F
Good
evening,
I'm
here
tonight
on
behalf
of
the
Pennsylvania
School
boards,
Association
to
honor
a
School
director
for
their
years
of
dedication,
Harris
has
long
been
a
crucial
part
of
our
nation's
Legacy
and
its
commitment
to
public
education
as
a
first
school
boards.
Association
in
the
United
States
PSP
has
a
rich
history.
With
more
than
125
years
of
service,
the
consummate
School
directors
are
described
as
ethical,
principled
individuals
with
a
deep
desire
to
serve,
they
believe
in
the
value
of
our
public
schools
and
local
control,
public
education
for
the
benefit
of
all
students.
F
Today,
school
districts
are
expected
to
offer
more
services,
along
with
world-class
instruction
with
limited
resources.
These
expectations
provide
a
tremendous
challenge
for
school
directors,
who
are
unpaid
volunteers
who
dedicate
their
time
to
the
schools
and
communities
they
serve.
It
gets
even
tougher
when
the
legislator
doesn't
pass
the
budget
on
time.
I
was
going
for
that
chuckle
try
to
at
least
for
almost
40
years.
Psba
has
been
acknowledging
the
contributions
of
dedicated
local
school
directors
with
long-term
service.
F
The
honor
rolls
the
association's
way
of
thanking
those
individuals
who
exemplify
leadership
by
giving
unselfishly
of
their
time
and
talents
for
the
betterment
of
the
public
schools
serving
students
across
the
Commonwealth
in
this
evening.
I'm
very
pleased
to
recognize
Mrs
Schrader
Lynch
for
16
years
of
service,
but
actually
17.
C
C
F
F
The
opportunity
to
present
this
evening,
my
name,
is
Colin
Dempsey
I
serve
your
entire
school
district
and
yourselves
of
school
directors
and
and
superintendent
Dr
Benton.
If
I
can
help
you
in
any
way
shape
or
form.
Please
reach
out
to
me
anytime
and
as
a
father
who
has
two
children
in
a
public
school
district
I,
truly
appreciate
what
you
do
so.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
So
very
much
I
know
I,
look
young
enough
not
to
be
a
father,
but
you
know.
C
That's
cool.
Excuse
me.
Pardon
me
superintendency,
poor
police.
This
evening.
Oh,
you
just
went
out
and
bought
flowers.
That's
all
that
was
your
report.
Dr
Ben!
Thank
you.
Okay.
The
next
item
is
probably
comments.
We
have
Miss
Pat
Boyle
who's,
going
to
speak
on.
We
Alumni
Association
Miss
Boyle.
Please.
H
Hi
Pap
oil
6310
Centennial
station
secretary
William,
tenant,
Alumni
Association,
it
is
fall
and
things
are
happening.
The
first
thing
I
want
to
remind
all
the
alumni
of
is
October.
13Th
is
homecoming.
If
you
guys
haven't
been
to
the
Past
football
games
at
home,
they
have
been
phenomenal.
The
energy
in
the
stadium
is
like
over
the
top
of
the
bleachers.
It
has
been
wonderful,
so
come
on
out.
H
You
can't
find
a
cheaper
date
than
coming
to
a
high
school
football
game
and
I
understand
there
aren't
too
many
restaurants
open
afterwards,
but
there's
these
places
I've
heard
about
where
they
serve
something
called
adult
beverages
and
they
are
usually
open
till
2
A.M.
So
you
can
make
a
night
of
it
on
November
10th
we
are
celebrating
Veterans
Day
for
the
wall
of
Honor.
This
year
we
are
inducting,
45
new
members,
and
it's
going
to
be
on
Friday
because
of
Veterans
Day
being
on
the
weekend.
H
That's
like
a
special
thing
in
my
heart:
I
come
from
a
military
family
and
I
just
praise
everybody
who's
given
of
their
time
to
service
December
31st
is
the
deadline
for
the
athletic
Hall
of
Fame.
The
24
inductees
will
be
for
the
athletic
Hall
of
Fame.
You
can
go
to
the
school
district
website
or
the
WTA
wthalumni.com
and
get
the
forms
to
fill
out
to
turn
in,
but
they
must
be
in
by
December
31st.
H
We
are
still
accepting
donations
for
the
alumni
fund
and,
as
we
explained
last
month,
and
it
has
already
helped
out
several
students
with
the
start
of
the
school
year.
So
we're
like
feeling
great
about
that.
Our
exciting
news
is
the
library
at
tenant
has
asked
us
to
assist
them
in
raising
money
to
digitalize
all
of
the
yearbooks
going
back
to
1956..
So
that's
like
a
couple
years.
H
The
books
are
used
by
students
yearly
and
by
different
classes
to
find
things
for
the
reunion
students
use
them
for
research
projects.
These
books
are
getting
to
be
like
70
years
old,
I
mean
they're,
not
they're,
not
new,
and
they
get
used
and
brushed
around
and
stuff
like
that.
Having
them
digitalized
would
be
absolutely
fantastic,
so
we're
starting
a
campaign
for
that
too.
So
you
can
donate
to
the
library
fund.
H
It
can
be
done
through
wths
alumni
website
and,
as
we
are
a
non-profit
501c3
organization,
a
donation
to
The
Alumni
Association
may
be
tax
deductible,
depending
on
your
tax
circumstances,
and
you
should
talk
to
your
tax
preparer
about
that
and
finally,
so
many
things
are
happening
in
the
alumni.
If
you
think
you
would
like
to
get
involved
contact
us
through
the
website
on
our
Facebook
page
wtaa,
William
Tennant,
Alumni
Association.
Thank
you.
Thank.
C
G
G
Okay,
that's
what
he
needs
to
know,
so
my
name
is
Michelle
and
I'm.
The
very
proud
parent
of
a
junior
football
player
and
wrestler
I've
been
an
active
parent
with
my
son
Sports,
since
he
was
about
six
years
old
Teen
Mom.
First
aid
parent
concession
stand
director
last
year
and
tenant
wrestling
booster.
President
last
Tuesday
I
was
forwarded
an
email
from
our
wrestling
coach.
G
This
email
was
sent
by
our
tenant
A.D
John
Creighton,
stating
that
only
items
to
be
sold
in
the
concession
stands
are
pre-packaged,
Foods
or
Foods
purchased
from
a
third
party
food
vendor.
There
is
no
cooking
by
our
booster
organization.
I'm
just
curious,
since
this
is
a
board
rule.
Is
there
anywhere
in
print
that
it
says
this
I
said?
G
Because
if
it's
from
the
board,
then
how
come
it
came
from
rad
to
us,
because
I'm
telling
you
what
rad
and
Kim
who's
our
maintenance
head
of
Maintenance
got
a
lot
of
grief,
and
if
this
came
from
you
guys,
then
you
guys
should
have
heard
it
and
that's
why
I'm
here,
John,
Creighton
and
Kim
and
Dr
Heinrich
are
absolutely
fabulous
with
our
school.
They
support
our
kids,
a
hundred
percent.
They
are
there
every
football
game.
They
are
there
any
wrestling
man
any
wrestling
match
that
my
son's
at
they
are
all
there
I.
G
Well,
I
know
you
I
know
you
have
that
you've
had
kids
in
the
school,
so
I'm
just
curious
to
know
how
you
expect
our
boosters
to
make
any
money.
If
we
must
buy
everything
we
make
our
money
by
donations,
from
parents
and
by
some
of
us
parents
making
food.
We
make
the
meat
for
walking
tacos.
We
make
the
hot
dogs
at
home
and
wrap
them
at
the
stand.
