
a
dedication.
Different
classes
have
purchased
a
bench
and
it'll
say
dedicated
by
the
class
of
I'll
use.
Mine,
75,
1975.
or
families
have
done
it
where
they
list
the
different
members
of
the
family
that
graduated
from
tenant.
With
their
years,
sports
teams
have
been
recognized.
People
that
have
passed
on
have
been
recognized,
we'd
really
like
to
get
enough
benches
to
fill
both
Courtyards.
So
you
can
go
to
our
site.
M
A
You
Miss
Boyle.
Thank
you,
oh,
this
is
not.
This
is
under
public
comments,
but
I'd
like
to
State
this
for
all
the
wives,
since
this
is
Valentine's
Day
and
quite
a
few
board.
Members
have
read
one
for
all
the
wise
and
husbands
that
are
home
on
this
wonderful
day,
most
board
members,
I,
know
and
I'm
sure
the
staff
will
take
their
wife
or
husband
out
to
dinner
this
weekend
to
celebrate
Valentine's
Day
and
Mr
Martin.
This
isn't
in
humor.
A
G
H
Thank
you.
If
you
refer
to
the
item
which
is
listed
as
number
eight
new
business
and
that
related
to
a
discussion
of
policy,
zero,
zero,
five
in
the
fourth
line
of
that
it
says
the
way
it
reads
and
I
admit
this
was
a
confusing
situation.
But
it
reads
that
Mr
Martin
said
language.
Resolving
regarding
board
committees
with
chairman
sets
the
agenda.
That's
fine,
there's
no
problem,
but
then
it
talks
about
when
the
policy
says
that
a
board
chairman
and
a
policy
wasn't
changed.
H
H
The
board
chairman
would
set
the
agenda
not
with
the
superintendent,
which
is
the
way
the
policy
reads,
and
that's
not
the
way
at
the
moment.
The
military,
so
I
would
just
that's
one
change.
I
would
like
to
see
made
and
then
the
second
one
is
after
we
had
a
little
bit
further
down
after
we
had
a
a
vote
on
the
item
to
table
it.
H
There's
a
paragraph
starting
with
the
motion
is
on
the
floor
and
so
forth,
and
so
on
the
last
two
sentences
of
that
the
way
they're
written
make
no
sense
that
I
think
it
was
just
some
words
were
added
or
not.
Added
to
that
comment,
the
items
that
Mr
Martin
brought
up
tonight
were
not
discussed
at
the
administration
policy
meeting
were
discussed
and
handled
that
doesn't
make
anyone
that
would
read
that.
M
H
And
perhaps
the
easiest
way
to
do
that
is
just
put
a
period
after
the
items
that
Mr
Martin
brought
up
tonight
were
not
discussed
at
the
administration
policy
meeting
period
and
just
to
get
the
rest
of
the
sentence
which
I
think
might
be
a
typo
or
something
but
I
don't
know.
But
that
would
be
my
two
suggestions
for
the
accuracy
of
the
January
10th
minutes.
Okay,.

G
N
G
L
Thank
you,
yeah
I
just
want
to
talk
about
the
one
position.
The
coordinator
student
services,
mtss
position,
I,
had
a
good
meeting
with
Mr
Gabriel
Mr
rot
and
got
some
really
good.
L
Information
on
the
position
brought
up
a
lot
of
good
stuff,
but
with
the
budget
just
coming
up
and
we're
having
a
lot
of
issues,
filling
holes
and
filling
the
budget
to
put
this
position
in
right
now
with
the
salary
and
the
and
the
benefits
going
to
be
up
there
and
taxpayers
going
to
be
on
the
hook
for
it
for
quite
a
while
I
like
to
for
us
to
consider
just
putting
it
on
hold
for
a
month
and
a
half
two
months
till
we
get
through
the
budget,
see
if
we
can
find
a
way
to
pay
for
this
or
fit
it
in
there.
L
In
a
way,
that's
not
going
to
impact
the
budget
in
a
big
way
and
also
we're
being
asked
to
hire
someone
on
a
cabinet
level
and
I
haven't
even
seen
a
resume.
J
Searches
so
she's,
not
a
cabinet
level.
Okay,
that's
incorrect
and
as
we're
presented
by
Ms
Bolden,
the
money
is
already
in
the
budget.
It
was
allocated
through
an
increase
from
special
education
funding
this
year,
so
it's
actually
already
been
allocated
for
the
increase
of
special
education.
She
presented
during
our
presentation
for
the
position,
but
it
was
just
for
this
year.