We
make
chicken
nuggets,
mac
and
cheese
at
home
and
bring
it
in.
G
We
do
not
handed
receipts
to
the
boosters,
we
spend
our
own
money
and
use
our
time
cooking,
keeping
food
warm
in
the
oven
during
the
game.
We
do
this,
so
the
team
spends
as
little
as
possible
so
that
we
can
make
a
good
profit
and
not
have
to
sell
a
slice
of
pizza
for
five
dollars
or
a
pretzel
for
three
dollars.
G
We
raise
this
money
to
buy
merchandise
for
end
of
the
year,
Banquets
and
awards
for
purple
socks
and
laces
up
T-shirts
for
our
teams
to
wear
for
Pediatric
cancer
night
and
to
support
their
teammate
and
classmate
Nate
Gonzalez,
whose
favorite
color
is
purple
and
is
battling
cancer.
Every
dime
we
make
goes
to
these
kids.
At
least
football
has
300,
plus
people
in
the
stands,
supporting
them
and
buying
from
the
snack
stand.
It's
a
good
night
for
the
wrestling
program.
If
we
have
about
50
people
show
up.
G
How
are
we
supposed
to
raise
money
in
the
snack
stand
for
wrestling
if
we
must
purchase
everything?
I
will
give
you
an
example
of
a
new
rule.
How
this
new
rule
is
destroying
our
snack
stand
of
fundraising
stay
on
a
good
Friday
night.
The
snack
stand
makes
2500
in
sales.
That's
awesome,
now
minus
twelve
hundred
dollars
for
the
chicken
sandwiches
that
we
had
to
purchase
minus
150
for
the
pretzels
minus
450
for
the
pizzas
and
hot
dogs
after
that
minus
a
hundred
dollars
for
sodas
chips,
paper
products.
G
If
you
figured
out
the
total
profit
that
will
be
a
whopping
600
profit
for
the
boosters
from
2500
to
600..
If
we
did
what
you
were
asking
us
to
do,
we
only
have
about
four
or
five
home
games
for
the
football
season
this
year
and
we
have
approximately
60
football
players
for
wrestling.
We
have
two
large
tournaments
and
it's
not
even
worth
opening
the
snack
stand
for
the
30
plus
people
that
show
up
to
support
our
wrestlers.
G
I
So
we
reviewed
this
back
in
August
when
it
came
up
and
quite
honestly,
until
it
was
raised
and
brought
to
my
level.
I
really
didn't
know
much
about
it.
So
one
is
the
policy
that
governs.
It
is
policy
zero,
zero,
two
for
the
board
policy
that
requires
us
to
follow
federal
and
state
law
and
local
law.
The
second
piece
of
that
that
is
required
is
that
we
have
to
follow
the
health
department
rules.
I
So
the
idea
of
selling
hot
food
is
not
an
issue.
For
me.
It's
not
an
issue
for
Mr.
Greenwood
is
not
an
issue
for
our
manager.
If
we
want
to
do
that,
we
can
do
that
long
as
we
comply
with
Health
Department
guidelines
and
what
I
understand
from
digging
through
records
going
back
to
August
2013.
I
There
was
a
change
to
move
to
repackage
foods
to
not
have
to
go
for
a
license
from
the
health
department
or
be
held
Bound
by
time
temperature
and
control
food
Lori.
Can
you
come
up
time?
Temperature
control
food
by
Health
Department
guidelines
then
have
to
have
a
certified
food
manager
on
the
premises
to
oversee
the
process.
I
Legal
counsel
has
reviewed
it.
Also
and
maintained
that
the
district
should
maintain
the
responsibility
for
a
certified
food
service
manager
and
not
give
that
right
out
for
liability
purposes.
Now
the
board
could
choose
to
do
that.
He
doesn't
recommend
it
because
you'll
still
be
held
as
a
district
liable
for
what
happens
or
doesn't
happen
with
that
and
there's
a
long,
larger
list
of
things
that
that
person
is
supposed
to
certify
and
make
sure
it
happen.
I
I
So
my
response-
and
no
one
has
come
to
me
other
than
board
member
raising
the
question:
no
parent,
no
booster,
who
I've
said
all
along.
If
they
want
to
sit
down
and
discuss
it,
we
will
help
them
figure
it
out,
but
we
will
follow
the
rules,
at
least
from
my
office
and
put
things
in
place
to
make
sure
so
the
licensure
and
then
all
the
requirements
Lori
go
ahead
and
share
what
you
so
I
asked
her
to
go.
Do
a
site
visit
also,
for
example,
at
our
concessions
at
our
stadium
and
she'll.
J
I'm
Lori
Denny
I
am
the
food
and
nutrition
manager
here
at
Centennial,
School
District
first
I
think
it's
great
what
you
do,
but
we
do
have
guidelines
we
do
need
to
follow
so
last
Wednesday
I
went
over
to
the
concession
stand
to
see
what
was
involved
and
see
what
was
actually
what
kind
of
equipment
you
had.
So
this
is
what
I
found.
J
So
this
is
the
front
of
the
concession
stand,
and
this
is
just
guidelines
that
we
need
to
follow.
If
we
want
to
prepare
hot
food
in
order
to
prepare
food
for
William,
Tennant,
High
School
concession
stand,
we
would
need
Bucks,
County,
Health,
Department
to
inspect
and
issue
a
license
to
serve
products
prepared
at
the
concession
stand.
Have
food
ServSafe,
certified
manager
oversee
the
operation
for
the
past
six
years
we
never
I'm
new
to
the
district,
but
for
the
past
six
years
we've
been
exempt
because
we
always
serve
pre-packaged
food
items.
J
So
with
that
being
said,
I'm
just
going
to
show
you
a
couple.
So
this
is
what
I
walked
into
so
I
and
again
I'm,
not
I,
don't
know
who
left
the
you
know:
who's
responsible
for
cleaning.
This
Snack
Shack
but
I
walked
into
this.
J
So
you
see
the
coffee
pots,
the
coffee
urns
on
the
floor
of
the
shelvings
on
the
floor,
that's
unacceptable,
I
believe
the
ice
machines
leak
in
which
would
have
to
be
fixed
certain
guidelines
is
the
ice
scoop
sitting
on
top
of
the
on
top
of
the
ice
machine.
You
would
need
to
get
a
container
for
that.
J
So
there's
certain
guidelines
that
we
need
to
follow
for
us
to
actually
be
compliant
with
the
state
and
one
is
first,
we
would
have
to
apply
for
a
license
and
then
we
would
have
to
go
in
there
clean
up
the
Snack
Shack
and
see
what
the
what
their
the
health
department
suggests
with
equipment.
J
The
oven
is
the
only
source
you
have
for
keeping
the
food
Hot
Correct
you
I
would
suggest
you
see
if
the
electrical,
if
you
have
enough
electricity
and
get
a
heating
unit,
because
again
you
have
300
how
I'm
not
sure
how
many
Chick-fil-A
sandwiches
you
you
have,
but
pretty
much.
You
said
you
have
a
300
people
in
the
in
the
stadium,
so
I
assume
you
get
a
good
amount
of
Chick-fil-A
sandwiches
I.
J
Don't
know
how
you
keep
them
warm,
they
give
you
like
a
bag,
a
kind
of
like
an
insulated
bag
and
and
preparing
food
at
home
I.
We
don't
know
exactly
where
that
food's.
Coming
from,
we
always
say
you
need
to
have
a
you
know,
a
it's
flat,
A
supplier
that
is
known
to
you
know
if
somebody
gets
sick
or
something
you
have
something
to
go
back
on.
If
everybody's
preparing
specific
items
in
the
house,
if
somebody
gets
sick,
how
do
you
identify
where
they
purchase
that
food
and
so
forth?
J
I
K
C
K
K
We
are
willing
to
work
with
other
boosters
if
we
can
get
help
from
the
district
help
from
the
other
boosters
to
have
a
good,
functioning,
snack
bar
and
it
just
doesn't
go
far.
The
only
thing
we're
ever
told
is
we
can't
do
this.
We
can't
do
that.
So
how
are
we
supposed
to
supply
our
boys
with
a
successful
season?
If
we
don't
have
help
from
anyone?
I
So
what
was
shared
in
the
information
I
was
able
to
find
from
historical
emails
and
Records
was
that
this
was
moved
to
this
model
so
that
they
could
maximize
their
profits
and
also
not
have
to
go
through
the
licensure
process.
What
I
will
say
to
you
is
that
what
I
just
said
earlier
I
can
go
over
this
with
you
and
outline
it
with
you.
The
one
thing
that
the
attorney
is
is
recommendation
is
that
we
maintain
the
certified
health
and
safety
manager
on
site,
because
we're
still
going
to
be
responsible,
so.
K
K
I
Still
have
it
that
we
like
to
make
sure
that
the
lowest
level
by
board
policy
says
that
that
it
starts
at
the
lowest
level
to
resolve
because
I'm
not
there
like
I,
didn't
know.
This
was
an
issue
until
its
surface,
because
I
don't
go
looking
for
issues.
K
K
I
K
Now,
my
other,
when
was
this
slide,
this
slideshow
made,
do
we
know
today
and.
K
L
You
know
the
previous
comment
was
that
the
board
doesn't
want
them
to
sell
hot
dogs.
I
was
at
the
I
think
it
was
two
games
ago.
I
got
a
hot
dog
at
the
football
game.
It
was
quite
delicious.
I'll.
Add
that,
but
it's
not
the
board
doesn't
want
it.
We
just
I
mean
this
is
the
first
we're
getting
it,
but
you
know
if
we
follow
the
guidelines.
Absolutely
now.
K
Everybody
we
100
agree
with
the
guidelines
and
everything,
but
it's
just
that
it's
one
roadblock
after
the
other
and
we're
all
supposed
to
be
here
for
the
same
thing
right.
But
the
Athletics
and
Centennial
to
me
is
like
this
much
cared
for
with
any
of
them
and
I
feel
like.
We
need
more
supporters
and
more
people
around
us.
So.
L
Hopefully
that
you,
when
you
and
Dr
bed
and
meet
up
you
guys,
can
get
this
resolved.
Then
we
can,
you
know,
get
the
proper
stuff
in
order.
M
I
M
M
I
M
I
was
there
one
refrigerator
worked,
one
didn't
there
was
water
leaking
on
the
floor
from
the
ice
maker,
and
these
ladies
were
busting
their
butt
to
get
and
Mrs
Lynch
can
can
a
group
can
agree,
Mrs,
Lynch
and
I
slung.
An
awful
lot
of
hamburgers
I
mean
hot
dogs
and
Pizza
in
That,
Snack
stand
and
all
they
had
to
have
was
a
ServSafe
employee.
There.
C
C
We
probably
broke
every
rule
in
the
book,
but
you
know
what
we
made
a
lot
of
money
for
the
we
were
there
for
football,
because
our
children,
grandchildren
were
in
football
and
all
the
money
went
to
the
football
players
and
I
must
tell
you
one
thing:
it
was
most
enjoyable,
we've
gotten
each
other's
way.
C
C
And
nope,
we
just
did
what
we
wanted.
I
kid
you
not.
We
had
gigantic
football
booster
group
that
was
I,
think
you
can
agree
to
it.
Mrs
francata,
very
powerful
at
that
point
in
time,.
K
C
B
K
K
K
I
Schedule
a
meeting
I
want
to
having
been
a
athletic
director
prior
to
this
position
in
two
different
districts
in
Pennsylvania,
and
also
athletic
operations
at
Penn.
State
University
well
we're
in
familiar
with
what
happens.
Well,
we're
really
cutting
them
in
half
and
what
works
Mrs,
Mark
I'm
talking
please
to
her.
I
Stuff
I
want
to
tell
you:
I
recognize
what
happens
with
people
contributing
and
I
would
just
say
this.
What
happens
in
the
concession
stand?
We
started
the
right
place,
I'm
not
walking
around
looking
for
people
to
violate,
but
as
one
of
your
the
board
members
made
a
comment
to
me
recently
we're
also
in
a
day
and
age
where,
if
the
coffee's
too
hot
you
get
sued,
you
drop
a
nugget
on
a
child's
lap.
You
get
sued
and
I
it's
funny.
I
Looking
in
the
Health
Department's
website,
they
actually
have
a
a
page
where
you
can
go
and
file
a
complaint
against
an
organization,
and
ironically,
one
of
the
neighboring
districts
in
The,
Next
Door
County
inspectors
showed
up
anonymously
and
cited
them
now,
as
attorney
said,
you
can
do
whatever
you
want
to
do
until
you
get
caught.
We
start
with
what
we're
supposed
to
be
doing
and
we
go
from
there
and.
B
C
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Okay,
hey!
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
All
there's
another
young
lady
I
think
has
a
JB
varsity
football
player.
Yes,
I
know
you
didn't
fill
out
a
green
card,
but.
N
I
just
want
to
pay
you
back
on
one
thing:
my
name
is
Terry
hepling
410,
Ivy,
Street
I,
just
one
quick
question
with
our
snack
stand:
we're
responsible
for
it
on
Friday
nights,
but
there's
other
organizations
that
use
our
snack
stand
that
may
not
clean
it
as
well
as
we
could
or
that
we're
going
to
do.
We
hold
them
responsible
for
the
upkeep
of
our
smack
stand
once
we
get
it
up
to
where
we
need
it
to
be.
We.
I
N
C
Up
would
you
mind
please
just
filling
out
a
green
card
for
us
sure
the
right
over
there?
Thank
you
appreciate
it
very
much,
there's
another
individual
who
is
here
that
Mrs
Carlton
that
spoke
to
me
on
the
phone
and
said
she
was
coming
tonight
and
could
she
address
the
board
and
of
course
we
are
a
public
meeting.
Anyone
can
address
the
board
Miss
Carlton.
Would
you
please.
O
O
My
name
is
Janice
Charlton
and
I
am
the
township
Oh
Long
hat
sorry
I'm
speaking
on
behalf
of
my
team,
Tri-County
Athletics
we're
coming
before
the
board.
Again,
we
did
submit
several
documentations
back
in
August,
requesting
space
availability
at
Willowdale
I
requested
Monday
through
Friday
since
last
year,
when
I
tried
to
add
one
day
in
April
to
prepare
for
the
globals.
O
We
were
locked
out,
so
we
couldn't
so
this
year,
I
planned
ahead
and
booked
all
of
it
and
then
got
was
told
we
could
have
optional
Thursdays
and
Fridays,
not
a
consistent,
not
with
several
days
deviating.
So
I
did
complete
new
forms
and
submitted
them
this
morning
to
Mr
Anne
Liebert
for
either
Log
College
or
McDonald
for
our
practices,
because
now
that
Winners
upon
us
we've
been
using
a
church
during
the
summer,
now
that's
going
to
be
900
a
month
for
us
to
practice.
O
Since
we
we
don't
have
the
access
to
use
the
lowdale.
So
that's
going
to
be
coming
upon
your
desk
shortly,
so
it's
just
asking
you
to
have
understanding
and
sympathy.