L
J
C
Yes,
I
just
I
I
understand
what
Miss
Dr
Betten
saying,
but
I
think
the
money
could
be
spent
elsewhere
without
adding
another
administrator,
we're
extremely
top
heavy
and
each
week
it
seems
like
we
just
keep
adding
more.
There
is
no,
you
know
nothing
against
the
the
the
candidate
I
I,
don't
know
them,
but
we
need
to
be
spending
the
money
on
the
children
not
on
the
administrators.
A
A
It
is
not
costing
anyone
in
this
room
or
in
Centennial
School
District,
any
Monies
that
should
be
made
clear.
Mr
Bolton
made
a
presentation
she
talked
about
it.
She
talked
about
the
federal
Monies.
We
all
were
aware
of
that.
We
all
can
disagree,
but
remember
this
is
not
costing
the
taxpayers
of
Centennial
any
monies.
Thank
you.

Next

on
my

is
financials
Mr
Martin,
please
thank
you.
Mr.
H
Lynch
items
9.123
and
four:
does
anybody
want
any
of
those
reviewed
pulled
Etc
if.
K
H
A
C
I
wanted
to
ask
a
question:
we've.
We
have
an
awful
lot
of
students
that
have
come
into
our
district
from
other
countries,
especially
since
Christmas
I
wanted
to
ask
a
question.
If,
if
a
student
doesn't
speak,
any
English
at
all
I
understand,
there's
an
app
for
the
teachers
to
use
to
communicate.
Is
that
correct.
J
We
have
multiple
resources,
but
we
do
deploy
Microsoft
translator,
app.
J
That
we
have
not
found
a
dialect
that
is
not
covered
by
the
app
to
date.
I.
C
C
J
We
have
some
not
in
every
school
and
I
will
tell
you
that
I
have
used
a
Ukrainian
dialect
and
the
Russian
dialect
myself
with
students
in
the
building.
So
there's
a
very
different
and
if
the
teacher
had
trouble
doing
it,
it's
not
that
the
app
didn't
do
it.
I
have
used
it
at
least
four
times
myself,
uh-huh
to
speak
to
students
at
schools.
So
I
know
it
works,
that's
why
we
deployed
it
and
it
has
a
lot
of
languages
in
there
we
have.
J
Our
middle
schools
are
struggling,
but
I
will
tell
you
we
have
advertisement
in
both
languages,
Russian
and
Ukrainian,
and
two
of
the
local
community,
grocery
stores
pictures
included.
We've
been
working
with
the
advertisement
agency
to
craft
our
ads
and
continue
posting
a
TV
ads
in
one
store
with
a
heavy
traffic,
we're
currently
in
a
higher
hiring
process.
But
you
approved
a
new
position
of
interpreter
services,
so
we
can
hire
more
of
those
people.
In
a
previous
agenda,
we
made
a
partnership
connection
with
career
link
that
offers
programs
to
newly
arrived
families.
J
We
actually
have
hired
someone
from
a
Ukrainian
country
as
a
parent
in
our
food
service
program.
Earlier
this
year
we
made
a
partnership
connection
with
Ukrainian
owned
grocery
store
in
Southampton
and
we're
currently
in
the
process.
Developing
a
group
dedicated
employees
led
by
Miss
Meg
Burke.
With
that
position
you
created
and
approved
for
us
to
have
to
work
on
the
growing
language.
No
district
is
able
to
find
enough
translators
or
staff
with
the
dialect
that
meets.
In
fact,
we
have
48.
C
I'm
not
saying
48
but
I'm,
going
to
tell
you.
I
saw
with
my
own
eyes
more
than
a
few
children
that
could
not
communicate
because
nobody
could
speak
their
language
and
it
wasn't
just
one
teacher
that
was
having
difficulty.
It
was
all
of
them,
so
I
mean
that
just
boggles
my
mind
that
we
don't
have
that.
There's
plenty
plenty
of
churches
that
Russian
people
and
Ukrainian
people
flock
to.
Why
aren't
we
advertising
on
their
bulletin
boards?
Give
me
a
stinking
sign.
I'll
go
put
the
sign
up.
C
We
have
parents
that
are
volunteering
their
time
to
come
in
and
translate.
These
kids
are
coming
with
lots
of
trauma
and
nobody.
They
can't
reach
out
to
anybody,
because
the
communication
is
lacking
now,
I,
don't
know
about
any
of
you,
but
I
didn't
come
from
a
war-torn
country.
These
kids
did
and
they
have
horror
behind
their
eyes,
and
they
cannot
speak
about
it
because
nobody
can
understand
them.