We
are
Class
2,
non-profit,
I,
submitted
paperwork
back
in
July
as
well
for
a
competition
that
would
bring
cheerleaders
to
our
town.
Their
families,
part
of
my
other
head
as
a
Township
supervisor,
is
to
bring
Revenue
to
our
Township.
O
So
I
thought
this
would
be
an
excellent
opportunity
to
not
only
showcase
ours,
our
our
young
athletes,
as
well
as
the
surrounding
programs
that
have
students
here
within
our
district,
but
it
would
also
bring
people
to
Warminster
that
haven't
been
here
yet
so
that
they
could
see
our
wonderful
School
District
our
buildings.
They
could
eat
in
our
restaurants.
Some
of
them
may
be
coming
and
don't
want
to
have
to
get
up
at
five
o'clock.
O
I'm,
sorry
I'm
sorry
I'll
shut
up
now,
okay,
so
anyway,
so
I
just
asked
that
you
would
have
understanding
in
that,
and
that
would
be
considered
as
a
class
two
for
both
the
use
of
the
facilities
for
practice,
as
well
as
for
the
event
that
we're
hosting,
because
right
now,
it's
fourteen
thousand
dollars
for
us
to
host
our
event
in
January.
It
takes
a
great
deal
of
time
to
put
these
things
together.
O
So
I'm
acting
for
promptness,
I
did
receive
a
letter
this
afternoon
from
the
marriage
here
that
they've
modified
their
contract,
so
that
has
nothing
that
does
not
say
the
school
in
which
we're
using
so
that
that
way,
it
doesn't
imply
that
you
are
responsible.
So
I
would
ask
that
you
would
consider
the
new
documentation,
as
well
as
my
my
form,
requesting
that
I'd
be
considered
Class
2,
as
we
are
for
the
usage
of
for
practice.
That
you'd
also
have
mercy
and
have
us
be
considered
class.
D
O
Is
it
a
one
day
event?
It's
a
one
day
event:
okay,
we've
requested
we
could
get
in
the
evening
before,
because
we
have
secured
a
spring
flow
many
hours
the
night
before
I,
don't
have
the
breakdown
they
said
we
could
get
in
after
6
30.
That's
when
basketball
leaves
we
were
hoping
to
be
out
by
10..
Isn't
it
Saturday
set
up?
Saturday
is
just
set
up.
Yes,
MD
Sunday
is
the
event.
O
It
comes
down
to
14
350.50
when
I
spoke
with
Mr
Greenwood,
he
removed
the
technology
fee
of
2052
dollars.
Okay,
can
you
tell
me
what
the
other
ones
are?
Real,
quick,
yes,
ma'am
custodial
fee
4,
000
100,
because
I'm
not
that
fast,
because
toe
deal
is
what
four
thousand
one
hundred
and
thirteen
dollars:
okay,
security,
one
thousand
nine
hundred
thirty
dollars
and
fifty
cents,
one
thousand
nine
hundred
and
thirty
dollars
and
fifty
cents.
O
Okay,
thank
you.
Why
do
you
need
security?
Well,
that's
one
of
my
questions
that
I
had,
but
I
ran
out
of
time.
Okay,
other
events
that
are
class
two
as
well
haven't
had
to
require
security,
including
the
one
that
you're
approving
to
waive
their
their
fees
for
50
tonight.
Is
there
any
other
any
other
prices
there?
Yes,
ma'am
right:
the
use
of
the
gym,
six
thousand
four
hundred
and
eighty
dollars
six
thousand.
He
has
480.
C
480.,
yes,
before
we
do
that
I
don't
mean
to
interrupt
you.
Ladies
yes,
I.
Think
Mr
Greenwood
has
some
information
on
this.
You
have
been
dealing
directly
with
him.
Yes,
and
it
would
be
nice
if
he
presented
that
or
or
commented
on
it
and
then
after
the
comments
we
as
a
board
or
anybody
can
ask
a
question
or
whatever,
but
rather
than
us
sit
here,
go
through
a
profit
versus
non-profit
which
we're
going
to
tend
to
do
because
we,
since
you
are
talking
to
you,
have
been
talking
extensively
since
I
think
July.
C
I
While
they're
bringing
up
the
slide,
we
did
also
take
time
to
go
through
a
facilious
committee
folder
with
how
we
got
to
this
point.
The
current
structure,
the
current
setup
of
our
a
structure.
So,
while
they're
waiting
to
do
that
at
the
end
of
the
day
when
it
boils
down
to
is
again,
we
follow
the
policy
correct
that
you
have
adopted
and
Mr
Greenwood
pointed
out
why
there
is
a
difference
here
because
of
the
partnership
with
a
for-profit
organization
that
triggers
the
class
4
classification.
I
But
the
original
going
back
to
October
2018,
a
committee
was
formed
and
ultimately
led
to
a
April,
9th
20,
20,
I
believe
or
20
21
May,
14th,
2019.,
adoption
of
the
policy.
But
the
committee
included
Miss
brancato,
Dr
ball,
yes,
Craig
bus,
Aquino,
Cindy,
Bradley,
John,
Creighton,
Joanne,
Lieber,
Judy,
orkowski,
Becky
Messina's.
If
I
said
that
right,
Mark,
Miller,
Ryan,
Mulford,
Colleen,
Shannon,
Mark,
swatwood,
Robert,
wardley,
Tara,
Pellegrino,
Charlene,
Edwards,
Charlene,
Rogers,
excuse
me,
and
the
purpose
of
the
committee
was
review.
I
The
goal
of
the
committee
was
to
evaluate
and
potentially
revise,
policy
707,
which
was
a
use
of
school
facilities,
evaluating
potentially
revise
the
process
for
the
EU
facility,
use
the
cost
of
facility
use
the
potential
revised
rules
surrounding
facility
use
and
evaluate
potential
and
revise
the
classification
of
users
which
part
of
this
was
raised
this
evening.
Some
key
components
that
were
noticeable
was
that
the
requirement
for
the
roster
that
was
required
for
class
two
and
class
three
that
was
required
to
keep
the
name
and
address
to
be
included.
I
The
consistency
consensus
of
that
group
when
it
was
brought
forward
for
board
approval,
which
I
understand
past
90
at
the
time,
was
that
the
fees
are
fair,
if
not
low
in
comparison
to
other
districts.
The
consensus
of
the
group
is
that
they
need
to
take
care
of
the
district
facilities
for
the
Long
Haul,
the
more
they
use
the
more
they
are
used
and
they
get
used
the
more
the
cost
to
upkeep.
I
Then
they
made
suggestions
for
changing
the
pricing
structure,
which
evidently
is
what
was
brought
forth
for
adoption.
They
had
a
lengthy
discussion
surrounding
the
waiver
fees
for
for-profit
organizations,
which
ultimately
was
not
included
in
the
final
policy
to
waive
those
requirements.
In
fact,
a
class
four
to
even
be
considered
has
to
give
100
of
their
profits
to
the
organization.
I
I
mean
there's
just
a
lengthy
number,
in
fact,
I
think
jumped
out
at
me.
The
question
was
Raising.
When
we
get
50
reduction
fees
is
a
district
losing
money.
It
was
determined
that
there's
a
loss
of
15
per
hour
to
the
district
when
custodial
fees
are
reduced
in
half.
Ultimately,
that's
why
you
see
in
the
policy
that
we
never
waive
Personnel
fees,
because
those
people
have
to
be
paid
and
we're
passing
that
cost
on
to
all
the
taxpayers
that
were
sometimes
unbudgeted
and
unplanned.
I
It
also
noted
in
a
policy
that,
when
you
have
weekend
events
it
triggers
overtime
because
they
work
typically
40
hours
and
now
they're
going
to
work
Saturday
and
Sunday,
which
is
going
to
create
time
and
a
half
requirement.
It
was
developed
off
of
a
model,
a
policy
from
another
District.
The
comment
that
was
made
that
it
was
laid
out
in
a
comprehensive
it
separated
the
use
between
students
who
reside
in
the
districts
and
students
who
reside
outside
the
district.
I
So
in
essence
you
have
a
class
system.
It's
actually
a
check
with
our
peer
District
Quakertown,
for
example,
they
have
a
similar
class
system
of
classification
for
different
classifications,
like
we
do,
Mr
Greenwood
can
share
how
we
got
to
where
we
are,
and
the
difference
is
between
that.
You
need
to
know
is
once
you
have
a
for-profit,
a
company
based
in
Ohio
who
will
get
a
big
chunk
of
the
money
that
changed
the
classification
to
class
four
from
class
two.
So.
M
M
B
C
C
I
P
I
just
put
together
today
a
couple
of
slides
regarding
the
event
that
we
have
been
talking
about.
We've
offered
several
opportunities
for
Mrs
Charlton
to
call
and
meet.
We
haven't
been
able
to
do
that
yet
and
so
I
typically
meet
with
her
when
she
comes
to
knocking
on
the
door.
P
But
as
we
look
at
these
marriage
here
is
the
organization
that
really
runs
these
cheerleading
events,
they're
a
for-profit
organization,
they're.
Currently,
advertising
for
this
on
their
website,
City
of
Lights
Championship,
Warminster
PA,
look
at
the
the
organizations
at
play
right,
so
we
have
Miss,
charlton's,
Tri-County,
athletic
cheerleading
group.
It's
a
Warminster
area,
cheerleading
Club,
it's
a
non-profit
organization,
they're
members.
They
have
member
fees
that
they
pay.
P
They
pay
between
70
the
athletes,
each
pay
between
200
or
between
75
and
200
per
athlete,
to
register
to
be
a
part
of
this
club,
and
then
they
pay
between
500
and
800.
An
athlete
price
includes
feet.
Competition
fees,
I
assume
uniforms
in
a
bow
and
then
there's
discounts
in
individual
fundraising
opportunities
for
her
athletes
to
pay
these
fees.
So
this
is
just
giving
background
to
the
organizations
involved.
That's
the
one!
P
The
lead
organization
is
Ameri
cheer.
It
is
a
for-profit
company
located
in
Westerville
Ohio,
founded
in
1987
revenues
of
close
to
four
million
dollars.
Marriage
years
apparent
companies.
You
can
read
of
a
number
of
other
organizations
that
also
are
for-profit
entities
that
make
up
the
americheer
organization.
P
You
can
see
that
this
event
is
identified
as
a
championship
event
on
the
americheer
website
and
as
such
and
the
fees
listed
on
the
left-hand
side,
which
individuals
will
pay
to
come
to
this
event
right.
So
all
cheerleaders
teams,
individuals
will
be
sending
the
money
to
a
marriage
here
to
host
this
event
to
lead
this
event.
According
to
my
discussions,
they
provide
judges.
They
provide
some
trophies
but
I
think
it
gives
the
organization
right.
I've
spent
a
couple
spent
more
time
than
I
thought
reviewing
a
cheerleading
website,
but
it
is
a
vast
organization.
P
There's
multiple
levels:
there's
money,
there's
a
lot
going
on,
as
you
can
see,
even
just
by
the
list
of
different
fees
that
are
involved
in
a
championship
event.
P
The
facilities
use
request
is
requesting
January
Saturday
January
6th
2024
from
6
30
to
10,
as
was
stated
to
set
the
event
up
and
then
12
hours
to
run
the
event
right.
So
it
is
scheduled
to
run
from
7
A.M
to
7
P.M
we're
requesting
the
gym
the
cafeteria,
the
snack
stand,
classrooms
restrooms
the
number
of
participants
right.
This
is
no
small
event
right.
So,
according
to
the
facility
request
form,
the
goal
is
30
teams.
If
there's
10
members
on
a
team,
that's
300,
kids!
P
If
there's
20
members
on
the
team,
that's
600,
kids,
I'm,
not
exactly
sure
I
know
we
have
a
lot
of
cheerleaders
here.
So
if
this
is
a
team
size,
it
is
an
awful
lot
of
children
right.
So
it
is
not
a
simple
event:
it's
12
hours,
300
to
600
participants,
plus
families,
plus
parents,
other
siblings.
It
is
a.
It
is
a
good
size
event.
P
The
donation
on
the
form
is
ten
dollars,
a
person
which
I
believe
goes
to
Tri-County
chairs,
so
they'll
be
charging
Spectators
in
coming
in
the
door,
ten
dollars
a
person
and
no
mention
on
those
forms.
P
None
of
those
forms
mentioned
a
merit
cheer.
Until
we
got
into
some
further
discussions,
this
process
has
been
elongated
right.
There
was
a
lot
involved,
the
previous
the
original
requests
included
up
to
35
classrooms.
It
included
the
auditorium,
it
included
dressing
rooms,
it
really
looked
at.
You
know
the
almost
the
entire
first
floor
of
the
William
Tennant
School
building.
Now
it's
sort
of
limited
to
that
area
circled
in
red.
There,
which
is
the
cafeteria
area
in
the
gymnasium
space.
P
Thank
you.
The
facilities
use
request
is
Dr.
Benton
shared
identified
this
opportunity
as
a
class
four
per
District
policy
707,
where
Community
groups
that
partner
with
for-profit
organizations
are
established
as
a
class
IV
organization,
the
per
policy
requires
special
permission
and
the
fees
were
board
approved.
707
ar-1,
that's
Mrs,
Lynch
shared
on
May,
14
2019.,
so
those
fees
are
shared.
P
Mrs
brancato
I
see
that
you
have
the
the
prices
on
that
you,
you
didn't
need
to
ask
for
them.
You
had
them
in
front
of
you.
Those
are
the
fees
that
we
when
just
now,
when
you
were
asking
Mrs
Charlton
to
go
through
the
prices,
you
have
them
in
front
of
you.
This
isn't
Genesis.
Those
are
not
the
prices.
Oh
those
are
the
prices
from
the
subject,
my
biologies,
my
apologies.
So
these
are
the
list
of
fees
right.
So
there's
space
costs
and
Personnel
costs.
P
The
Staffing
is
based
on
discussions
with
the
custodial
team
and
our
Security
Supervisor
Kevin
Burns.
We
charge
the
average
custodial
rate.
We
didn't
charge
the
60
per
hour
as
the
policy
Dean,
but
we
charged
what
the
average
OT
rate
is
for
custodians,
and
we
did
the
same
with
the
security
staff
that
we
planned
in
as
well
again.
P
I
can't
under
underestimate
or
under
show
the
amount
of
people
who
could
be
at
this
event
and
our
ability
to
at
seven
o'clock
on
a
Sunday
night
make
sure
that
the
school
is
cleaned
up
and
ready
to
go
for
Monday
morning
plays
into
that
account
right.
So
we
need
to
make
sure
we
have
the
manpower
to
bring
the
school
back
back
to
shame
and
as
Ms
Charlton
mentioned,
there
was
a
technology
person
in
here,
but
apparently
they're
going
to
have
their
own
PA
system.
So
we
eliminated
that
cost.
P
M
The
one
thing
I
did
want
to
say
when
you
pointed
out
how
much
Tri-County
cheer
costs
kind
of
making
it
out,
like
you
know,
no.