C
P
That's
those
are
all
great
I
ideas
which
we
are
working
on.
Dr
best
and
I
just
had
a
meeting
with
one
of
the
pastors
of
the
local
churches
in
our
community
to
support
our
families,
along
with
all
of
the
efforts
that
Dr
Benton
has
mentioned,
and
the
program
does
work.
If
there
is
a
teacher
who
is
struggling
with
accessing
the
program,
we
have
put
resources
in
place
in
every
building
and
we
will.
P
It
would
be
great
if
you
gave
us
just
the
building
name
and
we
can
have
Miss
Burke,
as
well
as
our
technology
department,
follow-up
with
those
individual
teachers
or
that
school
building
to
support
students.
But
we
have
all
of
those
things
in
place.
We
are
working
with
the
Bucks,
County,
Intermediate,
Unit
and
other
you.
E
P
We
have
gone
to
the
schools
members
from
the
student
services
department,
administrators
coordinators.
We
have
gone
to
the
schools
I
have
held
along
with
other
leadership,
team
members,
training
sessions
and
their
training
sessions
in
every
building,
as
well
as
several
training
sessions
where
we
had
staff
come
here.
Yes,
we
have
put
everything
in
place.
We
are
coordinating
with
our
community
agencies.
Our
social
workers,
Dr
Betten
himself,
along
with
the
HR
team,
has
gone
to
the
community
locations.
P
We
have
advertisements,
so
yes,
we
have,
but
if
there
are
concerns,
all
our
staff
members
need
to
do
is
reach
out
to
make
Burke
or
their
building
principle,
and
we
will
provide
resources
because
it
is
working
for
for
our
students.
We
are
doing
everything
possible,
but
if
there
are
concerns,
all
we
need
to
do
is
reach
out
to
the
resources
that
are
here,
because
we
do
not
want
any
student
or
teacher
not
to
be
able
to
communicate
effectively.
C
Then
I
guess
you
need
to
change
the
way
things
are
being
done
because
number
one
I'm
not
going
to
tell
you
who
they
are
number
two
I'm
not
going
to
tell
you
which
school,
because
I
never
give
a
name
ever.
That's
why
people
trust
me
but
I'm
going
to
tell
you
I
saw
it
at
one
school
and
then
I
went
to
a
community
meeting
where
other
parents
from
another
school
where
in
our
district,
just
to
see
if
they
are
having
the
same
issue,
and
the
answer
was
yes,
that's
really
upsetting
to
me.
C
A
Better,
thank
you,
Miss
brancato,
Dr
Patton.
Do
you
have
anything
no.
J
H
Press
it
on
a
nicer
note,
I
think
we
ought
to
commend
the
school
had
a
very
successful
winter
sports
season,
including
the
basketball
team
who,
for
the
first
time
in
many
many
years,
was
a
Division
champion
they're
going
into
the
state
playoffs
and
they
are
to
be
commenced.
The
others
as
well,
but
they
in
particular,
should
be
commended
by
the
board
for
a
wonderful
season
and
wish
him
luck.
Hopefully,
they'll
win
a
couple
games
moving
ahead
and
maybe
the
football
team
can
follow
in
there,
which.
L
Thank
you,
Mrs
Lynch
I'd
like
to
recognize
a
couple
of
employees
for
some
really
great
things.
We
got
invited
to
lunch
at
the
high
school
this
month
and
I
got
to
tell
you.
I
was
really
impressed
that
Lori
Danny
the
food
services
manager,
she's
running
a
great
program
in
general,
and
the
idea
she
brought
of
having
a
student
Advisory
Group,
so
students
actually
get
to
have
a
saying
what
they
eat
at
lunch.
That's
phenomenal!
That's
that's!
L
What
a
great
idea
and
what
I
saw
at
the
high
school
I'm
going
to
put
you
this
I'm
sorry,
saskia
kelter,
the
manager
at
the
school
runs
a
great
program
there.
That
was
the
food
was
great
I
mean
like
the
day
we
went.
We
had
wings
wings
and
mac
and
cheese,
and
lunch
and.
L
L
So
I
just
would
like
the
the
cafeteria
at
the
high
school
is
not
the
cafeteria
I
remember
from
my
high
school,
so
that's
fantastic
and
just
a
shout
out
to
one
of
the
the
bus
drivers,
bus
93
driver
I
just
saw
a
neat
thing
that
he
did
that
when
he
drops
off
some
of
the
younger
kids,
they
live
up
the
street
from
the
Stop
and
they
will
sometimes
run
up
the
street
on
this
one.