M
It
gave
the
illusion
that
Tri-County
cheer
makes
the
money
I
want
to
tell
you
what
Tri-County
cheer
does
bust
their
butt
selling
things
and
covering
kids
fees
whose
parents
can't
afford
it.
Let's
be
honest,
a
lot
of
these
kids
on
this
team
they've
had
this
appearance
have
had
some
struggles
and
if
a
mom
says
I
can't
afford
it
and
Janice
is
over,
there
all
can
use
clothes,
selling
truckloads
or
used
clothes
or
selling
flowers
or
pizzas
or
whatever
it
takes
sure.
I'm,
not
I'm,
not
I'll.
C
If
we
could
be
so
kind,
I
know
the
great
job
Mrs
Carlton's
doing,
but
could
we
just
be
a
little
orderly,
Mr
Greenwood?
Could
you
finish
your
part
and
then
this
Carlton
wants
to
present
her
part
again
sure,
and
then
we
can
open
up.
The
only
thing
that
I'm
extremely
concerned
about
is
the
new
document
that
Miss
Carlton
has
for
us
from
America
here
sure
that
none
of
us
have
seen
right.
You
have
not
seen
it
I've
not
seen.
Nobody
on
the
sport
has
seen
it.
P
The
agreement
that
was
presented
was
with
William
Tennant
High
School
in
a
marriage
year
with
monetary
donations
being
given
to
Tri-County
cheerleader
team.
They
were
offering
to
pay
a
full
payment
for
one
custodian
that
Tri-County
chair
would
receive,
or
somebody
would
receive.
A
hundred
percent
of
the
profits
from
the
concession
sales
was
identified
and
in
a
marriage
year
would
provide
payment
for
one
athletic
trainer
that
was
needed
to
be
coordinated
by
the
high
school.
P
The
responsibilities
of
the
high
school
and
Tri-County
is
the
use
of
the
facilities
guaranteed.
Help
for
volunteers,
food
and
drink
in
the
break
rooms
shared
this
agreement
with
our
solicitor,
as
we
do
all
of
our
agreements,
and
he
advised
us
against
that
agreement
as
it
stood
for
a
host
of
reasons
when
the
agreement
implies
Centennial
sponsorship
of
the
event,
there
is
no
requirement
or
an
identification
for
insurance
by
a
marriage
here
or
the
other
competitors,
and
the
responsibilities
imposed
on
the
district
are
significant
and
may
have
Financial
consequences
right.
O
I'd
be
happy
to
when
we
three
years
ago
we
won
a
national
title
and
we
didn't
go
on
to
globals,
because
we
one
couldn't
afford
to
they
reached
out
to
us
and
asked
us
if
we
would
consider
being
a
host
for
one
of
the
competitions
as
a
way
for
our
cheerleaders
to
be
able
to
have
a
way
to
help
them
get
to
the
global
competition.
This
year,
the
advantage
of
having
them
host
the
winner
of
the
competition,
their
team
gets
a
paid
bid
to
Florida,
which
is
typically
175
dollars
per
athlete.
O
That's
the
prize
they
get
for
coming
to
our
event
and
working
hard
cheerleaders.
That's
why
we
have
to
charge
500
it's
a
total
of
500
just
to
correct
you,
it's
if
you're
a
returning
cheerleader
you
get
75
registration
fee
which
goes
towards
your
uniform,
a
hundred
dollars
if
you're
brand,
new
and
you've
registered
before
a
deadline
just
to
try
and
encourage
people
to
register
early.
So
we
could
get
our
uniforms
early
200
if
you
sleep
on
it
and
you
wait
and
you're
late.
O
That's
not
for
me
that
goes
into
the
team
and
usually
I
forget
the
200
I.
Just
do
the
100,
because
that
covers
their
uniform.
The
remaining
balance
is
four
hundred
dollars.
I
have
a
cheerleader
in
here
tonight
that
sold
113
mums
so
that
she
could
pay
for
her
cheerleading,
so
it
cost
her
family
one
hundred
dollars
for
a
whole
cheerleading
season,
but
the
reason
why
I
chose
a
marriage
here
to
help
me
is
I
know
where
my
gifts
are
I
know
what
I
can
do.
O
I
know
that
I
can
motivate
children
to
feel
like
they're
a
million
dollars,
because
they
are
they're
valuable
to
me
and
they're
valuable
to
you,
but
I
wanted
to
have
an
event
that
had
good
prizes.
That
would
bring
people
to
Warminster
and
it
would
be
run
right.
I
know
that
I
can't
do
all
that
I
know.
I
can
manage
the
snack
stand
with
the
help
of
my
parents
and
board
members
and
cheerleaders,
because
everybody
works.
O
I,
don't
have
a
free
ride
for
anybody.
You
have
to
earn
it.
Children
this
day
and
age
expect
things
to
be
handed
to
them
and
not
to
have
to
work.
Not
on
my
team.
You
work
for
it.
I
want
them
to
have
the
ability
to
work
and
earn
it
they're
going
to
be
at
the
door
selling
tickets
to
come
in.
That's
because
that's
what
everybody
does
it's
an
opportunity
for
our
team
to
raise
enough
money
so
that
we
can
afford
to
pay
the
900
that
we
have
to
pay
to
rent
a
church
hall?
O
Now
that's
a
third
of
the
size
we
need,
because
that's
all
I
can
afford
and
I
can't
afford
that
out
of
my
own
pocket
anymore,
like
I
did
last
year.
I
need
help
to
do
that.
So
we
have
to
have
a
fundraiser
that
can
bring
in
that
kind
of
money.
I'm,
sorry,
but
unless
you
don't
want
to
hear
me,
come
every
year
and
beg
for
mercy
to
be
able
to
use
the
space
you
have
that
we
pay
tax
dollars
for
every
single
one
of
the
parents.
O
O
It's
a
championship
or
whatever
the
category
it
is,
is
because
we're
getting
a
spring
floor
from
my
friend
also
named
Janice
that
owns
a
Jim
and
Conshohocken
that,
once
a
month,
I
drive
to
Conshohocken
with
my
team
so
that
they
can
spread
out
on
this
is
the
size
Matt
we're
going
to
be
competing
on.
Otherwise,
I
have
25
on
this
little
area
of
carpet
right
here,
trying
to
spread
out
on
a
mat,
that's
typically
42
by
56
feet,
which
is
about
the
size
of
the
room.
C
Who
would
not
say
that
you've
done
a
phenomenal
job?
There
is
no
one
on
this
board
would
not
say
that
you're
dreaming
of
doing
this
is
unreal,
because
it's
monumental,
what
you're,
attempting
to
do
I
mean
kudos
to
you.
I,
don't
know
how
you
figured
you're
going
to
get
all
this
done,
but
at
any
rate
you
made
an
application.
C
C
You
are
a
non-profit
and
do
great
things,
but
unfortunately,
unfortunately,
you
have
teamed
up
with
a
marked
here,
which
is
a
different
status.
Is
a
profit
making
that's
the
problem.
It's
been
the
problem
all
along.
It
has
no
reflection
on
you,
you're
you're,
trying
to
do
something
that
no
one
has
done
in
the
school
district
aside
from
school
events.
C
O
I
wish
there
were
another
way.
The
problem
is
Mrs
Lynch
I
live
with
honesty
and
integrity.
I
could
have
filled
out
the
paperwork
and
just
said
the
Tri-County
Athletics
is
doing
a
cheer.
Competition
got
permission,
you
guys
would
have
signed
off
and
given
us
your
blessing,
you
wouldn't
have
asked
how
it
was
getting
run,
how
it
was
getting
managed.
The
difference
is
I
know
what
my
limitations
are
and
I
get
help
when
I
need
it.
O
C
O
But
if
I
get
rid
of
a
marriage
here,
I
don't
have
a
I
can't
afford
to
pay
175
dollars
for
somebody
else's
team.
I
can't
afford
for
my
own,
but
if
our
cheerleaders
have
a
successful
event,
they're
going
to
pay
for
my
cheerleaders
when
we
make
it
to
that
I
get
it
that's
why
we're
doing
it
and
I
know
I,
and
if
we
don't
do
it
at
William
Tennant,
then
I
will
talk
to
Archbishop.
O
E
C
C
M
M
M
C
O
C
C
O
Do
that
right
now:
okay,
Warminster
basketball,
also
a
class
too!
Do
you
know
that
they
hold
tournaments
and
they
pay
their
judges
to
you
know:
referees
the
swim
team
also
class
two
have
his
events
and
has
professionals
come
in
the
wrestling
team,
also
class
two
only
pays
for
custodial
fees
and
they
have
paid
profit,
making
businesses
all
class
two,
but
that's
okay,
we'll
get
on
the
agenda
next
time.
Thank
you.
I!
Don't
give
up.
If
it's
fourteen
thousand
dollars,
then
then
it's
fourteen
thousand
dollars.
C
B
K
I'm,
my
for
my
name
against
Tina
Baxter,
171,
Lynch
I'm,
also
not
only
a
part
of
football,
but
my
daughter
is
also
sitting
back
there.
So
I'm
one
of
those
parents
who
rely
on
help
and
I
volunteer
my
butt
off
on
both
and
for
you
guys
to
say
that
you
want
this
and
you
want
them
to
see
it
and
you
want
it
in
our
community.
K
K
We
cannot
even
out
of
all
the
adults
that
are
part
of
Tri-County
to
help.
We
can't
do
the
judging.
We
can't
do
the
running
of
this
event.
All
of
these
events
that
happen
with
cheer
they
are
used
with
other
companies
like
a
marriage
here
to
come
in
they're,
not
making
Janus
and
Tri-County
are
helping
the
parents
helping
me
my
child
go
to
do
what
she
wants
to
do
along
with
all
these
other
kid
girls
that
want
to
do
it
and
boys.
We.
C
Is
that
the
telephone
call
you
hung
up
on
or
was
that
the
most
recent
one
you
hung
up
on
now?
The
most
recent
one
is
when
I
hung
up
on
you.
You'll
have
to
excuse
me
I
volunteered
in
this
community
for
over
four
years.
So
don't
tell
me
about
volunteering,
we're
not
supporting
questions,
excuse
me,
Madam,
and
because
we
are
trying
to
find
a
way,
and
there
is
no
way
you
tell
me
how
to
make
a
merch
here,
a
non-profit,
a.
K
Marriage
is
a
wide
known
company
who
comes
in
for
judging
okay,
but
every
all
the
proceeds
go
to
Tri-County
and
that's
like
I,
said:
I'm
fighting
for
football
I'm
fighting
for
cheer,
no
matter
which
way
I'm,
just
like
Janice
I'm,
always
going
to
be
around
because
I
fight
for
my
kids
and
I
fight
for
what
they
want
to
do.
Just
like
everybody
else
should
be
doing.
I.
C
K
K
It
names
what
was
it
what's.
C
C
I
would
like
to
say
eight
form
or
a
letter
or
something
was
given
Miss
Carlton
to
Mr
Greenwood.
Not
one
person
on
this
board

this

I'll

B
A
This
is
our
our
the
next
in
a
series
of
updates
for
the
2023-2026
comprehensive
plan.
We
will
be
bringing
the
plan
to
the
October
board
meeting
the
plan
and
all
the
other
required
reports
for
actual
approval.
Finally,
so
I
want
to
spend
a
couple
of
minutes
kind
of
first
saying.
Thank
you
to
the
team.
This
isn't
one
person's
job,
the
Buck's
IU
and
Chad
Evans
was.
He
was
a
huge
support
from
the
IU
in
this
process.
We
had
a
very
large
committee
working
in
a
couple
meetings.
A
Over
the
past
year,
Mr
gogson
was
a
part
of
that
we
had
the
building
principles,
get
involved,
work
on
building
level
teams.
All
the
central
office
really
were
really
chipped
in
on
this.
So
just
a
thank
you
to
everybody
that
had
a
hand
in
this
I
just
happen
to
be
the
one
to
deliver
the
final
product,
a
reminder
of
our
mission
and
vision.
This
was
actually
kicked
off
kind
of
the
comprehensive
planning
process,
as
we
went
through
that
the
revisions
around
our
mission
division
in
the
district
and
tonight's
really
about
revisiting
the
process.
A
Briefly,
providing
an
update
with
some
of
the
feedback
summary.
We
got
from
the
thought
exchange
as
part
of
the
28
day
review
that
was
required
as
part
of
the
the
plan
and
then
obviously
we're
just
letting
you
know
that
we're
going
to
be
bringing
the
plan
and
the
other
reports
to
the
October
10th
board
meeting
for
approval.
A
So
if
you
remember,
we
started
this
entire
process
about
a
year
and
a
half
ago,
and
it
was
described
to
us
as
a
road
trip
and
it's
been
a
long
road
trip
that
was
interrupted
halfway
through
because
of
the
state
and
some
of
the
changes
they
made
to
the
plan.
However,
we're
now
coming
to
the
end
and
getting
to
our
destination,
we
had
shared
and
I'll
just
very
briefly
review.
A
There
were
three
major
parts
to
the
planning
ready
phase
getting
committee
together,
Mission
Vision
and
doing
some
work
around
educational
values,
a
set
phage
which
really
took
into
account
data
state
level,
data,
District
level,
data,
School
level
data
and
then
putting
together
some
leadership,
teaching
and
learning
and
then
getting
into
the
go
phase,
which
was
the
goal.
Setting
action,
planning
and
professional
development.
I
keep
mentioning
the
other
required
reports.
Part
of
the
28
day
review
did
include
the
induction
plan.
A
The
professional
development
plan
and
the
gifted
education
plan
were
put
posted
for
the
28
days
in
the
thought
exchange
along
with
the
comprehensive
plan,
but
the
other
two
plans
will
be
brought
forward
for
approval
are
the
academic
standards
and
assessment
requirements
as
well
as
these
student
services
assurances
plan.
Those
are
just
overviews
of
those
plans.
A
As
we
mentioned,
this
process
started
in
2021
in
November,
and
then
the
state
started
making
changes
around
January
February
of
last
year
to
the
comprehensive
planning
portal
which
wiped
out
about
a
third
of
the
work
we
had
already
put
into
the
portal
to
build
the
plan
out.
So
they
also,
though,
to
their
credit,
extended
the
deadline
until
now
for
the
plan
to
be
due,
so
it
wasn't
due
last
spring,
so
we
hit
pause
in
the
middle
of
the
year.
It
was
a
little
bit
unnerving
at
the
time.
A
Hit
pause
took
care
of
the
rest
of
the
process
over
the
summer
and
we're
here
so
we
charged
our
batteries
in
the
summer
got
back
to
working
with
the
district
teams
and
the
Bucks
IU
and
finalizing
the
playing
components
since
then
have
worked
on
the
one
pager
which
we
shared
out
with
the
board
back
in
August
and
then
obviously,
the
thought
exchange
put
some
updates
in
the
weekly
and
then
tonight
are
presenting
the
results
and
the
ask
briefly
The
Exchange
question
that
was
asked
of
everyone
that
was
involved
was
after
reviewing
the
draft
comprehensive
plan
and
other
Pennsylvania
Department
of
Education
state
required
reports
included
in
the
exchange.