L
On
the
sidewalk
to
Pace
the
bus
and
they're,
like
they're
racing
the
bus
to
be
to
their
house
and
he'll,
slow
and
Pace
them,
so
they
can
actually
win
the
race.
So
it's
you
know
it's
it's
a
small
thing,
but
it's
not
something
you
have.
He
could
just
drive
off
and
keep
going,
but
you
know
he
he
makes
it
a
point
to
slow
and
Pace
him
like
he's
racing
with
him,
and
you
can
see
it
on
their
face,
how
much
they
love
it.
I
Thank
you
on
behalf
of
my
kids.
I
would
like
to
thank
all
the
bus
drivers
who
slow
down
and
wait
at
the
stop
for
the
kids,
who
may
have
left
just
a
little
bit
too
late
and
are
hoofing
it
up
the
street
to
get
to
the
stop
sign
to
make
it
onto
the
bus.
Thank
you
for
having
the
Eagle
Eye
and
waiting
for
them
to
make
it
on.
A
It's
wonderful
to
hear
positive
things
about
our
schools
and
our
employees.
Next
item
is
a
item
11,
which
is
reports,
District
policy
report,
Miss
allenberg,
please.
O
Hi.
Thank
you.
Our
next
policy
meeting
is
next
Tuesday
February
21st
at
4
pm,
and
we
will
be
reconvening
and
looking
at
policies
that
need
to
be
presented
for
consideration
as
well
as
considering
some
that
we
were
already
working
on.
Thank.
O
You
I
wanted
to
focus
on
this
particular
evening
on
a
program
that
our
Bucks
County,
Intermediate
Unit,
has
been
spearheading
and
has
been
incredibly
successful.
It's
called
pro
project
search,
and
this
takes
the
folks
that
are
a
little
older
over
18
and
helps
them
to
develop
job
skills
and
what
that
means
is
partnering
with
local
businesses,
even
with
the
Bucks
County
government.
O
We
see
folks
coming
in
and
developing
a
job
skills
such
as
you
know,
filing
and
data
capturing
and,
and
things
like
that
and
It
prepares
them
for
other
jobs
and
in
certain
cases,
they're
offered
permanent
jobs
as
a
result
of
those
internships,
and
they
are
paid
internships
and
I
just
think.
It's
a
wonderful
program
and
I
hope
that
it
continues
for
a
very
long
time,
because
it's
very
much
needed.
I
Thank
you.
Lots
of
great
information
has
been
sent
to,
hopefully
your
inboxes
and
the
regular
updates
about
the
recent
big,
huge
news.
Events
in
State
education,
including
some
analysis
of
the
landmark
school
funding
case.
The
next
session
of
the
policy
Institute,
is
tomorrow,
I've
been
attending
those
for
the
past
six
months
or
so
some
great
conversations.
Tomorrow's
presentation
is
psba
CEO,
Nathan
Maines,
along
with
State
Rep,
Matthew,
Bradford
and
retired
rep
Frank
Ryan
to
discuss
piezers
and
property
taxes,
which
are
big
issues.
They'll
also
be
sharing
some
info
on
psba's
new
pssi.
I
What
is
that
Pennsylvania
school
safety
Institute?
So
that
will
be
interesting
to
hear
a
bit
more
about
and
concluding
with
an
update
on
advocacy
day
in
April,
which
is
the
culminating
events.
Event
of
the
policy.
Institute
may
I
give
a
quick
report
on
behalf
of
Centennial
Education
Foundation,
please.
Thank
you.
Just
a
few
quick
items
have
a
nice
out
at
Bertucci's
on
February
17th.
That's
coming
up.
Please
use
the.
They
have
a
code
that
you
can
check
out
on
their
website.
If
you
go
to
centennialef.org,
you
can
check
it
out.
I
I
All
the
grant
sponsors
are
invited
to
present
a
ceremonial
check
at
the
awards,
breakfast
which
is
coming
up
at
Anne's
choice
in
March,
and
that's
always
a
great
time
too
finally,
register
now
for
the
third
annual
Bruce
Beaton
Memorial
Golf
Outing
at
Springville
Country
Club
on
June
19th,
it's
a
day
of
golf
in
a
pristine
setting
to
support
Innovative
student
programs.
There's
an
8
30
am
shotgun
start,
which
includes
a
cart
and
breakfast
and
concludes
with
prize-filled
luncheon,
more
information,
of
course,
on
centennialef.org.
A
O
Thank
you
very
much.
Things
have
shifted
a
bit
in
the
past
a
week
or
so,
but
prior
to
that,
a
lot
of
the
state
senate
sessions
were
canceled
through
January
and
the
beginning
of
February.
We
should
have
another
state
session,
I'm,
sorry
Pennsylvania
Senate
session.
Actually,
the
27th
and
28th
of
February
and
the
Pennsylvania
house
has
been
in
disarray
because
of
some
issues
with
leadership.
They
are
getting
back
on
track.
O
In
the
past
week
and
a
half
there
were
some
special
elections,
so
we
hope
to
have
some
dates
for
those
sessions,
but
they
have.
They
did
not
have
a
schedule
available
for
folks
at
the
time
that
I
I
got
this
report.
The
other
thing
is
that
governor-elect
I'm,
sorry
Governor
Josh
Shapiro,
is
busy
filling
his
cabinet
and
appointing
an
Administration,
so
I
will
have
a
new
report
next
time
with
some
more
updates.
Thank
you.
J
D
Thank
you.
We
had
our
meeting
last
night,
but
first
I
do
want
to
recognize
that
we
have
promoted
two
people
at
mbit,
law
and
Dougherty
has
been
promoted
to
assistant
director
and
last
night
we
approved
the
contract
for
our
supervisor
of
career
teaching.
His
name
is
Matt
Gale
and
he
is
a
person
that
we
have
stolen
from
Central
Bucks
School
District.
D
Besides
that
we
have
26
students,
that's
moving
on
to
skills,
training
at
state
level
and
eight
of
those
were
gold
winners
locally,
so
kudos
to
all
of
them.
On
top
of
that,
we
have
some
projects
that
we've
been
working
on
and
we
are
finishing
the
roof
at
mbit
we
were
scheduled
to
at
least
approve
a
contract
to
at
a
welding
addition
to
our
building.
D
We
are
now
looking
to
properly
go
away
from
that
idea
at
least
put
that
on
hold
in
order
to
maybe
do
some
of
the
construction
work
in
different
areas.
That
needs
to
be
prioritized
and
looking
at
ways
to
enhance
and
improve
the
number
of
students
that
will
get
into
the
Welling
program,
which
was
what
the
addition
would
accommodate.
D
There's
also
some
discussions
at
least
thoughts.
You
know
about
providing
a
little
bit
more
support
for
the
number
of
students
in
the
special
ed
program,
but
they
will
not
impact
the
mailbox
Institute
of
Technologies
budget.
It
is
thought
of,
as
as
a
collaboration,
maybe
using
the
IU
to
facilitate
the
program
with
a
teacher,
but
it
will
potentially,
you
know,
come
back
with
some
budget
cost.
You
know
to
the
home
school
districts.
D
I
think
the
most
important
thing
is
that
tomorrow
is
the
last
day
to
register
for
mbit
for
next
school
year.
So
it's
important
to
get
those
applications
in.
If
you
want
to
have
a
chance
to
get
into
mbig,
we
are
currently
already
at
475
plus
students.
We
could
actually
be
over
500
because
these
475
student
applications
are
about
two
weeks
old
I
mean
if
that's
Sports,
one
more
thing,
but
I
can't
come
on
it
right
now.
So
I'll
conclude
my
report
for
now.
A
Thank
you,
Communications
I
think
we
have
communicated
vigorously
tonight,
but
we
don't
have
any
that
we
can
announce.
We
don't
have
any
cars
for
additional
Community
comments,
so
we
will
move
on
to
scheduling
and
board
meetings.

Boardroom
Madam
president,
following
Mr
Martin's
lead
I,
do
want
to
make
sure
that,
because
I
didn't
get
a
chance
to
share
it,
that
the
district,
as
you
all
know,
was
recognized
as
an
exemplary
school
district
for
making
resources
more
accessible
to
students
and
families.
We
were
recently
recognized
by
The
Institute
for
the
study
of
knowledge
and
management
in
education.
J
The
work
that
our
digital
Liaisons
are
doing
to
make
sure
that
our
students
and
staff
are
having
increased
access
to
the
digital
devices
being
a
one-to-one
school
district.
This
is
a
nationally
recognized
company.
I
want
to
personally
also
complement
Anne-Marie
Catalano
at
log
Christian
Herman,
our
cvla
coordinator,
Dina,
McCaffrey,
WTH
s,
teacher
and
Nate
Ross
for
their
work
in
leadingness
in
our
digital
Liaisons.
For
helping
the
district
want
to
know
the
national
award
in
recognition.
A
Thank
you
and
by
the
way,
Mr
rodden.
Thank
you
for
reading
that.
It's
very
early,
gentlemen
and
ladies,
so
happy
Valentine's
night.
May