A
Have
you
found
any
areas
for
improvement?
So
that
was
the
question
that
we
asked.
While
we
provided
all
170
something
pages,
and
we
did
take
a
lot
of
heat
for
that,
both
in
person
as
well
as
in
the
exchange
that
it
was
so
long.
However,
we
explained
by
law,
we
had
to
provide
all
of
that
for
review
and
the
whole
goal
of
the
one
pager
which
at
Mr
Martin's
request
and
I
was
joking
earlier.
Really
the
one
pager
was
the
idea
of
saying
look
here.
A
It
all
is
in
one
place,
if
you
really
don't
want
to
go
through
the
177
pages,
so
we
had
347
participants,
82
thoughts
and
over
2
000
ratings
you'll
see
at
the
bottom.
How
that
broke
down
to
three
different
groups?
We
had
a
district
faculty,
an
admin
group,
District
staff,
faculty
and
admin
group
and
parent
Guardian
community
group
and
a
student
group.
A
You
hear
I'm
not
going
to
go
through
it,
but
how
the
response
is
broke
down
by
building
indoor
area
and
then
overall
for
all
participants.
The
top
three
responses,
if
you
remember
thought,
exchange
votes
up
the
most
popular
ideas
are
all
three
really
good
ideas,
not
really
answering
necessarily
the
question
around
Improvement
in
the
plan,
which
is
fine
but
they're,
touching
on
the
idea
of
focusing
on
core
learning
and
education,
which
I
think
you
all
are
aware,
has
been
our
Focus
for
the
past
four
years.
A
The
main
thing
is
the
main
thing
which
has
really
been
about
teaching
and
learning
and
all
of
the
work
we've
done
around
updating
our
curriculum,
our
resources
and
our
programming
to
actually
match
today's
standards
has
been
a
strong
Focus
here.
The
second
bullet
really
speaks
to
transparency,
around
curriculum
and
programming.
The
board
remembers
last
spring
and
then
again
in
August
at
the
board
meeting
and
then
in
our
weeklies.
A
We
have
shared,
and
it's
gone
out
through
the
CSD
weekly
to
the
community-
that
we
now
have
Elementary
inside
secondary
curriculum
pages
on
the
public
website
that
have
access
parent
views,
overviews
of
the
different
curricula
included
in
that,
because
this
particularly
calls
out
the
steel
program,
it
does
have
parent
access
and
Views
to
the
purposeful
people.
Purposeful
people
slash
character,
strong
curriculum
that
we
have
for
seal,
so
we're
already
addressing
both
of
those.
A
Obviously,
the
third
is
dealing
with
a
focus
on
academics,
not
gender
identity
and
sexual
preferences,
and
it's
and
again
when
we
talk
about
our
health
curriculum,
we
deal
with
gender
and
sexuality
from
a
physiological
standpoint.
It's
part
of
the
state
curriculum
in
Pennsylvania,
but
nothing
about
pushing
I.
Think
pushing
what
does
it
say,
pushing
down
someone's
throat
the
idea
of
preference
and
identity?
It's
not
part
of
what
we
do,
so
that
was
the
overall,
the
key
thoughts
specific
to
District
staff
and
faculty
and
administration.
A
We're
pretty
positive,
overall,
thorough,
well
done,
and
the
win
as
creative
centers
follows
a
model
that
helps
our
youngest
Learners
work
toward
our
goals
as
a
district.
So
there
was
some
excitement
around
that
the
parent
Garden
Community.
These
are
exact
same
three
as
the
overall.
It
makes
sense.
The
parents
were
the
largest
group
that
you
know
replied.
So
this
does
match
the
first
three
I
showed
you
it's
just.
Those
were
the
overall
top
three.
These
are
the
top
three
for
that
group
and
then
obviously
we
didn't
have
enough
for
these
students.
A
We
didn't
get
enough
there.
We
did
send
some
Communications
out
through
the
buildings
through
the
classrooms,
to
the
students
and
just
didn't
get
enough
participation.
We
had
two
students
jump
into
the
exchange,
they
didn't
rate
anything
they
didn't
leave
any
thoughts,
so
the
one
pager
you
know
really
gets
that
again.
Nothing!
That's
new
and
hasn't
been
shared.
It's
the
Mission
Vision
the
established
priorities
around
achievement
and
growth
and
equity
and
engagement
with
our.
If
then
statements
around
what
we
should
what?
A
If,
if
we
do,
these
certain
things
here
in
the
district
and
activities
and
focus
on
concerns
and
challenges,
around
engagement,
we'll
get
better
outcomes
for
our
families
and
our
students
and
our
staff.
Our
measurable
goals
are
around
equity,
achievement,
growth
and
parent
family
engagement.
A
Again,
we've
seen
this
before
shared
this
with
the
board
before
I'm,
not
going
to
insult
your
intelligence
and
read
it
to
you
it's
all
here
after
tonight,
our
goal,
as
I
said,
is
to
bring
to
the
October
10th
board
meeting
the
actual
plan
itself,
which
you've
seen
in
the
thought
exchange.
So
we'll
just
get
an
updated
version
of
that
and
then
what
we'll
do
as
well
is
list
each
of
the
required
reports
separately
in
in
board
doc.
A
So
you'll
get
to
see
the
academic
standards
and
assessment
requirements
report
separately,
the
gifted
induction
professional
development,
as
I
mentioned.
Three
of
those
five
were
all
included
with
the
comprehensive
plan
prior,
but
that
will
be
one
motion
on
the
October
10th
meeting
to
approve
all
of
that
and
then
the
next
day
I
will
Hound
to
Dr
Betten
until
we
sit
down,
hit,
approve
and
submit
and
sign
and
all
the
other
good
stuff
and
get
that
put
into
the
state
prior
to
the
deadline
at
the
end
of
October.
E
E
Yeah
well
I'm,
looking
at
the
the
the
one
that
rated
the
hot
the
most
highest
number
is
actually
the
one
that
ranked
three
I
I
I
mean
it
just
the
bottom
one
says
41
and
a
little
symbol,
and
that
was
rated.
Third,
this
middle
one
has
20
in
a
symbol,
and
that
was
rated
second
right.
So
how.
A
How
did
that
all?
How
does
that
work?
So
what
that
means?
41
people
rated
that
thought,
but
not
all
41
rated
it
high
enough
to
earn
the
highest
rating.
So,
for
example,
so
let's
look
at
the
first
one,
so
you
have
4.3
Stars,
which
is
the
highest
rated
and
the
highest
ranking
out
of
82
thoughts.
A
38
participants
ranked
that
on
average
4.3
Stars,
so
most
of
them
were
probably
four
or
five
stars.
Maybe
most
were
four
so
I
would
average
out
the
4.3.
You
could
have
41
people
rate,
the
third
ranked
one,
but
most
of
them
must
have
ranked
it
lower
in
importance,
probably
rated
as
two
stars
and
then
some
of
them
rated
it
as
four
a
few
five,
so
it
averaged
out
to
4.2.
So
while
more
people
rated
it,
they
didn't
rate
it
as
high
as
the
highest
rated.
R
L
One
education
committee,
yes
I,
believe
our
next
meeting
is
October
4th.
Is
that
accurate
next
meeting
October
for
the
Wednesday
after
our
meetings
at
noon?
Okay,
thank
you.

Yes,
similar
to
Mr

it's
